Emergency hearing in Zenaida Gonzalez civil case against Casey Anthony today

Independent sources confirm there will be an emergency case management hearing in the civil case against Casey Anthony Friday morning at 8 a.m.

Casey herself is not expected to attend. The hearing will be held in the ceremonial courtroom on the 23rd floor of the Orange County Courthouse.

Wednesday, Morgan filed an emergency motion asking Judge Jose Rodriguez to compel Casey's appearance at the deposition saying he's worried she might leave the area. He also requested a hearing.

Greene's response asked Judge Rodriguez to cancel the hearing, stop the deposition and schedule a case management conference which would, essentially, set up how the case should proceed.

Greene lists a number of reasons saying Morgan "refused to reschedule the deposition when counsel was available."

Greene has a trial scheduled to begin next Tuesday. He said Casey, if a deposition was to happen within the next week, would have no choice other than to assert her Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination.

He said the criminal trial for her was "a grueling experience that has left her emotionally and mentally exhausted." Essentially, Greene's response reads there's no legitimate emergency for a hearing or a deposition to happen immediately.

Meanwhile, Casey's attorneys paid her a visit at the Orange County Jail Thursday.

Jose Baez spent about 50 minutes inside the jail and did not want to comment on his way out.

A few hours later, Greene and Allison Edwards, Casey's civil lawyers, came by.

Green said his client would have no choice but to assert her Fifth Amendment rights, WESH reported.

Orlando criminal defense attorney Richard Hornsby, who provides legal analysis for WESH 2 News, told the station that Anthony does have the right to stay silent.

An emergency hearing Friday morning in the Casey Anthony civil case was over in less than 20 minutes.

The hearing, mostly conducted in sidebar, ended with Judge Jose Rodriguez saying the court will assign a new judge to preside over the civil case brought on by Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who said Casey ruined her life after claiming a nanny by the same name took her daughter, Caylee, in 2008.

An emergency hearing this morning in Casey Anthony's civil case ended briefly after a private discussion and the judge announcing he is removing himself from the case.

Judge Jose Rodriguez said another judge will handle the defamation case against Anthony. But he didn't say why. Attorneys involved in the case left the courtroom and have not yet explained what happened during their private discussion with the judge.

Judge Recuses Himself From Casey Anthony Civil Case

ORLANDO, Fla. -- For unknown reasons, the judge in the civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony has recused himself.

Judge Jose Rodriguez made the announcement shortly after the 8 a.m. hearing began. A sidebar was called prior to the announcement and attorneys from both sides talked with the judge for about 15 minutes.

Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who shares the same name as a fictitious baby sitter whom Casey Anthony said kidnapped her daughter, Caylee, in 2008, is suing Anthony for defamation.

Gonzalez's attorneys were expected to argue Friday that Anthony should be deposed before she is released from jail Sunday.

A timetable for a decision is not known.

Gonzalez and Anthony did not attend the hearing.

I'm so glad I got up for this.  Should have know that there is no justice for Caylee or anyone else that got thrown under the bus by KC or the rest of the low lifes!  I guess the only good thing about being up early is now i can get to the grocery store before the heat index get to 110 degrees.

Zenaida Gonzalez's Attorneys want to depose Casey Anthony in the Civil suit.

Ms. Gonzalez filed against Casey Anthony for defamation. Anthony countersued. Anthony's Attorneys are adamant that she not be deposed until after the criminal case is complete.
 
Judge Rodriguez, who is overseeing the case agrees that Casey Anthony shouldn't undergo an oral deposition on videotape at this time because "No matter how much we want to separate these cases, they're intertwined. This would infringe on her 5th Amendment rights."

His decision, a compromise: Morgan will depose her with written questions and Anthony will respond in writing, having 30 days to return the answers to him.
 
Jose Baez: "You know what? They can ask whatever they want on that paper. All I'm going to allow her to do is basically fill out her name and her date of birth, and other than that, she's going to plead the 5th on everything anyway."

I also heard one would be an AP reporter.  I know yesterday HLN said she would be released shortly after midnight Sunday so why not let them in the jail Saturday sometime.  My guess is she may be released early but that is just me.

This is just a stall tactic so that she doesn't have to do the ZG case I would think.  There is no way she can appeal those as per BOZO his client is a liar and a slut!

Court tv is saying that Cheney Mason told them that people are sending in thousands of dollars for Casey to start over with...liar...and that he has received about 75 letters offering her a 'refuge'..liar...

once she gets released from jail, she is just like any other citizen and should not get special treatment from LE...other prisoners are let out the back door and oh well..

I can't watch any of the DT talking as I still feel numb and lost.  The only thing I watch is NG and turned her off last night as I didn't want to spend the whole hour watching video's that I have seen.  I want NEW information.  I want her to go to jail.  I know this won't happen but I feel so let down.

Good morning all,  just checking in.  I am taking the children to the pool for the day.

I watched a news clip of Hugh Hefner being interviewed by Piers Morgan.  I loved what Hef had to say....KC should not make money off the death of Caylee, etc.  I had never seen Hef before so I was quite impressed with his demeanor and thoughts on the jury.   Funny how morals and ethics are being shown by the publisher of what some my consider to be immoral.  NO judgement here.

I think the real porn is;
-Cindy meeting with a financial advisor  ( sounds to me like someone being advanced money and products based on a lottery win/ in this case the lottery being the death of Caylee )
-Cindy and George shopping and doing routine things after the family insists Cindy knows George did the things he was accused of.


Yesterday afternoon my 30 yr old was involved in an auto accident.  Not his fault.  He is alright but my stomach turned.   He kept going over what happened, sort of like in shock or immediate ptsd.  I literally watched my son realize what is important in life and how quickly things can change.   I do not see that awareness in the Anthony's.    While I hurt for Cindy when she broke down on their actions continue to be beyond my realm of understanding.

Prior to the verdict that rendered Casey not guilty of all the prosecution charges related to the demise of Caylee ... I would have said "It ain't gonna happen."  However ... now that the world has been turned upside down ... wrong is now right ... I believe it just might happen.  The implication is that Casey will be compensated for the three years behind bars.

For crying out loud ... why is Cindy Anthony not facing perjury charges?

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A spokeswoman for the District Attorney's Office told WESH 2 News on Tuesday that Cindy Anthony will not face criminal perjury charges.

The word came just hours after top investigators who looked into Caylee Anthony's disappearance and death spoke about their work for the first time since Casey Anthony was found not guilty of first-degree murder.

personally I don't think that Zenaida has a case..but I will enjoy the attorney going after Casey if he ever gets the chance...

yes..why isn't Cindy being charged with perjury? if you are lying in court for yourself or to save your child, isn't that still a  lie and still perjury??? you and I would have never gotten away with that...we would have our butts in jail or awaiting trial on the charges...probably a fine to go along with it...wasn't Cindy obstructing justice as well??

I so agree with you...the world has turned upside down...there is no rhyme or reason.   But as apalled as I am over this mess, I am wondering if we looked at all cases against children ( abuse, murder, etc) would we find similarities?  Is the world upside down on the value of children versus the value of adults? 

Caylee is dead,  no need to waste money pursuing Cindy for perjury.  Caylee cannot contriubute to society, but Cindy can pay taxes,  she can....hmmm what exactly can Cindy do? 

I honestly believe we as a society treat the majority of perps against children as having more rights and value than their victims. 

In Social work 101 ( slight sarcasm ) we are taught there are three ways to come at any issue and that all three ways are vital;
- eleviative
-curative
-preventative

I think each of us has a special interest or knack at one of those ways and each are necessary.

For unknown reasons, the judge in the civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony recused himself from the case on Friday.

Judge Jose Rodriguez made the announcement shortly after the 8 a.m. hearing began.

Zenaida Gonzalez, who shares the same name as a fictitious baby sitter whom Casey Anthony said kidnapped her daughter, Caylee, in 2008, is suing Anthony for defamation.

The move came after Anthony's attorney called for a sidebar, where attorneys from both sides talked with the judge for about 15 minutes.

Gonzalez's attorney said he did not request the recusal.

How many civil court judges do they have in Orange County?

Now that Rodriguez recused himself that's 2 down....Stan the man is now a civil judge and was moved to civil court a couple of years ago, prior to recusing himself in the criminal case..he kept the criminal case at that time because he didn't want to dump it on another judge.  So neither Rodriguez or Stan could hear the case.

Before Rodriguez was there a different civil judge hearing this case?  If so that would make three down.

It appears the defense is going with the appeal to the guilty liar charges to try to postpone the civil case as long as possible.  The civil case was deemed to be postponed until the criminal matters were resolved..

It irritates me that Disney picks the 15th to release in the USA knowing Caylee's case has encompassed our whole country. If the judge recused himself before ruling on anything..does the depo date still stand, even though they are appealing the conviction on the lying to LE charges?  I would think that would automatically push it back because the testimony in the civil case would certainly impact that criminal case appeal.

I feel certain that her appeal will be thrown out by the appeal panel and never make it to a hearing..her own lawyer and parents and brother called her a liar on the stand. IIRC Baez and Mason both said at different points in the trial that there was no ZFG..babysitter...that was all a lie made up to cover the ridiculous pool drowning lie story.  So I don't see any reason the appeal would be considered having any merit.  But if the appeals court is backed it could take some time until it is thrown out.

Something is so wrong with or legal system when the guilty go free and  are able to manipulate the civil courts with their criminal proceedings and appeals.

As is being reported, I did have lunch with defense atty Jose Baez who expressed deep frustration over what he believes to be rulings from the bench limiting his ability to make the abuse argument. He told me he expects to wrap his case by Wednesday, which with the prosecution's rebuttal means this won't be over until after the July 4th holiday.

The civil case was not going to move forward ..not even with her depo..until the criminal case was resolved. 

This throws a monkey wrench into the gears because now that she is appealing the criminal case it could be said..and imo..will be said by her defense team that the criminal case appeal would be hurt by her testifying in a depo in the civil case.

The appeal will be thrown out for sure..but however long that takes for the appeals panel to finally read and throw it out..it's that much longer that she does not have to sit for the depo.

I heard a pedophile who moved from Minnesota to Florida & then "found GOD & saw the errors of his actions" (yeah right) say that pedophiles move to Florida because the days are longer, more kids in shorts & swimsuits longer and more kids outside, being active & playing more frequently then in colder climates.  Makes my blood boil but I guess in a sick sense it does make sense.

If she wins the appeal she does not have to pay the $4k in fines AND the state can not sue her for costs for the investigation which LDB is working on.  If she gets away with this people are going to absolutely flip!

I am not so sure anymore.  I was sure that Casey would be rendered guilty by the jury in regards to the prosecution charges related to the demise of Caylee.  It didn't happen.  I was sure that Cindy would face perjury charges.  It didn't happen.

This appeal will ward off the deposition for now and allow Casey to walk but ... I believe the implications are much deeper.

If Casey wins this appeal ... could it be none of the costs of the investigation ... the investigation that she obstructed through her lies can be recovered by the State of Florida.

Baez acknowledged in his opening statement and closing arguments that Casey lied to investigators but ... he also justified those lies.

It was almost three years ago that Casey told Orange County deputies the following:

    That she worked at Universal Orlando Resort in 2008,
    That she left Caylee with a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez,
    That she told Jeffrey Hopkins and Juliette Lewis that Caylee was missing,
    That she spoke to Caylee on the phone on July 15, 2008.

Casey was charged and convicted of a separate count for each statement. She was fined $1,000 for each count, totaling $4,618 after court costs.

Judge Belvin Perry also sentenced Casey to a total of four years in prison, which was shortened based on the time she has already spent behind bars, and her good behavior in jail. Casey is due to be released Sunday.

An appeal could have a huge effect on Casey's civil case involving Zenaida Gonzalez, which took a bizarre turn Friday morning after a quick end to an emergency hearing.

Once the appeal is formally filed, she can legitimately assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in any deposition or interrogation until the appeal is exhausted.

As far as Casey is concerned, there's no downside. If she loses the appeal, she's still out of jail Sunday. She cannot be punished for appealing.

Hmmm, I see a little bit more into it...

I think Casey is appealing those 4 misdemeanors to delay the ZFG case. Once she's out of jail, establishes a 'new Casey', goes through therapy - it can protect her for a limited amount of time. Don't forget, TES filed suit. Padilla just announced he's filing next week. I think it gives her more time.

If those 4 convictions are thrown out, she won't have to pay the State back, or more than likely nobody else either. The more time she can stall, the more time she'll have to figure out finances & life structure.

The fact  that she's appealing tells me she needs more time. I think she can appeal 3 times? Does anybody know? I forget...

I predict she puts Baez in charge of everything. Money made will go in his name, etc. She'll split the money IMO. Maybe not right away...I'm thinking 1-2 years...if it even takes that long.

This makes no sense.  She called and asked to help locate her baby.  We now find out, her baby supposedly drowned and was never missing.  State spend mucho money to look for her missing child.  This is fraud.  Why would she not have to pay them back for this fraud, regardless of if her lying charges are thrown out?  She still comitted fraud and her child was never missing, so why should the state be out all that money?

The downside for Casey is that the State of Florida is in a position to recover costs that were incurred as a result of the lies which obstructed the investigation.

Her lawyer was whining how he was not prepared, she is too tired and emotionally drawn to be deposed right now, he has a trial to attend, he will have to advise her to plead the 5th.  This was posted up above somwhere, will have to try to find the link.

Btw, does anyone know if the 12 mensa members of the jury got to watch all of the jail visits with her parents? I was listening nany grace last nite and wondered how any logical thinking person could think shes not guilty, or that ga had ANY knowledgw at that point of what happened to caylee, much less have any involvement. I, as an intelligent, logical thinker also see NO sign that at that point she hated her father or was a victim of any abuse by him. I don't know if anyone has been to a private island but we have been with some business associates and I can tell you from my experience it is okay for about a week and then it becomes very boring. We were on our friend's large yacht and had all the finest accommodations, but even that with the scuba equipment and jet skis I was ready to go somewhere else in less than a week. I am easy to please, and love to read, but I can't see KC being able to sit there day after day with nothing to do and no clubs to visit. She has no friends her age because she screwed over all of them and there are just so many men you can pick up, but her problem now will be finding them.

I think Casey and her legal team , both civil and criminal, are not so much worried about the $4000..as they are the civil cases that are mounting up..as well as if the State does come back with costs for the investigation into Caylee's death.

I think, which is always dangerous lol, that a criminal case appeal is first reviewed by a panel of judges to see if it even has merit to be heard.  Considering her lawyer and family all called her a liar in court..since the State never found a babysitter, I think those charges will stand.    I think they will throw out the case..but how long it will take to do that remains to be seen.

In the mean time..all civil cases will be motioned by her attorneys to not be heard until this appeal is considered..meaning she can keep tied this all up for a long time.

about the new jeep, I noticed it when the county was putting all of the no parking signs up in their neighborhood. I saw G&C come home and drive into the garage w/the red jeep and was thinking, they had gotten a new car.

I know several people won't agree with this, as we all want somebody to stick it to Casey, but I don't think there's really a case either. I hope there is, though.

You see, I never thought Casey got the name Zaneida Fernandez Gonzalez from this Zanaida Gonzalez. She comes no where near the made up description that Casey supplied, not even close.

I also thought Casey could have been the ZG ticketed the same day as Amy, but I was wrong as Richard Hornsby schooled us all that thought that. He did the leg work on it all. He has copies of everything & backup info on his site.

I still believe the same as I have since the beginning: I believe Casey used the Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez names based on 2 houses that are at the end of her road. Each had an occupant with those names, be it owner or renter. Csylee was found in the woods between those houses from what I remember. I think she got the description for Zenaida Gonzalez after watching a csi show on TruTV that had that name in it. The description she gave of Zanny fits this lady that I'm talking about.

Long before JL was on the scene JB failed to protect his client by putting in place a gag order when he had the chance. Also i feel GA and CA were played by the defense they should all stop boo hooing.

Well, I guess we will see - I have little use for Hornsby as he has been wrong much more than he has been right in this case. I really don't trust his "opinions" and so called research at all.

I do not htink any of the civil cases will proceed as long as she has a criminal case..which the appeal is a criminal case appeal...therefore anything she says in the civil case would be seen as detrimental to the criminal case appeal..the civil case and depo will be delayed again..imo.

The jury in the Casey Anthony trial was not instructed that circumstantial evidence is entitled to the same weight and consideration as direct evidence. Indeed, the words "circumstantial evidence" do not appear anywhere in the court's charge to the jury. I do not know whether or not the prosecution requested such an instruction, but the court did not give it, and apparently Florida law does not provide or require it.

This is the road that the defence is travelling down in the appeal.  An attempt will be made to the justify their client's lying to investigators ... lying that was learned at an early age ... lying that resulted from sexual abuse ... lying that resulted from being raised in a disfunctional family.l .

It is is not just the $4,000 fines levied by Judge Perry that are in the balance.

The motion for appeal implies that the current deposition motion will be postponed once again.

If the appeal is successful ... the implication is that the costs of the investigation which  occured as a result of lies will not be recovered by the State of Florida as Casey Anthony will have been found not guilty of ALL prosecution charges..

If an appeal is successful ... the implication is that Casey Anthony can sue the State for three years of wrongful imprisionment as she would have been found not guilty of ALL prosecution charges.

If an appeal is successful ... the implication is that all civil lawsuits filed to recovery costs incurred as a result of Casey's lies ...  will be denied as Casey will have been found not guilty of ALL prosecution charges.

Argh......listening to the TV and have to just say I am so tired of people calling things like chloroform overdose, died in the trunk of a car from heat/dehydration etc as "accidents" simply because they didn't intend to cause death. setting aside kids shouldn't be drugged or left in hot cars....People drive drunk daily and occasionally their driving drunk kills someone and I've yet to hear anyone stick up for a drunk who caused a fatality, claiming it was an "accident".

I am guessing this appeal is twofold. One, to provide a stall tactic in the civil case depo as to what she can and cannot answer. Two and more importantly, trying to reverse these charges that will affect the potential costs that she might be on the hook for in the searches and investigation by OCSD due to Casey's lies that lead LE on a wild goose chase.

No way this gets overturned.

I think the only link between Casey and this ZG is the fact that this ZG filled out a reception card to view a rental apartment at Sawgrass.  Combining the name and Sawgrass apts as Casey did is the only link to this case, but it was intially a big link.

I think it is a mistake to go before a jury for this..I don't think a jury is going to award much more then maybe what a years pay would have been for her.  I think that within a couple of months most people who had heard of the case knew there was no connection to this ZG.

I think Morgan's case rides on the fact that after that time Casey did not recant the babysitter theory until her trial..and that Cindy went around the country still trying to connect an alive Caylee to a babysitter kidnapping.

As long as she's doing anything that applies to the criminal case, she will just waste everyone's time again by having things postponed or taking the 5th amendment, claiming that it will be detrimental to her criminal action.  And that's exactly why she is Appealing the three lesser convictions.  Those Appeals could take years.

She has an appeal to her criminal case and the findings of her lying.  That appeal will more then likely need to be satisfied prior to her civil case being heard.  That motion was in effect before and they are certainly going to agree that motion again....no civil hearing until all criminal case and appeals have been heard.

George had no idea how big and how wide those bus tires were went he went rolling under the wheels.  They are going to use that stigma of Casey been abused forever...or until all the cases go away or are heard to her advantage.

George did deny the sexual abuse charges on the stand in Casey's trial.

However in this article Lyons is talking about when he interviewed the A's with the defense team.  Which means nothing to me unless he can produce a video tape of that happening during his interview..and I doubt there is one.

I agree JP let the defense run the trial.thinking he was protecting his record ..but looks to me like the defense already through a monkey wrench into things with the appeal...don't think they'll win..but they can surely tie up that civil litigation for some time with these tactics.  They used all the tricks up to now..I am sure they will use a few more before this civil case even sees a courtroom hearing.

The trial tore apart the Anthony family. Casey Anthony's lawyer accused George Anthony of molesting his daughter for years, put George Anthony's alleged mistress on the stand, and said that George Anthony helped to dispose of Caylee's body.

You are probably right about all of the above.  But in my memory at the time Morgan stepped in to help Z, that description (10) was not out there yet.  The suit came about early because of the way Z was treated by LE and public early on.  I have gone back and listened to Morgan with Cindy...that cleared up some of it for me.

This has been stated as precisely and clearly as I've read, anywhere. May be a template of what the future will be. Very, very interesting. I especially liked the part that Casey will NOT profit from this publication.

You're right...but the name Zaneida Gondalez, as well as Fernandez, is a popular name in the Hispanic community.

A good comparison for a causion male to use in a similar situation would be John Smith. Could you imagine how many people with that name would come forward?

With Zaneida, she did fill out a card at those apartments, and she did have a similar car, however the Focus was uber popular in 2008. Also, Casey buddy "Scam" had a gf that got a new car - you guessed it ... A Silver Ford Focus that her dad helped her get! Oh, & it was plain, not tricked out like the car that the Focus replaced.

I really believe Casey just took a little bit of fact & mixed it in with her fantastical story to seem more plausible.

I still stand by what I posted last night..she'll go to Bermuda or the Bahamas..some place English speaking..she may know Spanish but I doubt well enough to suit her lying skills which she will continue to utilize.

The attorneys will set up a corporation to hold all her moneys..out of which they will buy her a house..corp owned..rent to her for $1 a year.  The corp will hold all the money from the interviews and the interviews will most likely take place there..therefore she owes no taxes to the US..and neither would her corporation.  Her money is protected by the corp bubble, she gets paid an allowance if you will..while the corp takes care of all other expenses.  Extremely legal..and in the Bahamas she would be free to do as she pleases and fairly anonymous at that.  She'll make new friends..count on it.

I am wondering what Cindy and George have done or intend to do with Casey's things that are at their house?  Did they box them up for her to have a driver come pick up..or are they going to let Lee sell them on eBay? Judge Jose Rodriguez is the judge that decided that the civil suit had to be put on hold until after the criminal trial so that wittle KC's rights weren't violated.  I'm still angry with him for that.  Glad he's gone and I hope Judge Munyon is tough.  I know KC won't be there, but I wonder how she'd react to a female judge?

I am still reading this but thought I would pass it on before the storms get us here. It gives the steps of an appeal and it is from a law office in Tampa.

I've wondered about pictures and videos of Caylee. For KC to be able to sell them, she'd have to get them from either George, Cindy, or Lee. If she has no contact with them, I doubt they'd just mail them to an unknown address.   :smt102

Makes one wonder if her tattoist/pizza partner, remembers Casey ever asking about this or keenly listening when discussed by others. The ZG, spouse working at tat parlor was not brought out in trial.

If she plans to stay in the Bahamas or Burmuda for a number of months, she will have to have a visa.  I doubt either of them would grant a visa to a POS.  But maybe if the POS has enough money.

Gypsy my friend, she cannot.  She only has an expired drivers license, and no passport, but if she did, because she has the $70K levy from the IRS, she may very well be declined to renew her drivers license, depending on whether it is pending an appeal or she worked out a payment schedule.  Again, I doubt that, as that would render her indigent status void.

She cannot even get on a plane at this point under the TSA laws.

I think they will pay a decoy that DOES fly out of the US though.

Mason telling everyone his client is getting fistfuls of benjamens in the mail, and an outstanding $1million offer for an interview or whatever that numbskull in Palm Springs is offering, should go far with the new judge being concerned she has the means to flee the suit however.  What a dumbass.

I think whichever pics and videos Casey and Cindy deemed were Caseys to use ..and not Cindy's collection...were given to Baez to hold long ago when she was out on bail.  I also think that Cindy may have given Baez others at his request prior to the trial.

I woud imagine they are stashed in safe at Baez office for safe keeping.

Casey will not be able to go shopping, so I imagine she will be buying on-line.
She can't go to lunch in public, or to the movies or any public social gathering, so I imagine she will be e-mailing, texting, web chatting, searching, face book all the social media sites. (Beware, she may even begin snooping SM.)

Her social life will be limited to on-line dating. (fellas, beware.)

Without much of an education she won't be reading anything except romance novels.

Her defense family will cautiously slip out of her life.

When journalists (using the term loosely for many of them) have made all the money they can, from her misfortune, they will move on, leave her in the dust as they exploit the next person.

I do not envy her "new" life.


When she takes a new name, an alias, AKA (also known as) will be on her rap sheet. The records will show her name as Casey Marie Anthony, followed by Alias: or AKA: and "Little Orphan Annie" or whatever she chooses to be called.

She can run, she can hide, but not forever.

She has a passport that LE took from the home during their initial visits and whicih I imagine will be returned to her with any belongings when she is released..I remember Yuri asking the A's if they had known she had a passport.  I imagine she got that when she was planning her PR getaway.

She could stay there initially just with the passport while waiting for her visa..and if they have set up housing and her business interests as a corporation I think just about any country will take her..since her crimes were misdeamors and since she is appealing.  I don't know what they would use to deny the visa.

I got mine in the back of a shop by a woman sho said she was a voodoo princess.  All I know is that it worked better than I intended and I'll never do it again.

OH my gosh ..yes Cindy is sneaky..and Casey knows that..she learned at her knee.  I imagine she got the bulk of the pics out when she was out on bail.  After that Cindy would keep whatever pics interested her or thought they would her in some endeavor..Cindy would likely say well I bought the camera, I bought the film that took that picture.

In many countries they can use any reason they want or no reason at all to refuse entry.  In her case, bad character might be a reason.  But I think anyone can stay anywhere with enough bakshish.
