tom: you're spending that sh like crazy, lindsy!

tom: you had 39 hundred dollars!

lindsy: gas, okay, gas to get here. money on the phone, money to you, diapers, insurance.

tom: i know one time you told me you had 19 hundred, and the next time i know you got 700.

lindsy: yeah within weeks, weeks, tom. i had... yeah, um... tommy i'm not spending...

tom: well chill out. you ain't got no money, you fixing to go broke?

lindsy: yeah, i'm fixing to go broke! your dad owes me 420 dollars, huh?

tom: well, he don't owe you all that. you make tim pay the money he owes ya,let tim get paid
from my dad.

lindsy: i have not been wasting money. i have not bought anything. i bought 6 quarts of oil,
uh, i haven't spent it on anything. there is nothing that i've spent it on.

tom: well, seems to be a lot... went real quick. so, i don't know.

lindsy: i have bills to pay, tom. i have insurance...

tom: it's only been two months since i've been here lindsy... 39 hundred dollars, 2 months, 
it's a lot of money.

lindsy: if you were out, i wouldn't have none!

tom: yeah, okay... you better quit.

lindsy: tommy, it's 50 dollars a month for my phone...50 a month for my insurance... 50
dollars orrrr...

tommy: going out all the time is a waste of money

lindsy: yeah, make me sound like a bad mom, go for it buddy... i'll just hang up the phone
and leave.

tommy: you need to chill your ass out.

lindsy: i don't go out all the time! i went out twice. twice, tom.

tommy: not even talking about just that.

lindsy: i don't go out to eat all the time!

tom: i don't want to even talk about it.

lindsy: nobody cares. nobody cares. yeah, i get it.

( lindsy ends this spat with a threat to take tommy's dog to the pound for peeing on the floor )

If you take $3900 dollars and spread it out over 2 months (8 weeks) the woman was not even spending $500 a week to keep a house going, kids fed, etc.  I make more money then that and I have weeks where I struggle.  He is a selfish peehole and has NO clue what it takes to keep a household running.  He lives in la la land....

Putnam man, 38, charged with capital sexual battery

A 38-year-old Putnam County man was arrested and charged Tuesday with capital sexual battery on a juvenile girl.

Donald Sapp, of Satsuma, was arrested after the girl, who is now 13, told her mother she was assaulted two years ago.

Capital sexual battery involves a victim younger than 12 and a perpetrator older than 18.

On July 29 the girl's mother told investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office about the attack.

Sapp was arrested following an investigation and was being held without bail in the Putnam County jail.

My question is......IS SHE DIVORCING HIM SO SHE IS FORCED to testify against him.  In other words, she is divorcing him because she is "mad" but in reality she knows more then what she is saying and is paving a way for herself to be able to testify, forcefully, rather then if they were married and she would have to say (so he wasn't mad) that she didn't want to testify against him.

Maybe Lindsy paid for her D.I.V.O.R.C.E  with some of that money....and I would have to say that will be the best money she has spent. ::MonkeyTongue::I also get the feeling Tommy will  get over Lindsy pretty quick and even quicker if somebody puts money in his account for his snacks....he is so selfish ::MonkeyNoNo::

for going to nursing school.

Yes, that is what a hood piercing is. That is why Tommy did not want some guy to give her one while he was not there. 

I totally understand your sentiments. I stated a while ago that she subjected her kids to a life with domestic abuse, illegal drug abuse and other illegal activities involving stolen items. Why did it take her so long to see the light?

She mentioned in one of the tapes some friends that she has now.  They are not into drugs.... and she is enjoying getting out with her children going to various places.  Don't these kid deserve more than what that controlling druggie of a father has done.   

I stand behind her all the way.  If LP or others are helping her get on her feet ... good for them. 

If Tommy's kids are getting govt. assistance nobody is getting a tax return, it would go right to the govt. ::MonkeyNoNo::

I one of the jail tapes she mentioned filling out papers and needed information on Child Care Agencies and costs.  She may have been applying for some gov't assistance until she can get herself a full time job and get the children enrolled in daycare.

I do hope it was on the bottom, so she can step on him with each and every step for the rest of her life.

I can't stomach listening to those tapes but now she has gotten her 'hood' pierced? *Shiver*...vomit. On the last tape that I listened to I heard her mention she had lost weight and she was getting 'smaller and tighter'. Could it be she has a new guy in her life?

I just hope if that's the case she hasn't latched on to another Neanderthal. My sympathy lies with her kids, NOT with her. Anyone who would sleep beside the likes of any one in the Croslin/Cummings clan isn't even considered as human in my book. And I am one of the most compassionate people you would ever meet.

Lindsy IMO need to face the fact and grow up , gets some fire under her arse and she does needs to get a job. She can get tatoo's, piercing and going to the gym later , no lending money out ...not until she has the financial means.. The children come first and for most..  This is now in her hands and she must take responsibilty. There is no reason why she can't take the time to make sure the vehicle is safe and running. Maybe thats why it didn't bother her when Tommy didn't go into work.. Lindsy had to know Tommy was doing drugs and she still stayed with him and what about the time when Tommy was asleep (drugged)in the vehicle waiting for the children at the bus stop and his arrest records. This isn't anything new to her.. I just don't think she is as innocent as she appears.  Going out a couple of times as she needs to with the children at this important time of her children's life.. Maybe making deals with LE and LP..Why go to Mass. when most likely they do drugs IMO. Where is Lindsy family?

I also I notice on the tapes always putting Tommy down, look at your hair, you need to shave, and a couple of other digs I just can't remember at this time and trying to me to get him jealous.. Doesn't Lindsy know what goes on in her home. Where was Tommy that evening? Don't get me wrong about Tommy as he is a drug user and not a good father figure.

I agree 100%, the divorce, did it for me.  I think LC would have stuck around if he had hearsay, and the search wouldn't have been as extensive either.  I think when LC realized how close the danger was to home, that was her breaking point.

Even if they subpoena someone, once they get them on the stand, they can take the 5th, or refuse to answer, and the prosecution can have them declared a hostile witness. It doesn't look good for the defendant or the witness, but IOW, Lindsey cannot be forced to testify against Tommy. Married or otherwise.

I agree, No Rose. I think she should have it sewn shut ! I am not a fuddy-duddy but she is the mother of small children, for crying out loud ! This bunch has no sense of priorities or self respect. I am sorry, too...if I went over the top.  It was the first time I had read about piercings in those areas so I was just trying to inform others.  And I thought the cost was interesting since they are so low on funds.  I apologize and will post links to those type of things from now on. 

Tommy admitted going to the trailer after Ron called him...so I think the alibi Lindsy and Tommy built was one to make him look like he went to Ron's then came right home...in reality (this has been my theory for awhile) he was at Ron's helping Misty clean up the evidence...which took a little longer.

The PCSD pressure cooker seems to have them coming apart at the seams. Tommy broke out in a skin rash and mentions having night sweats. They can't take much more, I think. Tom & Lin are going bonkers.

So maybe "cleaning house" is pretty close to the truth...it just didn't happen at Lindsy and Tommy's...it happened at Ron's.

How To Raise Future Criminals...a seven step tutorial...

Step 1
Ingest pharmaceuticals, alcohol and drugs during conception of child. Don't forget to smoke one pack of cigarettes per day

Howdy, they have known each other for some time now, but I really don't know what high school they attended.

I believe the photos are in the Shell Harbor area where they did the most recent search in the river. 

I am pretty sure she is just an LPN and you are right, that's a one year degree. The salary isn't that great and they do all the crap work, and I am not discounting their importance because they are invaluable. I just think they should be paid more. The salary though, in the field of medicine, leans more toward schooling and training.

There is no way I would have stopped at LPN, but then I haven't lived the life she has and have no children.

That first year of nursing is a breeze too, the difficult stuff comes after LPN. And I am not trying to defend her because I believe she is as worthless as the rest of both families because of the way she has raised her kids and the things she has exposed them too.

hi again i can only post every so often now as my laptop finally died and i am swamped at work...
 i just wanted to add my input although i have no clue what it has to do with much except to maybe eliminate lindsy from the suspicion pool...
first of all i know she loses mom points just for being with tommy and that being said here is my take...
i think everything she is doing right now from the tattoos to the piercings to the going out to the shopping is the most healthiest thing i have heard yet...
when you are "owned" or allow yourself to be owned by someone as she has done in order to break free you need to claim yourself back again whether it be by acting out or what ever she is clearly owning her body and her mind...
sometimes when you have been at rock bottom due entirely to someone dragging you down there you need to bring yourself down to an even lower rock bottom on your own in order to get up and in a sense owning your destruction.. not sure if i am explaining that correctly or if my point is getting accross but if i heard that she was on an insane booze bender got 7 tats and 11 piercings it would make me happy ... there is a process to regaining yourself and it always involves a little of self destruction before the uprising... i have confidence that she will become a normal productive member of society again just because she is doing these things... sounds weird i know... as long as she is leaving her kids with someone responsible while she is doing it i applaud her... also not to go back to the piercing discussion but i think the fact that she decided to pierce what she did was not for a man or added pleasure but the biggest definition of regaining ownership of her body... kind of like a haha this is mine and i did what i wanted to it type thing...  and as far as the money being spent i would rather see lindsy spending it on her mental recovery process  so to speak and get her head right so that she can take care of her kids then tommy on crack... just saying and i think tommy is just mad because he had stolen a better hood ornament off of a cadillac so why waste the money on a new one lol just kidding about the last part... please don't attack me

I don’t mess in the world of BOMBSHELL, Exclusive, or Breaking News. I leave that for other people. I mess in the world of trying to figure out what is going on. The last set of jail house tape were released several weeks ago. It is one thing having a DVD in your hand, and a different thing having something available online. The last set of three DVD’s contained a file that was fighting back. I played with it a couple of times and made the choice to move on. Yesterday I decided to throw everything I had at it. Three computers, three different operating systems, and hell knows how many different pieces of software, we have a version of the audio.

It is a conversation between Tommy and his wife. It comes from the time that he had blinkers on that the jail system was recording him.

Without question this is the tape that everyone needs to listen to.

I am 63 years of ago.  While I am thankful for LE but ... I also have a fear of consequences if I were to break the law.  A while back I was stopped for speeding.  My hands were shaking while digging in my purse for my driver's license with the officer waiting impatiently just outside the door of my vehicle.  It didn't help that my eight year old granddaughter was witnessing everything that was taking place.  I fully realized that the entire family would be made aware of all the iddy biddy details and the incident would most likely be the topic for her next show and tell.

Anyways ... the officer let me off with a warning but ... my heart was still pounding as I continued on my way ... with one eye on that speedometer.

I listened to those tapes and I have never heard such immaturity in two people there age in my life. All the ggigles and If one or the other say something against the other it is I love you. I literally wanted to puke just listening to their drivel. If Lindsey starts trying to talk about anything other than him, he jumps in with i am so sick of this place, I want to go home.
Where did you guys find that Lindsey had filed for a divorce? Or is it just a rumor? She needs to file for a divorce and get her kids away from the Croslin clan. Thank you. Stories and lies, who knows?!   Still though, seems like if it had been some sort of violent steal the kid while Ron was at work thing, I really think Misty would have been very shook up. Even with sedatives in her surely there would have been a small giveaway of fear but she seemed perfectly at ease strolling the streets smoking cigs all on the news tapes of the next morning.  Either she has ice water running thru her veins or she thinks that it can't be proved it's her fault or something?/ dunno

Here in FL even if you recieve govt. assistance you will get your full tax return.  I don't know how it is in other states but I know single and married women with up to 4 kids who get all kinds of gov. benefits and this one girl got $7300 back (single with 4 kids, worked part time and gov paid for child care, food stamps and part of the year cash assistance).  Some people just know how to work the system.  If only FL made schooling and job hunting a condition necessary to get these benefits I think it would help so much. 

Even though I believe she has self esteem issues he should be thanking God for a girl like her that would even give him the time of day.  I know everyone has their true love and looks don't matter.. unless he might've been her "first" and just blew her mind I really can't find any traits about him appealing.  Her being married to him could also cause her trouble in finding a job if she didn't look outside her immediate area.  Even a large hospital wouldn't want that kind of publicity.  Please Lindsy, continue with the divorce and be more selective about what your children see and hear from this point on.

Undercover Operation Brings Arrest

On May 3, 2010, Detectives with the Putnam County Drug/Vice Unit conducted a buy/bust operation in the Hawthorne Area of Putnam County.

Miguel Torres arrived at the predetermined location and sold an undercover detective 20 Oxycodone pills. As detectives identified themselves, Torres attempted to flee by running into the living room area of the residence. Torres threw the remaining pills that he was holding across the room. Torres was then taken into custody without further incident.

In a subsequent search of Torres’ vehicle, detectives located bags of cocaine along with various items of paraphernalia in the dash pocket of the vehicle.

Miguel Torres was arrested and booked into the Putnam County Jail on the listed charges. His bond was set at $8,028.00.

Your Welcome!  I need to work and I end up getting stuck on here..lol.  It's all so sad and I wish it were solved yesterday.  The only good thing is I think they have the right people in jail for Haleigh at this point.

As to Sheriff Hardy - he's had his hands full w/his own police force from day one of Haleigh's case and this just further compounds it.  You know early on 2 officers involved with Haleigh's case were busted for steroid use and I believe distribution...so he's had his hands full.  I feel bad for him bbbuuuuttt.

Heart keeps pointing out to us that something is not right with the bond amounts everytime she posts the newest slime ball from PC but I think we know it's for a reason in this case.  I just hope he doesn't throw his hands up now.  IDK.

Putnam sheriff's son arrested on drug charges

The son of Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy was arrested Wednesday, as part of an undercover investigation, on charges of selling methamphetamine and other drug offenses.

Joshua Troy Imm is being held in the Putnam County Jail with bond set at $7,020, according to a press release issued Thursday.

The release stated that Hardy is "saddened by the arrest of his son, but has directed his detectives and correctional officers to treat his son in the same manner as any other individual charged with these crimes. Sheriff Hardy wants to assure everyone that his son will not receive any special treatment because of their relationship."

Three others were arrested as part of a narcotics operation in the parking lot of the Sunoco convenience store on U.S. 17 in East Palatka.

Sheriff's Lt. Johnny Greenwood reported that the operation consisted of purchasing methamphetamine from sellers who were being investigated for manufacturing and selling of methamphetamine.

After detaining the subjects, detectives determined that a 2-year-old child was awaiting the individuals inside their vehicle during the transaction. The child was released to family members, and the Florida Department of Children and Family Services was notified of the incident.

Investigators believe the suspects were manufacturing methamphetamine at another location in East Palatka. Detectives went to that location and dismantled the active methamphetamine lab.

Imm was charged with the sale of methamphetamine, possession of listed chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine, maintaining a drug vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and child neglect.

Also arrested were:

- Scott Charles Hood, 35, on charges of the sale of methamphetamine, possession of listed chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug vehicle, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, production of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and child neglect. His bond $16,528.

- Johanna Leigh Smith, 26; and Amanda Ashley Tomlinson, 22; on charges of the sale of methamphetamine, possession of listed chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine, maintaining a drug vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and child neglect. Their bond is $7,520.

Greenwood reported that Imm does not live with Hardy but added Hardy "will of course stand beside his son in regard to these allegations and will assist him as a family member in anyway possible."

"Hardy will not become involved in the criminal prosecution and does not want his position to influence the State Attorney's case.

"Sheriff Hardy is proud of the investigators who worked this case, and the fact that they didn't allow his and Imm's relationship influence the investigation," Greenwood reported. "Neither Sheriff Hardy, nor other members of the agency, will be conducting interviews concerning this arrest. He has urged that this case be handled in the same manner as other similar cases."

Update: Officials confirm Tommy Croslin's call to grandmother
April 16, 2010 

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office said Friday that the brother of Misty Croslin did speak with his grandmother by phone from jail, as various news accounts have reported.

However, the Lt. Johnny Greenwood said in a release that details of the calls will not be discussed by authorities.

The grandmother of both Misty Croslin and Hank “Tommy” Croslin Jr., Flora Hollars of Nashville, Tenn., has said both Croslins called her Sunday and implicated their cousin, Joseph Overstreet, in the death of Haleigh Cummings.

Overstreet has denied any involvement in the case.

Greenwood said Friday that Tommy Croslin has recently spoken with Hollars by telephone. The details of the conversations, or copies of the actual telephone calls, cannot be released at this time, he added.

"These conversations contain information related to an active criminal investigation and are considered exempt from disclosure under Florida Public Records Law," Greenwood said.

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. - The 26-year-old son of Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy and three others were arrested Wednesday in connection with an undercover methamphetamine bust.

Deputies said Joshua Imm was with the others in the parking lot of the Sunoco convenience store in the 200 block of Highway 17 South in East Palatka when undercover investigators purchased drugs from them.

Among the others arrested were Scott Hood, 35, Johanna Smith, 26, and Amanda Tomlinson, 22.

They are accused of selling methamphetamine to the undercover detectives.

Deputies said after the four were arrested, they found a 2-year-old child waiting for them in their vehicle. The child was released to family members, and the Florida Department of Children and Families was notified.

The investigation also revealed that the individuals were manufacturing methamphetamine at Imm's home in East Palatka, deputies said. Detectives said they found and dismantled an active meth lab.

Hood was charged with the sale of methamphetamine, possession of listed chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug vehicle, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, production of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and child neglect. His bond was set at $16,528.

Imm, Smith and Tomlinson were each charged with the sale of methamphetamine, possession of listed chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine, maintaining a drug vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and child neglect. Imm's bond was set at $7,020, and Smith and Tomlinson's bonds were each set at $7,520.

Sheriff Hardy said he's saddened by the arrest of his son, but has directed his detectives and correctional officers to treat his son in the same manner as any other individual charged with these crimes, according to a sheriff's office news release. Hardy said he wants to assure everyone that his son will not receive any special treatment because of their relationship.

According to the release, Imm does not live with the sheriff. Hardy said he will stand beside his son in regard to the allegations and will assist him as a family member in any way possible.

Hardy said he will not become involved in the criminal prosecution and does not want his position to influence the state attorney's case, according to the release. The sheriff said he's proud of the investigators who worked the case and the fact that they didn't allow his and Imm's relationship to influence the investigation.

Much Lower Threshold for Trafficking in Pills Crime

When people think of the crime of trafficking in illegal drugs and drug traffickers, they think of people moving large amounts of illegal drugs in and out of Florida. The people charged with drug trafficking charges in Florida are alleged to be major drug dealers because it is supposed to take a large quantity of illegal drugs to reach the level of trafficking. The crime of trafficking in illegal drugs such as cocaine and methamphetamine requires a large amount of drugs because the penalties associated with those crimes are very severe. Otherwise, for smaller quantities of illegal drugs consistent with someone who just uses them should come with more minor penalties.

For marijuana and cocaine in Florida, this is often the case. A person has to be in possession of more than 25 pounds of cannabis (marijuana) to be charged with trafficking in marijuana. It is difficult for someone to argue that more than 25 pounds of marijuana is for personal use. A person has to have 28 grams or more of cocaine to be charged with trafficking in cocaine. 28 grams does not actually appear to be a large quantity of anything, but it is certainly more than what one would consider a personal use amount.

However, for illegal pills that are obtained without the appropriate doctor's prescription, a person can have very few pills and be charged with the serious crime of trafficking. It only requires possession of 4 grams or more of pills such as Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycodone, Oxycontin and other similar pills to be charged with trafficking. While those pills actually have just a very small amount of the actual drug in them (most of those pills are comprised of other substances), it is the weight of the entire pill, not just the portion of the actual drug in the pill, that is relevant to the trafficking quantity determination. Four grams of illegal pills are not very much. If a person has a few pills without a prescription, he/she could be subject to a trafficking charge that comes with a minimum mandatory prison sentence of 3 years.

We think this part of the law is unreasonable. There are people who lawfully acquired pain pills due to injuries and other conditions who become addicted to them or otherwise need them to deal with constant pain. It does not take very many pills for that person to be considered a drug trafficker under the law. A person who brings bricks of cocaine into the state in the trunk of the case may be appropriately considered a drug trafficker. Someone who gets a few pain pills without a prescription to treat pain should not be considered a drug trafficker under Florida law.

The PCSO has once again gone very quiet, and the fact that sheriff Jeff Hardy’s son is in jail on drug charges likely is not going to be helping matters. Of course one has to wonder about the bail amounts set. Misty Croslin has over a $million bond. The rest of the gang also face bonds that no sane person would get involved in. Even Leonard P seems to have skipped on the idea of bonding the Adams oops Croslin and Cummings family out. Jeff Hardy’s son has a simple and cheap $7000 bond.

The Adams family were not actually caught in the act of selling drugs, they were caught in the procurement phase. Oh and the drugs were being provided by the PCSO. Please do not get me wrong, the whole bunch deserve long jail sentences. Jeff Hardy’s 26 year old son was caught dealing Meth. That is not pretty. Meth is a killer. So how come Joshua Troy Imm only gets held on  $7000 bond?

The amount of the bond for IMM's is actually HIGHER than other's that have been busted in Putnam county for METH LABS.

Ronald Cummings, the father of missing Putnam County girl Haleigh Cummings, has requested a hearing today to consider reducing his bond on drug trafficking charges, according to the 7th Circuit State Attorney's Office.

Cummings, 26, is charged with five counts of trafficking narcotics, with bond set at $900,000. A reduction hearing is set for 2 p.m. in Putnam County, but a possibility exists it could be canceled, said Chris Kelly, spokesman for the State Attorney's Office.

Cummings, his former wife, Misty Croslin, and three others were arrested in January following an undercover investigation in which an officer allegedly bought narcotics such as oxycodone.

Haleigh disappeared from Cummings' home in February 2009 while under the care of Croslin, who was then Cummings' girlfriend. Sheriff Jeff Hardy recently said authorities believe Haleigh is dead and that the case is being considered a homicide.

I would not be surprised.  When you consider the countless times that this guy has been detained ... charged and ... released without one conviction ... I am expecting that Ron Cummings will be granted freedom.

There is something not right in regards to Ronald Cummings relationship with LE.  Maybe his attorney has connections.  Maybe any conviction of Ron Cummings implies Sheriff Hardy's son would have been exposed who he is ... another Ron Cummings.

Think about it.  Not one suspect as been detained in the Haleigh Cummings case.  Nobody has been officially declared a person of interest.  Despite the changing stories from these drug addicted low lifes regarding what happened that fateful night ... LE has not acted.  What is wrong with this picture?

Maybe conflicts of interest imply that the Haleigh Cummings case should be handled by LE in another county.

A NEBBIA HEARING is to decide if the bond money was generated from the crime. So in this case they would have to decide of the money made from the sale of drugs is part of what would be bailing him out.

If Tommy was aware all along of the Sheriff's son involvment in drugs ... it makes sense that Ron Cummings was also aware.  Could it be that LE figured it out ... if Ron Cummings was actually convicted on one of those past drug charges ... he was going to bring others down with him.

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- Hank Croslin Sr. swears he doesn't know what happened to missing 6-year-old Satsuma girl Haleigh Cummings.

"I know my daughter and son didn't hurt Haleigh," said Croslin, 41, the father of Misty Cummings and Hank Croslin Jr. "My heart goes out to Haleigh's parents, Ronald (Cummings) and all of them. I don't know what happened that day. I still don't know what happened."

The Croslin name has become synonymous with the missing girl now presumed dead by investigators. Croslin Sr. said the case has destroyed his family.

On Friday, he talked to Channel 4 for the first time.

"They didn't hurt that baby. That's the one thing I can tell you," he said of his son and daughter. "They don't have the heart to do that."

"It's like the whole world has condemned us, and we didn't do nothing."

Croslin Sr.'s children remain in jail on drug charges unrelated to the Haleigh case. He said he speaks to them when he can, but they don't like to discuss the case over the phone because they know the calls will be made public.

"She just cries and says, 'Mom, I don't want to be in here forever,'" said Lisa Croslin, the mother of Misty Cummings and Hank Croslin Jr., of her conversations with Cummings. "Like I told her, there's nothing I can do."

For five months, Croslin Sr. and his 40-year-old wife have called a tiny room home. They stay in a board house in Putnam County and are unemployed. They said they don't think anyone will hire them because of their reputation.

"You live one day at a time," Croslin Sr. said. "You just hope you can make it through that day."

When asked how much money they have in their pockets, Croslin Sr. said, "Not a penny."

The parents were asked that when the Haleigh case comes to an end, will their son and daughter be vindicated for the girl's disappearance.

Croslin Sr. said: "I think they'll be found innocent, yeah, of not harming her. I don't know what happened -- what they know or what happened -- but I know either one of them didn't hurt that baby."

I think he is implying that they might have something to do with her disappearance, but did not harm her. Meaning, she was already harmed when they got involved or they have knowledge of what happened to her.

The whole clan seems to lie so much, it is difficult to decipher what they are trying to say, and then to decide what to believe!

And as far as the officers on this case, the FBI or state, someone needs to take this case away from the locals.  We, now, have a connection, regardless how small to the pill-billies and the Sheriff.  This group's IQ, collectively, doesn't equal my shoe size, but they can outsmart the cops.  I believe this won't ever be solved unless higher powers step in.  Maybe, thats what Ron meant when his truck said 'Only God can Judge me', he knows the police of putman can't touch him.

I thought the same thing and I also find it interesting the sherriff's son's address......Do I remember correctly Chelsea saying that she told them that they should search on 309 ? Maybe that was a reminder to the Sherrif about his son? JMO but something stinks in that town....also Gma Sykes and TN always run to Ronalds defense...Gma gets down right aggressive about Ronald but not this time maybe because she knows that Ronald does not need help this time ? That it has already been arranged for him to get off on this charge too? Don't forget when they told Ron that you were only suppose to get x- amount of visiting time but that they talked to LE and he was going to get an hour 3 times a week? Special favors? Also his phone conversations have been very well kept out of the air except for a chosen few...hummmm....something to think about for sure.

Hey, Maven! Good to see ya! I think Hank knows they are guilty of something, he just isn't sure what. I imagine all parents would like to believe their children couldn't harm a child. Unfortunately, we know thats not the case since there are far too many children missing/deceased in this world. His choice of words just struck me as off-kilter somehow. I do believe he would buy Tommy's story over Misty's. I base this on how he would talk to each in the videos/audios. I wish we knew what version Tommy is telling at this point.

Born in Buffalo, NY, on October 17, 1965, Jeff Hardy has over 22 years law enforcement experience, with more than sixteen years with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.  Hardy was first hired with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in 1991 as a patrol deputy, having moved from Broward County where he had been a deputy for four years. Cummings seeking bond reduction in drug case

Ronald Cummings, the father of missing Putnam County girl Haleigh Cummings, has requested a hearing today to consider reducing his bond on drug trafficking charges, according to the 7th Circuit State Attorney's Office.

Ronald Cummings Cummings, 26, is charged with five counts of trafficking narcotics, with bond set at $900,000. A reduction hearing is set for 2 p.m. in Putnam County, but a possibility exists it could be canceled, said Chris Kelly, spokesman for the State Attorney's Office.

Cummings, his former wife, Misty Croslin, and three others were arrested in January following an undercover investigation in which an officer allegedly bought narcotics such as oxycodone.

Haleigh disappeared from Cummings' home in February 2009 while under the care of Croslin, who was then Cummings' girlfriend. Sheriff Jeff Hardy recently said authorities believe Haleigh is dead and that the case is being considered a homicide.
