LMPD tells WAVE 3 News that 28-year-old Ira Klapper and his car disappeared and his family is concerned for his safety. Klapper was last seen Thursday evening around 6:30 in his home. Police say he was wearing a gray t-shirt and possibly a navy hooded sweatshirt with Old Navy written in orange.
