i read somewhere the other day someone had let Gale charge 3 days at a hotel but she in turn charged 7 days and they were pretty upset maybe thats it


Actually, this was geing addressed on Gale's site by Brian, etc. over a week ago.  They had to go all the way to the hotel's corporate office to get it straigtened out.  It was a mistake made by the hotel manager.

Hey all sorry haven't been on in a while just got back home. Kio seems to be in brighter spirits when I left her she did read some of the things you all posted and she felt better. I felt pretty bad for the news reporters that came to the house the other day the almost got arrested. I don't know who's doing this latest but she's been getting notes and bad things on her door. Don't get me wrong I love this site but those of you who are doing this need to stop or you will be arrested. All she did was help like I've said in the past.

 Actually was in the neighborhood yest. and it was pretty quiet did see the mom Cindy (?) walk and pick up the recyling bins outside and yell at a news reporter, pretty funny. Well hope all is well....God Bless ::MonkeyCool::

Just got done watching NG.  I think she was way too easy on Nejames.
She didn't make him answer about all the inconsistence statements.

Also, I am not just mad that they are not getting answers from Casey but I am more mad that they blame everybody else, they lie, they are rude, i could go on and on.

Jess - 99% of the people blogging in this forum don't live any where near Kio.  The other 1% wouldn't waste their time leaving notes or disturbing her.

She was the one who wasw going to adopt Caylee and I guess on that websleuths place people are saying kio is the babysitter Zineda. Apparently also are saying she had something to deal with it when she really doesn't.

It's really too bad that so many people's lives are being affected this way just because they had the misfortune to know Casey.

Well here is Jess's first post if anyone is giving out any info on her friend it would be Jess

Let me first off explain something to everyone. I have known Kiomarie J. Torres my entire life. Second of all most of the information you have is incorrect.

1. Her myspace page.
 She's only had two for ages:

2. Where she lives.
   She lives five minutes away from the airport on Bent Pine Drive. She's lived there since the beginnning of the year and I know this because I helped her and her fiancee and roommate move in.

3. She knows she cannot have children because she had an accident when she was 13 years old where she fell from the room and shattered her pelvic bone and her uterus is not in the right position. THe doctor she should not have children because it would be dangerous for both her and the baby. That's why she's always considered adoption.

4. She has no idea who this Zenaida is and is not related to her. (we looked over the family tree on both sides of the family to see if she was and she isn't)

5. Babysitting.....That's funny she doesn't have the time or patience to babysit with her new job. She works from 6 am to about 5 pm and is usuallly passed out by 8 pm. Plus, the only person she's ever babysat for is her 15 year old. That's it and we haven't been appart for more than a few hours a day in the last five years.

6. She is 22 years old. Not 24. She was born July 24, 1986 in Carolina, Puerto Rico and has lived in the states since she was six months old. Spanish yes but she doesn't act like a Puerto Rican (not trying to be rude) but she acts more like a white girl than anything. She loves Country music and Broadway music.

 So before you start talking wrongly about my friend why don't you get the information correct. She doesn't care what happens to Casey she cares mostly about finding Caylee because she has a 2 1/2 year old sister who was best friends with Caylee and she's been upset for almost 2 months now.

Not much.  Lee freaked on a protestor and dumped her dog's water.  GP's attorney on NG trying (and failing miserably) to do damage control for George and Cindy.  Casey hung out with Jose as usual.  Baez filed an inane motion to stop investigators from testing forensic evidence unless he says it's OK.  Lee wears red undies and destroys private property.  New charges for Casey "imminent."  Endless debate about incest.  That's about it.  I think.

I don't even care if she gets arrested anymore. She just gets right back out. I don't think it even phases her at this point.

Media seem to be all over this.  It will be on tv tomorrow and in the papers, if it happens.

Why are they setting up with lights and camera's at this time of night?

On NG tonight, A's "criminal attorney" mentioned that Casey has 2 attorneys (said something about her attorneys, both of them).  Did we know about the 2 attorney?  If so, I've totally missed out on that and would someone please enlighten me.

Also, earlier this week there was a seemingly wild speculation about Casey getting re-arrested and the A's being held some way.  I blew that off as being pure speculation; however, tonight we hear that Casey's re-arrest is going to happen at any time and we're seeing the A's "criminal attorney" on NG.

Sounds like business as usual.  I saw the new attorney on NG.  He's going to have a tough time turning public perception of the Anthony's around.  It's too far gone now.  I heard about that inane motion of Baez's.  The man is just not playing with a full deck.  Doesn't he know that the defense lawyer challenges the testing results in court, not before charges are even filed?  He is rapidly becoming a laughing stock in the justice system of Orlando.

Like i said no worries. I went on two searches all together and was going to do some more but they stopped the one over by kio's apartment and didn't know where to go and they said that all searches had been cancelled. I feel horrible but didn't see much of anything really.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Homicide detectives were called to an overgrown lot on Leon Road in East Arlington Thursday afternoon after what appeared to be human remains were found.

A tree-trimming crew clearing the lot said they found a garbage bag with bones inside.

"One of my guys grabbed a bag, and when he did, we noticed something that fell out," crew foreman Jeff Osborn said. "They haven't determined for sure, but it appears to be a human skull."

Police removed the big, black garbage bag and other evidence from the scene.

Detectives would not say much, but did confirm a skull and other bones were in the bag.

The work crew said there were also children's toys -- building blocks -- in the bag, but investigators said they did not see any toys.

The remains were turned over to the medical examiner, who will try and determine the person's identity and cause of death.

Somebody posted the % a while back. I know we have one case in our distant family. Cousins (bro & sis) had a baby about 20+ years ago he was 16 and she was 15 at that time. Parents raised the baby.

Hi Sea Searcher - no the date is correct...June 26, 2008.  You wouldn't see a backdated date on something like that.  The way that website is working is that it pulls up the June 26 article but has the current news there too.  I searched key words to find the article.  I'm 100% certain the June 26 date is correct.

How in the world could Casey do something with Caylee that outsmarts LE, all the searchers and the bloggers and "the" monkeys?  It just seems like she's not smart enough
to carry this off; yet, she's done a stellar job of it for two 3 months now.

Not really. I believe OSCO has a boatload of evidence.  They continue to collect more.  There's no hurry.  Casey's not going anywhere.  They will put this case together and then file charges.  We can wait.

Leonard Padilla has consulted with OSCO.  He's talked to people in LE in Orlando.  He's formed his opinions based on that. 

She did..sorry if this bothers you but when kio called to check up on her sis she asked her stepmom hows shes handled it and she was upset. The had a common thing between the two of them Dora the explorer and Belle the disney princess (which happens to be kio's fav, she found that funny when she took her sis for the first time) other than that i dunno how long they hung out or anything

That gave me the shivers.................I remember thinking that exact same thing about three Aruban punks, but it turned out they had help in covering it up. Casey doesn't have LE's help in a cover up. Beyond that, it's all speculation other than at this point, her family certainly has her back.

I found it interesting, too.  I've never quite figured out why Kio inserted herself into this investigation in the first place.  Especially when it turned out, "Oooops....it was a different Casey who tried to borrow money from me."  Ummmmm.......OK.  Wasn't that her?

What I mean is that I don't think you have any "inside information" that could help solve the case. 

We didn't search over by her house there was a location set up by a hotel that i went to and they gave us some stuff and i pretty much followed everyone else

I like him...he may have more info than most of us as he was as close to the situation as one could get (or want to get to that house) I think, like the rest of us, he has never seen anything like this family and it could have been a real life changing experience for him even if he was just in it for the money in the begining....he sounds humbled

I don't think Casey has outsmarted anyone.  The girl is a dumb as a stump.  She had 31 days advantage - that's all.  31 days of Caylee at the bottom of the landfill, with now about 70 tons of trash dumped on top of her.  It helped that Casey's parents and friends were as dumb as stumps, too.  If any of these morons had noticed Caylee was missing that first day, Casey would not have a prayer.  She got lucky she was surrounded by blind, deaf, dumb, and in denial family and friends.

That Jacksonville body was found June 26, 2008.  You would think we'd know by now if it was Caylee I was re-reading some of the LE documents and CA stated that she met ZF-G through JH.  JH happens to live in Jacksonville, Florida, according to CA.  However, if the baby girl was in trash bag from June 16th to June 26th, I don't think decomp would have happen so fast there'd only be bones left.  Anyway, how far is it from Orlando to Jacksonville and I'm wondering about JH and if he really exists.

Hi everyone.  I had posted a little earlier today while I was watching the news and then I got side-tracked as I have a sick little one to tend to (pink eye, sinus infection, ear infection - YUCK), but just came back and sat down and turned on to local channel 13 here in Orlando (runs news 24/7).  I have to say, there is absolutely nothing funny about this situation to say the least, but when you have a busload of Alzheimer's patients who would rather spend their field trip outing driving by the Anthony's rather than going to the beach you know you got something going on !!  Seems like if these poor folks can remember something's going on there, everyone else in that house could certainly remember what happened and get their stories straight.  I almost spit my iced tea all over my keyboard when that sweet little bus driver stuck her head out and waved at the camera and then said these little Alzheimer's patients wanted to drive by the Anthony's.  The side of the bus said they were from Tuscawilla, which is quite a little drive from there, so they got their outing and all are happy !!  No intention on offending anyone either, I work for a pediatric neurologist and an adult neurologist and I don't think Alzheimer's is funny either, but I guess when it is after midnight, you've been up all night last night with a crying child and worked all day anything is funny at this point !!

They have said they are searching based on Casey's cell phone pings.  Casey may have said she was in Jacksonville, but all indications are that she was at Tony's place in Orlando from the end of May until Cindy dragged her out in July.

"She feels safe and would be unaffected by pressure or psychological appeals for the whereabouts of her daughter," Dr. Schurman-Kauflin said. The more she is attacked, the more she will dig in."

However, Dr. Schurman-Kauflin said that there are signs to look for, which could signify Anthony is getting ready to talk.

"Look for her to turn to religion and either attempt to or speak of fleeing. When she gets to that point, she is most likely to talk about what really happened."

Lisa, I didn't really care if she was really Kio's friend or not.  Her first post was very accusatory, saying we were posting negative things about her friend and sending her nasty emails and things.   I haven't seen any discussion, positive or negative about Kio in some time.  I also don't believe anyone here sent Kio anything.  She even threatened that some of us would be arrested.  Now, this is not a good way to begin a conversation with anyone!!

On top of this, I have read Kio's police interviews.  She called the OCSO, not the other way around.  Then, when they wanted her phone records for verification of what she told them, she refused.  Shortly after, she told them it was another Casey--oops! 

All of this leads me not to trust in anything Kio says.  If someone comes here accusatory and claiming to be Kio's friend, I am not ready to welcome her and what she says with happy Monkey arms.  I'll listen, but I won't believe until she gives me reason to trust her.  Her friend already gave us reason not to trust what she said.

My MIL was jealous of her children.  She was an only child.  Like Casey, she got everything she wanted.  The children took love, attention, gifts, etc. that should have been hers.  It was a sad situation.

Back to what I was thinking about--NeJames, the lawyer.  What do you think about him?  NG chewed into him, but he came off with a calm and self-deprecating manner that was likeable.  He's a smart man and pulls a lot of weight in Orlando, I hear.  I still am baffled at why he agreed to be a media spokesperson when he's a defense attorney.  That's making me wonder at what the Anthony's think the future will bring.

ldstlou - you should know by now I do very little on intuition and normally base my beliefs on either solid proof, science or technology.

It's like when someone posted the info on the Jacksonville body found, I went and found the ORIGIN of the ad so I'd know for MYSELF what date the body was found.  So I could post in here BEFORE things got out of hand, when that body was found (in June) and not recently.

Higherhopes, according to Kio and probably even Casey, herself, Cindy is prejudiced and would not allow Hispanics in her house.  Casey, perhaps to spite her mother, liked to date Hispanic men.  I can imagine that Casey would find it amusing to take a pic of Caylee kissing a Hispanic baby.  Amusing because she knew it would infuriate her mother, Cindy.    I think that's about the only importance the pic might have.

I noticed that NeJames was making it very clear that he has nothing to do with Casey, that his clients are George and Cindy (he's never even met Casey).  He made that point more than once...so it was important to him to make a distinction for his clients IMO.  I believe there's more to this than we know at this point.

I noticed that too.  He very politely refused multiple times to even comment on the case when NG asked about something related to Casey.  He almost wagged his finger at NG as if to say, you know I can't go there!  I just find it odd that a lawyer would take on this role, especially one of his stature.

Well, I have to commend Cindy and George for hiring NeJames.  He is a far more experienced attorney than the one representing Casey.  If they should need his legal defense in the future, I think they will be well represented.

I just read mostly on this new tragedy.  Was deeply offended this morning however when NeJame likened the Anthonys to the familiies of MIA/POW and did take it upon myself to see that many of them were aware of this dreadful analogy.

Otherwise, I just read as this thread moves too fast for me to keep up and read all the posts, don't feel well enough informed that I have anything to add.  All your posts I do read, always have.

OCSO is keeping the evidence and the list of cell phone ping sites very top secret.  I do think they are methodically checking out each area indicated by her location for several days.  Most residents of Orlando are not aware of the searches, I am sure.

We've got bloggers stealing trash, Lee Anthony destroying protesters’ signs, and Casey Anthony giving high fives. It would seem there is no end to the lunacy surrounding the Caylee Anthony case.

Before we get into these most recent developments, I would like to point out one thing I've learned since my return from Florida, and that is the fact that the "breaking" news you're getting from Nancy and Gretta is not necessarily breaking.

I found it humorous the other night when Gretta's show announced the protester fight that took place in front of the Anthony home as "breaking" news, when in fact it had occurred two or three days prior. I had the video of the fight online within an hour or so of the occurrence.

Then you have Nancy on the television talking about this bone discovery, which is supposedly "breaking news." I knew about that before I left. The only reason I did not mention it was because a spokesperson for EquuSearch had already told me that they were 99.9 percent positive they were animal bones.

I also find it funny that everyone is now jumping on the bandwagon regarding the book and movie deals. That is rehashed news from last week.

What I am trying to say is, don't get overly excited by everything they call "breaking" news. More often that not, it is tabloid fodder.

Getting back to the latest developments, can you believe someone actually took the trash from in front of the Anthony family home yesterday? I kid you not. I drove by the house about an hour or so before it happened. According to Myfoxspringfield.com, the woman, identified only as Lorraine, said she was a "blogger on MyFoxOrlando.com." Lorraine later reported that she found a pizza box, flowers, cards, and miscellaneous irrelevant items.

Meanwhile, Lee Anthony has been busy today as well. Perhaps taking the cue from his father, who allegedly assaulted a protester a few days ago, Lee grabbed a protester’s sign and attempted to destroy it by jumping up and down on it. His feeble attempt failed, and the lady and her sign were reunited a few moments later. Lee did get one good lick in—he tipped over a water dish the woman had set out for her dog. Go, Lee! <implied sarcasm>

And finally, what is up with Casey Anthony and the high five? I mean, come on, you have the entire country watching you, and you can't control yourself once you think they’re your out of sight? In case you haven't heard about this, it occurred on Tuesday when Casey and Lee were walking into her attorney's office. Once the pair thought they were out of sight, they smiled and each other and high fived. It remains unclear why, but it was tacky nonetheless.

He surely seems to be trying to distance his clients, the grandparents, from Casey for some reason.  Thought they were all one big happy family and united on all fronts.  Maybe not?

I spoke to my Aunt who lives in Winter Garden this morning and she said that  she was aware of the places that were being searched and she said that she has also went with my cousins a few times to look themselves but She was the one that mentioned the Orange groves because at this time very little actvity is going on with the groves ...wrong time of the year.....and so therefore they would also make a good place to hide something and noone would ever know for awhile...

Anna, thank you for responding.  I love talking with you as you are so insightful.  I agree that NeJame's comparison of the Anthony's to the families of MIA/POW's was terrible--a truly disgusting juxtaposition.  I am intrigued by this guy, though.  He's a big wig in Orlando--a mover and shaker, they say.  Simply, I am flabbergasted that people of the low level of the Anthony's even were put in touch with him.  He's a bar and club owner from way back.  He also defends club-related suits--kind of an expert area of his.  I don't see where the money is coming from, other than perhaps NBC (?) Don't know if I have the wrong station or not, please forgive as I can't remember these acronyms.  The Anthony's retaining him as a media voice is a bit like using a fully loaded shotgun to kill a fly.  Overkill.  Unless they anticipate needing a defense lawyer in a criminal trial...
