Title: Pictures of places of interests.
Post by: arubagirl on June 25, 2005, 09:05:01 PM
I'm willing to spend my Sunday afternoon taking pictures of places on Aruba that people want to see with their own eyes.

Please post in this thread those places you want photographed, but be fairly specific, if you can.

We have:
Cameras at Palm Beach Hotels
The actual fishermen huts at the beach of the same name
The dump at Hooiberg (Kacky, need clarifcation on this).

Please don't use this thread for anything else.

I think that the deadline is 12 o'clock Sunday noon, okay?

I need to know from the mods if they want me to post the pictures here or link from my site.

If it is at all possible, I would like to see photos of the mine shafts people have mentioned.

Oh, arubagirl, I'd love to see the mysterious Lorenzo's pad in Savaneta, if at all possible. Someone said he had two houses, so if this mystery man exists and you can get a pic of both his lairs, all the better. :)  You rock!

LilOrphan, I'm not going to take pics of private residences, sorry. Don't want to get arrested ;).

But in this case it may be a moot point because I couldn't find it the first time.

what about the area around the lighthouse where they supposedly went, and then the area on the beach N or Marriott where they also supposedly went.

They may have gone to the VDS but I assume the police would have taken samples of all the filter remains etc., and if her hair or any other tissue was in there we'll find out.

In all seriousness, your efforts are much appreciated.

Hello, Arubangirl, I use photos forensically and have specialist software that is used in Medical imaging of scans as 'windowing' tools.- pixel changes in a target area.

I want to see the base of Hooiberg which means haystack as I am leaning on my intuitive side and is off to the side I would place someone as a rock formation. I would be interested in a horse or farm place that has a stack of sticks or perhaps a place stacks of long bamboo poles are kept, would that be a craft place, as there is a wooden slatted cover below this. Do not know of signficance, this is a store below so would think some commercial place. This is out in the open as this hatch is weathered.

I am sending an automatic writing set of three small squiggles as do not know what is depicted. In one case the image showed a tree and on site visit out of hundreds of trees this lone tree with curled branch was exactly the same a like a snake. I am still looking for this missing person, media prevents me from being to close in that case.

The saddest part of all in being intuitive is you fear  talking out, and who to tell. I have been asked to look for shasta and dylan and two weeks ago got a licence plate that could not be relayed and forwarded all the visions to that person except this one. The plate on the car the three kids died in was the same as the shape and plate which was a later event to come.

So this morning I am feeling very low, as I did not see the film clip till yesterday of this vehicle. This is a wake up call for me not to think one flash is present, future or past. And for others to give us confidence that do not score in media as named 'psychics' which are later judged on performance.

Can you show me a place called Bushiri, on the road itself. Send me a message and will allow images as I have full IS security on my machines.

If also you can let me pinpoint on my tourism map downloaded, the home which is near santa ana church, the deepak home in location, carlos and charlies, and the route to Palm Beach. I have not the map of the end of the island near to the international school and somewhere there has to be a stables of some kind. Please, I will do all I can in both my professional capacity and my intuitive side.

Is there a place that is to do with christmas as am getting 'jingle bells, and image of santa claus, could that be phonetic for santa cruz?

My speech as aphasic is in phonetic and how I can read vast medical terma and understand chemical bonds and cyphers as my language for 40 years or more.

I'd like to see the beach near the Radisson, or whatever the beach eventually named was.  I'd like to see the fisherman's huts too.

If you see a white or off-white concrete or masonary house, with a white concrete wall around it and a dark or medium blue tile roof, on a hill, behind which you have a view of the distant ocean, I'd like to see that.  This house would be fairly modern and smooth, built in the last few decades. It probably has a pool of some type.  It probably is owned by a prosperous person or at least middle class. It would be near the top of the hill but not at it.   If you see that, let me know.  I see this house in my mind.  I'm not sure if this is accurate information.

Aruba Girl:
these are in descending order of importance:

A) a damp/fertile (woodpile?) area right between huliba caves(tunnel of love) and guadrikiri caves...it is quite close to a path that people sometimes walk by...

B) bushy area near summit of jamanota...close to an overlook, but just behind it...

C) open area on east side of 'hill' between the natural bridge & the natural pool

D) open area on side of 'hill' above twin beaches

E) back or west side of 'hill' near prins

F) brush/wood area right in between arikok & natural pool...it is at the base of a small hill and there appears to be much sand in the soil...

thank you so much and be SAFE!

p.s. area behind van der sloots house is an obvious one as well but you may have trouble getting close...is there a very small pond there?

and, oh yeah, what bill said...

I would like to see a pic of the Tattoo from the shore.  I doubt you can get on it to take a look around.  Surely they have looked all over the ship for Natalee.
I also would like to see the outside and the inside of the internet cafe.

Forget about the Tattoo pic.  I have found their website and it has alot of pics.  You can see the smaller boats ferrying the passengers back and forth.  You can also see how close it is to the shore.  And also other boats docked at the pier.  I am posting in the Tattoo thread.

Port of Oranjestad (or a port where large shippng vessels dock, not cruise ships?)

An old docked boat that has a large built-in wooden ice box towards the back of the boat?  (maybe too specific, lol)  How about old docks?

View off the rough north shores.

ETA:  photo of relationship between marriott and HI, and their beaches, maybe a street shot?

I think it's interesting that the VDS's neighbors (who have the
caged monkey in the backyard that has been somewhat 'noisy'
for some time now) have been away from thier home for
approximately the same time the boys have been in custody.

Arubagirl... though you can't possibly get into the backyard...
could you get a photo of how 'large' the VDS neighbors backyard could be?
.. say.. from the street?

unfortunately a very easy disposal possibility...

Thank you so much Arubagirl...those are some really pretty pictures...no wonder it is such a tourist attraction...Aruba is beautiful!
It is so sad that this case will put a "bad taste" in the mouths of so many people. I will say this Aruba didn't do this to Natalee...some very sick individual(s) did.
Thank you for posting the pictures and please be careful...it scares me to think that the ones that did this to Natalee could possibly do something this bad again.
