See I haven't seen Casey grieving for the loss of her child at all... my mom died of cancer when i was 30...we were like best friends...and it took me a year to where I could actually say i came out of a fog. All I wanted to do was stay in bed, I cried all the time, lost a lot of weight etc. So I don't know how Casey can get up every day and act like nothing happened ... I know if I lost my son, they'd have to sedate me. Yea, she's evil.

Ok, I said I was mad, but you didn't have to lock the thread on me.  ::MonkeyWink::  I'm dragging this over here, in case someone pops in that can help me.  This money thing makes me sick when it is Caylee that should be the focus.

That does it!  I am totally livid over this money stuff.  In a lot of counties, they have public records on line that you can review - property deeds, site plans, divorces, TRUSTS.  Does anyone know off hand if Orlando has theirs anywhere?  Since donations go to Ambulance Chasers & Sons and then the bank has a designated fund, they would have the detail as well, right?  I want to know if the tin can money and all these donations to the family are being deposited and I want to know what the expenditures are.  If these nuts are using the funds for anything other than finding Caylee (and I think the family can stop checking the dining room and start looking outside), people should know so the funds can go to the people that are looking rather than the Anthony quality of life fund.  Anyone have any ideas what or where Florida would have this stuff?  I'm on a mission now...   ::MonkeyCool::

I feel the same way and if I lost any of my kids, they will have to pry them from my arms in order to bury them so even if it was accident, it's the disposing of the body that says Casey is still a monster to be able to just throw your child away and move on happily with your life.

The same can be said of Cindy, she knows what happened to Caylee, I think she found out shortly after Casey was arrested, otherwise, she would have been hounding Casey about where Caylee was, not worrying about LE listening in on a call, Caylee would have been priority over that, especially if Cindy thought she was alive, period. And if she believed Casey was telling the truth, how could it hurt any defense when the child would be found, LE would know that her story was true and the babysitter took her.They all know and knew at that time that Casey would be facing murder charges down the road , that's the case they're afraid of hurting, not the neglect and false report.

My dad is a retired police chief from up in New England.  He knows everything that is still going on.  Police (no offense) are very "talkative."

I don't think it's supporters.  I think the protesters were told they could stay as long as they didn't make too much noise or cause problems.  They are on city property (sidewalk/grass at curb).  Nothing the Anthony's can do about it.

Hi mrsrocko - I haven't heard.  If something is found LE gets called and they check it out.  If it's actual evidence we probably wouldn't hear about it right away anyway.

I know people disagree, but I think bringing toddlers to this sort of protest is uncalled for not to mention how late it is! Its not a parade and I'm sure they are not talking about knitting classes. Do these little ones really need to hear baby killer talk?

My husband's 40 year old attorney nephew informed me last week when the Caylee topic was brought up in conversation that he has an acquaintance within the LE in Orlando.

Today I remembered his words and ... I contacted him and ... in my sweetest voice (I can be sweet) ... asked him to find out why George and Cindy Anthony were not disqualified as securers (?) of the bond since ... as even he agreed ... possession of a weapon implies the conditions agree to by the Anthonys were breached.

Well ... husband's nephew refused my request ... citing something about ethics.

Can you believe it!  I changed this guy's diapers ... I walked the floor when he cried and cried for his Mommy and Daddy when he was left in our care for a few days.  I played with playdoh with him.  I went to his swim competitions sitting in humid enviroments.  I went to his hockeys games where I watch kids I didn't know play while he sat on the bench most of the time.  I credit when he gave his testimony just prior to baptism.  I cried again at his high school graduation and three university graduations.  I cried again at his wedding and ... cried again when I held his precious son and daughter shortly after each of their births ... AND HE REFUSED MY REQUEST!

Husband's nephew is very fortunate that love knows no bounds.

If I were George, I'd be sleeping with that gun under my pillow. If Casey is cold enough to kill her own child, what makes them think she would even think twice about killing Geroge and Cindy???  It's documented that her relationship with good ole mom and day have been rocky...to say the least. I would be terrified to close my eyes and sleep with her in the same house!!! Do you think they sleep in shifts?

You know, someone has to sleep with Casey at night-either Cindy or George.  If she escapes then they lose all their bond money.  Would you want to close your eyes at night knowing she is right beside you?  Not me.

You must have not have seen 20/20 last night because there was 100x more exploiting of Caylee done on that show than this dude did in the Globe. As a matter of a fact IMO he really didn't reveal to much. Yeah there are like two photos of Caylee on there but basically the article consisted mostly about his relationship with Caylee. I don't think it was that bad to be honest. Like I said her own family has done more of that. JMO

Its not a standard account like a "Help Find Caylee" facebook it looks like its Caylees account. What if there is evidence on that profile like in the location or something?

If the account was made before she was arrested(and I am def thinking it was) then they might not know about it. And the thing about facebook is you cannot see the profile unless you added as a friend. I mean she has put things on Myspace before. I just find that really odd that there is a Caylee profile and the only friend in the friends list(you can view the friends list without having to be friends) is Casey.

I am sure they have looked into everything though.

Geraldo: Casey will not be charged for violating the terms of her release even though police retrieved a handgum from George's car. They acted on a tip to know it was there.

Now their going through the Zenaida/Samantha garbage.

Her computer was taken by LE after she arrested.  The forensic computer analysists have gone over that computer with a fine toothed comb.  Even if she deleted stuff it will still be on the hard drive.

Caylee Anthony : Ground Zero : Day 2 Update 3
All totaled, nearly 1,200 people showed up today to assist in the search for Caylee Anthony. That is a pretty amazing turnout, compared to the low numbers we were seeing last week.

One particular volunteer, a lady who is now answering phones in the command post, made my day when she said that this blog was the reason she came out to volunteer. I thought that was really great and I found it very touching.

In my last post, I informed you about the radio interview I was doing today with Shawn Wasson, host of "The News Junkie" on 1290 WJNO. In case you did not catch it, I'll be posting a copy of it as soon as the station uploads it to their Web site. Shawn's a great guy and I always enjoy going on his show.

After the interview, I drove out to the Anthony's house. It is maybe five miles from the EquuSearch command post, so whenever I am in route I try to swing by there to see if anything is happening. There was supposed to be a rally there at 3:00 p.m. but when I arrived there, at about 3:15 p.m., nothing was happening.

Thank you for your replies.  There is something wrong here, it is either a response based on emotion of yes, let them take themselves out, outright stupidity or corruption based on a "courtesy" afforded due to George Anthony's formerly working in LE.  None of those reasons rise to the standards that I expect of those professions.  Hope to read that there is some rationality that I do not possess knowledge of as I find this very upsetting.

If laws, regulations & requirements aren't enforced then WRITE THEM OFF.  The shouldn't be in place to utilize on some biased pretense, otherwise it is neglect & I wanted to believe that Orlando was as good as Modesto, CA but now I find myself really questioning if they even come close.

Oh my word!!! I am re watching the video of the b day party where Caylee licks the frosting off caceys face. At first I thought how sweet it was. Now as I am observing it I notice someone takes Caylees hand with frosting on it and rubs it Caseys face....no big deal....Then watch how Casey takes Caylees hand and rubs it in HER face!!!! as if shes upset at her.....think about would you take your 2yo daughters hand with frosting and rub it on her face???? Maybe I'm obssessing too much but it creeped me out when I watched it again

That is really not a safe environment for children.  It's a volatile situation...Cindy ranting with a hammer, people fighting in the street, then we find out George had a gun in his car.  Children do not belong in the midst of activity like that.

I don't believe with Casey out of bond, there can even be a weapon on the premises. I know in this state that is one of the conditions of bond.

No one in that family is stable enough mentally to be allowed a gun. That is a recipe for tragedy for sure !!

Remember the case of the preachers wife, Blanche somebody that had poisoned him and several others with arsenic and they had his hair hair sample and could tell she had been poisoning him for months.  They could even tell the months he got more of the arsenic.  Its amazing me to me what they can do with forensics now.

Not  just the chloroform, but ANY drugs she had previously been given...........depending on the hair length they can get a full profile of all drugs used up to a year.

You do not even need a permit to own a gun in Florida!

2.  There is indeed a Samantha Gonzalez that lives in Orlando, Florida about 23 miles from the Anthony's home.
 
3.  The woman the police interviewed named Zenaida Gonzalez who lives in Orlando, Florida does indeed own and drive a 2008 Silver Ford Focus.
 
 
Now I find all of these facts to be too much to be an coincidence.
 
A woman with the name Zenaida Gonzalez, the same make, model, color and year of the car, who looked at an apartment on June 17th at the Sawgrass apartment complex.
 
I think it's more than plausible that Casey's story in regards to what she told Padilla may be true.  How in the world could Casey come up with the woman's name, car make/model/year, and, tell people that Caylee was left with Zenaida at the Sawgrass apartments and have all of this be pot luck???  There has to be some truth in this.
 
Also, I know that the police interviewed the woman named Zenaida Gonzalez that looked at an apartment at the Sawgrass apartment complex but how do we know that this woman and possibly her sister are not really involved in this in some way?  The police may have made a mistake and eliminated her as an suspect and possibly have been duped and lied to by Zenaida Gonzalez.  It wouldn't be the first time something like this happened.
 
I feel that it is quite conceivable that Casey did indeed take Caylee to the Sawgrass apartments and met with a Zenaida Gonzalez who may have only been pretending to live there when in fact she did not only to take Caylee from Casey.  This could all be part of an elaborate child kidnapping ring whereby these people pose as babysitters and then take off with the child after they gain a person's trust over time.  It is possible that Casey had been taking Caylee to Zenaida at the Sawgrass apartments for several months and Zenaida was pretending to live at the Sawgrass apartments.  All she would need to do is wait outside in front of one of the apartments and act like she lived there and when Casey would come by to drop off Caylee it's possible that Casey simply handed Caylee to Zenaida without actually going into one of the apartments assuming that Zenaida lived there and when Casey left, Zenaida would be able to take Caylee anywhere she wanted to.
 
If all of the above is true and Casey was told to act a certain way or had been given "instructions" by kidnappers if she ever wanted to see Caylee alive again who among us would not do what the kidnappers told us to do in order to protect our child?  We live in a very screwed up world and there are alot of sick people out there and it's very possible that Caylee really has been abducted and that her abducters are playing a sick game with Casey.
 
Obviously this is just a theory and we simply do not have all of the pieces of the puzzle in order to fully comprehend the situation here.  I think that it's important for everyone to remember this because none of us really has all of the pieces of the puzzle so it's easy to make assumptions such as she's guilty or someone kidnapped Caylee etc...
 
The bottom line is that none of us knows why Casey is acting the way she is acting.  Is she acting this way to protect Caylee from a real threat or is she already dead?  Perhaps Casey did have something to do with Caylee's death whether it was an accident or intentional and if so the truth will ultimately reveal itself in time God willing."

I have just researched the location, it's 20 miles from her home straight down the beeline express, AND it's located slap in the middle of Disney ,Universal, & Seaworld. Under customer reviews at least two listed Bella Vida as the name! This could be worth looking into more. I used google maps.

I assume that there is a reasonable explanation why the script cannot be produced.  Something akin to Mission Impossible ... the instruction were to be read ... memorized and destroyed.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- The public story that has been most often attributed to Casey Anthony concerning the disappearance of her daughter Caylee may not be the same one she is telling privately.

According to the man who drove Casey Anthony around during the time she was first released on bond said Friday that Casey told him she left three year old Caylee with her babysitter at Blanchard Park in East Orange County.

Rob Dick is a bounty hunter who took Casey Anthony to and from her parent’s home in East Orange County to the jail for appointments and her attorney’s office in Kissimmee. 

Dick said that Casey was very talkative during the rides and spoke of her missing daughter in the present tense. And even though he wasn’t allowed to ask her any questions about the case, she gave him several names she said were involved in the disappearance of her daughter.

“She would try to, you know, give me leads and things to look into,” he said. “A lot of confirming of her story that she gave police.”

Dick also said that Casey never really showed any emotion.

“There was no crying,” he said. “There was no frustration other than the fact it seemed like it wasn't getting anywhere. She was telling a story and nobody was believing her.”

Caylee Anthony has been missing since the middle of June. Casey didn’t report her disappearance until July.

According to investigators the story she told them, and the one most often quoted in the media, was that she left Casey with a babysitter named Zanida Fernandez -Gonzalez at an apartment in Orange County. But when investigators went to the apartment, no one by the name lived there. Shortly after Casey was arrested and charged with child neglect making false statements and obstructing the investigation into her daughter's disappearance.

Investigators eventually did find a woman matching the name who had visited the apartment Casey named, but she said she didn’t know Casey Anthony or the child.

According to Dick, the story Casey told him was that she had left Caylee with Zanida Fernandez –Gonzalez and Gonzalez’s sister Samantha at Blanchard Park in East Orange County, and according to Dick, Casey Anthony was given a ‘script’ to use for 30 days that would be used to explain Caylee’s disappearance to Casey’s parents and the authorities.

Early in the investigation, Sheriff’s department investigators repeatedly said that Casey was a habitual liar and had told them numerous mistruths and the original story concerning the apartment.

Wouldn't there need to be a LE statement that showed cause for the search warrant? Plus, wouldn't it need a judge's signature? I don't think any group can simply demand to search a person's property. No matter what our opinion of TES, this seems a little strange to me, unless it is OC SO seeking the search warrant or the Anthonys have allowed the search (which I would doubt).

Casey- your 30 day script was over when your mother called 911.  Remember you said "I have not seen my daughter in 31 days."  Get your story straight.

However, I do hold much cred on what LP has to say.

I think BEFORE he brought her home, he had the house set up for conversations, the computer set up to see all the websites visited, and anything else new electronic surveillance has now. He was not going to lose his money, and he had two inside people also. I personally believes he knows a LOT, but cannot and will not disclose it because it would jeopardize LE's case. I doubt it is anything which can be used in court, but can be used for other things.

Since I don't live there, I wonder if someone could tell me what "pavers" are.

Channel 6 News at 11:00 said the Anthonys have installed a camera on their house so they can monitor what's going on outside.  IMO, they should worry more about who's inside the house than worrying about what's going on outside.  I once knew someone with a lot of the same characteristics as Casey and although everything she said was one lie after another, the truth seemed to always be embedded between all of the lies. I do believe that Casey has already told LE where Caylee is but has done so in riddles. I firmly believe the statements about being "close to home" will wnd up being very true.

I would think there would be PLEANTY of good reason's LE could use to get a search warrant!  They certainly have successfully done so in the past!  No one said that TES were the ones requesting to search.  LP simply stated that Tim may search .... TES is searching were LE is asking them to go. 

Daryl - I'm not suggesting that TES is in any way asking for a search.  All I'm saying that TES is working WITH LE and if LE gets a search warrant to search the Anthony back yard, and if LE asks TES to search the Anthony back yard, TES will search the Anthony back yard.  TES is doing what LE asks them to do.

I think LP has told LE much more than we can even imagine at this point.  I have to say that I have gained some amount of respect for him over the last week.  I think he really got more media out of this one than even he had bargained for. Even if he wasn't in the Anthony house often, he had people that were.  I think he was intentionally out of the limelight a lot because he was doing other things, like talking to LE.  It won't surprise me to hear that he will be called to testify in this case.

Just trying to catch up here, I'm sure others have responded to this.   But my question is how do you explain the decomp smell in the trunk, including the samples taken from the trunk, blood, hair, etc...   then chloroform, the list goes on.....  I might consider this if it not for all the other evidence the LE has leaked, not to mention, what they haven't leaked yet.   All you need to do, is weigh the pro's and con's, and there is overwhelming evidence, this is not the case.  Not to say, Z and S, may NOT have had something to do with it.   But Casey was very involved, if not the ringmaster of this.

Trying to get caught up so if this has been addressed, sorry.  I thought Cindy told Greta that the dogs had an "inconsistant" hit on the pavers. And then Cindy questioned (maybe somewhere else) if sweat or blood on the pavers would cause the dog to alert because George had sweat and bled while putting in those pavers.  Anyone else remember any of this?

Sure, you could seal a container and there would be no smell for the dogs. You could take a 30 gal plastic drum (or smaller for a child that small) maybe 15 gal - seal it and cover it with lime and grass fertilizer.  I found it very strange that George was liming and fertilizing his yard for two days recently.

I don't know if it would fool the "cadaver sniffer" from the Body Farm though. I have picked up just bones from Indian burial grounds hundreds of years ago buried.

The only way they would "hit" those is if the person was dead when those dropped on the soil.  Second Cindy said they got inconsistent readings. Two dogs, both from different trainers HIT the same spots. She is a LIAR - and was caught in those lies on the spot.

I'm with you, I really do think there is a strong possibility that Caylee is on that property under that paver patio where the grill is placed, the possible hits were explainable away but I feel placed to distract, & the pavers under the play house, the same thing.  The actions appear to have been taken for deceitful purposes.  Put the pavers down for the appearance that they are new so the above may have been done, if LE's timeline is off then they don't realize that placement under the large area could have been easily done & undetectable to the eye.

This has been driving me crazy....ive been reading up on cloroform and heres something I found:

Maybe Caylee did drown in the pool and Casey put her in the backyard and then transferred her to the trunk of the car.  It would explain the dogs hitting in the backyard and in the trunk and the presense of chloroform in the trunk.

I haven't said to much about this fact but you are right I was just telling my husband why aren't these kids in bed you could see on the stream that it was after 10pm and kids along with teens were out on weeknights as well as weekends.  I don't think the kids should be subject to this all..it really is a dangerous place as we have seen with the Anthony's temper along with the neighbors now getting into fights.  Just my two cents I felt that I needed to just get it out.  Thanks for listening!  Now lets just bring this baby home!  Crazy as this family is it's not right to just leave her without the people or place that she known all her life

Was this before or after cement pouring time. I do not recall the date of the new cement. I would think the ground would have to be prepped in some way. I would not think you would just Pour the cement on the ground wet to dry. Would there have been soft ground ready when she borrowed the shovel?

I think the same neighbor she borrowed the shovel from is the one who reported seeing her back into the garage. I don't know if he reported a time, but since she was calling home at 1:11, and by deduction she borrowed the shovel at approx 1:30, I would think it was between 1:15 and 1:25.

My understanding is that it wasn't a cemenet patio but pavers. I don't know if there was concrete between them or not.

Source Claims New Slab Of Concrete Or Pavers Behind Anthony Home

I think that's why there was a purse left in the seat. She wanted a crook's fingerprints on that car.
