Current mood:    Distraught – July 17, 2011

“She came into my life unexpectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little monster gave me strength and unconditional "love", but most of the time she was a walloping pain in my ass and a waste, complete waste! Now she is gone, possibly in Puerto Rico, Ohio, Texas or Puerto Vallarta and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a violent abusive home.

Jose Baez has taken her away. The one person that should be thankful for all of the love, support, lies & perjury I did for him. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she "loved" and trusted the most.

 A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant and gets knocked up by her father, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok, and maybe you are just a little whore. And she is. But then the lies and betrayal began.

First it seemed harmless, ah, incest is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change.

This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, mostly after the hospital visit where popsie cut the umbilical cord, but instead more lies more betrayal.

What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart & a canceled book deal. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning after she gets let out of jail from an acquittal on murder one, and her chithead attorney does not let the mother speak to the monster that the mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, jail snack account etc.

Instead she tells her lawyers that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go?

Who is now watching out for the little monster?”

Jennifer Ford said that her boyfriend kicked her out the day after her ABC interview. Has anybody verified that info yet?

Klaas, just give me the go-ahead & I'll go back to digging again. Info I found is contrary to what's implied. I strongly believe there were at least 2 jurors that were tampered with before being sequestered. 1 of those I believe is an advocate for civil liberties, equality, anti dp, etc. I'll keep checking in here bc I can't seem to escape the disdain I feel for these jurors, the Anthony family, Casey, Baez & Mason, etc ... but I'm gonna go back to digging into Kyron's case. This poor boy is still unaccounted for, like several other child victims. I wonder if these ignorant jurors realize that they just gave hope to all the child molesters & murderers out there by lettuing Casey off the hook. I wonder how every single victim of injustice feels about their ridiculous verdict. No wonder rape victims don't like to come forward. 

Jennifer Ford has made herself a public person.  If you have some some information on her BESIDES her personal information (SS number, phone number, address) go ahead and post.  You can say cities just no direct addresses because there are too many nuts out there.

Titch..I strongly agree about the jury tampering.  J Lyons sitting in that court room during jury selection gave me the chills.  I don't recall seeing him everyday either..which if true..just drives my hinky meter up.  Why would he only e there certain days..too make sure the jurors he talked with gave the correct response..and the ones he found out would not be god for the defense would be booted.  I don't trust that guy at all.  Both the defense and prosecution ad that list of names..nothing stopping him from paying home visits and midnight calls to these people before they were sworn.  Just no way they could have come up with the 17 most convoluted thinking people in P County.  And 17 people that couldn't read, understand and then follow directions...something just is not right.

Oh, 1 more thing... Casey hasn't been sued yet. The only lien against her right now is from the IRS for upwards of $70G, right? I'm wondering if Casey can postpone court dates in order to postpone judgements against her, which could give her enough time to land a hefty payout, put the money into an offshore account, and invest in property protected by a homestead law. Remember OJ moved to Florida with his kids? Even though he lost his civil suit, he still had money & his mansion in Florida to raise his kids in. He still played golf with the rich & famous. He still had nice cars, clothes, things. Women still flocked to him, ewww. How did the money work in OJ's situation? Were his wages attached for future income?

What is wrong with people that would threaten to murder somebody? IMO, those threats to murder lawyers & jurors validates the reasoning behind why defense lawyers defend the way that they do in death penalty cases. IMO, there's a big difference between people being mad and wanting change or penalties brought if there was any wrong doing vs threatening to murder somebody. I understand how much hatred somebody could feel in this case, as I feel the same way, but to threaten to murder someone is ridiculous and criminal. It's energy wasted.

Legal Ethics Forum linked to the press release and WESH.com has a story.

According to the press release, Bradley contacted prosecutors on June 23 and recommended they use the software that found one site visit. Prosecutors discussed the discrepancy between the two software programs with defense lawyer Jose Baez on June 27, and both sides agreed on the one-visit analysis.

“During jury deliberations Mr. Bradley admitted to sending additional report information to the wrong email address but was able to deliver information to prosecutors on the evening of July 4th,” the press release says. “On July 5th prosecutors prepared a Notice of Supplemental Discovery for defense but it was never provided because the jury had reached their verdict.”

Meanwhile, Bradley’s lawyer, Gregory Mair, has released a statement saying his client disputes "erroneous media reports" suggesting he insinuated wrongdoing by prosecutors, the Associated Press reports.

The Chloroform search that were conducted were done using the Anthony's desktop computer and ... happened while Cindy Anthony was at her place of employment.

I fail to comprehend the reasoning behind the decision of the District Attorney not to charge Cindy Anthony with perjury.  Why was this woman given a pass?  What was the justification?  Would Tamikosmom be afforded the same decision if she were to obstruct the jury process under similar circumstances whlle under oath?

New figures just released by the Orange County Clerk of Courts shows that the agency paid out $186,554. Some figures were estimated because exact costs have not yet been provided by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The largest expenditure by far was for the jurors' hotel stay. The Sheriff's Office had several rooms as well at the Rosen Shingle Creek and the cost for housing the 17 jurors plus deputies was $112,448.

I agree with you on so much regarding this case. While I believe the State did a good job, I question why certain things aren't being followed through on. If one is in total support of following the law, then one should prosecute according to the law as deemed necessary. If somebody perjured their testimony on the stand, and if that somebody also played to the media masses lies and confusion, and if that same somebody tampered with evidence by cleaning methods - why in hell are they not being prosecuted? Why?

Will we ever see justice served in Caylee's death? I don't think so, probably not in this lifetime. Instead, Casey will go to jail for another crime or something. I can only hope & pray that another innocent life isn't lost.

This is the reason that I believe that the agenda was that the foreman would speak on behalf of jury members in the controlled Greta interview.  However ... for underlying reasons known only to Jennifer Ford ... she digressed and ... revealed that she was a fool ... revealed the not-guilty verdicts related to the demise of Caylee Marie did not have a foundation.  I can only assume that the lure Jennifer took a bite of was monetary.

He joined the group that had gathered at the nearby Soggy Dollar to talk about the Casey sighting. He had no doubt that it was her and didn’t blame her for heading out of Orlando and to Jost Van Dyke. “It’s the perfect hideaway down here, when Kenny Chesney wants to get away he comes here; so if I’d been in jail for 3 years why not head here too – makes sense to me – I’m sure it was her – but people don’t realize that we get Fox down here too.” Captain Cooke said that Casey was wearing a large white hat and a one piece black bathing suit.

On the show, Al Taylor said he received a call asking him to meet with Anthony.

Don't any of these people who are claiming to have seen her have cell phones or cameras?

I'd like to know why Geraldo Rivera was so pro the dp for Couey but so anti the dp for Anthony. Just bc John Couey was a sex offender before he murdered Jessica Lunsford doesn't mean he was a worse criminal than Casey Anthony. Casey duct taped her daughter's face, put her in a laundry tote, inside of a few plastic garbage bags, then threw her in a wooded dumping ground known to retain storm water. Casey Anthony is responsible for Caylee Anthony's death, yet she is treated different? Why? Is it bc she doesn't "look" like the stereotype that would do such a heinous crime? What kind of spell has this fricken witch placed on people? I just don't get it.

It is sooo sad that Caylee Marie does not have at least one family advocate who would rock the boat and ... demand at all levels of the administration ... demand in the talk show circuit ... that an investigation into possible jury tampering ... jury tampering that prevented justice from prevailing.  Casey cannot be tried again but ... the truth would be revealed and ... at the very least ... the defence team would be held professionally accountable and ... the jury members would be held morally accountable.

A serious challenge in regards to jury tampering by a determined family member has the ability to deter others in from attempting to undermining the justice process.

Aruba would think once ... twice ... three times ... prior to covering up the disappearance of another American tourist.  Natalee Holloway may not have received the justice she was entitled to under Dutch law but ... there is no way that Island would want to deal with another Beth Holloway ... a force that was not anticipated.

It's too late to make any difference but if there was only one search for chloroform and assuming that the readings for it in the trunk were accurate, it makes me even MORE sure of an intense clean up. So intense that somebody used the chemical in pure form,  or using acetone, bleach and other cleaners in a frantic attempt to get the decomp out of the car.

Kc had to have been going to carwash vacuums and at home to work on getting the maggots and stink out. Then factor in the A's cleaning it again at home.

I think that she killed caylee with her hands....with all her anger..I believe that she sofocated her or heat her head so bad without breaking her crane.

I am not sure if the PRO said that she also printed how to make chloroform. I think if you want to do something like that you will search more than once...to make chloroform is easy but she should search more if she wanted to make chloroform.....

I was shocked when the defense said something like:  And you did not find any printouts laying around with how to make.....!  Printing out the directions had NOT been mentioned by anyone before that statement.  I think Casey told her team a lot.

I agree. I think she's in Cali at some kind of high security psychiatric spa, if there is such a thing... You don't even have to print it out. I read the instructions once and can tell you how to make it. Won't list the ingredients but the ratio is 50 to 1 in a glass container full of ice. Keep adding ice to keep temperature at or below 140 degrees an it takes about 20 minutes. The chloroform is a bubble in the bottom of the container. And I'm a senior citizen and I can remember something that simple.

Search For Anthony Led TV Crews To Palomar Airport

CARLSBAD, Calif. -- The plane registered to one of Casey Anthony’s former attorneys is back in San Diego County. According to flightaware.com, Todd Macaluso’s plane landed at the Palomar Airport in the early Wednesday morning.

The search for where Casey Anthony is hiding sent network TV crews to Palomar Airport in Carlsbad on Tuesday, but the trail went cold after the plane registered to one of Anthony's attorneys landed back in Orlando.

Anthony was acquitted in the death of her 2-year old daughter.

That is what happened in that freaky dream I had. She hit her so hard she broke her jaw loose and when Caylee was screaming in pain she taped up her jaw in anger. That would not show up in the bones because the jaw is in a socket which would be loose after the flesh went away. That is why she had her taped up.

Do you believe his story?

What is preventing an author or a movie producer from writing or scripting the Caylee Anthony story from what has been revealed in the official release documents.  The names and places can be be changed?  In other words ... to further an agenda ... the truth becomes fiction.

Americans realize at this point in time that any book, movie or interview that is based on the perspective of the Casey, Cindy, George, the defence team and jury members is unlikely a reflection of the truth.  It can only be considered the exploitation of Caylee Marie.

These people are close pals with them and I'm wondering if they're helping the a's hide kc...how many empty houses do they know of to hide someone from the public. And for nothing. Wouldn't cost a cent. There are a ton of homes sitting empty in our area...a free place to hide kc if no one sees her coming or going and/or knows who she is. Chattanooga has some very isolated places around the area...especially around signal mountain area, we're still looking for a missing Mom from this area, Gail Palmgren. There are lots of homes in isolated areas. Realtors would know of empty homes to hide any of the a's from the public. If this is the donna she's talking about...she'd know of empty homes/ cheap hideaways...not just in florida but tennessee too and who knows where else. I don't see kc going far...she hasn't got enough money and can't afford much in security.

There is the Betty Ford Clinic in Palm Springs, that we all know treat major celebrity types:  Liz Taylor, Lyndsey Lohan  to name a couple...

Ms. KC would expect the best if she were looking to hide-away to properly grieve and get the care she needs in the luxury she thinks she deserves!   

There are many extremely private clinics in that area much more descrete than Betty Ford.  She could probably get into most any of them with an IOU, she will be a millionaire someday soon afterall!

My understanding is that the question of "84 hits versus 1 hit" does not relate to chloroform searches in general, but rather for the one particular sci-spot site which was accessed through a Google search (typed into the search bar by Casey) "How to make chloroform."  So she may have visited that site only once, rather than 84 times.  That site.

However, there were also multiple other sites visited in relation to chloroform, "chloroform habit," etc.  Not only that, but these searches were in conjunction with "acetone," "alcohol," "peroxide," and darker topics, such as "neckbreaking," "shovel," "household weapons," "self defense," "death," and searches relating to fatal injuries. 

These searches were ALL MADE BY CASEY between March 17 and March 21, 2008, on the Anthonys' home computer.

And we must not forget that these records from the Anthonys' computer, presented as evidence at trial, were the result of a forensic investigation made necessary on the part of OCSO because CASEY ERASED THE BROWSER HISTORY on the morning of July 16, 2008, as soon as she learned Yuri Melich intended to gain access to that computer.

Casey Anthony has gotten away with murder.  Caylee Anthony was killed by her mother and robbed of justice.

-- The fact is that Casey searched online for information about chloroform.  This was around the time that she had gotten in trouble for stealing money from her family, and Cindy had sought help from a counselor, who advised kicking Casey out and getting custody of Caylee.

-- Cindy's mother Shirley speculated that perhaps "Casey hated Cindy more than she loved Caylee."  Cindy's myspace blog refers to "betrayal," "daughter who stole lots of money" and was given "chance after chance."  Most importantly, Cindy says of the missing Caylee, "JEALOUSY has taken her away."

-- There was a shockingly high amount of chloroform detected in the trunk of the car Casey abandoned less than two weeks after Caylee was last seen.

-- She also borrowed a shovel.  And the car's trunk had a toddler sized stain.  And it reeked to high heaven of death/decomposition.  Which is why she abandoned the car.  Next to a dumpster, after making sure to place a decoy bag of trash in the trunk.

-- That trunk was tested and found to contain evidence that Caylee's decomposing body had been in it, including a hair with a tell-tale decomposed death band.

-- Caylee's remains were disposed of down the street from Casey's house, in a neighborhood garbage dumping ground, in a manner similar to the way her family had disposed of deceased pets in the past, and in a place where she and friends had allegedly buried pets as well.

-- Casey never reported Caylee missing.  She stayed away from the only home she'd ever known, for an entire month, while lying to everyone about where Caylee was.  She partied, lied, stole, watched movies, enjoyed life, etc. until she was tracked down by Cindy on July 15.

-- During this time, Casey wrote "Trust no one, only yourself.  Hold your head high.  Everyone lies, everyone dies.  With great power comes great consequence.  What is given can be taken away."

-- When Lee questioned her as to why she wouldn't reveal Caylee's whereabouts, Casey said "maybe I'm just a spiteful bitch."  And "an unfit mother."  "A bad daughter, a bad sister."

... Can you say "GUILTY?"



IMO, the jury's verdict represents not only an unforgivable travesty of justice, but a lawless and unconscionable attack on the law and the justice system.  It appears obvious to me that the Pinellas Twelve violated their oaths, failed in their sworn duty, disregarded the judge's instructions, willfully refused to consider evidence at all, and chose not to deliberate.  IMO there was an agenda, and it involved certain persons inside and outside of that jury room where Caylee was yet again disposed of like garbage.  They turned their backs on Caylee.  I see collusion and unethical, lawless, and criminal behavior as the only realistic explanation for what happened.

Janet asks where the outrage is.  Not where it should be, that is for sure.  Those who should be outraged on Caylee's behalf, and on behalf of law and justice, are strangely silent.

The outrage is here, among Caylee's bigger "family."  It is huge.  It is debilitating, incapacitating.  It is compounded by overwhelming sadness and disillusionment.

I pray the wicked will not prosper.  I pray Casey's name will be utterly forgotten, except as a footnote for miscarried justice, until the day she inevitably receives her comeuppance.  I pray that Caylee's name and her story will NEVER be forgotten.

I don't believe everyone that thinks their house is haunted is crazy. I just think she is and I hope to God she's not Caylee's gmom at all. I'd hate to think dear sweet innocent Caylee, who has had such an impact on our country, would have had any of that blood running through her veins. Baez said by Casey's verdict of not guilty, that somehow brought justice for Caylee. ?????  George and Cindy are still going for $$$$ and KC is laughing at the world chasing down her millions she feels she deserves. 


Caylee will never be forgotten by those that cared about a little 2 year old they never met.  Her family forgot about her on July 15, 2008 and I don't ever see that changing.

She was also posting on another forum regarding HaLeigh Cummings. Did you know that? She truly seems off. Maybe she's on meds that make her hallucinate or something, idk. It just seems like she inserts herself & makes things mire than what they are. Just like when her son died. Again, he "borrowed" a relative's car without asking, drove at a high speed, took out a fence & crashed into a pole, killed himself & his sister. What does this lady do? She goes out & says she believes Mike was under cover trying to help bust up drug dealers & they got to him and caused his accident. Because there were four accidents in the same area on the same night, she used that to her advantage & made a story around it to garner attention. Does she honestly think people with half a brain would buy that idiotic story? Her son didn't have a license, he was driving illegally, killed himself & his sister...but Donna wanted the public to think he was under cover & those drug dealers found him & caused his accident? Omg she's nutty. It was raining the night Mike was speeding & had that accident. IMO, anything to divert culpability.

There is no way that Jose Baez is going to allow Casey Anthony to be desposed.  A settlement will be negotiated in all civil lawsuits that a judge deems legitimate and thereby establishes a desposition date.  IMO

Lawyers in Casey Anthony "fake nanny" suit want to see media offers, psychological evaulations

The request was filed Wednesday by the attorney for Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Anthony told investigators her daughter Caylee was kidnapped by a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez, but during her murder trial Anthony's defense team admitted the nanny was fictitious and claimed that Caylee actually drowned in the Anthony family pool. Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation.
On July 5, a jury found Anthony not guilty of murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter in the death of her daughter.
The attorneys representing Gonzalez wanted to question Anthony under oath this week, but a judge denied that request and set her deposition for October, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.

In their latest filing, attorney John Dill said he wants Anthony to produce all documents related to any psychological or psychiatric evaluations.
The attorneys also want Anthony to produce all documents related to offers of "any type" made to her or her representatives for "interviews, television show appearances, movies, books, magazines, newspapers, advertisements, literature...,"reports the Orlando Sentinel.  
The document asks Anthony to produce the items within 30 days.

Sneaky is too kind.....these people are deceitful in everything they do.  Caylee's tragedy and the outcome is/was all based on lies.  This is their way of life.   

Somehow I believe this this civil suit will be challenged when it is considered that the focus of Tim Miller's search efforts were obviously directed at locating a deceased Caylee.  In other words ... despite Cindy/Casey's claims to Tim ... $112,000 of TES funds were not designated towards finding a live Caylee.  This was reason that there was a parting of ways between Cindy and Tim.

I think one fraudulent not for profit organization by these crooks is enough. This is one of those "deals" we research every day so that we nor anyone will be taken in.  They are sooooooooo greedy.

I think you're right Janet... Morgan intends on asking some questions that they won't want to answer...like what REALLY happened to Caylee.  I was looking forward to the deposition, but figured they would get out of it somehow.

I don't believe that Bozo would allow kc to have free reign very far from him or her immediate "family" of lawyers.  I also don't think that he's putting out big bucks for any rehab/spa. She's still a loose cannon and probably doesn't have the new story straight yet, he can't take even a tiny chance that she would befriend a stranger in Palm Springs or St George or anywhere but cooped up on mama Dot's Zen farm or holed up in Mason's vacation house or maybe right at his house.

The Morgan stuff probably requires her signature on things....I think she's within arms reach of his fat little stub of an arm. Todd M. is probably get some major kix flying all over the place.  (the story according to me!)

If the State can charge her for man hours used in Caylee's search, because of her lies, I don't see why TM can't do the same.  Casey could have stopped all of this at any given point, if Caylee had indeed drowned in the pool.  I will never believe that for one second. She didn't say anything for a reason......no cause of death when the body was found.

Despite atty/client privilege, I don't understand why there is no inquiry on when BAEZ knew the "real" story. Is he claiming that she just woke up one day 3yrs later and said that George molested her and framed her for murder? When did he know, wouldn't he be responsible for advising her to keep quiet regarding the searches and investigation for that long time?

If Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had a connection to the apartments where Casey originally claimed that she left Caylee ... a connection to the vehicle that Casey provided a description and ... if Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had her reputation suspected for a time period as a result ... she has been defamed whether or not she ever sought out professional assistance ... whether of not there is any official documented damages.

The tears and frustration behind closed doors may not be officially documented.  The inability to move on with life when others perceive you negatively for something that is beyod your control may not be officially documented.

Does lack of official documentation/evaluation imply that defamation did not occur?  Does lack of official documentation/evaluatio imply that Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez was not wronged?

Since the October desposition day was established ... I strongly suspected there would  be a negotiated settlement with Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.

Check the forum.  Many of TES' volunteer searches are unsuccessful as a result of a family member who knew the truth regarding the missing person all along ... who was involved the disappearance.

The man hours costs that the State incurred to investigate the whereabouts of a live Caylee were a direct result of Casey's lies while ...  for the most part ... TES' man hours costs were spent searching for a deceased Caylee.  In other words ... Casey/Cindy's claims regarding a live Caylee were disregarded.

IMO

Anyways ... the outcome will be what the outcome will be.

Hi Mizjay!   ::HelloKitty::   Baez has no authority to tell Casey she can't do something or go somewhere, he can only guide her, bc all of her rights were reinstated when she exited the jail. Also, I read somewhere that Todd Macaluso gave Casey $70G, so there's a chance she's not even on homeland soil. When I read that, I remember thinking what a weird amount to give her...then I remembered her IRS lien. Also, it was said that some of the vest therapists in the world have offered up their assistance free of charge. I believe this bc good psychiatrists are in their field not only to help people, but to also learn how people tick, like where they go wrong, what happened in their wiring. So I do believe she very well could be somewhere, maybe not even in the US, bring treated by a therapist or two.

Oh yeah, this is the in-depth kind of interview I would pay big bucks to see. Geez.

Hmmm...true Titch ( and  ::HelloKitty:: back atya) but Baez has been the controlling force in her life for all this time. I equate it to a kidnapper that takes control of the victim, like in Stockholm Syndrome. He's become her financial advisor, the front man for deals and the creator of the "innocent" kc. The story of the "accident" didn't just pop into her mind all by itself, I'm pretty sure that the persona that got acquitted is one of his making but he's as big a narcissist as she is. She might be free but I feel there's some symbiotic ties to Bozo that neither are willing to give up quite yet. I can't get on board that she is secure enough to be gaming psychiatrists without the protection of her atty to tell her don't answer this or that.

I'm with you. The question must be asked and answered. Mumbles, on the other hand, says he believed tot mom from the beginning, but he came late, into the DT.

IMO, Baez has to answer when tot mom began telling him the "truth" and why he believed the story she told. Unless she gave him proof "evidence" she was telling the truth, he had no reason to believe her or to perpetuate why he knew to be, further lies.

I firmly believe that the case which the prosecution put forward was strong and should have convicted Casey on at least one of the charges that implicated her in the demise of her daughter.  The runaway jury verdicts that disregarded the prosecution charges against Casey Anthony were a given prior to Day One of the trial.

I agree with you especially regarding Stockholm Syndrome, but check this out. 1st why would Macaluso give Casey $70G and 2nd if somebody owes money to the IRS it becomes public knowledge, right? Is there a way we can check to see if her lien has been paid off? She cannot exit our country with a tax lien. Her passport would become invalid if money is owed to the IRS. If it's a true fact that Macaluso gave her $70G, then I believe it was to front her the tax lien payoff so she could exit our borders, free to make money anywhere else. Plus I think Italy and France both have paparazzi laws now in effect, where they can't come within a certain distance without being cited.

Casey cried throughout the opening statements from both the prosecution and the defense on Tuesday. However, Casey was most emotional after lunch when her attorney, Jose Baez, stated to the jurors that Caylee Anthony was never missing, but drowned in her family's pool.
 
"How in the world can a mother wait 30 days to report a child missing? It's insane. Something's just not right about that. The answer is relatively simple. She never was missing. Caylee Anthony died on June 16, 2008, when she drowned in her family's swimming pool," Baez stated.
 
Baez claimed that George Anthony said to Casey after finding Caylee allegedly dead in the pool, "Look what you've done! You're mother will never forgive you! And you will go to jail for child neglect for the rest of your freaking life!".
 
Casey's attorney said that George covered up Caylee's accidental death.
 
Baez also stated, "On June 16, 2008, after Caylee died, Casey did what she's been doing all her life, or most of it, hiding her pain. She went back to that deep, dark place called denial to pretend as if nothing was wrong."

I agree Janet, I suppose the PT thought that an intelligent group of people could and would make the effort to come to solid conclusions without endless examples of kc's quirks. Guess they thought wrong...or maybe with that jury nothing would have been enough to convince them to deliberate in sequestration another minute.  Or with strong direction from a leader with an agenda, any evidence can be suspect and a weaker personality be made to feel ignorant for debating it.

Some other forums had trolls that always seemed to have inside info, or at least info that would curiously be the next talking point of DT on the talk show rounds. Wherever she is..she is in charge..they may have shrinks paying daily visits to help her adjust..but what a waste.  I am sure she thinks she is fine..better then fine.  I think she has a mental set that lets her adjust to whatever situation..for her advantage.  She is a sociopath..give her a few days in new water and she is swimming like a duck.  Many people are able to make rapid adjustments to their situation ..sociopaths are expert at that..not to say all people who adjust quickly and well are sociopaths.

I personally don't want to hear anything that they have to say about any of this..
and I see they are looking for more money by suing the software engineer..come on! your murderer daughter got off scott free and you are going to sue someone! get a job! instead of leaching off of society, get their butts out to work and maybe they won't have so much time trying to figure out how to sue someone for easy money..maybe Cindy's company should sue her for the false info that she gave out about their company!
