Well FlyingMermaid -- maybe this will encourage you to post pics of your new furry babies.

My youngest are now 4 -- but thanks to the age of digital cameras, I can share the baby pictures with you.

Enjoy -- and please post yours :D

Meet Mia and Ty (Ty is Tyrone the Tuxedo cat).

Thanks you Ono, Louise, Tylergal for the kind words. Mia and Ty say thank you, too.

My other 2 are a bit jealous that they are not as famous -- but I will make it up to them in other ways. Maybe today will be a  CATNIP day :D

And thanks for letting me do this.

Yesterday was a bad day for me here. I did not take the 'high road' on LCD. I was very upset that a wonderful poster from BFN that I am very fond of was being ruthlessly attacked on RU. I site I NEVER go to -- but had to yesterday. I wish I could delete my posts on LCD :(

I still feel the same way. But I know I should not have said (typed)anything.

So.....flyingmermaid -- WHERE ARE THOSE KITTY PICTURES??

And None -- it would be good to see an update on yours, too, if you ever get the chance.

And Louise -- how's the new beauty doing?

So, please know me from my love of kitties and puppies -- and not from my inability to hold my tongue (fingers).

These types of pictures make me smile :D

Just adorable!  Makes me want a kitten and I can't have one with all my dogs, wouldn't be fair to the kitty.   :D But I can wish!

I adore tuxedo kitties! My sweet Emily was one, and Milo is one. They have such a loving nature (though truly are scaredy cats)! Poor Milo had to go to the vet Thursday evening. We have been at the new house all week (sans beds  :? ). When we arrived home Wednesday, Milo had rubbed all the fur from one side of his neck and chin. Vet said its either an allergy or a chemical (as in a cleaning product) irritation. Following an anxiety filled drive (for him, not me), one depo steroid injection, one rabies vaccination, and $64 later, we returned home. By Friday morning he was less restless and whiny, so the intense itching must have been relieved. Just was very good with Milo. He kept reassuring him that it was okay.

Hi Sharon,

My kitty is doing very well and she is so amusing. This past week I took her to be "spayed" and I think we have bonded closely since she got back home.

With Love

I'm sorry to hear about your bad day.

The two black and white ones are not the same, one has long hair and one short haired.

Morning :D

Anna -- I had 2 doggies with 4 cats once. Of course the doggies were 2 tiny yorkies and way smaller than the cats. Its was wild for awhile -- but it all settled down eventually. I think the cats learned great tolerance having a 5 pound doggie constantly trying to lick the food off the kitties faces :D

cp405 -- how CUTE! 2 tuxedos! Wow -- and a long hair! Yeah -- my tuxedo is a real woos. But his fat calico sister hides from thunder!

justinsmama -- I'm glad Milo has calmed. And the allergies are scary. I once had a calico that always scratched the hair off next to her eye until there was blood. It turned out to be allergies so it was controllable.

Louise! How traumatic! The spaying/neutering time! I'm glad Guin came out okay. She will become more lovable now:-)

Thanks for the smiles this am y'all! I LOVE looking at kitty pictures :D

Hi Fellow Monkeys !

Here is my only family: Oreo the cat and Happy the dog. Happy's left eye is blue but turns brown once a month. It is with a certain phase of the moom so will to need to check the Farmers' Almanac.

Both are recue animals.

I couldn't have gotten this far in living if it weren't for them.

Thanks for letting me share

God Bless

IBE

IBE -- your children are precious. And the love they receive from you is definitely reflected in their beautiful faces and eyes. They are as lucky to have you as you are to have found them.

A few extra monkey hugs and kisses for Oreo and Happy :D

Thanks you Jerry from Ohio :D I see yours have their 'kitty priorities' correct :D

They are 4 years old now -- and still the very best of friends (did that spaying/neutering thing so that they would stay friends).

I also have an orange tabby who is 14. And an ol' grey cat who is 18.

The 2 youngest and the orange tabby try to catch the 'mouse pointer' on my computer screen, so I don't try to encourage them to look at pictures :D

The young tabby sits on top of the monitor and constantly falls off onto my keyboard when she falls asleep.

The 18 yr old -- not so much.

It's nice to post with folks who don't think I'm that crazy cat lady. Or at least are polite enough to not say it :D

Well, Jerry from Ohio --

I'll admit that I'm a 'city' girl :D  But I did go to the Mesquite rodeo once when I lived in Dallas. It was a date. There wasn't a second date :D Did I mention I was a city gal.

That said --  you and I have other things in common.

I do MUCH better with pets than I do with people. lol

DH doesn't let me go to the pet food store because he knows I'll cry if I see kittens or puppies for sale in the cages. I will want them all.

Big, small, full of drool, missing appendages -- I don't care, I'd take them all. (My small home, however -- just about fits the 4 cats and the 2 of us.)

I'm 'Dr Doolittle' to my family and friends :D I clip nails. Administer pills. Even learned to give insulin injections.

I'm sorry for accident, Jerry. It has led you to a different type of life, I'm sure. It sounds like a life that allows you to enjoy some things you might not have had the time to enjoy for before.

Would LOVE to see pics of your furry babies.

sharon -- the city girl

FM, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound demanding.

If Mrs Red can forward the photos to me via email, I can post them for you?

Nonesuche!

That picture is ADORABLE :D  That one is guaranteed to always bring a smile. What a great job your daughter did. And it helps that they don't look 'camera shy' A 'calendar picture' I call it :D

FM -- don't despair. It took me quite awhile to venture into that 'photobucket' thing as I was quite intimidated. But it really is pretty easy.

My biggest challenge is sizing the pictures so that they don't blow the margin.

I will patiently wait to see your babies:D  It will be worth it.
