I think it is important to respect DD and all of the work she does in relation to how she goes outside the box to associate these extensive cases and how we must go deeper into an investigation to find the answers. This is a church known throughout California for those who are being released from prison and also those who attend to avoid a prison sentence. DD, I am sure you are familiar with Victory Outreach? Like a community church that the majority of their population consists of ex cons, gang members and etc...A church organized for reform? I see a lot of tattoos on Pastor George Henson of the Vision Ministries Church on their flicker account...

Offenders are dumped onto the streets with little money and no job and often are ostracized by the people they know. It is difficult to find a place to live because most apartments, shelters and tent cities ban sex offenders. "Without stable housing that is both appropriate to offenders' needs and within their financial means, offender stability and community safety are both easily compromised," stated the July 2002 report on housing high-risk offenders. But little has been done. In most communities, people have refused to offer sex offenders housing. The "not in my backyard" attitude has fostered the growth in the homeless population, said state Rep. Al O'Brien, D-Mountlake Terrace, chairman of the House Criminal Justice and Corrections Committee. "That forces them into places where you have less services, it forces them into homelessness and the police don't know where the hell they are at." Some cities, such as Issaquah and Monroe, have enacted ordinances that limit offenders to living in just a small area of their communities, far from residential neighborhoods and schools. Duncan case The changes were a reaction in part to the high-profile manhunt this summer for a Washington sex felon. Joseph Duncan is accused of slaying members of an Idaho family, then kidnapping and sexually abusing two of the children, Shasta and Dylan Groene. While these cities view the ordinances as a way to protect residents, some law-enforcement officials such as Seattle police Detective Bob Shilling say the restrictions create a "public-safety nightmare" by chasing offenders out of one neighborhood and passing the problem on to other communities. "None of us want sex offenders in our neighborhood, but the fact is that they have come from our neighborhoods," said Shilling, lead detective in the sex-offender detail. "How do we expect them to succeed? "We don't need to bring out the welcome wagon, but it's in everybody's best interest for this person to be a stable, taxpaying member of society." While housing for sex offenders isn't a fix that legislators plan to consider during the upcoming session, other ideas will be proposed. O'Brien, a retired Seattle police sergeant, will submit a bill calling for the use of electronic ankle bracelets to monitor high-risk homeless sex offenders convicted of crimes against children. He estimated the set-up costs could reach $10 million in the first year. Brief sentences O'Brien also wants to toughen the penalties for sex offenders who repeatedly fail to register. Eye opener -- sexoffendershousing -- you'll be amazed and sickened. They are released from prison with a piece of paper with phone numbers on them to find housing, a job, etc. No money. I am sure there are a lot of lower rentals.. it's an old mill town. they usually have old house all over, and use to the mill towns would have Mill houses, where their workers lived when the mills were first put in, they would be old and small, and sometimes in clusters. I don't know if mccleary is like that or not though, but all the mill towns I have lived in were. I really know nothing about the area. #1 i am at someones house and i realize i have posted their bond, they are to go to court the next day and inform me that they don't know if they will go to court or not....i inform them that i shouldn't suffer because i choose to help them, they agree and hand me a letter addressed to a detective that i read ...the letter states "if you knew he was doing this all along why didn't you put him in jail'...later in same dream i have to take a small girl across town...we go on the sidewalk that goes up and down hills until the sidewalk ends and it goes threw a church...we go threw the church and the little girl wants to play with the other kids, so i let her, then we are on our way...we walk until dark where i return the letter to the person's who's bond i posted (female) and walk back the way we came...we go through the church and are told by a matron to be quiet, the children are sleeping, so we are quiet...we then end up at housing area that is all trailers, but instead of stacked the way they are in most trailer parks, they are all side by side, while we enter one the small girl now has a large dog that is her pet..for some reason there is a since of urgency to round up the girl and her dog when i fire breaks out at the trailer next door...to get out before the trailer next door catches where we are at... then i wake up #2 all i can remember of this one is seeing a shack (old flat timber with spaces through the boards, a quick nail up job to hold it together) by a body of water, and then hearing Lindsey was found in the shack by the water #3 WARNING this is SSOOO bizarre...i'm in a room with a man and a girl...the man has hurt/killed someone, ?? and it involves an oven..the police come and while i am trying to sooth the man (make him act right) the oven cycles one its own and then blows a fuse...i mention to the police hey, look at what this oven just did, and they are like hey, it could have been the oven, while this is going on the man keeps bad mouthing to police and i tell him they are trying to help you...he replies so just placate them the way you are..i tell him not to bite the hand thats trying to save you azz...he starts to become agaitated and says??? all this time i'm trying to keep him away from the girl because he is frantic and crazy, then he states oh, $hiot, i think i could have just put that kid in the microwave? and so i go searching for a microwave, find one and there is a young girl 7-8 in the microwave, although unhurt because it didn't work, then the girl i am with states oh, i forgot something in the microwave as well...........then i wake up. i need to quit with the cheese before bed ::MonkeyConfused:: ::MonkeyNoNo:: Title: Re: Miscellaneous findings for DD and others to find relevant-or Not! LOL But In Mccleary and Elma we have sidewalks ain some areas of town and they end in some spots. Now I am trying to think of any churches that have no sidewalk in front of them. The ones in elma all do. BUT there is one in Mccleary that doesnt.......... so here is where I got a bit wirded out when I went to look it up to post the address. Anyway there are three common things in al this... Your dream about walking on side walk up down hills till it ends. Mccleary has hills where there are sidwalks and then they end . Next there is a nasty littl shack like house , but not sure about the water.... but could check. This is the location it is said the dogs tracked her scent. a bit freaky but maybe a little less cheese might let you have sweet dreams. Post by: KimC on July 24, 2009, 03:40:39 PM (http://Quote from: mamacrazy30 on July 23, 2009, 07:43:13 PMi've had a few dreams regarding Lindsey for the past few weeks and although they sound weird, you have to realize that i have very few dreams...(bare with me)#1 i am at someones house and i realize i have posted their bond, they are to go to court the next day and inform me that they don't know if they will go to court or not....i inform them that i shouldn't suffer because i choose to help them, they agree and hand me a letter addressed to a detective that i read ...the letter states "if you knew he was doing this all along why didn't you put him in jail'...later in same dream i have to take a small girl across town...we go on the sidewalk that goes up and down hills until the sidewalk ends and it goes threw a church...we go threw the church and the little girl wants to play with the other kids, so i let her, then we are on our way...we walk until dark where i return the letter to the person's who's bond i posted (female) and walk back the way we came...we go through the church and are told by a matron to be quiet, the children are sleeping, so we are quiet...we then end up at housing area that is all trailers, but instead of stacked the way they are in most trailer parks, they are all side by side, while we enter one the small girl now has a large dog that is her pet..for some reason there is a since of urgency to round up the girl and her dog when i fire breaks out at the trailer next door...to get out before the trailer next door catches where we are at...then i wake up#2 all i can remember of this one is seeing a shack (old flat timber with spaces through the boards, a quick nail up job to hold it together) by a body of water, and then hearing Lindsey was found in the shack by the water#3 WARNING this is SSOOO bizarre...i'm in a room with a man and a girl...the man has hurt/killed someone, ?? and it involves an oven..the police come and while i am trying to sooth the man (make him act right) the oven cycles one its own and then blows a fuse...i mention to the police hey, look at what this oven just did, and they are like hey, it could have been the oven, while this is going on the man keeps bad mouthing to police and i tell him they are trying to help you...he replies so just placate them the way you are..i tell him not to bite the hand thats trying to save you azz...he starts to become agaitated and says??? all this time i'm trying to keep him away from the girl because he is frantic and crazy, then he states oh, $hiot, i think i could have just put that kid in the microwave? and so i go searching for a microwave, find one and there is a young girl 7-8 in the microwave, although unhurt because it didn't work, then the girl i am with states oh, i forgot something in the microwave as well...........then i wake up.i need to quit with the cheese before bedOK the Cheeze might be a bit much for you at night. LOL But In Mccleary and Elma we have sidewalks ain some areas of town and they end in some spots. Now I am trying to think of any churches that have no sidewalk in front of them. The ones in elma all do. BUT there is one in Mccleary that doesnt.......... so here is where I got a bit wirded out when I went to look it up to post the address. Okay, well not to beat a dead horse, but isn't Wayne Watne associated with the Evergreen Christian Community Church? I know that research has been done already for Evergreen (based on what was reported in the paper the night of Lindsey's vigil, , but as I recall it wasn't in McCleary. The other thing that I will suggest, is that "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD," someone go get local LE and go check out that shack/house that is next to this church. I googled the location of the church and the location falls well-within the route that Lindsey could have taken to go home that night. I really hope that this is followed up on, dream or no. Roy Day, 38 of McCleary is charged with first-degree burglary-domestic violence and two counts of fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. The charges stem from Day allegedly attacking Yolanda Haas and her 13-year-old daughter. Haas told a Thurston County Superior Court Judge Monday that she fears for her life and believe that if her daughter wasn't home Friday, Day would have killed her. UPDATED: Man accused of creating child porn on Fort Lewis property Posted by Stacey Mulick @ 07:52:00 am A Spanaway man was arrested Tuesday afternoon while riding a bike in Pierce County for allegedly molesting and taking pornographic pictures of children on Fort Lewis grounds. Jeffrey R. Smiley, 36, was charged in U.S. District Court in Tacoma with aggravated sexual abuse. He was also wanted on a warrant in Pierce County Superior Court for two counts of first-degree child molestation. The victims he's accused of assaulting were known to Smiley, Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer said. Smiley is not connected to the Army or Fort Lewis. Investigators reportedly found mattresses, toys and cameras at two locations in a wooded area near Fort Lewis. They also found his car, which contained a computer and child porn image. The FBI said there could be more victims. Anyone with information about additional victims should call the FBI at 206-622-0460. The case is being investigated by the FBI, military police and Pierce County Sheriff's Department, Troyer said. The News Tribune received one e-mail from a reader who spotted a contingent of federal and local law enforcement officers Friday afternoon near the base. Turns out, the officers and agents were investigating Smiley. They'd discovered two of his campsites on Fort Lewis property last week and had been actively searching for him. SEATTLE MURDER SENTENCE ADDED FOR CONVICTED RAPIST A rapist already sentenced to life in prison is scheduled to receive another sentence Wednesday in Seattle for murder. Forty-five-year-old Curtis Thompson was convicted last month in King County Superior Court of stabbing a woman to death during a sexual attack. It was the third conviction for Thompson for a crime spree in August 2004 that included rape and assaults.
