Nov. 8 Search Planned For Caylee, Kesse
Up To 4,000 Volunteer Searchers Expected

WINTER PARK, Fla. -- The latest search effort planned for Caylee Anthony is generating a lot of interest.

An Orlando private investigator who has volunteered to head up the effort to recruit team leaders said he has received over 400 calls since just 5 p.m. Wednesday.

"We're looking for someone with law enforcement background, fire service background, department of corrections -- public service background essentially," said James Copenhaver, private investigator. "Those folks have had some training in the past that they can bring to the table to help us."

The search is being headed up by Equusearch, the same group based in Texas that searched for Caylee in September. The group's leader, Tim Miller, plans to return to Orlando on Nov. 7 to train team leaders. On Nov. 8, the group hopes to send as many as 3,000 or 4,000 volunteer searchers out to look for both Caylee Anthony and Jennifer Kesse -- a Central Florida woman who has been missing since January 2006.

Equusearch is still looking for a search headquarters and determining the exact areas that will be searched. Both the sherriff's office and the FBI are on board with their efforts.

While listening to a local Orlando radio station, I just heard that the Today Show has announced that the Anthonys were not paid for their actual interview but they were paid for the photos they use during an interview...i.e. photos of KC and Caylee.  Station didn't say what the amount they were paid was.  I didn't see the interview.  Were photos shown???

This statement really gets me!!! How can any mother say such a thing???  Yes...my son loves his children...but not any more than I love him!!!

Well, I tried to bring a post from the old cage but couldn't.  It was written in jest but still sparked some "what ifs" in my mind.

It started with someone's comment about George saying it wasn't his granddaughter in the trunk.  Then in jest someone mentioned the Anthony's own body farm.

Here are my questions:  If Casey really did have a miscarriage, would there be a record of it or could nurse-mom Cindy take care of it at home?  If there was a miscarriage (say at home), are there any restrictions or guidelines for disposal?  At what age before birth can sex be determined?

As picky as George is about his yard, the "dent" has always seemed strange to me.  He seems like the sort who would have filled in a "dent" so that the yard would look manicured.

If Casey did miscarry, if it was a boy, if there are no laws restricting disposal, is it possible?  Wouldn't the DNA from the fluids be quite similar to Caylee's?

At this point, almost anything is possible and sometimes "truth is stranger than fiction."

Another thing I found hard to reconcile was the report of Caylee being so distraught that she missed about an hour and a half of the party.  This does not sound like the party girl we've heard about.  Also, having an emotional "outburst" really doesn't sound like the cool, calm, and collected Casey. 

Off the wall?  Oh yes, but I was bored with housework...lol

Remember last week I was telling you that I was working on getting a Bill passed and wanted to call it the Caylee Anthony bill? Well, some people here responded to me and I totally got sidetracked. I want to take all of you up on your offers to help. Klaas - how should I proceed with this? Don't want to cause any undue work and still move forward at the same time.

KnayKnay - here's what I suggest. 

#1  I'll set up a thread here in the Caylee Anthony forum for the bill you want to get passed
#2  You need to create a hotmail email address just for this purpose.  You can create one with the first name KnayKnay and last name ScaredMonkey.  Then in the future you can delete the email account if you no longer need it and you won't "muck up" your private email account with forum/Caylee stuff.  You have post your email and others can email you or you can simply work stuff out in posts in the forum.

You're not alone- I too have reached FAR and WIDE in my brain for some kind of explanation- and have thought about the possibility of a miscarriage- possibly stored in a freezer until it could be decided by the family what to do with the fetus, possibly it happening in the yard, then they transported in the trunk. etc etc etc... but I know in my heart they are absurdities and think the only reason I speculate about things like that is because I can't deal with the horrific outcome that the evidence implies. I love my son more than anything in this whole world- and cherish him and I will never be able to understand why some parents purposefully endanger, neglect and kill their children.

P.S. the answer to your question about determining sex of a child- I know that through ultrasound it is usually between 16-20 weeks but have heard as early as 12 weeks w/sophisticated equipment- not sure of what it would be if actually viewing the baby with the naked eye

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) --A spokesperson from the Orange County Corrections Department said Casey Anthony did not place a commissary order Wednesday evening, and has missed out on her chance to until next week.

Casey currently has $251.26 in her inmate account. The money has been deposited by her father, a bail bonds group and two other persons whose relationships to Casey, if any, are unknown. She was allowed to place an order for up to $70 worth of items. It is not clear why she turned down her opportunity.

The items she can purchase include shampoo, underwear, shoes, a bible, batteries and assorted candies.

Casey’s defense attorney’s Jose Luis Garcia and Jose Baez both visited her at the jail Wednesday evening. They had overlapping visits and spent about one hour with her.

Her family has not scheduled any video visitations at this time.

Casey remains jailed on the following charges: first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and four counts of obstructing a criminal investigation and giving false information to law enforcement.

The charges are all related to the disappearance of her little girl, 3-year-old Caylee Marie, who has not been seen since June.

That is pretty standard for a defense attorney to try to get the evidence thrown out...I would expect that to happen...At my friends daughter's murder trial, we would at first get upset when they would try to get evidence such as DNA etc. thrown out, and the prosecutor and the Victims Advocate told us that it is pretty much expected to happen...what else can they do with it? I don't see it happening BTW

Nah. I'll bet right now she's ticked at Dos Jose...they showed up when she was supposed to be placing her order. Bet she'll have a few choice words for them on their next visit.

CASEY'S ATTORNEY TO START QUESTIONING WITNESSES

Casey Anthony's defense attorney is going to start questioning his first prosecution witnesses in the case next Thursday. Among those being questioned is an employee at the Amscot on Goldenrod and Highway 50 where Casey abandoned her car in late June, employees from Johnson's Wrecker Service, the company that towed the car from the Amscot, and Casey's ex-boyfriend Tony Lazzaro.

I think you may be right about my brain trying to come up with alternate endings to this story.  Every bit of logic I've ever "hoped" to have is telling me Caylee is deceased but my heart absolutely does not want to accept that at all.  I'm not in denial in the same way George and Cindy are but I still am hoping even though I know it's futile.  I know it but I don't want to believe it if that makes sense.  Thanks for answering.

For those that want to listen to Nancy Grace but won't be able to at home or you don't have an access for TV, I am going to be streaming it in here again. This is all you do:

I just received a call from James Copenhaver, and I've been selected as a Team Leader. There will be an orientation with Tim Miller on the 7th of November.  I'll be searching both Sat & Sun. (8th & 9th)

IF she miscarried and they were able to extract DNA from the remains, they should have been able to determine gender of the fetus.  Sadly, I've miscarried several times and have had genetic testing done after each D&C and the lab was able to determine the gender of each baby.  From my understanding in a lab, gender can be determined with blood and tissue samples in VERY early pregnancy.  After 10 weeks gestation, you can order a kit offline that can tell you the gender with 82% accuracy.

If the baby was a boy, they would be able to tell from DNA that he was Caylee's brother.

A lot of miscarriages happen at home and most women have no need to see a doctor for it unless there are other complications or unless you're seeing a specialist for fertility treatments.  Also, if it was an early loss, there wouldn't have really been any remains to bury.

I don't feel that this theory is plausible, but I agree with you.  I know what the truth is, but it's so hard to believe it.

I think that my struggle with fertility treatments and multiple losses is what makes me so mad about this whole situation.  There are many people in this world (myself included) who would anything to have a healthy, beautiful child like Caylee.  It breaks my heart to think that KC possibly "disposed" of Caylee because she was an inconvience.

With that family I belive almost anything is possible! Early on I remember GA leaving early one morning with a large cooler - saying he was going to search for Caylee Does anyone know where he went or if he brought the chest home with him? I have read so much on this case that I cannot remember if George's "trip" was before or after LE searched the yard. Anyway, IMO, that could be a way to dispose of a fetus IF it had been buried in the yard.

I heard this last night on NG at the very beginning.  Last night anyway, they were stating it was a rumor/theory out there.  (I can't think of his name - it's the guy at the beginning from a radio station)  Is this a fact now?

Yes, because CindyA's speculation is that someone else put a dead body in the car. Who are these people the Sopranos??? When I think of Orlando I think Disney and Mickey Mouse, not John Gotti and Whitey Bulger. The way she says it so casually as if it HAPPENS all the time. Another beef with CindyA..."She's not DEAD." We know CindyA, Casey says "She's Sleeping"...which in Casey speak translates to "She's dead." 

I am not postitive about the 15th, but it is true that he didn't want Caylee around because of the drinking and pot smoking.  He was concerned about Caylee - he had roommates to consider as well. Can you imagine the guilt he feels?

Does anyone think Casey might be in a sort of state of shock that she's actually been charged with murder? If George and Cindy have always taken on her responsibilities and made everything be okay for her, she might not be able to absorb what is happening to her now.

My job involves working with the families of needy young children, and we hear some pretty sad stories. I have to say, though, that everything about Caylee's story is one of the saddest.

A beautiful young child is gone, a young woman who had so many opportunities is moldering away in prison, and two people who should be enjoying the company of their daughter and grandchild must be heartbroken now.

great news, my husband is active duty military and we are in Jacksonville, I finally talked him into getting some guys together from his division to volunteer in the Nov 8th search. They are going to contact TES tomorrow. I would love to help but someone has to stay and take care of the kids, because THAT is what a good mother does, she puts her children first ::MonkeyWink::

Cubbee, the picture of Caylee in your sig line is still my favorite by far.   Probably in nothing but a diaper or a pull-up.  I remember those days with my little one.   At that age, they just do little things (several times a day) that give you no choice but to grab them, hug them and hold onto them until they beg you to let them down so that they can play some more.

Anthonys believe they will find their granddaughter alive

7:42a.m. George and Cindy Anthony said on national television that they think their granddaughter, Caylee Marie, is still alive and have not given up hope, despite a first-degree murder indictment against their daughter, Casey.

The couple appeared on the Today Show this morning and were interviewed by Meredith Vieira.

George Anthony refused to answer questions about his subpoena to testify in front of a grand jury last week. "I cannot comment," he said.

Orange County officials announced last week that they think the child is dead and charged Casey Anthony with first-degree murder, among other charges, following the grand jury indictment. Cindy Anthony called the move another "tactic" to prevent her daughter's lawyers from viewing their evidence.

The evidence that points to a decomposing body in the back of Casey Anthony's car and traces of chloroform found in the same place have not been released yet to the public. Cindy Anthony thinks it's all circumstantial and can be disproved.

When Vieira asked George and Cindy if they are in denial about their granddaughter's death, they said no.

"My granddaughter is still alive," George Anthony said. "My granddaughter is still out there and we are going to find her."

Casey Anthony has been in jail since last Tuesday after being arrested on the side of an Orange County freeway. Her parents have not spoken to her since that day. Casey Anthony asked them to remain focused on finding Caylee, and keep the spotlight off of her, Cindy Anthony said to explain the reason they have not visited or spoken to her.

Yes, it has changed. But like I posted earlier....I still stand behind my earlier posts. I do this not because of ego, or the refusal to admit that I was wrong. (I've been wrong plenty of times!). I still feel George was being honest with me at the time. Now...he's not being honest to himself, especially in light of the growing case against his daughter.

I think George knows better. It's my opinion, he's just playing along with CA. More likely than not, everything's in CA's name. If he cuts out now (and he should), he would be left with very little. This make no difference....he needs to "Man up", and do what's right. He's a lost sole. Caylee was his world. Now...he has nothing.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

She left her house and wanted to go to Tony Lazzaro (ph), her boyfriend`s, house. He said that she could come, but not with Caylee. So the theory is that she placed Caylee in the trunk with a chloroform rag close to her, and basically, overnight that she succumbed and died from the chloroform, then actually drove around for about 11 days with the body in the trunk.

The family for whatever reasons, do not want a recovery of a dead body as if there is one, KC stays in jail longer. I am beginning to not care if they find Caylee at all. At this point, months into this, she is in heaven, regardless where her mortal reamins are.

  I think it's a combined search for Jennifer Kesse also.  I think a recovery would help the families so I'm all for it.  I do agree that effort for newly missing, alive recovery and children are all important too.  With us all aware of these needs we should all be reaching out to help anywhere we can.

Jenni, I'm so sorry for your losses.  I can only imagine the hurt after the excitement of finding out you were pregnant. We've never had children primarily because we married later in life so I don't know very much about gestation. I agree with you though...and using her own words...giving the gift of Caylee to Casey was a "waste, huge waste."

Yes, but Florida is a community property state.  They will spil everything 50/50.  He can even go after her retirement.  She was the bread winner in that family.

When Cindy called the meeting at her house that Annie was talking about
in her tex messages to her friends, at that point had all those friends of Casey's
given statements to LE. I'm wondering if Cindy can be charged with tampering
with witnesses. Also the only person that says that Casey went to Jessie's for
a shower was themselves, maybe Jessie helped her with something else. I found
his father very weird and has far to much to say for a guy just trying to protect
his son who is not a young teenie bopper and should be able to speak for himself.

LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER, MET WITH TOT CASE INVESTIGATORS: They`re confused in their own minds as to what they want to believe. Just a week ago, I got a document that says that they just -- Cindy formed a new nonprofit organization to accept funds for the search.

And while we were back there one night, George was telling his friend, the -- that was a cop also up in Warren, Ohio, that he was tired of living the lie. He couldn`t take it anymore. And that was just back in the latter part of August.  

So they know the child is dead. They`re just trying to make the best of it and cope with it. And here`s a way to possibly pick up some defense money for their daughter by forming a -- a nonprofit, and taking in funds, because some of the other organizations have been found to be taking funds and misusing them.

And now they`re faced with -- the reality that their daughter has been charged with murder, and what are we going to do? Well, the next best thing is to keep her -- keep hope alive, have people send money in, and the only thing that`s doing is taking it away from Tim Miller, and -- and the real search.

8/22/08 Deputy Anthony Rusciano fired after investigators said that he lied about a relationship he had with Casey Anthony.  "When investigators contacted Deputy Rusciano by telephone, Deputy Rusciano admitted that he had met the individual for a very brief moment at a party they both attended," wrote Chief Frank Fabrizio. "Deputy Rusciano denied ever having any further contact with that person."

Investigators say Rusciano provided inaccurate and incomplete responses after they discovered communication between he and Casey following a search of her computer. Upon being confronted with the evidence, he admitted to lying to investigators.

"Lying to investigators during the course of any investigation is unacceptable and reason for termination," Fabrizio wrote.  Rusciano, a probationary employee, was fired on August 22. He joined the  force in February of this year.

8/18/08 Anthony R interview by police. Anthony R academy classmate of Jesse Grund at Police Academy. Says he lied during the first interview because he was afraid.   Met Casey at the firing range when she came with Jesse and Caylee.  He became Facebook and Myspace friends with her about Christmas time.  Started having sex with her after going out to eat about the first of the year 2008.  Didn’t really communicate February through the end of April.  Then started Instant Messenger.  She came over in May and they had sex again.    Commented about Jesse Grund "But I guess she tried to tell him that he was the father of the baby, or he, that's what he said, but he, he was just as out there as she is."    AR: I felt like the girl. {in the relationship} (because Casey would get up and leave 5 minutes after they'd finished having sex.)

Monkeys ... it should be an interesting day tomorrow if Nancy Grace has got it right in regards to the release of the results of the forensic testing of the trunk of Casey's vehicle.  I am confused why it has not been reported in the Orlando media.

Anyways ... I have yet put the dinner dishes in the dishwasher and ... then a game or two of Scrabble with long time a long time with friends.  The four of us do more talking than playing so ... it will probably be ony one game.

Annie is the one with the blondish hair (edited to add I'm not sure about the hair color).  She's the one with the shamrock baseball cap.  She's also the one who was living with Dante and Ricardo I think at the Sawgrass apartments at one time.

Basically from what I have read JcPenney offered this Insurance at a low low rate, Basically sounds like a " Pool type pay into" for people who are high risk and or just simply can't afford premiums and or are just sucked up into a policy for what ever reason keep it reasoning that its only a small monthly payment.
