I can't see Casey going into the woods behind the airport but I can see George leaving a false trail.

I think there are certain parts of statements that either weren't released or were on CD's....anything that might be info/evidence for a murder charge has not been release, at least that's my understanding. And there is info that Jesse was asked not to talk about by LE.

So, here has been no statement from the LE that Caylee was out of incest.  I myself believe that Casey was very busy and didnt know who the father was.  I just wanted to make sure that there wasnt actual proof and only specualation about LA and GA being the father.  Because that is pretty hard core to say.  The more and more I hear LP I dont know what to believe.

I just can't get my brain around that scenario. I immediately go to when Caylee was last seen by someone you can believe. Yes, Jessee thinks he heard Caylee on the 24th, but cannot say that with certainty. I think the 15th is the last time we can be sure Caylee was alive. My bet is that LE has spoken with people at the Nursing Home, and someone can confirm Caylee was there. I know this isn't a popular view, but I'm not sure the date of the 9th was a purposeful error by Cindy. She said that she usually goes to visit on the weekends, and therefore Father's Day didn't stand out to her. That's plausible, IMO.

If Caylee survived til the 24th, where was she? I just think it's far more likely that Jessee either mis-remembers the date he heard Caylee, or Casey purposefully led him to believe Caylee was there with her than it is that no one has come forward and said they saw Caylee between the 15th and 24th. JMHO!  ::MonkeyWink::

CHICAGO - An attorney has been suspended for more than a year for accepting nude dances from a stripper as partial payment for the legal fees she owed him.

The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission on Thursday said Scott Robert Erwin will begin serving a 15-month suspension for misconduct next month.

Erwin, who practices in the northern Illinois city of DeKalb, and his client mutually agreed that she'd perform nude dances for him in his office as a way to reduce her legal fees, the commission's report said. He credited her for $534 toward his bill for services of various legal matters, the report said.

While she agreed to the performances, the client contended he touched her inappropriately during those dances, and she went to police in 2002 with sexual assault allegations.

Erwin denied any inappropriate touching happened, and he was never charged criminally, the report said. He declined to comment on the panel's decision Thursday. The woman no longer works as a stripper, the report said.

I think Jesse is simply mistaken, Casey could have been in Target for all we know and he heard a kid. I don't think Cindy purposely misled anyone on the date either, I think she was just going with what Casey said but Casey got caught in her own web of lies when she said Caylee had been missing 31 days. I'm still going with the night of the 15th or the day of the 16th.

One thing I was thinking about, once police arrived on July 15th, were they with her straight through until she was arrested?

George said Casey arrived without Caylee at approx 2:25-2:30.  At 2:40 she was on MySpace.  At 2:46 she called Jesse and had an 18 minute phone call with him.  If Jesse says he heard Caylee at 2:46 that day, either he is lying or George is.  No way did the gas can, myspace, rounding up Caylee somewhere, and the phone call all happen within 16-20 minutes.

The Central Connecticut State University freshman works one day a week. Her business attire includes knee-high boots and a cut-off T-shirt, and many nights she walks away with hundreds of untaxed dollars.

The slender, attractive, young woman uses sex appeal to sell tubes of liquor to patrons at Club Blu in Hartford. She is a shot girl.

"It's easy for a college student," Roos said. "You're going to class all week, you're working on papers and on weekends, college kids want to go out. So why not work at a bar?"

The 19-year-old is one of an estimated 40,000 shot girls hired to boost liquor sales nationwide at clubs ranging from those in small towns such as Lebanon, N.H., to Miami's trendy South Beach night spots.

But experts say the job can be fraught with legal problems.

Unlike waitresses, shot girls actively encourage drinking, a practice that some experts say could lead to excessive consumption. Some shot girls also drink shots that male customers buy for them, despite being underage. And shot girls have more of an incentive than waitresses to push booze -- they buy bottles of mixed alcohol from the bar and resell them on the floor, pocketing the profits.

"The underlying issue is not that it's being sold, it's the way it's being sold," said Brad Krevor, director of the Responsible Retailing Forum, an industry group that addressed shot girls at its annual meeting in April. "It's certainly not the way liquor laws were envisioned."

Connecticut, like most states, prohibits reselling alcohol and bars could lose their liquor licenses for violating that law. But managers say there's nothing illegal about the way shot girls operate.

"It's not like you're buying booze at a package store and you're bringing it to your establishment and selling it," said Rob Nolan, manager of Club Blu. "You already bought it, it's in your establishment. Instead of going to the bar to buy a shot you're buying a shot from a girl, that's all it is."

It might not be that simple. The laws that assign liability when intoxicated customers injure themselves and others weren't written with shot girls in mind. In states that require training for bar employees, the requirements for freelance shot girls are less clear.

The proliferation of shot girls may be evident, yet only a handful of complaints related to the practice have been reported in Connecticut, according to John Suchy, director of the state's liquor control division of the Department of Consumer Protection.

Despite that fact, Suchy says, it is still a concern for law enforcement and liquor commission agents.

"If the people that are selling the alcoholic liquor are buying those drinks from the bar and then reselling it, they're committing a crime because they're selling without a permit," he said.

Some liquor distributors spend millions on shot girl programs. Many are run by large companies, such as Sidney Frank Importing Co., that experts say are more likely to be concerned with liability issues.

Sidney Frank became famous for promoting Jagermeister by in the mid 1980s hiring "Jagerette" models to go to bars and persuade college-age students to buy the German licorice-flavored liquor. Some experts say the shot girl concept was born out of the Jagerette program.

In the rush to sell sex appeal and shots, some freelance shot girls admit crossing the line.

"I don't really drink," said Stephanie Scionti, a 19-year-old a broadcasting and communications major at Briarwood College who works at Club NV in Hartford. "But if a client buys me one -- sometimes."

At Club Blu on a recent evening, two shot girls took repeated shots with different customers as they circulated through the crowd. One afterward confessed to feeling a buzz and said she started drinking before work that night. Both were underage.

Nolan said he was unaware that went on, and would have fired them on the spot had he seen it. Nolan has been using shot girls since the club opened about four years ago and credits them with raising liquor sales by about 5 percent.

"I've noticed my bars have been slammed at four or five people deep and nobody can get to the bar, so why not have people walking around and sell shots?" he said.

Nolan believes the majority of Connecticut nightclubs and bars employ shot girls, an estimate that's impossible to verify because such data isn't collected locally or nationwide. Taylor Rau, editor of the trade journal Night Club & Bar Magazine, estimates as many as 40,000 college-age girls work as shot girls around the country.

And the number of bars employing them has risen steadily over the past decade, a trend that seems unlikely to slow down soon, he said.

"It's so beneficial to owners, ultimately to guests," Rau said. "It adds a little extra flavor to the night. It keeps the room circulating."

I had a friend of mine do it and she told me after quitting a week later that it was VERY hard work, at the club she worked at there were quotas and guys always grabbing at her and she had to wear clothes that were sleazier than she would even were clubbing.

Or your other job description would be stand in front of Makos and try to get every guy that walks by to come in and get a free shot. Mako's is the trashiest club in Orlando and the only people that go to it are under 21 or punk kids looking to start a fight

There's fodder for both sides, IMO. I can see the possibility that the defense could use him to 1) help establish Casey as a doting Mom, 2) Bring in the name of Zanny a year before this incident, 3) Bring reasonable doubt that Caylee died in the timeframe from the 15th-17th. The prosecution may not have a body and in that event, they will try to create a scenario that will be as concise as possible. Phone Calls, Shovel, etc will be fit into that into a story. Tight circumstances and forensics will be their case in the absence of a body, and an integral part even with a body, IMO. They'll determine the most likly timeframe and build a case around it.

The defense can use him to discredit him.  But as far as a strong witness to get Casey convicted, I think they will be Amy, Tony, and California military guy.  I just dont feel confident that they have enough yet.  Just seems like if they had found anything they would have her arrested.  She is a suicide risk.  Wait sociopaths dont kill themselves do they....  I just think that Casey did this and there is a chance she could get the neglect charge and that is it (other than the fraud)

Good work CBB.  IF George is telling the truth about the time Casey was there on the 24th, Jesse definitely did not hear Caylee.  Do you think Casey called Jesse to tell him what had happened with her dad and the gas cans?

Shellbell - there is no actual requested limit but there's no need for more than 3 or 4.  I think some people like to see how many they can do.  We are asking people to be careful about it.

FYI -it's harder to try and fix posts that are messed up from trying to elimnate quotes. 

I'm not Klaas but I don't think there is a limit.  If you are having difficulty trying to cut the quotes I would say just quote with the stacks.

I'm assuming that the records including the 24th have been released.

iris, I'm not sure why Casey called Jessee, but he said it was a usual conversation with Casey complaining about her Mom and her need to move out, etc.

They haven't released the phone records (that I know of).  The date/time of the call to Jesse where he says he heard Caylee was in that mess of 400 pages - June 24th/2:46 pm.  18 minute call.

Anyway ... the timeline does not fit.  According to George ... at 2:30 PM Casey is home and ... Caylee is with Zanny.  Assuming that George is out even an hour regarding the time and ... Casey does call called Jesse at 2:46 PM ... there is no way Jesse could have heard Caylee.

Troy is a friend of Amy's.  This message was left during the time Casey was telling Amy C&G were signing the house over to Casey.  Amy was supposed to move in with Casey there, but Casey kept putting her off with excuses.  In this message, Casey is explaining to Troy that Amy has not moved in yet and she (Casey) hasn't been staying at the house either.  Interesting that "9 days" means Casey hasn't been living with C&G since June 15th.

like i said earlier, im almost positive casey hasnt touched any kind of drug, she would be bitchy if she saw somebody smoke weed.and i wont be naieve to say that at our parties people people dont show up high, but ill be realistic, we dont do it. but we cant account for others.

This whole story doesn't make sense to me.  Do George and Cindy even talk to each other. 

Casey took off with Caylee, Cindy is looking for them and he is like Hi, Honey, Where's Caylee? Coming home tonight?  Then he is supposedly getting ready for work and suddenly he remembers he needs that wedge thing- to rotate the tires?  Why would it be in her car? If something was in my kids car, I would tell them to go get it for me.  He's like, oh, I'll get it, no problem, I'll get it with my spare key.  The whole story is strange.  Then the call to Jesse is too soon for all that to have happened.  You know, if he founds those gas cans, he went nuts for at least 5 minutes!!

I have a novel idea. We should update the timeline thread with these sources so that we never have to reconstruct this again.

I really do not believe George's stories.  His story about seeing the girls leave on the 16th was not believable, nor is his gas can story on the 24th.  So, if George is making up stories, he must be trying to provide Casey an alibi. 

LE will know where she was posting from by now, I'm sure. IP address would confirm that or debunk it, I would think.

I love that George can be so specific about the time a month earlier and yet he states on June 16th he was getting ready to go to work at 12:50, if his schedule varies, no way would he be able to be that specific.

And Casey says 9 days, so looks like she left on the 15th. I sure hope LE proves him to be the liar he is.

And, the cell phone pings on the 24th will tell where she was when she was talking to Jesse.

06/24/08 - George claims the shed lock was broken and two cans of gas were stolen within a few days ago. George filed a report with LE. George later reports he saw Casey on the 24th without Caylee between 2:25pm 2:30pm. George asks where's Caylee? Casey said Caylee was with Zanny, and she was just stopping in to get some clothes for work. Casey told George Caylee and she would be home later that night or the next day. George said Casey knew about the gas can from a conversation with her mother earlier. Later he recovered the gas cans from her trunk. He says Casey was resistant to letting him open the trunk, but when he did, it contained only the gas cans. The trunk appeared normal at that time. Later, Casey consoles Jesse after he resigns from his job at the Orange County Sheriff's Office on this date. At 2:40pm Casey sends a message to Troy about not having lived in "the house" for the past 9 days (June 15th) due to "DRAMMMA." At 2:46pm Amy writes to a Troy on Facebook: "I'm still at Ricardo and JPs... hopefully everything works out soon! Hey, so I forwarded my mail a little late… any idea how to get my insurance stuff that got mailed to the Oviedo house?" At 2:46pm per Jesse, Casey calls him as he drives to submit his resignation letter; 18-min "get off the table" phone call. (Jesse first stated he heard Caylee respond in the background. Later he tells LE he can't be certain that he heard her.) Casey is making plans to hook up with friends for the upcoming weekend.

I was just reading and reading the answers to all the questions asked of him.  I really hadn't a clue about if he was believable or not.  Then I came back to SM and read Klaas's take on him and now don't believe what he said.  I have to say that I respect her take on most everything concerned with Caylee threads.  I'm always so overwhelmed with all the news and she is very commonsense.  I did feel his answers were very believable but then questioned myself as to  just what he would be so willing to be so chatty for.  There were some things that seemed to jump right off the pages for me though...  I do believe I saw "absolutely" one time too many.  Then again I will now always think of KC every time I hear the word "absolutely". ::MonkeyWaa::
