ME too!!! where did my question go????    Anyway (even tho I feel like I've been in here 24/7 lately)  whats wrong at Murts home? was he threatened by the hacker???

I have not had time to read back the last few days of posts - so I don't know what has been said or what's been going on - I try to stay current and read every post before I post anything. 

I did post earlier about Cindy being at the Hotel when I got back in Tuesday night - she was outside of the front door (smoking area) ::MonkeyHaHa:: hugging (not in any wrong way) TES workers.  George was not with her. 

In case anyone missed my other post;  I drove to Tony's apt Tues night and in the complex parking lot there is one vac and one car wash bay - I thought that was odd - I'm wondering if KC used it for anything?

Apparently, he is staying at the hotel to be closer to the park for the morning. He lives 90 minutes away, I hear.

KCJackie, thanks for the reports from FL via Ilovegoodies, but it is nice to have you back in the Show Me state again!  How come you didn't take me with you?  I was stuck here working 12 hours a day.

IIRC, she washed it at a car wash on the way (near) to the airport to pick him up and pointed it out to him. He mentioned this in his statement to LE.

I went by several times - the green truck was there all but one time.  I think this was around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday.  It was also there late at night - tv shining through window and I'm assuming a bedroom window was lit up. ::MonkeyCool::

I've been lurking here all week, and I'm sure most here are wondering why I haven't posted as yet. It's because I've had a personal conflict on what I should post. I had two choices to make.

One: I could sugar coat the truth, and facts of what I observed. This would keep me in good graces with the members here. Or second: Be both truthful and FACTUAL, and know that most members here will not like, or believe the facts (which are much more than just opinions), nor will they like me posting something that's not positive.

I will post two things that are very positive. Mytime and here husband, are very nice people. I did see hundreds of volunteers who where giving their time to search for a missing child they never met.

I will also say this: The post that Rex made...was spot on. I concur 110% with the statements he made in his post. Sad as it is. facts are still facts. It's my opinion, if anything, Rex understated what really went on. It was truly worse than what he posted. I talked to a few professional volunteer Team Leaders, who told me that they will not be retuning on Sunday's search...because it was a waste of time, and would be unproductive. One of them I spoke with drove 1200 miles to be on the search team.

If you heard some of the conversations between Leonard, and NeJame, and Tim Millers demeanor, everyone here would fully understand.

Ever seen a chicken without a head?? I saw many of them both days wearing TES shirts.

I have NOTHING to gain by making comments that I know will be both unpopular, and discounted by those here that read them. All of this just sheds bad light on me. My Dad always told me: "Truth is never a bad thing, so never be afraid to tell it"

If Kaas gives the OK, I will post my observed FACTS Nov 7-8-9. I will tell you all in advance.....you won't like it.  However, remember this: I was there, and many here...were not.

Also...the food: I was not offered any, nor did I see any of the volunteers eating any of it. What I did see: the "tent workers" Setting down with their feet up stuffing their face. ALL of the food was behind these workers on tables, not accessible to those who were sweating their butt's off doing the searching.

This my fellow Monkey's...is just the tip of the iceberg!

And please, don't acuse me of working for the Anthony's, or their lawyer. I supported TES 100%, and did my very best (so did my wife). There is something very strange going on between Leonard, Tim (TES), Rob, NeJame, and the Anthony's.

Let me first start by saying this folks. It is not normal for police to be taking someone off (LP) to have a polygraph.

It automatically tells me that LE does not trust much of what LP is saying or doing.

Someone posted about a case where there was some insistence tha tthe missing persom was alive, the judge asked that the missing person be produced. Case closed.


So maybe a few monkeys could write Nancy Grace with a list of questions you want asked.
NG may need information about kidfinders to ask some pertinent questions of G & A.

I am just now watching NG, just saw the bag they found, it looks to me like it was a 'Bratz' doll in the bag.  Someone earlier said the toys may be too small for a 2 year old, my guy is 2.5 y/o and I would let him play with a doll like that.  But I think it depends on the kiddo, mine has never been prone to putting things in his mouth so I am comfortable with it.  I dont know, just my thoughts from my experience.

Mr. Chuck, thanks for trying to make a difference. The sad fact is what you have discovered has been occurring since the last real honest search and that was for Kelly Nolan in the summer of 2007. I know what's been going on. And so do others. In fact most of us have been sugar coating the entire TES thing because that's all we have. We are Victims Right's Advocates here. I'm sure you have noticed by now.  ::MonkeyWink::

Maybe for Leonard and his people that were hanging around at the command center all day.  We could see him from Murt's van at the command center.

Folks, let's get a couple of things straight here.

Anything that went wrong with the searches in organization, etc ... I look to actually take data and have people learn from the mistakes.

If anyone has been on a large search then one knows that it can be chaotic. I was not there this past weekend so all I can do is here and put things togather to help fix for the future.

And this come from someone who is certainly no "fan" of "Colt."

I have just spent several hours trying to catch up on the events of the day.  I can only say that I am sad.  I an disappointed that the items from the river didn't belong to Caylee and I am disappointed by the pages and pages of bickering between monekys.  This is not what Scared Monkeys is about.  Offering opinions is what we do.  Posting antagonistic statements based on specualtion is not acceptable.

Some people go to their first search with expectations that are either not fulfilled ( didn't find the person, it was too hard, it wasn't hard enough,  wasn't with the group they wanted to be with...etc.) or as in my case...my first search was beyond my wildest expectations. I was truly in AWE of the TES members and the volunteers.  Every search after that first one was IMO an honor. I sure didn't want to run the show or think I knew better than the experts.... ::MonkeyWink:: some people with a little bit of experience think they are going to show the experts how to do it....keep that in mind..Also please remember TES works WITH LE in the areas they are searching TES has not given up on Caylee...there are over 100 TES members who will continue searching areas designated by LE. .sleep well....sorry if some were offended by my posts today...it was NOT personal.

I would like to add: There is still a VERY GOOD chance Caylee is located somewhere in the search area where the "Pings" were.

Hello, I have been out most of the day doing things that just had to be done, like orthadontists visits for my DD and other things that has been neglected for the past 4 or 5 days because of the time I chose to be active in this case.
  I can see that today was a very stressful day and some tempers got out of control, believe me I know what it feels like to think that there is someone that has a  problem with you  or with your opinion, of things...
   I have not been a member here for years nor do I sit in front of the computor all day everyday, but I really think because of my interest in missing children cases I would if I could.Yes there might be some of us that do stay on here more than others but to me that is their business, They are interested in this case and if this forum is what they love to do in their free time, more power to them, believe me , there are far worse things to become involved with then being sympathetic over a childs faith.
     I would like to also say that if you do feel like someone replies to your post unfairly just ignore that person, or else point it out to the Mod's in the right way and it will be taken care of, I trust the mods here and my hats go off to them because it is a really hard job that they have trying to keep up with everything they have to and even when they have to bann people they do it with respect....
  As far as Tim Miller and LP goes, I think it is best to just take a wait and see approach to all that is going on right now..I do not know everything that Tim  has heard nor what Lp has been told and just like on this board It would be unfair of me too judge them because until one or the other is PROVEN not to be trustworthy then I will not take sides but congradulate each one for what they have done already to help find Caylee, and for what they may do in the future.Sometimes things are not always what they seem......I think it would be a good thing to remember that and roll it around in our minds before we throw the first stone........for we may regret where it lands later on.................

I say this as an ojective individual who has followed missing person cases since 2005.

You can all have your opinions and you can think what you want; however, there when it comes to Tim Miller (TES) vs. Leonard Padilla in finding missing persons ... there is only one person who I would ever want if my loved one went missing and he does not wear a black hat.

Prior to Casey Anthony going missing, I had never heard of Padilla. Since this case I cannot get him off my TV screen.

Tim Miller has been searching for children and adults for years and has dedicated his life to it. If any of you think he gets rich off this stuff, you have no friggin idea what you are talking about ...

Thanks. If someone wants to hide from the truth, then what in the world does that say...And I thought Cindy was the only one that will not have the TRUTH. I understand some people have to run from the truth for some reason or another, but I don't think its right. I was taught not to takes sides and to be open-minded. I have always loved this place and I have connections with some monkeys here, but I am very disappointed to things I am hearing today. I respect Tim Miller and I respect LP for a totally different reason, I have a right to do that and not take sides. Something is not right here.

I KNOW what Tim has done for so many. I know what is in his heart. I DON'T know squat about Padilla.
My ONLY concern here is the search for Caylee. Was it carried out thoroughly??? I want to know. Let Colt talk and we can decide for ourselves.

For my part, even though I'm sure Tim Miller is not perfect we have always supported him and his efforts.  I don't know Padilla.

Loyalty to a  person can be accomplished even if there are human frailties.  Blind loyalty can be dangerous.

This is no bashing. Why did TES call for a Team Leader training meeting at the Tabu Club, yet there was no training?? No briefing? Nothing. But they did have a swell speach given by NeJame.

in my opinion, Tim Miller help bring home over 200 missing people in over 900+ searches. He is as close to an expert as there is.

imagine if Tim tried to be a bounty hunter for the weekend. It just wouldn't work. It takes years of experience at any profession to master it.

That said, I know facts of this search, when revealed, will make everyone question what really happened here.

That's all I will say. You will all learn what I know shortly, but you need to hear it from the correct sources and not me. That time will arrive shortly.

Sunny, MY experience as well!  I was in total awe of them and will never forget that experience!  However, every search is not going to go perfect, this one was very large, is a highly emotional, different personalities, with different ideas after the same resolution. Truly, it SHOULDN'T be TES responsibility to organize anything outside of the search itself.  That's a huge job in in itself!

People volunteer money for the searches, though that doesn't mean we don't want searchers taken care of, but there are priorities.  Maybe people should volunteer to orginize as well.   That is what Marlee did in our search with TES, because she is not able to walk far.  She did an awesome job, but can't be everywhere!

Just some thoughts.

How does anyone know what the TRUTH actually is in this regard?  Someone's impression?  What we want it to be? 

We were told there were bones today and from another "eyewitness" who was actually there but turns out, there were no bones, only rocks.

So the TRUTH can be a very elusive thing sometimes. 

I thought we had moved on from the TES vs. LP topic? 

It's not that I am completely pleased with how everything went; however, when it comes to the credibility of searching for missing people and the too numerous to name searches for people that none of you have ever heard of or cared about ... please do not insult all your collective intelligence and question the very person who has given years off his life to help find missing persons.

Sorry folks LP is nothing more than a bounty hunter ... not a searcher. There are too many things that have ribbed me the wrong way. If you want to put him on a pedestal, so be it ... i do not see Tim having a polygraph test. However, LP cannot say the same.

I think my post totally proved a point as to why alot of people were so upset on tonight and left.  Thank you to those who replied to my post and helped  prove that not everyones opinions are welcome on Scared Monkeys.   Because my opinion was not the same or was not interpreted the same as the moderators or someone whose been here a long time, it is considered wrong.  With there being no tone heard or facial expressions seen, how can you know what I was trying to say with my posts? I absolutely did not start a fight about Michael. I simply stated my opinion and it was totally taken wrong.  With the Michael situation, 2 different moderators and several long timers attacked me because I took his post in a different way and had comprehended it in a different light but when I defended myself I was threatened with being banned.  Never once were any of the long timers ever asked to refrain from attacking me and letting the moderators handle it.  The Teachers Pet Syndrome is obvious on Scared Monkeys.  There were several people who came to my defense then left and said they wouldnt be back.  You can go back and look up the posts.  I just hope no one went back and deleted or manipulated those posts.  I seem to have  really struck a nerve with alot of you, maybe my opinion hit a little too close to home.  Some of you were way to defensive. I also never apologized for my post I apologized for stating my opinion and not making myself clear enough to be understood which I will NEVER do again.  This is the United States of America. I also never made one mention of how long someone was signed on.  I do the same thing when I leave my computer.  Alot of you twisted my words to  make my comment seem much worse and misconstrue the meaning.  Im not in the click on Scared Monkeys which is ok with me.  I am in a real life click with lots of family, friends, and coworkers. Im afraid alot of you arent as lucky.  I honestly feel really sorry for some of you.   Opinions are not right  or wrong they are  feelings and thoughts you have about something.  If everyone had the same opinion the world would be a very boring and prejudiced place.  Im afraid that is exactly what is happening to Scared Monkeys. There is definately a gang style mentality taking over and certain people are allowed to do what ever they like. There are some very sweet and thoughtful people who I believe have hearts of gold on Scared Monkeys but there are also some very bitter hateful people who are not better than the Anthonys and you know who you are.  I see all the comments about how long your signed in and it just shows how childish some of you really are, especially the Administrators and Moderators.  Then not letting Colt tell his personal experience on the search just shows how everything has to be on the same side as Administrators and Moderators.  What a great way to run a forum. I wonder how you got those positions. It just shows how truly biase the people who are running this forum are. I think your acting just like Cindy Anthony. There is not a single one of you who know me or anything about me.  You have no knowlege of the heartbreaks or accomplishments ive made in my life and yet you are forming an impression of me on our differences of opinions.  Thank You to the ones who had an open mind and saw my post for what I really meant it to mean, your the specials ones on Scared Monkeys.  Go ahead and ban me but I hope everyone knows I was banned because my opinion was different from the Moderators and the Teachers Pets and SM Gang members  even though supposedly everyone is entitled their own  opinion. Thanks Red and Klaas~I have heard enough bashing today (over 100 ages IIRC) to last a lifetime. We all have our flaws and issues from prior life experiences, and I would be willing to bet that not one person would want to walk in Tim's shoes every day and face those families. There is nothing you could tell me that can change the admiration I feel towards someone who turned a horrific personal tragedy into a buring desire to make sure others don't have to endure what he suffered when his child was lost.

Because I've always trusted what you have to say, Rob, I will try to be patient and wait for whatever it is we will soon learn.

I cannot answer your question, as in my experience, we didn't have a high profile attorney involved.  In our team meetingsk, Tim spoke and gave specific instructions.  So it's really hard to say.   Get rid of all the high profile people, attorneys, media and ego's and allow Tim to do his job? 

That is interesting & would surprise me, as to this point, this cult seems all about misdirection.

Let's leave Padilla completely out of the equation. I would simply like to hear about the organized search this past weekend. Like you said, let's learn how to make it better next time. Let's hear about what happened in THIS case instead of leaving nagging questions if EVERYTHING was done thoroughly.

I started this day with great optimism when I thought Caylee had been found.

I end this day sad .... I am sad because it appears Caylee was not found.

I hate to hear the bashing and negativity associated with Tim, LE, Leonard etc. when they all should be working towards one common goal  ...finding whatever is left of little Caylee's body.

I feel sorry for the divers who were trying to help find her and had to deal with the sludge, poor water conditions and alligators. IMO, the criticism of them is unwarranted.

I feel bad for Murt who has suffered the loss of his wife and son, and although an amateur, he is just trying to do his best.

I feel bad for those of us who for whatever reason are just trying to find closure for Caylee.

I am in my late 50's and I am so dissappointed with the language I read, not from all but from some.  It seems we have lost respect for each other. Oh I guess, some of you will call me old fashioned, so be it. But, I do not see a need for the deragatory language and comments I read
on Murt's chats.

I am so disappointed with the media who continue to report the Anthony's search for a live Caylee when we have all heard or read George Anthony's account of the "decomposition smell" in the trunk.

I know God answers prayers and I will pray for his guidance and if it is His Will Caylee be found so be it.  If that is not his plan, I ask Him to help me with acceptance.

Thanks Rob. I will tell you one thing for sure: The search area was not done in matter as to be able say that they now know where Caylee is not. My wife and I will continue to search, and join others who will be searching as well. We will hit some of the "hot spots" during our weekends, while the weather is still good. I will be looking at the maps, and Pings with new interest.

I will chime in.  Tim searches for missing/dead people.  LP searches for criminals.  My personal opinion is this is a smear job by "Dracula" and the Anthony's against (1st) Tim and (2nd) LP.  Breaking this website and others is the first start.  Tim isn't perfect but this total disorganization cannot be totally laid at his feet when you have a lawyer involved, The Anthony's with their (or I should say her) vile ways.  Talk away but my opinion will be this was what the lawyer was there for-mission accomplished.

A couple of things have occurred to me lately, and probably to many of you as well.

First, the police have not discouraged searching and they seemed grateful to Tim for going in the area mapped by the pings.  But they have not really ENCOURAGED searching either, and there must be a reason for that.  It is clear that they do not expect the body to be found.  I can only assume that their info indicates that Caylee is dead and that the chances of finding her body are slim to nil.  It may be the passage of time.  It may be the fact that so many predators are in the woods and waters of that area.  But they seem to know that the chances of finding the body are not at all good. 

Second, and this is a question for all you sleuthers.  WHAT IF Cindy had not called the police to report the car as stolen.  WHAT IF when she located Casey at Tony's and they went outside to talk, Casey had started to cry and admitted that she accidentally killed Caylee, panicked and tossed the body in a river.  Do you think that Cindy would have gone to the police, knowing that Caylee was dead, that Casey was responsible and that it would end with Casey being charged with something, either negligent homicide or murder?

Too high profile, to many emotions, opinions and differences.  The key is to respect each other and be the bigger person. We should know by now, can't take it personally!   It will work it's way out eventually. Everything will be FINE!

 Colt, your post is causing more problems by NOT saying whatever it is you have to say, than by saying it. Klaas has said go ahead and Red has not told you to stop. Believe me, neither of them have any problem speaking their minds.

So do it. Just do it, and we'll all react and move on. Many who have been here for a long time will have their own experience with Tim to weigh it against, and I'm sure will fill in any who don't have that experience.

What I care most about and feel compelled to remind everyone about has nothing to do with Tim or LP. Klaas's suggestion should have been enough to stop this in it's tracks. Sit in her chair for a day, and you'd never be back. Red's posts should be given tremendous weight. Read them carefully. First, we're here because he has given us an opportunity to be. Secondly, he has been more than a distant ******* to these searches. He brings a perspective that we aren't privy to.

Get it over with, Colt. Leaving it to the imagination is worse than the facts.

Unfortunately you cannot leave some of the players out of the equation because they interjected themselves into the story. That does cause an issue. Thee is also a thing called empirical evidence that really does a disservice as well.

I had said from the beginning and it fell on deaf ears to not allow LP, cameras, the media anywhere near the search. The minute one strays from the search and it becomes about personalities, egos and face time ... it is no longer about a search.

Also, when people volunteer to search you are to leave your cameras and cell phones at home. This is not about your 15 minutes of fame and who you can text to say what area is being searched so that it can be broadcast on the internet.

This is not a TV show folks, it is serious business.

To answer part of your question wreck I will be discussing any positives and negatives in the search efforts with people so that it does not happen again. Part of the issue comes about when the search gets large. Even small % errors become larger due to the law of large numbers.

Hopefully in the future lessons will be learned to better effectuate a search.

#1, less cameras the better. I know you all want to know what's going on every waking moment. However, it serves a search no good for that to occur.

Thanks again Rob. Maybe I should wait for others to post what I already know. I feel my opinions here will just be counter productive. I would love to have the opportunity to offer suggestions to TES, on how they could have improved getting the Team Leaders, and volunteers together, and out in the search area. That seemed to be one the biggest problems. It was like a free for all. They told me to go out a round up a team. (??).  3 to 5 teams working together...and yet only ONE map, and without directions how to get there! One team left the other four teams behind...and they had the one and only map.

So yes, I would like to give input. Like they say: This was not my first rodeo.

SS ... sure you have ... that's how RU formed. Thats how mamma bedhead and the rest of the other sites formed. Originally covering Natalee, SM had most all the volume abd they about 12 blogs and forums branched off. All were under one umbrella at one time.

My theory is that KC did tell them, they decided to script the sensational kidnapping story & a timeline was agreed upon, KC didn't stick to the timeline, didn't tell them of the horrible smell & the 911 calls were placed to get OCSO there to take the kidnapping report from the scared of her parents middle class white girl.  CA was so PO'd at KC for editing the scipt with the 31 day crap & the horrible smell in the car & having to pay all that money to get it out of hawk that she disclosed about the car to 911, that was not planned by any means.  For God's sake the car was still being aired out in the garage but is in NONE of the four of the A's statements to OCSO.  The divine intervention was CA losing it & disclosing about the car.

Can't wait 'til KC gets tried, found guilty & sentenced for pretty much most if not all of her life to sit in a horrible prison with no freedom to find that she was a fool to take such direction from her elder's, she should have called 911 after what happened happened & faced the consequences as they would have been lighter than what this fiasco has caused, cuz IF it was accidental there is no proof now & nobody would believe her & all of the actions point to intentional.

Tim made a terrible accusation about LP on the Nancy Grace show tonight.  If any part of that accusation is true, LP is a real thug.  But then, bounty hunters have never had the most pristine reputations, right?  Their very "business" is a bit shady and sleazy.  I do not romanticize LP or Tim Miller.  They are human beings, not gods or saints.  They make mistakes, have misunderstandings, use poor judgment when tired, perhaps try too hard or not hard enough.  All of the infighting is sordid and does not help, but it is largely irrelevant to the case.  Sometimes we forget that once the case goes to trial, most of this will not amount to a hill of beans. 

The fact that the Anthonys are so deeply upset by the searching, though, is confusing.  IF they really believe that Caylee is alive, it should not bother them if people are searching for a body.  Every day that a body is not found can be used to bolster their argument that Caylee is still alive.  When they rail against the searches, they seem to be contradicting themselves and appear frightened that a body might be found.  Of course, most of us know that they both were terrified that something had happened to Caylee.  George even said in the interview that he feared the smell might be Caylee's decaying body and was relieved when it was not in the trunk.

They fight the searches and attack the searchers because they fear that Caylee's body will be found and their little act will be over.  That is the only reason for them to go after the searchers.  There is bad blood between thema and LP and instead of taking the high road, both sides are wallowing in the mud.  But that has little to do with the case.

Meanwhile, Casey sits in jail in her world of fantasy and ego and gets a hoot out of all of this, I suppose.

I would, but it has to do with the cast of this story and I believe it should be about Casey.  If you want my email,  Klaas has my permission to give my email to you, but I won't discuss it here, especially after the events of the night.

I don't know what made me go to Florida with hardly anytime to pack!  I know when I set my mind on something - it will drive me crazy til I check it out.  I was so excited when people were going to go to Orlando and take pics of these areas of interest - I have yet to see them.  So I felt I wanted to see them for myself.

I am not a fan of media - camera's and fame don't impress me at all.  This is my experience.

I have worked on these damn pings until I am pinged out!  I arrived in Florida Monday afternoon and went straight to Blanchard Park I got there right after Cindy and George left the park.  I seen Murts van and asked what was going on - he filled me in and I walked away - I have never posted on his site - only watched his coverage.  I'm not a fan.  I then drove around like a crazy person trying to see all the major  places KC stopped at (trying to get timing down from each place).

Tuesday morning - we went to Blanchard Park at 8:00 a.m. news vans all over the place.  Shortly before 9:00 LP and his team arrived as did Richard Grund.  There was quite a few there for the "ceremony".  LP spoke and said he had used the wrong words - it was not a Memorial service but a prayer service.  Richard Grund spoke - I have no idea what was said because I had the Bimbo with the sign behind me that kept hollering "Caylee's alive" - she loved the camera! 

After the ceremony Richard was giving interviews to several people and so was Leonard.  I met the owner of Justice for Caylee website - seemed very sweet and stated she had spent a lot of her own money on postcards and such.  Padilla was taking pics with everyone - girls were all over on that. ::MonkeyRoll::   Rob seemed to distance himself from the crowd.  I went over and talked to him and asked about the ping areas - he stated they hadn't went and looked at them and they were basing there info on facts and forensics only.  (I didn't pull these pings out of my @ss :gaah: )  I told him thanks and I was on my way to check them out for myself.  At this point I'm having to find my mom who is very picture happy... She was right in front of LP - I asked him about the pings - he didn't pay any attention then seconds later - the cowboy from Kid Finders or whoever he is showed up!

"Cowboy" was very annoying but started asking LP questions;  LP didn't notice due to getting pics taken.  Cowboy started getting louder (my poor mom told him "quit yelling in my ear)  ::MonkeyConfused::

I'm sorry for the long explanation - I'm not good with words.  And I want to make sure I have my facts straight.

I tend to think that Casey eventually leveled with her mom, although it may have been done in their kind of "coded" conversations.  They are not exactly forthright with each other, it seems, and I think it happened when Cindy went into the room, as described by Lee, and realized that Casey was on the brink of admitting something Cindy did not want to hear.  Cindy said, "What have you done?"  Casey told her she had not seen Caylee in 31 days, that Caylee was gone.  Cindy immediately said, "Who took her?" and that opened the door for Casey to come up with a name.  Note that Cindy started by saying WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? meaning Casey.  But once she realized Casey might have done the unthinkable, she quickly switched to Who took her?  In their "code," Cindy said essentially If you killed her, I don't want to know.  I prefer to think she is kidnapped.  Casey understood the underlying meaning and ran with the kidnapping story, inventing it as she went along.  I think Casey was close to opening up and confessing to Lee, but Cindy let her know that was not an option.  This is pure speculation on my part, but it seems to be the way they operate.  Neither deals in reality.  They each try to shape their own realities.

Klaas..I don't want to hear any "bashing" of Tim Miller either..but I think the search over the weekend was about Caylee and almost all of the previous thread was about LP search, news reports, Murt reports etc... so I'm a bit confused here.

That being said, how about a New thread, separate from this one for Colt, Mytime and others to report their experiences in the field on the search...and an opportunity for others to ask questions of those who were there ????

KCjackie~that is very unprofessional for something as solemn as a search for a missing child. Thanks for all the work you did on the pings and your trip to Orlando. I also thought there were going to be 40 divers today, does anyone know if they showed up??

Glad someone does & I think that OCSO may very well feel the same way & that being said with all that time the misdirection involved would make it pretty much impossible, except through divine intervention, which there has already been one here, to locate Caylee's final resting place.  OCSO performed really, really well in this one they got her, LP released her to be in a nice comfy spot with all the camera's, OCSO & State's Attorney took what they had to the Grand Jury & they got her again, NOW WE GO TO TRIAL.  The A's only care about those donation jars & spewing the filthy lies from their mouths how dare they waste valuable resources & be such vile citizens all so they can make bucks swindling from the sympathetic.  Monster's.

This is what bothers me terribly.  I am just sick about it.

Why would Tim Miller afford Mark NeJame a core position within the TES search effort this past weekend.  Nejame represents those who have obstructed the investigation ... undermine the credibility of Tim and TES?

It does not make sense.

I believe that those who sacrificially contributed with monetary and food donations towards the Caylee Marie search deserve an explanation from Tim Miller.

Red, You don't know me either. I was a crewman on a rescue helicopter in Vietnam. I've done both ground searches in some very hostile situations, as well a extractions on pilots who were shot down. No, I may not be an expert in your opinion, but I damn sure know how search. And I know stress, as there is nothing like being shot at while attempting a rescue.

I've gone round and round trying to square it in my head what could've happened as far as CA's involement. this idea that you've put out is a really plausible one. I never really figured CA or GA had any hands on part but their declarations that Caylee is alive ring too hollow and they never can produce even one viable reason for any thinking person to believe them.

Now with the forensics it really doesn't matter much to me except  wanting to have some sort of way to wrap it up in my own head. That's why we all clamor for any shread of news from anybody that might be a key player or even those nearby.

I have been lurking here for a LONG time...since Natalee...and I started posting during this case because I actually started following this one from the beginning so I felt informed enough to join in....during Natalee you all were moving so fast it was enough for me just keeping up...

I am really upset by what I have witnessed in here tonight....hostility and frustration and at times pettiness among the monkeys.....and I get it...it's been an exhausting day, an exhausting case with a family who is not cooperating, an exhausting amount of twists and turns....we are all just human and our nerves are shot....

So please just think about a couple of things...

1. Take a look at a picture of Caylee...really look into those big brown eyes....that is who we are here for....

2. Creating bickering and infighting is the main weapon of the Anthonys....let us not head down that path...

3. What Klaas says goes....she is not hiding anything, she is not banning anybody with an honest opinion....she is trying to keep this forum focused and productive....give her a break....it CANNOT be easy to read the ramblings of a bunch of super intense people all day long...

4. and finally....who really gives a flying crap what anybody's motives are or what their personal beefs are with other people....let's pool our resources and get this job done....let's find this baby...

So chillax Monkeys....I think everybody needs to maybe pour themselves a little drinky poo and let's get some good Lee Anthony jokes rolling and we will all feel better.

I so agree with your post. The reason I come here is for the best nonbiased information. There are some really talented, connected members who give their all for this cause and lucky for us they share the info with us.
Being afraid to post is wrong. Feeling intimidated to share an opposing opinion is wrong. If this is to be a social chat forum with only touchy feely thoughts posted , it's a very different forum than I thought.

No disrespect~but as one who made a monetary donation and bought pizzas, I don't need any explanation from Tim nor TES, I TRUST them. Sometimes in a huge search over a very large area with 1500 volunteers things can easily become disorganied. Hell, I can't even keep a sleepover with 4 extra kids organized for more than 30 minutes.

Geez, I hope someone, anyone has paid as much attention to things like pings as you have.  I am astounded.  How about LE and TM

Blue Moon...I think you on to something here...or at least a portion of the problem.

I would venture to guess that Dracula is what I would call a "pot stirrer".  I think the world of Tim Miller, but I have also had the red flag go up a few times lately:  one was when we heard that Tim had spend quite a bit of time with Dracula and the Anthony's at Dracula's office; another was when I heard about Tabu (but tried to talk myself out of that one); another was when I heard that Dracula was spending time in the search tent (huh?  what for?).

I just think that the attorney in the middle of the mix, ESPECIALLY when we know how Cindy really feels about Tim searching for a dead Caylee, tells us something odd is going on...and now we have this intensity going on between Tim and LP....I can believe that the stirring of the pot is to creat turmoil between Tim, LP and SM.  You can just stand back and see it happening.

The monkeys are too good at picking apart a scheme like this....please use your talents and efforts and go at it!!!

Janet, I know we don't always agree ::MonkeyWink:: but I am 100% with you on this one.  I'd like to know more.  I think that Nejame knows the rumors about Tim, and used that to his advantage.  Now it appears that Tim Miller is in bed with Nejame (figuratively speaking). 

That was only a small part of the list.

The point that I am trying to make is that so many are on the search list of people that none of us have probably ever heard of. Why? Because the MSM does not follow them. The MSM does not consider them important because there are no ratings in those cases.

However, TES searches for them because they fell everyone deserves to be found.

People can fault people all they want and no one is perfect; however, no one can say the Tim Miller's heart is not in the right place.

I just recently spent time with Beth Holloway and her anguish today is the the as it was in the many pics you saw from Aruba. While I was talking to her she made a comment and all I could do was bite my lip as not to tear up.

Having lost a loved one and then dedicating your life so that others do not suffer the same fate cant but take a piece out of you every time. Every time Tim sees a missing girl, boy, parent and a grieving family ... do not think for one seconds that he is so perfect that it does not probably remind him of his own situation with Laura.

This case is very different in the fact that the family of the missing person have acted in such a bizaro manner that it defies logic. However, in every other case there is a grieving family, friends and community and Tim absorbs that pain.

I have seen it first hand ... it takes a lot for someone to shed years off their life with this type of stress to help others. Having witnessed it personally, many should think about that before they are so quick to judge. It takes a different kind of person to do this.

I agree that no one should be afraid to post. I do however, believe that we need to be very self governing so we don't create that fear in others. I'm pretty laid back and am very surprised at what offends sometimes. In that way, I am a bit leary. I shoot straight but I also don't want to hurt someone else who doesn't know me well enough to understand the way I am...There are some very bright, thoughtful people on this forum and it is also the friendliest one I have seen yet.The information is great, the flow is great. We all need to remember that we are at a point in the case where there is very little happening with KC herself, frustration is mounting and there is that underlying fear that KC will get off easy. As a previous poster said, it is better to pause sometimes than regret what you've written

My gut feeling was Aerospace.  I may be totally wrong (have been many times in my life).  While there I was wondering how I could get cadaver dogs myself.  It made me sick being there.  I wanted to know what she was doing in that area at 4:20 a.m. - I was there at 2:00 pm and didn't like it at all.  You can not see it from this area but we did turn and go down the other side and at the end there was a big building called Win Door company.  My mom stated maybe she met someone who worked there - but at 2 pm there were only 4-5 cars and a few semi's - I doubt they have 24 hour shifts.  I went back at 10:00 pm - I was scared to go all the way down there - but it was not lit up at all.  Earlier I had noticed lights - but evidently not working.

I also know that these pings do not mean an exact location of KC - only tower.  But I encourage anyone that lives close - go see it and let me know what you think.

My mom is a psychiatric nurse and she always says that sane people react strongly in insane situations....this weekend sounds like it was so chaotic that I would probably have hightailed it out of there too....

I mean, how do you search for somebody when the family is not cooperating....that must be a first.  Is that a first Red?  I can't wrap my brain around that one...and I think it is that basic foundation of insanity that is kicking up all of this other craziness?  Tim Miller is a SANE person reacting strongly to an INSANE situation....that's how I see it.

Tim's appearance on NG tonight was enough for me to send an email to TES and voice my concern/horror.

KCJACKIE   When you first landed in Orlando ... were you overwhelmed and almost exhausted just seeing the gazillion locations she "could" be?  I was amazed at all the  lakes and patches of trees!

I am talking about the core position that Tim Miller afforded Mark NeJame ... the attorney of those who have obstructed the investigation and ... undermined the credibility of Tim Miller and the organization he represents ... TES.  NOTHING ELSE!

Those who made sacrifices on behalf of every aspect of the search effort deserve answers.  Tim Miller has done a lot on behalf a missing persons and ... I uphold him but ... Tim is not above accountability.

Potential donors to our Christian church ministries demand accountability and ... they get it.  They would have every right to demand answers if a key position within the ministry had been afforded to an a person whose goals/ ideology/ faith conflicted with those of the ministry.

I feel badly for Colt, he posted saying he went back and forth for a week before coming back on here because he didn't want to get people upset.  At the end of his post he asks permission first from a Mod to post his observations, and everything goes in uproar.  The exact thing I feel he tried to avoid in the first place.

It is very hard to hear anyone say anything negative about someone you greatly admire, with that being said Tim Miller is only one man, and if the search was a free for all he can hardly be held responsible.  Possibly it's fair to say that with all of the media, and supposed thousands of searchers, that organizing this search was overwhelming for the usually impeccable TES team.  And because of that I feel Tim Miller will ensure he comes back to search again for Caylee.

As for Mr. Padilla we don't know much about him, and will he search for missing children and turn into a "Tim Miller" after Caylee?  Doubtful..... however I feel Casey Anthony has gotten under his skin just as much as ours and whether he loves the camera or not, people are searching for Caylee right now because of him.  And for that I am thankful because it is all about Caylee.

Colt I am sorry for the reception you received from your post, to all of the faithful Tim Miller advocates please don't take the search gone wrong as a "bash" against Tim because as I said earlier he is only one man and can't control what thousands of people were doing.  But hold faith that he of course realized what was going on around him and for that will go back again.

Tim has taken on a huge responsibility!!  If someones loved one was murdered than finding their body can be the determining factor in serving justice.  A lot of people depend on him in that respect.  I do not know him personally but the possibility exists that he is worn from all he has endured in life and taken on.   With all do respect we may put a lot of unrealistic hopes and expectations on him, but, that being said who else can we count on?

For a period of 11 years, I traveled to either Orlando or Tampa about 10-12 times each year ( usually a combination of both). I feel I know the area fairly well (for someone that doen't live there.) I agree -- there is a small lake (or 3) in every square mile.  The task is daunting!

There is a reason why people need to remember to breath during a search and that a search is to be looked at like a mutual fund not a day stock. By doing the day trade approach and the second by second account live feed stuff it appeared as if stuff happened.

By the end of the day, the following occurred. Divers searched a river that had already been cleared. They found a bag of toys and rocks.

The police came and said it had nothing to do with the investigation and Padilla was made to take a polygraph.

In essence all this coverage and roller coaster and nothing was found.


Just as an aside, there are junk in the river. Of course there is going to be because if it is anything like the woods we searched there was nothing but bones and garbage, toys, shoes, clothes. Hell, we even found real live homeless people living on the woods. The point is that things will be found. More often then not. However, most will have nothing to do with this case ... its just trash.

Yes!  IMO the odds aren't very good - considering she got a head start.  But at the same time I don't understand why the same areas keep getting searched over and over and others not even looked at.

I spend my time on this site not usually logged in, just lurking and reading. Caylee has held a place in my heart from the moment I looked at her pic, as a mom of 5 kids I cannot fathom how this has happened to a sweet baby.
someone said earlier that the bickering here is just what the evil family want us to do, so please everyone, respect each other! Nobody is perfect, and my glass house is too fragile for me to throw stones, but as another stated, the truth will stand no matter who tells it!

Now this pic has a stack of red bricks in the corner, my question is was everything found today by divers discounted or not?
Could casey have strewn evidence around? could she have disposed of caylee near this area, and perhaps picked up a brick to use as a weight for a bag she dropped in the river?

Is there anyway to check and see if the bricks are from same mold or mix of materials used in the construction of the bricks? are all bricks the same?

I would just like to say that PLEASE...everyone....Before jumping the gun and coming to conclusions based on what did or did not happen this weekend with this search, try to remember that things are not always what they seem....Try to remember that Tim has had a lot of meetings with LE, and knows alot more than we do.....LE works in ways that we do not understand until it is layed out in front of us for us to see......Please keep in mind of the many times Tim has brought closure to families of missing Loved Ones............I see no reason for anyone to think that after all the years and all the great things Tim has acomplished  that he wouldnt know just what he was doing on this case as well.......    '''in saying that I'll leave you with and old saying that my GM use to go by.....

i feel like a very large community of strangers has become the family... the family for a child who is gone..
it is difficult beyond words to try to comprehend the behavior of the ACTUAL family...
but it warms my heart... to see all of the people willing to try.. to TRY to find this tiny little girl...

there may be many who are doing it for selfish reasons... heck.. maybe even didnt START out that way, but got caught up in the hoopla..

but i for one... am encouraged to see SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many others... who have worked tirelessly right on THIS site, to try to find the clues to put her to rest..


heartfelt thanks to all of you.... who are trying to keep caylees memory in the limelight... to bring her home..

I agree it takes a different kind of person to make the sacrifices Tim has made for the missing and their families.  A special person, like Tim.
Just ask any family member that had Tim and TES searching for their loved one.

It seems a pandora's box has been opened...and I doubt it can be shut.

I appreciate that you are willing to evaluate the recent situation and work toward improvement.  I appreciate that you are able to acknowledge there might be some changes and improvements to work out.  It takes a big man to acknowledge that perhaps some mistakes have been made.

Let the healing begin.

I've been told I am very wise, and I'd like to try and share my wisdom on some of this.  Red is correct when he says no one searches like Tim, and we know of the successes he has had.  All of those searches were for people who wanted their loved ones found.  Unfortunately, that is not what is happening with this search.  It's monumentally different than any other search conducted.  It is also what is causing it to be bigger than any other search. The girl in this case has not one relative that stands with her.  So the masses have.  There are so many other difference that come from the core difference of this search. 
When family and detectives come together to narrow down places, Tim is their Superman.
Tim knows land.  He knows how to approach it, and get into in ways that we have all watched in awe.  I think what we are seeing in this case, is that Tim might not know as much about people. This is not saying anything negative about Tim.  His trust is a wonderful thing in most instances.  He just hassn't had to deal with the likes of this cast of characters before.   I believe he trusted people that led him to believe they could be trusted.  I am talking about Nejame.  He might have been a good friend to Tim before this, I don't know.  But just as Tim would always do his professional best, so too would Nejame's client always come first.  So here you have second chair occupied by the Rep of the people two people who do not want her found.  The waters were already very muddy here.
So enter LP, who knows nothing about land, but everything about people. Especially people who don't want to be found, or relatives who don't want their people found. And we're not talking about stupid people.  These are criminals who have eluded the police, and spend all their waking hours devising ways to stay hidden.  And he knows the attorney's who represent these people. 
In a perfect world, they could have both lended their expertise in a positive way. Being where we are, I hoping that we can appreciate both of their gifts to Caylee while we overlook the behaviors we might not like in either.

I know Tim said he used sonar to search where LP is searching, but would the sonar thing pick up on little bones etc.  I'm just thinking that with Caylee being only 2, and with Faye etc. if she was not in a container and her little remains were scattered, wouldn't they be too small to cause any concern on the sonar.  Does anyone know how that would work?

My ONLY concern is that areas we are considering "cleared" -- may not be. That is a shame.

I don't understand at all.  Is Tim Miller/TES expected to totally block the grandparents and/or their attorney out of any proceedings?  That is a very strange expectation since they have not been charged with anything and are not even known to be under suspicions except on forums.

Regardless of our personal feelings toward them, they are still the closest blood relatives to the victim.  I am not sure even what the legal ramifications of that might be.

But if that is the expectation, that Tim Miller hate them just because we might, I don't think that's going to happen.  He does continue to try to communicate with them and try to include them when they will allow it.

I OFFICIALLY HATE CASEY!  There, I said it .... I try VERY HARD not to say that word as it represents negativity ..... and do not use it in the context of speaking of people .... but I do ... I HATE CASEY!   schew ... I feel better .... kind of

CMack - I don't feel sorry for Colt.  His first posts in this forum were defending the Anthonys.  Colt is a big boy and I'm sure can handle it.  If he can't then he really shouldn't be posting anywhere IMO.

Very good point made here, and the saddest, most profound statement I've heard that sums it all up is what I've highlighted above.  It is truly heartbreaking...

I'm going to bed. I hope this "innuendo and suggestion" stuff does not stand. Personally, I think that's more harmful than just spilling it and let's take a look. It's one of the reasons I always hated Shango.

No matter what this search was like, There is an abundance of hard evidence that Tim Miller has a big heart and that his motivations are the families and loved ones who are left in pain without answers. His personal experience, if nothing else, has given him that empathy. When families have no where to turn, he has come and he has offered help and hope; that has meant the world to many hurting people.

This case is different, just as Red said. Before this, I have noticed just from watching the news that Tim seemed frustrated. I listen to Cindy for 30 seconds and I totally understand. If the heartstrings within Tim are what causes him to perform his best, the situation in this case has no one within the family to strum them. Caylee is already home, of that I am sure and what is mostly left is aiding justice for her death. Yes, Caylee deserves the respect of being laid to rest properly, but there is no one in her family who is both sane and grieving. Tim can't save them even with a pristine search effort, and Caylee is beyond his help.

I take a look at the comments here tonight and I think it's little wonder that frustration causes chaos. I'm certainly not speaking for Tim and I'm certainly not saying his feelings would be mine, but if I were searching and committing my resources and my life to intervene for a family, it would eat at me that I was doing that when the family was opposed to what I was doing and the child's own Mother knows exactly where she is while I was looking for a needle in a haystack. I'm not threatend by anything anyone would post about Tim Miller, no matter what it is. He's human, and as far as I know, no perfect person has walked this earth for over 2000 years. Tim knows that the person. That person lives in his heart, and just as that person said, We All Fall Short.

It's the hanging "suggestion, innuendo, and teasers" that malign the most because we can't address it head on. That does not afford Tim or anyone else a choice of addressing or answering anything, and that offends me. Tim doesn't deserve that. JMO.

Here are some pics from a past search over Labor Day Weekend where we could not post the pics at the time because it had to be determined if it was Caylee. These pics are of bone, vertebrae. These are just some of the many bones we found.

My point is that you never heard of this find as it was never reported. If there was a day like today every time we found something during the search over Labor Day we would have never been able to conduct a search and clear areas.

What a difference a search makes in that no one really every knew of this because we never would have allowed media or cameras on site.

These bones turned out not to do with the case.

Thank you for saying that. I don't know what went on, and it almost scares me to think about it. But much as I admire the work that Tim does, and hold him in the highest regards.... he is just a man. He is not a saint, nor is he perfect. So I really don't understand why one person's experiences would be considered bashing. I respect him highly, and I will continue to support him.

LP is brash at times, and has gotten on lots of nerves. But he called up the dive team and did what he thought he should. You can't fault him for that. And in the exchange tonight on NG.... he did not say one unkind word against Tim... not one... even though he was getting slammed right and left. So this leads me to think that there is a LOT that most of us don't know. Maybe it's not our business to know.

However.... I do appreciate those who did what they could to help find Caylee. You are ALL heroes for enduring what you have, and I can only say... God bless each and every one of you.

I always wondered about the 4:30 am ping, and now seeing KCJackie's photo makes me wonder even more.  It has to be said that in Orlando you sure do have a lot of swamps and wooded areas.  I never pictured it like that before, I guess probably because of Disney World, lol.

I agree about the cameras not being there... I was watching in amazement while "local 6" was zooming in to the items that were brought to the surface by the divers. I mean you could see the LE person going through the mud & gunk with his fingers.  I mean they zoomed right in there and for a minute or two all I could see is LE's finger's sifting through the mud.   I kept screaming at the computer that we should not be seeing this... it was heartbreaking. I have never seen this before!!  Usually when LE finds evidence and/or a body or bones and the media shows up with cameras rolling, there is usually nothing to see because LE has a tarp/tent thingee covering the evidence and/or body.
I just felt like this was a big show for the cameras... it bothered me so much!!   I am not trying to be disrespectful to anyone involved in this today (LP and the divers), but I just wanted to share how I felt.  I did stop watching that part of it, but left the volume on so I could hear the updates and when I heard that the OCSD was leaving so quickly I just knew that this was not Caylee.  So sad.
It's late and I am having a hard time typing out what I saw on tv and what I was thinking.

Murt had people send him pictures of the shamrock necklace that casey had and he just said the LP thinks that it is the same as the one they found today.

And...it's stunning to see the red bricks in one of these pictures...makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck!!

It just feels to me like there are important things being spoken of 'in code' in here right now, and that's very hard to deal with especially after trying to figure out what the Anthony code has been.  Please, just say whatever it is that's so very hard to say, so we'll have an understanding of sorts, then we can move on.

Looks like sawgrass right behind the bricks and standing water.  Would betcha a few gators live in there as well.  No one in their right mind would be back there alone at that hour if they didn't have to be.

On another thought, does Caylee look large for her age in comparison with her mother in the photos to others or is that just my perception?  She was only two but seems half as tall as KC?  I only have boys and don't know how to gauge little girls but she seems tall to me.

from what i can gather the shamrock that turned into gumbie (omg) was different from the one they are talking about now.  this one was a charm ,LP said like one that goes on a necklace.  Murt said he was right there when they were going over the evidence and the FBI on LE were at odds to its importance.  He said that FBI ended up taking most of it with them.

Hey fellow monkeys! Spent the last few days taking care of a sick child. Thought of Caylee last night, as I cuddled my little one, waiting for the on-call Dr. to return my call.  Waiting in the dark with a sick child makes the night seem a bazillion hours long.  How could Casey wait 31 days when her child was MISSING?!!!  Not yelling at you guys, honest!  That's the stupidest lie ever told!  Any "good mom" would never be able to take 31 days.  Everything in me wanted to cuddle, comfort, protect, and fix my child.  I don't see any of that love and compassion from one of the Anthonys with their "that little girl", "this little girl", "Casey's a victim and we're victims too".

Listen up, Cindy Anthony!  Before you go ripping LE apart on not about not searching for Caylee, why don't you take the media to Casey's cell and rip her apart?  SHE'S the one who didn't report your GRANDDAUGHTER MISSING FOR 31 DAYS!  How come if you and George and Lee and Casey are all victims-Why is CAYLEE the only one MISSING?  This is Casey's fault-period.  The bucks started there and stops there.  No one else "dropped Caylee off at the steps" with a never-been-seen-before-by-anyone-but-Casey "Nanny".  No one else failed to report their own child missing for 31 mornings and evenings.  No one else got up in the morning, pretended to go to a non-existent "job", spent their days calling/texting/e-mailing people, and their nights watching horror movies and partying, and went to bed -KNOWING their child was missing...for 31days!

Hi Colt and a huge THANK YOU for your honesty.

I've not talked to you before but have followed your post every time you shared.  I finally have heard an explanation that at least comes together and makes a bit of sense out of this entire mess.  I will never bash you for your honesty or your take on what you experienced while trying to search.  I only hope that you and your wife can help out LP in his heartfelt efforts to locate Caylee remains.

Tensions have been high here for a couple of days.  I hope you aren't the brunt of our high levels of tension.  Even I had to step away for a time today/tonight/early morning.  I haven't a clue how your post was received because while away, I fell behind 16 pages.  You were respectful in the way you articulated your experiences.  I'm grateful for that.   It isn't in my character to say negative things  about another human being unless I feel there is just cause.  You were there and experienced what went on, I wasn't.

Now I need to digest what I just read.  Yes, I am interested to see how your post was received.  Goodness, I've even nervous about how my own reply will be viewed.

Does anyone know if LP divers will be searching tomorrow? 

I believe that it was posted that the water search by the volunteer diver's was going to resume Friday morning as they had not completed the planned search.  Wasn't stated what time it was to begin, that I remember.

Does anybody know if the female body guard that had watched over skank KC when she was out on bail under LP, was present during the TES search this past weekend or if she was in town during the LP search?

Thank you Altruist, tomorrow will be the first time I'll be home to watch.  Hope it goes well. 

I should have been in bed hours ago (running on about 7 hours of sleep for the last 2 days), but wanted to catch up and see if Caylee had been found.  What I found instead was a lot of dissension.  I could get that anywhere.  One of the reasons I choose to come here in my free time is it's more productive to try to find a missing person than waste my time watching lame TV shows.  I don't need the bickering.  Our extended families have enough drama to last a lifetime.  As my spouse says, "I could not care less" what Tim has to about Leonard and vice-versa.  All that matters at the end of my day in regards to SM is Did we find Caylee today?"  I'm also not trusting in Tim, Leonard, or LE to find Caylee.  I'm trusting in God.  He alone knows exactly where she is and my request is that He makes that perfectly clear to someone who will remember to give Him the glory.  I'm not going to waste my time here sifting through pages and pages of arguing.  It should have all been clear the first time Klaas posted the directive that it's about Caylee, not Tim and Leonard...we know where they are.  If this is what SM is going to become, I'll go read a good uplifting book instead. I've been reading here since Natalie's case (that's how I found SM actually) and quite honestly, I'm disappointed.

Just for the record, I am another one who usually falls asleep with my laptop on my lap at 2:00 a.m., still logged in, and  trying desperately to catch up on every post.  I also go out with my family to dinner, have friends over, visit both sets of parents regularly, watch a few select shows/movies, spend a tremendous amount of time researching/planning/preparing lesson plans, and also research for rebuttals to my very biased local newspaper reporting (had a few job offers too)...in short, I have a life outside of SM.  I choose to come here for Caylee.

KCJackie- Before I forget, great pics from FL!  Also, totally agree that I would not be in those areas after dark by myself, much less in full daylight alone. I have a question for you.  Did you actually look at those bricks?  The reason I ask is that the first thing that came to my mind when I saw them was the pavers in the Anthony's backyard.  I'm thinking if KC did come out there planning to dispose of the body in the water (I hate saying that), how could she be sure there'd be something to weigh the body down?  I'm wondering if she brought an old paver (or pavers) from home.  Then as things progressed, it would be really obvious that a paver (or pavers) were missing, so all new pavers were bought for the backyard.

Also, judging by the cooler pictures inside the cabana (beach picture of Caylee and Casey), it looks like that cooler would fit into a Sunbird.  Our cooler is larger w/o wheels and it fits into our smaller trunk space.  JMO  Also, my 3-yr-old nephew is small enough to fit into our cooler (as in hide and seek, everyone-don't worry!).

I'm at a loss for words.  I answered your post without any venom.  I just gave an explanation of why you will see PJ up most all of the time.  I'm still trying to catch up from the long break I took because of tensions running so high.  I so hope you didn't think for even a moment I was being defensive to your post.  I believe I read it in exactly the way it came out of your Heart.  This is the second time I've cried today.  I sense so many tears still need to be released before I feel any real Peace.

It comes with great sadness that I will be closing the forum and refunding all money received. This comes from being exposed to groups like Kidfinders and Tim Miller from Texas EquuSearch. I am shocked and amazed by the actions of these groups.

I am not one to bad mouth someone or give speculation as to one’s motives; however, I will not stand by and have Leonard or myself attacked by people that have no business throwing rocks when they themselves live in glass houses. I will tell it like it is because I was there and I am an eyewitness to the events.

For the last few months Leonard has been on Nancy Grace promoting TES and asking people to donate to his cause as well as offer whatever assistance to the search effort of TES. The publicity of this case through the efforts of Nancy Grace and Leonard Padilla by keeping it in the headlines has generated the participation and funds for TES that Tim himself told us making this the largest search in the history of TES.

Leonard Padilla has covered all expenses of our group out of his own pocket for both trips from California to Florida including the funding for the original bail bond of $500,000.

I am repulsed by the actions of Tim Miller and the fact that he is biting the hand that feeds him; I am not sure how he thought he had received so many donations and response to his search. He is upset because people stopped Leonard or I to take some photos, I am not sure as to what he wanted; us to shun people away or act stuck up, maybe it gave the volunteers something to do as they stood around waiting to start searching while Tim set up his command center and trying to get organized during the morning after the search was already to begin, not sure what he was doing for the four days he was here before the search was to start but I said I wouldn’t get into that.

It has been reported on The Daily BS (I couldn’t have named that site any better…lol) “membership at his forum site, profiting $298,500 as of Monday” now I am not sure what kind of calculator these guys are using but, anyone can go to the forum not even being a member, click on the Statistics tab and see that there are 169 members. Now multiply 169 x $9.95 – the $ 0.59 (that Paypal charges) = $1,581.84 as well as an additional $270.00 in donations.

I have the money for Tim Millers group however where is he, Tim stated on National TV that he was coming into town to conduct the largest search in the nation to find Caylee and that he would not leave town until he found her. Now I am not going to go into the fact that he was here for three days of searching and leaves town when he receives $30,000 to go up and search in North Carolina for another family. Is Tim chasing after lost individuals or is he chasing the money but I will stop here as I said I would not sink to his level. I also realize that helping other families is important but he should not have a problem with us continuing to search.

I will not run from these lies and false statements however, maybe people are right; it is not our job to raise money for this organizations and I will not contribute another ounce of energy to bring money to Tim Miller. I am refunding every dollar to the people that have donated for this effort. I will not be associated with handing Tim one cent that I helped raise for his efforts, if anyone wants to donate to TES please donate direct to them, for I will not be involved. I apologize for not furthering the forum but will concentrate on doing what is our job: reading through the lies and solving the mystery. We are thinkers and our job is to get to the bottom of the lies involved in this crime and the focus should have always been for…. BRINGING CAYLEE HOME.

The same goes for Kidfinders. I know for a fact that this organization as attempted to stop both searches of the water at J. Blanchard Park. Why is this? Why would anyone not want the search for Caylee to continue until she is found? Are we onto something? The only thing that comes to mind is that if Caylee is found, Kidfinders does not receive any more donations. So, who is really exploiting the family?

uh oh.  I didn't go back far enough to read to see what's going on in here.  I can't believe that this case is  now tearing  us apart.

Klaas....I thought this forum is all about *truth*...I had some friends there this past weekend....ban me if you want....but I was told that TM was drinking and drunk at times.....sorry if this forum wants to put him in a shiny suit of armor.....but not letting poeple tell the truth is someing else.

TM does wonderful work....but he is just another human being just like the rest of us....warts, farts and all.

This has been, and still is a very emotional case...so many have invested so much in trying to help find this poor little Angel....I resent the fact that you just tell someone who was there, and has feal information, to go post somewhere else if their *truth* doesn't fit in with yours.

I didn't want to go to bed before I caught up.  I still am behind by one page.  It's very near 5:00AM here in WI.  I took my time out to tag for a Yahoo group and watch my favorite Brett the Jet beat the Patriots by 3 points in OT ::MonkeyDance::  It was good to get away from the tensions for a bit.

Now that I'm near caught up, something Red mentioned that I'm going to take to heart.  I won't watch Murt cam again tomorrow.  I did that today and  and and...let's just say I never thought of looking at things the way Red mentioned until I saw the pictures of the bones that were recovered and never mentioned.  My problem is I just so want to know that LE is waaaaay ahead of me AND that they will succeed in their prosecution of KC.  Tomorrow I sleep in and only  check the SM index for the major updates.  I'll be able to feel less tense.

Wish me luck with my intentions.  I do tend to find myself here any time I have a free half hour.

Well, I ve just finished watching the NG show and after actually watching the body language of Padilla and Miller my instinct tells me that Miller is giving a true account of what went on. Tonight we saw two very diffternt sides to these men. Miller usually reserved and at times even sheepish was pretty forceful and on national tv he called Padilla out. He tells us that Padilla said
''You dont realise the opportunity we're missing, think about it, tv cameras all around, think of how much money we can make''.....''Tim Miller holding Caylee's skull''............... :-o
When asked to respond Padilla ingored the comment about making money. He didnt deny Miller's version of events. This sold it for me.

We know Miller is very pally with Nejaime. I now am quite sure after hearing him tonight, that he told Nejame about Padilla's insistence on searching this stretch of water and his comments about making money. This could also explain the Anthony's reaction to the find and their comments about evidence being planted. The cops call a press conference  ::MonkeyShocked:: and announce that Padilla has been questioned and will indeed be asked to take a polygraph by the FBI,no less. Its as though the cops half expected this to go down this way, as though they were tipped off that these divers were going to discover something of interest. I think Miller and Nejaime did tip OCSD about Padilla's foolish talk and I think this is bourne out by Rob d*ck's vitreolic attack on TES on their newly created websites.

Padilla was subdued , he looked embarassed, he was attacked by other guests, one called him a bozo media whore and his response was not what I'd expect.

I'm not acccusing Leonard Padilla of planting evidence, but it does look as though he orchestrated a media event by calling the press and the police for what turned out to be a few rocks.

But let's be clear Miller doesnt come across well either.  Every 5 minutes he changes his mind about wheither the search will continue or not.

Many dubious characters at play, we've just seen that Mark Harrison creature exposed and the founder of Kidfinders leaves alot to be desired.

Not to mention the thing residing in Orange County Jail.

As I was catching up on tonight's discussion, I had NG playing on the DVR in the backround...I had a thought.  Could this be just a mind game with the Anthony's? Kind of A Good cop (TM) vs. Bad cop (LP) thing? 
Think about it:
1. Until recently the Anthony family hated TM, and TES, and now friends?! (okay friendly)
2. CA still hates LP with the venom of a rattlesnake.
3. I have never heard TM did not utter a negative word against anyone. 
4. LP had a cowering tone in his voice on natioanal t.v. as he answered TM's accusations tonight.  (bounty hunters don't cower!  no matter what!)
This might be a rouse to get the Anthony's lulled into a false sense of security with the good cop, and eventually one of them will slip and tell where Caylee is.  I'm just typing out loud here but...this might be the plan.

Good morning monkeys.  Whew, between reading the threads from yesterday and drinking strong coffee, I feel my blood pressure rising!  The mom and gramma in me wants to gather everyone and just give you all a big hug.  Casey left her mark on her friends, family, boyfriends and baby girl.  She actually WATCHED the search from jail which makes me want to spit nails.  She is leaving her mark here now in a way but we have the power to come together and be patient and wait.  Don't let Casey mess up this beautiful forum of friends.  Her actions and carelessness with Caylee are why we are all here.
