Someone asked if the woman claiming to be a TES searcher with photos saying Caylee's remains were not there when she searched....if this was the same woman from Blanchard Park with the idiot cowboy....IMO, yes same woman......you decide

I think this is the same woman.  What date was the cowboy picture from? The reason I'm asking is because on Murt's video dated November 11th, she is standing behind LP with the Caylee is Alive sign.  That is the day Rev. Grund gave the memorial.

To me it's really suspicious that she is now telling LE she has proof the bag wasn't at that site before.  She is also refuting Tim Miller's word by doing this which really irks me.

I think the cops ceased to be amused with Cindy long ago...and the FBI.  Here is a list of things I noticed that were obvious lies or misrepresentations, done very deliberately to stall or mislead the cops.

 1.  THERE WAS NO ARGUMENT ON FATHER'S DAY.  Lee told LP that Cindy was so mad at Casey she lunged at her and grabbed her neck.  Obviously something happened to make Casey pack up and leave and not contact her parents for a while.  It is relevant to the case, though it does not really prove anything.

 2.  THEY GOT ALONG FINE.  George and Lee both said that Casey and Cindy had been arguing about Caylee and other things for months.  Cindy talked to the FBI guy as if they were two peas in a pod and seldom had a cross word.

 3.  CASEY WAS A WONDERFUL MOM.  Cindy threatened to get custody of Caylee.  You do not do that if you think your daughter is a great mother.

 4.  CINDY KNEW CASEY WAS PLANNING TO LEAVE.  Cindy wrote in her online post that Caylee had been taken away unexpectedly, just as she had arrived.  She did not want Caylee to leave, though she might have been willing for Casey to leave.  There were no plans in that direction since Casey had no way of supporting herself.  She left because she was angry.

 5.  CINDY AND CASEY TALKED EVERY DAY AFTER CASEY LEFT.  Nonsense.  In one email to Casey, Cindy wrote "Remember me?"

 6.  CINDY TRUSTED CASEY.  Nope.  She wrote in her post that she worried about who was "watching out for the little angel now" indicating she was not at all sure that Casey would take proper care of Caylee.

 7.  CINDY SUPPORTED CASEY NOT WORKING, ETC.  No.  She paid the bills, but she threw it in Casey's face a lot that she paid for everything.  She resented Casey not paying her own bills and said so in that famous online post.

 8.  SHE WAS OKAY WITH CASEY GETTING PREGNANT.  No.  Casey was scared to death to tell Cindy she was pregnant.  Cindy referred to the baby as a "mistake" several times, though she said she was a good mistake.  Cindy even told George and Lee and Amy, I think, that Casey resented her being so close to Caylee and said in the online post that Casey was jealous.  This could go to motive.

 9.  THE FAMILY HAS NO IDEA WHO THE FATHER OF CAYLEE IS.  There have been so many lies about this one, I do not know where to start.  Cindy may well have perjured herself at the hearing when she claimed not to know the name of the father.

10.  CASEY HAS NEVER HAD ANY MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS.  Cindy told the FBI that Casey had not had either, but she also said that Casey once considered getting professional help and told Amy that Casey was a sociopath and a chronic liar.

11.  SHE BELIEVED THAT CAYLEE WAS STAYING WITH ZANNY THE LAST TWO YEARS.  No way.  Cindy would have met Zanny or found out all about her if that were true.  George said he suspected Casey had not had a job.  You know he would have mentioned that to Cindy.

12.  PIZZA CAUSED THE SMELL IN THE CAR.  Cindy and George and Lee all knew that was the smell of a dead body.

13.  THE INFAMOUS RECEIPT.  Cindy did not turn over one of the receipts that showed purchases by Casey after Caylee was missing.  Cindy told the detectives at an interview that there was nothing on the receipt that was of any importance.  That was for them to decide, not her.  She was withholding evidence that they wanted and needed.

14.  THE WRONG HAIRBRUSH.  Cindy claimed that was the only brush she could find.  But I am sure she found the other brush later, and did she give it to the LE?  Not that I know of. 

15.  WASHING THE PANTS.  She did not know where her granddaughter was.  She knew the car smelled of death.  She had told the 911 operator that something was clearly wrong, yet she washed the pants,

16.  CLEANING THE CAR TRUNK.  They knew the police would be coming to talk to Casey again, yet they cleaned the trunk, clearly disturbing key evidence.

17.  LEE GOING TO TONY'S AND PICKING UP THINGS.  Did someone tell him to do that?  As a former policeman, George should have known that was unacceptable.  And how does anyone know what he actually found there and what he did with it?

18.  CINDY PUTTING IDEAS INTO CASEY'S HEAD AND IN EFFECT, HELPING CASEY TO COME UP WITH A STORY.  Did it start when Cindy jumped to the conclusion that Caylee had been kidnapped and started trying to bolster that story in every way imaginable?  And did it continue in the jail visits when she said things like, "Has anyone been in our home?" and got Casey to say, "She had a key" and tried to implicate others?

MaryMary, I had been making a list for a while. There are probably other inconsistencies, too.  I did not include George possibly lying about the last time he saw Caylee.

I thought Nancy said that a swimsuit and dress was found in with the bones.  If so, would she have been clothed in the swimsuit and possibly a coverup (not really a dress) when she was killed and the clothes fell off as she decomposed?

That's what I am thinking, I think Casey stormed out of the house with Caylee the night of June 15th. So many inconsistencies, and they have the nerve to ask for immunity, to late.

Casey and Cindy were trying to put together a line of bull in their visits.  I am sure of that.  For instance, Casey made a point of saying that she never had to take clothes over to Zanny's for Caylee because Zanny had all kinds of clothes, toys, etc. there.  Hmmm What kind of sitter has that?  A sitter may have some extra clothes or may ask the parents to bring an extra set of clothes for the child in case needed.  But a whole closet of clothes in different sizes?  Not too likely.  Do they plan to claim that whatever clothes are found with or on the body were not Caylee's but were put on her by Zanny?

I still think that the swimsuit's role in this is that Casey put it on her and possibly put her in the pool (also moving the ladder to make it look like Caylee could have easily gotten into it) in order to stage her fake panic at finding Caylee in the pool.  That's what I think the flurry of calls was, then she had to move to plan B when nobody took the bait.

MyTime, in a way I do think that George saw Casey leave in Cindy's car one day and may have followed her a while, but I think he embellished that story for the cops, because as I understand it, the toll road records do not show that either he or Casey were on the road in those cars that day.  But something about it had the ring of truth.  Maybe he just made it all up.  Hard to say.  I do wonder, as some have said, about all the details he provided about the last time he saw Caylee, including that her hair was in a ponytail.  Guys usually don't pay much attention to those things.

Oh, yeah, Brandi, Zanny the nanny was independently wealthy. She was a babysitter in her leisure time, when she was not out on her yacht.  LOL

They were just showing footage on Fox News from Aug 5th that was where the remains were found. No water on scene back then and the guy brought up how it makes you wonder if the body was recently placed at that scene.

That is a good list, but I think there is more and it is worse. Think that most of that isn't really criminal. Could be written off as grieving grandparents, bad situation for grandparents. Nejame certainly knew something. Lee hasn't asked for immunity, just those two. Maybe there was a knock down drag out fight in the house and Caylee was injured ?   

Flossy, I think you may be right.  Casey may have decided nobody would believe the drowning story (and if Caylee were killed elsewhere, she would not have water in her lungs), so she went to Plan B.  She never called 911, though.  Nor did she scream and run to a neighbor for help, which is what many would have done.

Exactly! I had to provide everything to my daycare lady back when my son was in daycare. From diapers, to sheets, to clothes and extra clothes, and socks, and wipes, and on and on. Plus I had to pay her on top of that. Yeah, apparently Zanny was a dream nanny--too bad she isn't real.

KatGram, I know that much on the list does not relate directly to the murder of Caylee.  BUT it is always criminal to lie to the police in an investigation, to obstruct the process in even the smallest way, to perjure herself on the stand, to destroy or tamper with evidence, etc.  I doubt they could get huge prison sentences, but they could be charged with some of that.  I do agree with you that there is probably more, much more.  Nejames said as much.

Stay home Mommy, my daughter-in-law had to provide an extra box of diapers and Kleenex and bring two sets of clothes every day, too. Is Cindy dumb enough to believe that any sitter would have so many clothes on hand?  Children grow so fast and clothes are expensive.  Of course, Casey also said that Zanny took Caylee on elaborate trips to the beach and to Walt Disney World. 

Well we have heard clothing and LP says a bathing suit and dress type article.  I think I'll just wait before I believe the bathing suit part.

Willen didnt he say that where they where filming was about 35 to 40 yards from where the body was found

George remembered an awful lot about that day...he was watching tv and recalls all about the show and at the same time he noticed what backpack Caylee had, that her hair was in a ponytail, what she was wearing down to the colors, and that Casey had on slacks and a blouse.  I can see noticing one thing maybe, but all of that?  Not too likely.

I just don't know what to believe if it comes out of Padilla's mouth.  It's frustrating, cause I like the guy and I thought his heart was in the right place.  He says things so matter-of-factly (I know, that's not a word) and to me that makes it believable.  But I'm beginning to think he is blowing hot air at least half of the time.

Yep. No matter where she gets her trial, I hope there are mothers who've have knowledge and/or experience of how daycares, sitters, et cetera work. Because they will all know that is a crock--especially those elbaorate trips.

There will be a lot of stuff about whether there was water and how much water. But if there was ever any water, and wind and rain as in the storms, it could have moved from where it was originally put.  This is kind of like the "footprints in the snow" in the Ramsey case.  But one neighbor who lives close said he smelled a terrible odor in July and August, so that indicates to me it was not under water at that time.  Maybe there was enough water to keep people from walking through, but not enough to cover the entire bag.

Exactly, that's not what I'd call being precisely where the body was found.  That's a fair distance away.

Again, I completely agree with you on this. Listen, my husband can barely remember what my son wears to preschool on the days HE dresses him--much less on the days I dress him (even when he's taken him to school and had a chance to see what I put him in) Excessive detail is a tell-tale sign of lying, if you ask me. I will give an exception for those who have proven to have such detailed memories about other things (like photographic memory or such) And I could also say that if it was a special day (B-day, holiday or such) one might notice little details. But everyday stuff, just seems a bit off. But, I could be wrong. Just my opinion.

Whether they have experience with day care or not, most mothers/potential jurors should be able to think it through enough to know that the Anthonys' claims about Zanny are unrealistic. Anyone who's dealt with all the baby/kid gear would understand. Furthermore, anyone who's familiar with the going rate for nannies would know that hiring one is not usually an option to most unemployed single teenage mothers who live with their parents.

I think the reason some of us get tense in here is that we are all afraid that Casey is going to wiggle out of this by the hand of the devil ( technicalities of the law, getting a bunch of experts to disagree, etc. ) or something.  They had less on Scott Peterson.

You are right, there is no way he would remember clothing from a specific day, more than a month before, i dont even remember what i was wearing on a specific day, unless my wedding, special date, whatever. He knew what had happened , and i think had been primed, by CA, KC, and maybe LA

KatGram, that is definitely my worry. I realize I didn't even know this little girl, but I feel so connected to this case for some reason; maybe because she was only a few days older than my son. So, if Casey somehow wiggled out of it, I would be sick. I wonder, though, what kind of life Casey would have if she did somehow get off. I just can't imagine she would be able to work or such again. But there are people funding her defense, apparently. So, who knows. Let's hope we won't even have to find out.

I agree with you.  The FIGHT is being ignored altogether, didn't happen. Nothing to it.  But I believe something happened during the chocking of KC by Cindy and Caylee was caught up between them.

One other thing I've noticed here with the new monekys and the old ones ( not that kind of old ) is that many of us have had losses of people that were dear to us. Some had childen who passed away, some of us have almost no families left due to various illnesses ( me ) and we all have empathy towards others. We would give anything to have these dear ones back and here, this case is about a girl who had a beautiful little girl who just threw the baby out like trash. Casey threw her own life as she knew it away at the same time and she also destroyed her family's life also. Her friends will have to give testimony and some of them are going to get dragged into this and made to look guilty.
I wish Casey would have that Come to Jesus moment ad just end the suffering for her families sake. ( And for the sake of a lighter sentence ). 

Oh Flossy, don't you know it! Kidding! it's sad, really. Don't get me wrong, I like having some "me" time when my little guy is at preschool or sleeping; but nothing compares to spending time with him. When he says, "Momma, wanna play a game with me?" I will even stop washing dishes or such to do it. Time with him is too important--not just for him, but me too. How sad Casey couldn't see it. I can't wrap my head around people who have that mindset. It's beyond my comprehension.

Wasn't there a poster that had a brother or sister that had been missing for quite some time?  I have a question for them but can't remember who it was.

And Cindy made a point of adding that Casey didn't swim because it was too cold for her. If it was too cold for Casey then wouldn't it have been too cold for Caylee?  I know if it was too cold for me to swim, I sure wouldn't let my baby swim.

You're right.  Guys don't usually pay attention to such things.  Neither did George.  I think Casey killed Caylee on the night of the 15th or early in the morning on the 16th.  (So does Padilla.) I think George lied like a rug.

There was also a lady whose Mother went missing. The Mother's name was Judith Osteen ? That case, what a way to put it, case ! did not get the attention it deserved.
I can't imagine what that must be like. Anyway, tomorrow there might be an announcement, they've got to have the DNA back by now. Cause of death will probably not be determined until way into next year with the FBI labs being involved, things seem to take forever.

Yes, I remember that Cindy said they went swimming after visit to GGs.  I don't think it was ever said when Casey came home, but I think there was a doozy of a fight when she did.  Caylee might have still been in her swimsuit when Casey grabbed her and took off.  The "Part of a dress" that Padilla referred to might have been some kind of cover up over her swimsuit.  This is all becoming so much clearer.

I almost lost my son to Cancer when he was 2 years old, we did everything we had to do to make sure that that little boy had all his medicines, had all his spinal taps and BMA's. There's nothing in this world I would not have done for him. I cant imagine a mother disgarding her child the way Casey did. Its our job as mom's (parents in general) to protect our children. She just tossed her into the woods because she was an interference. (JMO of course)

I always watch (dvr) Dr. Phil, even if i dont always believe in him...he does make sense most of the time, and i like that his show is more topical lately

ORLANDO -- Investigators found more evidence Wednesday and have once again expanded their search area.

This comes as we're still waiting to find out if the body of a small child found in the woods is that of Caylee Anthony.

Authorities don't know when the test results will come back, but they are confident that a positive identification will be made.

The sheriff's office said at the very earliest they could wrap up their search Thursday, but it could be days before they finish searching.

Is anybody else haunted by the thought of duct tape around the skull?  It was bad enough when at first it was reported that it was on the mouth, but it sounds like it is all the way around the skull.  I am haunted by that . . . I have visions of Casey angrily thinking "you'll never talk again" and angrily wrapping the duct tape around her head.

Horrible, simply horrible.

To think that a week or so ago, I though we'd be lucky to find a bone and to have this much forensics is fortunate . . . but it haunts me.

It's gotta be some kind of mental illness on Casey's part!

Yes, it does. And LP keeps saying he thinks it was put there after the death. Either way, it's disturbing. But I pray she can't get off on a mental defense for it. I think it was either serious anger and jealousy, or perhaps what LP is saying, thinking of a kidnapping after the fact and hoping that would make it look like it was. It is a strange thing, though. Why duct tape? Of all things. It is truly disturbing, you are right.

The puppy, My chihuahua had a litter on Nov. 2nd and she is one of them. She is tiny tiny and I did not have a clue what to name her, I had been on here for a while and seen how great everyone is and she is a great puppy and so she got the name Monkey.. It is more befitting for her every day as she climbs everything and I have caught her swinging from the top of her kennel,no joke, I will have to get a picture next time I catch her. she has 2 brothers and 1 sister and they are a breath of fresh air when things get rough. I labeled the newest photos with names we have been calling them, was going to keep trouble,but fell in love with monkey and my son would never speak to me again if I let her go. I think lucky may become a companion to an 87 year old couple next door,have not made up my mind yet as I want to be sure she goes to an excellent home just as trouble..

He never says where he gets the information.  His actions, the way he shares this information, he acts like he has insider information.  I'm not too sure he is buds with LE.  I dunno maybe he does have connection cause he is a bail bondsman but he never explains his sources.

I just hope there are no leaks.  It could jeopardize the case.  As much as I want to know what happened, I wouldn't want information given and put in the public that shouldn't be.  It looks like the investigators have made a lot of effort to keep things to themselves, as should be.  What I wonder is if LP's opinions pan out to be true or not, time will tell.  If he's right on the nose, it makes me wonder if someone was leaking him info. 

Does anyone know if there was any truth in what CA said about someone hacking in her computer?  I have never heard any follow up on this.  I wonder if this could be some of her mistruths? 

My guess is that it is nothing but a load.

I can't recall, is NAN what Caylee called Cindy?  I know we've heard that Cindy called herself Mom to Caylee.

I'm with you there. I admit I haven't been glued to the news, but LP is the only one I've heard say that the body was wrapped in a sheet, and when NG asked how he knew, he said because they took sheets from the house. I don't think I believe anything until I hear it from the sheriff's office or the FBI.
I found it odd that at first we were told there were no clothes found in the bag, but there were clothes close to it. Now we hear that there were clothes IN the bag. And how does LP know it was a swimsuit? If these investigators are leaking details to the reporters and people just standing around... that can't be good.
I think LP gets some of his stuff from reading these boards. Someone posted on WS the other day that on that nursing home video of Caylee singing, she is saying, "please don't take Nan's sunshine away..." and damned if he didn't repeat that on NG that same night. After I listened to it again.... they were right.. that's exactly what she is saying. And I cry every time I see and hear that. She was such a little beauty and so precious... how could anyone have done this to her!!!!

Does anyone think George and Cindy are going to have any charges brought against them?  I think it's too late for immunity for them.  It looks like the body has been found.  They might have been able to strike some sort of a deal, but now, with finding Caylee, that's gone imo.

One specific posting in late May, from who appears to be Casey's former best friend Amy Huizenga, reads, "You lost my duct tape. I was excited to have so much left. That's why (sic) I get for giving you my purse."

The date it appeared to be posted, May 26, was around the same time as a "no clothes party" Casey attended. She had wrapped herself in a flag and, according to her, nothing else.

I was wondering if anyone here was at the celebration for Caylee last week at Blanchard Park? If you were - do you remember seeing a young lady with a camera asking people questions on camera. She claimed she was doing an independent documentary.
Did anyone get a name or business card from her? If so, can you pass that information on to me?

The reason I ask is this - if you answered anything on camera she cannot use your footage for public release without a release from you to do so. Assuming she really was doing an independent documentary and not working for someone to get that footage. The next paragraph will explain that some more.


Secondly, we now know that the large gentlemen in the cowboy hat was not a "protester". He was a paid member of the Anthony Family defense team. He is a private investigator hired by Mark NeJame. His name is Dennis Mand he was there to disrupt the event and get information. He can be seen in a news report sitting on a sofa with NeJame, Tim Miller (what is someone like Tim Miller doing with this crew?!) and another unknown gentlemen. If I were to look for that stolen camera I would look toward him and his female associate that was holding the sign stating Caylee Is Alive. Those same two people were at the Equusearch sites both Sat. and Sun. I am not saying they did it but it's a natural place to start looking.


This strange case has become even more bizarre with these new players, including the founder of Kid Finders and his history, and I think it's time questions were asked and answers sought.


If you a friend of Caylee's please repost this bulletin to get the information out.

Geez Muffy it's hard to say.  It's entirely possible that George and/or Cindy played a much larger role in obstructing than we even think.  I'm sure it will all play out real soon.

IMO and only IMO, after the brouhaha Casey left the house (and probably went to Lee's) leaving Caylee asleep.  She didn't return until she was certain her parents had left the house.  They, not realizing Casey wasn't there, went about their own business leaving Caylee on her own.  Some sort of accident took place, whether swimming on her own or otherwise and (this is tough to think/type) she died.  Casey returned home, found her and  the coverup began.  I've felt from the beginning that many of their actions were a script, of sorts.  I also think that the reason her parents haven't been to see her in jail is an effort to keep her quiet.

Yes, I do think it was an accident.  Perhaps I am being naive and will only allow myself to think that.  I have had many theories, as I'm sure everybody else has, and this is the one I keep going back to.  With this family it seems that, literally, anything is possible.  And I want them all to pay.

I'm always delighted when I read your posts.  I'm not nuts, at least not in conventional terms  ::MonkeyTongue::. 

Hopefully not leaks, evident because his theories keep changing.  Maybe just intuitive thoughts and or stabs in the dark! 

I agree, as anxious as I am to know the real truth, I don't want the investigation to be jeopardized. 

I am very impressed with the tight ship that LE has been running re the crime scene and their speed in getting the Anthony house secured and a warrant issued.

I think it's a benefit to the case as well that they are taking their time in announcing officially that the body is Caylees.  As soon as they do that, Baez will have legal standing to get in the middle of this mess with all his legal shenanigans.  LE is being smart in getting all their ducks in a row and being cautious.

I had a terrible fear that Casey was going to get off light on all of this, but because LE is playing it by the book, I think the odds are in the favor of prosecution at this point.  If anything, since Baez has been trying to step where he shouldn't, they have been even more cautious.

So it's the constant battle in my mind.  Wanna know, wanna know now, but don't want the case to be jeopardized.

I hope also that LE is really serious about bringing charges against the Anthonys.  Cindy in particular, through choosing what she wants to tell them (i.e., telling them the penneys receipt isn't relevant), has made a real joke out of our legal system.  I say to LE . . . SICK EM!!!

I dunno, it always sounds to me like Caylee is saying "don't take Nan's sunshine away".  I had to go back to the NG transcript from last night to see how Padilla worded it...and it didn't sound right to me.  ::MonkeyConfused::

My gut feeling (oh my goodness, I am starting to talk like Casey) is that Cindy was trying to put up a smokescreen and protect herself after she wrote emails while overmedicated.  We haven't heard that she is pursuing the charges that her computer was hacked.  I think she figured out as much trouble as she is going to be in for the admissions in her email (for instance, giving LE the wrong hairbrush), she'd be in more trouble for making false accusations.

Agree.  And I think LE has enough to prosecute, especially since the body was found.  Really, as sad as it is that Caylee's body was found, it's better than not having any idea where she was put and going to trial with no body discovery.

Hi fellow Monkeys, I've been lurking for a long time. I believe the last time I posted was at the very beginning on the first page. ::MonkeyRoll::

I think that Cindy knew from the beginning that Caylee was deceased. I noticed she never returned any calls from kc for the first 2 weeks. kc was always trying to call her...odd. By June 30th, things changed. Cindy posted her Caylee is missing. I think it was a memorial to her. She knew on July 3rd that Caylee was gone....she writes, "All I am guilty of....."

What I don't understand is all the landscaping that took place after the 3rd. Moving that bush was a major undertaking that made no sense whatsoever. Then they decided to pave the playhouse. Did Cindy know Caylee was once in the backyard and was moved? and was she desperate to find out where kc took her...

I know this sounds "crazy"...but is it possible that Cindy was looking for a "dead" Caylee, not a live one.

If CA really wanted to find Caylee, all she had to do was call the car in stolen. She didn't. She was protecting kc.....but why? She and kc were alone on the 15th. CA speaks of the pool and how she handed Caylee off to kc when she was getting out. Then she speaks of tucking both of them in bed....a little much. Did Caylee drown? Is that why Cindy tried to strangle kc?

I didnt realise about paving the playhouse and moving a bush.  But, im not as up to date with everything, we dont get news on this in Aus, and I cant download the videos cos of dialup.  But, that is def weird.

In my own personal opinion, I dont think cindy or george knew that casey killed caylee, but after that first 911 call,  I think casey told cindy and or lee everything.  Then, they began the big web spinning.  i also believe cindy got friends involved to help throw off the scent.  EG that wanda crackpot.  From the jail house convos, (I couldnt hear them) but read about them, seemed all too staged.  I believe George had no idea at the start, but then later he found out the truth.  I believe casey, or cindy and lee told him on caseys home detention, the night she was released into their custody.

I believe Casey premeditated the murder.  She was looking up "how to make chloroform", neck breaking, household weapons, and missing childrens cases.  It was no accident IMO.

These are just my opinions.

Lucinda:  I agree with you that her 911 call seemed genuine -- even early press talks Cindy indicates that Casey has done some things she needs to answer for.  By the time that Cindy posted the Myspace message, she had worked herself up into a frenzy.  I analyzed the calls back and forth between Cindy, the Anthony home and Casey.  By July 1 there is a frenetic activity to talk with Casey and I presume to try to get her to come home with Caylee.  Lee is very harsh with Casey at the jail and talks about telling the truth and not putting everyone through what she had put Cindy through in the last month.  I can't see George having anything to do with this death either.  He is an ex=cop and would have done something different with the body otherwise.  He also genuinely appears to be shaken up and truly loved Caylee -- cannot see him discarding her as a piece of trash.  I just don't see how any of them knew about Caylee before Casey came home from jail the first time.  From there, it appears they begin to re=write history.

I think Cindy started rewriting history on the 17th. She told everyone that kc was taking a break from her job and going on a mini-vacation to "bond" with her child.

That was not true. That mislead LE. She did not know where either of them were but she did not return calls from kc till the end of June or beginning of July.

Why didn't she call the car in as stolen? She could have explained to the LE what was happening and they would have been glad to track it down? makes no sense.

Don't negate your ideas -- we all have them and it helps us get to the truth -- I too think it is weird that all that yard work was done at this time. 

I personally think she was treading lightly -- they had fought and Cindy really did want Caylee but Casey had her so she was not going to do anything to upset Casey any longer.  Ny July 1 though Cindy had had enough and started calling all the time, sent Lee to look for Casey and also started getting paperwork from the bank to show that Casey had stolen money from her.  Cindy called Casey's friends and said she was a sociopath, etc.   In the interviews with the FBI, Cindy realizes that a lot of what Casey had told her was not the truth -- ie going to Jacksonville and conveys to them what she was told -- Cindy just really cannot grasp that Casey murdered her grand daughter and has tried to "help" her with some of her "little white lies" and not telling what she knows. This is all my opinion --

  now, that is something I never thought of.  I just thought Cindy was doing the tough love thing, but yes, she would really be concerned for caylee.  Unless, that social worker that she saw, (the one who was giving her advice about gaining custody of caylee)  Maybe, she told cindy that to exhaust all avenues, kick casey out, let her take responsibilty, then when she fails, custody would be easier for cindy to obtain.  Wow, i know when I type in here, whats in my head, doesnt come out exactly what im trying to say  ::MonkeyHaHa::   

Baez filed another motion late yesterday --

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Casey Anthony's defense team filed another motion in court on Wednesday, requesting access to examine all the debris from the crime scene before it is discarded.

Because the motion was filed after the Orange County Clerk of Courts closed, the motion is not yet available to the public.

It is not known whether there will be another emergency motion hearing held, similar to Tuesday's when a judge denied the defense access to photographs and sketches of the crime scene where the remains of a child were found last week.

Also new in the case, the attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony says his clients will not sit down with attorney John Morgan for a deposition in the Zenaida Gonzalez lawsuit that should happen on Monday.

Casey said she left her missing daughter Caylee with a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez in June. Authorities have not been able to determine this person exists. A local woman with the same name has filed a lawsuit against Casey, saying the publicity of the case and the use of her name has caused her to lose her job and be the victim of threats.

I agree -- this is the weirdest case ever.  We are all trying to look at this logically and logic just doesn't fit sometimes.

They probably will, but the many pictures of Caylee will show the truth. I think that pink thing in one of the pictures, was "Mama's" missing onesie. It's gonna be pretty hard to explain how or why the doll's clothes are in the grave, but the doll is in the car, don't you think? Normally the doll would go with the little girl and the clothes might not.

I agree with both of your posts, completely...but why did CA not be more pro-active in finding them? This has bugged me. She could have done a welfare check with the police searching for the car...she knows this. That is what has led me down the path of more sinister conclusions.

Do either of you happen to know what time the argument was? Kc was on the phone about 7 hrs that night with TL..starting at about 7:30pm...texting and finally talking in length at midnight. It could be possible that she killed Caylee after talking with TL or overdosed her earlier so she could talk to TL and not be bothered.

But don't cops get some kind of special training in observation? Maybe he had that and it's hard to shut it off. But I'm betting he didn't see Caylee the 16th, but rather described instead what he saw her wearing on the 15th.

On NG last night, they said she was found with a bathing suit and dress (probably a coverup).  We have seen Caylee in one of the pictures in a yellow and white bathing suit so often.  I am wondering if that is what they saw and instantly recognized it.

I really don't know why she was not more proactive -- probably because she believed that her daughter would never hurt Caylee.  I agree that many things could have been done to find her --

As far as when the argument happened, I am not sure -- there is a call from Casey to Cindy's cell at 5:05 pm and another one at 7:10 pm -- maybe between that time or after 7 -- I need to go back and look at that more closely. 

That whole crime scene in the car is disorganized. Why didn't she toss out the rest of the stuff in the car? This girl does things for the moment. She does not think ahead and frankly is not capable of planning specifically. She may have had a general idea of getting rid of Caylee but she would act in the moment not as a well-thought out plan.

She didn't want to drive that car around and found every excuse not to. She just let it sit there with the body in it. I had wondered if the body was still in the car at the tow yard. My reasoning was because the stench was still in the car after 5 months which leads me to suspect Caylee was in there for a long time.

But where she was found has now led me to rethink that and say kc must have put her there quickly. And no one else is involved. I was thinking maybe GA found the body in the wheel well when he got home and got rid of it, more for CA's sake than kc's...but this location negates that.

No matter how bad things were, I just cannot see not talking to my daughter-in-law or checking on my grandbaby.  They do not live with me but I babysit her 5 days a week and miss her on weekends.  It's like they become a part of you, like your own children were.  Even if I were mad at her and using tough love, it would kill me to not check on the baby........ especially if the mom was young and irresponsible.

Me too Charlie -- I love that picture as well -- when they said that last night, my mind could picture her so clearly in that swimsuit.

U hit the nail  on the head sharon. my mother said the same thing about my nephew, who is the caylee of this family. the only grandchild. My mom says she would have nevr given up on KC, she would have found out way before a month. CinCin knew something was going on her " my caylee is missing " is way too intense for someone who hasnt seen her grandaughter in 3 weeks. She knew KC was irresponsible... Okay, so the doll bothers me. I agree it is wierd to call her doll Momma. But how about if it truly was Casey's original doll from when she was little. She could have told Caylee that her doll was Momma's. If there were some evidence on the clothing, she would have disposed of it. But if it were Casey's dollie....she would not have let it go. If it is important to Casey then it is important.....obviously little Caylee wasn't. What a shame, she did not deserve that sweet doe eyed little girl.
I also think that with the coverup that Cindy participated in, she did not deserve to be a Grandmother. Lee is all kinds of creepy. And I get wishy-washy with George. Sometimes, I think...that poor guy living with those crazy biatches.............and other times I know that he knew exactly what the smell was in the car and he let Cindy lead him around by the short hairs cause he is afraid of what she will do.

The doll looks like it could be old, but I am and so are my daughters so I don't know what dollies look like today! It was left in Caylee's car seat naked. My girls dolls were "without clothes" most of the time, so I was not worried about it. However, all pictures of Caylee with her doll  showed it was clothed.

There is a GINORMOUS difference between having sex with your bf, (It was Ricardo, not Jesse,) with your small child in the bed with you while you do it, and letting a bf move in when your children are grown and old enough to leave home.  And if your husband has moved out on you and filed for divorce, you do not owe him fidelity anymore at that point, and nobody has any business judging your sex life.  It's not like she had sex with this bf with Casey or Caylee in the bed. 

I still feel sorry for Cindy. George gambled away her retirement money, and has left her up to her neck in debt. He's gonna dump her the minute Casey's convicted and move on to another woman to drain dry. Meanwhile Cindy's alienated from her family, she's lost Caylee, her precious grandbaby. Cindy taught Caylee that song, "don't take Nana's sunshine away." Her daughter's either going to fry or go to prison for life. Lee's already distancing.

Cindy did all this enabling because she didn't want to be alone, IMO. And she's going to be alone after all. If she can find a bf with his own job who likes her, power to her, I say. Maybe she'd be less crazy with a man who isn't constantly using her and lying to her.

I think she called her "Mommy" but also "Nana." she sings "please don't take Nan's sunshine away," which is probably how Cindy taught it to her. I get a feeling that Cindy encouraged Caylee to call her Mommy when Casey wasn't around, and Nana when she was around.

She was a really cute little girl. But every now and then all this emphasis on the "beautiful little three year old girl" Caylee bugs me. It starts to sound as if, if she had been ugly, we would be okay with the murder. I know that's not really true, but it starts to sound like it sometimes.

I just saw here and at W/S, about the woman claiming to have pictures showing that there was no body in the area behind the A's home during a TES search.  She is definitely the whacked-out woman who was at BP park the day of the prayer service.  She was with the weird cowboy dude.  I don't know why Baez wants to talk to her, since she can be easily discredited.

I don't think LP has been speaking from any leaks. I think he comes up with his own theories because he has been around this work a long time and his mind seems to turning all the time. He is on the scene as most spectators right now.

The R Grunde info on Dennis M..I think he has the last name wrong but I don't think Nejame would have stooped to have him out there at BP causing the scene he did and drinking beer. If he was sent there to observe that is another thing.

The female that keeps showing up I think it is right...she works for defense or knows the A's. And I am sure there are plenty of them out at the scene this week listening and watching everything going on. I bet LP recognizes her since she is around alot.

As to the A's and charges...I think if they did anything to coverup details on this case such as information that could have ended it sooner then yes....file charges. To late for immunity. Body found. I realize they are grieving grandparents but you know what? They have had a headstart on their grieving. The rest of the world has felt it but just held back until now and fallen in love with this little angel. I hope the DNA results are announced today so we can start the process really knowing it is her.
If this was an accident which I don't believe it was...too much premeditation evidence...there is no good reason to hide the body in a trunk then trash bag and then dump like it is nothing more than garbage. It is just disrespectful. My daughter has had more respect for her fish which we buried in our yard and had a ceremony for along with hamsters, bird, cats and dogs.

   The car that KC was driving  was in Cindy name-I would have called police and reported it stolen-  If  I didnt see my grand daughter and was concerned for her safty I would to just about anything to find her.  I certainly would have returned phone calls.

The FBI lab at Quantico is testing a tooth and hair found at the crime scene near the Anthony home, WESH-Channel 2 reported Wednesday.

Those were the most intriguing details in the latest television coverage on missing Caylee Anthony. Her mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with first-degree murder.

"The crime scene continues to give up more clues," WESH's Bob Kealing said. Kealing later reported that sources said clothing was inside the garbage bag that contained human remains found at the scene.

WESH and WKMG-Channel 6 highlighted that prosecutors in the Casey Anthony case had visited the crime scene Wednesday.

"Not only do these prosecutors want to know who the child is and how she died, they also want to determine exactly how long the body has been out in these woods," WKMG's Mike DeForest said. "Anticipating that Casey's attorneys could argue someone else disposed of the toddler after Casey was put in jail, a team of scientists ... [is] trying to pinpoint the day the child was dumped here."

WFTV-Channel 9 was reporting on a possible clue that a viewer brought to its attention. "A computer networking site might hold clues in the case against Casey," anchor Bob Opsahl said. "It might help determine where the duct tape came from that was found on the child's remains found near the Anthony home."

WFTV reporter Kathi Belich said an Ontario woman found information on Casey Anthony's Facebook page from late May. Amy Huizenga, a Casey friend, complained that Casey had lost her duct tape. Belich said the station had passed the information along to authorities.
Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said: "Obviously, this is something that they would look at."

Belich reported that investigators had found duct tape on the child's skull.

WKMG anchor Jacqueline London said the station would have "the shocking statement from attorney John Morgan" about Caylee's grandparents.

Yet WESH delivered it sooner.

Morgan is representing Zenaida Gonzalez, who is suing Casey Anthony for defaming her by citing her as Caylee's baby sitter. Morgan speculated that Casey Anthony's legal team will return to claims that the baby sitter took the toddler.

"They've decided to kick Zenaida Gonzalez one more time, but they're going to find out that they have kicked the wrong dog," Morgan told WESH.

Morgan is set to depose George and Cindy Anthony, Caylee's grandparents, on Monday morning.

WESH talked to a woman who said she had photographic evidence there were no human remains when she looked in the woods to help Texas EquuSearch. Strangely enough, the same woman could be seen in another WESH report delivering food to the Anthony home. WESH's Kealing said Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, wanted to talk to the woman after seeing the station's coverage.   
WESH also talked to Casey's pastor, Shane Stutzman. He told WESH that Casey needs all the help she can get and encouraged people to pray for her.

As I did my news media searches today I noticed that the Cindy and friend photo is gone, not archived (at least I couldn't find it).  Makes you wonder where this photo actually came from and how much of it was Photoshop.

On another note this statement -- Also new in the case, the attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony says his clients will not sit down with attorney John Morgan for a deposition in the Zenaida Gonzalez lawsuit that should happen on Monday.

The search for evidence hasn't stopped, and will continue on Thursday.
Investigators have shared more details about what they've found over the past week.

They said the bag holding the remains, including a skull and some bones, also contained clothing.

Authorities also said the body was dumped shortly after the slaying.

The crime scene has grown from about one-half of an acre to an acre.

Crime scene investigators said it's grown because they continue to find evidence related to the case.

It's evidence that could lead them to the victim's identity.

"As we make additional discoveries on the scene here, they will continue to provide that information, properly label it, sort through it, make sure it's returned to the medical examiner's office as well, and the medical examiner will take all of that information in its totality in order to ... make a determination as to not only gender but definitive identification of the individual," Orange County Sheriff's Office Capt. Angelo Nieves said.

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary wouldn't say exactly when investigators will complete their work at the crime scene, but he said the investigation won't be rushed.

Yesterday, John Walsh finally found closure when Ottis Toole was named the killer of his son Adam Walsh. "This is going to be the best Christmas in 27 years... and Adam will be right there with us. He's always been our angel and this will be a great Christmas." The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children advocate is going on the record with "Extra" about other missing people.

The "America's Most Wanted" host says he believes 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's mother Casey is guilty of the child's murder. "That mother in Florida... I've said it from the beginning. My opinion, she murdered her child and that people would be lucky if they ever found her body. Now I think they have. Now they can prosecute her."

Walsh also helped with the search for Natalee Holloway. "I believe Natalee Holloway is dead and I hope they recover her remains so that they can put her to rest... and I hope that they get justice. I think those three young men in Aruba got away with the murder."

I'm behind in my reading, now.    But, my husband did get good results from his doctor -  doesn't have to go back to for another six months.  (he was treated for prostate cancer earlier this year).

The Today Show just had a small segment on the "Dream Team".   Pisses me off that these scumbags won't tell who is paying them.   Why does Casey deserve this defense team?   I know...   money, money, money.    But, it still gets to me.   I hope they all rot in hell.    Where is the justice for Caylee?   How can they live with themselves?  grrrr.

If they get Casey off, what then?    The dream team will be even more famous and rich, and hopefully, someone beats the crap out of Casey in a back alley - or puts duct tape her mouth and nose so she suffocates.

Any more on Lee?   Can't believe he wouldn't give his fingerprints without a subpeona.  I hope the whole bunch goes to jail.   No immunity for them.    I don't want them to be able to cash in on this story.     RIP Caylee.

Talked briefly about the lady with photos, timing release of information among other things.

I caught a post a couple pages back about how odd it was that Caylee's doll's name was Momma.  It made me remember.. with some embarrassment.. that my first doll's name was Cindy.  ::MonkeyConfused::
