Yes, seemed that was what NG and that man were going at.  But the local lady, don't remember her name, seemed to me to be indicating big motive evidence.  As in maybe shocking!  Course monkeys and LP have been smelling the bottom of that cage for awhile now!

Yes mammy ... in a "backwards kind of way"  .... BUT .... her "friends" went to PR AFTER Caylee was "missing" .... she could have gone .... I think she was busy "laying ground work" for an even bigger dissappearing act ... that is ... until Cindy made that darned call to the police!

Motive

I think Casey was and is filled with rage.  We don't know what brought her to that point.  I don't really think she was jealous of her daughter, I think she was suffocated by her.  She wanted to be away from her mother's control.  She wanted a man of her own and someone who worshiped her.  I think Tony was a convient source to her fantasy's.  She has no self esteem so she has to pretend she is someone she is not.   When her mother strangled her that night I think it was symbolic of the suffocation she was already feeling trapped in her parents whims.  She knew than she could not escape, the only thing holding her back was Caylee.  I think she transferred all of her resentments and anger on to her and when she realized she would never be free she strangled her.  What she didn't realize was that she was digging her own grave at the time too.   JMO

Welcome OurAngel ... I will be very interesting to see what George has to say under oath ... (I haven't heard that Lee is testifying)  I believe Georges statement will be relevant because he openly discussed Casey being adamant about him not going in the trunk ... although he eluded to the gas cans in there as being the reason .... I think LE will try to say it was for other "more obvious" reasons ...

IMO .... George will be the one LE will most likely get the most truthful statements out of ... Being a former LE detective ... he will be the least likely to lie under oath .... and get to the point ...

I think George is going to explain in detail how he wasn't allowed to see into the trunk of Casey's car.  George knows Casey is guilty.  Lee is a reluctant witness, hard to say what will happen with him.

That's what my hubby said tonight.. we will be in for a lot of surprises, because they haven't played all their cards yet!

I think it was because Caylee was being molested, in the home.

Two members of the Anthony family now have key roles in the case against Casey, her father for what he's going to do and her brother Lee for what he didn't want to do.

I think they might have been trying to say that Casey felt like Caylee bogged her down and prevented her from doing a lot of things, not just the trip to PR. Caylee was cramping her lifestyle. Let me tell you, tho... I was a single mom for quite a few years. That girl partied more in a WEEK than I did in YEARS... and I didn't kill my kids! I was lucky if I got to go out once a month, or less often sometimes.

I just wish we had confirmation on when those chloroform searches were done and in what context ....

Some of me thinks that it could have been as simple as possibly a "potty training accident" (Caylee was around that age) that set Casey off and she may have "punished" Caylee too aggressively and she may have killed her in a fit of rage ... especially the night of the argument w/her mom .... she was already in a bad frame of mind from that ...

Man ... the thought of premeditation ... makes me sick .... besides ... I think if she had it well "thought out" ... she would have left Florida immediately ... she would have taken some of that stolen money and skedaddled before the poop hit the fan ...

I'm leaning towards an accident at this point .... (not to say that won't change)

2 slipped up once and said I never thought I would hurt my child then quickly changed it during interview(so someone posted on here)

3 Had either ridden in the car with the death odor so long or was so distraught she was oblivious to it as she sat in the garage with with car when  Lee had to keep going in and out                         

I think the motive was revenge. Casey was jealous of Caylee plus Caylee crimped her style.  Casey got mad at Cindy and got rid of the problem.

I have a hard time with premeditaion too... I just don't know, but whatever happened, it is sickening. To think of all the people in the world who want babies and have to go through so much just to adopt them... and this so-called mom gets rid of hers, permanently, like a piece of garbage... I will never understand people who hurt kids, much less kill them, not if I live to be 100!

I cannot believe all of the inconsiderate people out there that are so completely brain-washed by the media and think that I actually did murder my daughter...those words are even hard for me to type at this point, let alone to actually commit the crime under speculation. As I have stated NUMEROUS times, I left my daughter with her babysitter. I don't know what happened after that point!!!! My hope is that by airing this story on lifetime, maybe......just maybe someone out there recognizes my little girl and the proper authorities are notified and she is brought home safely to her family. I think there was something about Tony that made her feel better about herself.  Whether it was her helping him at fusion and really feeling like an event planner, or cooking for him and his friends (feeling needed).  I think he gave her something no one else ever did before and she didn't want to lose it.  At the same time she wasn't able to spend nights with him because of Caylee and Cindy's not wanting to watch Caylee 24/7.  I think stealing may have been so easy for her because she felt spiteful that something had been stolen from her.  That could have been her innocence her freedom or her self esteem, don't know. 

Of course I could be wrong on every count...

2.  On the 16th, at 7:45 am, home phone called KC's (and there is no ping info for that time)

3.  June 19th @ 3:07 pm (University & Econ)  1 of 3 Areas of intrest (NG)

4.  No communications with 4058 until the 19th of June, right around noon.

Possibly, Casey was molested growing up.  When it happened to Caylee, she panicked, thinking she couldn't allow it to keep happening to her too.  Then her mother, Cindy, said she was going to get custody of Caylee and that was the last straw. That would mean she would continue to live in that home.

I was so freaked out by Lee's Sept 16th Ebay purchase I didn't get to add this. Lee obviously has that same callous disconnect about what is appropriate in a situation. Like the laughing during a critical and serious time. With buying this hideous Halloween mask and potentially wearing it, doesn't he have a clue that maaaybe this isn't the best time for partying and in such a ghoulish way? He's not taking it in, that is his flesh and blood niece he should be searching for, he just tunes out like Casey. He's so selfish because he doesn't care if he ruins anyone's party.Anyone seeing him partying in that mask will really be disturbed under the circumstances. Any children totally scared over the top, the mask couldn't be more scary. Just a big joke to him. This should be a time for extra kindness and gentleness towards children. Also all the Ironman trading cards, figurines, crap he buys obsessively. Another immature way to not deal with reality.

Hi guys, just got back. I'm thinking gruesome stuff here, That she killed her in Blanchard Park between 5:30 and 8:30 on the 17th. Took her to a fav spot and PLAYED with her first,  even. Put her in the trunk. Went to Ton'es. The 18th, took her home, borrowed shovel, attempted to bury her, but was too lazy. left her in the playhouse or sandbox til the 19th or whatever day the neighbor saw her backed in again. Drove around looking for a spot with her in the trunk until the 27th. Where are those pings for the 27th, anybuddy? And the phone calls, to amy in particular, where she got rid of the smell. Boy, it's late. And I had a epiphany, or brainfart, if you prefer.

On the 26th she called grandma for a long time, then, nobuddy for 2 hrs 1130 to 130. Also, 730 to 930 that nite. Then home to Tony. Car seen at 730 am the next day.  I think she was all around Winter park???...zzzzzzzzzzzz..

I agree. I think KC was mad, too, at Cindy over the big fight.  Cindy didin't do what the therapist told her to do:  1. Get Caylee to a safe place and then 2. confront KC about going to court to the custody of Caylee.

They got into a big fight and KC took off with Caylee.  And...that was the end of what Cindy loved the most!!

Ok, so you think she hid her in the sandbox on the 17th, came back the 18th with the shovel and had to dig the sand out of the way???  than put her in the trunk and the night of the 26th disposed of her in the Winter Park area.  So, do you think she was in the trunk on the 24th when George tried to get the cans?  I think it's true she put her in a suitcase.

Yes, I think poor Caylee was in the trunk on the 24th gas can incident. I don't know how George could not have smelled the smell then, approaching her vehicle. Unless he did and she came clean with George, and he helped or told her what to do. To give GA the benefit of the doubt, maybe the smell was  faint and he thought it can't be. But once he retrieved the car there was no denying it, and it's why he searched his own yard?

Guess I should turn in, it's a lonely cage tonight.
Maybe I'll be able to catch the live hearing for Baez's idiotic motions in the morning.

I also wondered if his true motive to go in the trunk was because he smelled something.  But was ambushed by KC on the way who quickly gave him the cans and shut the trunk.  I'm sure it didn't end right there though.  He has a bad temper, I don't think he would take to her talking to him like that and just back off.  There has to be more to this story.

Good morning!  I cannot sleep and thought I would see if anyone was up!  I was reading some posts about how hot it is in Florida and about the humidity right now and concerns for Tim.  Then, some rain came and cooled things off.  My first thought was, we are used to this in Houston.  Our summers get up to 95-100 and the humidity is like a sauna here.  Then, I started thinking about Casey's boots, shoes and pants in the backseat.  How many young ladies wear boots in the hot humid summer?  Were the boots checked for soil samples?  Was the shovel?  I wonder after Cindy choked Casey and yelled at her if Casey didn't get angry later and do the same to Caylee....... but went too far?  In that event, cause of death would be able to be detected.  When Casey says "I swear - the last person I saw Caylee with was the babysitter" I think she means Lee because he babysat for her, called her darling, and probably took care of "things" for her.

Casey Anthony's lawyer has raft of requests for circuit judge
Casey Anthony followed by reporters and photographers -- is expected to appear in Orange County court this morning as a judge hears nearly a dozen legal requests in the single mother's high-profile case.

Her attorney, Jose Baez, will ask Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland to seal from the public Anthony's weekly schedule so she can go to "key points of interest" to help search for her daughter, Caylee Marie, who was reported missing July 15.

The hearing comes two days after reports surfaced about prosecutors' plans to present a case next week to an Orange County grand jury in an effort to seek more serious charges, possibly a murder charge, against Anthony.

*Access to the flight manifest of AirTran Airways Flight 862 that flew from Orlando to Atlanta on July 2. Someone reported seeing Caylee on the plane. Investigators, who got a copy of the manifest, later found that child was not Caylee.

Good morning MSE!  Ok, I just re-read the incident report (-08-69208) and it says "several pairs of adult shoes were lying in the back seat."  also this stood out.... "Cynthia mentioned upon getting the vehicle, she noticed the interior of the car had a strong unidentifiable odor.  The scent was also evident on some of the items she gave to me." 

Hopefully, these are some of the items they did airborn tests on.  They just have to be close.  I am crossing all my fingers and toes!

Have you heard when Tim will resume searching?

I have seen a couple of posts about how hot and humid it is right now in Florida.  I can tell you personally that it is AWFUL HUMID.  Brief strong frequent downpours and the temp being about 90 during the day.  It was so humid as I was trying to put insect granules on the lawn last night I could barely breath.  Hope Tim gets a break in this weather...cuz it is very uncomfortable.

I am sure they have alot more than we know about.  Once she is charged with murder, I believe more discovery items will be released.

I have not heard but I keep checking every source I can to find anything out.  Current temp here  75 degrees with 95% humidity.  UGH!!  The high today 87.

Casey Anthony Scheduled To Be In Court Friday Morning

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is expected to be in court with her attorney, Jose Baez, Friday morning.



Circuit Judge Stan Strickland will hear several motions filed by Baez. In one, he is asking that Casey be allowed to move about to what he calls "places of interest" to search for Caylee without the public knowing. This is the first time Casey has asked to participate in any kind of search.

Baez is hoping the judge will allow him to get his hands on evidence taken from the trunk of Casey's car. Detectives say that evidence indicates her daughter Caylee's body was in the trunk of the car. Detectives say tests show Caylee was dead at the time.

Casey has been charged with child neglect. She reported Caylee missing nearly a month after the child first disappeared.

Baez also wants the Department of Children and Families investigation given to the sheriff's office.

He also wants a flight manifest for an Airtran flight from Orlando to Atlanta back in July. A woman claimed to have seen Caylee on that flight. Records show investigators looked into that claim and later ruled it out.

Baez says he's entitled to all of the information because Casey has suffered the public's hatred. He also claims "law enforcement or the state attorney's office has successfully tried a homicide case against the defendant in the public eye."


GRAND JURY TO HEAR EVIDENCE NEXT WEEK

Detectives think they have a solid case against Casey Anthony and Eyewitness News found out Thursday that Casey's own father will testify against her in front of Orange County's grand jury next week.

Sources told Eyewitness News that prosecutors now have all the forensic evidence they need to ask the grand jury to indict Casey for the murder of her daughter Caylee.

Texas EquuSearch is returning soon to Orlando, Florida to continue the search for Caylee Marie Anthony. Tim Miller is traveling to Orlando this weekend to check out the conditions for the search and deteremine when and where the next search will take place.

Next week, Texas EquuSearch will be in North Carolina, participating in searches for Kelly Morris, missing since 9/3/08 in Stem, NC and Jamie Fraley, missing since 4/8/08 in Gastonia, NC. Invision, I don't buy it either. It makes more sense that she was 'acting' out by stealing Amy's money to punish (psychologically) Amy for getting to go. We already know through her texts that she was working a lot of hours at work and how much she needed a vacation from her life. She deserved to go to PR. Well, that's what she was telling herself. CA felt punished by those around her who have jobs and responsibilities.

A lot of her behavior is like a child. The phone call from jail where she was talking to her mother. Her mother was being very calm and CA was attacking her. If she couldn't get her way, she would use 'attack' to beat down the victim, ie, CindyA. I also believe that CindyA has tried to make CA a productive member of society by using the same rules that parents apply to non sociopaths. We see clues of this in some of the verbiage she used with Jesse, Tony. Paraphrasing here, "She has no future, she will take all of your money." When parents try to motivate children, sometimes they go to the 'humiliation' tactic. Maybe if they can embarrass them enough in front of friends or other peers, somehow they will see the errors of their ways.

I think CindyA was just exhuasted emotionally, financially, physically from dealing with CaseyA that she snapped on June 15. Casey being who she is (Sociopath) had to figure out how to get the control back, therefore killing sweet Caylee.

If you look at CA behavior, if she wasn't getting the attention she wanted from one guy, she would entice another. When she took Amy's money, it was her way of justifying in her mind that she have her little vacation at Target. Because she deserved to go to PR right? I think I had read somewhere where CA told other people she had paid for her friends' ticket to go to PR. She is extremely delusional to have to tell these lies so that she can justify her behavior in her own mind.

I believe that when CindyA snapped, CA had to regain the control and she did that by killing Caylee. Remember CA is not a good planner, she acts and reacts to the current situations around her. While she might search for this or that on her laptop, I believe Casey is only interested in right now. It's why she couldn't marry Jesse, it's why she couldn't keep a job, live on her own, why she lies to such great extent (the kind of lies that flow without hesitation), etc.

If CA had a thought or impulse she acted on it immediately. She needed that sense of immediate gratification. This is why her circle of friends is so large. It's not like she was a social butterfly. When she would tire of one person, she moved on to the next. When she couldn't get any more money from CindyA, she moved on to her grandparents. Think about it, she was telling Amy that CindyA was going to give her the house? This way CA and Amy could be roomates? It makes you wonder how that would ever happen right? I wonder if there wasn't some hints at doing away with her parents to get what she wanted.

I wonder what Casey is gonna wear to court today?  Something from the Target Theft Collection?  (Hat tip to a poster at W/S for that one!)  I was thinking about the last thread where Colt45 (George's friend) had posted and I do think that George is either outta the loop or manipulated by Cindy.  I say this because I see some of my parent's behavior in George and Cindy.  Growing up, my mother always had to control everything and my poor dad could no nothing right.  My dad did have affairs, but came back when my mother ordered him to.  From then on he was always toeing the line and my mom made sure never to let him live it down.  To this day my parents are still married, but dad kind of goes through the day on auto pilot.  When around my mom he pretty much does not talk.  I do not think Lee or Casey respect George and that's why their relationships with him are not good.  Maybe while they were growing up he made the mistake of trying to make them "accountable" for their actions and Cindy quickly put him in his place?  Think about Casey's confrontation with George about the gas cans.  The way she talked to him shows a total lack of respect and I bet she didn't fear him.

Casey Anthony's lawyer has raft of requests for circuit judge

Casey Anthony followed by reporters and photographers -- is expected to appear in Orange County court this morning as a judge hears nearly a dozen legal requests in the single mother's high-profile case.

Her attorney, Jose Baez, will ask Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland to seal from the public Anthony's weekly schedule so she can go to "key points of interest" to help search for her daughter, Caylee Marie, who was reported missing July 15.

The hearing comes two days after reports surfaced about prosecutors' plans to present a case next week to an Orange County grand jury in an effort to seek more serious charges, possibly a murder charge, against Anthony.

Some other items to be addressed in court include:

*Access to the car, which is held by the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Baez has hired his own defense expert to examine the vehicle in preparation for trial.

*Permission to inspect the polygraph exams that have been or will be given to anyone related to the case. This includes questions asked and answered and all reported conclusions from examinations.

*Access to the flight manifest of AirTran Airways Flight 862 that flew from Orlando to Atlanta on July 2. Someone reported seeing Caylee on the plane. Investigators, who got a copy of the manifest, later found that child was not Caylee.

A. What if he EVER wanted to become a prosecuting attorney? Awe too bad so sad

B. He is going to be so blackballed after this fiasco it's not even funny.

C. I think the ONLY request Strickland will give into is the flight manifest. All of the other request are evidence for the Murder Indictment and that hasn't even happened yet.

D. Strickland doesn't exactly think Casey is a good girl.

CHARGES EXPECTED TO BE FILED AGAINST 2 PROTESTERS

The Orange County Sheriff's Office will file charges against two protesters for misdemeanor battery. The sheriff's office said the protesters lost control and committed an act of violence on George and Cindy Anthony.

Kathy Harris confronted George Anthony while he was asking supporters for donations and getting the word out about his granddaughter Caylee. Harris is from a new, organized group of protesters called Justice For Caylee. The group has logos and a new sign.

Harris followed Anthony to the location he was raising funds, because she wanted to know why he isn't looking for the child and instead asking others to do it for him. George Anthony called deputies for help when the exchange got ugly.

"They want the right to show their side and what they believe. That's what we're asking too," Harris said.

She believes the child is dead and it's time to look for Caylee and prosecute her mother, the person they think is responsible.

"Someone just disposed of this body like it was trash and there is no justice for this baby," she said.

Meanwhile, Orange County investigators got the last piece of evidence they need to move forward on charges against two protestors. Video at the Anthony house shows one protester pull George by the shirt and another push Cindy Anthony. The two protesters face misdemeanor battery charges.

"This is a reminder, don't commit a battery, have control of yourself," Detective Freddie Sams said.

The charges will most likely be filed Friday.

I don't think the body was found because I believe the family would have to be notified, if Caylee was identified.  It's possible though, that evidence
relating to Caylee or Casey (discarded clothing or such) might have been.

They will most definitely wait for the Grand Jury. They want to be sure. Also - the Grand Jury will be the ones to file the indictment at this stage.

We don't know that the family hasn't been notified.  CA, GA and LA all were at the Sheriff's office this week for a meeting.

Des called the body farm in Tennessee and asked to talk to someone that had been in on the testing in the Caylee Anthony case and the gentleman on the phone responded "I wasn't in on the bone recovery."

I know the GJ is secret. But, will they release testimony as part of evidence against Casey?

Yes, I believe Tim is in Orlando right now to meet with LE and look over the possible search areas to see if they have dried up enough.

Nothing about the Grand Jury will be released EXCEPT if the answer is indictment. Then they will have a press conference to announce it. So in other words, no news means no indictment - THIS TIME!

LP said when Tim heads to Orlando "in the morning" they will start searching again & he has no doubts that Caylee will be found. I believe Tim got to Orlando yesterday. He does have another case he is there for too, Kesse. He needed to meet with LE before the team arrives. Just how I'm seeing it! ::MonkeyWink::

TES is the best!  They work with LE and have special equipment for use in certain areas.  They are also trained on how to treat anything found that is of interest to the case.

There are some independent search teams that have continued to search the various areas.  These are not areas easy to search, we are talking woods and swampy like areas where there's probably allegators.

I believe Tim, when he spoke on NG last night about upcoming search for Caylee's body.

I have a feeling that there will be NO NEW information presented to the Grand Jury next week.  If you think about it, they only have to have "Probable Cause" to indict her.  Think of the evidence we all know about right now - that is going to be enough.

LE does not have to expose all of there evidence at this time, and they will not let the Baez team have any new damning evidence until they absolutely have to - once she has been properly charged.

Unfortunately a common citizen could mess up evidence and hinder the case if specific rules are not followed.  Granted searching is something that anyone can do, but in this case you would need to be under the "umbrella" of a designated search party....Baez would have a field day with a common citizen making a discovery...can't you just hear him "that citizen's alias is Zenaida Gonzales".  IMO

I have have had this same thought for a while. I dont understand why LE has not been do thier own search in these  areas of interest , I mean I know TIM does a great job but everyone is putting all the pressure on him to find  her. I don't think it's as easy as her body is just going to be laying there. Since there have been many storms, and lots of rain, the body could have floated. Also, she might have been buried--but maybe not even deep enough, so she still might have floated--or have been sunken deeper. Tim has equipment to help with this type of search. Also, he has access to experts to tell him what the weather conditions might have done as far as the terrain is concerned (floated and which likely direction, or sunken, etc)

Ah yes but there are A LOT of things WE would be doing that the Anthony's aren't.

Somebody on Murt's site yesterday suggested the same thing.. that they found a small part, and weren't able to get the rest of it.. for whatever reason. So they needed to wait for water to receed, etc.. to come back and retrieve the rest. 

I wonder how fancy-schmancy Ms Casey will dress today?  Think any of her attire will be stolen?  ::MonkeyTongue::

I do hope they have some really good forensic evidence. But I don't believe they've found a body because yesterday, I read LE saying they do not have a smoking gun or a body. He said they wished they did, but they felt confident enough to move forward without it. Yes, it could be a smokescreen, but I doubt it. I think if they had a body, they would say to put even more pressure on Casey to perhaps tell the truth about what happens. I could be wrong. This is just my thinking at this time.

One reason for Baez to ask for casey' realease from home confinement to help 'search' for Caylee is the hope that their answer would be either yes (indicating her body is still out there) or no ( they already have her), either way, more information for the defense.
Added benefit is casey getting away from the house she is hated in.

I am not an attorney..  but I have heard people on NG stating that Baez is a great attorney who is properly advising and defending his client.  ::MonkeyConfused::  I really don't understand that? How does this at all lead one to believe Casey is innocent, if he keeps her from perhaps clearing her name? (We can't believe she's innocent, because she CAN'T clear her name.. that's the only valid reason IMO for him to keep her from talking).

I just wanted to say I have been watching the posts for about 2 months now for little Caylee. This whole deal just makes me "absolutely" sick. I live about 30 minutes from the Orlando area and only about 5 minutes from the Mount Dora area where CA grandparents live. Why haven't they NOT searched that area??? I hope little Caylee will be found soon. All I want is justice for poor little Caylee. I cannot imagine anyone being human, doing this to a poor little child. As a 20 year old single mother's standpoint, i just cannot imagine.  CA is sick minded and I know she will get what she deserves SOON ENOUGH.
P.S. I hope the Judge Denies every single motion today, so Casey can march her pathetic hiney out of that courtroom.

Does anyone know of a case example of skeletal remains and how long it took to id them? I just wonder if only a bone or bones were found -- how long to id and how would they id? Assuming it's not a skull and there are no dental records.

Baez asked Hughes if Casey has been drug tested. She has and the results have come back negative.

County assistant attorney is questioning Hughes. Casey has asked for an extention in her time allowed away from home. She has called and requested more time the last two days, Hughes said.

Hughes said she needs to know where Casey is throughout the day. She must know specific location and times so she can verify Casey's location.  The close monitoring is to make it hard for a defendant to flee the area or take part in criminal activity.

The Orange County Jail home confinement officer Meg Hughes said Casey Anthony has always followed the rules.

Drug tests on Anthony have not tested positive for drugs, Hughes told Baez.

Anthony has started to ask for extension of time out of her home, Hughes told prosecutors. Her scheduled times usually include attorney visits in the morning as well as visits to see Hughes.

Meg Hughes - Casey's home confinement officer - is testifying. Baez is questioning her about if she is allowed errand time. People on home confinement are allowed errand time, Hughes says.

People on home confinement are given a risk score based on their charge and criminal history. That dictates what defendants are allowed to do. Hughes has seen Casey about five times so far.

A bail bondsman who posted Casey's bond is testifying that he is not opposed to her being allowed to travel freely on home confinement. He would go with her. He doesn't know what the "key points of interest" are that mentioned on the motion.

A bondsman with MacDonald Bail Bonds, the company that bailed Casey Anthony out of Orange County Jail, speaks about the case.

"I don't believe she's a flight risk," bondsman Robert Haney told Baez. "Everyone knows her face."

Haney said Anthony's travel to look for her daughter will be local and not involve any flights.

JESSICA D`ONOFRIO, WKMG: Well, Nancy, we do know that that is going happen on Tuesday. This case is going to go to a grand jury. They will hear it. It`ll be the last case that this grand jury hears before they dissolve.

I know that family is going to be subpoenaed. They will testify. We`re talking about George and Cindy Anthony, Casey`s parents, being called to testify in front of that grand jury. And the more and more I talk about it with people I know who are very close to this case, it`s looking more and more like they are going go for a murder case here instead of a manslaughter case. The idea being, why not go for all of it and then get manslaughter or something lesser later.
But you know, I think that people really need to know that this investigation -- they have hair samples, air samples. They have cadaver dogs alerting to the trunk of Casey Anthony`s car that there was a decomposing body there. And you know, they have a lot more evidence that we don`t know about, particularly involving motive here.
