As per the cell phone and Universal... on another site someone dug up that a Lee Anthony is the owner of a Universal Ventures (I believe is name) in FL... they have not been able to confirm it is same LA or what company is... has anything been posted on this here? If so, I missed it and apologize for double entry

I can't find an association with Lee. I did find a Universal Gift Venture in Florida which is associated with DVD planet. They are scams and bootleg rip offs. I really doubt he's involved in this. It seems to originate from Toronto. I'll keep looking though.

Unless I'm mistaken, LE has never said that George, Cindy, or Lee are cleared of any wrongdoing. They may be fully cooperative, and may have not ever been considered (publicly) persons of interest (or even suspects), But I don't recall LE every coming out and stating they are "cleared".

I don't buy they found her. Since no murder charges have been filed..Caylee is just a missing person, the LE would have to announce they found a body and pending id. I am not sure they can legally sit on a deceased known body for ....weeks. That whole TES thing looked to me like he took the 5 grand and got out of town. Maybe he couldn't take the heat from the Anthony's. He's job is to find people that families want to be found..dead or alive. Maybe in the Caylee case he realized that his group is too emotionally involved. I not sure and the press sure didn't grill him enough. Now he laying low, talking about losing all the hay for the horses...how much does a bale of hay cost? It just doesn't add up.
I know somebody was here talking about being in the search party and finding something wrapped up in plastic. Says she went back the next day and it smelled and the object was gone, but haven't heard anything else. She reported she signed something not to talk. It would seem to me since they called off the offical search I could talk up a storm about what when on.

We were talking about this late last night.  The female body guard did something illegal that she needs immunity for.  Overhearing a conversation is not illegal.  I believe that she taped conversations without knowing that is illegal in Florida.  Unless she stole something (which i highly doubt), taping a conversation is pretty significant crime. 

Hi, There are not many of us here this morning but, i think it was stayhomemommy that was really upset about the pictures of Caylee being sold on Ebay. Does anyone know if she received more responses from her emails to them. i found some more info on that seller , i don't know if anyone has it.

Wasn't that weird? I jumped to the conclusion that this guy either went away (work, vacation?) & asked this dude to watch his dog....but he seemed kind of...out there.

Who knows what the circumstances are. My Sis and her husband have a cat, but it lives with my mom- they can't have pets in their place. My dad had a dog, but it lived at my grandma's, and then was "adopted" by her neighbor... because he wasn't able to take it in when he moved.  Things happen.

Good morning anothermonkey!!!  I have my own personal experience.  My sister's body was found and the coroner's office held it for several weeks and then they had to wait for the local sheriff's office to come to my house in person.  Even after that, they wouldn't release her body until all testing was complete.  It can take a long time......I am sorry to say.  But, who knows what is going on in Florida, I am just telling my own experience

Sorry to hear that Abbey. That's awful. I've heard of this happening before too (a friend of a friend's family member was brutally murdered & they held the body for close to a month before positive ID was made).

I saw last night where the seller with the Caylee website had changed it to 100%. The one I meant was the seller with the pictures of Caylee. That company is based in Winter Park & that seller has recently changed his seller name(on aug 25th). Just looked suspicious to me. Is this one legit? ::MonkeyNoNo::

Me too.  I keep going back and forth.  When the BF came to Orlando, i thought that was significant. I thought maybe it was to do testing on clothes or body that was found that maybe the local coroner didn't have expertise in, like chloroform.  I think they said they were there to prepare testimony, but that didn't sound right to me

Yes I agree. BF wouldn't make the trip without a body.
They found it behind the airport when the search was called off. That's also when Cindy and George hired a defense attorney. Casey has been staying at Baez's office because she can't use a cell phone or talk to anyone else.
Now all LE has to do is give the Anthony's time to slip up while the collect testimony from the Marine and the other characters in the case. Time is on LE's side at this point. The Anthony's on the other hand... are screwed.

I suspect that the body might be a partial piece too. And the defense will contest that the evil kidnappers chopped up little Caylee because Casey didn't follow the script.
However, if LE can place Casey between 6/16 and 6/27 with a tight timeline then she will be charged with murder.

They could try it... however, it may be possible to give a fairly good estimate as to time of death, one would think. 

When did this 31 days supposedly start?  June 9th? June 16th? July 16th?  So with regard to time of death, at the longest, we're going nearly 4 months.. and just over 2 at the earliest.

6/16/08 Caylee alone with Casey and murdered between 3:05 and 4:20, buried behind house
6/17/08 Casey supposedly drops off Caylee at Sawgrass Apts. (maybe scopes a safe hiding spot there, possibly has Tony Rusciano (fired cop) run a license plate for Zanny’s name)
6/18/08 Caylee’s body is collected from Anthony backyard and moved by Casey 3-4 p.m. decomposing fluid and hair in trunk. Casey conceals body somewhere.
6/19/08-6/20/08 Casey steals gas cans possibly to burn body.
6/22/08 Tony Rusciano informs Casey that George reported gas can stolen
6/24/08 Casey returns George’s gas cans. Drama= incest is over daddy, your lovechild is dead.
6/26-6/27/08 Retrieved Caylee’s body (from Sawgrass dumpster or bushes?), puts back in trunk. Car abandoned with body remains in plastic garbage bag.
7/15/08 George picks up car with smell of remains of his biological daughter.

Morning monkeys! I hope what jjay believes is true. IMO, that scenario sounds very reasonable. LE in this case are careful and calculating, not sloppy and dimwitted like, oh, I don't know CASEY. Sorry, I'm just getting angrier by the day.

The other thing I believe is that even w/out a body, they can and will charge her and can win a conviction. It's like NG said once they file charges they will likely be asked for a "speedy trial."

Casey's crimes will not go unpunished, not in this realm or any other. Soon, my friends, soon. 

Maybe the search on the internet for Chloroform was to find out if it indeed remains in the body/hair, and once she found out that it does show up in the hair and does indicate how many times it had been used on a person over the months, then she decided that finding the body was not going to be a good thing for her.  Do we know if there were any other searches on the internet for any drugs?   JMO.

Abbey and Des - I am with both of you.  I suspect that they found something the afternoon that Tim called off the search and left for Aruba.  There were a few posters here who mentioned that something had been found, cadaver dogs had been called in, and the area was taped off, but they were unable to comment.  If they do have something, I think that LE is being very, very careful to complete all levels of testing before they reveal any information.  This is a high profile case with International coverage and they can't make a mistake.  It also might be a way to put more pressure on the Anthonys while waiting for DNA results and forensic examinations to determine an exact cause of death.  I would like to see LE do a complete forensic examination of any remains that will give them a solid and irrefutable case.  If it would mean Murder #1 for Casey Anthony, then I am willing to wait it out.  Why else would the searches be called off?  Searchers would be upset to learn that they had continued to spend hours searching while LE was in possession of the body.  Just my opinion.

According to Padilla, in the very beginning with Padilla first bailed Casey out, Lee was being cooperative. That is when Lee gave the phone records to Padilla. Soon after, Lee was no longer cooperative.

The chloroform really threw me for a loop. Does anyone else think it could be a "red herring"? Maybe at some point it was part of Casey's "kidnapped" story. It just seems out of place to me. Especially the fact that is was supposedly found in such high concentration in the trunk. IDK. Just thoughts.

Ok, then everything we know points to them having her body

1. Something is found and TES calls off search
2. Area is taped off
3. The other day TES spokesperson said wait for shocking news
4. Body farm went to Orlando
5. Person at BF said he wasn't involved in the bones recovery
6. LE goes to Ca. to take LP statement that Casey said she was in Blanchard Park
7. Cin and Geo suddenly get defense attorney

Rob said a couple of thread back something to the effect of -- 4 sets of human bones/partial sets were found during searches. i think more than one missing person has been found. Rob, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Could these phone records be the missing calls Casey made to Zanny?
Because LE suddenly went on a chase yesterday which would make it seem like they will round up another witness for the prosecution. And Zanny the drug dealer, not nanny, will testify with immunity.

Casey hung at places that are obvious drug deal related. Parks, Apartments, Tattoo parlours, and clubs. She left her car at a check cashing place... possibly because she was familiar with it but again, a drug haven.
Question is... what kind of drugs. It wasn't depressants like xanax. I suspect more like E.

We`re angry because a little girl`s life could be hanging in the balance, or her body is decomposing right now out in a landfill or a swamp somewhere.

PADILLA: Absolutely correct. If they`d have gone along with a situation where they`d have never had Casey taken to that house, if she`d have been removed to a safe house, they wouldn`t have the problems out there.

DICK: And then in talking to Lee, Lee sits there and tells me, sitting across from me, how bad she acted, how upset she was. They almost had to call 911 because of her blood pressure, which is just complete BS.

But getting back to the car running out of gas, it was there out of gas at 7:00 AM. She`s on the phone to the Marine 11:00, 11:30 the night before. Last calls she made the night before were to the Marine.

Another note. LP hasn't mentioned the 50,000 reward for a "body" since TES packed it up.

So either there is an Orlando serial killer unrelated to this case
or Caylee was kidnapped and discarded with others by a crazy nanny ring
or Casey is a serial killer or involved with one.
or this is a cover up to throw police off Casey's track, means she had an accomplice.

could the marine in Cali be the daddy and that was what she was going to tell him? it was so important she wanted to tell him in person. or maybe she was going to lie to him about being Caylee's daddy and use him as her new meal ticket since Cindy wasn't having it anymore. maybe his response wasn't what she wanted and this on top of the fight with her parents pushed her over the edge. just random thoughts.

On the 28th she moves in with Tony without Caylee.
So the body was in it's final resting place at that time. Casey stashed her car and had no transportation. It would be interesting to know her route when she took Amy's car. Criminals usually return to the crime scene. And I'm sure LE are looking into that too.

I was just thinking about the $50,000.00 last night. It does seem "funny" he hasn't mentioned it.   ::MonkeyConfused::

IF LE does has Caylee's remains, we have to think about the condition that the remains could possibly be in.  The remains would have been exposed to two months of the Florida heat, a hurricane, and possibly animals.  If the remains are in a conatiner, it might be easier.  LE will do every possible test on those remains to build their murder case against Casey.  These tests take time and depending on the condition of the remains, it could take even longer than usual.  The Body Farm going to Florida is huge, because they wouldn't go for animal bones that would have been eliminated by the coroner from the beginning.  The family members of the missing person in this case are also the suspect(s) in Caylee's disappearance.  If this was a family who weren't under suspicion, LE would probably would not have hesitated to make a statement right away.  But, with the Anthonys, they can't show their hand.  There are also several other children who are missing in the Orlando area and if remains were found, it could be one of these children.  LE absolutely must be very thorough with this case and any evidence that they find.

Why did Tim suddenly call the searchers back at 4:00 in the afternoon instead of at least waiting until the end of the search day?  If I recall, a relative of a searcher posted here during the afternoon that something had been found around noon time and they were waiting for the dogs.  I think LE has something.

I thought he said that on NG after TES left. Or did he say it in some other venue earlier? Blonde do you remember?

Casey was desperately calling him because she had some big news. I could picture a woman who lost her child wanting to finally have a reason to get back in touch with a hot guy who dissed her. Maybe for a new meal ticket or possibly trying to finally hurt him with news that would hurt him as much as he hurt her.

I think there's some legality that law enforcement can't search without cause. Therefore if it's given to them by a third party in surrender then it's cool to use as evidence.

I personally beleive they do have partial remains....I personally beleive that is why TES stopped when they did..I beleive that is why the ANthony's lawyered up, and I beleive that it is only a matter of time until they come out with it.
I have every book Dr.Bass with the Body Farm ever wrote.....and they would not travel just to prepare for testimony IMHO.....

The day that something was found I remember reading the MYFOXORLANDO blog where a woman's husband was with the search that had located something. he had told her that someone on his team found something, they broke for lunch & when they came back the area was taped off with crime scene tape. Shortly thereafter Tim announced they were calling off the search. The area was behind the school IIRC. Someone brought up Casy's secret place from middle school. I don't remember this blogger offering much after that. Could this be it?

As far as Cindy and George go, they have a troubled daughter that was out of control.

LE has pieces for a case, including the bones of Caylee recovered from seperate locations, could be in vicinity of the place she was dumped and moved by animals. This could come to some evidence that Casey threw her to aligators. (becoming more common in Florida... those joggers awhile back, and the child down The Trail)
LE has pings of her cell phone putting her in the location of the recovered bones.
LE has testimony from friends including lie detector tests.
LE has good set of lies from interrogation of Casey.
LE has car trunk evidence.

Good point.  He is an active Marine so he would not be around much and less cover up needed on Casey's part.  Given the fact that the Anthony's are not extremely wealthy, the likelyhood of them making the treck to California would be seldom and highly unlikely.  I am sure these things would have crossed her mind, if in fact this was her initial plan.

We really do not know the concentration of chloroform in the trunk and whether it is "high" or not.  We do not know the method used to detect chloroform, and to measure its concentration.  Typicall some form of gas chromatography is used, and if it's an up to date lab, the separated fractions are run through a mass spectrometer.  These methods can pick up traces of chloroform.

When you consider all of Casey's encounters ... the paternity issue is a topic this wannabe detective does not even speculate on.  However ... I do believe Caylee's looks ... to some extent ... takes after her mother.

My husband is Japanese and ... all three of our grown kids' over their lifetime have been mistaken for Spanish, First Nations, Hawiaan (?), Italian ... you name it.

However ... our four grandsons are light skinned and fair haired.  Two have blue eyes ... one hazel and ... one brown.  Only our beautiful seven year grandaughter ... who is the image of her mother ... our daugher ... reflects a mixed heritage.

Casey is very into giving details, lots and lots of details.  She is very particular in her lies to give as much information as possible, as if carefully thought out.  The entire Zenida story was a lie, but why?  Why so careless and why keep changing? 
My thoughts, she had to come up with something quick as her Mom found her before she could move or leave to Cali.  So the creation of the Zenida story.  She had no time to build lies as the police were called and things began to really roll.  When the evidence was pointing towards her lies, she rebuttles and changes the story to fit where the evidence is leading.
IMO  she was on her way to run, whether it be to NY with Tony or Cali with Marine-man.  Cindy interrupted her plans and escape, she began to panic and came up with this rediculous idea.  Cindy may not have been on it from the begining, but she sure is now helping to cover up once she received the facts. 

Hi nikki. The bones is what stopped the search. TES pulled out, everyone pulled out with infinate delay. Just an educated guess.
I suspect that some of the remains were also still in that bag in the car trunk, whether it was fluid and soaked wrappings. That would mean that Casey deliberately tried to conceal the death.
so now we can speculate motive wasn't an accident.
Did Casey kill Caylee for greed? freedom? economical situation? mental illness? rage?

OK, here is my take and this is my opinion from all that I have heard and read. Granted some things I do know are off the record and have to remain that way because we are not in the business of hurting ongoing investigations.

FYI: When I was in Orlando we did find bones and I do have pics. However, I have been told not to make them public. At least not yet. Take that for what it is worth.

Make no mistake about it ... THIS INVESTIGATION AIN'T ARUBA!!! The LE and TES are working hand in hand to solve Caylee's disappearance. No cover up here, at least not by LE.

Please now that Tim Miller did not have an easy decision to make when TES pulled out of FL and the search. However, due to environmental conditions and the water levels it was difficult. Trust me we were searching flat fields with nothing but standing water. The water tables were much higher than when  Caylee went missing.  Actually, it may have been a Godsend at least for TES to have left when they did to board up & safe guard their homes otherwise they may have had no homes to return to after Hurricane IKE hit the Galveston/Houston area.

I do realize that some are saying that it seems dryer, however, please know that there is more involved to a search than just the physical ground searches. There is a technical and science side to a search that many are not privy too. Trust me, no one says to ground searchers ... just go out their to this locations because we have a hunch or it seems like as good a place as any to search. The mapping and aerial pics are the cornerstone of any search. If water is high it kind of defeats the purpose.

Also, please remember that it is not like the family is cooperating. The LE is putting this case togather from what has been said and not said with the use of cell phone records and witness statements. We have seen for quite some time that they have circled the wagons around Casey and contradicted many of their original statements. Is it any wonder why they are all not lawyering up?

Please also remember that searching is not cheap. There is an infrastructure cost everyday to be at one location. Hotels, restaurants and all you great people who helped donate things are truly needed and appreciated; however, there are still costs. Searchers much search. If it could be done 24-7 that would be optimal; however, that is not the case.

IMO, everyone is getting their ducks in a row, mapping every possible location that needs to be searches and ruling out others so that when TES returns they can operate like a well oiled machine and hammer out all searches. When that day comes ... all of our help will be needed for searching and food/supplies.

Let's hope and pray that they day is sooner rather than later.

Interesting thread. I wonder about the grounds maintenance at Sawgrass. I'm thinking since it is gated that this is where Casey parked her car when she was homeless for a couple of days. She felt safe there, she knew a name of someone who lived there if she was asked why she was there, there was a pond and places for Caylee to play and they could walk to shopping... I think.

The storage room by Zanny's supposed apartment... makes me wonder. It might have contained garbage bags that wouldn't have a record or store video camera of Casey purchasing. Wonder if the stinky bag in the trunk matches the maintenance supplies at Sawgrass.

She was being her usual "friendly, helpful" self and said I have ALL the phone records and LE has not asked to look at them and I am going to throw them away!  She was very condescending in that interview.  Guess Lee gave them to LP which made it look to me that Cindy WOULD NOT give them to LE.

I don't know about that but like I said this was very early on (like when it first happened) and maybe after KC was arrested the first time.  Thought it was even before LP came into the scene.  It was when LE was saying the family was being very cooperative in this case and you could tell CA and GA were not helping the police with finding the truth.

I find it rather difficult to believe that the dumpser at Sawgrass apts is significant for this reason. Casey Anthony has brought police on a wild goose chase. She brought police to Sawgrass stating that is where ZG lived. Which we later would learn to be a lie.

There is no way that Casey Anthony would have brought police to a location where she dumped Caylee's body, IMO. I find it impossible to believe that Casey, who is sly like a fox, would ever remotely bring LE anywhere close to an actual location of where Caylee ever was. Just does not make sense with all of her diversionary lies.

However, this is a location (office park area) with water and a dumpter that was searched due to Casey cell phone activity. There would have been no reason why she would have been in this area.

I was just looking  at the pictures of TES searches for Caylee. Just wondering why do they use horses? My only thinking would be to cover more ground??? I'm thinking it would more difficult to see items on the ground from up high. I know some of you might have been there and know. Or are the horses used to get to a certain area then they get off and look?

Yes, this is old. The point being that as you can see from the yellow tape, this dumspter was marked off. It is more likely that a dumpster that Casey would not bring police around is a more likely spot to look. Most likely the landfill where this dumpster goes to was searched.

In Florida, there can be alligators in any body of water. Of course I should have remembered that myself before wandering off in and near the water.  ::MonkeyEek::

Alligators dont digest clothes easily, nor do they eat neatly.

When you say infested I think of "swarming" and I don't think that's what Red meant.  I believe in Florida any body of water could contain alligators because there is a large alligator population in Florida.  I'm sure alot would depend upon many factors but it's possible nothing would be left...yes.

She has some very interesting insights being from the area and hearing all that goes on, not just in the national news. I asked if she would not take some time out from her busy schedule and join SM and stop by from time to time.

Early in this I was looking at Fusian's web site and other's. On Craigslist most of the girls are promised cellphones, clothing vouchers, babysitters etc. Are the cellphones for clients of theirs? Could this be why Casey can't locate her Black Jack phone?

Just thinking, here.  My theory:  Marine is not the daddy; I still think it may be JD Chatt. 
*After big fight, Casey takes Caylee to hurt CA.
*Casey chloroforms Caylee.  Puts body and rag in trunk.
*Disposes of body; some of rag had soaked into trunk. (Chloroform releases over time.)
*Was going to high-tail it to California; she would tell Marine Caylee was with CA, would tell CA Caylee was with her, just not available to come to phone.  This would have bought her tons of time.
*She didn't have anything important to tell Marine.  This was just more of her BS.
*Got sidetracked partying, being with Tony, and never got around to going to California.
*LP and gang didn't tell LE about info they had, because it had been illegally recorded.  Hence the female guard wanting immunity.
*LE has a very good case.  They are taking their time not because they don't have evidence, but because they can build an even better case this way.  As soon as they charge her, they have to release everything to JB, and then the clock is ticking.
My gut?  Casey will be convicted of Caylee's murder.

Oh, how funny.  This happens in my neighborhood too, when people have big parties, the other neighbors put out orange cones so people do not park on their grass.

I feel bad for the neighbors myself..I bet it's a real drag when you have to get up early and go to work after your neighbors have decided to protect a criminal causing ongoing protest every night.:( Where are the protesters during the day?Too hot for them to be out?

Mercy, Compassion, Caylee AND Casey

It's been truly amazing to me that over this last month and a half this little girl, Caylee Marie Anthony, has caused such a worldwide sensation. Yes she is a beautiful little girl and an innocent that has touched our hearts. However, I believe something else is going on here. I believe God is using this story and Caylee to poke at our hearts and show us hidden things about ourselves - all of us.

Psalms 6:6 ( NKJV ) 6 I am weary with my groaning; All night I make my bed swim; I drench my couch with my tears.

Now, some may say that I am just trying to insert myself into this story or exaggerating her importance in my life. Well, you can say what you want and I know that you will but what this has done is to reveal areas to me that I kept hidden and ignored. My tears and the pain in my heart isn't just for the loss of Caylee because I haven't given up hope that she will be found. No, it's for the loss of Caylee AND Casey two years ago.

Matthew 5:7 ( NKJV ) Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.

Oh, I can hear it now..."CASEY?!" Yes, Casey. If you know the Lord and understand spiritual things you know that Casey is a victim too. A victim of things we can see and understand and a victim of things the natural world does not know or acknowledge. This outcome of her actions was set in motion a long time ago when the obvious was ignored and opportunities to intervene were lost. Choices by Casey, those around and others who came into her life set off a chain of events that endangered Caylee from the day she was born.

Proverbs 22:6 ( NLT ) 6 Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.

As I've watched this media circus and spectacle spiral out of control I've been shocked and amazed. Thousands of people worldwide have become judge, jury and executioner for Casey Anthony. I saw people arrive at the Anthony house last night to protest Casey not being in jail and for her immediate punishment for Caylee's disappearance. I have heard that there are hundreds more planning to protest on Monday in front of the house as well. What are they protesting - our judicial system of being innoncent until proven guilty and the right to a fair trial? I am so glad we do not live in the time of Frontier Justice otherwise mob rule would have allowed them to rush the house, throw a noose around her neck and hang her from the nearest tree. As the comments and accusations have flowed toward anyone and everyone on the periphery, myself and my son included, I wonder where has compassion and mercy gone in 2008?

James 2:13 ( NKJV ) 13For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Last night I was reminded of a story I was told by a dear lady I met in 1992 in Tallahassee, Florida at my original home church. Her name was Lillian Leathers. She was a Messianic Jew who moved to Tallahassee to work with and be under the leadership of my spiritual father and mentor, Pastor Robert Shelley. Lillian was the original Diamond Lil from the early days of nightclubs in NYC and Washington D.C. in the 1960's. She later got saved and dedicated her life to the Lord as a completed Jew. While she was alive she was a regular on Jewish Voice.
One Saturday night as I sat in the Church Sanctuary to pray for the Sunday Service, Lillian came into to pray. She came to where I was sitting. She told me a story that to this day is burned into my mind and spirit. She told me how she had become deathly ill a few years before. Ill to the point there was nothing that could be done for her and she was expected to die. As the pain gripped her body lying in that hospital bed and cried out to the Lord for mercy. She told me that at that moment she heard the audible voice of God in her hospital room, "Lil, you have given no mercy when it was asked for and now can get none. Your mercy account is empty!" He flashed through her mind all of the times she had been quick to judge someone and slow to forgive. Her heart broke in repentance and all the bitterness held within her heart flowed from the tears of her eyes. The pain left her body and she quickly recovered because He gave His mercy.
It was the first time I had read James 2:13: if we offer no mercy our judgement will be without mercy. I wonder if any of those who call for the head of Casey Anthony or say, do or write the things that are being written before justice has played itself out will remember what they have said, written or done when the day comes that they need mercy. Some are confident and brazen enough to put their names to their acts by speaking to newspapers and TV reporters. When the sudden swift attack comes into their lives, their homes, their families will they remember that since they offered no mercy for Casey their account will be empty and that they will have none to draw on. I do not write this in judgement of them but sorrowful compassion because I know that it is a spiritual law that will be enforced.

Psalms 145:8-9 ( NKJV ) 8 The Lordis gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and great in mercy. 9 The Lordis good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works.

You see, my tears and brokenheartedness is not just because of Caylee. It's inspired by how I treated Casey, and therefore Caylee, after the break up of Casey and my son Jesse. I hope that someone who reads these blogs will allow these words to seep into their heart and their spirit to spotlight an area where they may need to repent of being less then Christlike to someone.

I am not excusing Casey nor condoning any of her actions. No I have not and will not do that. What am I doing is stating clearly for all to hear - our actions or choices are not based on what others do. Our actions and choices in every matter are based on what we do and on the grace, compassion and mercy the Lord offered us when we deserved judgement. The truth is that when it came to Casey I failed miserably as an example of the Lord. When it came to Caylee I allowed my anger and personal feelings toward Casey to hinder and box up my feelings for Caylee. I loved Casey as my future daughter-in-law and was always glad to see her and enjoyed having her and Caylee in our home. She sat at our table and did Shabbat with us. She spent Sunday's with us watching football, movies and eating dinner. We laughed together and planned many more days of the same. I allowed my personal feelings toward Casey after she did what was the only outcome for such a dysfunctional emotional make up to cheat me out of what might be my final earthly moment with Caylee last December.

The Lord has a funny way of shoving into your face an area He wants you to deal with. When we arrived for Police Academy graduation in December of 07 we parked our car, walked toward the pathway leading to the entrance and right into Casey and Caylee. It was one of those moments that you know just didn't happen on its own and there was a Divine Hand directing your path. When I saw the young woman with a stroller coming out of the shadows toward us my heart sank. I immediately thought, "Lord, what are you doing?!" Oh, I knew what He was doing. I knew it in my head but that box in my heart where I had shoved all of my pain for the loss of Casey and Caylee in our lives became too important at that moment and I blew it. Oh I was polite. I was cordial. I wasn't rude. But, I also wasn't loving, forgiving or Christlike. Later on at the Academy reception Casey brought Caylee over to where we were sitting and instead of scooping her up in my arms, remind her of who we were and loving on her I allowed the pain of seeing no recoginition in her eyes - recognition that had no business being there because she was too young to remember us - to rattle that locked area of my heart - and I missed my moment. Instead I saw Casey through hurt, betrayed eyes and instead of seeing her as the Lord would I saw her as Richard would. I said hello, tosseled her hair and turned away. I didn't want to open that box and deal with the pain I knew was there. I missed a moment to offer Casey forgiveness and to renew a relationship with Caylee. I missed moments to send Caylee gifts anyway during the last two years. Could that encounter have been a gift from above because of where we are now? I missed a gift given to me by my Heavenly Father and Lord to redeem myself, get rid of that pain and I let Them and me down.

Romans 7:24 ( NKJV ) 24O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?

I want to say to everyone who wonders how Jesse could have stayed in Casey's life after how badly she betrayed and hurt him and continued to love Caylee how PROUD I AM OF HIM that he didn't follow my example. Oh, it has had a price of opening him up to conjecture and ridiculous speculation but it has the reward of knowing that at that moment when he could have offered judgement he offered compassion, love and mercy.
So, when you read of the pain I feel or see the tears that flow tonight during an interview on Geraldo Rivera on Fox at 10 p.m. know that they are from a broken heart that I had a hand in creating. Remember that as you pray for all the innocents out there who have no one to cry for them. Remember that when you pray for the grieving parents, grandparents, husband, wives, family and friends of the missing who walk by empty bedrooms and unused toys.

Psalms 126:5-6 ( NKJV ) 5 Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. 6 He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.

You see, they are having their "what if" moments too. I pray that when your time comes, if it ever does, you can be confident in knowing that your mercy account is full.
Thank you for allowing me to be transparent and share with you my feelings. I do not take that lightly nor do it for selfish gain. I truly want to spare someone my mistakes and therefore my pain. I understand that it opens me up to ridicule and mocking. But, if it saves one person from making my mistakes it will be worth it.

Could we see George and Cindy Anthony suffer breakdowns on camera?

That thought must have crossed your mind if you've been following the saga of their missing granddaughter, Caylee Anthony. George and Cindy so often seem at the breaking point. I'm sure a psychological meltdown would please the viewers who detest the Anthonys or fault them for daughter Casey Anthony's strange behavior. (Cindy is pictured.)

For weeks, Casey has refused to say what happened to Caylee. The thinking goes: How could the grandparents not have realized there was a crisis?

The grandparents have remained in the headlines because of the protests outside their home in East Orange County. There was another fight Friday night between the Anthonys' neighbors and demonstrators.

Strangely enough, though, the protests probably generated some sympathy for the grandparents. Perhaps a discussion on Monday's "Dr. Phil" will bring them more. (It airs at 7 p.m. on WKMG-Channel 6.) The grandparents hired defense attorney Mark NeJame to help them with media issues, and NeJame appears on "Dr. Phil."

NeJame was the rare TV guest who could hold his own with Nancy Grace of CNN Headline News. NeJame knows how to conduct himself in front of a camera; he used to be married to former WESH-Channel 2 anchor Wendy Chioji. 

NeJame had to be happy about a bit of coverage Friday night on WFTV-Channel 9. Chief Mark Strobridge of the Orange County Sheriff's Office asked protesters to be reasonable. Then he added: "George and Cindy are victims. We need to remind the world that that's truly the case."

The e-mails I receive usually suggest there's just one victim here: the missing girl, who hasn't been seen for months.

NeJame had his work cut out for him in trying to help the grandparents. Before he arrived, they set an example, all right: This is how NOT to deal with the media. They offered bewildering answers or behavior in interviews. And some readers have opined that the grandparents enjoy the attention.

Even now, the grandparents keep doing perplexing things. Engaging with protesters just provides more footage for media outlets. And why, oh why, would Cindy carry a bat in facing the protesters? Cindy's interview with Univision was another strange twist.

Memo to the grandparents: Calling NeJame before making any media moves.

But the wisest thing for them to do? Go away. Or at least stay away from the media.

One way to start could be found in a WFTV report: Kathi Belich reported that the homeowners association had asked the Anthonys to stop holding prayer vigils outside their home. Those vigils always bring the media.

Also on Friday, WKMG reported that NeJame met with the sheriff's office about the protests and the escalating tensions. Reporter Louis Bolden said the sheriff's office was trying to come up with a strategy on the protests. Bolden noted that County Commissioner Linda Stewart has suggested a curfew in the neighborhood.

On Saturday morning, WESH-Channel 2 and WFTV reported that protesters and Anthony neighbors had faced off Friday night. Demonstrators reacted when George Anthony came out to give water to the Guardian Angels. The Guardian Angels stepped in to break up the fight. WFTV had footage of a protester daring a neighbor to hit him.

WFTV also reported that a Winter Park law firm has closed a trust fund to help search for Caylee -- a move that upset the grandparents. The firm wanted to help the family, but faced criticism from angry bloggers and callers. The law firm is looking for another group to take over the trust fund.

It's just very hard for many people to feel sympathy for the grandparents. Ultimately, it isn't a matter of media skills -- it's one of truth. People want it, and they think the grandparents have it. And, thus, the bad feelings toward George and Cindy Anthony.

please dont anybody throw anything at me....I just want to respond to this post because this is something I am very familar with as I grew up around the swampy waters of the OkieFanoakee swamps here in Florida......I would just like to say that a so called Gator infested body of water would also mean that if that many gators inhabited a body of water that food was in large amount and easy to find because if not a gator will not stay....it will go where it can find food....having said that I also wanted to say that also Gators do not usually eat something that is already dead...It has something to do with the heat from the body showing the Gator that it is fresh...otherwise the Gator is not so interested....not to say that it wouldnt (test) it just to see but I think it is highly more likely just to hide this find and not eat it........IMO...

Probably because they are sick and tired of media and protestors stomping on their grass, etc.  I really feel sorry for the people in that neighborhood.  They didn't ask for all of this, it's not their fault.  The Anthony's could solve alot of these problems by letting Casey rot in jail instead of bailing her out.

I think some people think it's a good way to donate.  It's certainly not a good way to get a photo when most everyone these days has a color printer and could print their own photo from the ones already on the internet.

Great info..I also am in Florida.  I am not a alligator expert but I thought I remember hearing that alligators were a problem after Katrina hit.  That is...alligators eating human remains.  The whole aliigator thing is pretty far fetched though I think.

I have given GA and CA an awful lot of leeway. I have always felt a missing child had to be these worst thing a person could ever have to face. Hello Monkeys. Not much time today, still have a sick hubby and little one to care for. I did want to update on this.

First, they can donate 100 percent to the nonprofit directly. This seller is only "allegedly" donating 95 percent to the nonprofit. This means this seller will profit from this little girl's image. Secondly, there might be a copyright violation in reproducing this image by printing it out or copying it, even in black and white (it's offered as a black and white, not a color picture.)

I never heard back from the seller regarding if they have a legal right to use this image. I have emailed one media outlet, and am considering to email more of them. This is unethical, at the least. But possibly illegal, if there is a copyright owner.

What "IF" the whole Anthony family decides to excercise their 5th Amendment rights and say nothing? Would that like piss off 60 million people?

They drive their cars into the garage and shut the door, so we don't really know what they bring into the house.
I imagine things are tense in that household.
A few nights ago it was said on Nancy Grace that the Anthony's have no equity in their home.  So, how are they managing to pay their bills and mortgage with none of them working?

I live in Florida, and have all my life, and anyone from here will tell you to watch where you go in and around any body of water.  Alligators are wanderers, you never know!  My hubs owns a pool construction company and they have called FFWL to come and trap and remove gators all the dang time from a pool.  LOL  (I live in SW FL now so I am really in the everglades.)

Secondly, I have been researching all week reports on gators to see if in fact they will eat dead "things".  I have read that gators can go for long periods of time without eating too...thought that was interesting...due to their cold blooded nature.  ANYHOO what I have found is that yes they do eat dead "things", there was a problem with the gators eating the bodies from Katrina.  What I have read does state however that they do not look for dead "things", but if it something dead does happen upon them their currious nature takes over and they go for it.  Also, alligators do not chew their food.  All break down happens within their stomaches.

Guess what! The listing has been "Revised!" YIPPEE! They now have 100 percent going to the non-profit, and have it being administered by "Ebay Giving Works" It wasn't this way before, just ask MSE, who also was on top of this with me.

I still don't know about copyright legalities, but at least this seller has caved to the pressure of only 95 percent donation, and us asking how they are going to prove where the donation goes. Whew!

Just reading Jesse's statement again, and wondered if Casey buried Caylee at the beach?
You know how she lies, but some truth is sometimes webbed in....and she told Jesse, that Caylee was at the beach with the Nanny, but maybe she's at the beach cause she buried her there? Does anyone know which beaches Casey frequently went to?

Not to sound like a buz kill, just want to shine a little ray of reality your way...Anthony is a popular last name.  In fact I have a close friend with that last name and when this all first came out I straight up asked her if she was any relation to that family, of course she stated she was not, but it is a popular last name.  Her family is from NJ area, and I think GA is from Ohio?? 
Not sure how popular the name Lee is, but I know that the last name Anthony is around!  (Not as much as Smith though..LOL)

Awe...more great info..LOTS of gators in Florida.  I can totally agree with that.  I have stated previously that there is a baby gator living in a ditch close to my house. I have named him Elvis because he has a deformed lip.  I feed him hot dogs all the time.  He is only like 3 feet long...but very AGGRESIVE when eating as in SNAPPING hard and thrashing body around.  I have called to have him rescued but they have not came to get him yet.  All that said...I can't believe Casey would rely on a gator to get rid of evidence.

I did not know for sure if they did or didnt either, which is why I went looking due to the whole Lake Jessup coming up.  That lake has the largest population of gators in the USA with over 10,000.  Those are some hungry gators.  That is why I went on the prowl.  Also, I read that they are very jealous creatures, so if one near by had something it will try and hide it from them or fight over what is being covetted.

We may be getting the education on alligators, however that does not mean that Casey has been educated about alligators...just saying.

If she watches the movies like the ones that she stated on the MySpace (American Psycho) she may be of the impression, as are many other non-knowing Americans, that alligators are a great way to dispose of a body.

I must say over the past week my original thoughts on this case have changed a bit.  I had originally thought that CA was in on it from the beginning trying to cover for her daughter.  Now, I do not think that she was from the beginning.  I think that she might have been the last to know.  She was the firecraker in the media trying to get the word out about Caylee from the very beginning, where George was sort of laid back and just watching her and following. 
The fact that she washed the pants, IMO was due to possibly a suggestion from George... he was trying to clean out the trunk, she was hovering..."Here Cindy go do something, wash these pants.."  (I get that a lot during football season)
Lee is guilty as sin.  At first I thought he was just an innocent bistandard thrown into this mess due to relation...now I think he is in this elbow deep along with George.

I thought of the same thing a while ago and posted about it.  I know the pictures of her and Caylee at the beach were take at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach, it is right on the beach.  I recognized it because of the Holiday Inn in the background and there are two wooded areas at the park. 

Lee and George with his limp noodle of a hose can share a cell together for obstruction of justice and falsifying a police report.  Cindy can share a cell with a larger than life inmate named Olga.  Casey, well she needs to get that which she deserves.  Everyone in this case is guilty of something, big or small.  Lying may not be a crime, but when you write it in as a sworn statement or testimony it becomes legal.
Just babbling right now I know...so upset that this is all still going on.

I re listened to that one 911 call where Cindy talks about dead body smell today.  She was frantic.  It's very disturbing to listen to.  Upsetting to me. There is no way she was in on it at that point....BUT...  now as you have stated...Elbow deep with George I agree. Who better to advise her what to do then her EX COP hubby.

If this was a TV pilot, nobody would watch it. It is so unbelievable! My oldest daughter came over the other day, my husband  (who is as obsessed as I am) and I were trying to tell her all about Caylee and the Anthony family. She was blown away with Casey's lies and cold demeanor.
This beautiful baby girl needs to be found and given a new home or a decent burial. The one thing that I will not watch is the video done on Father's Day. It would be way too sad...................It is very hard to see the Great Grandpa and Caylee picture.

Good information.  Deerfield is SE FL, that would be like 3.5 hours from his parents home.  Why would GA call his son and say "Go check on your ma" if he lived such a great distance....that MUST have just been a cover up made by GA and LA to give reasoning for his presence.....

I think Cindy was the last to know too and while I think they all know now and that's why Lee didn't want anyone taking the lie detector tests, I still question at what point they knew. I'm still up in the air as to when Lee knew and what hand he played only because of the phone calls and where he tried to get Casey to talk to the FBI without Baez, that would seem dangerous if he played a role. I have thought that maybe Cindy protects Casey because she's really protecting George and/or Lee and in order to do that, she must uphold Casey's story. Casey is definately holding something over her head because she went from calling 911, saying the car smelled like a dead body to talking to her in jail saying she didn't know what Casey's role was to boom, I trust and support my daughter, she's a wonderful mother, blah, blah, blah.

Exactly. While Casey may believe gators would dispose of a body I would think that if partial bones were found that any gator nest in the vicinity would be searched. Partial bones would be expelled in gator poop. And depending on when the gator ate, LE would open a stomach to examine contents.
Also take into account that raccoons, possums, and other critters are all over FL and they eat carrion. But they also have a nest.
sorry to be so graphic. When I lived in FL I swam with gators all the time. But the population was less back then.

3 very clear signs of that to me are:


1. Cindy's frantic 911 call

2. The first "on the scene" hand written police reports. Cindy, George, Lee
    George's and Lee's are matching up. Cindy is still out of the loop.

3. The first media interview where Cindy began to backtrack and say "it was pizza."

Wow.  Thats a bit much.  Never know though with this case as anything that can happen seems to happen.

I am not sure though, since the events would have happened prior to the marriage would it still be considered off limits to put them up on the stands...

Were there any gator experts on the search teams? Does the BF have aligator expertise? I would think they need a wildlife expert to determine tracks and age of deposits if in fact there are fragments of bone. A tracker would give us an interesting clue.

The timeline is also still interesting and the fact that TES is asking for info on Casey's whereabouts the 17th to 30th. That means they still want to piece together a case.
Maybe Casey moved around at night. I suspect she went back to the house when George and Cindy were at work but that was only from 3-6 p.m. since they had overlapping shifts.

They have plenty of trackers through the Florida Fish and Wildlife at their disposal I am sure.  Given the amount of alligators within just that area that would be a dangerous and time consuming job.  10,000+ in just Lake Jessup alone. 
If Casey had gone back more than what has been reported by neighbors than it has not yet been "leaked".  I think if she had gone back when CA and GA were not home someone would have noticed this.

I asked that too, but I think the house is on a concrete slab, hence no under the house.
