Bond Posted For Casey Anthony, Expected To Be Released

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge set 22-year-old Casey Anthony's bond at $1,250 Monday morning for new charges she faces and within less than two hours the bond had been posted and she was awaiting release.

Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez walked into the Orange County jail before 8:30am Tuesday for bond hearing. The court appearance was for the new charges Casey faces, forging checks, fraud and petty theft.

"A $1,000 on count one, $150 count two, $100 count three and no contact with the victim Amy Huizenga. You understand that Ms. Anthony?" Judge John Jordan asked Casey during the hearing.

"Yes," Casey replied.

The charges were brought on by Casey's former best friend, Amy Huizenga.

Casey and her attorney were only in court for about five minutes. Baez said re-arresting Casey and grandstanding are scare tactics.

"I'm not intimidated, not in any way shape or form," Baez said Tuesday morning.

Last week, Casey spent several hours a day in her attorney's office while on home confinement. Many speculated why the mother of missing Caylee was spending so much time there.

"If you had the power of the state of Florida, what they're doing to her, you can all understand whey she is spending so much time in my office," Baez explained.

Baez told Eyewitness News he's preparing his client.

The Corrections Department also told Eyewitness News that they were in the process of issuing her release, but that it could be mid to late afternoon before she was set free.

"There is no way to predict the time of the release since there are variables which to could slow the release process," Corrections Department PIO Allen Moore said.

While being held, Casey Anthony is in Protective Custody Level One, meaning she has no contact with other inmates. According to the Corrections Department, "In protective custody level one, the cell is a normal cell that has visibility into the dayroom of the cell area. There is contact with Correctional Officers and the inmate is allowed out into the dayroom at least one hour a day to shower and move around. No other inmates can be in the dayroom at the same time and the inmate is not allowed to speak to other inmates through the cell doors."

I believe that if Baez was a man of any moral fiber he would drop Casey Anthony as his client. I know that right now it has to be all about dollar signs, but I would sure have more respect for him as a man and an attorney if he did the right thing. Tell Casey to start telling some truths about where Caylee is. Show the world that you are not only an attorney, but a righteous person as well.

11:15 a.m. Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez spoke with the media outside the jail after his client's first appearance. He blasted the sheriff's office for stringing out all the check fraud charges over several weeks. He said investigators arrest her on economic crimes when news about the case quiets down.

"We all know they knew of these charges," he said. "And I think we are seeing the games that are being played. The news for you guys is I'm not intimidated - not in any way, shape or form."

He criticized the way law enforcement officials have leaked information, such as air samples that show a decomposing body was in Anthony's car trunk along with traces of chloroform. He has not had a chance to examine these findings.

"You just can't believe every leak you hear," he said. "It's not evidence until it comes in court."

Baez said he has prepared his client and she will not give in to the "intimidating tactics."

"Unless they are going to take her out back and beat her behind my back, we are not going to get intimidated," he said.

One lady got 18 months probation as her sentence. She at least reported the death by accident to LE. After she bought heroin.

DCF Sends Fair Warning To Anthony Protesters

A confrontation Monday caught the eye of viewers and Department of Children and Families officials after a boy got his arm squashed in the door while Cindy Anthony, grandmother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, and a protester screamed at each other.

The incident actually prompted an investigation by DCF and it warned Monday protesters could find themselves under investigation.

DCF said it believes it's a parents' primary responsibility to keep their kids safe and with fistfights and foul language sometimes surfacing here DCF said it's really not a place for children.

There were harsh words between Cindy Anthony and a protester with her 9-year-old son at her side and even the child got in on the shouting match.

"Take your mom," Cindy Anthony said.

"Shut up," the 9-year-old said.

As the women continue the heated exchange, the boys arm got slammed in a car door. He rolled on the ground apparently in pain.

"My arm," the boy said.

People said they were shocked by what they saw and so reported the mom to DCF through the child abuse hotline.

"Concern has just grown and grown and grown and I think what we saw this weekend is the public said enough," Carrie Hoeppner of DCF said.

DCF launched an investigation and determined the child is OK.

"Now that we have the validation he doesn't have any injuries, we'll work with them," Hoeppner said.

The mother didn't want to go on camera, but the 9-year-old's father defended taking the child out to the Anthony's to protest.

"It was an accident, you know, my other son helped Tammy from going after her and he got caught in the door. He's fine. He over-reacted," the father said.

DCF said it was a troubling example of kids participating in the chaos and watching adults behave badly.

"People bring children up here fighting, screaming in front of them, letting babies hold signs about being a baby killer -- I feel that's wrong," neighbor Karen said.

"If something happens to that child they will be held responsible for their actions," Hoeppner said.

DCF said the bottom line is to decide if the kids benefit from being in the sometimes crazy protest environment, but it's up to the parents to answer.

"Unless they are going to take her out back and beat her behind my back, we are not going to get intimidated," he said.

I have to say something about Baez, don't get me wrong I hate looking at his smug face too, but......

He is a defence attorney that is his job thats what he does.  I know it's hard to imagine but moral has nothing to do with it.  Everyone is entitled to fair representation.  I mean everyone.  From you and I to the lowest of the low.  If he was not defending her then some other defense attorney would.

Florida laws are strange.  In normal states if you are out on bond and get arrested for another crime, that first bond is automatically revoked.  Her $500,000 bond should be revoked and she should have to sit her little arse in that cell.  Does anyone know when the promissary note comes due?

Baez can complain all he wants but he knows they have his client dead to rights on the check charges.  Video and a paper trail are not conjecture...he knows it's just a matter of time before it all goes to court.  LE is not worried about the murder charges right now...first they have to establish the known crimes and evidence to prove it...all the rest falls in place at a later date.  Be patient everyone...it will come out in court and Baez can complain all he wants to then and still there will be the video and paper trail of her efforts.  Once LE does their homework and presents it to the judge it's out of their hands...now you know why it's important to know who your judges are and where they stand.  Never underestimate the power of the judiciary and politics.  Let's see who plays politics the best here...LE or Baez.  Who would you want to be on your side the most? LE or Baez?

Why Commencing A Defamation Action Is Not Aways A Good Idea

While people who are targeted by lies may well be angry enough to file a lawsuit, there are some very good reasons why actions for defamation may not be a good idea.

The publicity that results from a defamation lawsuit can create a greater audience for the false statements than they previously enjoyed. For example, if a newspaper or news show picks up the story of the lawsuit, false accusations that were previously known to only a small number of people may suddenly become known to the entire community, nation, or even to the world. As the media is much more apt to cover a lawsuit than to cover its ultimate resolution, the net effect may be that large numbers of people hear the false allegations, but never learn how the litigation was resolved.

Another big issue is that defamation cases tend to be difficult to win, and damage awards tend to be small. As a result, it is unusual for attorneys to be willing to take defamation cases on a contingent fee basis, and the fees expended in litigating even a successful defamation action can exceed the total recovery.

Another significant concern is that, even where the statements made by the defendant are entirely false, it may not be possible for a plaintiff to prove all of the elements of defamation. Most people will respond to news that a plaintiff lost a defamation lawsuit by concluding that the allegations were true.

In other words, the plaintiff in a defamation action may be required to expend a considerable amount of money to bring the action, may experience significant negative publicity which repeats the false accusations, and if unsuccessful in the litigation may cement into the public consciousness the belief that the defamatory accusations were true. While many plaintiffs will be able to successfully prosecute defamation actions, the possible downside should be considered when deciding whether or not such litigation should be attempted.

My uncle was a defense attorney for twenty years some of the people he defended were just plain evil.  I could not belive he would try to defend some of them.  I mean when you pass the bar and start to practice not everyone goes straight to the DA's office some have to start out at the bottom.  There are also a lot of defense attorney's that get appointed by the court they have no say in who their client's are.  So I think it's pretty unfair to say most do it because it's all about the money. JMHO

She is expected to be released from the Orange County Jail after 1 p.m. today, according to a spokesman for the Orange County Jail.

They said that last time to throw everyone off; didn't work.

Not all attorneys who pass the bar go into criminal law.  I've worked for litigation attorneys for years on both sides of the fence.  Sometimes we represent the plaintiff, sometimes the defendant, and we know we aren't always on the right side of the fence.

Neither Lee nor George could be Casey's father without the police at this point knowing.  Hair samples contain DNA, which as I said before comes half from mom and half from dad.  When incest is present it comprimises the total count of chromosomes in the child.  If this were truley the case the police would have this info already.

If it was Lee, Casey could be charged with incest, too.  I notice this statute does not include fathers and mothers who have sex with their children, though.  I wonder if that is some kind of sexual battery charge instead?

Good Afternoon Fellow Monkey Americans.  I just wanted to post in this morning but didn't get the chance.  First off - I want to say I completely agree with what Red said (I think he posted it last night).  He basically does not believe it was an accident.  Neither do I.  Let's face one disturbing fact.  Casey was raised in such a way that there was no accountability.  If it was an accident - NO REASON WHATSOEVER in covering things up - obviously her parents bailed her out of stupidity before (I am sure many times).  And IF it were an accident - she could have certainly covered her tracks in some way.  I think what happened was, after the arguing and Casey moving out.  She got a taste of 'real freedom' decided her daughter was a burden to her.  That is it.  She was out on her own sleeping with whomever and wherever she wanted BUT she (in her mind) had to drag this child around with her.  Not convenient at all.

Believe me I know what I am talking about unfortunately, I know a young person (2 years younger than Casey) with a similar personality.  Cold, unfeeling (unless it is about herself), used to being the center of attention and when things don't go her way - look out. She will try to manipulate any situation to her own advantage.  Time and again, expects her parents to bail her out (not of jail but typically finances).  Lies continuously and just like Casey, she is so deceived she is not even aware that she is 'caught.'  She just seems to keep going in the lie as if no one is the wiser.  One can only be grateful that the young person I am talking about does not have children.

There is a lot more going on behind the scenes than we know know. George and Cindy are most certainly involved in some sort of coverup in my objective opinion. I have what I consider special information regarding the smell in the car. I have had several vehicles that had the odor of a dead body. A "dbc"  (dead body car) It is a unique smell to anything you may have encountered.

George drives the car from the impound lot to home, says to LE " Smelled something, she might have run over something"  George a retired Police officer, one who had previous experience with a dead body decomposing.LIE, GEORGE KNOWS A DBC SMELL AND IT IS UNMISTAKABLE

Cindy hears from George that the car smells like a "dead body" she tells the 911 dispatcher on tape. Changes her story later to it being pizza and cleaning fluid. LIE, GEORGE TOLD HER IT WAS A DEAD BODY SMELL FOR SURE

What I am saying is that LE knows how unique this odor is and knows when George and Cindy have been softening the hard truth. They are about to get caught!

I would not be surprised if Jose Baez is replaced as Casey Anthony's representative and ... a more high profile lawfirm/attorney will enter the scenario.  I suspect that all the words and actions of LE will be scrutinized from a legal perspective and ... then challenged in lawsuits.

I also believe that ALL official documents/transcripts/tapes pertaining to the Caylee Marie investigation ... will go "poof" off the internet.

Baez blasted police in a brief news conference after the hearing, saying he isn't afraid of police and won't back down.

"I'm not going to be intimidated in any way, shape or form by any cop tactics," Baez told reporters. "It’s time we take a step back and question what is going on with law enforcement. ... What are you leaking rumor and conjecture for? That’s not justice."

He took jabs at what police have characterized as damning evidence against Anthony, questioning its validity. DNA results that have been released are based on incomplete tests, and searches and questioning have turned up nothing, Baez said. He urged the media to be more discerning in its reporting.

"You can't believe every leak you hear, and it's not evidence until it comes to court," Baez said.

I believe that too.  I really do.  I am a fairly liberal person, but I could never work for a defense firm.  If Casey were tried by the would have been convicted and hung by now and nobody wants that.  Of course Baez has a plan to defend Casey and I look forward to hearing what he has to say in court.  I cannot come up with a single legitimate reason for not reporting your daughter missing for over a month, but I'm sure between Baez and Casey, they'll present an interesting story for that.

If it weren't for defense attorneys, no doubt many innocent people would be in prison.  On the other side of that coin, I'm sure that there are many occasions where defense attorneys have outsmarted prosecutors (or prosecutors have just failed to convince a jury) and guilty people have walked free.  Can we say OJ?  Michael Jackson? 

I hope Baez does an excellent job so Casey can't later come back and say he didn't defend her properly.  I don't wish for Casey to be found guilty.  I wish for Caylee to be found, for the truth to come out, and the guilty party or parties convicted and sentenced for the crimes they have committed. 

But being that she was an adult when she got pregnant wouldnt she get charged with incest to?

The half from the Dad was not "evident" enough for the police to be able to differenciate between Casey and Caylee though.  That being said, it COULD have the meaning that the father was either George or Lee.

However ... I believe that Padilla's statement to the media in regards to Lee possibly being the father to Lee was just repeating the speculation of others without doing his homework in regards to the type of DNA he was referring to.  Casey and Caylee's identical DNA in regards to the forensic testing of the hair in itself does not indicate paternity.

Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.

An Orange County Sheriff's Department official confirmed to Local 6 that investigators will be talking with possible witnesses outside the state for clues into the whereabouts of the child.

No other details were released about the search.

If this were just about check forgery and promiscuity, people wouldn't get so worked up.  But this is about a little girl whose mother failed to report her missing for more than a month and who was out partying while the poor child was likely decomposing in some unknown location.  I personally wouldn't describe her as garbage, but sick and evil do come to mind. 

You know I adore all of the monkeys here and respect everyone's opinion, but I do get frustrated by the gossipy comments as myself sometimes.  I know, I know, I've made plenty of ugly remarks myself.  I try not to, but d*mn this is so frustrating.  The ugly and rude comments are posted because we are frustrated as hell that things aren't moving quickly enough and at times because this case is so very sad that we must inject a little levity (even at the expense of others) to maintain our own sanity.

Speaking of Elizabeth Smart...you'd think I would have learned my lesson from that case.  I had Richard Ricci tried and convicted in my mind.  That dumb thief had nothing to do with Elizabeth's disappearance and died while the whole world thought he did.  It's so hard to give someone like Casey the benefit of the doubt after all that has been released to the media by LE. 

There were several student murders in my hometown of Gainesville, FL back when I was 7 y/o.  They publically displayed photo's and transcripts from the case at the courthouse.  I remember it being a big deal because my father and mother had gone to look at them.  Danny Rolling was the murderer on trial.

Judge rules protesters can continue protesting outside the Anthony's home
1:42 p.m. Orange County Judge Reginald K. Whitehead today denied the homeowners association request to keep protesters from yelling and gathering in front of the Anthony's home. Whitehead wrote in his order that the homeowners association did not "give notice" as required by Florida law.

An attorney at Karen Wonsetler's law firm, which represents the 127 members of the Chickasaw Oaks Phase 3 home owners association, said they did not provide a 3 days' notice to the defendants named in the request for the injunction because "we simply do not know the names of the protesters. They are not gathered as part of an organization."

"There is no way we could have provided the required notice to John Doe and Jane Doe," she said. "We knew this was going to be one of the difficulties."

Wonsetler filed the request for a temporary injunction on Friday. The legal advisor said they asked Whitehead to waive the requirement. "He obviously did not," she said.

The injunction sought to move the protesters to a vacant lot at the end of Hopespring Drive on Suburban Drive -- hundreds of feet north of the Anthony's home.

I have to say that in a quest for the truth regarding this case, I have found very little information from the actual authorities.  Everything that I have read regarding true evidence, be it dna, etc..has been stated by the media.  It is hard for me to use the media's statements as solid evidence.  I have read all of the reports by the sherrif dept and nothing states anything concrete.  To my knowledge, this whole case is built upon speculation at this time.  That being said I am not ready to conclude anything based on such little fact.  I am eagerly awaiting some factual evidence to be presented, unfortunately I do not think that will happen until there are actual charges made regarding Caylee and Casey.  It is very easy for people to assume...I remember in college doing research papers and how hard it was to prove or disprove any theory simply because you first had to weed out all of the opinions and find the facts.  There are so many speculations and opnions here...very little in the means of supporting facts for any type of scenario to be proven or disproven.  Maybe if we all just stuck to the facts, being supplied by the investigators, it would shed more light here?

Well now that the DNA suggests that it's a tangled web of incest how can we know the George's statement that the last time he saw Caylee was on 6/16?

I put together a timeline according to that
6/16 Casey leaves the house at 12:50 for the last time. George describes every single piece of clothing both were wearing (that's suspicious)
6/17-6/23 Casey is homeless but sneaks back into the house when parents are gone at work (between 3 p.m.- 5 p.m.) she steals some gas cans suring this time but returns them.
6/27 she abandons the car and moves in with Tony without Caylee.

That's the facts... what does it tell you?

It's very possible that as part of the investigation their trash cans/bins have been taken as evidence.

I can't vouch for the validity of this info but I wanted to share. Maybe another monkey in the Orlando area can tune into Real Radio 104.1 and get the scoop.  While I was out of the office, picking up some lunch, a construction worker called into the station to say that a crew he was working on had found human bones about 1.5 miles from the Anthony home.  This are is a construction site.  I'm at work and can't do much in the way of investigating this.  Can anyone help on this one????

I am, at this point, taking this statement as fact:

This is something I've been meaning to post.  Some people try to look at Casey's actions, and decipher them using logic.  But you can't.  See, I am raising the daughter of a sociopath/narcissistic woman.  This woman, we'll call her Miss Evil, was responsible for the death of her son (but not direct murder).  She was also responsible for three of her daughters being sexually abused (she's since been convicted).  At her son's memorial, we were all there for the boy.  No one expected Miss Evil to show up.  But show up she did, and stood in front of the congregation like she thought this was all about her.  Gave a long, poor-pity-me speech about her son.  The congregation was in shock.  See, people like Miss Evil and Casey think they are the only ones that matter, everyone else are objects to be used.  Men are used to feed into their narcissism.  You would think that Casey would have put together a better story, instead of just making up names and imaginary jobs.  But from Casey's point of view, why bother?  The detectives, her parents, the media, everyone is just an "object" in her game.  They only matter in the sense of what they can do for her.  People like Casey and Miss Evil don't care about what people think of them.  They could care less, because they think they're just great, and if you think they're bad, then they just mentally put you into their "nonexistant" column and don't give you another thought.  That's how Casey could steal from Amy, yet still expect her to be her friend.  I can almost promise you Casey did not spend more than about 10 minutes thought on her "kidnapped" story.  That's why none of it makes sense.  It's also why she can tell the detective (after admitting to the other detectives that she didn't have a job), that she has a job.  She didn't consider the detective a "real" person - one that could compare notes with the other detectives.  He was just a pawn to her.  It's like, you don't expect your computer to get mad at you if you type the wrong keys.  Anyway, just look up sociopath/narcissist and you'll see where Casey is coming from.  And this is not to say she is "legally insane" or anything like that; she still certainly knows everything she's doing.  She just does things from a different angle than the rest of us.  And although I'm not on Cindy's side, I do feel for her somewhat for having lived with a sociopath/narcissist.  I know how emotionally draining it is.  Maybe Cindy raised her that way, I don't know - but I do know it can be an inherited condition:  My SD, unfortunately, is also being diagnosed as borderline sociopath/narcissist.  Just like her mother (who didn't raise her).  Sorry if I'm rambling; I just see so much of Miss Evil in Casey.

Where are you getting these facts from?  I would be led to believe a lot of things had I just read statements from the media or anyone else for that matter.  I am in no way saying one thing or another, I am saying that based on the physical evidence there is nothing.  The discovery regarding the evidence found has not been made public.  The hair and dna results or anything else other than the fact that there were hair and dna samples are factual...I am simply stating that everyone can lie, statements are not facts.  I would love the links to the sites that make any of these things facts.  These timelines of events, as we have seen by Casey herself..are all allegedly true.  Anyone could be lying.  These things are not facts, they can provide insight as to a possibly sceanrio...but they cannot provide any facts.

When LE releases an official written statement as referenced in the above story, I put more stock in that than anything that comes out of Casey's mouth. Once (if?) a murder trial begins, we'll see more evidence. You have your opinion and I have mine and that is fine.

I'm 5' 1/2"...I'm SHORT no matter how I cut the cake.  I've always enjoyed being short too.   There were really only two draw-backs.  I always felt like I was playing house when I wore heels to weddings.  Second is my pregnancy weight showed much sooner than on my tall girlfriends.  Now at 55, I'm comfortable with short, tiny , wee, sawed off.  I know just who I am.  Eventually we all come into our own.  Our son is 6'2" heheheeeee.  He carried me into a busy restaurant when I broke my leg so I wouldn't need to struggle with the crutches LOLLLLLL!

look a little harder, read the 400 page documents, much more than speculation and opinion in this case

I hear where you're coming from bebbz, and I respect your attitude of wanting facts. The releases from LE, are considered factual. They plan to bring these facts to trial. These may be disputed as being what LE says they are, but most likely what will be disputed is not "what" the evidence is, but the way in which it was collected, et cetera. I hope this helps.

Your words made me reflect on the DNA issue and ... assess what foundation I was basing my speculation on in regards to the outcome of the DNA forensic testing on the strands of hair and the decomposition discovered in the trunk of Casey Anthony's vehicle.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office did make an official statement that forensic testing indicated that Caylee Marie was deceased.  However ... there was nothing official in regards to DNA.

Could it be that everything dialogued in regards to this topic have been based on the words of Leonard Padilla?  Is Padilla privy to information from withn the investigation or ... has there been a further update from an official source?

No immunity for Caylee's mom, prosecutor says

The sheriff's office in Orange County, Florida, now says that lab tests have confirmed that a decomposing body had been in the trunk of a car driven by Casey Anthony.

Investigators have called Casey Anthony, 22, a "person of interest" in Caylee's disappearance. She faces charges of child neglect, obstruction and making false statements in the case.

"[FBI] laboratory evidence, along with additional evidence that has not been made public, leads investigators to the belief there is a strong probability that Caylee is deceased," the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.  

"If any evidence to the contrary is provided, it will be vigorously pursued," the statement added.

Forensics tests confirmed there had been a decomposing body in the car, the statement said. Detectives disclosed at a July hearing the trunk contained hair samples appearing to belong to Caylee, a strong odor and suspicious stain that glowed under black light.

Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.

“Would the DNA from a child resulting from a union from Lee and Casey have basically the same characteristics? Making the preliminary DNA check not definitive as to who the hair samples are from,” he said.

I don't consider the official statement from LE as media speculation.  I also don't think they would have come out with that statement if they had felt there was any chance of Caylee being alive.

I want to take a vote..On all the children that disappeared have any of them returned safely when thier parents were lying to investigator's. Maybe tell a little of what happened..If you know a story that the parent lied and the kids came back please tell it.

Susan smith stated her and her children were carjack..Bottom line investigators found out she drowned her kids by letting the car roll into the lake..

What is that  Is it a car or some other type of vehicle.....I just cant make it out..

The harder piece is to figure out from all the contradictory things the family has said, is what is the truth there?  Or is it any of it the truth?  Too many versions and mixed up data from them to know, so that can cause some of your confusion.  I'm not sure anymore that we will ever know the "truths or facts" of this case, no matter who says what.  Hey, from all the different info from them, if there weren't pictures of Caylee, I might not believe she even existed.

Could be nothing, could be bones, definately nothing as large as a vehicle.

Texas High School Student Told Rosary Is 'Gang Symbol'

A Texas teen claims she is forbidden from wearing a rosary around her neck in school because the Catholic prayer beads are a gang symbol, MyFOXDFW.com reported.

Tabitha Ruiz was stopped by security guards at Seagoville High School in Dallas last week and told to take off the silver and ruby beaded rosary, a gift from her mother. On Monday, the same thing happened when she again came to the school wearing the beads.

"I went to school, walked through the metal detectors and they told me to take it off," the teen said. "I asked them why and they said because it's gang-related."

Ruiz and her mother, Taire Ferguson, said they had no idea that rosary beads were a gang symbol. Police, however, are well aware.

"Lately they’ve been seen wearing religious jewelry such as the rosary worn by gang members, so it is a factor," Sr. Cpl Kevin Janse of the Dallas Police Department told the FOX affiliate.

While rosaries are not specifically banned in area schools, a spokesman for the Dallas Independent School District said that whether or not they're allowed is at the principal’s discretion.

If my mind serves me right, they were very hesitant in stating that their findings showed that Caylee was dead.  They held off on stating that as a fact for a long bit of time.  At first it came back that it was just fact to be Caylee's hair. 

Just another note, 99.9% of the time if someone on this board comes in with something that they want to post as a FACT one of our moderators ie: Klaas and Blondie ALWAYS ask for a link to back up the information.  99.9% of the time all the FACTS stated on this site come from the direct posts from the OCSO.

I think that may have happened if Casey had her way. Caylee just disappears and no one notices.

IMO, the truth for all of us here is that we are concerned for Caylee, heartbroken for her. We all just wish this would never have happened and Caylee was still alive and well. But that doesn't seem to be the case. So, now I'm hoping for a conclusion and justice for Caylee.

yup, and even if you were leaning to the kidnapping, there's the script issue.  Uh, 30 days is up a long time ago.  End of deal, so let's start talking.  I can't remember, did they give her the script before or after she was jumped?  Did they pin it to her chest when she was down? Or did they leave it at the apartment?  On the stairs for anyone to grab? Just when did she get that dang script?  I'm hoping they have worked through all these details.
