Title: Stays of executions

Tell me why he shouldn't get the death penalty. There was even a confession in this case. So we know this scum bag is guilty.
-----------------------------------

Christopher Scott Emmett was convicted in October 2001 of the April 26, 2001, capital murder and robbery of his co-worker, John Langley, in Danville, Virginia. Jurors heard a taped confession in which Emmett admitted striking Langley in the head with a lamp in the motel room they were sharing. In the tape, Emmett says he killed Langley, robbed him of $100, bought and smoked crack cocaine, and then called the police to report that something had happened to his roommate.

Ahhh what a good person, he waits and does crack cocaine before he calls police... ::rolls eyes:: And what a great reason to kill someone... You want to do some crack!

And that information came from an ANTI DP site in VA (Virginians for Alternatives to the DP)... Yeah you are REALLY helping out your murdering buddy with that information! LOL

And two more stays in GA. I agree with the brother of Rush Limbaugh, David Limbaugh who said "The only thing that is cruel about the death penalty is the last minute stays."
--------------------------------------

Two murderers Jack Aldermen and Curtis Osborne. Jack Aldermen wanted a divorce but it was expensive so he killed his wife Barbra Jean with the help of a paroled criminal. He wanted to collect her 20,000 dollar life insurance.

Curtis Osborne murdered Arthur Lee Jones and Linda Lisa Seaborne. He admitted shooting them, but lied and saod Jones was reaching for a weapon... So he also kills Linda Seaborne??? ::rolls eyes::
the evidence showed that the victim didn't reach for a gun, he had been sitting upright when he was shot by a gun whose muzzle was only an inch from his skull.
