Mytime NG said last night that The Defense team has never put in for change of Venue. For a Death Penalty case ... I am not a Legal nut - does this make sense of what happened today ?

My fear is that they are going to let her WALK - even with all the evidence .. I am not shaken by the lack their of DP - I am worried that they are going to call it manslaughter and let her walk ..... or some Crap legality ...arrr

IMO. it appears that might be a little behind the scenes negotiating!  I say - no deals unless she talks!!

As far as I know, no change in venue has been filed.

I think that if KC were to plead out, even to manslaughter, and only received probation that the SA and the Sheriff of Orange County had best shine up their resumes, cuz they would be looking for new jobs come election time.  People are pissed off down here about KC!  What if Casey drowned?  That is negligence and after staying quiet all this time and letting that little girl's body lie somewhere, God know's where, well, she best leave the country.  Casey life is never going to be good or normal or happy.

LOL Is Daughtry an Irish name?  I should know that, I was obsessed when he was on Idol and when he got voted off.  I was involved with a website devoted to the guy and even sent copies of his first album to the troops overseas (along with other goodies).

He and wife and kids were living in NC when he got on Idol.  Don't think KC was his type - aside from being married, Chris is also a strong Christian.  Don't think trashy KC would measure up.

In a release about the decision, the State Attorney's Office wrote: "This afternoon, after consideration of the law and unique facts applicable to the above case, the State filed its notice that it is not in the best interest of the people of the State of Florida to pursue the death penalty as a potential sentence. Therefore, the State of Florida will not be seeking the death penalty against defendant Casey Anthony."

Eyewitness News previously reported it was unlikely that prosecutors would seek the death penalty against Casey without having found Caylee's body.

It has to do with the thinking of the jurors. Jurors might be reluctant to convict Casey if they know they'll have to consider a death sentence even though no body has been found in the case.

"Now that they do not have that burden of deciding whether a life or death sentence should be imposed, it would be easier for them to accept the circumstantial evidence and find her guilty of first-degree murder," explained WFTV legal analyst William Sheaffer.
On Wednesday, the defense filed a motion asking prosecutors what legal reasons, called "aggravating circumstances," under the law they would use to argue Casey deserves the death penalty. Possible reasons would be that the murder was cold, calculated and premeditated, that the victim was younger than 12 and that the victim was in the custody of the defendant, therefore more vulnerable.

If something were to change, for instance if Caylee's body were to be found before the case goes to trial, prosecutors could change their minds and decide to go for the death penalty.

Casey is facing several charges in connection with the disappearance and suspected murder of her daughter, Caylee. The charges include first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

I watched as much as my stomach could handle... I agree..when everyone was doing the photo comparisons, I got a good lesson on the power of makeup...I didn't think that pic was her at all..

Getting a makeover at glamor shots is like becoming someone else. I couldn't tell if that pic was KC either but I don't really think it is.

As for the death penalty, I did not expect them to go for that unless the body was found and it could be shown that Caylee died a really terrible death.  From what I understand, the jury would not go for the death penalty unless some extreme cruelty could be shown.

They will have a stronger case with the death penalty off the table.

I thought so too. Without all of that on her face and the padded push up bras she is rather homely looking with teeth that are way too large. There as a vid of her sitting with Baez in one of her court apperances and she looked like a wizened ugly monkey. Sorry if I am insulting any monkeys. Not that it makes any diff to her guilt or innocence. She thinks way too much of herself and that is what bothers me. 

All I know about the pictures is what I heard on the video during the interrogation. Unless Caylee is in the middle of it either being abused or laying drugged on the couch then I don't see it affecting much except to show KC's character.  Which we already know is severely lacking.

Well we don't even know for sure the ONE we have seen is Casey (although I think it looks like her).  IF it can be shown that Casey has been doing porn and if by chance Caylee was with her any of those times it will be very damning for Casey.

I just wanted to say that I truly hope something like this doesnt happen with Casey when she does get life in prison,   My ex sister in law had a younger sister that was married to a man named Dan Tabajes,(not sure of the last name spelling)...anyway she was only 13 when she married this man, and she had 3 children by him, he turned out to be abusive and he was also a illegal allien from the phillapeans, when there last child was about a month old, the authorities found him and sent him back to the phillapeans,he pleaded with Joyce to come to him but she said NO. She was staying in the states with her mother and 3 children and she was kinda glad that he couldnthurt her anymore.....well when the baby was about 6 months old,he found away to come back to the US by hiding on a boat and showed up at their house ( bythis time her mother was living with her helping her with the bills and the kids)...anyway they got in another argument because she wanted him to leave and he ended up stabbing both Joyce and her mother......alot of times and cut both their throats......when the police came he had put Joynce on the bed with the 6 month old baby and was laying beside her and they arrested him...He got two life sentences and after servingonly 17 years he is free now and back in the phillapeans, has since remarried and has named his first child that he has had with his new wife after the one he killed........and thats justice for you I guess......




I posted this story earlier today, just to give and example of what sometimes happens when life in prison is the sentence handed down.....Could someone be so kind as to give me and ideal on how to go about looking this story up, it was so long ago that I have forgotten some of the details but I would so like to refreash my mind....

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors on Friday said they will not seek the death penalty against Casey Anthony.

The announcement, released shortly after 4 p.m., came from the Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office.

The State isn't going to go for the death penalty.  HH's friend said the Body Farm was added to the witness list.  Thaaats all folks!

Holy Cow Klaas .... that is a huge differential in percentages!  Personally I don't think it's such a bad idea ... You might have that one juror unwilling to put to death a such a young, decent looking, woman .... (she can gain sympathy by crying on cue)     Life w/or w/out parole is ok w/me ... (preferably w/out parole)

She still has racked up quite a few years on the fraud charges to be added to the heap ... She will be a very old lady when she gets out if ever .... Either general pop will get her or the voices in her head in solitary in protective custody will ... (IMO)

I am here to say a few bad things about KC. I came back because I was trying to fall asleep and I started to dream about that monster. I live in Canada where we don't even HAVE the death penalty and I am so disappointed. I am considering the reasons why in a death penalty state they would not leave it on the table "just in case". The jury might find the burden of proof enough to recommend it after all. The forensics...there has to be more..HH, can you ask your friend if they are holding back. I don't care what they are holding back, just if he says there is more I will be happy...sort of..I appreciate anything you can do HH...I trust your info. It has always panned before since I have been here..Oh yeah, the point at the beginning...KC is an evil,sociopathic, POS that should never have graced this earth..

YES!  This is true! Was happy to hear this on NG tonight as well ... I believe they said the States Witness List was up to 140 and the Defense was only 3 ... But was quick to point out that the defense really doesn't need any witnesses ... the burden of proof is on the prosecution ...

Yep!  I have a brand new baby grandson .. 6 lbs 18 inches ... Cayden Michael ... he is perfect!  (If I must say so myself!)

I will answer you and just say that they are not asking for the death penalty because of the lack of viable evedence in this case, the stuff they do have is gonna be very hard to understand and it will take alot to present it to the jury, and make them understand all the scientific analization that comes with it, but they do have what they need to ask for life in prison, and I have every reason to believe that that is what she will be charged with......lets just hope she really does life and not get parolled after 20 years or something like that.......I wish she would get locked up and they would forget she ever exisisted....

One thing that really makes me sick, is what KC is doing to her parents in those tapes I watched. We know they are not the shiniest bulbs in the box(in honor of the holidays) but still, the torment she puts them through tugging at their emotional strings and leading them on. That, in and of itself, should be a mitigating circumstance for the DP.Wishful thinking I know, but that sort of cruelty should be justly rewarded.

That does make sense of course but with the A's having from now until the trial to keep harping about a "live Caylee", I just get nervous.  If the jurors knew what death smelled like (I don't) then the tapes of the A's would carry more weight (I think).

In a release about the decision, the State Attorney's Office wrote: "This afternoon, after consideration of the law and unique facts applicable to the above case, the State filed its notice that it is not in the best interest of the people of the State of Florida to pursue the death penalty as a potential sentence. Therefore, the State of Florida will not be seeking the death penalty against defendant Casey Anthony."

Eyewitness News previously reported it was unlikely that prosecutors would seek the death penalty against Casey without having found Caylee's body.

It has to do with the thinking of the jurors. Jurors might be reluctant to convict Casey if they know they'll have to consider a death sentence even though no body has been found in the case.

"Now that they do not have that burden of deciding whether a life or death sentence should be imposed, it would be easier for them to accept the circumstantial evidence and find her guilty of first-degree murder," explained WFTV legal analyst William Sheaffer.

On Wednesday, the defense filed a motion asking prosecutors what legal reasons, called "aggravating circumstances," under the law they would use to argue Casey deserves the death penalty. Possible reasons would be that the murder was cold, calculated and premeditated, that the victim was younger than 12 and that the victim was in the custody of the defendant, therefore more vulnerable.

If something were to change, for instance if Caylee's body were to be found before the case goes to trial, prosecutors could change their minds and decide to go for the death penalty.

Casey is facing several charges in connection with the disappearance and suspected murder of her daughter, Caylee. The charges include first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

Well they have from now until trial to prove at least one CREDIBLE "tip" on a "live Caylee" ... so far there hasn't been any ... doesn't look good for them!

As far as "smelling death" .. I don't think that carries as nearly much weight as the DNA and Body Farm Air Samples stating scientifically that there WAS death ... (in the trunk)

Oh my goodness, I finally listened to most of the new videos of the jail visits, and I can honestly say I feel brain dead.  Like ABSOLUTELY!

I noted a few things:

1.  What's with Case Face being so "Perky" (or flirtatious) when she talks to her brother.  That left a bad taste in my mouth!  Reminds me of some kind of incestuaous version of Bonnie and Clyde!

2.  When Sindy asked Case Face to look directly at her, to see her eyes, and Case Face burst out crying I thought that was Casey's way of avoiding looking directly at her mother.  She knows her mother can read her!

3.  Case Face is a really artful lier, I could fall for some of the stuff she said myself.  For instance, it really gave me pause when she said that she never saw a picture or line up or was given an opportunity to help make a sketch of Zenaida. 

4.  On the other hand, as to #3 above, and some other times like when she talked about Hawkin's ex wife, I think I saw some examples of just how angry/evil she can get.

As to the decision not to seek the death penalty, yea I must admit I am worried she isn't even going to get life.  BUT, it's going to be a lot easier to get a jurors to vote life than death because even if they find Caylee, the body will be in such a state that the method of death will be down right impossible to be determined.

Gee, like most of us I follow all the true crime stuff and I believe like most of us that there is no such thing as a perfect crime.  After all, she isn't a professional criminal.  It rocks my belief system that all you need is a 31 day headstart and the ability to pathologically lie!  That's hard to accept . . . and I hope there is some evidence that we aren't aware of to tip things in the direction of finding Casey guilty. 

On a general note, I have enjoyed your company in the short time I have been a Monkey.  This really is a wonderful forum and you all have different things to bring to the table so to speak:  backgrounds in nursing/science/law, graphics capabilities that make reading the board delightfully pleasing to the eyes (Brandi I really admire your talents).  Most of all I love your senses of humor.

I know what you mean.  I have been bless with five grandkids and ... my love for each of them know no bounds.

Two of those little muchkins (5/7) were dropped off earlier for a special weekend with Mama and Papa.  Mommy and Mama went to the mall to do some Christmas shopping while Papa held down the fort.  When I came home about 1/2 hour ago ... OMgoodness, it seems I have slept the night!!  Does that make me a day Monkey now??? 

I watched about 20 minutes of the tapes (for some reason my laptop shut off at that point).  Do laptops have feelings???

Anyway, in that short time I developed a new perspective on the family dynamics, and it changed my opinion a bit.  I see things a little differently now.   Dare I tell? 

I got lucky enough to have one big question answered for me while I was watching NG last night. I had not understood how Cindy bought this Casey was innocent stuff but on on of the clips shown last night Cindy saw something in the Great Pretenders face that she bought and I swear you could literally see the relief wash over Cindy and she melted into that chair. Casey pulled it off. I am not suffering through those vids. I have seen enough. 

KC is trusting her mother to bully people enough to so that LE and the people of Orlando just says to *L* with it lets just get this over with / hope for hung jury / or some crazy yes I said crazy defense strat like plea down ....... this could very well be the first time in her life she gets told no way Jose

I went to make some scrambled eggs!!  but now I am having trouble putting my thoughts into words.  Should have done it when it was fresh.  I'll have to work on that for a later post.  It has to do with Cindy almost pressuring KC for lies. 

I read a book on near death experiences after my mom passed, amazing how similiar the stories are.  When my husband was dieing he clearly looked at me, my son and it seemed someone between us who wasn't there.   I know what you are saying.

this is my first post here, been a lurker, and shy.
I love this group, cos you are all "unstuffy"  if thats a word. 
So, death penalty is off the table.  Thats a good thing really.  She wont get full protective custody and a nice quiet life, inside like D/Ps get.  Instead, she will get LWOP, (we hope)  and that will entail a life inside prison.  Mixing in with the inmates.  Child killers wont be able to sleep a second of their time.  She will be sleeping on a hard thin mattress, with one eye open, and one ear open every single night she goes to bed.  She will get a flogging, every time she opens her gob to talk, every time she goes to have a shower, she will be on edge, waiting for a bashing.  This is the best punishment for her, no cushy solitary confinement like the death penalty inmates get.  This is the life she deserves.  Stuck in a hell hole, and always watching her back.  Child killers, will never get rest in prison.

When my dad died a few years ago, my sister was there with him in the hospital room. She said that as he exhaled his last, his head turned in her direction and his eyes looked at her. She didn't know if he was trying to see her as he passed, or if that was just totally involuntary.  On the one hand, it's kind of eery.. on the other, it seems very loving.

Need some sharp Casey Anthony analysis? Jeanine Pirro was supplying thoughtful insights on Friday's "Today."

The host of "Judge Jeanine Pirro" talked about Casey Anthony's bewildering jailhouse behavior in just-released videos.

Pirro explained how the tapes revealed "a very mundane Casey" and that attitude suggests why prosecutors charged the young woman with first-degree murder in daughter Caylee's disappearance.

"She is asked directly by her father, a former cop, where is she?" Pirro said. "By her brother. She gives absolutely no information. She talks about this babysitter that no one has ever met."

Pirro was especially bothered by Casey Anthony referring to her missing daughter as "that little girl."

"Today" co-anchor Meredith Vieira asked what Pirro made of that language.

"There seems to be a lack of affection there," said Pirro, a former prosecutor. "There seems to be a distancing. And as a prosecutor, that's one of the things that you look at. She also refers to her grandparents as having been great grandparents, in the past tense."

Casey Anthony quickly corrects herself "because she's not stupid," Pirro said. "But that signals to any prosecutor that she speaks in the past tense, because maybe she knows that Caylee is dead. And so all of this, when you put it together with chloroform and the Web searches and the shovels and all this stuff that have proven to be very relevant in this case, a decomposing body in the trunk, shows us that she has no information as to where the child is and that she has researched all of the evidence that comes into play later in the death of the child."

Casey Anthony's emotions in the jailhouse videos could win her some sympathy, Pirro said, but her actions and words will matter more.

"Tears ... can come very cheaply sometimes," Pirro said. "But when you refer to your daughter in the past tense -- not as my angel, not as my missing baby -- but as "that child," you know, that signals louder than a few tears to a jury."

Vieira asked if the truth will come out at the trial.

He's a Spinone Italiano, an Italian hunting dog that looks like a Muppet with a sense of humor of Robin Williams. Yeah, they are kinda pricey since they keep the breeding down to keep health defects at bay. But I was lucky to get mine for free through the Spinone Rescue. He's 6 and I've only had him a year. Best damn thing I ever did for myself. He's one of those pets that you remember and love into your old age, long after he's gone.  ::MonkeyWink::

LE has possibly found the source of the pictures and they are not something you will find on under her real name. I would assume there are many websites that operate with those type of photos and just like strippers, porn movie people, etc they use different names for the individuals.

There was a photographer mentioned in the docs that LE made a copy off one of the computers so I will have to look for his name again later but.....I looked him up at the time and he has some photography work on a website www.modelmayhem.com (http://www.modelmayhem.com). I was familiar with this site since I know somewhere here in Jax who is listed on that website as a model. He might be the same guy who did the Fusion photos though.

After listening & watching a few of the tapes I noticed a couple of things.


One is Cindy's insistence on looking at her eyes.  Well everytime she said this and Casey would look into the camera...Casey would bust out crying...Couldn't look!

Then when she was "spinning" her story...she would wrinkle her forhead...open her eyes very wide the entire time.  New this is suppose to imply truthfulness..(look into my eyes, I am telling the truth).  But being a sociopath, it is just the opposite.  

I noticed that she didn't do this with Lee though maybe because he wasn't looking into the screen..he was busy writing or she didn't feel threatened about his believing her.

Also, I think the reason why Baez and his associates go see her so often is because he knows she is a narcissist and needs attention all the time.  (She mentions that she called him late at night and he came running over & was very impressed with that).  Then one time she mentioned that she had been trying to reach Baez and couldn't get him and asked them to tell him she wanted to see him.  Guess she made it clear to him that he had better show her all of the attention or else?  (confess or whatever)

IMO her worst punishment is going to be after she is convicted...and NOBODY is going to come running to visit her and pay her all of this attention....she is going die.  Jose will have made his reputation and have more clients that actually PAY...she will be left in his dust!  Can't wait for this to happen.  

Good Morning and Welcome New Monkeys. The stuff LE has is gonna be very hard to understand, and make them understand all the scientific analization that comes with it. My first thought was oh no that's not good, but with this and the other evidence, when layed out in a timeline, everything should fall into place, and when looking at all the evidence, not just the scientific evidence, I think the state will have a strong case. It will be very hard in my opinion for the jury to excuse the 31 days and the partying. My fear is she will be found guilty for manslaughter and not first degree murder.

The decision that the state made was a wise one, as of now no body, but also pursuing a death penalty case is very costly, and the cost so far in investigating this case I'm sure is out the roof. Also, I hate to say, this smells like a deal is being made behind the scenes. ::MonkeyNoNo::

I have been doing some googling this morning on the FL statute for murder.  I know from my Criminal Justice 101 class, that murder one must have INTENT.  Our professor pounded that in our heads during class.  In FL though, you have the felony murder that is quite liberal as opposed to other states.  Aggravated child abuse would bump an accidental death up to murder one, for instance.

I would think that without a body to test for chloroform poisoning or without someone testifying that KC was drugging Caylee, that this is going to be difficult.  It is all conjecture, isn't it?

Personally, I cannot wait for the trial to see how the state attorneys play this out!  I think it is going to be fascinating legal stuff.  Also can't wait to see KC go to prison for the absolutely longest amount of time possible.

IMO  His won/lost record won't matter with Casey's case...everyone knows this is a losing situation going in.  It's all about NAME RECOGNITION in his line of work.  Also, now that the DP is off the table, he is "qualified" to be her attorney.

I know that other prosecutors have gotten murder one convictions without a body.  With my very, very limited knowledge, I would think that WITHOUT SOMEONE's testimony that KC had previously drugged Caylee, that they will have a hard time proving beyond a reasonable doubt.  The jury may go with manslaughter because an accidental death, through negligence, will be the easier way out for them.  Hope I am not right.  I am just guessing here!

I cannot imagine a deal without a clause that KC has to come up with where Caylee was dumped, for lack of a better word.  Caylee may not be recoverable but hopefully, someone would put up a good effort.  I sure as hell hope they wouldn't take KC's word that it was an accident and she just panicked.  Damn, think of the money that has been spent so far to find Caylee.  The man hours of LE.  All because KC couldn't tell the truth.

I am thinking in someways Casey has screwed herself on this one. With the evidence we just know about there seems to be enough to convict on a murder charge. You are talking chloroform, decomp, premeditation, lying to LE and others, more and more.

JMO but if the body would have been found without so much time going by then it could have been proved how she died. Maybe if it was accidental that actually could have helped Casey because what if the chloro was in the car because she used it for other things and not on Caylee? The body could prove if any of those searches on the computer were actually used to kill or coverup (shovel) the killing. One of the scenarios that had been mentioned over this time was maybe she was left in the car too long and the FL heat even at night was too much.

I really think forensics will prove alot and with everything else...murder conviction..not manslaughter. I am glad they took dp off the table. She needs a long time to just be with herself since that is who she cares about the most. It will be a lot easier case for the jury to convict.

Although I wish she would get the death penalty, I think they made the right decision.  Without the body, It will be hard to prove she killed with malice and that it wasn't an accident (and she mentally lost it).  We all know that isn't true but it will be hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

Life in jail may actually be worse for her.  She will probably end up some inmate's girlfriend.

Any word on those pictures? Or if her friends were up to something?

I agree, invision.  There are plenty of people who would be reluctant to convict with that looming in the back of their minds.  Just the possibility of sentencing someone to death is more responsibility than many people want on their conscience.

I keep thinking about the wedding Casey attended, where she and/or her family pretended she was not pregnant.  When looking at the photos from the wedding, imo she is obviously pregnant.  So who did they think they were kidding!!!!  I think she was 7 months pregnant at the time.

She loves being in the limelight.  You can tell by the jailhouse videos, that she doesn't seem to care what made her the center of attention.  She is thriving on it.  The only true thing she said that day was that she looked hideous.  To me she has always looked hideous.  The last truthful thing Cindy ever said was "It smells like a dead body in the damn car".  I knew then that Caylee was gone.  Cindy and George obviously knew that too, or were they looking for a "live" Caylee under her playhouse?  She looked hideous to me, even when she had tons of makeup plastered on that smug face.  She has probably been hideous since she was born and began telling her first childhood lies.

Since she has refused to say it was an accident and give the body up, she must of done something to cause the death.  Whether it is because she left her in a hot car, left her alone to drown in a pool, if she never says that an accident occurred then the only other reason for her death is nefarious and the only one with her was Casey. I think he is right, the best way to play it, very difficult to convict, imo, I think most jurors would have a difficult time with the death penalty in this case.

I did,   but after awhile when they were talking she had said that it was a phyciatrist she was talking to and so I figured maybe that was why....I dont know....

Well, when was the last time we saw KC?  October?  Maybe she had a home visit from one of her old boyfriends and she is preggers?  Maybe she was pregnant in early July (Tony?) and wasn't showing that much.  That would be one good reason to take the DP off the table.  Who will vote to kill a new mother?

ahhh .. makes sense, if that is what she was referring to. I just had in my mind a physician, not a psychiatrist. Lord knows, she needs one of those!  (Unfortunately, she is getting help way too late.)

Cindy was asking Casey about the psychologist, I believe it was, and if she felt comfortable talking to the doctor, I forget exactly what Casey said, but something like no because I don't know this person. Here is a radical thought on the DP - could it be that the prosecutor decided that if there was a DP request a second attorney would have to be brought in - since Baez in not qualified to try a DP case. I think that it was a good move to leave him as lead counsel since he seems to be rather less than talented- perhaps it is their way of guaranteeing a guilty verdict?

I don't think Cindy gave a hairbrush that had even one Caylee hair. For some reason I'm thinking everything was carefully cleaned before it was handed over due to the way the evidence was collected but as Casey is aware from watching ole Grissom on CSI folks aren't nearly as smart about evidence clean up as they think. I hope there was a record of Caylee's DNA from the Jessie Grund "tag your the daddy today" test.


Garden Gnome I don't know if you are still here but you posted a day or so ago about if you were Jessie you would search his place for something KC had planted. I so agree with your thinking. She set Jessie up in her parent's minds to take the blame ( Zanny was shoot from the hip in the instant to Cindy's "Who took her") I believe she took a shower over there and washed decomp down his shower and had something in the bag that she washed decomp down his bathroom sink. I am almost certain of that much. Some folks are suspicious of Jessie because of his actions after but I'm not. He bought the kidnap story and went to help. I may be wrong he may turn out to have helped her but I doubt it. I don't think she would have trusted anyone to help her except way later if even then

If the stealing is brought into this trial...won't that negate the charges or check forgery, under the double jeopardy laws ?

In order to prove this, wouldn't the prosecution need the body for testing? they have the chloroform in air samples, and searches online..but I'm concerned that the connection to Caylee's death won't be provable..

Why don't they lump all of the charges together like in the OJ trial? Then read off the verdicts and sentence the same way? and if she was found guilty...would the time be served consecutively or concurrently? (hope that's right)

yeah, the july 25th 9:am visit part 1. cindy says they forgive her for anything kc has said & the kc says "don't worry, i haven't said anything" just seems strange, i would think they would want her to talk to a dr. if it would help, but i guess not.

Anytime KC says don't talk to someone, the first thing that should be done is to RUN to that person!  Plus she told Jesse to stay out of it and not to talk to her parents.  WHY????

Cindy's dislike for Jesse amazes me.  He probably tried to get KC to act like a responsible adult and CA thought that was controlling!!  God forbid someone give KC a dose of reality!

I would be surprised to see Jesse or his father involved in anything.  I think RG is kindy of flaky, but sincere man.  So his beliefs are out of the ordinary, so what?  Doesn't make him a bad person and I think he would be interesting to talk to.  If RG didn't want his son to be involved with KC, who could blame him?  I am sure many people saw through KC's facade and stayed the hell away from her.

KC 's remarks to her mom don't worry I haven't told anything could be about the big fight on the 15 or anything with these people who knows. HH I appreciate your friends hard work and that of all the different LE branches. If you think about all the effort of everyone from prayers, donations, research, lost sleep, all the things that all of the people have done to get answers, bring closure, do the right thing, in this case it is just simply amazing. That thought crossed my mind b4, the preggers thing. But sanitary pads are issued by the jail, no charge. KC ordered tampons,as per NG. Plus KC is seen by other inmates at certain times, like when she has her walks to where she meets and hugs Baez. And gets bolstered up by Baez. Someone would have spilled it if she was showing. In one of the early pics when she was in court, I though the back half of her azz looked larger. I pointed it out to my DD and she saw that it was the way the chain was around her waist with the fabric of the nice pantsuit she was wearing.

I would think he's upset, because the trial will probably be broadcast.  At this point I think most of her x friends would like as little publicity as possible.  He also will probably loose a day of work, which is important to some people that actually have jobs.

Slow news days always seem to bring up this subject. Even though I hate to speculate I find myself doing it at times like this. It does seem to be a subject ALL the Anthonys avoid. Most of the mainstream media try to write it off as probably just another one of Casey's lies or wild speculation by bloggers. For me, if LA or GA was the father, it would explain alot of the strange behavior of this family and the covering up they are all guilty of. Only time will tell and if this case gets to trial we may finally get an answer.

Hi AM, when I was reading the last documents, IIRC, Casey and this guy had IM conversation and I think he was going on how he wished he was in a relationship and she was telling him Tony may go back to NY in a year and she may want to hook up with him (Iassen) if Tony leaves. And Iassen asked her if she ever liked him, etc. I think that was the jist of the conversation. Does anyone else remember that? It was in the last 700 pages of docs.
