What are everyone's thoughts on Murt???  I had not heard of him before and ran across his site about 2 weeks ago. 

Murt seems liek a good guy with good intentions. But some of the things he says (and others around him) should not be broadcast over the internet. More discretion is needed for his own protection. IMO

Wyks..  believe me. I know this will sound stupid, but I would love to put LE in an interrogation room right now and find out just WTF is going on.

I'm still curious why LE doesn't believe one word that comes out of Casey's mouth, yet they're "satisfied" with her explanation of who Caylee's father is.  ::MonkeyEek::

I'd also like to know why they still call Cindy and George grieving grandparents that we should all feel sorry for.  Um..  George I *might* feel bad for, but Cindy? Something tells me that chick is as thick as thieves with lies, cover-ups, you name it.  Don't even get me started on Lee.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

I also find it very strange that LE claims to be conducting searches based on credible tips, but have they ever stated something was a credible tip? Or that they've ever had a credible sighting? Not that I can recall..  So we have the search in the grandparent's backyard, but other than that, nothing.. unless you believe that previously scheduled training dive in the waters near their home was related to the case (which I did think at first, but now I'm less certain).  So why aren't they searching? They know Caylee is dead. They know there is no nanny.  Do they not care at this point if they find a body or not? Are they all resigned to the fact that she will never be found? (Or do they not have the resources necessary to look, so they leave that up to whoever else wants the job? Only.. now they're complaining about that, too!)  ::MonkeyConfused::

I think Murt's behavior hurt LP.  But I expect Murt will continue to park himself @ BP as long as there is a search going on and there is probably not much Lenny can do about it - except to say, if he chooses, that Murt is not there at his request.

Ok, monkeys, here was my thought this weekend: I believe Caylee's remains were placed in a dumpster. Maybe other evidence was thrown out elsewhere, but maybe not. Maybe Lazy Casey is just that lazy. Perhaps this is LE's theory as well and that is why they are not giving much consideration to Blanchard Park. I think she knew the pick-up schedule somewhere -- a park, an apartment complex, a business she frequented. She placed Caylee there close to pick-up time and she thought that was the end of it. (Of course, just my thoughts and I have been known to be wrong on a daily basis.)

I know it has been mentioned here before. Lori Hacking was 115 pounds and only 15 pounds was recoved from a landfill -- what -- 2 and a half months after her death. It's sad. 

Padilla Back In California To Take Lie Detector Test

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla has left Central Florida. Eyewitness News spoke with Padilla Monday morning to confirm that he's back in California where he says he will take a lie detector test.

Investigators wanted Padilla to take the test after his divers discovered a bag of toys in the water in Blanchard Park last week. The toys turned out to be nothing.

Padilla also said he'd like to send divers into the water again later this week.

I think one thing we must remember is that we do not have all the pieces to this puzzle, and we are not entitled to.  We have enough information (more than we get in any other case) to make us think we know everything.  AND THANK GOD WE DON"T!!!

Everybody I have heard that is close to the investigation but not a part of LE, says that they (LE) have good information.  That they are doing an excellent investigation.  That they are doing a great job.  They will nail her.  This is the one group that is doing their job with out alterior motives, IMO. 

There is just two words that come to my mind.  They are words foreign to this case, but words we must learn in response to LE in this case.  Trust and Truth. 

To be fair, LP contacted Murt in the first place. Not the other way around. He called Murt to the park, and told him what he planned to do there, when, etc.  LP knows that Murt has a media van, and that he live streams audio and video (unless asked by a search team not to).  When these items were found and brought up to the surface.. presumably once divers saw what was inside the bag(s), Murt came back to the van and repositioned his camera.  It is the local media who stood there with their zoom lenses, and the diver holding up that stupid bag for the world to see. 

Where I think Murt did screw up, was saying what was found - or what he thought was found- before LE could check it out.  You have more than one person stating bones were found, then perhaps LP backtracking? and stating that they were not.  LE also said there were no bones found.  Of course LE also immediately jumped to the conclusion that the bag had zero relevance to Caylee- which tells you that LE has zero reason to believe Caylee was dumped there (which seems odd), and apparently every reason to believe LP planted something.

Personally, I don't see much difference between:

-- wanting to view the live stream cam because it affords the majority of viewers the chance to feel like we are right there and searching with the team.... AND

-- wanting to have every scrap of info on the document dumps, cellphone pings, mapping everything out, who said what in every interview, the latest news as reported in the media, and etc. 

We are all human beings, with the basic nature of curiosity.  I think we all want to know as much as possible, if not more than possible.  We like being 'in the know', researching the facts as they are handed down.  I don't see anything wrong with any of the above, actually.  It's basic human nature.  IMO  <====

It's hard to know where to draw the line between what is a natural need to know, and when enough is enough.  Yet I do believe that's a decision better left to each person, for their ownself.  I just don't think it's a good idea to look negatively at one of the above things while seeing the rest as positive.  My OWN opinion, which I am allowed

That is my only wish at this time is for Caylee to be found and put to rest that is what she deserves.

Yes I realize that Murt was there upon LP's request.  However IF LP decides that Murt's presence was counter productive...he could disassociate himself.  MO.

I'm not sure. I *think* I remember that the test results estimated decomp in the trunk at 2.6 days. So, maybe she was in the trunk for 2-3 days and then "disposed" of. Or she could have been in the trunk and then placed in a container and back in the trunk. Any way we look at it -- needle in a haystack. There are numerous places in Orlando she could have been placed. She coud have been placed in a dumpster, in a lake, pond, river, in the woods. She could have been placed outside of Orlando and the pings are misleading. It is mind boggling but more so very, very sad. One thing's for sure -- Casey will never tell the truth IMO. 

It is also interesting to me that Tim Miller would say outright he doesn't believe she will ever be found. That makes me wonder if that is also the opinion of LE.

Speaking of the monkeys, I had sinus and nose surgery 2 weeks ago today.  I have been stuck inthe house for that long healing.  Today was supposed to be my day back in the real world (especially the gym). 
My little boy woke up and has a stomach virus.  Sigh.  I guess I know what I am supposed to do today!  Being a mom is about doing what is right, evenwhen what you want to do is contrary!  But I love my little guy!

This isn't saying anything against Tim, but he does search based off locations LE points him to... whatever is on their "radar", as he put it.  So if LE has told him they don't think she will be found, I would suppose there's no reason for him to doubt that.  (It would also explain why he finds the whole idea of Caylee in the river, a joke- because from what it seems like, LE does too).

I have no doubt that if LP wanted to do so, he would.

I am so curious about (poster) Rob's statement the other day that "someone exploited someone" and I just listened to Dana's commentary on "who are the innocent." Anyone have any thoughts on this?

In this case, all I can say is Caylee is innocent. 

I am having a hard time sleeping at this point.  It broke my heart when the big search was ended last week.  I am feeling new compassion for people involved in this case.  I just am praying for answers we may never have.  So much of this case is just mind boggling.

What was found of Lori Hacking was only about 13% of her body weight. Now, a 30 pound child would fare much worse under those conditions, and really under any conditions after this amount of time, unless she was somehow protected by a container of some sort. I'm sorry, but I just see Casey as the type to throw her away. That's what she has done, regardless of where she placed the remains. Casey threw Caylee away.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

And didn't we see a dumpster in Red's pictures? Could it be that forensic evidence was found in that dumpster (or another) that leads LE to believe she was placed there? Just a theory. I could change my mind in five minutes ...

I am beginning to think they will never find this child.  I have not felt this way the entire time, until now.  It makes me very sad to say this or even think this way, but I am feeling as if Casey has done something beyond all belief with Caylee's little body to ensure that she will never be found.   ::MonkeyNoNo:: ::MonkeyNoNo::

I get the impression (and this is just based on what little was said) that Tim has been exploited.  Take that to mean whatever you want... but that's what I got out of his comment.  I could be way off, though.

As for Dana's commentary, well now that could be a few different people and/or organizations... taking advantage of .. I don't think he was referring to Tim, but I suppose he could have been. 

I do know that we have several people taking advantage of others in this case.. all while taking advantage of the case- of missing Caylee Anthony- at the same time.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

I have been thinking a lot about the A's lately and just feeling, discouraged for them.
They were thrust into this.  I know, I know, they have done a lot to hurt their own reputation.
But, I remember last year when I was severely depressed, even having people touch me caused me pain.  I was angry with everyone and I felt like a wounded animal.  I think that this is why they are acting so crazy.  THey don't know who to trust.  Everyone is judging.  The ones who aren't are trying to get in on some gravy train that I haven't seen coming to town as of yet.  It is a sad, sad situation.  A nightmare.

Trying to be productive today with my posts.  I did a little research the past few days and will be posting what I've found.  Nothing big, but it's the little things that all add to one big picture.  I know someone has posted that they don't understand the point in delving into the "players" in the case and I disagree for the most part.  As far as anyone who is directly involved, I think they're worth looking at.  I firmly believe that the anthonys have planted people in the TES searches, and at BP as well as other places.  I don't think we can take any or every thing we see or hear at face value.

I wrote that to serve as a "warning" for those who don't want to read these posts.  If someone posts information and photos on the internet they have no right to claim it is a violation of their privacy if someone else analyzes it or reposts it.  We're all adults and should know that everything we do is a reflection of who we are.  I'll leave it at that, and if the mods feel differently about anything I post, I'm sure they will delete it.  Just trying to be informative and my posts are not intended to be defamatory as I am just directing you to things that have been posted online.  Some of which are not relative to the case, but do show the character of the character.

Sadly, I agree. But what I also keep in mind is that LE is on top of it.

-Decomp in trunk -- air testing and hair and stain
-Maggots containing human (Caylee's) DNA {not confirmed through doc release yet, but based on good info from Des per Body Farm}
- Waiting a month to report her missing and even then Cindy does so
- Numerous lies and misdirection from Casey
- Her behavior after her daughter went "missing" -- partying, living it up with her bf Tony, tattoo, nails done, shopping spree with stolen money, no remorse or visible emotion for Caylee, and so on
- Motive -- getting rid of her "burden" and attaining "freedom"
- And so so much more that we do and do not know about

Justice will be served in the legal sense. And the rest is up to a higher power.

Well, she sure is a cutie...I wondered if she had some spaniel in her.

I guess that is what I was tyring to say eariler.  We have to trust that LE will get the truth that they have out.  We may never know all that transpired.  And that is what we can't understand.  And the mindset of such a vile mind.   
Also that she will pay for what she has done.  Look at OJ, even as he wasn't convisted of this last crime (Dear God, please let KC get convicted THIS time), he still was paying for his crimes.  He was ruined.  So will she be. 

Oops, I meant he wasn't convicted of the murder....  ruined.... then got convicted of the armed robbery.  You know what I meant!

Good thought.....Patrick visited KC in jail on 7/24 at 9am. The phone call where KC said she had to call Mike was the next day 7/25.

Anthonys' new spokeswoman says family will speak this week

A spokeswoman for a missing-children network said she will work on behalf of the family of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony after allegations last week that their former representative was cashing in on the media firestorm ignited by the child's disappearance.

Michelle Bart, who has been representing the Kid Finders Network in the case of the missing girl, said she was asked by the group to work on behalf of the Anthony family as well.

"As time went on, things started unraveling with the circumstances of their previous spokesperson," said Bart, who runs Helping Heroes Inc., a Vancouver, Wash.-based public-relations company that works with nonprofit organizations.

Last week, the Anthony family's attorney, Mark NeJame, accused former family spokesman Larry Garrison of hiding a $6,500 payment from NBC for providing photos of Caylee.

NeJame said the Anthonys fired Garrison. The former spokesman said he resigned because of the family's erratic behavior.

Bart has already announced a news conference for this week, something she says "should have been done weeks ago."

She said the meeting will include Caylee's grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony; NeJame; the Kid Finders Network; and a private investigator who has been working on the case. Bart said they will discuss tips and findings in recent weeks that have led the Anthonys to think their granddaughter is still alive. Police have said they think the girl is dead.

"Hopefully, by the end of the week the public will understand why we've been searching for Caylee Marie," Bart said. "We truly believe that Caylee Marie is alive."

Calls to NeJame and the Anthony family were not returned.

Caylee, who was last seen in June, was reported missing in mid-July. Authorities have charged her mother, Casey Anthony, in her death.

Bart said she won't discuss the legal case against Casey, but reporters can ask "anything that needs to be asked" regarding the search for Caylee.

She said the Anthonys will have little to say after the news conference unless there are new developments. Bart said she doesn't think they need to be available for comment on a daily basis.

Though the news media has been helpful in keeping the public eye on Caylee's case, she said every interview is "time that we could put efforts elsewhere."

"Caylee needs to come home, one way or another," Bart said.

My first thought was that as well and that the exploiter is not just one person ... a certain ghostly pale attorney; a certain deny-all (denial) grandmother; and maybe more ...

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony has filed a counter-suit against Zenaida Gonzalez, a woman who shares the same name as the baby sitter with whom Anthony said she left her daughter, Caylee, before the girl disappeared, and Cindy Anthony lashed out at the attorney representing Gonzalez.

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the disappearance of Caylee, who is now 3 years old and was last seen in mid-June.

Casey Anthony told investigators that she left Caylee with Gonzalez at the Sawgrass Apartments in Orange County, and the pair was gone when she returned to pick her daughter up.

A woman named Zenaida Gonzalez -- who has the only known connection to the apartment complex -- has filed a lawsuit against Casey, saying her name has been tarnished and the claim has affected her ability to find employment.

Not that I agree with how the Anthony's have handled this or the "pitbull" attacks of CA, I just can't imagine living in that house, walking by Caylee's bedroom everyday and not knowing what Hell she must have went through (or if she is alive {like they believe}--what hell she is going through).  CA and GA must be questioning everything that they could have done differently to protect their Caylee. 

Not to mention the upcoming holiday season.  I just can't imagine the pain I would feel if my precious 2 yr old was not in my life anymore.  You can give them millions of dollars but inside they have to live with this horror, forever...  Money can't buy internal peace...

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The search for Caylee Anthony was refocused over the weekend after a discovery last week proved to be a false alarm.

George and Cindy Anthony, who are Caylee's grandparents, said they'll concentrate on finding her alive rather than having divers search for her remains.

Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who organized the search by divers, has left Central Florida to return to California.

However, Padilla said he plans to return to Central Florida later to continue the search.

Meanwhile, the Kid Finders Network is working hard to find Caylee.

George and Cindy Anthony spent the weekend at the group's headquarters on Goldenrod Road handing out flyers and other information about their granddaughter.

They also worked to get the word out about other missing children from the area.

"George and Cindy Anthony are so driven to bring home every child. There is no handbook to teach you what to do in this situation when faced with this kind of devastation to a family, and they have been wonderful," Kid Finders Network spokeswoman Michelle Bart said.

The Kid Finders Network has set up a location to spread the word about missing children along Goldenrod Road near state Road 50. They'll be there Thursday through Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. until the end of December.

On May 3 at 4:21 p.m., Anthony and then best friend Amy Huizenga made plans to attend a party.

"Any more details on that party?" Anthony asked.

But about two hours later, Anthony sent Huizenga a text message reading, "Cross your fingers that my parents get back soon. God I need this tonight."

"But apparently, her daughter, Caylee, needed her more," Pipitone said.

Two hours later, Anthony sent another message.

"I'm trying to get a hold of my mom to see when they're coming home. Sitting around waiting sucks," Anthony said.

Three hours after that, Anthony gave up on her party plans, telling Huizenga that she would take a rain check.

"Downtown tomorrow? My mom owes me," Anthony sent in a text message.

If george is leaning on cindy, I take that to mean he feels she's the stronger of the 2 of them?  Maybe he just means she's better at keeping all the lies straight.  That says a lot about his mindset right now.

I think that is Casey's underlying theme ... in her mind, everyone owes her. Casey's mind -- not mine. Maybe this is how she thinks:

Cindy owes her for keeping the baby (if in fact she really did not want to raise her)
she owes her b/c Casey "gave" her a grandchild
she owes her b/c it is Cindy's fault Casey is messed up in the first place
she owes her because the world revolves around Casey

I figure if they have given out this much information can you imagine how much more they have? I do believe they know they have enough to have charged her with 1st degree to get a conviction.

Also it is not hard to come up with many scenarios of what she did with Caylee. I think they all have a reality to them as possiblities. It would be harder to dispose of a body at the beach areas but...Cocoa Beach is only 47 from Orlando and Daytona Beach is only 54. NG the other night was mentioning with no pings for about a 3 hr period it couldn't be more than 90mls one way.  The way she used her cell phone I would think her battery went dead or....she turned it off for that period. I have never been comfortable with the George comment that she told him she was close. If she was taken and she couldn't find her that just was too weird of a comment. The A's are looking(?) everywhere but "close"...Puerto Rico, TX, NC, GA, etc.

New rep: Anthonys to speak this week
 
A spokeswoman for a missing-children network said she will work on behalf of the family of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony after allegations last week that their former representative was cashing in on the media firestorm ignited by the child's disappearance.

Michelle Bart, who has been representing the Kid Finders Network in the case of the missing girl, said she was asked by the group to work on behalf of the Anthony family as well.

"As time went on, things started unraveling with the circumstances of their previous spokesperson," said Bart, who runs Helping Heroes Inc., a Vancouver, Wash.-based public-relations company that works with nonprofit organizations.

Last week, the Anthony family's attorney, Mark NeJame, accused former family spokesman Larry Garrison of hiding a $6,500 payment from NBC for providing photos of Caylee.

NeJame said the Anthonys fired Garrison. The former spokesman said he resigned because of the family's erratic behavior.

Bart has already announced a news conference for this week, something she says "should have been done weeks ago."

She said the meeting will include Caylee's grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony; NeJame; the Kid Finders Network; and a private investigator who has been working on the case. Bart said they will discuss tips and findings in recent weeks that have led the Anthonys to think their granddaughter is still alive. Police have said they think the girl is dead.

"Hopefully, by the end of the week the public will understand why we've been searching for Caylee Marie," Bart said. "We truly believe that Caylee Marie is alive."

Calls to NeJame and the Anthony family were not returned.

Caylee, who was last seen in June, was reported missing in mid-July. Authorities have charged her mother, Casey Anthony, in her death.

Bart said she won't discuss the legal case against Casey, but reporters can ask "anything that needs to be asked" regarding the search for Caylee.

She said the Anthonys will have little to say after the news conference unless there are new developments. Bart said she doesn't think they need to be available for comment on a daily basis.

Though the news media has been helpful in keeping the public eye on Caylee's case, she said every interview is "time that we could put efforts elsewhere."

"Caylee needs to come home, one way or another," Bart said.

Padilla Back In California To Take Lie Detector Test

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla has left Central Florida. Eyewitness News spoke with Padilla Monday morning to confirm that he's back in California where he says he will take a lie detector test.

Investigators wanted Padilla to take the test after his divers discovered a bag of toys in the Little Econ River at Blanchard Park last week as they were searching for the body of Caylee Anthony. The toys turned out to be nothing of significance in the case.

Padilla also said he'd like to send divers into the water again later this week, but the divers have to wait to get permission from the park

The group used underwater communications and dragged large nets to scrape the river's bottom. But searching dark waters was just one challenge. The divers also dealt with several alligators.

Iam a little behind in this post but it was asked the other day from a fellow monkey, not in these words, but would we like to see our loved ones remains being found shown on live t.v.

I cannot say that I have someone missing but 6 yrs ago my uncle was murdered, he was a retired cop in Philly & was protecting a bartender who was being robbed.

Anyway, it was on the news before the family was notified! In fact, the police were knocking on my aunts door just moments after the announcement. Thankfully she hadn't seen the broadcast but many of us did!

Don't know why I bring this up now, other than to say that I can't imagine anyone (A's) learning that their loved one is gone via the news. I always thought that family had to be notified before the news was allowed to air it. So Iam having difficulty understanding why the media was allowed to be there at all!

New Charges Filed Against Casey Anthony

Sheriff's investigators filed additional charges against Casey Anthony, the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, on Wednesday afternoon.

The additional charges include two counts of uttering a forged check, two counts of petty theft and two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification.

"All I know is that there's additional charges because this young lady has definitely got a bit of a criminal past," Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said.

When the forensic evidence is considered ... I cannot comprehend why LE is not only tolerating this charade but ... is a abetting the Anthony's deception by using resources to follow up on all the tips associated with "Caylee sightings".  Something is not right!

Considering LE never organized an official large scale search based on cell phone records, pings, witness accounts and Casey's own words ... it appears that finding Caylee's remains is not an objective of the investigation ... if appears the scales of justice will never be balanced.

To everyone that had questions about the sonar used by TES that I posted about last night.  I don't know if they can actually see bones by themselves (I am trying to find out that information) but that is what Tim Miller was looking for.....and he said that there was no need to dive in the river.  I do know that TES (Tim) found a woman in October that had been missing for 5 years in a pond after only searching for 35 minutes using the sonar.  Now, is there a difference in locating adult bones versus a childs bones...I will try to find the answer from TES.

Just a musing on my part, but I have always believed from the onset of this circus that there was big money orchestrating the events. Without naming major networks, I’m thinking Padilla was hooked up with Baez for the initial bailing out of Casey. When Padilla wasn’t able to deliver like he bragged he would, well he then became his own champion. Now that Padilla is being offered new backing against whoever is bankrolling the appalling Anthony family the real show may be about to begin. Hope this makes sense or maybe I hope it doesn’t……….

Good Morning All!

I have been reading in the book: "Without Conscience" about the 3 "Special Issues" that Texas juries use to decide between life in prison & the death penalty. Is this the same in Florida?

the three Special Issues are:
 1. that the murderer "deliberately" sought the death of his/her victim
 2. that there is "a probability that the defendant will commit criminal acts of violence"
     in the future
 3. that there was no reasonable "provocation" for the defendant's murderous conduct


If all three of these special issues are met, the jury can decide on the death penalty.

In all sincerity Janet~what do you think the LE should do, they have to "attempt" to try band discredit tips otherwise a defense juror would rip them apart, and maybe LE knows more than we do and they know she is unrecoverable, except maybe like a Steve Fosset deal, a hunter walking thru the woods, maybe the forensics show Caylee's DNA in the maggots~that certainly would even the scales of justice.

Meanwhile, a dive team returned to Blanchard Park on Monday to continue a search for Caylee's remains in the Little Econ River.

The search has been organized by celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who is leaving Orlando to attend a business meeting in California. Padilla said he plans to return to Orlando later this week.

Padilla has not yet taken a lie-detector test, which was requested by the FBI last week after Padilla caused a media frenzy by claiming to locate what appeared to be bone fragments and children's toys possibly belonging to Caylee during the search of the river. FBI agents apparently want to verify that Padilla did not plant the items.

Divers have not found anything related to the Caylee case during their weeklong search

Casey Anthony told investigators that she left Caylee with a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez at the Sawgrass Apartments in Orange County, and the pair was gone when she returned to pick her daughter up.

Attorney John Morgan, who represents a woman by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez with the only known connection to the apartment complex, has filed a lawsuit against Casey Anthony, saying his client's name has been tarnished and Casey Anthony's claim has affected his client's ability to find employment.

"I think the mother (of Casey Anthony) -- in a way -- seems to be enjoying this whole thing," Morgan said. "Instead of talking about chasing ambulances, I would be chasing after Caylee. I would be in the woods. I would be door to door."

The harsh words come after Cindy Anthony lashed out at Morgan following a prayer vigil on Sunday.

I was suspicious very early on in the investigation when Sheriff Bearly admonishing the protestors and ... upholding the Anthonys.  Never once were the Anthony's above board  antics publicy addressed by the "powers that be" in the investigation.  There was such a double standard.

If we are going to sit here and badmouth these guys - or at least jump to conclusions about them- why don't we lay all the facts we find out on the table. 

What constitutes: "tied in with the porn industry"?  Are they porn stars? Do they date porn stars? Do they bankroll porn movies? Are they producing, directing, editing, etc.. porn movies?   If you have this information at hand, please post it so we can see exactly what you mean by "tied in with the porn industry".

Spyder takes photographs for men's magazines. ALL major men's magazines, according to his site.  This may or may not include magazines (not all of which are porn mags, btw) on this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_men%27s_magazines  Just because he lists Playboy, etc.. does not mean he exclusively photographs naked women.

Once you provide more detail for me, I can make further comments.

Casey and Baez were also (according to news media) considering $1million for movie rights or some BS.  Baez also claimed that they're not considering such offers.  Point is,  I think we all should have learned by now - especially after this fiasco at the park- that the media doesn't always have all the facts.  We'll know more once LP makes up his mind either way.  ::MonkeyRoll::

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A war of words has broken out between the family of Casey Anthony and Zenaida Gonzalez's attorney, who said on Monday that Cindy Anthony "seems to be enjoying this whole thing."

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the disappearan
ce of Caylee, who is now 3 years old and was last seen in mid-June.

Casey Anthony told investigators that she left Caylee with a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez at the Sawgrass Apartments in Orange County, and the pair was gone when she returned to pick her daughter up.

Attorney John Morgan, who represents a woman by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez with the only known connection to the apartment complex, has filed a lawsuit against Casey Anthony, saying his client's name has been tarnished and Casey Anthony's claim has affected his client's ability to find employment.

"I think the mother (of Casey Anthony) -- in a way -- seems to be enjoying this whole thing," Morgan said. "Instead of talking about chasing ambulances, I would be chasing after Caylee. I would be in the woods. I would be door to door."

The harsh words come after Cindy Anthony lashed out at Morgan following a prayer vigil on Sunday.

"I think the whole thing is ludicrous," Cindy Anthony said. "Attorney Morgan -- it's frivolous -- he needs to just get back to chasing the ambulances."

My contact in Tampa who was one of the searchers for Caylee Marie's remains (his third search with TES) observed that Tim Miller, Mark NeJames and James Copenhaver were "thisclose" in overseeing all aspects of the search and ... it troubles him greatly.

People may not like what I'm going to say, but here goes.

Who cares if somebody likes porn, or takes pictures of naked people, or who maybe has even been in a porn film? As long as all parties involved are consenting adults, and there is nothing illegal (criminal) about what is going on, who cares???  Most of us on this forum have zero idea what any of us are like in the privacy of our own bedrooms- because most of us probably wouldn't dream of telling anybody what we do there.  Some are not so private. These men obviously aren't, and that is their prerogative. Does it make them bad people? Some might think so, but in all reality, IMO, no it doesn't.  What you do in your house with the blinds closed, generally has nothing to do with how you do your job at work.   It generally has nothing to do with how many slam dunks you make on the basketball court. It generally has nothing to do with your ability to find a missing person.   We can sit around here and act all high and mighty and question their morals, but what does that make us? No better off than they are, quite frankly.

I posted the other myspace of Spyder to simply point out that you are the company you keep.  Aren't we doing the same thing to Kidfinders?  I don't think it's relative, in his regard, to the search efforts as I think I pointed out.  I do think that everyone who is an integral part of this investigation should be looked at for motive, means and opportunity.  If LE suspects LP of planting evidence, then the divers would be under scrutiny too, IMO.

I agree with you.  I've said it before, Casey would have done a 'quick' dump imo.  Even though she stayed with her boyfriends some of the time and her parents some of the time there are still times nobody seems to know where she was.  Could she have been sleeping in her car at dead end streets or in church parking lots?  If she, I'm sure she's witness dumpsters being unloaded and around the times when this happens.  Why she didn't get rid of the maggot pizza bag too is beyond me.  IF she didn't put Caylee in the dumpster, then my other thought would be a wooded area in a dead in street, one that is not frequented very often.  Caylee would probably be in a trash bag or wrapped in a blanket with branches over top her. 
I just wanted to comment to on LE.  I also agree with the post earlier.  It just appears that once Casey was arrested LE did not pursue anything more in this case.  I guess since there's no gag order, the Anthony's can say anything they want, but I believe they are one of the most hated families in America now.  Cindy's mouth has dug them in a big hole.  And they have surrounded themselves with a convicted felon.  I can't even listen to her anymore.  The example she gives about if people said your kids was dead and others are telling you she alive which way would you gravitate to, the dead side or the alive side?  I'm sorry, that is so stupid.  Cindy, I would gravitate to the reality side.  Obviously, she hasn't read the statics of children being missing for a long period of time what the outcome usually is.  What a diservice to Caylee that her grandma isn't looking in every nook and cranny no matter where it takes her to find the remains.  I also wondered why John Walsh hasn't mentioned this case.  Some people said he has, I haven't heard him or say anything about it.

I have always suspected the dumpster at SawGrass Apts ... perhaps w/Annies help ... Casey's first reaction was "that was the last place I dropped her off" ... IF Caylee had been found in the dumpster ... she would have said ZFG did it ... knowing full well ZFG was there (at SawGrass) that day ... she didn't think far enuff ahead to think the popo would actually track down that ZFG and counted on the "nanny" ZFG got away ...

John Walsh would not invest time in this "bogus" case ... no amber alert and suspect is already in custody ........  IMO

Well ... IMO ... it looks bad when the forensic findings are considered ... in the course of the investigation ... LE did not conducted an official search for Caylee's remains ... recruit experienced searchers from within their own ranks and ... underwrite the costs.

When you think about it ... LE had the cell records, ping indicators, witness accounts as well as Casey's own words as a foundation to base an official search on.

Yet ... a private search organization that relied on donations, volunteer workers and for the most part ... inexperienced searchers ... were expected do what should have been an intregal part of the investigation.

However ... when it came to following up on tips regarding Caylee sightings ... no expense was spared ... no manpower was spared.

Believe me ... the Anthonys are running the investigation ... the LE is appeasing them in every way and ... IMO ... it is at the expense of justice for Caylee Marie.

It is history because it is almost impossibly to find an establishment to do the job.  In the summer ... I sent all five of my grandkids first walking shoes/runners back east to be bronzed, engraved and mounted.  I was very pleased with the finished work but the costs ...  My hubby did not asked how much and ... I did not tell him.

Do you think Tim Miller would turn down a $200,000 donation for the rights to his story?  There is nothing wrong with that at all.  If it helps with the search and brings Caylee home, who cares if a author tags along and takes notes?

Okay, I take back my state on John Walsh.  I guess he is saying something about this case.  LOL...I'm just not watching the right programs.  GO JOHN!!!  My son is also named Adam.  He is approximately the same age Adam Walsh would have been.  One day, after the Adam Walsh story was in the news, our town was having free fingerprinting for kids, so I took my children to have theirs done.  When the officer asked my Adam for his name, my son said, "Adam."  A woman who was standing  next to us said, " Oh my god, just like that little boy down in Florida."  How do you respond to that?  John Walsh also has a daughter named Meghan.  Guess what my youngest daughter's name is?  Meghan.  And do you know what my oldest daughter's name is, the one who passed away?  Katrina.  LOL...John Walsh's office used to be in Virginia at Ballston.  My husband took care of those buildings.  He would see John from time to time and I used to go over there and peek in the windows to his office.  You know that head he had made of Lusk, the one who killed his family?  John used to have that sitting in his office.  Ok, I'm done.

I have always thought either the dumpster or she threw her over a bridge..and I lean more and more towards a dumpster...I do not beleive she has help in getting rid of Caylee's bodty...but I am on the fence about who has covered for her since. l admit I was one that voted for LP NOT TO SEARCH. I will also go on record saying I do not believe for a moment he planted anything.....the man was in tears when he IMO actually thought they had found some of Caylee's remains....Do I think he should continue....NO....not in BP anyway. Tim and LP.....they are grown men and will either have to work it out or not.... MURT...well he has made some pretty serious accusations and statements and I think he is going to have to back them up....very soon.  If there is anything I could personally do to keep him away from ANY search I would do so. I believe ignorance on his part is very DANGEROUS....not only to those he making unfounded and ridiculous accusations against, but himself as well as other innocent people.  There are some very colorful people integrating themselves into an already outrageous list of members in this horrible crime. Some need to step back and do it quickly and silently ...if anyone thinks the LE do not have their fingers on the pulse of this case and th players...I fear they are terribly mistaken.  I would love to know everything they know.....but not if it means giving the defense one little iota of assistance in defending casey.

Janet, I don't think the statement that LE didn't conduct an official search for Caylee's remains is an accurate one.  Just because something is not all over the news, the net and Nancy Grace, doesn't mean it didn't occur.  From the beginning, LE was pretty hush-hush about when and where they were searching, and they were right to do so.

When it comes right down to it, whether or not Caylee's body is found, LE and the Grand Jury believe that there is a strong case against Casey.  No amount of interference run by the Antknees can negate the evidence that will be used at trial.
It may feel to some as if the Antknees are running the show, but all they are actually doing is putting on a show.  It is being focused on because that's really all that is being covered by the media at this point - besides the rest of the circus clowns, but that's another story altogether!

As much as we hope the Anthonys do pay for the greed, deception and exploitation of their granddaughter, the most important order of business for LE right now is putting away the evil one who took Caylee away in the first place and kicked off the circus of insanity that has ensued.

Don't lose faith, Monkeys.  The truth will come out eventually.  It always does.

Just a few days after this girl went on tv for the first time and talked about not being able to find a job, ect....Nancy Grace reported that since that time the girl had recieved loads of job offers, places to stay, money to help with her children, ect.... this girls rep was not ruined

Are Le actually requiring or did they merely ask him to take one. Since Cindy has stated he planted evidence perhaps the LE simply asked him to...to prove her wrong???  We know the LE has to hate this woman....so to prove her wrong would give them a bit of satisfaction and relieve LP of the stigma of her nasty mouth ..this time anyway.

It most certainly was ruined.  Even if the offers did come in a few days later, have you ever tried living for even 2 days without any cash, food, or possibility of a job...not to mention death threats?  Now add in your 5 children to that scenario....
I am sorry but I think this woman has a right to claim back what she had taken away from her by Casey's need to carelessly lie without considering the consiquences.  Zenadia is a person and the mental anguish that woman was put through is nothing that I personally would ever want to have to go through...nor would I subject my child to that sort of life.  She DID NOT ask to be thrown into the thick of this she was pushed by a b!tch.
Not to mention you are not accounting for the days leading up to her interview that she had to deal with this bull.

I cannot fault anybody who is making a buck if he/she makes a significant effort and devotes a significant amount of time to the cause of justice for Caylee Marie.  Tim Miller and Leonard Padilla deserve it.  Tamikosmom is an armchair detetective that sits behind a computer ... voiced her opinions and ... contributes nothing significant.

If someone falsely accused me of kidnapping their child, I would sue the hell out of them.  I would use whatever money received to cover attorney's fees and donate the rest to organizations for abused children.
