To be honest with you Island ... we started at a small "park" within the Airport Lakes Complex ... then we got in cars and drove for about 10 minutes (give or take) .... I am not from the area so I didn't really pay attention to where we were or where we were going ...

We did not search where we met ... sorry I can't be more specific .... I do know that this was a "preserved conservation area" ... VERY WOODED! and VERY SECLUDED in some areas ...

Seems as though, Equasearch has 2 cars and 2 trucks searching off a maintence road off the old Navy Exhange/airport area/ behind the bunkers off the military base. Sheriff Beary is also out there. I couldnt get the exact location but its near Landstreet and employees there say there was alot of police there yesterday too

Just looking at the pic's of caylee..She sure had alot of flowered swimsuits..I wonder if that lot of clothes found by bloggers is her's..I know that le stated it's not related but you never know..Cindy probley said they were not caylee's..Does anyone think it's possible they would say there not?

About Brandon for whatever its worth, Amy said Casey was crying and very, very upset for a long time during one of the parties (anything but clothes)) after a run in with him. Supposedly  there was a miscarriage. It's just unusual because the only other time Casey has cried that's been documented was when she was first taken into custody.

Wanted to acknowledge to pink angel that I never actually thought that LP could have obtained LA DNA, KC DNA & took action himself, he may have.  Hadn't thought that aspect as possible in addition to JG providing LP with his paternity results report but you are right that could have happened, but to me without that exact trail being disclosed I will wait for trial to find out, if indeed it comes out then, which I hope it will. 

Nothing against LP, but just have met too many overconfident people in my life experience who throw all kinds of things out as factual when they are merely speculations only to be found out later to be with absolutely no merit.  These kind of people often are well insured & don't sweat the small stuff.

It's all about details, it will be interesting to see what time will expose.  I make myself be patient along with the rest of the monkeys, but it isn't easy, that I KNOW.

When this case started, I read that KC had a son that was given up for adoption prior to Caylee.  I still wonder after CA saying I can't lose another one and LA's remark is this like the last time (or similar remark).  I guess it could mean a lot of things, but always makes me go back to what I read at that time.

Judge Grants Several Motions Requested By Casey Anthony's Attorney

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony was at the center of a court hearing Friday, but she didn't show up. A judge ruled on several motions, but tabled the decision on the motion to keep Casey's daily schedule a secret.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland granted eight of the 11 motions and tabled three of the motions (Motions 1-8 | Motion 9 | Motion 10 | Motion 11), including one that might be considered the most controversial, the request to allow Casey to travel in secrecy to search for Caylee.

Strickland allowed motions that the defense be given access to forensic tests involving chloroform, DNA air samples and hair strands within 10 days. He denied access to evidence collected by cadaver dogs.

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, walked into the court hearing just after 10:00am.

"No, I don't have any statements to make right now," Baez said. "I'm going to court."

Baez walked by reporters without his client, Casey Anthony, and she never showed up.

A total of 11 motions were heard Friday. The first two discussed were the motion to seal information and the request for Casey to search for her daughter. The latter request would not allow the public to know Casey whereabouts during the search.

Baez said he asking for secrecy for Casey's safety.

"Posting of that information is creating a very imminent, a possibility of an imminent security risk, and that's the crux of the motion," Baez said.

Robert Haney works for McDonald Bail Bonds and posted part of Casey's half-million dollar bond. He said he is her personal security guard and would be with her while she searched in key points of interest.

"I would escort you and Casey when you went out," Haney said.

Judge Strickland granted the following eight motions: Demand For Discovery And Inspection Relating to Digital Forensic Evidence, Motion To Inspect, Test And Photograph Evidence Held By The State Of Florida, Motion To Compel Department Of Children And Family Records, Demand For Discovery And Inspection Relating To Polygraphs, Motion To Compel Flight Manifest, Motion To Compel Results Of Forensic Testing, and Motion To Compel For Evidence Related To Any Zenaida Gonzalez.

The judge tabled the following three motions and said he would not rule before Monday: Motion To Preserve Forensic Evidence, Motion For Allowing Defendant To Travel To Places Of Interest and Motion To Seal.

Shortly after the hearing ended, the Anthony family released the following statement: "Judge Strickland's decision today to grant access to all of the tips regarding Caylee's sightings is a victory for Caylee Marie. This is the first step in bringing Caylee home safely."

Thanks so much Pink.  I was thinking today about whether they are hurting the prosecution by releasing all of this info to the media....But then I thought this:  They have to let the defense see what they have before they can go to trial (if I am correct), and why not piss them off and release it to the media when they release it to them.  that way everyone in that area...every judge and person, knows what a scum Casey is.  No jusge is going to let her walk.  They are elected officials, they know that if they let her off, they wont serve for long.  And if it is a jury trial, there is no way her "peers" have not heard of this.  I mean even all of my friends (who dont eatch the news), know about this case.

I agree!!  Taint the jury pool and judge!  Baez is playing games with them so they are just playing them back.  But I believe the media requested most of it!

There is a Public Information law.  When requested, LE has to release certain info.  It was brought up today in the court hearing.  I believe the defense is trying to get info squashed and has not been ruled on as of yet.  Someone that knows this law better than I can possibly explain it better.

And Beaz is not doing this because he believes her.  He will write a book after this.  This will make him famous......ugh! All on poor Caylees expense.  How in the hell does he sleep at night? I still think CA is in denial, but something tells me GA isnt buying this bs anymore....

If that was the case, why didnt they do this when Scott Peterson was roaming the streets.  They had tons of info on him and i am sure the media was trying to get it....I am not really good at the law. I have thought the whole time that the LE was leaking the info to the media.  But I am not really good at understanding the law. ::MonkeyConfused::

I try to see the good in people, but I am also a pretty good judge of character, and I just dont buy that they are helping (intentionally) to cover up or had anything to so with Caylee.  I know women like Casey, they are around.  They think about them and them only....at others expense.

And we`ve got to remember this is a very, very small child in a very, very big area. And again, I think there`s a lot of strength in numbers. And there`s a lot of resources we have. There`s a lot of people just sitting on the edge of their chair, waiting to get going back on the search.

But tomorrow, it`s not going to start. We`ve got to be a little bit better organized than we are tomorrow, so we`re not going to waste these resources. But this search is going to go on.

Goodmorning Always1!  Nope, I cannot sleep.  Yesterday, I tried watching the live stream in court and my little grandbaby walked up to me with a crayon and just stared.  I instantly shut off the computer and crawled down on the floor to color with her!  I look at her tiny little fingers and toes and how soft and sweet her skin is and just get overwhelmed that someone could do something like drug or kill a baby.  I am just greatful to be able to come here and read and get caught up with so many intelligent and kind posters.

I"m guessing it was the same guy I posted a picture of, and the information about Grand Theft.  You don't have to say yes or no, but I am curious if your experience was like this Stephademic chick's was.. she claimed that this person (at least on one occasion) wasn't actively searching- or certainly not dressed for searches.  He was mostly on his cell..  and letting other people do the dirty work.

Good morning monkeys. I have a few things to get out this a.m. First, Tim's statement about "live Caylee somewhere" confused me since all the evidence apparently says she is dead and he even stated he felt that before last night, so what was up there?

second, on the DNA and Lee subject, A rumor went around that Lee was not GA's so would his DNA not be slightly different if this is true?? maybe because of that,they do not really look at each other as Brother and sister? twisted I know,but not unheard of these days.

third. I have been watching this family back peddle and twist everything to confuse everything and everyone thru out this case from the start. We have been trying to figure out why this family would cover for KC as they are,maybe they are not? maybe there is more to this then we see? What if during the Cin-KC argument that night Caylee accidentally died, Cin tried to revive her but could not and it has been a complete cover up since.. Yes, GA and CA are not the most attentive parents in the world from what we SEE so far, but we only see what THEY portray right? how many of us would NOT notice our dead grand child in the back yard? Just thinking.

Notice how the officer states that their group claims their dog hit on something.. turned out to be a dead dog (now wouldn't they have seen the dead dog?).  Officer said K9 team came back later with their own dog, and it did not hit. (Because duh! A dead dog is not a dead person!!)

On Sunday, we learned from Colleen, Gale’s dog trainer, that Gale’s dog was NOT a certified cadaver dog. Problem with Gale is she was using Colleen to get her to certify the dog, but by Collen’s own admission, the dog was dumber than rocks. How does this help the investigation? IIRC, Tim has said this about a live Caylee from the beginning.  It was the thing that CA brought up when she complained about Tim searching only for a deceased Caylee when she said he promised to be searching for a live Caylee also.

   Searching, I'm foggy this morning. What do mean about about the covering? Like if we cover for you Casey you have to cover for us? Something like that.. but if you think outside the box, like I have been trying to do, we seen they started out almost throwing her under the bus,then it was nope, Caylee is alive and well with the invisible nanny.. some realization happened in there, another family member would be implicated in the death and disposal of Caylee, one that they would move heaven and earth to protect and that is when the cover up started. If we go back to the moment the back peddling started and all the lies started, maybe we can figure out who they are really covering for?? In thinking back, the bond hearing, they stated GA was starting a new job, he had been unemployed, yet supposedly the night of the argument between KC and Cin,GA was at work?? not adding up to me.. we need to go back to the beginning...

Yes, NG can be very irritating but that comes from being a lawyer and she now has no Judge sitting there telling her to calm down. As I see it, NG is the only one keeping this case alive on TV. Up here in Detroit, no mention of anything Casey Anthony on any news channel. The sensation is over and they moved on to more current events. I, for one, am grateful to NG for continuing to report on this. JVM needs to relax and be herself, not a NG wanna be. Morning Searching and all my monkey friends. I feel the same way about Tim on NG last night. It was awkward. I realize NeJame can be persuasive. But did he hypnotize Tim? It was just too weird to hear Tim say he had hope of an alive Caylee after he said the opposite -- no glimmer of hope.

IMO Lee and Casey are brother and sister and are GA and CA's bio children. But who knows? In this case anything could happen.

I too noticed Tim demeanor and his carefully chosen words. My personal take on that is that he is trying to be sensitive to the family before he goes in to meet with them. Here, he as a meeting set up with them today, he can't be seen telling everyone on NG that he knows Caylee is dead the night before. This would set up a hostile environment for the meeting today. Strange, think about this... LE brings the whole fam damily in for a meeting the day before yesterday? Then the family agrees to meet Tim Miller on Saturday? Why? Did LE finally get through to the Anthony family that things are going to be happening very soon and Tim will be their only salvation of bringing Caylee home? Tim has to play nice in order to discuss anything with Cindy. You can tell from her interview she can go off the deep end quickly and just repeat the lies over and over until someone stops telling her things she doesn't want to hear. I've dealt with the public enough to know that you have to access the person you are talking to and slowly bring them around to your way of thinking, not go on the attack, nobody responds to information well that way.   ::MonkeyCool::

Then, didn't the Anthony family have an order where they couldn't discuss the case with KC? So they are all sitting in that house together and no one can discuss the disappearance of Caylee, except KC if she wants to. They have been dealing with this Sociopath all their lives, they DO know how to handle her. So lulling her into a false sense of confidence would be the way she might offer up some additional information. Lee started playing that role immediately with his "Officer" routine and getting KC to tell them anything. Last night on NG Tim said about cadaver dogs that they've cleared areas where remains were later found. That stood out for me. I know the dogs hit in the Anthony's yard. Is it possible the body was and is in the yard and the dogs missed it? I know I'm reaching.

LP and the "Lee is Caylee's dad" comments -- I know some of you are uncomfortable with this theory. And I am on the fence. It could go either way IMO. But here is what we need to remember:

It is my understanding LP (and law enforcement) could KNOW the father is Lee using ONLY Caylee's DNA. I'm sure they would also want his DNA sample to confirm or exclude, but that is my understanding of how it works.

When Lee looked like a jerk trailing behind Casey for some appt. playing the totally supportive bro. Re: Tim yesterday, I think a couple of you have hit it on the head - 1) yes he did seem weary and 2) he is reverting to his "maybe she's alive" statements strictly out of respect for the Anthony's, who he is going to meet with today.  Remember he has not only worked with many, many grieving parents but also has been one himself (parent of a missing child) so he is very sensitive to their emotional state and also he is very much the gentleman. 

I too was wondering if, while they are waiting for ground conditions to improve, maybe they should go tear up the anthony's backyard one more time, and this time, pull up all those pavers and see what's under them.  Also check the GGM and Lee's place.  It would remove all the doubt about these places.

The interview that Melich had with Cindy Anthony just infuriates me. She is bitching about the fact that "they are only building a case against Casey" & not trying to find Caylee. Dammit, she knew what her daughter was capable of & she knew why LE was doing what they were. And for her to sit there & try & convince them otherwise makes me want to scream! Psychopaths are also extremely sensitive to criticism & from what I've seem Cindy gave Casey a daily dose, in other words , she only made matters worse.
I do think that Cindy feels that she is to blame to some degree & that is why she continues to support Casey. I also believe that George no longer feels the same.

Thanks for the post. It is very insightful. I wonder if by "alone" they mean actually leaving the children at home, or if they mean ignoring them. Because I worry about a friend of mine who lives in VA. She is home all the time with her kids, but spends so much time on a virtual reality game, she is out of touch--doesn't cook or clean, barely pays attention to the kids. When she does speak to me on the phone, she screams at the youngest when he cries and tells him to get his own food (he's 3!). So, lately I have been concerned enough to consider calling DCF, but worry maybe I am overreacting. Could this also give the effects of the children being "left alone for extended periods"?

I agree with you..Tim did seem different last night..I also hate watching ng when the ng wanna be is on there..They need to find someone else to fill in for nancy..I almost want to stop watching it on friday because of her..But i'm to nosey to stop

I also had a dream last night about the Cayley Marie case.

My dream reflect Abbey's mindset.  The rumor from the other day in regards to Caylee's remains being found at her Great Grandparent's home was true.  This was the reason that the judge would not make a ruling on Baez's motion to have Casey released from her home conditions to search for her daughter.

Hey ... I also dreamed that nephew won a hug lottery and ... considering I am no doubt his favorite aunt ...

NO! He DID say that, I remember! So here we have the LE meeting with the family, now Tim is meeting with the family and their lawyer Nejame, I'm sure will be there..... they got something and the Anthony family will be coming around. They have already backed down their antics with the protesters, GA and LA are very quiet, as men often are when processing information, Cindy is being Cindy. Tim, with Nejame's help will set some very concrete directions with them today. If they have solid proof that Caylee is dead, and they can convince the Anthony family of that, they no longer have to tiptoe around Casey in that house. She's going to jail in the next few days anyway. She won't be at that meeting today with Tim, that's for sure!  ::MonkeyCool::

Worst case scenario:
Cindy choked casey on th 15th, told her she was taking Caylee away and that casey had to move out. She knew about stolen money, no job, drugs and her endless lies.
Casey being the "spitefull bitch"  says like a deranged lover, if I cant have her no one can, kills her, spends the next days and weeks in a fog and here we are.
Hopefull outcome:
George testifies at the grand jury about the SMELL and casey not letting him in the trunk, and she gets charged with 1st degree murder. Then she rots in jail with her cellmates.

Psychics don't work that way. Don't throw nanners, but I believe in the psychic ability and it's a shame that there are a lot of people out there that are charletans that have ruined this for everyone. Any psychic will tell you that they only gets bits and pieces and then they are only right a small portion of the time. They admit that. There is no one out there that can get a vision and details and walk directly to where Caylee is. But maybe they would be able to pick up clues and see the area around her. Problem is, there is no way to separate the people honestly having visions or dreams from those that are just A&&ho!es and trying to cash in and a very terrible case.   ::MonkeyNoNo::

I'll go with Tim today to meet with the Anthonys'!

And her cellmates will teach her a thing or 2 about her endless sexual appetite and her thoughts of herself being a tough girl.. I'm sure they will knock her down several notches.

I think we both have to much time invested in this case..I have had so many nightmares to..I had a dream where that picture of caylee in the light green or blue sundress..(sorry color blind) I was looking at it and her face turned to a skeleton..I woke up in a sweat.

If she is in the general area of Caylee she would consider that being a fine parent. Giving attention to "little Snothead" would be going above and beyond. She played the game of being perceived as a good mother in front of friends, but I'm sure behind closed doors it was a different story.

Did anyone see the episode of Larry King about a month ago, he was interviewing female prisoners in Maryland????    Most of the women he interviewed were in prison for killing a person who abused their child.   Casey will have a very hard time.  I don't think prisoners like child murderers.

I would like to know why they are meeting to..I guess we will have to wait till monday to find out. I think the Anthony's know what the future holds and i really do not blame them for holding on to some hope..I think i would hold on until they found her body..I do not agree with all there action's. I was just trying to put myself in there position and i think i would need a body for it to really sink in.

oh another thing that makes me believe tim is a wonderful person is that even after cindy has bashed him, he still comments on how he feels for them and is very compassionate toward them. i hope cindy feels like crap for bashing such a wonderful, selfless person as tim miller. i dont think the a's have the ability to feel remorse though judging from what ive seen. how can they live in that house with skank every day with baby caylees room just the way it was and all of her things there and not want to cave and drive her to jail themselves.

IMO, you should call. I was in a similar situation and didn't call. I have regretted it ever since. I saw and heard behavior that I was appalled by, but didn't want to turn in a friend. Now my heart aches for the little one that I didn't try to help. I was just such a dope about it, and I deserved a big kick in the butt. The "friend" moved out of state not too long after all of my abuse suspicions, with a stolen car, id cards and checks from another supposed friend. You can always feel bad if it turns out not to be a horrible situation, but you can't imagine what you would feel if is is true and you did nothing.

Orchidwmn, thanks. Do you think it would be relevant, even though I have only heard things over the phone. I actually do live in another state and haven't physically witnessed anything. I only hear it, and my heart cringes. Do you think they would even listen to me since I haven't seen it with my eyes?

I lurk on here all the time and this is my second post. I just love watching you all carry on!

I have followed this case since day one elsewhere, but couldn't help not joining in with you guys any longer.

I have to agree with all of you. TM, was very tired looking. Although it really bothers me the way NG and her talking head last night talk to him. Let the man finish a sentence!! He comes on their show freely to help discuss what he is doing and they seem like they are yelling at him and I think I saw her roll her eyes at him last night while she was trying to cut him off.

I had drank a few glasses on wine by then and was yelling at her from my couch. "Give the man some respect!!" LOL

I hope he finds her. I believe if anyone can, TM can find her. I also have a hunch he knows exactly where she may be, but the weather conditions made them leave. Hence the sorrow and crying when they pulled out.

On another note, my mother-in-law knows LP, she's a biker-momma from the old school up in NorCal. She says he has a heart of gold. And he bonded many of her friends out of jail, hahahaha!

DCF did their own investigation of the entire family given that Casey's current chargers are for "Child Neglect".  It has been stated from Anthony neighbors that the Police were not strangers to the Anthony house and that it was not uncommon to hear yelling coming from their property.

Coroner: Boy, 2, Dies in Hot Car While Grandmother at Work
Saturday , October 11, 2008

 LONDON, Ky. —

The Laurel County coroner said a 2 1/2-year-old boy died Friday after being left in the back seat of a vehicle while his grandmother went to work.

The boy was found dead inside the SUV at 4:45 EDT, according to Douglas Bowling, the Laurel County coroner.

Bowling said the child died of hyperthermia.

The boy had been in the vehicle with the windows rolled up "probably around eight hours," Bowling said. His grandmother found him when she returned to her car after work, he said.

Bowling said it had not yet been determined how hot it was inside the vehicle. The high temperature in London on Friday was 76, according to the National Weather Service.

He said the incident was under investigation by police.

A call to London police was not immediately returned.

The newly released information includes an interview of Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, a computer forensics report and cell phone records of Casey Anthony.

In the released interview, which was conducted Aug. 1, Cindy Anthony told detectives that she thought Caylee was with her daughter's friends, not Zenaida Gonzalez.

"I think Zani, at this point, was a real person," said Cindy Anthony, pointing to a calendar. "But I think Zani now is whoever is watching Caylee."

Cindy Anthony offered two theories to detectives as to who had Caylee.

"I think Zani could either be Amy (Huizenga, Casey Anthony's former best friend) or Jesse (Grund, Casey Anthony's former fiance)," Cindy Anthony said.

Grund believed he was Caylee's father until a paternity test proved otherwise.

"He was the very first person I thought of," Cindy Anthony said. "(He) had a motive, could intimidate Casey enough to keep her mouth shut and (he) would threaten us because he's that type of person. He was in my home every day, and I got to know him. And I got to see his anger and rage because he took it out on me one day."

Near the end of the interview, detectives told Cindy Anthony that they were certain Grund did not have Caylee.

"We know for a fact that Jesse does not have Caylee," a detective said.

All indications are that Caylee may have been in the trunk for as long as 2 weeks.  I think by the 18 of June, Caylee was in the trunk, because that's when she was seen backing the car into the driveway.

NEJAME: ... than George and Cindy? So do people not think they have done anything within their human power to do that? But...

GRACE: I do not think they have. And I`ll tell you what I think is lacking...

NEJAME: That`s speculation, though, because they have.

GRACE: You just asked me, sir, and I am giving you an answer! And the reason I don`t think that they have done everything that they can is because they are turning away from the truth, number one. I do believe those two, Cindy and George Anthony, love this little girl more than anybody else on this earth and want to find her more than anybody, including their daughter, Casey Anthony. But by precluding the possibility that little Caylee is deceased, they are prolonging a search for her.

NEJAME: We couldn`t disagree more. There`s been a lot of misstatements concerning that. People have wondered why they`ve not been out there in the fields digging with many of those wonderful volunteers who are going out there, who believe different than they do. They believe that Caylee is no longer with us. They bless and support those people. They just disagree with the conclusion.

Now, what we are asking for is for people to stop attacking them so they can go about the business, which is another path. They have hope. And people said there`s only a 1 in 100 chance that little Caylee is with us. But somebody has to be that one. So for them to hold on hope, is that a terrible thing?

GRACE: No.

NEJAME: It`s not.

GRACE: It`s not terrible.

NEJAME: It`s not. And for them to stick a shovel in the ground means they`ve surrendered to the universe and to themselves that Caylee is no longer with us.

GRACE: What about the fact that by not encouraging and fully supporting the search for little Caylee, dead or alive, by turning away from the evidence, they are prolonging the search and prolonging volunteers, police, money, people`s prayers, their thoughts?

Good morning monkeys!  I was just thinking , yesterday I was reading a lot about Lee being MIA.  With all of the information out about where LE and others expect to find the body, what's to stop someone that might help Casey to actually go out and move the body again?

Tow-truck driver notices car seat

Investigators interviewed the tow-truck driver who picked up Anthony's car at an Amscot check-cashing business.

The car was abandoned at the business, which is at Colonial Drive and Goldenrod Road. It was towed by Johnson's Wrecker on June 30.

Authorities collected hair, dirt and stain samples from the back of Anthony's car. Air samples taken from the trunk showed it once contained a decomposing body.

Tow-truck driver Gary Ridgeway told investigators he noticed the child's car seat and "thought it was irresponsible as hell to be leaving a car like that if you have a child that young."

Ridgeway said he didn't notice an odor from the car but did add that he had recently gotten over a cold.

Manager notices odor

A sheriff's detective interviewed Simon Burch, a manager for Johnson's Wrecker.

Burch said he noticed the odor coming from Anthony's white Pontiac while it was on the property -- for two weeks -- but didn't think much of it. They often have foul smells coming from vehicles because of spoiled food, garbage and other items that are locked inside.

When Cindy and George Anthony arrived to pick up the car, Burch said Cindy was irritated.

While he and George Anthony walked out to get the vehicle, George apologized for his wife's behavior and also told him about their family's problems.

Burch said Anthony told him, "We'll probably get divorced over this." Anthony said their daughter was telling lies and refused to let them see their granddaughter.

When they got to the car and opened the door, the pungent odor was overwhelming/

"I mean it was, it knocked me back," he said.

"An [sic] then when he opened the car door and that stench come out, by, like my heart dropped because….he'd been telling me about his granddaughter missing."

Burch said he and Anthony opened the trunk and found a light bag of garbage. Flies came out and the odor was foul.

"In the back of my head I'm going, 'That isn't rotten garbage.' You know I know what rotten garbage smells like."

Burch said the odor was similar to a car in which a man committed suicide.They opened the bag and found papers and he thinks a pizza box inside. Burch tossed the light-weight bag into a dumpster.

The car didn't have any gas in it, but Anthony brought his own gas can. Burch said Anthony was very polite and again apologized for his wife's behavior.

Burch told the detective they do very few removals from Amscot and thought it was odd someone would run out of gas in a parking space there.

Investigators later recovered the garbage from the dumpster, after Anthony told them it had been thrown there.

Maybe Casey after disposing of Caylee's body - came back to the Amscott and let the car run until it ran out of gas - so her story would be legit - and she could say she left the car only because it ran out of gas....thinking that in time the smell would go away... ::MonkeyShocked::

Tim did seem a little different last night, I don't know whether it was because of the weather which hindered any searches, or something else. Now I do have a question though. I heard LP mention that it cost him a bundle to post the bond and then continue to stay on helping in the search. Tim, also has invested a lot in this search. If they do not take money for their services and keep flying back and forth, how do they get paid? They have families, the need food, pay the mortgage, etc., where does their money come from? Just donations? That would be scary to live on just what people may give. I really have no idea how this works.   ::MonkeyNoNo::

Tim Miller is traveling to Orlando this weekend to check out the conditions for the search and deteremine when and where the next search will take place. We will not be searching this weekend. If you hear differently, remember that unless it comes directly from Tim Miller, or someone from Administration of Texas EquuSearch, it is a rumor. As soon as we have a search date and place established, we will post it here on our website.

Next week, Texas EquuSearch will be in North Carolina, participating in searches for Kelly Morris, missing since 9/3/08 in Stem, NC and Jamie Fraley, missing since 4/8/08 in Gastonia, NC. Hey, Jesse Grund's dad Richard has a myspace and he just made me his friend!!! His myspace is covered in posts of helping to bring little Caylee home. He impressed me from the beginning, being straight forward, not responding in kind to Cindy's accusations (can't say I would do the same!). I say a prayer for this man and his family that never asked to be drawn into this drama, holding his head up high and being proud of the child he raised. July 30 phone call  Lee and casey

"I know there's some, you know, some people that referred to in the past, and you know, I'm just curious if, um, you know, anything has changed as far as who I can trust  and all those type of things," Lee Anthony said.

"I mean as far as I'm concerned, nothing's really changed on that level," Casey Anthony said. "So, if anything does, I'll obviously let you know."

The call was dropped during the conversation.

But before it was dropped, Lee Anthony had one final thought.

"If there's ever anything particularly that I should look into or attempt to follow up on…"

"Yeah, I'll definitely let you know if things come up," Casey Anthony said. "If anything does (come up) at all."

Where is Lee and  who needed the trust?  MOM and/or  DAD?????

You know, I don't think Casey ever considered the decomposition that would occur while Caylee's little body was in the trunk of that car.  Young and clueless she may have thought deceased people always look like they do in a funeral home or just flattened out like one sees a critter along the roadside. I think she had no clue what was happening until her car started to smell.

What ever was in that garbage bag probably held important evidence for LE, they have lots of evidence that hasn't been made public. 

God bless Tim Miller and his search efforts.  He truely is a hero.

She might have told him where she buried Caylee.  Attorney client privelige. Now he wants to see if Caylee has been FOUND.

It sounds like Tim is pretty certain about Caylee's remains being found if he has already scheduled a search in North Carolina next week.  He doesn't have unlimited resources to be all over the place.  He isn't searching this weekend, so I wonder when he plans to find Caylee?  If Orlando LE already knows where Caylee is, why did they pull Tim in from Texas to find her?  I wonder if Tim has received a subpoena for the Grand Jury on Tuesday.  Is his name on the list?  This is all so strange.  Tim indicated that he knows where Caylee is and it's not a place where she chose to be.  He has come all the way to Orlando, but he isn't searching even though he has searchers ready to go.  He hasn't asked for any donations for the searchers.  He says that conditions are now right for a search.  He has filled his schedule for next week in North Carolina.  This thing is going round and round in circles.  Do they already have Caylee and Tim is in Orlando to testify for the Grand Jury because TES are the ones who found her?

Good Morning Furry Friends....just to let you know...I've spent the last 2 days...Thurs., and Friday...contacting my sources at the Body Farm...and the Oakridge Facility....

Body Farm person is Dr. Lee Jantz...whom was originally contacted by Le. FL. to do testing on forensic evidence from the trunk of Casey's car...along with the FBI forensic crime lab....and Arpad Vass from the Oakridge Facility associated with the Body Farm....Arpad is the scientist who developed the science for air testing...and also did the testing of air samples from Casey's car...Arpad has been very helpful in answering my questions...and also another scientist from the Body Farm...is the person who did tell me that *he was not* part of the team regarding the bone removal/research....

Now to get to the point....in the past 2 days...I've talked with multiple ppl at the facilities....both Jantz and Vass are not in the office....this is my opinion only....they might be in FL. for the GJ deposition on Tuesday....FWIW....LP did tell me that he and Rob...are on the witness list for the Prosecution...

That's all I know right now....plus...Klaas and Blonde...I did forward your info to LP....Des...

If they have a body or fragments and have positive ID through DNA I believe that an arrest of the suspect would have already occurred.  They may have a body and be awaiting positive ID, thus the GJ on Tuesday.  Just a thought...

I can't pretend to know all the answers. Marlee might be better at this than me. But Tes is all volunteer and donations.

The one search I was involved in near my area. The family of the missing person made a lot of arrangements ahead of time. They found a motel that gave discounted rates. To the TES members that came from a distance. They also solicited from businesses ,paper products such as plates knives forks spoons cups, napkins and toilet paper. They also solicited for munchies for the searchers to carry in there pockets during the search such as peanut butter crackers etc. They had a place also donated donuts for breakfast for searchers as well as coffee. They also provided a wonderful lunch both days of the search. The lunch was at a church and I am guessing one of them had a health certificate. Also a place had donated pizza. They also talked to the local newspapers as well as TV stations asking for volunteers to help search.

At the search itself there was a TES cowboy boot put out for donations. All the members of TES are very loving people.They do this mainly out of the goodness of there hearts. I think a lot of the money spent doing this volunteer stuff comes out of there own pockets. JMHO

The thing that happened in Caylees search was there were no arrangements made by the Anthony's. Again JMHO

I just hope that this round and round that this case is going through/in

that it does stop soon and, the story of a circle having no beginning and/or end is not true in this case....

A part of me feels that an end is coming very soon....

Caylee is leading and guiding those that are helping her find her way home so that she can rest in peace....just like the old movie ghost where the guy comes back to help his wife/gf and, for the evil ones to get what is coming to them...she (Caylee)  I believe is wanting answers too and, she won't rest until she has those answers .... atleast that is what I believe and my opinion only...

My thought are also like this.....They have not found a body yet...I firmly believe that......otherwise Casey would have already been arrested and this case would be further alone than it is....Tim will prolly find it in the coming days.......

MILLER: The news that came out of it was actually supposed to be meeting with the Anthony family and discuss future searches. You know, let them know that we`re not the enemy, we`re by their side.

And you know, I understand there`s a lot of emotions right now, and we hope maybe that meeting is going to happen tomorrow, so we can meet with George and Cindy and let them know what it looks like the future is going to bring to them.

And unfortunately, it doesn`t look good. But, again, this is not something that they chose, and my god, who would want to be in their shoes? And I think they got a lot more support than they understand.

I wonder if Tim is going to the Anthony house today so that he can personally tell them that the TES team found Caylee?  Tim is such a kind person, I can't help but think that he would see himself as responsible for delivering the news to the Anthonys before the information is released to the media.  I can see him assuring the Anthonys that TES is a support system even though they were so nasty to him.

Thanks Nut.  I am also wondering if anyone has seen the TES mobile command center and all of their equipment.  I can't see Tim paying for all of those hotel rooms and stuff for the mounted group, while his people sit there not searching.  I wonder if the crew is in Orlando or North Carolina.

Maybe they found parts of our precious Caylee and, couldn't get to the rest of her because of the water levels being so high from the hurricane that came through Central Florida shortly after this baby was placed in this area....and, the parts of our precious baby have been tested through dna that it is positivly *sp* our baby and, now Tim is here to try to retreive the rest of her....

Tim Miller is not going to be the one to tell the Anthony family that Caylee was found, not happenng at least until after the police tell them.

The body fluid Destiny mentions being examined is all they need. Period.  Tim Now knows what they know. Simple.

The grand jury is meeting soon, maybe Tuesday maybe Thursday.  Baez is already preparing his defense.

YEA  but the Lacy Peterson case was and ongoing investigation and they annouced it even before they had possitive identification  and I really think they would say something .....I really really do....

This is a high profile case and Orlando LE has done an excellent and meticulous job.  They have followed everything by the book.  A murder indictment by a Grand Jury will be very powerful and it will prevent any criticism of Orlando LE when murder charges are filed.  Grand Juries many times are in session over periods of months while they interview people and sort through evidence.  For some reason, everyone seems to expect a decision on Tuesday.  Think about how long the Grand Jury has been holding sessions about Drew Peterson.

Well this is what I have always thought.  I thought they would have to tell the family of the child even though they think the mother killed her.  Because as it stands and even though we know they are lying the grandparents think she was kidnapped.  How many times over the past few years have we heard the body has been found.  They cannot withhold that information.

Tim said that they left because of the conditions and they didn't want to run over Caylee's body with their vehicles and equipment.  I'm sure they told LE of those areas and LE has probably been back there themselves.. or plan to return when the conditions are better, just like Tim. :)

There is no prosecution or defence in a Grand Jury.  It is simply a presentation of evidence to determine if there is enough evidence for a viable charge.  People who are called before a Grand Jury answer questions in a room without others present.  This can go on for a very long time.  The Grand Jury then decides at some point if there is enough evidence to actually charge someone with a crime.  A Grand Jury decision is not a decision of guilt or innocence.  It is simply a juried review of evidence.

They only have to tell the family if there is a postive ID. Maybe they just recently got that proof. Didn't LE just recently meet with the Anthonys.

I really think that the last search was called off due to the Anthony's Lawyering up ,and possibly threat where made to TIM, it happened to abrutly.IMO. He had over a thousand volenteers and donations coming in from everywhere ... I believe CA had something to do with that. He's back now at the rewuest of OCSO , only being sympathatic to Anthony's.

I also believe they have not found anything .. WHy would OC still be doing searches after TIm left if they had found parts or bones?

I agree if there was a positive ID.  Now with that said if the Anthony's knew wouldn't they be shouting that the LE didn't do their job and they got my granddaughter killed because they never followed up on leads we gave them.  Cindy has hinted towards this.  She would go on and on that nut.  She can't keep her mouth shut.

Somebody feel free to correct if I am wrong, but my understanding is that the prosecution only has Tuesday to present their evidence to the GJ because that is the last day of this GJ.  A new GJ starts on Wednesday.

They must feel very confident about their evidence, if LE only needs one day. Although, it is also my understanding that getting an indictment from a GJ is relatively easy.

Hi San.  After a day in the ground, 11 days in a hot trunk, and weeks in heaven only knows where there is not much left of Caylee.  Any remains that were possibly found could simply be a few bones that have been scattered by animals.  The maggots from the trunk by themselves could have devoured 60% of an adult body in just a few days.  If a child's bones were found, it would be premature for LE to make an announcement without DNA testing and possibly testing for a cause of death in an ongoing murder investigation where a family member is the prime suspect.  Remember, there are several young children who are missing in the Orlando area.  The Body Farm was called in a few weeks ago for a reason.  A coroner would have immediately identified any discovered bones as belonging to an animal or a human.  Perhaps they found part of her and Tim will recover the rest in the next few days.

I have a question and since I am new here, I am not even sure if this is going in the right spot. Last night on NG, they ran quotes from previous interviews with GA. He was recalling the day CaseyA came home in a rush and he wanted to get something out of her car. Last night was the first time it hit me (I might just be slow :)). GA was saying I need to get "IT" out of the car, I know where "IT" is. CaseyA response was that she knew where "IT" was also. He went on to say that since he's been in her car a zillion times before and that he knew exactly where "IT" was and how he screws down the bolts very tightly, etc. Then he states that CaseyA gets to the trunk first and says, "Here's your *F* gas cans. Making it obvious she didn't want him in the trunk or even near the trunk.

So, he makes a point to tell this story to the detectives. I've also read (maybe in LA's statement or even perhaps GA) that he wanted some small device out of CaseyA's trunk so that he could work on CindyA's car that next weekend. This device was apparently small and had something to do with changing a tire? Rotating tires? I know I am not crazy and did not dream this. Right?

So, if he wanted "IT" I am going to assume it was this device. But he got the gas cans shoved at him. I'm confused because he asked for X and got Y...the story doesn't make much sense, except to provide his feelings on why CaseyA didn't want him going near the car. I don't remember if he ever got this device from her on this day or why he didn't question her when she handed him the wrong items.

Was it obvious that she thought he was talking about the gas cans? Was she confused? Even further, there is an approximate 20 minute window of time per her MySpace page, phone call records and this conversation between her and GA. How can all of that happen in 20 min?

If this confrontation took place the way GA states it did, then why does the entire sound bite from NG not make sense? (Not to say anything else in this case has made sense)

San, I completely agree with you.  CA is going to blame the media and LE.  If she truly believed somebody took Caylee and that Caylee could be in danger, isn't she concerned that perhaps the kidnappers may have killed her!  Why wouldn't she rule that out and help search.  She is a total nutcase now and maybe even before.  IMO, Casey certainly didn't seem afraid or intimidated by CA in the first jailhouse call that was released.  I think the family was a little intimidated by Casey.

From my reading and understanding , he pretty much knew KC took the gas cans and he was just pushing the IT Thing to get into the trunk to find the gas cans........ She screwd up in a conversation with him earlier that made him think she was the one who stole the gas cans.....

She didnt want him in the trunk because that where Caylee was for 11 days..

I know everyone is expecting her to be indicted on Tuesday but even still I dont understand why he just didn't refuse Baez the motion to allow her to visit "key points of interest?
I am no judge of the court but That would have been a big old H*LL NO if it were me. JMO though.

Sorry IMOO  That is from my own time line I came up with , from reading everything ........ I believe she killered on the 16th, buried her in back yard, came back to get her, because she was panicking someone would find her in backyard, drove around with her in trunk , "hense awful smell text" and then found a location to dispose of her.... or that smell to be that bad in the car she would have to be in there for a long time .

I agree Des, and by the way, thanks for making the phone calls.  You're great.  I would think that in an ongoing homicide investigation, LE would first have a legal responsibility to very carefully identify the remains through DNA evidence and also determine a cause of death, if possible.  These test can take weeks.  It took weeks just to identify the DNA from the hair in the trunk.  If Caylee has been found and identified, LE will be able to maintain custody of the remains because it is a homicide investigation.  If it isn't a homicide investigation, they would be required to release the remains to the family.  I can honestly see Tim Miller asking to be the one who informs the family, if TES were the ones who found her.  Tim went through this with his own daughter and he is very compasionate.  I'm sure that Orlando LE would be with him, but I do see Tim as the person who tells the family.  At that period of time, he had been asked by the Anthonys to be a part of the search.

Saw Cindy at Publix today. Heard her say that another vigil is planned tomorrow night at a skating rink on Goldenrod Rd. Near where George is collecting money to search for Caylee. Please....How can they even think about scamming for money now?

I do not know about anyone else here, but I have sent 3 emails now to the Nancy Grace show demanding that the Mullet-head make an appology to Tim Miller and to shut up the next time someone tries to talk.  I voiced my opinion stating that she was NOT Nancy Grace and she only caused herself to look foolish by attempting to talk over such a sweet man.

Laci's remains washed up on the beach and Connor's remains washed up in another area.  The remains were not discovered by the police or searchers.  They were found by people who were on the beach.  They couldn't hide the fact that she had been found.

True, but within a few days, LE did announce the remains were in fact Laci Peterson and Conner Peterson, the biological child of Scott and Laci Peterson.  I believed he arrested later thay day, wasn't he?  My memory is starting to go lately!

It's probably true.  I imagine that they have to pretend to be searching for an alive Caylee otherwise alot of what they have done would be considered obstruction.

I am curious why the prosecution chose the last day of this session?  Overly confident, in a rush, or so they could guarantee themselves a second shot an indictment?  Just curious!!

She can't do anything to LE if the DNA and forensics tests can show that Caylee was dead before Cindy called 911.  The DNA evidence in the car alone would be enough to prove that.  There was a death ring on Caylee's hair.  Cindy can scream about anything that she wants to scream about, but it will have no legal basis if forensic testing shows when Caylee died.  A Grand Jury indictment for a murder charge will also take the heat off of LE for charges by the Anthonys and Baez.  The decision to charge Casey will be on the Grand Jury and not on LE.

IMO , I dont think GA had anything to do with hiding the body at the time...... I feel "IMO dont throw rotten bananas at me" That he is truley hen pecked , he knew the smell, he knew his grandchild was in the trunk. And it was stated somewhere that the first time she got out of jail that he was all over KC about what she had done.... and he dissappeared for a couple of days after that.... there is a possibility that he found out the truth and did something about it then, and went on the defensive with CA. "They already lost one Caylee and will not loose another KC


Who really knows , we will never know tillthis come out in the courts , and me myself Ill be watching with piles of junk food and a DVR for bathroom breaks
