Anthony P.I. Gave Conflicting Statements To Investigators

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Anthony family's private eye, Dominic Casey, gave conflicting statements to investigators under oath (read transcript) about what he was doing at the scene a month before Caylee Anthony's remains were found there and he was being represented at the time by the Anthony family's attorney.

Dominic Casey first told investigators what he first told Eyewitness News, that he had gone to the scene on November 15 merely to determine whether it was a teen hangout as one of Casey's old friends had said. But Dominic Casey could not explain what relevance that would have, since it had been years since Casey was a teenager.

Then, Dominic Casey told investigators he got a call from a psychic the same morning he'd planned to go there that Caylee's remains were in the woods.

Dominic Casey also gave conflicting reports as to who he was talking to on the phone. First it was a psychic, then, when he was asked about talking to his sick daughter, which is what he first told Eyewitness News, he added his daughter to the list of people he was talking to at the scene.

Dominic Casey also told investigators he went to a house nearby based on the psychic tip to look in the culvert, but the video does not show him at the culvert; it shows him digging and poking right next to the house.

The Anthonys' private eye also told investigators, under oath, that he did not know he was being videotaped by another private investigator, Jim Hoover, although at times it looks as though he's being videotaped from close up. Mr. Casey called Hoover a "sneaky devil."

The statement was the first Dominic Casey gave to investigators. There's a second one that the judge hasn't decided whether to release yet.

Casey Anthony Remains Jailed In Death Of Daughter

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A private investigator working for the Anthony family visited the woods where Caylee's remains were located three times before the discovery was made and said ABC-TV paid for George and Cindy Anthony to stay at an Orlando hotel, according to a newly released transcript.  Slideshow: New Images Released

A transcript of an interview conducted by Orange County sheriff's investigators with private investigator Dominic Casey, who worked on behalf of George and Cindy Anthony and Casey Anthony, was released Thursday. Casey formerly worked with Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, but later worked for the Anthony family and Casey Anthony -- although not with her defense team.
Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in a wooded area near the Anthony home in December.
According to the transcript, Casey visited the woods where Caylee's bones were found three times in the month prior to the discovery, including a trip prompted by a psychic.
Investigators asked Casey why he visited the wooded area, and he gave conflicting stories, according to the documents. He said he went once because Casey Anthony's friends mentioned they hung out in the area while they were in high school.
Casey said he was there on Nov. 11 because of a psychic who gave very specific details about where to find Caylee's body, the transcript said. That visit was videotaped by another private investigator, Jim Hoover, who was told by Casey they were there because of a tip, the papers said. Casey was too embarassed to tell Hoover that the tip had been generated by a psychic, the transcript showed.
It's not known how close Casey was to the direct area where Caylee's remains were found, but Casey did not pass the tip onto law enforcement, the papers said.
Casey also admitted to investigators -- as did Brad Conway, the attorney for Geogre and Cindy Anthony, who was present during the interview -- that a producer with ABC-TV was with George and Cindy Anthony the night Caylee's remains were found, the transcript said. Caylee's grandparents returned to Orlando from Los Angeles after appearing on "Larry King Live" on CNN and stayed at the Ritz Carlton, which was paid for by the network, according to the transcript.  

I just love to dirty up new cages, so here goes - it relates to the DNA issues as previously and may I add, discussed in a civilized manner.  From my sources...

What is DNA made of?
DNA is composed of four nucleotides: Alcohol=A, Time=T, Co@k=C, and Girls=G. Alcohol bonds with Time and Co@k bonds with Girls. Combine these nucleotides into different orders and you can initiate a command for fu@kin'. For example, the 32-bit command ATCG would print "Hello World!" Combine more in the same way and you're bound to make it perform other functions. There is even a rumor that if you type in the right DNA sequence and then convert those results into hexadecimal color code, then it will generate a nude picture of Jessica Alba. So far, this has never been accomplished. However, a mismatch between these nucleotides, such as that between C and too much A, can be particularly disastrous, resulting in a dysfunctional C, especially in the presence of a ready and willing G.

Can DNA be damaged?
Of course. When DNA is damaged, it's called a mutation. DNA mutation in real life is just like what you can find in X-Men, only instead of getting eye beams from a mutation, you get eye cancer. DNA mutations can result from any causes, such as living next to Chernobyl, laying out in the sun, talking on the cell phone, getting a nipple twister and getting struck on the noggin.

Defense attorney Jose Baez told the NBC program that the diary entry was from 2003. "This is before Caylee was even born," he said. Baez is representing Casey Anthony, who is charged with daughter Caylee's murder.
Former prosecutor Jeanine Pirro, who has her own show, wasn't buying the 2003 explanation. The handwriting is different, Pirro told Meredith Vieira. "In 2003, it looks more like a kid with the circles. In 2008, it's a different kind of script," Pirro said. "It suggests to me it's five years later."

not saying her theory is wrong ... I do think it could have been written in 08 and the date 03 just put there or the book was started in 03 and she rarely wrote in it.

I can change my handwriting depending on my mood and how much time I have. It can be very neat and "loopy" or plain old chicken scratch. Plus I have a couple of different ways of writing letters such as A's M's etc.

Or not at all.  I never have a problem with slow, either it loads or it doesn't, not loading is becoming common (doesn't find server, which means server is down), usually a couple of minutes before I can get in, sometimes longer.

I always thought that about my handwriting too. It can be super neat, or really sloppy if I'm in a hurry, also depending on the type of pen. I write alot neater with a fine point pen on a hard surface, than with a med point pen on a softer surface. Also, I write some of my letters in different ways, and I even alternate script with regular (non script, omg, I forget the word for it). They'd definitely think I was crazy or something. I'd actually be afraid to take a polygraph because I'd probably fail if they asked me "is your name QuietMonkey" and I said yes, it would come back deceptive!  ::MonkeyConfused:: They can take my dna though, I don't think you can fake that! I was rewatching and interview of an inmate that got release from jail when Casey was in there going to court.  He asked Casey where the baby was and she said her ex-boyfriend had her.  It struck me that Casey definitely hates two people in her life, well, three, but one is her mom, the other is Jesse Grund and of course Caylee.  Also, in one of her video interviews with her parents, she said she had to pick one person that she could see and it was George.  Casey tells George she wanted to see him because they have been estranged for so long and they were just getting back together.  I know that girls that don't have a father figure in their lives can get boy-crazy.  Does this seem like a possiblity with Casey?  Do you think she was hurt so much by George leaving or maybe not really in her life or maybe he wouldn't stand up to Cindy that somehow her relationship  with men got out of control?  I was just wondering.  I do believe Casey has a variety of problems, not just one, though.  I was just throwing this out there.

That is true gnm. If we never saw this diary, we wouldn't be thinking "oh if there were just one more piece of evidence". Same with the fingerprints. Now, KC's fingerprints being on that duct tape would be great of course, but, what if there wasn't that duct tape on there at all?? Also, what about the garbage bags? There could be fingerprints on the garbage bags. Also, on one of the news shows, don't remember which one or who said it, but they said the duct tape could have been placed over the mouth in such a way that the part that the hands/fingers touched it could have been cut off. Now, we don't know if the duct tape was ripped or cut, hopefully LE is able to tell that though!

Now watch this have been answered..... there was just a press conference..... A SO who lives within a mile of the home was taken in custody for violation of his GPS limits.  The sheriff talked out of both sides of his mouth, saying the guy wondered about a mile - his GPS zone is about a mile but then said he doesn't think he was involved in Haleigh's disappearance.......then with barely a breath....he won't exclude him.

Not having anything to hide and having your DNA on file forever is something else.  What if down the road, Big Brother, decides to use all the information that has been collected on DNA samples to do something you may not agree with.   It's a view many have, just saying. <quote>

Well, I grew up and have always lived in the South. When my ancestors considered a marriage, cousins were always first choice to keep the family blood line "pure."  Brother & sisters were totally taboo and considered trashy, as were father/ daughter. Those there things the slaves and share croppers did, but never the "proper" families.

Thought the Dom C. interview was very enlightening. When he asked for them to turn off tape...I sure hope he told them who wanted him not to call 911.After Cindy's statement in the documents about having someone out there in Nov. I feel sure it was one of the Ant's on the phone with him. I also noticed in the docs. that the FBI said secondary test were being run and results would be in next batch of evidence.

It's interesting that you bring this up, did anyone see the recent Diane Sawyer report on Appalachia?  It was heartbreaking and I don't want to say it was "telling" because there has definitely been a lot of dispute over how accurate Diane Sawyer's portrayal was.  A lot of people from that part of the country were very offended by her representation of families from that area.

An ABC producer paid for George and Cindy Anthony to stay at one of Central Florida's most expensive hotels for three days in December after their missing granddaughter's remains were found, according to newly released testimony.

The couple stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes from Dec. 11 to Dec. 14 after Caylee's remains were found near their home. The company that footed the bill is owned by Disney.

The new details were part of an interview of Anthony family private investigator Dominic Casey that was taken on Jan. 7 by Orange County sheriff's Sgt. John Allen and FBI Agent Nick Savage.

The producer, a woman named Kaitlyn Folmer, made arrangements with then-Anthony spokeswoman Michelle Bart to put up the couple and two of their investigators at the hotel. Rooms at the hotel can cost between $249 and $739 per night, depending on the level of luxury.

Judge Stan Strickland reviewed the transcript and found it contained no privileged information.

Included in the transcript were details of the Anthony family's activities the hours and days following the discovery of Caylee's remains.

The family dined at a restaurant inside the hotel the night of the discovery, according to the transcript. Meanwhile, dozens of Orange County sheriff's investigators, FBI agents and crime scene technicians sifted through dirt, leaves and underbrush for Caylee's skeletal remains.

George and Cindy dined with Lee Anthony, his girlfriend Mallory Parker, private investigators Dominic Casey and James Hoover and the ABC producer. At one point, Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez joined the group, according to the Casey's statement. It's unclear who paid for the meal.

Lee Anthony ordered a steak for Baez who joined them for about a half hour, the document said. He had just visited Casey Anthony in the jail and wanted to speak with the family, Casey said. The dinner was somber, Casey said.

Folmer allegedly told the Anthonys and the private investigators that she was not there to get a story. During an interview Casey told Sgt. John Allen and FBI Agent Nick Savage that he didn't believe the woman.

"She never talked about money. She never talked about pictures, videos. She did make the point to say… 'You know there's no ulterior motive here. We're, we're just doing this,'" Casey said. "I'm like, 'Yeah, right. I can believe that one.'"

Later that night while Orange County detectives were executing a search warrant at the home on Hopespring Drive, Cindy Anthony sat outside the entrance to the hotel with Casey, record show. Private investigator Hoover was sent to the house to lock it up after the first search warrant was executed.

I saw it and was appalled by her portrayal. She found the most pitiful families and to be honest, I don't know where she found them. (or if it was real)  We have worked with "Mission of Hope" for many years which is an area Baptist mission which works and provides necessities to persons in that area. (I am Lutheran, but I found this project the best in the area)

Most of those people are poor but proud. They totally live off the land, and are not like the ghetto dwellers who want and take everything from the government.  Sometimes I wonder if we are really helping them or hurting them by trying to bring our culture into their world.

Ive been saying this forever and a day.   The cover up beyond Casey's sole heinous acts, begins & ends with Cindy.  I posed these questions with this new knowledge earlier this morning:

Why did Cindy send DC there & based on what knowledge, by whom?
Does this not prove that Cindy knew Caylee was dead & that Casey was responsible?
Why didnt Cindy call LE to go to that area if she suspected something could be found there?
Remember DC was reported to have told Hoover that they found Caylee & she was deceased but they had to go get her...
If DC found Caylee's remains, what was Cindy planning on doing with the remains?
DC's excuse of the psychic that Cindy earlier sent a teddy bear to....note the psychic NEVER came thru with proof of her calls to DC to date, why?
Why isnt Cindy (and others) not charged with obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, lying to LE?

THERE IS NO PLAUSIBLE EXCUSE WHY CINDY SHOULDNT HAVE GIVEN THAT INFORMATION TO LE, be it OCSO and/or FBI.

I agree with you . This whole case is a puzzle and when all the pieces are put together the jury will have the information and the diary entry is not that important. Also I think LE can prove it is 2008 because Mike Brooks on HLN said there were more pages. They didn't have to show the whole inside for the picture if they were trying to just put it out there.

It was reported earlier that this same ABC producer accompanied the Anthonys to California for their LKL appearance - no way a kindness was the motivation - more like exlcusive rights & maybe part of the TV movie deal everyone keeps getting wind of.   ABC & NBC are clearly in the tank to pay this disgusting family to sensationalize the story for $$.   There was also a producer present with Brad Conway to go pick up the gifts people left at the corner of Suburban originally - mind you legally technical that was not the Anthonys right to do (family or not) since that was on public property & donated by the public

People have wondered if it was Baez who told Casey not to call 911 right away if Caylee was found.  But, could it have been the ABC producer?  Maybe an offer of mucho bucks?

The dinner and hotel stuff seems rather minor when compared with that reported $200,000 for some pictures we heard about previously.  I can sympathize with buying them a hotel stay/dinner while their house gets searched yet again, right after the body is actually found, but yeah, anything beyond that is self-serving and evil.

I agree.  Why are these people allowed to do things with impunity which would get most of us arrested?  I truly believe that if I were being served with a search warrant and became confrontational I would have a lot more done to me than just be sent out to the back yard.  I think I would find my butt in jail for interferring with a police officer. Cindy has repeatedly tampered with evidence, lied to LE, and covered up for her odious daughter, but she seems to be LE's darling girl.  How can she tell LE that she had someone search where Caylee was found one month previous and no one asks a question?  I should think that LE would want to know why she did this and who her source of information is.  All they did as far as we know is just make a note of it.  I detest that Jane Velez Mitchell person but I would like to raise my finger in the air as she does and yell, "There's somethin' going on here," because IMO there is. I wondered too about that shovel and why they were taking a picture of it. I thought it looked pretty new, not like it had been out there for 6 months or longer. What about that June 21 entry from Casey Anthony's diary?

At noon Thursday, Tony Pipitone of WKMG-Channel 6 criticized "tabloid media" for "reporting that the diary entry was made in 2008, after Caylee went missing."

Casey Anthony is charged with the murder of daughter Caylee.

Pipitone said the evidence suggests there is "no way" Casey could have made the entry. Rather, he pointed to a notation showing the diary dates to 2003, when Casey was 17. He said all the writing was in the same color of ink.

In earlier reports, Pipitone has tracked Casey Anthony's movements. He found: Casey Anthony went nowhere near her bedroom, where the diary was kept, on June 21, 2008. Rather, she was near her boyfriend in Winter Park. Cindy Anthony has said Casey wasn't in the family home at that time. 


The diary entry offers the reflections of a 17-year-old in the summer before her senior year in high school, Pipitone said.

Dominic Casey, a private investigator for the Anthony family, was the focus of other reports at noon on WKMG and WFTV-Channel 9.

WKMG's Mike DeForest reported that the private eye had visited -- three times -- the woods where Caylee's remains were later found. The private investigator received the tip from a psychic, DeForest said, but did not pass along that information to law enforcement.


WFTV's Kathi Belich reported that Dominic Casey gave conflicting statements about being at the scene where Caylee's remains were later found. Who was he talking to on a cell phone when he was there? He cited the psychic and later added his sick daughter, Belich said.

Belich highlighted another twist: In documents the state released Wednesday, Cindy Anthony said she sent someone to the woods the month before Caylee's remains were found. Cindy Anthony did not name that person.

Good question.    My guess is that they would have made sure Caylee was never found.    They were travelling around, discussing "live Caylee sightings" in the media.   I think they knew Caylee was out there all along - yet continued with this charade.    IMO, they were more interested in getting KC acquitted - and making money off of a "missing" Caylee.

How many possible criminals will observe this case and walk away saying, "Hmmm...just swear I didn't do it, had nothing to do with it, and nothing can get pinned on me, ever."  I really wonder, sometimes. ::MonkeyNoNo::

In the wake of those claiming to be public relations representatives for the Anthony family accusing Texas Equusearch and Scared Monkeys of profiteering off of missing persons cases, sources close to the Caylee Anthony investigation have informed us of a series of high-dollar financial deals struck with the Anthony family regarding the case.

whoa! interesting.  wonder what will become of this.   Does anyone know if Haleigh was way closer to George than Adji was or vice versa?  I am up here in snowy climates and have no clue how close/far either of these cases were to the Anthony home except that they are all in "south florida"? ::MonkeyDance::

I know I saw a pic of a shovel in the pic's yesterday.  I am hoping maybe Klaas (Or someone!) can zoom the video of Dominic Casey and the put that side by side to the shovel in the pic yesterday. 

I sure hope she does!  It sends me over the top when I think of those people stealing from the American public under false statements!  Who have they helped with their received donations thus far?  Has any child been found because of anyone from that lot of trash people?  Not that I have seen or have found.

1.  If he was right there, how did he not see the body.

Adji and his family were equal distance from the Anthony's if not closer than Haileigh.  While I think that Haileighs family deserves support as well, I do not understand the need to ignore this other missing handicap child.

I agree...but now Mrs. Baden is starting to do some more talking and interviews....WHY? because this is all about the forensics and she just happens to be married to a forensics expert?

Baez and Baden aka  "the sow and the pig" are going to attack the FBI labs based on one report favoring anything beyond DNA as "junk science" well last I looked that is based on opinion and interpretation as well...hmmm   Secondarily, if they are going to put forward that concept then that is a double-edged sword applying to anyone or any facility they utilize in their indepedent defense testing.   AND O MY GOD  Baden had the nerve to say SHE was going to educate the judge as if he isnt aware of these arguments daily & she just insulted him and all judges that they aren't educated enough to comprehend foresenic science...O boi Strickland heard that and I dare her to take that approach in court - they just made a HUGE mistake yet again.  Why they are discussing this discovery as "bias" Ill never know because the evidence collected is what it is,  facts surrounding the crime & statements of others are what they are - LE both state and federal gathered thru investigation what they have, what the defense seems to not understand that anything they put forward could be considered "bias" with their adamant stance to defend their client as innocent.  Oy!   You'll notice they skipped right over the part about the Whitney laundry bag, trash bags, Winnie the Pooh blanket, etc.

Doesnt everyone find it odd that considering the magnitude of this case that all the defense seems to have time for is to get in front of the camera to diffuse discovery released via Sunshine Law in Florida and sit around eating bon bons & steaks on someone else's cent note, this time in NYC again? You'd think they would be conducting depositions, busy observing tests in a lab something other than ignoring their PR rep and getting before the cameras repetitively - why did they hire her?

sometimes cindy's actions make me think that she really wants Casey put away and DOES maybe see things for how they are, but she still eventually has to see Casey face-to-face and in order to cope with that she "plays" into Casey's favor.  So she can tell Casey that she stood up for her.  If you look at things from Casey's point of view, locked-up, all she really has to go on is what she hears through Jose or media.  Just a thought, I know all of Cindy's actions don't really support my theory, but I see little instances of understanding in Cindy.

Thank you Capp for the Re-Capp! I did not have the heart or stomach to watch. It's seems there only defense is to attack and ignore. Attack the evidence you can, and ignore the evidence you can't. There biggest problem is going to be that evidence that they ignore. But, just because they ignore it, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist!! So I guess they can attack and ignore all they want, because there is nothing else they can do. There is no real defense because they know that there is no one else who did this, if there were, they would be pointing in that direction.

Anyone else think that Baden and company have been standing in the wings well before the body was found?  They were there in a heart beat which makes me think they had already been on stand by if Caylee's body was found.  Jose new this would be the ending and has been preparing for it since she was rearrested after LP bonded her out..he knew ..either she confessed to him or he finally saw the writing on the wall.

I do not understand any of the news media taking up for the Anthonys. They were involved in this from the beginning and they tried to use that PI to help them cover this up.  I knew all their "bogus" sighting stories were just that.......LIES to cover for KC.

Look at page 74 and page 75. Who else would have told him not to call 911 first if he found a body, except for them or Baez??? No one !

What it appears to me is Casey told them or Baez where the body was and that's how DC knew where to look and not the "psychic"? I believe Baez has been the intermediary with his computer between KC and Cindy and that is not allowed. I hope they bust them all for that.

Yesterday it came out that CINDY admitted to investigators when they arrived at the Anthony home after Caylee's remains were found that SHE "SENT SOMEONE" there the month before - at time George was markedly upset & she made him to go to patio with none other than KFN, Dominic Casey & Hoover. Then she showed that "perfect" Caylee room with the Winnie the pooh comforter, but yet when they found the body, it was "suddenly" missing from the bed.

Reading this interview, it spoke volumes to me about what the Anthony scammers knew. I have always said they knew when they got that car and everything from there was "script."

The whole time Cindy was begging for money with the KFN shysters and trying to shame LE to go on a wild goose chase, SHE KNEW!!! and that hacks me off more everyday.

I was watching that.She was breaking down wasn't she?Had a argument for everything.

You know KC could say "I did it", then plead not guilty, and all these people would be saying they can't prove she's guilty they've got nothing, it's circumstantial!! It wouldn't matter what evidence they have. Because the evidence they do have they attack or ignore, and any new evidence that surfaces they will do the same thing. I realize they are defense attorneys, but they are human too, aren't they?? Uggghhh, I'm getting that feeling again that I should put myself back in lurk mode.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Investigators arranged to videotape Casey Anthony's reaction in jail when she learned that a child's remains were found near her family's home, a source told WESH 2 News exclusively on Thursday.

Anthony doubled over twice and appeared to hyperventilate, according to the source who has seen the tape.

Investigators say the tape shows Anthony's consciousness of guilt, because it was days before the remains were identified as her daughter Caylee.

WESH 2 News reporter Bob Kealing reported Thursday that Casey Anthony was purposefully taken to a jail nurse's station in December and seated where she could see breaking news coverage on TV about the child's remains. A video camera documented her reaction, a source said.

It was more than a week before the remains were identified as Caylee, who was reported missing last July.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with Caylee's death. She is in Orange County Jail on no bond awaiting trial later this year.

There is one reason and only one reason that any news media is interested in the Anthony's......money..with a capital M.

If they are paying a million for the story writes, book rights , etc..they think they stand to gain many more million off the sale to TV and other media once they have things in place.  Sad comment on our society..but people pay big bucks for tradegy.

 I know, my cousin was murdered, we knew who did it..he is still awaiting trial almost 2 years later..and we have always said no comment.  Her life was not an up for auction type of existence..she was a school teacher for blind, mentally handicapped children..to sell the rights to her story would have been horrific for any of us.   

Some people out there though, are always willing to make a buck off of their life story..and poor Caylee never had that choice.  I wish her grandparents could have remembered her sweet prescence and not made this into a circus..Caylee deserved better..she has received much less.

I just was looking at the Diary Entry made by Casey -and watched Mike G on HLN
I can see on the photo of where their are pages ripped out. That is strange. Usually people don't write in a journal and then go back and rip pages out ...unless they have something to hide.
The O3 in the corner - I believe that it is quite possible she did write that part inside the Journal in 03. The way she created the letters reminds me of what one would see in a High School yearbook signing. Very " Teen " like so to say.
Now the other entry seems a bit strange to me. I don't believe that it was written at the same time as the Seize the Day ..crap.
What I noticed in her Handwriting - of Happiness and future yadda.

First I notice she does not " DOT " any of her lower case " I's".
I notice a faded art print of a Cat or something within the paper.
Now if she wrote on the page that was torn out on top of the existing page - Would it not be feasible for forensics to find imprints of the missing page( imprints from her Pen) ?
I would think that they would be able to.
I also know that Target always has really cute Journals and sometimes they sell them at the same time for "Going back to School " supplies. I have a few myself. Some actually have the copyright date imprinted on the back of the journal. Distributed by Target Corp or who ever with a date. Copy write 2007 etc. If they can find the date of copy write of the Journal and it was past 2003 ... hmm.

Even if she did write in the the Seize the day part in 2003 - would not really matter. Maybe Cindy is aware that she had many journals and that one was Old, no one would think she was currently writing in it to check it. Maybe she did write in it initially in 2003 and then re-read what she wrote and tore it out. Maybe Cindy was patrolling Casey's Bed Room. Maybe Casey wrote things about " HOW I hate My Parents" Many teens do that. They take out their frustrations with writing and blame everything on Mom & Dad.
Or maybe she wrote other things that she feared Cindy would read.

The entry with Her new found happiness seems like "SHE" made a choice. A difficult Choice and or a Choice she made all on her own, ( that was Life Changing for her) that she was contemplating for awhile.
I recall " Lee" writing Journals on his Myspace. Deep stuff that sometimes was filled with anger and frustrations. I know a Monkey must have his entries. Was around the time he was with the woman who was pregnant .... left him for another and moved to Michigan.

I went and found her Handwritten Statement to LE - writing of last time she saw Caylee
The handwriting is very different. Her written statement to Police - Her hand writing is all the same height and straight up and down. Almost as though she is trying to make it difficult to read. And it appears to be all run on sentences.

Her writing appears to be a bit sloppy and not so pretty as her Diary Entry. Which I think is strange that her writing of him would be just the opposite. You would think she would write it Very Decorative and Lovey dovey. The scribbling out over her words to me suggests that she would DIE of embarrassment if he/Tony saw her writing Mrs Anthony Lazarro ....and or it shows she is not sure that He and she will last or become a real couple. That He was in Charge of making that choice, whether they were to be a real couple.

Then knowing he made the comments that he did not want " Daughters" if and when he had his own family. Maybe her scribbling their names out is her frustration showing.
That Ok now she thinks " Tony" may kick her to the curb because she has a Daughter.

Hence just another reason confirming in Casey's head - Caylee has to Go.

Ya know, something occurred to me. Brad Conway sat in serving as Dominic Casey's legal counsel.   That seems not only to be a direct conflict but I scream FOUL!!!  This way the Anthonys get to know everything that was said in these interviews via THEIR attorney - now if any or all of them get charged DC is hung out to dry because Brad cannot defend both the Anthonys & DC...more than likely they would turn on each other to save themselves (typical & expected).

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Investigators arranged to videotape Casey Anthony's reaction in jail when she learned that a child's remains were found near her family's home, a source told WESH 2 News exclusively on Thursday.

Anthony doubled over twice and appeared to hyperventilate, according to the source who has seen the tape.

Investigators said the tape shows Anthony's consciousness of guilt, because it was days before the remains were identified as her daughter Caylee.

The remains, which were later identified as Caylee's body, were found by a meter reader in a wooded area off of Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home.

WESH 2 News reporter Bob Kealing reported Thursday that Casey Anthony was purposefully taken to a jail nurse's station in December and seated where she could see breaking news coverage on TV about the child's remains. A video camera documented her reaction, a source said.

It was more than a week before the remains were identified as Caylee, who was reported missing last July.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with Caylee's death. She is in Orange County Jail on no bond awaiting trial later this year.

Thanks SS.   What I caught on Dom. C interview...The LE ask where he heard the news about the body being found....He said on the radio, then says he was at The Tip Toe Salon and heard it on the news. They ask what he did.....He went outside and called Cindy. Asked what time he called her and he said between 9-10....probably about 9:30 ...his words...... Well, I don't think it was on the news quite that fast....He got caught in a whole lot of lies on that interview.

No, we don't know for sure but suspect it was and possibly purchased at JCPenny because Cindy didn't want to turn over those receipts.

I was glad to hear about KC being recorded in the jail when she found out, good thinking jail people, or atleast whoever's idea it was!! I'm sure JB & Co. will cry and moan about it, saying it should have been a "private moment". Is there such a thing as "private" in prison?

I'm still reading the interview that was released today.   Since this one appears to be full of lies, I would assume the second one tells the truth.   Maybe that is why it isn't being released, yet.    It must tell the REAL story.   just my guess.

More witnesses came forward saying the man, who was white, walked while shielding the face of a girl who looked like Haleigh. The two got into a red Toyota RAV4 with Florida license plates and drove off.

The reason that LE has displayed that journal is that they must already know it wasn't printed in 2003-  h*** they probably know whose money she stole to buy the thing!
I don't think they would have included it in evidence if there was any way the defense could discredit it>       

This case is getting weirder and weirder also.

Could it be that DCasey's second interview isn't being released because it is evidence for another investigation?   Maybe someone else will be arrested soon.    Heck, maybe DCasey or CA.    just thinking outloud.
