ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Who's listening to Casey Anthony? Has her house been bugged? She spent six hours meeting with her attorney Tuesday and it's leaving some to wonder if she's afraid to speak inside her own home.

Caylee Anthony was first reported missing 55 days ago. Eyewitness News has new information about three places detectives believe Casey may have left Caylee's body. Now, Casey's own neighbors are starting to turn against her by digging through her trash.

Casey Anthony spent five hours at her attorney's office Tuesday and Monday and plans to every day this week. That's a lot of billable hours for her attorney if they're working on the case the whole time.

The amount of time begs the question: Does Casey not feel comfortable being at home for some reason? The jail says Casey Anthony has every right to work on her case with her attorney and her house arrest cannot interfere with that, but several hours every day for a child neglect case?

When Casey left jail the first time, her attorney told Eyewitness News she doesn't feel comfortable speaking freely at the jail, even though she meets with him in total privacy there, suggesting the jail could be bugged.

But what about the Anthony's house? Are they worried it's bugged? Could it be?

Law enforcement experts told Eyewitness News that investigators would have a tough time convincing a state or federal judge to allow them to do it. Casey is a "person of interest" in daughter Caylee's disappearance, but the law says investigators would have to show that Casey is revealing real evidence about the case at home and the only way for them to get it is to secretly record her. But investigators say all she's done is lie to her family and friends.

Investigators apparently will have to find some other way to explain why, two days after Caylee disappeared, Casey traveled to an area near UCF where there are woods and water, and to similar areas by the airport and Jay Blanchard Park, out of the way places for her considering her routine.

Investigators will also have to find some other way to find out why Casey had a dinnerware knife in the car that she abandoned, the car where investigators now say they believe Caylee's body had been.

Early this morning, the webcam was on the same side of the street as the Anthony's house. The house next door, on the left, had a for sale by owner sign on the lawn. I think Carpe got a screen shot of it.

Spent hours yesterday looking for a transcript of where Tim mentioned they would come back if necessary and where they appealed for searchers for Friday, saturday and Sunday. It was one day last week obviously before Friday...I couldn't find it.

Blonde.  I was really noticing the hair today also.  If you look at the pics from when she first went into BJ's office, she is nice and slick.  Very straight.  When she came out, it was a mess and very stringy with her part all screwed up.  I do not live in Florida and I know humidity could do much to hair, but I am sure BJ's office is airconditioned.  For the life of me, I can not understand why she is there everyday for 6 hours and has 3 bags with her now.  Did you notice that BJ has a smile on his face in all the pics?

I just which we could get a hind shot of her head to if she has the "bird-nest" hair in the back of her head when she leaves his office.

I have never seen an attorney be with a client for 6-8 hours a day.....everyday....NOT even at trial time.  Something rots.

You know, I'm sitting here imagining what life would be like now for the Anthonys if Cindy and George had said to Casey, "We're going to have to report this to the police. I know that's not what you want, but we'll be there to support you."

Then, at the news conference that would have been held later, they could have said, "Thank you everyone for your prayers. We find ourselves in a heartbreaking situation. Please give our family some privacy and allow us to mourn the loss of our beautiful granddaughter."

If they had done that, there would have been sooooooo much sympathy and help for them. Their yard wouldn't have to be roped off, there wouldn't be a camera focused on their house day and night, they wouldn't have to deal with protesters, and they wouldn't go down in history and one of the most lying, heartless families ever.

I wonder if they ever wish they could go back and do things differently?

For crying out loud ... why has Casey Anthony not been charged with something in regards to the happening encompassing the disappearance her daughter?

Why has Casey Anthony's bail bond not been revoked.  Her father ... the qualified securer (?) of the bond breach the bail conditions in regards to the gun incident?  Why was Cindy and George Anthony not deemed unqualified?

Why the "home confinement" condition of her release lifted to allow her to leave her parents' residence for almost 5 hours each afternoon?

Would somebody without a high profile attorney be given the same privileges when you consider the circumstances surrounding this case ... when you consider the evidence surrounding this case?

Cindy and George have not been working.  Cindy's parents are in Assisted Living.  Casey stole money from the Grandparent's Assisted Living money.  Assisted Living here in Texas can be anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000+ a month depending on meds, diapers, etc.  It will be interesting to see how they pay for these bills. 

I was also thinking about Cindy reaching out to a therapist that told her to file for custody of Caylee.  I truly hope she continues to get professional counseling and a backbone to get closure.

High-profile lawyer Mark NeJame - who is representing George and Cindy Anthony - plan to make a national media blitz Wednesday in effort to get the public's focus off his clients and on the search for their missing granddaughter, 3-year-old Caylee Marie. Missing-children organization Never Lose Hope Foundation helped the Anthony's retain NeJame who is working at a reduce rate.

Caylee Marie was last seen in mid-June. Her mother, Casey Anthony, 22, is charged with child neglect, filing a false statement with law enforcement and check fraud. Investigators called her a "person of interest" in her daughter's disappearance.

Before NeJame headed north, he sat down with the Orlando Sentinel to answer a few questions about George and Cindy Anthony. Check out the interview Wednesday morning on our Web site.

Casey Anthony is being allowed to leave her parents' house each day this week for six-hour visits with her lawyer.

Orange County jail officials announced the plan Monday after Anthony, 22, met with a case manager at the jail to set her schedule for the week. Under terms of her home confinement, the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony must stay at the house except for approved trips.

Jail officials are requiring her to return home no later than 4 p.m. each day, although she was given an extension Monday after getting a late start on her trip to meet with attorney Jos� Baez at his Kissimmee office.

Anthony is being monitored with an electronic bracelet while out of jail. She also is subject to random drug and alcohol tests but was not tested Monday, jail spokesman Allen Moore said. A home-confinement officer will make random, unannounced visits to the Anthony home in east Orange County.

Anthony's arrival at the jail to meet with her case manager was her first trip outside the family home on Hopespring Drive since she was released from jail Friday. She said nothing to reporters as she walked to the building, escorted by bodyguards.

She exited a few minutes later, holding her brother Lee's hand. She said nothing, got into her father's vehicle and left.

Caylee was reported missing in July. Although her mother contends she was kidnapped, sheriff's investigators have accused her of lying. She faces charges of child neglect and giving false reports to authorities. More recently, investigators have charged her with taking and cashing a number of her friend's checks.

In a related development, an incident report filed by an Orange County deputy sheriff documented the tense relationship between the Anthonys and protesters who recently have appeared outside their house.

Larry Donovan, 34, told a deputy he was standing near the Anthony home Sunday when "Mr. Anthony lunged at him, grabbed both of his arms, and pushed him back 3 to 4 feet toward the roadway," according to the report. Patricia Young, 65, told a deputy that Anthony grabbed her arm and pushed her into the street.

Anthony told the deputy he wanted the protesters off his property and moved them backward. He said no one was hurt but that "verbal unpleasantness" was exchanged.

The report has been turned over to the Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office.

It would surprise me if Casey got a lot of money for her story, in spite of the reports, until it has some kind of ending.  What does she really have to tell beyond the facts of what happened to Caylee, and if they cannot be proven, it is all just her silly storytelling.  I know a movie was made about the Ramseys, but it was after the police case against them had pretty much fallen apart.  And everyone knows what happened to JonBenet...she was found dead.  Nobody knows what happened to Caylee for sure.  Until we know that, there is not much story there, IMO.

I know I have a almost 18 yr old Daughter - and My  Mind Bends over backwards at the lack of humanity and lack of discretion that her friends actually believe is correct.
I have witnessed too many things to believe different - with my kids peers. She is not innocent ..she has her own faults too. She was not raised by any means that way. Casey was there every day and NIGHT.   Caylee was not there at night.  Said there was problems at home and she didn't want Caylee subjected to the environment at home.  She brought Caylee to the nanny's in the evening.  He didn't think it was odd that Caylee was at the nanny and not with her mother.


She seemed to have a job.  She would bring home groceries and never seemed in need of money. If she was at home she would tell them she was working from her laptop at the house.

That is good info.  Interesting that Cindy went into the apartment.  I wonder if she and Tony exchanged any words.  Doesn't sound like Casey had time to get her stuff.

One thing I think about.  When Casey had the baby, she was 18, legally an adult.  She did not need Cindy's permission or approval to give the child up for adoption.  And yet she went along with what Cindy wanted.

At 22, she was free to stay wherever she wanted.  Yet when Cindy showed up at the door, she left with her, even though she did not want to.

Cindy did not seem to realize her daughter was an adult.  Granted, Casey is a poor excuse for an adult, but Cindy really used a lot of power over her.

Doesn't anywon think it's odd that police are searching an area with water with ATV's?  That is why Equusearch postponed their search, along with LE advice.

NO - I do not question LE in this case.  I'm sure there is a reason for everything.

Nate never spoke with Casey after her arrest.  The LE searched Tony's apt. two times.

I think Tim was worried about the safety of the searchers, too.  After all, they are just volunteers, and many have no special training for navigating flooded areas, gator swamps, etc.  The police have more training for using their vehicles in flooded areas, I would assume.

Every night that Caylee was missing Casey would party and stay with Tony and act as if nothing was wrong.  Per Nate.

Casey's car "allegedly" was left at Amscot sometime before 7am on the 27th. So where was she until Tony picked her up between 11am-1pm??

Harking back to the police questioning of Casey, when she said that Caylee did not seem at all upset when she talked to her for a minute or so.  The police said that it seemed odd (paraphrasing here) that a child that young who had been taken away from her mom and her home would not be at all upset.  Casey said Caylee had never been upset if they were apart, and IMO, she insinuated that if Cindy had been on the phone, Caylee might have cried and wanted to see Cindy, but not her.  Of course, the whole phone story was made up, but something tells me that the baby was closer to Cindy and loved Cindy more, or at least, Casey thought that.

I have a horrible Texas accent...definately a hick in the sticks accent.

Oh no!!  I have a very substantial southern accent.  In fact, my accent is so peculiar people that don't know me can tell what county I am from in Alabama sometimes.  Every single person that has ever spoken to me on the phone has mentioned my accent. LOL

I agree.  I have always thought that the family dynamics were behind this tragedy.  The relationship between Cindy and Casey was downright hostile.

Clint...I believe the guy in the picture with Casey is Clint...he was the roommate of Tony, the one that Greta interviewed...the one that had gone to Jacksonville on Father's Day to see his Dad.

Is Clint the one talking with NG tonight.  I know they said his name was Nate.  But I don't remember hearing that Tony and Clint had yet another roommate when Casey was there.  And this guy is real polite, just like Clint was when talking to Greta.

Nate: Caylee was a very sweet and smart girl.  Dora the Explorer can count in Spanish.  They would sit and watch the Pink Panther and Dora.  She could type out letters on the laptop. Very smart.

Caylee would say:  What up dude?

There were drum pads in the apt.  she would tap on them and say wake up Nate...she was adorable.

Nate never saw the nanny.  Never heard Casey on phone with nanny.  Casey said she had been using the nanny for a few years. Would take her over when she had things to do.
