The investigators' reports show that Casey Anthony's computer files included an image titled "girl" which depicts a drawing of a little girl with long straight hair and in a striped shirt staring up at a teddy bear that is hanging from a hangman's noose.

The caption reads: Why do people kill people, who kill people, to show people that to kill people is bad?

I think it would be very hard to find a jury that could be sympathetic to Casey Anthony.  Her behavior is abhorrent!  I know Darlie Routier did some really awful and stupid stuff after killing her sons, but Casey takes the cake!  She is probably on her Facebook page right now setting up an application so her fan club can rate her "hawtness"! ::MonkeyNoNo::

This report says LE is "getting close" to finding out when the chloroform searches were. You'd think by now, they would have determined that.

Is Court TV now TruTV?  ::MonkeyShocked::  I never really noticed.. I haven't watched it religiously since the Scott Peterson trial..that I can recall, anyway. (I do watch some of their evening shows, on occasion).

I would think this is huge enough that they would cover it.. especially if it ends up turning into a murder trial at some point.. which seems is possible.

I saved several hundred of them before someone went on a delete spree.

Some docs are coming out.  WFTV has interviews with Rusciano and another ex, Chris Stutz.  This new ex says Casey was at his house either June 16, 17, or 18 driving Tony's Jeep.  She just hung around visiting for two hours or so.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  Why would she be driving Tony's Jeep?

Hi Rob.....let me put on my fire retardant suit first....I think Casey was using choloform to keep Caylee out of her hair while she, Casey, played.....she Fucxed it up and Caylee dies...is that an accident? I don't think she set out to kill her...but did....so it's murder....but perhaps not first degree? 

I am still trying to figure out where was Caylee all the times the Anthony's thought she was at the baby sitters?? When the friends thought she was at the baby sitters? When Casey was supposed to be at work...but had no job? Where was Caylee then?? If she was at a day care or baby sitter why has no one stepped forward?

This girl has a twisted sense of humor.  She is very dangerous to everyone IMO.  How could she have passed a Psycho evaluation?

This thing is heating up and Mr. Baez is in way over his head. As odious as it may seem, all defendants are entitled to competent and vigorous defense. With this attorney's behavior and the legal bungling seen thusfar, we had better hope that he is replaced as Casey's defense attorney - and soon! Any conviction will likely be appealed where screw ups in defense could result in new trial.

The last thing anyone wants to see is for any conviction to be overturmed on appeal because of incompetent defense! I would love to see him fall on his face, but not at the expense of justice for Caylee!

hey ya Sunny... no flames here. I'm still not sure how the chloroform figures in. There are only so many uses, so it's one of them.

I just think Casey strangled Caylee after leaving her house on the night of the 15th and before arriving at Tony's. In the trunk for 2 days or roughly 18 hours and buried in the back yard... then moved again in the trunk. Maybe placed around the Sawgrass apartments in an attempt to blame Zenaida and moved once again in the trunk back to her house where George discovered her in the trunk.

that's how it looks to me. Moved a few times, and somehow she or George have placed her in a area that is hard to find despite the massive search. Hiding bodies is hard but not impossible for even Casey.

I've been wondering about that myself. So, it's safe to assume she is not a very good mom. (Cough.) Maybe she just left Caylee either in the car or at home, when no one else was there. And usually she got lucky and nothing bad happened to Caylee. People continue to leave kids in cars even with case after case of children dying. And it doesn't seem beyond her to just leave Caylee napping at the Anthony house or leave her occupied with toys while mommy runs out for a couple of hours.   

Love to know the "date" on this file!  I bet Casey's been thinking about this for a while!  Can you say "pre-meditated" !?!

Frankensquirrel update:

46 hours post mortem.  Frankie is a right mess.  Rigor has disappeared and he's all floppy once again.  Fluids are leaking out of eyes, ears, mouth and nether regions.  The smell is terrific, but it's still a flat, dead, animal smell - not the sweet/sour revolting smell of human decomp.  I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to be able to evaluate him - the smell is making me gag.   ::MonkeyNoNo::

Given that she was living with them/mooching off of them they should have been all up in her business, IMO. My mom always asks about where her grandkids babysitters. Do they have dogs? Do they smoke? Etc. The Anthonys have all been living in a fantasy world and they don't want to leave.

picture indicate that the picture was taken June 15, 2008 at 12:03:27 pm.

The results are a series of contradictory statements and a thoroughly confused listener". Sociopaths will lie and cheat to deceive for money, power, control and sex. They seldom stick around to have their lies exposed; instead, they move on to a new neighborhood or city. The lying and deception, the manipulation and conning are pervasive.

I learned that sociopaths are impulsive and don't spend much time considering the consequences of their actions. According to Dr. Hare "the psychopath carries out his evaluation of a situation - what he will get out of it and at what costs - without the usual anxieties, doubts and concerns about being humilitated, causing pain, sabotaging future plans..." These are the things that people of conscience struggle with when considering possible actions. Sociopaths know the rules but choose which ones to follow. "They have little resistance to temptation and their transgressions elicit no guilt" (Dr. Hare p76). Often times, sociopaths are protected from the consequences of their behavior by family members, friends and colleagues.

Socipaths are often glib when questioned about their behavior. They are famous for not answering the question asked them or they answer in a way to confuse the questioner. Their answers can often seem unresponsive to the question (Hare p139)

Sunny, I just feel that Casey was in a fit of rage at her mother and killed Caylee. I believe it happened rather quickly after leaving the house. It could have been building for days, weeks or even years, but I just think she did it on the spur of the moment. I don't see any reports of blood - so it looks like it "COULD" be a strangulation.

I have no more info than anyone else, so, I'm just trying to connect the dots like others.

The National Enquirer article convinces me that Leonard Padilla's underlying motivations for involvement in the Caylee Marie case are self serving but ... I  am beginning to embrace ... his  speculation/theory regards to the the broken plastic bag and the dumpster.

This implies that I no longer believe that George participated in the events that encompass the disappearance of his grandaughter.  Cindy would have been suspicious of all the related activity.

I now believe that Lee ... who resides in his own home ... may have assisted his sister in the final disposal of Caylee Marie.  According to Padilla ... Lee was the one who objected to the lie detector test by the FBI ... not Cindy or George.

It needs some refining but ... the following is my revised timeline.

1.  June 16th ... Caylee loses her life through gross neglect or an impulsive action and therefore 911 is not called.  Casey's body is put into a plastic bag and placed in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.
 
2.  June 17th ... Casey spends the day contemplating what to do with her daughter's remains.  She drives to a secluded area near the airport to look it over.  She only spends ten minutes in that location.

3.  June 18th ... Casey backs her vehicle up to her parents' home ... borrows a shovel from a neighbour and buries Caylee in her parent's back yard ... the spot where the dog/s hit on.

4.  June 24th ... Casey returns alone to her parents home to pick up some clothes.  George retrieves the gas cans and "wedge" from the trunk of Casey's trunk. (No odor is  detected).

5.  June 25th ... Casey confies in her brother.

Casey and Lee come to the Anthony resident in separate vehicles in the afternoon while both Cindy and George are at work ... retrieve Caylee's body and ... place Caylee ... in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.  The plastic bag either broke or was leaking.  Nevertheless ... decomposition was released into the trunk "at this time".

6.  June 26th ...  In separate vehicles Casey and Lee arrive at Amscott parking lot later in the evening.  Casey parks beside the dumpster and ... Lee lifts his neice from the trunk and ... places her in the dumpster.  The stench from the leaking/broken plastic bag is by now  overpowering and ... Casey refuses to get back into her vehicle.  Casey drives off as a passenger in Lee's vehicle ... leaving her pocketbook in the front seat.

7.  June 27th ... following a search of the internet in regards to chloroform by Lee and Casey on Cindy's labtop ... Lee drive back to the Amscott parking lot early in the morning.  An attempt is made to clean the trunk with chloroform ... it did not work.  A plan to depose of the vehicle needs to be devised.

8.  June 27th ... later that morning ... Lee drives Casey to her vehicle ... groceries in hand and ... Jesse is contacted and ... informed by Casey that she had run out of gas.

9.  June 27th ... Casey's vehicle is towed away before Lee has a chance to dispose of it.

Leonard Padilla is not doing his speculating when he claims that it was Lee Anthony objected to lie detector tests ... not Cindy or George.  Padilla was a witness.

I believe that Cindy and George's defence of Casey has everything to do with protecting their son.

I have recenly read Lee Anthony in the interview. It wasn't until I heard it last night that I came to this revelation that the LE already has considered:

Lee leaves the house at midnight to go to Tonys apartment to get Caseys things. He hasnt been there before because he asks casey where he lives. He travels to the apartment and picks up her belongings, but wait, He sees the laptop on the counter and opens it and tries to start it, he says it wont load windows under any of 4 or so attempts. He is at a STRANGERS HOUSE AND STAYS THERE TO TRY TO START THE COMPUTER?
The distance from Sawgrass, which is across the street from Tonys apartment, to Hopespring Drive is about 7.1 miles and about 17 minutes drive.

this link is an active search through a service like Intellius. So, you can bet she was indeed searching for Zenaida's info. Casey was actively trying to blame Zenaida for the death of her child.

I'm not sure what other conclusion you can arrive at. The Info search is a pay base service. There is really only one use for something like that - YOU WANT THE INFO ON SOMEONE.

If Casey is trying to blame Zenaida, why wasn't the body found in an area known to Zenaida to accomplish her goals? Was the body around Sawgrass and then moved again?

In order to blame Zenaida Casey needs to put the body and Zenaida together. Or something backfired and the plan didn't work.

All three of the Anthonys' said June 9th was the last day Caylee was seen.  How could they all of been mistaken and used that same date?  I believe Cindy just signed Caylee's name on the register at the nursing home on Father's day.  I know an employee of the nursing homes says she saw Caylee on that day, but I think she was mistaken.  There's a lot of people in those homes and a lot of visitors coming and going.  It'd be pretty hard for an employee to remember exactly who visited who on any specific date.

Cindy idetified Caylee's father to be someone named Eric.  Refresh my memory has there been an Eric mentioned and if so who is he?

Since now LE has just released evidence that Cindy Anthony also initially accused her own daughter of foul play with Caylee, I hope the "real" Zeniada Gonzalez does succeed in her lawsuit against Casey (who has no income)—so that would mean perhaps the Anthony family would be liable.  Good, let them go bankrupt since the movie deal went south!!!!

Not sure if Lee was involved in cover-up or getting rid of Caylee....if you read the interviews and what happened at the house on Father's Day- I think Lee was sincere in his efforts at being surprised and shocked that Caylee was missing.  He seemed at first to want to be cooperative with LE....but Tamiko's Mom has some good theories.

It would appear to me that if Casey ever gets formally charged for the disappearance of her own daughter—there is certainly enough evidence to convict her.  I say, full speed ahead---that woman needs to end up in jail...the sooner the better!!!!!!!

That Anthony Rusciano, what a scum bag.  Isnt he the cop that got fired?  Good thing hes not still protecting the citizens in Orlando.  And the manager at the tow yards statement speaks volumes...WOW!  But in a way it does clear Georges involvement.  He wouldnt have been making those kind of comments about his daughter and the grand daughter being missing and then opened the trunk in front of the manager if he had known Caylee was dead and suspected his daughter especially after they opened the car and the smell knocked them down.

Just when you think this case can't get anymore twisted, this stuff gets released. Yikes! Makes you wonder what goodies LE is holding onto.

Boy oh boy!! She's really hung up on "kill" - either in words or pictures or movies!
This has been a problem for a long, long time.  I'm now wondering if all her talk to Amy about getting the house, to Padilla when she said "get out of my house", etc.,
along with her world of "kill"....I just wonder if she didn't have fantasies about getting rid of George and Cindy.

Wow...after watching that video it occured to me that CA could have used the trunk as a punishment.  We had a woman in the D.C. area put her three kids in the trunk of her car because she said they were being punished.  In fact, I think it's on youtube.  The kids were okay, but it's not the first incident where mothers have put their kids in the trunk.  I wonder if CA put baby CA in the trunk and forgot about her.  LP mentioned said that on NG that baby CA was in a plastic bag..do we know this for sure because the video said LE even knows how baby CA was positioned in the truck.  Which leads me to believe that she was not in a bag and that maybe there is some sort of 'fluid ring' of the body in the trunk.  Last night I was reading SM where somebody was talking about how monkeys have lost sleep over this and I can tell you I'm one of them.  I had to go to a wedding last night and I missed NG, but thanks to bigjuicykungfu I was able to get caught up on youtube.  But then I stayed up until I listened to the audio tapes.  I remember sorta feeling this way when Susan Smith was doing her stupidness, but that's was only about a week until she confessed. 

I was just telling a friend that on the phone.  It has to be awesome stuff they are still hanging on to.

Cindy doesn't just throw Jesse under the bus, she closes the door and runs over him a million times.  She actually says he could threaten Casey to keep her mouth shut.  And now she is running a tractor over him...

Last night on Nasty Grace, one of her 'expert' guests talked about LE leaking these documents and NG explained to him that these had all been filed with the clerk of courts, therefore making them public documents.  I've worked in County Attorney's offices in Wicsonsin, Kansas, and Missouri and we never filed police interviews with the clerk.  The only papers filed were original charges, motions, request for hearing, things like that; never interviews.  Is it different in Florida?

NEWLY RELEASED DOCUMENTS REVEAL NEW DETAILS

We are also learning more about the evidence in the case from hundreds of pages of documents released by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

During an online conversation between Casey and one of her lovers, she talks about Zani the nanny. She talks about how Zani wasn't around to keep Caylee. The information sheds light on how little time Casey wanted to spend with her own daughter.

The more than 600 pages include phone records, text messages, interview transcriptions, hand-written letters and instant messages. Casey Anthony's instant messages with a lover reveal an ongoing sexual relationship in May.

Anthony Rusciano is the man she was having the affair with. He was the sheriff's deputy later fired for lying about the affair. Casey often talked about the sex.

"Sex is good with us, really good. And I know it's not the only reason you want to see me," she told Rusciano during the online exchange in early May.
 
"Good, I hope so, but Jesus, three-week droughts blow, so, again, bring your little fine ass over here," he wrote back.

It seems like Casey's daughter Caylee was the problem in the relationship.

"Ha, want me to bring the little snot head?" Casey asked Rusciano. "Didn't think so," she told him.
 
During the conversation, Casey often refereed to Caylee as "passed out." But what does passed out really mean? Eyewitness News has reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car. Casey makes it clear her own daughter tires her out.

"Seriously, spending the day with Caylee is 10 times more exhausting than working a 12-hour event," she said.

In a transcript released of investigators interviewing the tow truck manager at the company that towed Casey's abandoned car, Simon Burch refers to a strong smell coming from her car.

"The smell was pungent. I mean it was, it knocked me back. It knocked me back," he told investigators on July 24.

Hi Monkeys have been reading here for a long time, I know some of you from "other places" online.
Thanks for the radio broadcasts and the intelligent posts.  If  I need clarification on things I usually check here, and Viola, you all have it.

Am trying to watch the video of Cindy but her body language is all over the place, and I dont feel she is being forthcoming at this point in the interview.  I'm only half done but I see a clear problem with her almost a refusal to pin down exactly what she was doing.
There was no Nanny.  Im not to the part if they discuss a "nanny" and I still have a huge problem with the dates they all initially gave.
I think the last concrete date is the day Caylee went to lunch.  We DO know she was there.  Who is Chris who brought over Caylees swimmers and floaties in the bag?  I've been following this case and who is Chris, is this Snow? 
Sounds to me like her swimsuit is accounted for; Caylee however is not.

Her swimsuit really bothered me as I was sure she drowned.  If her suit was recovered, then Im not so sure.  The info that Caylee was in and out of the pool, is very upsetting though as is the info that Cindy gave Greta regarding the ladder in the down position.  I think it is very possible that Cindy went to work, Casey slept in, Caylee got UP and got into that pool.  Without her gear.  Mommy wouldnt wake up.  Mommy wakes up later in the afternoon and finds her dead in the pool.  And promptly loses it.  Whats everyone elses theory?  I think that her father knowing about Amscot before the Tow Mang told him that's where the car was is really bothering me as well.

I think she is a budding killer. I mean if she killed Caylee and had gotten away with it, who would be next? Anyone who got in the way of what she wanted.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Orange County Sheriff's Office and State Attorney's Office released over 600 pages of documents and a video interview of Cindy Anthony in the Casey Anthony case Friday morning. The documents released include more transcripts of interviews with ex-boyfriends, acquaintances and the tow truck driver who removed her abandoned car from a parking lot in June

Included among the evidence is a picture found on Casey Anthony's computer (see picture). The picture shows a little girl next to a teddy bear hanging by a noose. Next to it is what appears to be an anti-death penalty statement: "Why do people kill people, who kill people, to show people that to kill people is bad?"


Documents reveal she visited missing children web sites as early as March. There's also new information coming from Cindy Anthony's interview with investigators on August 1, showing that in the months before Caylee disappeared, her mother Casey and Caylee were spending more and more time away from the Anthony's home.

Cindy Anthony gave some conflicting statements to investigators that day about Casey and also appeared to be in a hurry as they tried to establish a timeline in Caylee's disappearance.

As Cindy Anthony waited for detectives to bring her water, she sat with her head lowered, arms crossed around herself. She told them that one of Casey's friends brought a bag to the house that Casey had left with him and it held some of Caylee's swimming gear.
But, more significant, Cindy told detectives that shortly before Caylee disappeared, Casey was not coming home at night with Caylee more and more often.

"There could've been one or two nights that they said they stayed at the nanny's, because it seemed like, starting in May and June it was more frequent that they crashed at Zanny's," Cindy told investigators on the video interview.

Even though by this time Cindy Anthony knew that Casey had lied to her about working at Universal, for years she seemed to minimize Casey's faults. On the other hand, she went on the attack about Casey's ex-fiance Jesse Grund, whom investigators say had nothing to do with the case.

Cindy Anthony said Grund had a lot of anger and rage, that he intimidated Casey and that he was disappointed after a paternity test that he was not Caylee's father.

I've always wondered if she slept in her car some nights, passed out with Caylee in the carseat.  Then, waited for her parents to leave them home, and would only Then go home.

It really is that bad.  I knew it would be.  Her body language is so telling; it's off the charts.  She is uncooperative, and often takes the conversation in an opposite direction to derail and confuse and confuggle it.  Even the Invst have to continually rein her back in......

Caylee is not in her bed at night.  Is that Cindy's fault, or is that Casey's fault?  Im still not convinced.  All I know is they are all covering for their lovely addams family.

A form with all the details encompassing the impounding of Casey's vehicle was posted on the forum a while back.

Maybe the correspondence that Cindy and George got in the mail on July 15th from the towing company in regards Casey's impounded vehicle included a copy of this form or ... maybe this correspondence from the twoing company was a letter that included all the impounding details.

I speculate that this is what motivated George to contact Amscot.

It makes me think that maybe Caylee was a trial run for Casey and if the fact that Caylee was missing had not been found out and had gone on awhile that Cindy and George were the next victims.  Her telling Amy that the house was gonna be signed over to her was pretty creepy.

My theory implies that on the 24th ... Caylee was still buried in a plastic bag in the Anthony's back yard ... the spot the dog/s hit on during the official search..

My theory implies that it was not until the 26th that Lee assisted Casey in removing Caylee remains from the Anthony's back yard and ... placing Caylee in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.  It was at this time that decomposition was leaked into the trunk.  Either the plastic bag leaked or ... the plastic bag broke.

So let's see:

That Zanny or the Nanny was also a cover for her to be staying over at boy's houses without Cindy getting mad.

We have an above ground pool and even when it is 100+ outside the water can be really cold.

I find it so difficult to believe that Caylee's death was premeditated but ... the released documents do imply that maybe ... just maybe ...

I do not believe Caylee's death was an "accident".  An accident would imply that 911 would have been called.

Until the release of the documents ... I suspeced that Caylee's death was "unintended" but had resulted from gross negligence or ... an impulsive actions.  Therefore ... the coverup ...

Either physical evidence or ... the presence of drugs in Caylee's system could have implicated Casey in wrongdoing resulting in the death of her daughter.

Janet, I snipped this for space saving reasons.  I believe that the text messages show Casey was trying to retrieve her car but couldn't get a gas can in time.  Unless she had other motives for the gas.  Just wanted you to think about that.

I think you may be on to something about Lee. 

I am beginning to think Casey was planning the "perfect" (in her own mind) crime. She seems to be scoping it out and planning. I had not expected this. Before, I had thought it was gross negligence. But now I am not so sure.

If she knows Lee is involved, she'd be left with only George.  Just a thought

Is this old news....just heard on CNN that sources close to the Anthony's say that Casey has changed her story and that she sold Caylee to someone in Puerto Rico.  Did anyone hear this too?  Just another one of her lies I'm sure.

1. She cannot sit still to save her life. (ok, I can let this slide)

2.  It takes the woman FOREVER to answer the simplest of questions.

3. She cannot seem to remember much. She is a ball of confusion.
