Hi, Karma.  Use the link with [img] before & after.  If you click quote when you read this, you will be able to see what it looks like since I posted your avatar.

Another option is to right click on a pic, go to properties where you will see Address/URL.  Copy and paste into your post, highlight, then go to Insert Image button (2nd from bottom left, under Italic button) click and post.

I was almost through with Lucinda when I had all sorts of Security Alerts and my 'puter shut down. It's going to be OK, but I had to take it to my tech guy and am just now getting my old one hooked up to use until I get the new one back. CBB ~  I have a special request on behalf of MSE.  Her Dad passed on in November, and she hasn't been able to be here as much.  I noticed in a 12/15 post in musings of hers, she asked if we could help her dress her avi, since she is still in her Halloween costume.  Not sure if you are able to do this or if Klaas will need to.  I don't know who has her original etc.  I really miss MSE, and think it would be nice if you or Klaas could help her, CBB.  When she comes back, she will be lookin' good!  Thank you. 

What a nice and thoughtful thing to do, Muffy! I'll go have a look to see if I have her original. I'm sure I do, but it may be saved on my harddrive in the computer that is in the shop. I'll have that back on Monday, so if I can't do it now, I'm sure to be able to by then. I'll ask Klass if she has it as well.

   I know sexy was my theme for New Years, but things have changed.  December 30th I became Grandma to twin boy girl babies.  They are premature and they are my heart.   If you could make 2 hearts for my Grands I would be so grateful.  Oh and maybe I should dress a little more appropriately too.   Guess I'll have to go with the Granny look.  I leave it in your hands CBB.  So nice to have my own designer!!!

CBB, Can you make my avatars animated?  I always save them in gif as I thought that was for the animated things but then when I try to use them, they are never animated at all.

The first one is recycled from last year but I like to use a couple or more during a season as I am sure you understand as you do it, too.

If you only have time to fix one, however, I will understand.

The second one, the hearts are supposed to be animated but they aren't for some reason.

Anyway, thanks for any help as everybody else sparkles and shines and moves except me.  I do try to always find or make my own but can't save the animation for some reason.

I use Candy Bar 4 a lot as it has a lot of selections.

Would not object to totally new doll if has the same face and hair which might be easier anyway.

Anna? I can animate anything you'd like, but the animation won't be the same as the original you found. For example, I can glitter the hearts, or make some movement but the original that you have seen is probably more to your liking. It would be easier to figure out why you can't capture and post the ones you have found. If you don't mind leaving the link for me, I'm sure I can manage to post it for you in a format that will work. If you would rather not do that, then try this:

1. Size is the most common cause of loosing animation. This forum will accept images that are 124 or less, pixels in width, only.

2. If you are unsure of the width, just right click on the image and check PROPERTIES in the window that appeared when you click on the image.

3. You were right to save it as a gif. If it was animated, it should have been a gif to begin with.

Let me see what I can do with one of yours, but I'll be happy to follow a link and see If I can help.  ::MonkeyWink::

Oh, yeah, sparklies are good.  Those are fine.  I just wanted something special.  I can't send you a link as I make them in the dollmaker and it only shows the dollmaker site no matter what I do within that maker.  The link stays the same while I make and save the doll.  Then it is gone from the site.  But there is not ever a link to just a specific doll, just the dollmaker on which it was made.

But these look great and I will be happy to use them!

TODAY, Thanks, too.  Maybe it's not just me?  For some reason dollmakers seem to want everybody to use a program called PAINT.  You may have to use that and copy and paste, etc. to save one animated.  I don't know.  Mine are never animated and I have even tried that.

Oh, well.  If CBB will help me once in a while with sparkles, I am happy to do without the animation.  Just like to change clothes once in a while.  Or more often, lol.

You bet I will, Today! I started with a regular pic of a real hummingbird, and had to get rid of all trace of the background, before I even started with the flying motion, so that hummingbird, which is really pretty and colorful, will be GREAT and much less time consuming. I have a complaint about Image Ready's ability to totally remove a background without "hand erasing". The magic wand often leaves trash, so the clean background is just GREAT! I'll bet TvPolice will like it as well. That's very helpful, Today. Once again, you have such a good eye for really useful things! I love it!!!

I use Paint Shop Pro and use point to point selection with a feather set at 1 or 2.  I also have a tablet, however I rarely use.  I have never used the pixel by pixel method of removal, think that would drive me crazy.


I do have tons of artist drawings with backgrounds removed and I still belong to one group to receive tubes (images with backgrounds removed).

CBB..... Dont have time to go back and look.... is there any particular monkey who comes to mind who still has a Christmas avi who might need a valentine avi? ::MonkeyWink::
