ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- A grand jury has issued a sealed murder indictment in disappearance of 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

What that charge is and who is named is not clear as the prosecution asked that the incitement be sealed until Casey Anthony was taken into custody. They also asked that bond be revoked. According to the Associated Press the sealed indictment is a murder charge.

Judge Belvin Perry granted both motions.

I've been saying for as long as I can remember that this was not an accident.

Somehow the Prosecutor got murder one without a body. That means there was enough evidence to convince 12 jurors that there is major incriminating evidence that CASEY MURDERED HER DAUGHTER.

Because the defendant who was indicted is not in custody, the judge sealed the indictment. Lamar said it was a captial crime — one punishable by death. We won’t know more for a bit, perhaps as is expected, Casey Anthony is taken into custody. She is at her parents’ house.

Rob, I agree with you that this was no accident.  She murdered the child because she didn't want to be bothered with caring for her.  Cold and callous as that sounds, that's the motive.  Cindy turned her over to sheriff's deputies under a bridge to avoid the video of a perp walk.

They have considered the evidence; they have deliberated and have returned an indictment.  In this indictment, the named defendant is not in custody, and for that reason, this need be sealed if your honor will so order until such time as this person is reduced to custody.   Count one is a capital count and that being the case, and the State averring that the evidence is compelling, we would ask the Court to set bond at no bond on count one an issue a capeas.”

In some sort of twisted logic, Baez thinks Casey's constitutional rights have been trampled, the very rights our men are fighting for in Iraq.  I have not idea how he thinks her rights are not being upheld when a GJ indicts her, but then he doesn't make much sense to me.  Baez speaks in fuzzy logic and vague terms to try to throw mud anywhere but onto his client.

Anyone listening to the FOX live feed?  That's a riot!  Cindy drove into a parking lot, did some erratic driving around there trying to lose the news car following her.  Then she stopped under a bridge on Boggy Creek Rd and they saw Casey get out of the car and into a grey SUV.  Cindy blocked the road so they could not get any closer and the grey SUV drove off.  They found out that was the sheriff's car and she was taken to jail.

As mean as she has been lately, maybe she does now? LOL

I think it's too late to talk. She could reveal exactly what happened and they could remove the death sentence portion should the jury decide to impose that sanction, but she is still facing life in prison... no parole.

Casey is not negotiating from a position of strength.

Count three is aggravated manslaughter, that as Caylee’s caregiver, Casey failed to give her what was needed for her physical or mental health or to protect her from abuse that caused her death.

Counts four to seven involve lying to law enforcement during her discussions with investigators.

There she was, standing by Baez in those pin-striped pants (hope they are not the ones that Cindy washed after taking them from the car) and a crisp white blouse, very different from the strutting in her short shorts demeanor that we have seen so often of late.  There were even a few tears.

I wonder if this will convince Casey that all her fantasies are just that -- this is reality and it is serious.  Or will she go back to her "I can beat this rap" mentality?

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been around for a while.. Things just really started to bother me..  especially looking at my beautiful daughter everyday.  Im just absolutely thrilled that these charges are now being brought up against her :)  just so happy..  I live in BC canada, and we dont have the death penalty anywhere within Canada, but I am definately all for it this case if she is found guilty.  I in no way beleive that she is mentally ill, she knew and knows exactly what she is doing.  A mentally ill person would not try to cover up something.. usually they dont even understand what they did was wrong.  So do all the testing they want, I think she is perfectly sane imo..  I think her mom is under some serious post traumatic stress or something though.  Ditto on the where in the world is Lee too...   All in all, I am just so glad that something has finally gave here.. :)

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Orange County Grand Jury convened Tuesday morning to decide whether or not to hand up an indictment against Casey Anthony on either murder or manslaughter charges. If that happens, she could be re-arrested and sent back to jail

By 9:00am, the lead prosecutor for the State Attorney's Office, Linda Drane-Burdick, was inside the courtroom. Around that same time, George Anthony arrived with his attorney, Mark NeJame.

NeJame attempted to get preferential treatment and avoid the security line visitors are required to go through at the courthouse. He was denied and the two of them were forced to stand in line.

An emotional George Anthony did make a short statement before entering the courthouse and asked that people stop at 11:00am and 11:00pm to pray for his granddaughter, Caylee. It was unclear the significance of the time.

George entered the courtroom to testify around 9:30am. He finished testifying around 10:30am and left the courthouse with NeJame. The Grand Jury then took a short break around 10:40am, before an Orange County cadaver dog deputy entered to testify around 10:50am.

Casey Anthony remained out of jail on home confinement Tuesday, but it could be her last day of freedom. She is a suspect in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. Caylee's body has never been found.

The grand jury will hear from several witnesses who are expected to testify against Casey, including her own father, George Anthony. They will also hear from investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, and an FBI's lab specialist.

Channel 9 reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car and jurors will hear how investigators found that potentially deadly chemical in the same spot where Caylee's body had been at one point.

I'm glad he did the right thing.  I'm sure Cindy might not see it that way, but it had to be done.  Someone in that family had to be Caylee's voice.  I will say a prayer for him to find the strength to honor his grandaughters memory, and say a prayer that Caylee will be found and laid to rest.

Colt, I just got the chance to watch the video of George at the courthouse today. I can honestly say that it took me by surprise the feelings I had while watching it, I had to catch my breath as I was overwhelmed with emotion  and the enormity of the whole situation for him.As a parent, I cannot fathom having to walk a mile in his shoes. I have not been a big fan of any of the Anthony's thus far, but George doing the right thing today gave me a feeling of newfound respect for the man. His pain was plain for all to see, and I pray to God I never have to deal with anything close to what he is dealing with now.

Todd Black just called into CNN Headline News and said that his office did not release the info regarding Casey representing herself (as stated online) and that the office knows nothing about it and would never release such a thing.

Fox news said it was a woman. She got out, knocked, no answer, back to car. Reporter asked if family, she nodded, back in car for 20 min, Cindy has been home since 4:10 per reporter.

I have emailed him 4 times - he will not respond.

It's unclear where on the Beachline members of the felony squad pulled Anthony over, but agency spokesman Jim Solomons just told the Sentinel, "We knew where she was at all times."

But was this chloroform found in an air sample, or was there a container of chloroform found?  Or both?  I have never ever seen this information given.  Air samples were taken from the trunk and analyzed.  Sometimes when people use the term "pure chloroform" what is meant is that the chloroform was in a container, usually a commercial container.  Chloroform found in the air sample is significant in that it's part of the gases (chloroform gas) of the trunk. 

Thank-you for this, I thought I might have misinterpreted. Hopefully a clearer explanation will be reported.

If you watch CA's interview from last night, you can understand the hate towards this family.  She has brought it on herself.  I have tried and tried to feel sympathy for her then she opens her mouth!!   I do feel sorry for GA, today must have ripped him apart.

A NORMAL family would be together during all of this. I couldn't imagine not having my family right by my side if I was going through what they are. George must have flat out said he knows that Casey has killed Caylee or something just as compelling.

I hope Cindy can afford the mortgage, George will not be back IMO and neither will Lee

I will reserve my total BRAVO for George till I am positive he didn't help in the cover-up or cut a deal.  However, I will say that the George who stepped up to the plate is a better George than the one we all saw when you first appeared on the board.  So, please do keep in touch with him - he will desperately need a friend.  And, I will add that your loyalty to him, makes me wish you were my friend! I know, I know... I just for one second can see her as the grandmother who raised a demon child who killed her beloved grandchild.  I think she needs a moment alone to process the situation - her kids' behavior, her own behavior.  If she is continuously in defense mode, we'll never see her stance change.  Perhaps if she has a second to think clearly she will be able to see Casey for what she really is.

Hi all, I'm new here.. well, new as in being an actual member. I have followed this case from the beginning on this site as well as other blog sites. No other case has taken a toll on me as this one has and I've followed many. I'm ecstatic ::cartwheel:: over the findings of the GJ and I am hoping they do go for the highest penalty, death. Normally I am against the death penalty, especially after so many on death row have been released after finding out they were innocent but there is NO doubt in my mind that she killed her precious baby with malice and forethought. She deserves the ABSOLUTE worst punishment. I understand others when they say that they feel she should have to rot in prison for the rest of her life thinking about what she has done. Normally, I would agree but in this case, I honestly think she wouldn't care. She needs to be scared, have an impending date of doom and know that she is going to have to answer to a higher power in the end.

I agree. This is an extremely tragic story and these are real people. I have been totally disgusted by the way people have acted throughout this ordeal, especially the protesters at the Anthony home. I have followed along some, but really have not been able to stomach much of this. A family has been destroyed and a little girl is dead. I wish people would try to show some true compassion. And posters, please try to get over yourselves. I feel for Klaas and the other mods during this one, also. Sheesh! I don't know how you all have managed.

After seeing George in front of the court house today before going in to the GJ, I truly have sympathy for him. I am betting dollars to donuts that this will result in a divorce between he and Cindy. I honestly have no sympathy for Cindy. I believe she has continued to lie and bend the truth to cover her daughter's A**. I am thankful for the fact that she called LE and got them involved. I can't help but wonder if she had to do it all over again if she would make that call.
