Eyewitness News is following the money in the Caylee Anthony case, both the money Casey Anthony is charged with stealing and the money someone in the Anthony family may be making from home video obtained by ABC's 20/20.

Every day, Casey Anthony leaves her parent's home and is driven to her lawyer's office in Kissimmee by one family member or another and then driven back home. Casey's lawyer says he's being paid, but won't say by whom, and now Eyewitness News has learned that someone in the family might have gotten a big paycheck because of the tragedy.

Yesterday I did not do anything all day except sit on computer.  I got up 1 hour before Hubby arrived and unloaded dishwasher, showered, straightened house then sat back down so my butt could become one with my computer chair again.  I am actually going to attempt to go to the beach today if I can pull myself away from this for a few hours.

Its hot but improving humidity wise.  We had 3 back to back hurricanes just barely come by us enough to get the wind and rain the past month.  The humidity has been awful. And the BUGS that come along with it.  ugh....its sunny currently 81 degrees with 85% humidity making it feel like 87 degrees and its only 8:11am. 

Now look at cindy...Now that is a stressed face. The last time i seen that was when caylee was first missing.. Now it's because of protestors and media..I hope she gets so mad she snaps on casey. Wishful Thinking.

The no see ums about carried me off last Saturday at the beach.  I even left...went to CVS and bout deep woods off..They fought their way right thru that stuff and continued to bite. We had to leave and come home it was so bad.

Yeah, it does look like a black eye on the baby.  I wouldn't be surprised.  Kids that age are active and she could have banged her head...on the other hand, I do not doubt that Casey is capable of violence.  She doesn't see people as human beings but as objects.

Eyewitness News has learned only four people would have access and or rights to the family videos and photographs: Caylee's mother Casey, Caylee's uncle Lee and her grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony.

Through their Orlando attorney, Mark NeJame, Cindy and George strongly deny having anything to do with the release and/or sale of the videos.

"Absolutely not. And anybody that would suggest such a thing is a damnable liar. They did not receive one penny. They did not negotiate or utter one syllable towards that," NeJame said.

Eyewitness News contacted Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, to ask if he or Casey has received any money from ABC for the videos and photos. His public relations firm refused to answer specific questions about the licensing fee but said, "The Baez law firm is focused solely on defending their client, not the commercialization of their client's missing daughter Caylee."


That's a nada for George, nada for Cindy, nada for Casey...so that leaves Lee.

All the deals are in his name and he is funneling the money to whoever needs it. Lawyers for C and G, Lawyer for Casey, bailing out Casey, security camera.

I heard that there are a few picture's of caylee where she appears to have a black eye..Someone brought this up to cindy and her reply was i have a bruise does that mean i'm abused?

This sounds to me like Jose was negotiating with ABC and scored some cash for Casey's defense, not to mention her bail money.  He does say he is focused solely on defending their client and Baez can't do that without bail money.  What do you think?

Oh and WHY she was killed.  I think it has something to do with who the father is and possibly not wanting Cindy to get custody for fear Caylee would be sexually abused. JMO

NG never answered a callers question last night about if the Anthony's water bill had been looked at.  She was getting to the point that somebody drained the pool and pulled back the liner to bury little Caylee then refilled it.  ????

Remember all that stuff Lee carried into Baez's office for Casey?  A stuffed backpack, another bag that looked full.  Maybe she brought the film and photos to him. 

Ya know, the more time that Casey spends at Baez's office, the more I wonder what they do all day.  That is just not the usual client-attorney relationship there.  I think Casey will be quite disappointed when Baez fails to save her butt from a long, long prison sentence.  All the money he makes from this story, though, will warm her heart while she contemplates her own bleak future.

I think she is basically living in his office.  All the stuff Lee was carrying was her personal belongings..clothes, toiletries etc.  I think one of those bags was a laptop case.  I am sure he has a shower there for her to primp.  She goes back home only when she has to.

I KNOW it is a law a husband and wife cannot be forced to testify against each other its a law I KNOW THAT....

However I read that Florida has a law,as do some other states, that EVEN IF A husband or wife WANTED TO TESTIFY AGAINST EACH OTHER they CANNOT DO IT WITH OUT THE SPOUCES PERMISSION?

right, Nancy asked the reporter on the scene who didn't hear the whole question and Nancy repeated only the first part. The reporter said the yard was cleared twice. How can it be cleared if the pool wasn't drained and moved?

Have you noticed that pool though, its as green and ick as a swamp.  Everything else around the home seems to be taken care of, you know like sign posting and tape hanging..
The pool is in the back yard, no one is back there..yet its still green and nasty. 
Maybe no one wants to touch it due to it being something that might upset the "denial" stage.
I do not thing they moved the pool, but burried under an easily raised side (after being drained) could have happened....just like everything else in this case.

a pool that size might take several hours to drain... and I'm not sure Casey would be strong enough to lift even a side of it... dig a small hole, while lifting the pool, place Caylee in the hole, and fill the pool back up.

She has gotten "soft" ever since the Melinda Duckett incident.  I agree Carpe that it must be a PR move.

I agree.  In my post I was just saying that it is a possibility, it would have taken Georges help though as I think Casey is too lazy to do anything herself.  This is why I think she was not the only one to "dispose" of the body.  She is a girlie girl....

The reason that exists is because when you marry you have an expectation of privacy within the confounds of your marriage.  Religion and law dictate that husband and wife share everything.  A court of law may never interfere with that because even as a defendant you had an expectation of privacy and priviledge when confiding in your spouse.  No judge would allow it so long as the two people are still married

She might have had help.  As far as a neighbor seeing...could have been normal pool care.  As far as the pool being green and yuck now...that happens really fast when you are not maintaining them. 

Cindy and georges attorney saig that the police don't find them as suspects...Well then why would the fbi ask them to take a lie detector's test.. I'm starting to wish the fbi would take over the case.. I think they are on the right path myself..jmo

I had an above ground pool and water can be siphoned from it with a hose.  It takes time.  But there are also power siphons, but don't know if the Anthony's had one of those.  And if the pool was emptied, there would be a LOT of water around, including the neighbors yard, if the hose wasn't out to the street or into a drain.  It takes a couple of people to move the pool, I would think.  Just saying emptying a pool of this size and moving it and putting it back would be a big job.  It would take time, even with several people.

Dolce:  I am with you.  I am a firm believer Geo disposed of the body,  maybe twice.  I think he is the one who originally buried the child in the back yard because it would be very difficult for someone Casey's size to dig a deep enough and big enough hole to put her in.  Then i think Geo moved the body again at a more convenient time

How would Mark Najame know if they were suspects???  He said himself that he IS NOT involved in the criminal case and doesn't have any contact with Casey or LE.  Caught in a lie I think.  So which is it Mr. Mark Najame-Anthony??????

The fact that locating this child has been so hard, and nothing has yet to be found within the cell phone pings of Caseys phone really has me thinking that there is NO WAY this girl is that smart. 
George, on the other hand, has this type of experience, a "one up" almost given he has been on the other side of the spectrum working as a police detective in Ohio.  He knows what they are going to look for.  Given that nothing has been found yet within the given areas...I say Georgie-porgie should be the next person that they investigate into.
Casey is not that smart.  Her display of utter disregard for Caylee by partying the month away shows that she is not that bright to be having her pictures taken while in compramising situation.  A smart person would have been trying to not make themselves look THAT ridiculous, they would have been sticking to a tight script.  She is too lose in the head (and in the bed).

I still want to know why the grandparents check the back yard before the cops got there...I just really find that strange they would look for thier grand kids grave or foul play.. I want to know what all casey has done to that child that cindy and george know about because if she was as good of mother as they say she was.. Well then why think she may have killed her before anyone else does? jmo

I think so, too. Not to say the area under her eye wasn't darkened already (naturally).. anything is possible. 

My daughter came up to me the other day, and her left eye was much darker underneath than her right. I asked her what happened, but she  said nothing. It went away w/in a little while.  (We have cats in our house, as well as a dog. I myself am allergic to the cats, and it's unavoidable when it comes to getting cat hair in your eyes.  I know what it can be like when that happens- your eyes itch, maybe hurt.. you start rubbing your eyes, they start watering, etc.  There were animals at Caylee's house.. this same situation could have happened to her.  Who knows? )

Casey is in no way innocent here, but I can't jump the conclusion (at this point) that she gave Caylee a black eye.

The Forensics Team from Body Farm may have been in Orlando to testify in front of a Grand Jury.

A blogger on another site who claims to know the Anthonys says that what you mention is exactly the case - that George isn't Casey's real father, but is Caylee's.

Early on in the case, a few national news stations said that George Anthony actually adopted Casey and wasn't her bio dad.  For some reason, I stopped hearing that after I had heard it three or four times.  

Then Rick, Cindy's brother, said that George is Casey's bio dad, so I just figured that the media was wrong, but you never know......

Of course it is. It is just hard to put a puzzle together when you do not know what it looks like.

I still did not know people huff that crap. It does not smell good.

Either way it makes them look complicit.  Also their refusal to give the searchers a personal belonging of Caylee's to help find a scent creates the same impression.  If you just want your granddaughter found, then help the search.  All of these things are inconsistent with the image that they're trying to push on the public.

One of the lawyers on NG last night brought up the Ramsey case as a justification for them getting a lawyer.  The Ramseys were the parents of Jonbenet, not the grandparents.  Of course they were going to be the focus.  Here, Casey is the focus, for obvious reasons.  In this case there's a very easy way for the grandparents to clear themselves if they're innocent, by cooperating and being honest.  They shouldn't need a lawyer.

1.  to kill someone

I believe that Casey's pregnancy was the reason Geo and Cin filed for a divorce shortly after Caylee was born.  They only stopped proceedings in 2007.  It is all intertwined in this case.

At this time, we cannot say for sure the use of the chloroform.  However, we may be able to logically deduce the use by looking at who is using it and who is searching on the computer for uses for chloroform.  If the searches were conducted on Casey's laptop, then we might draw one conclusion.  If the searches were conducted on the Anthony's computers, we might draw another conclusion. 

However, like a gun, chloroform is better suited for some purposes than others.  For example, you might shoot someone with a gun, or use it to hit them in the head.  One use is more expected than the other.

This is just a thought......

the Body Farm MAY be in town for the grand jury hearing, or they MAY be there to look at additional evidence that may have been found...LE may want to remain consistent in the Forensics individuals that they are using, and since they are using the best in the business already, why not ask them to come down and assist in new evidence.  This would also deter the defense from saying that LE has been using "cracker jack" agencies, unknown or inexperienced pathologists, etc.  perhaps they have asked them to come down to not only remain consistent with their testing, but to also seal the deal in this high profile case.

I am curious about that fusiangirls site though. Something weird going on there. Can't log in. Can't see models. It just plugs those 2 racing affiliations. I will check on that tomorrow...

Part of it is Latin. I used a latin to english translator on it all. The latin translated, but I do not know what the rest is...I DO know it is NOT spanish.

Magna means Large, Big, etc (IIRC)

Translation:

Lorem itself pain he is. To come up to elit , but diam ninth nibh euismod tincidunt when laoreet pain magna. Mauris fermentum. Word Magna. but Laoreet Aliquarn.

ALmost seems to be someone feels pain, great pain (pain magna). Maybe my mind is going a little crazy or I need some sleep, but is THAT appropriate even for a template? Especially a NANNY template? This may be a child sex ring

Additionally, whatever the "tie" is, I think it'll also explain why it is the benefit tonight was at a speedway. I'm not sure racing is tied to anything other than that the "benefactor" seems to be tied to racing related hobbies.

My gut says that there's a wealthy individual who is more or less fronting this whole fusian 'world' and all the branches. Perhaps he is largely racing tied, and that explains the seemingly odd connections to racing. I mean, really, a lot of the fusian branches seem unrelated at face value.

I'll explain more as I keep digging.

That's what I was thinking too, but this guy fronting the money (for the reward) owns an international investment corp. I wonder if it is tied in somehow?

Maybe, but everything has to be looked at. If he has any associations with this Fusian group, then that needs to be made public. If he doesn't, then we just shot down another dead end. We are not accusing anyone of anything, just looking for any links.

Posting this here as well...

I think that the sites on the fusiangirls site are just people who are paying for advertising 'space' which must mean that the fusian 'community' also seems to enjoy the racing side of things.

Thus far everything I've found racing related are long established businesses tied to a variety of things, and fusian just happens to be one of them.

What all goes on on the fusian side of things may be another story, but these other businesses I'm quite confident are totally unrelated and are ITPs (innocent third parties), and truthfully, I can't see Fusian having let Caylee in, so other than Casey being there and that circle spending a lot of time there perhaps, I'm not sure there is any real possible tie, other than relationships Casey has from there.

I keep coming back to the idea that this whole 'kidnapping'/'mystery' is some sort of new *hip live reality show concept pitch*. Or some sort of web-based advertising blitz campaign. Because that is the only scenario into which all of the puzzle pieces fit.

I think Fusian AutoMotive is a next 'branch' coming out on Fusian. And the split auto motive or auto moto is not uncommon in this 'realm' of things. Again, it's something I encounter often, in both legit and illegit realms.

And yes, I do think it's interesting that Fusian Exotic Cars put up part of the reward. I just wonder if it's because they're getting good PR out of this and that they figured it was a "safe bet" if Casey was really there a fair bit in the critical time window. And hey, the family may know someone at Fusian or with ties, and that also could be part of it.

Are there some things that look questionable on parts of the Fusian sites, yeah, but I think that's more in terms of taste than anything else. Now if this whole Fusian thing was a new company, etc. that would give me more pause.

I'm looking into some other things, but right now, and this being something I deal with extensively, including with authorities, I really think the others are ITPs.

It looks like template language to me. But I find it interesting what you said about the child sex ring. In the thread "Devils' Advocate" I used that for my devil's advocate theory.
The whole Fusion connection is interesting. Very, very interesting and this research is GREAT.

Welcome to websleuths! I had to tell you this, you have a day of homework ahead of you! LOL.
You have to connect the dots and read all the posts leading up to where we have reached this conclusion. It would take too long of a post to list all the research done on Fusion since the beginning of this case.

I think the best place to start would be the general discussion posts.

There is no easy way to tell you how this conclusion was reached. IMHO

Yes it would and i will go back to my statement i have made before..When george went to the tow yard to get the car he was overheard saying they found his daughter and she won't let them see his grandaughter..That would mean they found casey first.

But why would we think it was not there when the Anthony's picked up the car?  The chloroform detected was a gas that is given off by the liquid form of the stuff.  If the trunk smelled of decomp, chloroform could easily have been in there and not detected due to the overwhelming smell of decomp.

Yes, yes , yes.  I asked several young girls at my work if they knew what chloroform was and all said they did not know and never heard of it.  On the otherhand Geo would know about it and could have found that it could be used to remove blood.  I have posted this several times.  Chloroform is used in root canal treatment to remove remaining blood and tissue in the canal of the tooth.  Is it possible that G or C would have known this.

Yes, the possibilities are ENDLESS!!  This case is driving me crazy.  I have no opinion either way "before or after" (chicken or egg) as far as the chloroform goes.

Okay...if I just said chloroform to you, what would you think of?  My bet is anesthesia.  That would be most people's first thought.  I don't think Casey is any different.

I think it was for cleaning purposes, but maybe I'm wrong. When the call was made to 911, there was only so much time to disguise the smell in the trunk and damage the DNA. I say it was done on the spur of the moment by either Casey or George.

We know Casey was on myspace at 2:30 pm and could have googled the use for chloroform at that time also.

It's used in laboratories as a solvent to dissolve stuff like DNA.  I'm no scientist, so I can't give you the details.  It is really not a good solvent for household use.

Help please I have been searching forever on those darn documents about where the family is confronted about the photo and then say well the 15th must be the right date...I CANT FIND IT! My search button does not work on my reader can someone please point me in the right direction to atleast what document it was in!!

And if they went through all that trouble to research a cleaning solvent with the sole intent of destroying evidence...I doubt they would just leave the bottle in the trunk.  They would dispose of that as well.

My vote regarding the chloroform is still METH use....Casey hangs out with some loose individuals....chloroform is an ingredient in making meth....she takes steals the chloroform from a (Fusian) friend and uses it on her daughter so she can get drunk and naked...uses too much and here we are today.....

That makes sense that they might use it for that purpose, but if that is the case, wouldn't it mean that they would have already have had to be in possession of the chloroform?  These guys are nutty, but would they have a bottle of chloroform laying around the house just in case they had to clean up some DNA?  Wouldn't there only be that three hour window of time that they would have had to get it in?

I do not think you will find chloroform recommended as a cleaning solvent on any web site.  Chlorine bleach, but not chloroform.  The trunk contained pure chloroform, not a by product of chlorine.

Of course not...there is no logical reason for them to use it to clean with...none!  The presence of chloroform tells me that Casey was using it to drug Caylee so she would sleep. The enormous amount of it in the trunk in the air sample also tells me she spilled it somewhere...becasue they opened that trunk and it also sat for days.  In order to be able to continue to detect it there had to be a lot of it.  It was most likley down in the wheel wells because it is does the same thing as chlorine would do...it settles to the lowest point.  That would be my guess where they detected it.  I think Casey used it...if George or Cindy used it then this is much more sinister than most think. MOO

Exactly!  Thanks, Lala's.  However, chloroform is lighter than air, so it will rise to the top.  I think it is most likely that the bottle was spilled in the trunk or the rag with cholorform on it was left in the trunk long enough to seep into the carpeting.

My opinion is the same as some others have posted that the body was possibly burned and that is why everyone(Anthony's) seems to think there won't be proof of anything physically (death) except DNA, air sample tests, etc which defense attorney's will dispute..yada yada yada You wash the table knife and pants that were in the car, etc.
Possibly they even washed the car before police got it and maybe the chloroform was used to try to clean the mess in the trunk or throw off cadaver dogs. It would not be a surprise that the chloroform was already in the Anthony house with her being a nurse and he a former cop..I am sure either could have gotten their hands on that stuff with those jobs.

As to Casey and demeanor regarding Caylee I will pass on a story that happened in Jacksonville, FL back in 1998. An 8 yr old girl (Maddie Clifton) was missing and an intense search started for her. The reward got as high as $100,000. and one of the searchers in the neighborhood was her killer. He was 14 yrs old (Josh Phillips) a neighbor across the street who played with her and during the week of searching he was out on his bicycle with others looking for his playmate. After a week his mother smelled an odor in his room and discovered her body under his waterbed stand. She had been stabbed numerous times and beaten with a baseball bat. He was immediately arrested at his school. This guy never showed any emotion. The news videos of him searching were just a normal acting 14 yr old looking for his missing friend. He was convicted of 1st degree murder and sentenced to life..no parole. He didn't even have any answers of why he did it back then but who knows. I think as an adult he is trying to get a new trial saying his lawyer was incompetant. Of course he can't defend himself since he has died since then but I do remember during the trial which was moved out of this county that his lawyer tried to use the excuse that he has something wrong in his brain. It was discovered in the investigation in his room that no one ever knew the real person.
Just thought I would share that case since I lived a street down and Maddie was a friend of my daughter.

Yes, that's what I thought.  But they found DNA, so I wonder if they used it for cleaning at all.  And if they were in a hurry, as someone else said, chloroform is out of the question, since you can't exactly go to Wal-Mart and pick up a gallon of the stuff.

If flies are knocked out by chloroform, then it doesn't make sense that it was there during the decomposition.  It doesn't seem to make much sense that it was obtained after the fact either.  Things seemed to make a lot more sense before this aspect of the case was revealed.

IIRC, Dr. Baden said that a rag saturated with Chloroform kept in an enclosed area, such as the trunk of a car, would cause significant Chloroform in the air. 

It was told that the Chloroform was pure, not cleaning materials, ie. bleach, etc.

Chloroform can be purchased on the web for about $60.  It is also used by people involved in "unusual" sex practices.  Someone may have given Casey a bottle.  Just guessing.

Wrong.  Pure chloroform is in every dental office in the country.  Schien Inc. a medical / dental supply company sells it

Blonde, I first thought Casey might be involved in drug sales or running, too.  But the more I have seen of her, I really doubt it.  She may be a casual drug user, but she's not an addict.  And, cooking meth is a very volatile and smelly process that is not easily accomplished in your kitchen, despite what some people might claim!

And, I just don't think Casey fits the profile of a junkie or a dealer, let alone someone who'd cook meth.

Did they find a rag in the back of the car with the chloroform on it?  The amount that they are hinting as being found was "significant" so it would have either had to of come from a rag kept from using it on the baby over and over or a spill or dousing...right?

Just trying to get an idea of what "significant" amount is meaning.  Would the chemical smell not get worse if contained in a hot trunk for such a long period of time in the hot Florida sun? 

Remember what we learned about organized crime in Aruba?  Big money earned in illegal ways has to be washed.  It's a huge problem.  So, if someone is engaged in an illegal activity that produces big money (as most illegal activities do), they need a vehicle to wash the money.  How do we launder money?  Through shell companies and fronts.  Companies that don't appear to conduct much business but still move money.

Lets say George had another child at a young age say 18(He was supposedly married before)...That child has a baby young 18 and cannot raise it..GEORGE AND CINDY raise that baby as their own ~casey~....Casey and george later produce CAYLEE....

George tells people THAT body in my grandaughter car is not my grandaughter...  Maybe the body in his GRANDAUGHTERS car is his daughters..

Also George tells the tow truck guy  he found his daughter today? but his grandaughter is still missing...

Hence he already found his daughter CAYLEE but his granddaughter CASEY is still missing....

Ok way out there and its the craziest thing ever but that is this family..

I have been told that chloroform will settle into the lower areas....this comes from someone that works with the stuff in a lab.  I was told they teach you to remain with your head about the spill in order to not inhale any of it...that per a person that has a degree in chemistry and uses this stuff quite often in their work.

Lala's, you may be right.  I'm no chemist and was trying to remember what I'd read.  It either sinks or rises, can't remember.  Anyway, the chemist who was interviewed said that someone driving the car would not be able to smell it in the trunk.  I'm sure the decomp would mask it, also.

When I began researching it I found some sites that my computer kept warning me about saying it could not open due to my privacy settings...they were pedophile sites...I was afraid the  FBI would be knocking on my door over it.  I kid you not...that is when I found the connection to Wicca and the dark arts.  That was even more frightening and I said this stuff is down right awful...I thought I had seen everything with the Natalee Holloway case, but there is so much more out there I didn't know.

I am a paramedic and, unfortunately, the rise in meth labs has increased drastically over the last few years.....our new protocol when entering the home of a possible overdose, when meth is considered to be the drug of choice,  is wearing a mask and goggles at all times...we are only allowed to enter the home IF it has been cleared by HAZMAT or the fire department..if not they bring the patient to us outside....however, we must still have the goggles, mask and obviously gloves....this is potent stuff... it smells awful... I know I have seen chloroform in a few of these meth houses, so I just assumed that they were using it along with other ingredients to make their $hit.

I contend that Cindy was stated the truth in one of the 911 calls that she had not seen Caylee for 31 days.  That would have placed the last time she had seen her grandaughter was on June 15th.

However ... for some reason that date changed to June 9th.  Why?  Were the Anthonys obstructing the investigation by messing with the timeline?
