Looks like TES has helped out another family bring some form of closure.

OK, I just got off the phone with Tim after that pathetic attempt of an interview on H&C's.

Tim wants to make it perfectly clear as H&C's gave him no time to speak. Long before Hodges ever came up with this theory or wrote a book to make money ... TES was searching the water and had a planned deep water search. You will all remember that it was Dompig who puts the screws to their initial deep water search, which was one of the last times that Tim and I believe the very last time Dave was ever in Aruba.

Hodges is an opportunist and so is the media.


My words ... all H&C's wanted was a pissing contest between the two guests, nothing more. HMM ,,, think I made that very comment last nite on Dan's show.

Do not fret Tibro.  Beth Twitty is very capable of taking care of herself.  She is one amazing woman ... who is not intimidated by anybody ... especially somebody who is "inclined to believe Joran".  Beth had stood up to the "powers that be" in Aruba ... believe me ... she has and will stand up to the likes of Greta.

Thanks Janet.  I was not worried about Beth's capabilities.  She is one awesome person.  I was more concerned with Greta's attitude and her snide one liners.

Fortunately Greta managed to salvage some of her credence in this interview and did sound half-way interested.
And now we will hear all the nasty comments on Beth's appearance from the dark side, but do they ever bother to look into Beth's eyes and see the pain and suffering there?  It brings me undone every time.  :cry:

What is being lost in all of this due to the fact that I guess the MSM cannot ask a simple question about the search, is the extent of it.

Then there is another guy that says Joran is guilty from his statements when they are played backwards.  Sub-conscious mind again.  Called reverse speech and his theory was posted shortly after the initial statements.  Not like this guy who comes out two years later and tells us the same as we already know and presents it as a new breakthrough.  It is not rocket science to make declarations after the statements are published and dissected.

Anyway. ATA will be at an event June 27 - July 1 at the Hilton Hotel Riverside, 2 Poydras Street, New Orleans. The "river" is the Mississippi - it faces the river (DOH!) and is near the French Quarter.

I felt sooooo bad for Tim Miller being asked to comment on this and even endorse something he never heard of before.

It was completely ludicrous for them to even imply that perhaps this was why TES was going back to Aruba.

I am just stunned as I think are most and thus the silence in the cage.  Where did they get this guy and why NOW?  To discredit TES before they ever set foot in Aruba?

I'm amazed that MSM has not realized yet that TACOPINA does NOT represent Joran any longer.  This just bugs me.  Tacky is not an Aruban-licensed attorney.  He was Joran's attorney for the NY case ONLY.  He does not represent Joran in the kidnapping, rape, assault and murder of Natalee Holloway.  Grrr... they might as well ask any sleazy lawyer off the streets of NY about the case as he would know as much as Tacky Joe.  Despite this, Tacky Joe goes on FOX and acts as if he is Joran's attorney and knows all about the case.  B*llsh*t!!!  He doesn't know anything about this case.  That really burns me.

I will also say a prayer for Natalee and her family tonight.  I regret not being able to do more over the past two years, however I intend to see this through with all of you.  

Klaas, I applaud you for all you do!  Rob, the same goes for you, along with Carpe, T4N members, Natalee's family & friends and everyone else that has made a sincere effort to bring Natalee home!

Paul had taken refuge from the Beatles' legal battles at his farm in Scotland and he was not at all happy to be confronted by reporters. AZLady, taco-boy has some sort of "vested interest" in the case. We don't know exactly what it is but it seems pretty clear that the parties who taco-boy generally represent, are squarely behind VDS. There is needless to say, a HIGH degree of suspicion that thay are of the soprano persuasion, to be nice about it. Except that when they do "sing", it is curtains for them. If you know what I mean.  :wink:

The fact that taco-boy may not be receiving payments directly from VDS as of now does not seem to be causing him to professionally distance himself from Joran at all. Someone is paying him and those someones are watching VDS back quite carefully.

Yep, by searching Clydes name it appears he is into Music and so is/was Ed Smith.  There are other reasons but I feel it's very possible, Clyde as Simian was sharing what was happening in the early part of the case.  The funny (or maybe not so funny) thing is I can't find anything really recent about him.

It could have been either Clyde Burke or Roland Tromp imo and based on what I have found I am confident it was not the latter.  The main factor is Clyde's absence from the case after JULY 11.   I also suspect Clyde may have played a role in the Aru-bay videos and I have a very good reason to believe that is a fact.  You will also not that Clyde was in on most of the original interrogations of suspects including JOHN & JONES, who were likely the benefactors of the Aru-bay vid's....

The body of Harold Sissom was found in his vehicle in a lake in Grapeland, TX. According to sources the body has been positively ID’d as the missing 54 year old Sissom. Lee Roberts, a Texas Equusearch member was on the scene and one of the individuals who located Sissom. A prayer for his family and may Harold Sissom rest in peace.

According to Tim Miller, founder of Texas Equusearch, this is the 64th documented recovery that his non-profit organization has found in its 7 year existence. Here's what I think:

Simian (possibly Clyde Burke) - was trying to give us actual information as to what was going on in the case and what his suspicions were.  Very possible that Ed Smith is friends with Clyde Burke.  That would explain how Ed Smith knew where to video, where the police and visibility team were doing their investigation.  Clyde gave Ed that information.  Clyde knew the security guards were being railroaded, IMO.

Shango - I'm not sure, he may have been trying to lead us in the wrong direction at times.  I know he often disagreed with Simian or visa versa.

Julia Renfro attempts to distance Joran Van der Sloot from implication in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway as well as discrediting Beth Twitty when she stated that Beth told her that Natalee had phoned home and shared that she was in love with a tall Dutch boy with blue eyes. Gerold Dompig states that there are two declarations from Julia Renfro regarding this issue - declarations that have yet to be revealed.

He was actually manhandling two positions by doing both the Noord district as well as the Oranjestad district. So, you know, this was a hefty handful here and Richardson who has been on the case since day one under Van der Straaten has continued on in Van der Straaten’s position. So it is really not as comical as people are making it out to be.

VAN SUSTEREN: I would not use the word comical. It’s more baffling. Why, if you got the deputy chief who’s been the person out front in what is perhaps the most important murder investigation going on in Aruba and who has just told CBS 48 hours that they were at a critical stage of the investigation suddenly says "Oh yeah, I wanted off last September. I want off again now and then leaves."

RENFRO: Well, I believe we are in a situation where Richardson is actually more qualified in this critical stage that we are in at this point.

As Beth Twitty implies in her defense of the boycott, it is a corrupt investigation - a corrupt investigation that is distancing Paulus and Joran Van der Sloot from being implicated in the events of that fateful morning.

Julia Renfro claims that the detainment of the security guards was not a racial issue - that Aruba has no such distinctions.

Julia Renfro claimed that there was an incident when an upset Jug Twitty used physical force against her.

8. IMPLICATING THE SECURITY GUARDS

Julia Renfro claims that there was no reason to disbelieve Joran, Deepak and Satish when they implicated the security guards.

Beth Twitty had already revealed to Aruban officials that the Holiday Inn security cameras did not record Natalee returning to the hotel, nor meeting up with any security guard in the lobby.

Exactly.  The original Simian posts might have been attempts to communicate what was happening.  However, the "dark side" quickly realized they could also post as Simian and throw more disinformation into the mix.

Another form of 'pinging' is 'phishing' for a specific email for a pre determined person, in this case Shango.  Simian and Shango may have exchanged emails, allowing Simian to have access to the header details, i.e., the IP address.  In many cases the IP address would be associated with your ISP like AOL in my case.

Ha ha.  I'll take the blame for that one.  I do think AG wrote some of the later Simian posts as they are very much her writing style.  However, other people wrote the other Simian posts.  That's why I have trouble putting much credence into them.  Ya know, I never liked the Bondia group, either...   :lol:  :lol:

We can never know if Simian and Shango were actually posting all that stuff as if came to their minds or wrote the passages earlier and just posted them when they had time and could reference a time in the case from much earlier than we know about. Makes sense?

I have never thought they just sat there and wrote it all out... I believe that was planned. Maybe not to interact together but to make what they wanted known.

Some of the posts seem to be referencing a time around the 6-9 to 6-14 time period. If you look at the posts from the front page at this time you will see what I am talking about.. Angie and I and a few others went through all of those posts and found all kinds of info.

I was speaking from Simian's perspective.  If he traced Shango's ISP to Broward County it pretty much rules out a legitimate source for info, which is what I have essentially done with regards to the Shango posts.

Perhaps.  But I think it more likely that it was someone Cohen hired.  The person had a strong cultural background in Caribbean politics, religion, and music.  Perhaps it was someone from the islands, living in Florida, and hired by Cohen at PVDS's urging.  Someone we will most likely never know because his identity is insignificant.  He was hired to throw more red herrings and place them like a Caribbean puzzle or riddle.

1- sometimes we would rent a hotel room. I happened that three guys were in the same room having sex with girls. Anna, I saw it similar to you.  I cringed when she said that part about "accepting and moving on" with a somewhat smug look of knowing that she knew more than Beth although she does not.  

I was truly amazed in the beginning that Greta gave Beth/Natalee so much attention, and I later came to realize that Greta is a sensationalist, and it was never about Beth and/or Natalee.  It was about a big news story.  When she saw she could parlay that into something for her friend, Joe Tacopino, she grasped the reigns to clinch her friendship with the Court TV and criminal defense attorneys that are so wont to destroy any rights a victim might have.  

I see Greta the same way now that I saw her as far back as 1995.  To me, I wondered why and now I am at peace with believing what I do, that she is about ratings and close alliances with her east coast criminal defense attorney gang.

And I think Joe T is trying to take the heat off his buddy Posner more than the vdSloots.  He has far more ties there certainly than he does to some teenage punk.  He knows on which side his bread is buttered and he is deflecting from the Excelsior and HI by defending the Sporter.  There could still be major law suits against them for negligence in allowing underage gambling, etc.  Posner has connections that have given Joe T much business over the years.

That is what I think his game is and Greta seems as taken with Joe T as she does with Joran.

Now that two years have passed how is everyone feeling about this case?  I’ve been optimistic, pessimistic, optimistic, pessimistic, etc.  This morning I am feeling a little down in the dumps about the whole thing.  Many theories have been put forth about a variety of people, but it always seems to fall just short of moving from theory to fact.

Plus, with all the stuff we have seen and read, which is probably just a fraction of what was collected by ALE, I can’t understand why this case was not pushed forward two years ago.  That tells me that no one is going to do a blasted thing unless a body is found.

Sorry, the silence coming out of these Dutch cops is wearing on me and making me doubtful.

We throw tons of money into education each year...more and more and more and still the quality is below standards.  Why?  Because of the quality of teachers.  My old adage is this...You get what you pay for.  That applies to any aspect of life. My own daughter mentioned wanting to become a teacher...mind you she would be a very good one too...but her father and I have tried to discourage this due to the low wages and benefits.  Sure most teachers are in their state's retirement system...in fact in Alabama they have an excellent system. What falls short is the salaries.  Starting salaries are much too low for the responsibilities they have. I said I wouldn't go here and discuss this, but I feel it's important.  A good teacher sets the foundation for everyone's life.  We all have those memories of a teacher that made an impact on our lives.  We even have a few teachers on this board and I bet you they would tell you they don't get paid what they are required to do in their everyday jobs.  If we paid teachers what they should be paid...afterall they are educating our future...we would have better applicants with higher qualifications that would teach our children well and then our own children would have a better chance at a good job and a promising future.  It's true...you really do get what you pay for.

The problem with sensible people is that there are few of them reading the things we have.  Most people are just too busy with their lives to sit down and spend hours doing what we have done.  It takes dedication and diligence to do what we have done.  I see it everyday.  People are woefully uninformed about almost everything.  We here in the U.S. are too busy watching reality television and checking on Paris Hilton or whatever to care about things like this case.  We are a society of instant rewards.  Immediate gratification and then on to the next thing.  If you surveyed most people you meet every day you would be very frustrated with how little they actually know about the Natalee Holloway case and how much inaccurate information they do have on the subject.  I know, because I have experienced it first hand.  Our world is in a sad state of affairs and all you need to do is look around you to see that I am speaking the truth.

Oh, and I forgot to add...if it turns out that our children don't make the grades and fail in school it's all the teacher's fault.  Not the parents that don't have time to sit down with a five year old and read to them each night or take the time to help the 5th grader with his math.  It's never, ever, ever the parent's fault...it's that idiot teacher that just doesn't understand my child and doesn't care.  My daughter had some less than capable teachers also...they exist in every profession, unfortunately, but what she didn't get in school...she got at home.  It is all about where your priorities lie.

Maybe I should have put this rant in the political thread.  Sorry I ran everyone off.  I will be quiet for a while.   :wink:

Well, the guy is not a total quack.  He certainly has the creds but I just don't know if I believe his theory.  I think Paulus dictated the infamous Deepak email or someone did at the original planning (to obstruct justice and conspiracy) meeting and likely all were given a copy to go by to keep their story straight.  It sounded like something they would all use to be sure they were all saying the same thing.  Satish might need to read from his often.   :roll:

My problem with this guy is that letter doesn't sound like Deepak who is a nasty character.  Maybe Wonder Woman wrote it because Klaas has pretty well documented that she was behind the false claim and lie and rumor that Natalee ran away in Costa Rica once.  Just made it up and claimed the FBI verified it.  So what if this guy is analyzing something written by a disinformation agent instead of the suspect?

Be interesting to send him some of the PV's and see what he makes of those.  I wonder if anyone has done that?

Within a year, we will all be caught up in this.  It spreads fast but it can be silent for sometime.  It has been around but confined until now.  This could be one of the plagues referenced in the Bible, eliminating a big part of the population.

Yes, teachers are underpaid as are many important professions.  Until recently, nurses were paid even less and they make life and death decisions all the time.  When few went into that profession the shortage it created raised their salaries.  Now nurses receive a much larger salary than ever before, finally.  But it took the creation of a critical shortage to achieve that.

And trust me, we do NOT want foreign nurses imported.  I encountered this situation at the National Hospital in Washington, D.C., when one of my kids was critically injured in an auto accident and I was horrified at what I was seeing from the Nigerian and Ethiopian nurses there.  I stayed around the clock to protect my child from their unsterile practices!   :shock:   Hospital acquired drug resistant infections were rampant and I could see why!  It was a nightmare until we could get him transferred!  Like being in a Third World Hospital and this is the NATIONAL medical center.

Oh, Easy, I was 18 yo, first time away from home at Colorado College in Colorado Springs one time long ago.  Was during VN war/police action.  There were the Air Force Cadets, Ft Carson, Pederson Airfield, NORAD and I don't even remember what all just packed with young men!  The odds in that town were probably 25 males for every female, haha.

It has been around for a few years.  Yes, the Constant Gardener was about this type of TB and other diseases.  Foreigners with  human-immunovirus  easily contract these illnesses and come to the USA for treatment of the underlying illness and while here, spread it to the healthcare and homosexual community.  This is the first case I have ever heard of being quarantined.

It is here already but has mainly been confined to the homosexual community which is a protected peoples.  One does not have to engage in homosexual activity to acquire it.  It is just more predominant in homosexuals because of the HIV which, becuase of their immune system, makes them easy targets, and they have spread it to the healthcare community and other homosexuals once they bring it to the USA. I am sure this man was probably a heterosexual.  If he was homosexual, he would have been in a protected class and there would not have been any quarantine or arrest.

Yes and maybe we need to send him a few of those critical PV's in case he hasn't seen them?  Maybe do that before the program and get his take on them or would that be asking for his services free and he wouldn't do it?

But an interview should be good especially since it would promote his services in this forensic capacity.  He should like that.

Lala's, it depends on where you are and other factors about teachers.  I would say the mean in this state for quality of teacher is lower than mediocre and that is only raised to mediocre by certain areas that have superb teachers whose salaries should be quadrupled but the Department of Education is a socialist organization who pays all the same with the same degrees, which means about 60% of the teachers in the area are a pile of crap and should be relegated to learning elementary education, whereas about 40% of them would make better college professors than most employed in the ivy league, so until we have a better Department of Education and way of administering pay, this will remain a terrible system.  It is socialist just like medicine is becoming where the most ill-educated and sorriest doctors will be paid the same as a Dr. DeBakey or Dr.  Frist.  Sociaism has killed education and it will kill this country and it is here and roaring and rolling, and  we will not be able to turn it back.  Watch for teachers, doctors to become among the lowest paid while lawyers will become the gazillionaires because they are the vultures who live off the miseries of others.

Nope, one of my DILs just had a student stand up in her class and say, Mrs. Smith, I would like f--- you.  She reported him to the principal and was told nothing could be done because he was in a protected minority.  She is now in a "quit my job" minority.  This was not the first time something like this had happened to her.  She is young and attractive but very smart, and too smart to work in that maggot hole she was in.

Don't even get me started on the communists in the CDC.

Well, as long as I am ranting... here I go again...my daughter picked up a new cell phone for me...all of you know how technologically challenged I am at times.  (Stop laughing.)   Anyway, I open the little packet that contains all the instructions on how to program the phone and low and behold I have two manuals.  One in English and one in Spanish...why can't everyone just learn English if they choose to live in this country.  I may offend a few people here and I apologize in advance, not my intention I assure you.  I just think if you want to be an American so dang bad you need to be one through and through.  You know red blooded, English speaking, full tilt for law and justice and the American way.   Geesh!! :roll:  :roll:
