Smithtown, NY http://patch.com/new-york/smithtown/16-year-old-smithtown-girl-missing-0 By Ryan Bonner (Patch National Staff) November 30, 2015 A New York State Missing Child Alert has been issued related to the disappearance of 16-year-old Samantha McNeill, of Smithtown. Samantha was last seen at her home on South Plaisted Avenue at midnight Monday. She may be in the local area or she may have traveled to New York City, authorities said. Samantha is white, 5-foot-5, 180 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes.
