I think I brought up or at least expanded on the use of Sway / Swaying for a category of music, so here is the best explanation I can give... If particular piece of music moves you(for what ever reason) and you want to dance/move to it.. BUT: You do not dance, not sure how to dance to this music, do not have a partner to dance with or just cannot because of where you are or what you are doing. If you managed to move to it ... that is Swaying until you break out in full dance mode.
