What I noticed in the image when she was entering was the lady sitting in the back corner of the court, maybe Zanny?

My sister called, she never asks how I am, she starts with how are the Monkeys??  She said did you see Casey??  I said Yeh.  She said when she walked out, Baez must have said, Ill pick you up later, we will have white wine, steaks, double double chocolate cake, then well go to a movie and top it off, dancing.

I still can't get over Baez getting custody of Caylee's remains.   That blows my mind. 

Watching JVM and they keep showing KC doing her little flirt smile for JB. No sad reaction to the discussion of the bones of her darling two year old either. I don't think she's PG but she has really put on some pounds. In no way could she be called skinny anymore. She will be a blimp by the time this goes to trial.

This is true, i was in jail for 45 days and imust have gained 10 pounds, and its not like they feed you a lot, its just the lack of excercise, and all the freakin bread they give!

Legally speaking it was a very wise decision on KC's part.  She hasn't seen or heard from her parents for a very long time.  If she had given permission to them, they could have said no 2nd autopsy.  What is not smart PR wise, is for JB  not have turned permission over to the grandparents after the second autopsy so that Caylee could be laid to rest (as in buried).

Makes you wonder if she doesn't have some "affection" for him - giving him custody.   And the way she smiled at him.  I guess that is the only man paying attention to her now, though.   

But, that is the ultimate smack in Cindy's face - you can't bury Caylee!

You know, thinking back on the hearing today.  There really was no legitimate reason for Baez to bring up the fact that he had custody of Caylee's remains  ...  except to get a dig at the As.  Interesting ...

She's not fat. Even if she were a size 5 before her arrest, and an 8 now, she's not fat by any stretch.  ::MonkeyRoll::  And she's not pregnant, either.  Most women show quicker with each pregnancy. I think she would be a lot bigger by now. JMO.

Though she did gain weight at the tip of her nose.  Her schnoz has gotten bigger!

It's hard to tell in her prisoner scrubs, but I definitely see weight gain in her arm & chest area and most of all her face.  She looks older to me but I think the length of her hair is making a difference as well.   Btw Baez calling her "my girl" blecchh!

I watched the entire court appearance today.  I thought she had a moment when she was breathing very hard, sort of like trying to control herself when they were talking about Caylee.

I did not think she looked heavier.

I was surprised her eyebrows looked plucked.

Her hair was significantly longer.

I wish she had to attend every hearing and listen to what is being said about HER case.

IM SORRY HH, you are not having Deja Vu, i posted this last night...but i really received no feedback...so i reposted it earlier..again no feedback.third time is a charm, i really see some similarities in this movie and the babys death....i wanted monkeys to watch this movie so they know what im talkin about

Look at the bones on her chest sticking out on earlier pictures. She had meat on her bones this time around.

What I noticed about Casey was that she strutted as best she could into court (her norm sl*tstrut was inhibited by shackles but o did she still try).   She appeared cold & cocky, Im totally convinced she thinks she has this beat in her own sociopathic mind.   She blinked profusely.   She was emotionless thru a host of discussion of Caylee's search, remains, her family DNA & fingerprints, pictures of her remains.   She appeared encouraged when motions concerning her previous "friends" were mentioned which makes it clear she is more than willing to pin this on ANYONE besides herself.  She has an unhealthy idea as to who Baez is to her just like every male that has crossed her path (noticed it with Dominic Casey & Rob Dick).  At times she leered at the judge & State Attorney table, appeared bored, disgusted & steaming at points.  She had absolutely no desire to be there.  The inappropriate smirking & laughing was beyond tolerable.

I've just about had all I can take from many talkheads & defense "expert" commentators - Raising legitimate issues is one thing, stretching ridiculous nonsense is another - well like myself many viewers are not as naive or easily swayed as some of them assume.   I'm also amazed (JVM for example) how ignorant some can be when certain facts in this case smack one in the face literally & yet they overlook it for things that are obviously are being done to conceal what happened here by the defense & the Anthony family - innocent people dont need full immunity, put off a baby's funeral or not appear in court to support their daughter & avoid the press like the plague which is highly out of character.   Today it came out that Hoover also was made aware by D Casey that the Anthonys were aware of what he was going to be doing in those woods and why (I proffer that is why Cindy appeared withdrawn & upset during that phony KFN press conference where Michelle Bart the fart claimed that "the Anthonys have had a very difficult week."

I agree...I didn't think she was pregnant...but she's still a cold hearted b**ch....did all she could do to hold back a smirk.....grrrrrrr

Was the movie she saw Psycho II or American Psycho? I am truly confused. Psycho II came out back when I was in high school years ago. I went to see it at the movies back then, it wasn't nearly as good as the real Psycho with Janet Leigh and Tony Perkins I think was his name.

hEy JM...Ok KC posted her myspace poem, and as viewing she put american psycho 2.((this is after caylee is in heaven)) And i watched it the day before yesterday....The opening of the movie is a young girl with duct tape over her mouth, and the person she refers to as her NANNY is always duct taped, and she gets murdered in front of the young girl. The young girl than finds a way to kill the kidnapper, and get away, and then before the first scene ends she said "i decided to never tell anyone" ... then the little girl becomes older and obsessed with murderers, even studies them religiously...But anywho, i think this is where Casey got the nanny story. And also not to tell anyone, or never admit anything..its eery

Baez is creating a database on his office computer, where the other attorneys and various specialists/scientists on the defense team, can access them.  He cannot reproduce or distribute the photos in any way, but what is to stop somebody from hacking into his computer and spreading these images all over the internet?

Since Baez was made responsible for Caylee's remains, I doubt if there would be a public memorial for Caylee.

This is very true, but at least the State & the Judge has it on record, so that if anyone is every caught trying to profit from these images it will be seen as despicable as it is, because frankly you'd have to live under a rock not to know about this case or for this proceeding today

I am in no way taking up for JB....but when the remains were released from Dr. G. someone posted it on SM that Casey had signed the papers giving her parents the right to bury Caylee.Conway has been saying that they were waiting on defense to finish their autopsy. Could it be that what JB meant today is that he was given custody of the remains to do the testing before the Ant's could have them for burial?

My theory as to why Jose didn't want KC coming to court is, that he wanted to build up interest for an interview with KC by a media source.  The less she is seen the more that would be paid.  I am pretty sure you can give an interview with permission from behind bars.

If it gets hacked, no one will get paid for the pictures.  No one is going to admit hacking a secure network, so there would be no one to pay.  Pictures would be freely distributed over the internet. 

No nanner throwing, but IMHO this would be a good solution to elimate someone making money.  Yes, it would be a dishonor to Caylee, but you have to remember that pictures like this are everywhere on the web of other children, war heros, the innocent and the quilty. 

We who care have honored Caylee with our caring and prayers.

I wonder if the Reverened Grund feels a little guilt about having Jesse take the DNA test. Like you said if they had married, it would have turned out differently. I'm sure there is guilt and what ifs going around with a lot of people, just human nature to think that way. Even if the two got married, Casey would have moved on, and I'm sure out of spite would not have allowed Jesse much contact with Caylee.

I am going with the "bucket" theory here and think she resigned herself to spend a long time in prison from the beginning.  Maybe she thought she would have been able to hold out a little while longer..who knows.  

If given the choice, I doubt she would even attend the murder trial.  The only time she gets upset (which is was the Psych's say about sociopaths) is when she gets caught in the lie.  Why would she want to hear everyone testify about all the things she told them and being pronounced a liar over and over?

I hope nobody throws anything at me, but there is a part of me that is sad thinking the Anthonys might not be part of the funeral, or have any say what happens, cremation or burial, no matter what I think or anyone else thinks about Cindy and George, Caylee loved her grandparents very much I'm sure. Nothing coming this way Rose. I have always had a soft spot for George I don't know why. He seems like a beaten down puppy dog to me. I know he threw his dad through a glass window, etc. But still he loved his granddaughter and his sorry excuse of a daughter. I think I even feel sorry for Cindy to an extent. I truly feel sorry for Caylee most of all. She didn't ask for the family she got, but I believe George and Cindy truly loved her with all their hearts. Truly sad it is.

Nov 8th was the day that TES and LP were doing the massive search.  Maybe LP did not find the exact location from Casey at that point in time.  But...there was more time spent by TES, even after TIM pulled out.  Remember, TIM, pulling out and everyone was questioning as to WHY so fast.

I was a bit puzzled watching NG tonight.  She commented as to why the Anthony's did not show in court.  Saying..if had been her daughter, etc.....that she thought maybe they would have wanted to speak to her or give her a hug.

All conversations in the jail are recorded and no body contact when in jail.  Why would this be any different as she is still an inmate??  Why would they have had any other priviledges, just cause they were in the court room???

Security is Security...NO??

Yes but what she said was that she would often ask the sheriffs to let the family embrace or talk to the defendant on occasion. It happens. I am not sure that it would have been allowed in this case but you never know.

She most likely HAS NO CLUE as to what is taking place, as far as the legal aspects go. 

Yes she did as she did Papa and Grandma Shirley. She loved a lot of people and she didn't even know how many other people loved her!. That is what is so sad, her Mom didn't even love her enough to cry today.

I didn't see NG but from reading the posts here, I am thinking that LP meant that D Casey filled out a form on 11/8 THEREFORE D Casey knew where the body was on that date.  Maybe it was some sort of area of interest form.  I don't think he signed off on a form saying that he knew where the body was located.  I think LP is just clarifying for timeline purposes that he believes D Casey knew on 11/8 where Caylee was.  I could be totally and completely wrong.  JMO.

We know that D Casey was looking for the body so for whatever reason whoever supplied him with the info wanted the body found.  We have witnessed the whole daisy chain fiasco.  So if TES found the body, that would have prevented that whole mess. 

I apologize to Caylee and everyone for referring to her as "the body."  Remains is no better and I didn't want to confuse anyone by saying searching for Caylee since there was also a live Caylee search underway at that time.   ::MonkeyNoNo::

On NG they say that JB is gonna have the pictures and they will be on his laptop for the other lawyers and so on to look at. Ok so the secure network they will be on could be hacked but what if also JB one day claims that perhaps the laptop was stolen? There are so many ways that the pictures can get out there. I think this ruling was a careless one.

Being in Jail is no joke, and the C.O's are rarely kind, and to refuse to go to court, while being in solitaire confinement shows me her guilt beyond words...any feeling of freedom, leaving your cell,  being able to walk around, doesnt matter where you are going, you want to go! I hope this is used against her

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The defense and the prosecution have reached a compromise regarding the more than 800 photos of Caylee Anthony’s remains.

At the beginning of the hearing the prosecution asked that Casey Anthony be brought to the courtroom to verbally confirm that she was aware of her right to attend hearings but chose to waive it.

Judge Stan Strickland agreed and Anthony was brought in well after the hearing began. It was Anthony’s first court appearance since her indictment in October.

Anthony provided clear responses to Strickland’s question but otherwise remained quiet throughout the hearing.

The defense team for Anthony requested access to photos of the crime scene where Caylee’s remains were found as well as autopsy photos, but the prosecution argued that they did not want to risk the photos being leaked to media outlets.

The prosecution said the photos of Caylee’s skull are specifically disturbing

Strickland ruled that the photos will be stored on a password-protected database, which the defense team will have access to. The plan was proposed by defense attorney Jose Baez.

Baez and his team will have to sign an affidavit swearing that the photos will not be reproduced.

Baez said that neither he nor his experts wanted the images to be sold or published.

"I have a general feeling here no matter what we do it’s going to happen," Strickland said about the publication of the photos.

Sorry this was so long, it was just a build up of thoughts from several hours of catch up reading of all of your terrific posts!!

Since the remains were found, Cindy has kept her lips zipped, quite a big change.  Huge change.  Is it grief?  Oh, sure, she is grieving for Caylee.  But is it also anger at the person who took Caylee from her?  I have to think she knows that Casey did it to spite her. 

Have people even seen Cindy since the remains were found.  Is she still so painfully thin and gaunt and wild-eyed?

Been reading, reading, reading, finally got caught up.  Hoping all the quaking monkeys in CA are okay.  Am feeling pretty drained and stirred up, so forgive me -- this will be a lengthy post.  Bit of a rant coming on...

Re: the big question after the surprise appearance of Casey today:  Can't decide if she looks pregnant.  Maybe no more than four months, but really not sure.  Funnily, I wouldn't be surprised either way. 

Definitely sure that she looks like anything but a loving mother whose child was kidnapped six months ago and recently found dead and decomposed, a mother who has been wrongly, unjustly accused of her child's murder.  No way, that's not Casey, not for one second.  Evil inhuman monster, that's what I saw.

She never once flinched at:  the mention of Caylee's bones, Caylee's body, Caylee's autopsy; the custody of Caylee's remains, how disturbing the pics of Caylee's skull are, whether Caylee's grandparents and brothers' fingerprints must be turned over to JB, the duct tape that defiled her little body and bespoke violence toward a sweet innocent little girl ... Nothing.    Not a single grimace, not a wince, not a tear, not even a sad or pained expression for her beautiful, precious daughter.

Just that vacant, evil stare and those arrogant smirks, the occasional trusting glances she darted at JB the clown, and the incredibly inappropriate "charmer" smiles she flashed more than once.  That attitude of resentment and defiance that went along with being summarily summoned to court against her wishes -- and that whole "Paris Hilton" way of being keenly aware of her celebrity status while pretending to ignore the camera --- oh, her behavior was just stunning and sickening to witness, IMO.

What made today's hearing and all the news reports a hundred times worse was this:  Casey could bring this tragic farce to an end in one instant, anytime she chooses to, but never will.  If only she had a heart.  It would be as simple as deciding to stop the insanity and just say, "I want to speak to an Orange County investigator, ow.  I want to finally tell the truth.  Yes, I did it.  Here is how it happened.  Caylee didn't deserve to die and she didn't deserve to be disposed of like garbage.  I'm sorry and willing to plead guilty to all charges."  But of course, it would be a cold day in hell.......



Hoping that the new PI revelations will help the case turn an important corner, hoping that those who have been a party to harming or dishonoring Caylee will be held accountable.

Closure would help,too.  Seems to me that the never-ending circus that surrounds Caylee, her family, her death, the investigation, the prosecution of the crime that took her life ... it would all be unbearable enough as it is, without the awful delays and uncertainties and squalid details about the disposition of Caylee's earthly remains.  The public's collective hearts have been broken.  She has become ours, too, and we need to be allowed to mourn her with dignity.  Caylee deserved so much better. 

<sigh> Desi is a very sad and discouraged monkey tonight in case you hadn't guessed!  The recent snarkiness and petty drama between some posters here in the cage hasn't helped...  Maybe I'll check back tomorrow and try again; maybe I'll take some time off for a little breather.  Sorry for the too-long rant.  Hugs to all.

I guess there was a 5.0 or 4.5 earthquake in San Bernardino at around 7:49pm tonight.  I didn't feel a thing but Shell did feel it.

Cindy's been seen. They did a sit thing at the funeral place. She did a drive by to the memorial after it was to be cleared of the toys.  I read over at Fox Orlando.
None of the med experts they have had on think there is any GOOD reason to be delaying the release for a service . Must be a BAD one, like a money one. WHO GETS THE MONEY ? This is a dirty case with dirty players. Never have I ever seen a thing like this and the Networks should be ashamed of themselves. I will not watch anything on TV if there ever is a service. I can turn the TV off and get it on You Tube at some point if I am still interested. When Anna Nicole Smith died, there was a frenzy, everyone loved the Baby. I can barely remember the baby's name and I haven't seen a thing about Howard Stern or Larry Baby Daddy for a long time.

I don't know how Casey kept her composure today.
Even if a person wanted to be quiet and keep a game face, a person's coloring might change. The things a person has no control of. She sees some of the pictures. Granted, she was the one who did it, but wouldn't it still be shocking to see your baby like that ?

ps I think from what has been said about the PI's :
Pavers were the markers they were looking for in that area from that stretch of road. Casey didn't know the exact spot, just that part of the road. George's pristine backyard was disturbed around the playhouse. George didn't tell that one to LE.  Lee knew where from his conversations with Casey, else why did his lawyer say aiding and abetting ?

I was actually going to pop in and back out quickly myself, but was going to mention something similar as HH.  I really am beginning that there is becoming a split between the A's and KC, yes I've been wrong many times before, but the signs are there.   Maybe reality is finally settling in for them, which would be in there best interest for the healing to begin.   And quite frankly, KC doesn't seem to care whether she has anybody on her side or not.  She is still in her own sociopath fantasy world she will probably live in for the rest of her life.  Her lack of emotion today was beyond incomprehensible, but not surprising from what we now know.  But i really do feel the A's have began to face reality in there own private way and hoping they begin the grieving process, though, it has to be hard to know you raised a child killer.  I  wish we really knew where Lee falls in all this,  but we probably won't know until trial.

As for these PI's,  I'm completely confused and and can't begin to understand at this point, it only convoluted the case further, as if it is isn't hard enough to keep up with.  LP, I'm sure knows alot, but not as much as he's acting.  LE is keeping too much under there belt right now, Thank God.

Heck it would serve Baez to tell kc to at least fake grievance, even assuming she was innocent, my Lord, she just found out her baby is dead. But of course we already knew she knew that ages ago.  But crocodile tears could have helped Baez serve her better He's an idiot.  I'm curious to see how Mrs. Baden and Mr. Lee are going to attempt to shred this evidence.  I just see her as a lost cause, not even worth the effort.  But this is America and the defendant has a right to a fair trial.  And i mean FAIR!

I agree with a fair trial. Fair should mean a balanced presentation of evidence to determine levels of culpability, innocence etc..FAIR should NEVER mean, distortion of evidence to present a false picture. What is should be presented fairly and accurately. That is not what a fair trial means anymore. If this kind of distortion and deceit takes place to free the guilty and people say "better one go free than a wrongful conviction!"; Do people really think the same tactics would not be used to convict the innocent? Justice should be about the truth, period.

I'm thinkng that Casey may not want to see her parents either. I do think she feared her Mom's response when Caylee was found to be dead. They know her better than anyone, and I figure Casey knows they know she is responsible. I've wondered if she asked not to be in court thinking they might be there, and she didn't want to face them. I think both George and Cindy did all they could to make the Zenaida story true and probably did obstruct justice in the process, and want immunity because of it, but I think even Cindy is looking truth in the eye at this point, even if she's not embracing it.

If it gets hacked I hope the FBI nails them to the wall! and throws away the key.

IMO, the pictures will surface. The challenge alone in this high profile case is enough to entice someone with the skill to do it, whether there is an added motive of money or not. They could always be sold to a foreign publication and then become "public doman" and be published here.

Actually old news and the Sheriff's department said it is not true.  They know all the mail that Casey gets and she is not getting mail from him.

If Casey had the capacity to think like that, she never would have killed Caylee to begin with. She's unable to feel remorse, guilt, or empathy, and so there is no reason whatsoever for her to confess. Caylee really did deserve much better.  Casey was born a sociopath--I don't think any amount of discipline or work could ever have taught her responsibility or concern for others. But Caylee seemed to have that capacity. That's the saddest thing about it. And there's no way Cindy would ever have accepted knowing that about Casey, without something like this happening first.

Saw it on my earthquake monitor... didn't feel it down south..we're about an hour from LA. I'm ready to get back to hurricanes. Two more weeks til I'm back in FL  ::cartwheel::

This whole thing with Baez and the remains is hard to digest. Esp with Caylee's remains just sitting there. 

Casey looked more pale than heavier to me.

There are pics of JFK's autopsy online, and Nicole Simpson's body on Bundy, etc. I know there was some effort to keep both of those off the net, and the topic of "public domain" came up. Once it was determined that the pics were already out there, and the persons involved had garnered enough public interest to be declared somewhat of a "celebrity" status, there wasn't anything the families or lawyers could do to keep the pics off the net or out of the tabloids.

Thanks Klass I did post another reply to the post stating that after digging around I did find out that it wasn't true and posted a link to that article as well.  Just was doing some reading about the coralation between how Scott Peterson and Casey are simliar..found out alot of info that does point to that they were.  Thanks again for pointing it out to me tho..and if you want you can delete my post to it.

I am watching Greta and I hope Tim's attorney blocks the release of info from all the volunteer's forms.. boy, it seems to me another red herring in such a sick case!

If the PI filled out that form... why didn't HE relate it to LE???? Maybe he will loose his license over this?

The outcome here, and I agree with Tim or Greta, whomever said it, it will affect volunteer efforts in a very broad spectrum.

Grund wanted the DNA test, he wanted to expose Casey as a slut, and he also was the one who confronted her about the "daycare situation," early on, which put Caylee at Casey's mercy instead of keeping that safe haven at the Grund's. He knows a lot about the Ants and their homelife, and he knew it back then, but he sounded proud of himself, and not at all torn or regretful about it.

Maybe the reason Jesse fell so hard for Casey, is that she's a little like his Dad? I know that's an awful thing to say about someone, but we fall in love with people because they fit the mold our parents set on us. Probably Jesse is too much like Cindy and that's why she wanted to hang him out to dry. JMO.

Caylee was a little girl, not a skeleton. That body isn't Caylee any more than her old shoes are. Caylee is at peace.

That's why she looked so different! brown eyes! That's why she looked "younger." That, and the fact that navy blue is very flattering.

I agree with that Fuzzball *btw your fuzzball is soo cute** But i think alot of our fellow monkeys are disturbed with the fact that this little girls remains are being dealt with the rough hands as would and unidentified corpse...they are letting her reach heaven without her entire body and soul at rest. We as monkeys should dedicated  night soon where we celebrate caylees life and it doesnt matter where you live, your memorial will be at your home. We will all congrigate and pray together online on this forum, but at the same time have a memorial of pictures and candles, remembrances of little cayleee. Im not drinking tonight but this ambiem is making me want to give this little girl the peace she deserves. And i think us monkeys together can give her a memorial better than what her grandparents can give her, and it will probably be before they even hold their own.

.As for Casey I think her longer hair is complimentary to her not to mention her lifestyle.  No more running around pinging in the middle of the night, or driving around with decomp, no more conning and stealing from friends, texting and juggling lovers, pretending to go to work.   She had made her bed and now is sleeping in it 24/7.

Ok I really should be sleeping, but, just had to say... that's quite a rock you have there Jackie!!  Best choice since your shimmering balls.   Sure hope Casey's not pregnant, it would be another sad story for the little one.  Hopefully, he/she would go to a good family.  I don't want to say that the A's didn't take good care of Caylee, cause I wasn't there.  Maybe their actions thus far have just been an insane response to an insane situation.  Time will tell.

Why yes, I did, thank you.  I wonder what Bombshell we will have today.  Seems like there has been few days since this tragedy unfolded that something did not happen to raise our eyebrows.  Seems as if Hoover, in 24 hours, went from he did not know who Dominic Casey was talking to to his lawyer can't confirm that -- I predict that this is why attorney Luka went to the public and say my client could be guilty.

goodmorning monkeys  There is something wrong with Baez and KC  . I think Baez is isolating her and wants her to depend solely on him.  Something like a hotage.   No family --no court apperance-and she does not watch tv.  The way she looks at him is very strange. Baez is in this for himself.  Why release the body to him,and not her family.  KC has such a big ego I believe she thinks Baze loves her.  Baze loves her the way -she loved Caylee . When he made all the money he can make -he will walk away without a thought for her.  I think the Ants disliked him for the beginning.  Lee when he went to visit her talked about him saying he could care less about Baze and tried to tell her not to give him  letters to the family.  the way she smiled at him in court was creepy- she is geting just what she deserves--and she deserves Baze.

I think there are many things yet to unfold and come to light... hopefully Boo can share her info with up today...so many twists and turns that it's hard to follow a strait path of thought

She does seem to have a thing for him.  She was the girl in the short shorts wearing a ponytail towing brownies and treats that went to visit her new man every day and hang out for the better part of it.  They deserve each other.  She seems to latch on to men very easily, buttttt she always kept a backup guy or two.  Who is the backup guy now?  Latching on she does, but men latching on to her was more frequent, long lasting, and strong.  She used it to her advantage.  Baez seems to have something for her, and I hope it doesn't interfere with her trial.

I am still hopping mad about Baez. I am trying to remember a poem about death and it saying,"Do not cry for me ,for I am not here"....Or something like that. Does anyone know about this poem?

This is the only solace I have is that Caylee left this earth some time in June. She is and has been....FREE. Her mother is so selfish we don't even have an accurate date of her death to put on a memorial. Casey did not feel it was important for her to know her father either. Selfish piece of crap!!

Caylee is gone, she's in heaven now. Her earthly remains are just bones. Caylee is safe now from the monsters who "raised" her. To me, all these legal shenanigans are not about Caylee. They are absolutely about justice and revenge. In my gut, I want the whole Ant circus behind bars. I want them all to suffer. I'm a grandparent, so you'd think I'd feel sorry for SinSin and George, but I do not. They have done nothing to honor their granddaughter's life, all they've done is lie and cover up for their slore (oh my, I do love that word!) of a daughter. I want them all to suffer.

They all had the most precious gift from God, and they just threw her away. Funny story (gotta keep it light!): When our first son was born, I realized that our kids were just on loan from God, and we better take care of them or God was gonna be Mightily pizzed. I always kept that thought in the back of my mind. It wasn't "hey, this is a child of God", it was "hey, this is God's child and He's letting you babysit...so you better take damn good care of him and not let anything happen to him".  The Ants didn't do that.

So, I will boldly say a not very nice thing: I hope this trial and all the attendent hoopla makes those people squirm in their chairs. I hope they live with the fear, every day, of what their payment will be. I hope people shun them. I do not feel bad about my lack of sympathy for them, any of them. They used up their sympathy points with me right when they started lying.

I don't worry about what Caylee is "owed". She is, really, out of any earthly court's jurisdiction. Her body that sits in a cardboard box (I really think she's already been cremated and the Ants have had a private service) is just on its way to becoming ash. For me, now, this is all about revenge, and making them pay the biggest price man can dream up.

Good morning to you and to all the Monkeys -- I listened to the hearing yesterday and Baez made a point to say that Casey had turned the remains over to him and not the Anthonys.  I can understand that the defense needed to do an autopsy but it seems he has complete control here and I really find this strange.

ITA with you Russ. Casey has a way about her. My guess is that she is good in the sack and only gives a little here and there to keep them wanting for more. This is the part she likes. When that cop was calling her saying to get her fine a$$ over to his house. Gawd..He was begging for it!!

You hit the "nail on the head" (I tried).. I, like you haven't an ounce of sympathy for the GP's.. In the beginning, not once did they come out and plea to the "kidnappers" for Caylee's safe return..I guess they forgot to add that part to their script...and once Cyalee's remains were found..they disappear entirely..not even thanking their *cough* "supporters" *cough* for their comfort and support.... where did kidfinders go ? maybe we should call TES and see if Tim can find them..(sacrcasm alert)

Experts Establish June Time Frame Of Death

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Sources close to the Casey Anthony case told Local 6 News on Thursday that they have overwhelming evidence showing that she intentionally killed her young daughter, Caylee, and was solely responsible for the toddler's death.

Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's death. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in mid-July, a month after she had last been seen. Human remains discovered last month in a wooded area near Caylee's grandparents' home were identified as the missing girl.

Sources also said investigators have now established a time frame of death that dates back to June, according to reports returned by forensic botanists and entomologists brought in to anaylize the terrain and insect growth where Caylee's remains were found. Sources said plants were growing through the skeleton and bug evidence was also recovered, both of which helped scientists reach their conclusion.

Orange County sheriff's detectives believe Anthony took actions that led to her daughter's death June 16, which corresponds to the June time frame of death, Local 6 News reported.

Investigators believe Anthony dumped Caylee's body in the wooded area, where the remains were found around June 18, sources said.

According to test results conducted on the trunk of Anthony's car by the Oakridge National Laboratory, the girl's body spent at least two days there before it was dumped, sources said.

A hair which showed signs of decomposition was also found in the trunk. Sources said the hair matches hair taken from Caylee's remains.

Sources said the time frame coupled with other evidence -- duct tape found over the mouth of Caylee's skull, high levels of chloroform detected in the trunk and cell phone pings from Anthony's phone that place her near the crime scene in mid-June -- points only to Anthony as the killer.

Sources said although a cause of Caylee's death may never be known, Anthony will be convicted based on extremely strong evidence.

Investigators who initially thought that Caylee's death could have been an accident have changed their minds, sources said.

Anthony on Thursday was required by a judge to attend a hearing that centered around autopsy photos of Caylee. It was the first time Anthony had been seen in months.

I want Lee turned down for job after job after job ending up at some low pay dead end job for the rest of his life with nary a nickel to his name.  I want Cindy scraping by with part time jobs renting somewhere and George leeching off her still.  I want this family to be stared at when they go places.  I want apartment rental folks denying their applications.  I want them to resort to public transportation only because they can't afford vehicles.  I want them to hear the snickers and the laughter and see the pointing and the whispering.  I want parents to run in horror to grab their children if they stray close to them as if they had a disease.  I want their phones turned off for lack of payment.  I want the mailbox stuffed with collection notices.  I want family to drift far away as they look the other way.  Ect Ect Ect

They will never feel shame.  They are sociopaths.  They will never feel remorse.  They will never feel guilty.  They will never feel responsible.  The futility of living their useless lives if ostracized will connect.  It will reach them.  It will not change them or change their inner filth.  It will never fix them , but to me - it will be slight justice.

Did anyone see Conway on Today Show this morning? He didn't have much new to say, but says G&C still stand by KC and love & miss her. Says the only reason they haven't visited her is because there is no privacy, they only want to see her privately, unrecorded. I think that's such bull, can't they just go say hi and hug her if they still stand by her and miss her so much. They're still standing by her, though what exactly does that mean? To me it means they don't "blame" her for Caylee's death, who do they blame then though? I dunno. When are they going to come to reality???

I feel quite strongly that the reason they do not go is that Casey is not allowing it.  No matter whether you are in the county jail or in a state or federal prison, the prisoner has to provide the jailers with a list of persons who can come and visit.  If you are not on the list, you cannot call and make an appointment to see the prisoner.

I think there was a Will somebody too.  Men seamed smitten over her, even Jesse G. didn't get over her and still hasn't imo.  Ricardo seemed to open his bed for her whenever she wanted.  Tony let her move right on in and was never wise to the slaughtered girl outside in the trunk.  If I were one of them I couldn't take enough baths to get those unseen creepy crawlies off me learning what she did to her daughter and how promiscuous she was.   I think some of these guys still hold out hope that she will beat the rap and they can ride back into her life as her knight.  Men aren't all that bright sometimes when it comes to attractions and love.  It is a gene mutation in our DNA, or at least a good majority of men have this fault.

The sad part is that I am getting immune to shock in this case.  In any other case, one piece would be shocking, but now what should shock as far as news goes is par for the course and even a let down at times if it is considered mundane to the nature of the case.

WTH remains were found on JUNE 18??????  misprint maybe??????  There are alot of inconsistencies with who and when b/c of reporting errors.  Really getting on my last nerves....GRRRRR

I'm glad that LE is reporting some of this.  We (the people following the story) really needed something to keep us going in regards to hard forensic evidence.  I hope that the DP is put back on the table since now they know it was NO accident.  Poor Caylee, she put DUCT TAPE over that precious baby's mouth.  What an absolute cold, calculating horrid MONSTER.  I figured she was in the trunk for a good 2 days.  That woman needs to burn in hell.  I have no words to describe how I am feeling after reading that.....POS she is.

I believe it.  I think they are scheming and calculating just how they are going to reunite the big happy ghoul family.  Lee is already back home and that was the first step.   It will never be Casey's fault.  It is all about the payoffs and money now.

That's probably right Pooky. I think KC probably blames them for her being in prison (not the fact that she killed Caylee). GA testified against her, and they just didn't do enough with going around convincing the public Caylee was still alive. It's all their fault she's in prison! She probably does not want to see them & she didn't want to release Caylee's remains to them. Why do they still stand by her then? Does she have something on them that she maintains a hold over them? I just don't get any of this. I still wonder does G&C still believe the nanny story? Since they've kept their mugs off tv, we don't know for sure what their story is now.

The only things that would shock me are the following:

1. KC makes a video, confessing to the murder of her child. In it, she explains all, and claims her crown as "Mother of the Year" from the devil himself.

2. SinSin and George make a video, telling the truth for once. They condemn their daughter, beg our forgiveness, and vow to move to a mountain in Tibet...where they'll take a vow of silence for life.

The above would both shock and please me.

What exactly does stand by her mean? Does it mean they don't think she killed sweet little Caylee? Do they really believe that an invisible nanny took her June 16, killed her and left her in the woods down the road from their house? Oh, but left all the evidence in KC's car! OR, do they know it was KC but they still love her and stand by her? It's a big difference between the two, but I REALLY hope they know that it was KC and only KC. IF they know that but still love her, that's their choice. I just pray they have come to reality and stop denying the truth. I never want to see them on TV again spouting the kidnapping story! They better not come out in the media to try to get the public to believe KC was a good mother and yada yada. When they come out on tv again I hope it's only to talk about Caylee and how much they miss her and wish they did more. If they talk about KC it better be the truth. If they don't want US to know the truth about her, than don't talk about her at all!!
