With regard to Lee and George as possible molesters, and/or possible fathers of Caylee..

I think George acts more sad then he does guilty... if he feels any guilt, I really do think a lot of it stems from being a bad father... I mean, it sure makes him look like a bad father, that his own flesh and blood (that he helped to raise) has become a child killer.  Lee acts more guilty than he does sad.. he should be sad that his niece is missing, that his parents are suffering, that his sister is causing all of this pain. Instead, he acts like a total jacka$$, hides who knows where, refuses to give up his DNA, etc...  now just going by actions, I would say that Lee seems more likely to be a molester/father of sister's baby.

Anthony is in jail accused of murdering Caylee, but Black said Anthony stands by her claim that she dropped off her 2-year-old daughter with a sitter in June and never saw her again. That won’t change if it turns out the skull and bones belong to Caylee.

“Casey Anthony handed her daughter off to a woman in a park who was with another woman in a car,” Black told FOXNews.com. “Her position and the position of the law firm has been that she handed her child off. … It would be difficult for a prosecution to absolutely tell a jury that Ms. Anthony is the one who injured the child.”

It will be at least a week or two before forensic tests confirm whether the skeletal remains that a utility worker found in the woods Thursday are the girl’s, but police haven’t stopped looking for clues.

1. Casey killed Caylee
2. Casey placed Caylee's body in her car trunk
3. Casey placed Caylee's body in the wooded area close to her home
4. Casey should live the rest of her life in prison

None of this, "oh, well, when was the body put there" chit. They cannot explain it all away. No way. No how. Not gonna happen.

Lucky for us and luckily for Jose Baez..he had no say in the situation...She could have never gone to trial without another member on her defense team (or her main attorney). Its as if Jose Baez was clueless. As if he didnt pass the bar, he knew that he could never represent her correctly in a trial..he has no experience in a major first degree murder trial. It would have definitely been a mistrial had Jose had the experience to represent her on his own. He sucks at representing himself...and they say a lawyer who defends himself, has a fool for a client..hehe. good quote!!

Defense Says Remains Similar In Size, Hair Color To Caylee

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, spoke to the media on Saturday after remains were found within blocks of the Anthony family home.

Baez said Anthony was "not doing well at all" after hearing about the remains that were discovered in a wooded area of Orlando by a meter reader.


Baez, along with Casey's brother, Lee, showed up at the Anthony home Saturday afternoon.

He and his defense team traveled to the crime scene, where they investigated the area.

That came after FBI agents and the Orange County sheriff spent a third day in a row searching the same area where a child's remains were found.

The remains found near the Anthony home are similar in size and hair color to Caylee Anthony, a defense team attorney said on Friday.

Linda Kenney Baden said Casey Anthony’s lead attorney, Jose Baez, got that information from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office after the remains were discovered on Thursday less than a half-mile from the Anthony home.

Baez was told “the anthropological measurements on the child for her being Caylee Anthony, that the hair color was correct, and they were proceeding as if this were little Caylee,” Baden said during a hearing on Friday over access to evidence from the remains.

Prosecutors, however, said they have not made a tentative identification of the remains, which were discovered by a utility worker about 9:30 a.m Thursday. In his 911 call, the worker mentions finding a skull, which WESH 2 and NBC sources said showed evidence of duct tape on the mouth. (Audio: Listen to 911 Call)

Officials said on Saturday that it could be more than a week before conclusive DNA results are released, but investigators said they're almost positive it's Caylee.

"She's the only child of that age range that was reported missing," said Carlos Padilla, of the Orange County Sheriff's Office. "The skull was the size and shape consistent with that of a young child, and of course it was close proximity to the residences."

Baden’s announcement in court was one of the latest twists in the case against Casey Anthony, who is charged with killing her daughter, Caylee, sometime before she reported the 2-year-old child missing in July.

Also Friday:

- Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said something at the crime scene where the remains were found could be linked to the Anthony house. Investigators removed bags of evidence from the home overnight, including three vacuum cleaners, pesticide containers and a small pillow.

- The FBI was sifting through buckets of dirt on Friday from the scene where the remains were found.

- Cindy and George Anthony returned to their east Orange County home Friday afternoon, but made no comment to the media. They left about 5:30 p.m. with their dogs, again without talking to reporters.

- Judge Stan Strickland denied a defense motion for access to the autopsy of the remains.

Beary, who appeared on "The Today Show" Friday morning to discuss the discovery, said Casey Anthony is on a psychological watch at the Orange County Jail and that he thinks the remains are Caylee's. (Watch Video)

"My gut says yes, but I have to wait seven to 14 days for the DNA analysis to absolutely make sure. Just like we always have to, we are going to be waiting for facts," Beary said when Matt Lauer asked him if he believes the remains are Caylee’s.

During a news conference Thursday evening, Baez confirmed that Casey Anthony was upset when she found out about the remains and requested a sedative at the jail. Sources described Casey Anthony's reaction as an anxiety attack.

After a hearing Thursday morning, Casey Anthony's trial was pushed back until March.

Friday night, the Anthonys were not at their home because, their spokeswoman said, they're trying to get away from everything.

Just a few blocks away, crime scene technicians in the deeply wooded area worked late into the night.

Medical Examiner: Forensic Evidence Will Be Key

Forensic evidence will be the key in determining whether the remains are Caylee.

"With the remains allegedly or reportedly being found in a closed environment, in a bag, that would preserve much of the evidence," said Volusia County Medical Examiner Dr. Marie Herrmann.

Herrmann said that, if the remains found near the Anthony family home were in a sealed plastic bag -- despite weather and time -- there will be evidence to determine if the victim is indeed Caylee and likely how she died.

"The evidence of injury may reveal itself as cuts or areas of discoloration with bleeding, contusions," Herrmann said.

And secured out of the elements, there will likely be pieces of any other foreign materials in the bag -- including clothing and duct tape.

"Yes, duct tape is a good piece of evidence, as it can hold fibers, skin cells," Herrmann said. "It could potentially match to another roll. Duct tape can retain fingerprints, latent prints that can be obtained."

Experts will surely test for the presence of chloroform, Herrmann said, which has been significant in the investigation. The chemical can linger in remains and beyond.

"There may be some metabolites or some other changes that could be detected that could indicate that chloroform was used," Herrmann said.

Medical and criminal investigators will work together to solve the crime.

This picture reminds me of the disgust i felt when i saw her walk out of her house with her Caylee shirt all twisted up to look tight and cute, and rolled up sleeves, crusafix, and colored bracelets..it was almost like an F-U to everyone..she has complete disregard for the body language experts, psychologists, that will all testify that these are directs signs of a sociopathic disassociated cold, and calculated MURDERER. It also makes me wonder...people like this love attention im wondering if she played a victim and attempted to slit her wrists....because she started wearing all these bangles, and got her "new look" shortly after that just consisted of longsleeved blouses...???

I think it says a lot for the LE that there have been no leaks about what was found, either in the house or at the burial site.  There were lots of people involved and no leaks.  Baez can't spin this.

He is a defense attorney, it's his job to defend scum.  Even scum have the right to a defense in our justice system.  Too bad Caylee's rights were taken away from her.  So Baez will do his best to give Casey the best defense he can.  If that means getting her life in prison instead of death so be it.  He will continue to spin the kidnapping theory as long as he can. 

I bet he feels just like my surgeon when I had my car wreck.  He said he wished he could walk away from me and never see me again because he felt he could not fix the problem.  And Baez probably feels that way or maybe he is challenged and loves it!!!  Or if he really had a relationship with her, maybe he feels forced to stay and represent her.

Hey  didnt I see or hear that one of the things that the LE took out of the Anthony's home was paper...............if the answer is yes...then remember when the doc dumps came out and casey had wrote onthat piece of paper over and over again like Casey Lassaro and stuff like that...........................I wonder if they found some of that paper in the bag with the remains, Im sure that casey put everything that the remains might have leaked on in that bag and threw it in the same area with them......Maybe she even wrote the fake script and put it in the bag to.....

I will be addressing this lame premise that the defense will try and attempt. It is actually one of the stupidest things I have ever heard.

Incidentally, according to my sources their was an indentation in the ground where the bag was and little growing under it. It had been there a while.

If Casey had an accomplice, why in the heck would they have placed Caylee w/in 3/10th of a mile from home when they could have brought her 100's of miles away? Who in their right mind in one of the most covered missing person cases would go back to an area where people would be on the look out to dispose a body?

The answer is, they would not.

The defense can try as they might all their BS ... their client will be found guilty.

The defenses only job at this point is to keep a needle out of her arm.

IMO there was something that immediately lead them to the house.  It was not something that they had to think about, they saw it and they knew.  I think you have a good idea, the only reason I would lean away from this is that they have said that the finding was connected to the house. Even the ME said a connection to the house.  If it had been papers of Casey's I would think they would have said they found a connection to KC.  However it still could be papers, maybe with the Hopesprings address.

Yep.  Personally, I believe the duct tape will be Casey's downfall.  I think the duct tape will have her fingerprints on it and nobody elses.

Agree, Red.  Last place kidnappers would be is in the Anthony's neighborhood.  I think Casey ran out of gasoline with the remains in the car and was forced to dump them in a hurry.

No accomplice or kidnapper is going to be lurking around in the area they are most likely to be apprehended when there is a big, wide world out there.

As a single gal, I wasn't even gonna mess with a Christmas Tree this year, but thinking of Caylee without one and that the first gift of Christmas was a child; I decided to put my tree up and place my "The Children are the future" ornament on it. 
So, in honor of Caylee can everyone with a tree hang an ornament for Caylee.  If you don't do Christmas, can you paint or draw a "sunshine" and hang it on a window.  Since we all know her from singing that song.

I also think the duct tape could possibly have Casey's hair stuck to it, especially if she was like in a hurry and might have bitten  a small tear in it to make it where she could tear it, Ive seen people do this and their hair fall in the way and get stuck on it too and they dont even notice, and then there could be the dogs hair and even fivers from the rugs or furniture at the Anthonys house!!................also I believe they already have the roll that the trash bag came from, because I think Tony mentioned something about her taking bags from his house and Im sure if he did the deputy's confiscated the entire roll from him.

Yes, as Monken says, that duct tape likely has big horse teeth marks on it as well as DNA from Casey.  Fingerprints, too.

But what in the world was she doing with duct tape on that child in the first place!  Seems just too odd and totally not accidental.  What was going on to require duct tape?

And I don't think Casey is very bright at all.  Just typical sociopath who thinks she is.  I don't think she was organized enough to try to stage something with the duct tape.

I hope LE will release list of items taken from Anthony house.  Maybe we can tell from that which way they are going.

They are planning to overwhelm the jury with so much information about DNA, etc. that the jury won't know what hit them just as in the Spector trial.  Well, they know that trick now and I am relieved to see the FBI playing a major part if not the main part in the processing of the scene and remains, etc.

I don't like that defense team.  Some are known for their dirty tricks.

GREAT thought.. because wasn't it said that Tony had watched her put gas into her car on that same road/same area when it ran out of gas at one point?? Would explain why HE didn't help her do it - she didn't want him to get close becuase of the smell - and why she just may have quickly tossed it down in those woods there by the road, before he got there.

I have to wonder if maybe this time the running out of gas was just a ruse. I only say that because these were woods she was somewhat familiar with according to Kio, so maybe she thought it would be good to pretend to run out of gas there in case anyone saw her. She calls Tony, he picks her up walking in her neighborhood (couldn't have been too far from the house) he takes her to get the cans, but IIRC, doesn't follow her or anything after.   Now what day was that? And does someone remember exactly what happened after they get the cans........?

From a forensic standpoint, they are looking for ways to argue on the time the body was in that location.  I think people will wonder, how can one tell if it has been there since the middle of June?  Beyond your infallible logic on why the body would NOT be place there by an alternate party, there are ways to tell just how long that body has been there and we can all be rest assured it has been there since the beginning or right thereafter.  TES searched the opposite side of Suburban drive and pulled out on 9-3-08 because of water.  This would be the date they would have to try and say the body was shuttled in from another location, and placed there afterwards.  Growth, vegetation, etc should be easy to prove the body being placed there prior to the TES search as just a start.  They would have to completely reinvent the color of the sky in a jury's world to take complete common sense away.


They, the defense has no alternative at this point but to carry on, and more power seems to join evil every day.  It does become worrisome, but I have faith in OCSO and a higher power.  I believe justice will prevail and all these wayward minds will manifest itself into an ego orgy that pines for attention at every curve of the camera and lure of a  microphone,  but each disconnected from the body of evil as a whole host.  The unsavory lust for fame, the greed of fortune, and the crave for a challenge brings these rodents and cockroaches out as if it were a still, dark night in Orlando.  They forgot that someone has already turned the light on and all they see is the crime of the century, their image in a mirror, and the sound and texture of their own name.

I believe she put duct tape on Caylee's mouth also, to make it appear she was abducted. One thing I am curious about is if Caylee's hands were bound, to also play into the abduction scenario.

Wonder what the odds are that Caylee's clothes were in the car along with KC's pants and Cindy took them all in and washed them and then put Caylee's clothes back in the closet?  Would Cindy tell the cops she washed Caylee's clothes along with KC's?  I would think not. Maybe a sock was found in the bag? What ever it was they found it involves Cindy and the cleanup she did before the confiscated the vehicle.

I could almost swear that i think i have the answer. Have you guys heard about that guy that was a fling of casey's and he called her the morning of the 16th to ask her if it was her he had seen running down HER street towards her house early that morning, i dont know from which location she was running....but im assuming she was coming through the main entrance.....i think she had already stashed the body. And returned the morning of July 16th after ((the morning after the 911 call))  went to the dump site, tore a hole in the bag, or used an existant hole, and stuffed her list from zanny the nanny that she wrote while in her room...she slept in her room the first night i believe, and everynight after that cindy claimed casey was scared of the bedroom and slept in her room on a mattress....it makes a lot of sense to me, its so close to her house. she is known for exercising, and you know she steps all over her parents, they didnt know any procedure yet to keep her in the house...so she went for a run and took her "note" from zanny with her.. ::MonkeyWaa::im starting to try to think like casey....ne pas bien

I was in the cage from Noon till about 2:3O am last nite and this is my First time back - I tried to read what was in the last cage ..within the later last posts.

I find that I am too exhausted to read due to My Heart hurts so much .. Not that Caylee was to be found alive. We all knew that she was no longer among us.

The findings of Caylee,  that have been introduced via media and such just tears at me so and I know I am not alone.  I did leave the cage last night and maybe slept 3 hours and started my day today at 6 am. I think that this is just a Human Travesty of all accord that a child be treated in such a way.

That a precious Caylee be tossed like she was Nothing and then to have what was done to her on top of her own little self.

I find the Ants " Parents" very viable to be charged within all that has been said and re-stated and re-stated by their own accountability. They have Never Once ever STOOD up and Cried for Caylee .. NOT Once. They have only created speculative words, against their own words... re writing everything that they willfully know is on video.

Casey in my thoughts needs to be sentenced and I am going to leave it up to the Inmates of Orange County Correctional facility to give her ..her sentence. I truly do not believe that the courts will prevail for Caylee.  All that is needed is for Casey to be put into general population within the Orange County Prison System. Correctional system.

I think that the Media has taken precedence of this Case and its Not been about Caylee for some time.

What I cant get out of my mind is that precious little Caylee had duct tape on her mouth. What that says to me is that if it was an accident, KC did not even try to revive her - how could you if her mouth is still taped shut???  And if it wasnt an accident, well I still cant even go there. 

I'll be interested to see what new info there may be.. I am just disgusted with how close Geraldo and JB seem to have become. Earlier in a live report on FNC, Geraldo was annoyed that LE wouldn't allow JB and his team of merry smoke screen experts examine the crime scene and then Dr Spitz, who used to be very respected until the PS debacle, verbalized how indignant he was that they wouldn't allow him the professional courtesy to observe the autopsy I am glad LE is sticking to their guns.
I have become bery jaded with these pay to play ME's who spent a lifetime building reps only to sell themselves and end up looking assinine on the stand for the defense..

I also wonder if maybe casey had some other clothes in the trunk and decomp leaked on them and she put them in the bag too.......they said clothes were in the bag, they didnt say they were childrens clothes, so it makes me think maybe they could have been some that Casey either had in the trunk or had on when she carried the body and it might have leaked on them,

If this little girl is under the water and a horse steps on her or a four-wheeler goes over or even a person steps on her just thinking it`s some type of debris underneath the water, then we`ve jeopardized any future search efforts.

And then when we came back the second time, this water where she was found -- and I actually went right back to the scene with investigators a couple of hours ago. But this water was still high when we came back the second time. And a neighbor actually said it was about a week-and-a-half ago or two weeks at the most when the water receded enough that you could see anything there.

So this is an area that we tried to search. Weather conditions just would not allow it. And I will never, ever regret calling the search off at that time because we could have done far more damage than good if we had...

And you made it very clear that you were so afraid that in all the water -- it was feet deep -- that you were afraid if Caylee`s remains were there, they would be ruined or scattered and would never be found. When I think of the duct tape, I don't think of abductors but rather Casey just trying to keep Caylee quiet.  Most seem to think this more likely to be associated with kidnapping, however.  Heard too many stories about evil school teachers doing this to kids I guess.

But fortunately, a better material for retaining evidence could not have been chosen so for whatever reason it was done, it is just about sure to produce at least some information about who put it there.

IIRC, Tim came after Tropical Storm Fay - which hit about 8/19 - 8/20 in that area!  The area was searched by LE prior to the storm!!

I think the defense gathered as a spectical to make a statement. We are trying to get in and we are experts but they won't let us. Of course not...they are building their case. It is a crime scene. The defense shouldn't go in the crime scene until investigators are done.

I think the bag was put there in June. There was plenty of water at the time to move it from it's original location I think. If Tim lost a four wheeler in the water then it was deep enough to move a bag to a different area than put.

I am glad you brought that up because I watched that short segment he was doing.  I could not believe his whole segment was about how bad the state is being to the defense.  I won't watch his show tonight because I am certain as the main guest suggests - it will be a continuation of whatever Baez needs him to do. 

I had no respect for Geraldo, as he has proven time and time again over the course of his "should have been over" career he doesn't deserve.  I can't believe I was able to reach down and find just a bit more disgust at the bottom of the barrel.  He is so transparent.  He is a tool for Baez, the mouth clown who needs over-sized shoes to match his obvious over-sized appetite as of late.  Thank God the Judge in the latest motion wasn't a pushover, although he worried me a bit as he reminded me of the goofy ass judge in the Anna Nicole Simpson trial. They interviewed the 10 yo who lives on the adjoining property to where the remains were found and he said there is standing water in much of the woods knee to waist deep in places all summer long.  He said it only went down a couple of weeks ago as it does every winter.  He did seem pretty credible to me.

I also suspect there are little ravines and ditches formed by water run off where the water would be, not a total flood plain.  I think the remains were tossed into one of those.

Correction 19 yo who lived next door to the place the remains were found.  Not a 10 yo.

Beautifully said, I couldn't agree more. But I do believe justice will come for Caylee, her remains inside that garbage bag will say it all, along with the hard work of LE, and the state's presentation of their case. When I watched LK the other night, I became livid watching her grandparents, for some reason their lies esp got to me more than usual. I got this weird feeling that Caylee was looking down at all of this and thinking I never was really loved. It bothered me the rest of the night, and I woke up the next morning feeling the same way. When her remains were found, I just felt it is time and she will get justice. The defense can have their dream team, in the end the right thing will prevail.

I HOPE that all of you are correct that Caylee's mouth was duct taped AFTER she died and that Casey was planning her defense ahead of time in case the remains were discovered. I, however, don't think that Casey did much planning or she wouldn't have dumped Caylee in her own neighborhood like a bag of unwanted trash. I fear that the tape was placed on her lips before Casey killed her so she could not cry out. I believe that may be the extent of Casey's pre-planning other than to pre-meditate how not to be caught in the act.

When I watched the video it looked like there was maybe some sort of bedding in one of those bags. Maybe she used a pillowcase, sheet, or something to tie her hands and/or feet with. That could have been something that they could "match" with the house.


I am starting to wonder if she didn't return to the scene to add the duct tape and rope, or something to tie her up with, after she comes up with the kidnapping idea. Maybe that is the day she went to Jesse's to take a shower, not after she killed her, but after she altered the scene. She may have also removed Caylee's clothes and put them in that dumpster that the dogs hit at, which is why she said something about them not finding her clothes. Well of course not, you put them in two different spots, or maybe multiple spots......

When caylee's body was found they said that cayle was aware of what her mother was doing....can be possible that caylee was buried in the anthony's alive

my little girl still looking for cayleee..last week we went to builderbear and she got a bunny and called her Caylee....after that i went to another store and she found a magnifier(is is the name?) and i found her looking inside a big las if caylee was there....she was asking...little caylee are you there? i felt so bad...now I do not how to explain that caylee is not more with us.

It is beyond sick, but I'm really worried what is going to happen after the testing and there is positive proof it is Caylee. What are the Anthony's going to do? I have a sick feeling they are going to make a large sum of money exploiting Caylee's funeral.

I respectfully disagree.  I think her parents were giving her a hard time about going out.  They may have been using that as leverage to try and get her to find a Damn Job!!  It was one thing when Ricardo let Caylee sleep over, but Tony was against it.  Poor little Casey had to go home at a decent hour and watch her own child.  I think the A's were fed up with her lieing and stealing and were refusing to sit for Caylee at night.

This idea brought tears to my eyes, it is so incredibly thoughtful. However I think I must be the only Jewish monkey on this board. Last night my family and I went to Temple and said the Jewish Mourner's prayer for Caylee, it was very emotional and moving for us. Well start with OJ, then go to the Phil Spector trial, Jason Williams trial, the Martha Brailsford case (book is Scream on the Water), and the trial of the man in Long Island who murdered his wife by tying her up and injecting her with potassium-but, she didn't die so he and his girlfriend suffocated her with a plastic bag and laid her at the bottom of the stairs. Baden testified she fell even though she had ligature marks on her wrist and ankles. I can't remember the name of this one, but the father who did this then tried to kill his own daughter, and eventually confessed on his death bed. The Martha Brailsford case was worse, he testified that she had been killed before thrown off a sailboat in Salem-he based this on the tissue showed no hemmoraging, the jurors were making fun of him because there was NO tissue left to observe to make that determination. This case reminded me of the NH case.

My husband left a pile of leaves laying in our back yard for 2 days - our grass yellowed and died and we are talking temps of 40 degrees.  I don't think the grass/weeds would take too long in the Florida heat to die.  Something else I've been thinking about; I can't even put my trash cans out the night before trash day without the lids, or animals will tear through everything and leave a scattered mess.  I just don't see how Caylee has been out in the open without her bones being scattered a good distance if she has been out there for a long period of time. ::MonkeyConfused::

I just returned from my Dad's house for Weekend Dinner, I enjoyed spending time with my siblings who still live at home and who range in age from 5 -11.  They were jumping around the Christmas tree showing me their different ornaments they hung, how proud they were that this ornament was "theirs".  It was so very adorable.  It would be an honor for Caylee to have an ornament on our trees here at my house, I think I will pick a few up at the Halmark store tomorrow.
Dinner topic with my father and step mom was that of the find of Caylee after we sent the little ones off to watch the "Twelve Dogs of Christmas" with chocolate cake.  My Dad gave his personal perspective as a Sherrif on the details thus far, and even agreed that the parents should have charges brought forth against them.

At the time though were they not still juggling the 2 theories?  The one presented by Casey in regards to the Nanny story, and then the next fact which emerged being the trunk and its contents which moved the search mobile, away from the A's....why would they take the dogs down that far and to those woods based on the 2 theories they were facing and the locations they were looking at based on cell pings, the car, the nanny, the boyfriend, the tow yard, the amscott, and the dumpsters. 
By the time that anyone got remotely near that area, its had been raining, maybe not quite the hurricane type weather, but rain none-the-less as it was the start of rainy season in Florida.  Then all the hurricanes followed.
I stated way way way way back in the beginning threads that I believe Casey planned this around hurricane and the raining season, hoping it would wash away her evidence.

Jose Baez is such an ass.  So his story now is that Caylee is dead, but Zanaida took her from Casey at JB Park and killed her.  OK.  In order for this to be the defense, Casey will have to testify to it.  Baez can't do it, and neither can anyone else.  If someone says Casey told them this, it's hearsay and inadmissable.   The whole Zanaida story can only be admitted as evidence if Casey takes the stand and tells it.  I don't think even Baez is dumb enough to put Casey on the stand.  She can't keep to one story for a minute, much less under cross-examination.  I'd kind of like to see it, though.

yes, its low lying and swampy although in the summer it is dry sometimes but when it rains it holds water for awhile due to the area.

"We have not provided any confirmation that it is the Caylee child. We're not going to go and jump the gun, if you will, rush in order to make an identification without the medical examiner's office."

Orange County Captain Kevin Beary said the Anthony home was re-investigated top-to-bottom after the medical examiner found "some clues that came out of the remains" linking them to the house.

"We took some things out of the house that the forensic people are very interested in," Beary revealed. 

Police will "have to wait seven to 14 days for the DNA analysis to absolutely make sure" as there are other missing child cases in the Florida area.

Lee had the bag stashed somewhere for a bit of time and then placed it in the area to which it was found while Casey was in jail in order to try and make her look innocent.  This is why he refused the DNA testing, figuring he could leave traces that he did not want found.
As long as he placed it in an area which he thought was thuroughly searched, Casey could be released given she could not have done it being in jail.

When I first saw the Greta tape the camera was pointed at the floor where a rug or tile come together under a door.... the molding color didn't go with the rest of the decor. I remembered, IMO, that the kitchen cabinets were a light color and this was dark molding. You can buy it in one piece or us 3 pieces to make one.. a rectangle piece of wood to go from door jam to door jam and glue or tack nail molding to it so you don't fall

Sometimes you can buy what looks like molding but it has a "canal" (I can't think of the right word here) but it's an area you can run your computer cable et all through.

Then again, I have plastic fake molding that has a that in the back and some wood that does not.

Lessen learned.. nail in molding tight in a trailer... if not an earthquake can flip it out with a big bang.

Sorry i am alittle behind ....but i remember the neighbor who lent Casey the shovel said --anyway(I think)he said  the next day after casey borrowed the shovel ...he saw casey in a small truck or jeep type vehicle pull up in front of her house .and he couldn't tell who was driving the ...maybe the day you are talking about when she ran out of gas...  just an idea

I also read in a magazine today that Casey could have been planning on killing her parents also, they said that was why she had lookied up neckbreaking and household weapons, and also why she started the rumor about her getting the house and taking over the payments and stuff.......I wonder if given the time before Cindy called the cops id she might not have slipped in one night and killed GEorge and Cindy too....Then she could say that the same people that had Caylee had killed her parents...........if this is true this girl is really looney!!!!!!!!

Good evening, all!  HH- Good thinking!  Cindy described the car as full of clothes, shoes, pizza box, etc. when they got it from impound.  Because Casey was "between homes" she had to have been living out of that car somewhat...it wouldn't have been the cleanest or neatest.  I'm guessing the trunk wouldn't have been the neatest either.  I think you're onto something-maybe Casey did just throw in whatever trash got "leaked" on into the trash bag.  JMO

Regardless of when the bag was placed, though, Caylee's still been dead the same length of time, and they'll be able to tell that by testing what they've got. So just moving the bag won't get her off the hook even if they expected it to. I think Casey's outta luck this time.

June 23rd Casey ran out of gas and called Tony- car ran out of gas in her neighborhood.
Tony broke into the shed and got the gas cans and dropped Casey off to her car- May be a ploy .. May be that was the day Casey put Caylee in the woods.

Another idea I have is to donate a toy to Toys for Tots or and organization maybe that helps parents with Hanukkah (even a synagogue) to give to a child.  I am going to make my toy, for a three year old girl.  Just a thought, let us know what you guys do.  I know I feel better doing something.
