Hi Zoo. I've been thinking about that while watching all the little ones in our area getting ready for first grade or kindergarten, watching the little girls pick out pretty little pink pencils and tablets with kitties on the cover. And everything else on the long supply list they hand out these days for school. And of course thinking, Cindy would have had to buy it all, but at least she'd be here enjoying being a little girl. And then God reminds me that where she is now, is so much better than what we have here...we cannot even imagine the goodness Caylee is enjoying and how much love, the very truest form of love, she is surrounded by...now and forever. She's enjoying much more than anything here on earth. And although that does help, it's still so very sad...because there are so many Caylees... and then I'm reminded that God feels this pain much more than ten times we feel it. I gotta trust our heavenly Papa does have His hand on the wheel. This is not the chaotic scene it seems. He has a plan. I have to have that reminder a lot though, I'm still so frustrated with the injustice we've witnessed.

I am amazed as well that the Anthony's have not been on tv blubbering and holding their hands out for a donation since it is  Caylee's birthday...Not one mention of it being her birthday on the news that I have seen/heard...Good..the less attention that his family gets from now on the better...The news could talk about Caylee all day long, but it never happens that way, it always goes to Casey..the least person who deserves any attention.. ::MonkeyMad::

Thank you for contacting me regarding the tragic death of Caylee Anthony.  I appreciate hearing from you and welcome the opportunity to respond.

As you know, jurors in the criminal trial of Casey Anthony, Caylee's mother, announced on July 5, 2011, that they had found Ms. Anthony not guilty of Caylee's murder.  Ms. Anthony was also acquitted of manslaughter and child abuse charges, though she was found guilty of lying to law enforcement officers. 

In the wake of the decision, many have expressed support for "Caylee's Law," which would make it a felony for a parent not to report a dead or missing child to law enforcement authorities.  Advocates of the proposed law believe it will ensure that local police know as soon as possible about any missing child.  I am aware that several state legislatures are considering state versions of "Caylee's Law," and I would urge you to contact your Missouri state Senator or Representative to make your views known. Should the United States Senate consider a federal version of "Caylee's Law," I will be sure to keep your views in mind.

You may be interested to know that I have supported other legislation to protect children from those who would do them harm.  In 2008, shortly after I came to the Senate, I helped pass the PROTECT Our Children Act (Public Law 110-401).  This legislation requires the Attorney General to create and implement a National Strategy for Child Exploitation and Prevention, establish a National Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and create an Internet database for crimes against children. As a former prosecutor, and as a mother, I know how important it is that we punish criminals who have harmed innocent children. I will continue to pursue measures to keep our children safe.

Caylee has been gone longer than she lived in this world. I know that she is home now and that all of heaven is helping her know that the day she was born is worthy of celebration. May she be sliding down rainbows and playing with the rest of God's children. May all awareness of what she endured at her Mother's hands be erased.

Caylee was not alone with whatever she endured. Watchful angels know and as long as Casey struts this earth, she has fooled no one. Our justice has failed Caylee, but Casey will never outstrut the Justice that follows on her heels. She's being tracked by far more watchful eyes than any of us have and I wouldn't be in her shoes for anything!

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A nonprofit charity said it plans to unveil a design of a memorial to honor Caylee Anthony, who would have turned 6 years old on Tuesday.

Bring Kids Home, which refers to itself on its website as a public charity for missing and abused children, will present its plans to the community Tuesday evening near the location where Caylee's remains were found in east Orange County.

Caylee Anthony's Sixth Birthday Passes with Memorial

Tuesday would have been Caylee Anthony's sixth birthday.

But there will be no birthday party in the Anthony home. There will be no cake and no presents. Instead, there will be a memorial event near the woods where the Florida girl's body was found. Members of the public are releasing balloons and butterflies in memory of the toddler who was last seen alive in June 2008.

wonderful outpouring of love for Caylee..

my thoughts when I saw all the teddy bears and stuffed animals, is it wrong of me to want to scoop them up after Caylee's day today and take them to the hospitals where children are sick or to orphanages to children who would love one of those stuffed animals? I just think that Caylee would want that instead of just leaving them there to get ruined...
what does happen to these tributes to Caylee? who would have the say over what happens to them? not the Anthony's I hope! God bless everyone who brought something to Caylee's site...sad sad sad...

Thank you so much for sharing that!  I'd kept it together until seeing this photo - but now I'm a sniffly mess.  My son's birthday is June 16th and they're just a few weeks apart.  As mentioned earlier, seeing him getting ready for school and her not....well it just breaks my heart....

Caylee remembered on sixth birthday
A local organization dedicated to reducing the number of missing and abused children is revealing a memorial design in memory of Caylee Anthony.

Bring Kids Home is showing the design to the public on Thursday, what would have been Caylee’s sixth birthday. Bring Kids Home partnered with private, business and non-profit sponsors to complete the project.

“There was no closure after the verdict for little Caylee so this is, I think, a good way to bring the community together,” Eddie DelValle with Bring Kids Home said.

Monkeys:  All of your thoughts and all of the pictures you posted are so lovely.  Thanks for sharing.  I really enjoyed flipping through the pictures of all the people who are honoring Caylee today.  The photo of the memorial site brought tears to my eyes.

I bet their murderer daughter is living it up and has not even thought about Caylee once except that she was in jail for almost 3 years due to being charged.

Too bad George and Cindy didn't show up at that site when they knew Caylee was there for months and never said a word, leaving her to decompose in order to get their murderer off.  Too little too late.  This all for show for their new foundation, imo.

I'm glad Cindy and George are there.  Because as despicable as they are, let's not forget that they lost their little Caylee, whom they no doubt loved.  Yes, they've made some stupid and selfish decisions, but try to remember that they didn't ask for their granddaughter to be taken away from them...and for themselves to be placed into such an awful nightmare.  They're going to have to carry around their grief for the rest of their lives.

Caylee Marie Anthony would have turned 6 years old Tuesday.

One of the many things planned for Tuesday evening is an unveiling of a memorial honoring Caylee.

The group Bring Kids Home is also planning a balloon and butterfly release in.

They will then head down the street for that.

Organizers said they're hoping to draw attention and raise money for the memorial.

I respectfully disagree with you on them being there.  I think they need to stay home and doing something in private.  I don't feel sorry for them at all.  They told the public to get off our asses and go find their granddaughter.  They lied for their daughter and she is off partying it up. 
I know we don't know what we would do in their situation but I think I would get a good attorney for my daughter but I would NEVER lie to save her if she was accused of killing my granddaughter.  In my opinion they are just at the memorial site to get a good photo op and more publicity.   
I do however respect other opinions as we feel differently on certain parts of the case.

A7 - I agree.  As much as I feel they lied to protect the Cword - they have lost everything, of that I believe.  Their granddaughter, their daughter, their jobs, the community in which they live, their dignity, the respect of everyone.  I can't imagine being put to the test that they have.  Don't get my sentiments misconstrued - they did do wrong in trying to protect the evil one.  Again, I would never wnat to be put to that test or join their club.

Remember how many times George and Cindy destroyed the gifts, crosses and other items that were left as a memorial for Caylee?  Yet today is different for some reason????????

Hi Monkeys--Tupelo, I will not give them a pass either.  I haven't forgotten their behaviour in doing everything in their power to insure that Caylee's remains--yes, remains, George--were not found.  Trying to frame innocent people when Cindy knew from July 15 who murdered Caylee.  Trash.  I don't have words to express how much I hate them but I wish someone would throw water on Cindy so she would melt like the witch in the Wizard of Oz.  They are despicable monsters and if I were there, I'd turn my back on them. They have done nothing to remember Caylee with grace and love, just hatred and spite.  Perjurers.  Got their murdering daughter off and now they want to appear respectable.  Forget it. They are scum.

Maybe Cindy will have the toys stolen again like she did before.  Maybe she'll steal the cross, like she did before.  And she tried to have them stolen a second time and the crowd stopped the people she sent. Hospitals and many other organizations no longer accept such donations because they could contain something dangerous.   They are exactly where the people who bought them and brought them there intend them to be.  And where they should be.

George and Cindy Anthony were at the site Tuesday evening to pay their respects. They released balloons in her honor.
Visitors of the site told WFTV reporter Kathi Belich that they think the memorial a good idea, but they have a lot of questions about the nonprofit organization called Bring Kids Home.

Which brings me back to my earlier point of how do we collectively as a society deal with a pariah like Casey Anthony?  Certainly vigilante justice is unacceptable; she was found "not guilty" of the most serious charges against her, and to break the law to exact revenge is both reprehensible and hypocritical.  However, we don't have to make life easy for her either.

Some may accuse me or other journalists of playing her game by reporting on her, speculating about where she may be, or otherwise keeping her name in the news, but I say the minute we forget about Casey and what we know she DID do  is when we let Caylee down.

I wouldn't pay a dime to hear what lies she has to offer for a quick buck, but I absolutely will keep informing the public of how she's thumbing her nose at us all as she pursues "the beautiful life."

Well, I have questions about Cindy and George. Oh, scratch that. No questions.  Know all I need to know.

Same here, I'm about 45 mins to an hour away and couldn't make it. I loaned my car out and my husband doesn't get home from work til 630.  I did wish her happy birthday on my FB and had a candle lit all day. In the fall one of my friends who follows the story with me is coming to visit and we'll go to the memorial site and leave some flowers. I will never forget Caylee.   ::MonkeyAngel::

Yes, they have always been against any public memorial for Caylee.  I don't believe those horrible grandparents ever loved Caylee unconditionally.   They used Caylee to try to turn their slore daughter into a responsible parent and in doing so they put Caylee at risk and she perished.   The public continued to build this memorial in spite of the Anthonys opposition.   These disgusting grandparents had no right to show up.... they should have been asked to leave.   They should be hiding at home, hanging their heads in shame.

Today at dusk I went and sat on the porch and the fields and woods were full of fireflies. It almost looked like twinkling Christmas lights. It was so peaceful and quiet and I thought this is like lighting hundreds of candles in remembrance of Caylee's birthday. Happy Birthday sweet angel.

Bring Kids Home is now trying to raise $200,000 to build the memorial, which will honor Caylee and other missing children, according to a spokesman. They are hoping to raise $25,000 from individual donations, with corporate donors covering the remaining cost.

The New Jersey-based nonprofit registered as a corporation in 2008. However, a Local 6 News investigation revealed that New Jersey officials revoked the group's corporation status in April because officers failed to submit annual reports for the past two years as required by law.

The founder of Bring Kids Home, Eric Segura, told Local 6 News reporter Mike DeForest that he was unaware he was required to file those reports. He said he was not aware New Jersey officials had revoked the corporation status until Local 6 brought it to his attention.

RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. -- An attorney who worked on Casey Anthony's defense team told 10News on Tuesday that his former client is not living in his Rancho Santa Fe mansion after reports surfaced that Anthony was hiding out at his home.

10News reporter Allison Ash was the only reporter in the country who was invited inside Todd Macaluso's home to see if there were any signs of Anthony, who was acquitted last month in the death of her daughter Caylee.

"I didn't find Casey Anthony," said Ash, who said she was given access to every room in the house, including bathrooms, closets and the detached guest house on Macaluso's sprawling $5.2 million estate.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- In their first public appearance since their daughter, Casey Anthony, was acquitted of murder last month, George and Cindy Anthony visited the woods where their granddaughter's body was recovered.

"We didn't know how we'd be perceived," George Anthony told Local 6 News. "It's just a great tribute to our Caylee. It's a great tribute to her. Other children have to come home, too. And that's what should be concentrated on now. We know where Caylee's at."

About 100 others joined the Anthonys as they released butterflies into the woods in memory of Caylee's 6th birthday. They later released lavender balloons.

Adding to the debacle that has become Casey Anthony's in-jail probation is the fact that she did not pay court, investigation, prosecution or supervision costs related to her check-fraud case.

Investigative costs came to $5,517 in that case – an amount that Judge Stan Strickland initially meant for her to pay, according to a transcript of Anthony's Jan. 25, 2010 sentencing.

But during that proceeding, Strickland reserved ruling on paying those investigative costs because there was uncertainty about the prosecution cost amount. He advised the prosecution and defense to work together on the matter and said, "We'll deal with it later."

They never revisited the issue, according to the state.

My camera went dead. So I need to upload them onto my computer. We let go 36 ballons and had a cake and lit candles that spelled out caylee's name. That is the pic that I put on sm fb. If I was the parents of the most hated person in America I'd be home crying.  No one that is 'normal' wants their child to be hated.  Remember how it broke your mother's heart when your child came home from school and told you they had been picked on?  For the A's to continue to show their face and wanting half a million dollars for interviews and book deals all based on their death of their grandchild is outrageous to me.  It just goes to show they and Casey are exactly alike...the A's definitely have peronality disorders along with a lot of other problems.

Will Taxpayers Have To Pay Casey's Court Bills?

WFTV went to the Orange County Court Administration to ask and was told its examiner, who used to investigate the insolvency affidavits, was cut out of the budget.

Court officials said prosecutors might be responsible to make sure Casey pays up, but they said that's not their responsibility.

WFTV was also told that collection court enforces the restitution orders, which is run by the Clerk of Courts. Reporter Kathi Belich went there and was told as of about one month ago, almost $159 million in outstanding fines and restitution had been turned over to collections agencies in Orange County alone.

All the agencies that WFTV talked to said it is possible that Casey won't ever pay even if she makes money down the road.

"I think that's pathetic," said taxpayer Debra Anderson.

The agencies who want reimbursement could investigate whether she's cashed in on Caylee's death, WFTV was told.

However, the agencies said it's very possible that taxpayers will have to accept the self-professed liar that she's broke.

Funny..but I could swear that long ago Anderson Cooper refused to get involved with the A's and the whole circus around them..I mean more then a year ago atleast.  I find it unusual for him to become involved now if he is..normally he tries to stay away from feeding the circus around trials and events like the A's and Casey.

Evening, everybody!  I see we'll be waiting another day or two for a verdict on her probation.

ITA with all of you, if Cindy & George truly wanted to pay their respects to Caylee, they would have done it in the early morning hours all alone.  Remember people, these are the same people who just flew back from dolphin-kissing, frolicking, and shopping in the Bahamas (all of which are far more important than memorializing your granddaughter, don'tcha know).  They live just a few houses from the dump site. They could have strolled over any sunset evening or any quiet early morning.  They chose to make an appearance.  They were in no hurry to visit the dump site over the last three years, although they could at any time. No passes offered here either.  MOO

It's funny that as our family works it way slowly and deliberately through Proverbs, we keep coming across reminders about false witnesses (that they pour forth lies, etc.).  We're repeatedly see a theme with verses about people with perverse mouths and that people who are contemptuous of their ways will perish.  Verses about the fate of those who let the guilty go free cause us to be majorly thankful that we are not those 12 jurors, nor the Defense team, nor the A's.  We talked today about in Matthew where Jesus says it's better for an adult to tie a millstone around their neck and cast themselves into the sea, drowning themselves, rather than harm a child. It seems every few verses, we come across yet another reminder from God that He knows exactly what's going on and He will take care of it.  It's two-fold actually: He doesn't send people to Hell (people send themselves by rejecting the mercy given them in Jesus' death on the cross for their sins)  and He made the A's (like any good Dad, doesn't want to see them die).  However, He's also a just Judge and He sees eternity from beginning to end, all of our days. Ultimately, He knows whether the A's are going to repent or not.  Every day that they continue to play their games is one more day counted against them.  The reality is that they are aging and therefore, running out of days. They can deceive themselves into thinking they've gotten away with it and they're going to be rich/famous, etc.  The reality is that they're just storing up more wrath from God, should they leave earth without Him.  I'd say AMO, but since I'm quoting God, it's His opinion too.

Thanks, good to know others feel the same because I was really trying on Tues to think of Caylee with no thoughts of Casey, Cindy or George, I was so happy to see the love of people leaving their sentiments at the "dumping ground" and the Burger King sign was just awesome and everyone I came across, I said, today WOULD HAVE been Caylee's 6th birthday, just trying to find some peace if only for that one day and then I go home and see the Anthony's there on tv, I was infuriated and changed the channel. Then I see here that they want everyone to have closure and move forward when all they want is everyone to forget, lose the hatred so they can all move forward and collect more money, speaking for myself, the anger may subside in time but I will never forget and there will never come a day where I can stomach looking at any of them.

My son's friend's semi-estranged father, who is a nut job, got drunk last week and for some reason called 911 and asked for the police. Apparently once they arrived he had a change of heart, but the police arrested him for a false 911 call. He resisted them, although not charged for that, and during the scuffle, he claims an officer kicked him in his legs. Now the guy supposedly has blood clots in his legs, is on meds for that, and he is now going after the officer and wants to sue him for $300,000. The attorney he is using in none other than Jose Baez!!!!! (Or better known as Casey Anthony's lawyer)            I'm trying to research Pinellas County clerk of court to verify but I'm having a heck of a time navigating their website for court cases.  But it sounds like Baez.....hasn't he taken other cases in the past on police brutality?  I thought I read that long ago.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A report by Florida's child welfare agency says Casey Anthony failed to protect her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, which ultimately resulted in the child's death. But Anthony will not face additional charges as a result of Thursday's report.
The Department of Children and Families closed out its investigations of Caylee's death, noting Anthony failed to protect Caylee by not reporting her disappearance in 2008 for more than a month, and that failure interfered with the law enforcement investigation and efforts to find the child.

The agency also concluded that Caylee died as a result of abuse or neglect, but the report said the agency was unable to substantiate that the toddler had died from asphyxiation.

"The inactions by the mother were clearly failure to protect. As the child was found dead, obviously the failure to protect led to the death," DCF spokesman Joe Follick said.

As for the reports from DSS a little to late since they are not able to charge her with neglect or anything, I still feel she should be charged with mishandling of a corpse at least it would be something and by her lawyers words Caylee drowned on June 16th and GA handed Caylee to KC. Just this alone should be enough to charge her with mishandling of a corpse.

I read today that a 2 yr old was killed by a mother and her sex offender boyfriend here in N. Carlina and that DSS had been called several times by the mother's family members. The mother stated she is willing to forgive him for the murder of her daughter.

We need to somehow change DSS laws so that children are not left in situations like this, I'm not sure what needs to be changed but if more then 1 call comes in the child should be removed from situation until a full investigation has been made.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Is Casey Anthony heading to Houston, Texas? The plane, originally linked to Casey Anthony by NBC33, departed from Orange County this morning. It set to arrive in Houston, Texas this afternoon.

In July, NBC33, the Baton Rouge NBC News affiliate, reported that Casey Anthony had been travelling on N950KA, not just from Orlando to Orange County, but across the country. Last month, the news station reported “sources say the plane is the same one she [Casey Anthony] was seen boarding in other parts of the country.”

On July 20, the plane stopped in Baton Rouge Airport. The aircraft, N950KA, is owned by Todd Macaluso, an Orange County based lawyer who has previously assisted Casey Anthony. As previously detailed on LALATE, there were inconsistent reports as to whether N950KA initially flew Anthony out of Orlando following her release, or another jet.

I am a retired Sudbury police officer who, as a detective, investigated 13 homicides in the last 10 years of my career.

I don't agree with Prof. Scott Fairgrieve's opinion on cadaver dogs stated in The Sudbury Star article. Dogs are certainly helpful in finding dead bodies during earthquakes, tsunamis and of course after Sept. 11, 2001.

With respect to the jury in the Casey Anthony trial, which lasted 31 days, deliberated only 11 hours and hardly took notes, Prof. Fairgrieve stated in the article that Dr. Jan Garavaglia (one of Florida's top pathologists) overstepped her bounds when she said Caylee's death was a homicide (it certainly wasn't a suicide).

Casey Anthony, the Florida woman acquitted last month in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, is the most hated person in America, a new national poll shows.

The E-Poll Market Research poll found that the 25-year-old was more disliked than Paris Hilton, O.J. Simpson and "Octomom" Nadya Suleman, Orlando TV station WKMG reported Wednesday.

Fifty-three percent of those questioned said they knew of Anthony, and 94 percent of those people said they disliked her.

I'm serious about being protected from Casey. The murderer did some serious research on how to harm and kill people. That should be a HUGE warning to all.

Good morning, all! Waiting with you once again. I don't get what the big debate is all about, that it takes 8 days to figure this out.  The facts show that the inmate did not serve probation...she was incarcerated while awaiting trial on separate charges, unrelated to check fraud.  She was not: physically free; reporting to a probation officer on a monthly basis; paying the monthly probationary fee; working a job; nor submitting to regular drug testing. for a period of one year.  Moreover, Judge Strickland stated, for the record, in open court that the probation was to be imposed upon the inmate's release. Finally, it is well documented that DOC has released prisoners in error previously and those prisoners have still been subject to the terms of their probation.  The ex-inmate's safety is not the Court's or DOC's problem. Had said inmate and her family not initiated a nation wide search for a "missing/abducted child" that she/they knew was dead, wrapped in duct tape, the inmate's safety would not be a problem.  Had said inmate's family not made repeated media appearances insulting and provoking Law Enforcement and the public, perjuring themselves, the inmate's safety would not be a problem.  Had the inmate's family been truthful and forthcoming with Law Enforcement from the 911 call forward (instead of cleaning the decomp-smelling car prior to calling LE, giving investigators Casey's hairbrush when Caylee's was requested, instead of giving the dog's toothbrush when Caylee's was requested, etc.), the inmate's safety would not be a problem.  It is her problem; it is their problem. She, along with their help, created the firestorm and now she wants to be fireproofed by the state of Florida, so to speak.  It is not Orange County's responsibility to ensure her safety.  She and her family placed themselves in danger.  Is the Orange County Sheriff's Office now going to be required to provide police protection to every criminal/gang member that turns informant?  The same argument can be made that their lives are in danger.  Seriously! What a joke!  Once again, the offender is seeking to be rescued and shielded from the consequences of her actions, at the expense of Florida taxpayers.  Looking at the crime rate and the types of crimes committed in Orange County and surrounding areas, LE has more important things to do than babysit an offender. Babysitting and providing personal protection are not their job.  The inmate is responsible for herself.  She is of legal age and sufficient mental and physical capacity to be responsible for herself. She got herself into this quandary by contributing to the "disappearance" of her child (DOC's words, not mine), partying and hooking up instead of personally reporting said "missing/abducted child", enjoying shopping sprees while the child was decomposing, lying extensively to LE for three years about an alleged nanny abduction and the nanny, refusing to lead LE to the location of the child's body, alleging numerous innocent people to be the abductor (Jesse Grund, among others), perpetrating extensive searches for a child that she knew was dead, and selling pictures and video of the deceased child to fund her personal defense.  Her safety is her own responsibility.  My resolved opinion.

ALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 12 (UPI) -- The Florida Department of Children and Families says Casey Anthony failed to protect her daughter, and that contributed to Caylee's death.

DCF officials announced Thursday that a thorough three-year review of Caylee Marie's death shows Casey Anthony failed to protect the child, the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel reported.

"It is the conclusion of the Department of Children and Families that [Casey Anthony] failed to protect her child from harm either through her actions or lack of actions, which tragically resulted in the child's untimely death," the investigation's report concluded.

The investigation by the DCF came after allegations of "abuse at the hands of [Casey Anthony]," were made in 2008.

The report says Casey Anthony failed to "report her child missing in a timely manner" and left her in the care of "a baby-sitter for which she was unable to provide accurate information."

The DCF report is not a criminal investigation, and will not bring charges against Casey Anthony.

There's Still a Murderer On the Loose in Caylee Anthony's Death

We've all heard so much about Casey Anthony in The Ledger and on TV. What I haven't heard anything about is an ongoing murder investigation by the involved authorities. Since Casey was found not guilty of killing Caylee, there is still a murderer at large.

Attorney Jose Baez successfully contended that she "may have" drowned, raising reasonable doubt in the jurors' minds.

He did not prove that she drowned. His defense team didn't have to prove anything. Any proof is the burden of the prosecution.

This is in my local paper today.

Just checking in today and I see no ruling yet from Judge Perry.  It will probably be at 5 pm. and we all know how he will rule.

Whoever wrote this article is an idiot, imo.  LE KNOWS who murdered Caylee and nothing more can be done.

That is what my husband said.  He didn't follow the case and thought I was nuts for being so involved.  He said he wondered after she was found NG why her attorney's didn't say that LE needed to find the killer.  I informed him the killer got off.

Casey Anthony must report for probation.

Judge Belvin Perry released the ruling Friday. According to the ruling, Anthony must report to the Department of Corrections by August 26 for probation. She will serve one year on probation. ::snipping2::

I just heard this on Channel 9 and I'm reading it here, but it's not registering.  I'm...stunned.  Of course they'll appeal.  But something didn't go her way.  Twice this week between this and the DCF report.  There are no words.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge says Casey Anthony must return to Orlando and serve probation for check fraud.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled Friday that Anthony must follow a probation order issued by another judge earlier this month.

I still say Baez needs to be held accountable for his actions during trial.  He was threatened with sanction so now Judge Perry needs to follow through with that especially in light of the parole issue.

IMO, there is NO way KC can follow the rules of her probation. She does not have the life skills necessary to live a productive life. Want to start a pool survey to vote on how long it will take her to screw up?
