Hi Monkeys,

Have to get this off my chest.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this thought.   Listening to the meter reader something he said caught my attention.  I can't quote verbatum but he said something about a fallen tree branch and a board across it.  Is it possible that Casey hung Caylee from that tree and than put her in the bag?  Not sure how the car trunk would fit into this but just couldn't shake the feeling. 

Awwww...   I hope he wasn't in danger of getting a chomp on his winkie while taking a tinkle in the snake infested swampy area. Wouldn't want that to happen.  ::MonkeyRoll::

On JVM, Kathi B said that she would have the copies of the search warrant on the A's home next week....so I guess that's when the document dump will be?

And add these few:

I think there is a Lake County in Florida.

Casey can run circles around her parents, even from jail.  She interrupts them, talks over them, blames them for not listening, plays the martyr by saying she never gets to tell her side, and then they shut up and she takes over.  She completely disrespects them and then says a slight, "I'm sorry I upset you...but..." and turns it on them again.  I think she has zero love or respect for them and could care less what they are going through. 

It is interesting that she chose George over Cindy in terms of having a private meeting.  She said to him that they had been apart for months...that must be a reference to the problems they have had since he moved out and then came back.  She is clearly trying to get him in her corner and wants to avoid Cindy and Lee, whom she thinks will ask more questions.  Good ole daddykins who calls her Beautiful and thanks her for choosing him.

She has them over a barrel and she knows it and she loves it.  She does not like the fact that she had to go to jail for it, but the control is important to her.  I think that is why he called her the boss, and then she started denying it, but clearly she likes to yank their chains and then play the injured party.

I caught the part about, "I can barely swallow, too" -- LOL.  Was that a Freudian slip? 

Casey says, and I think she said this in another tape too, that she wants Zanny to know that "We forgive her."  Hmmmm Is Zanny her alter-ego, her dark side?  Did she say that Zanny kept Caylee during the day because Zanny was herself without the supervision of Cindy?  Is she really forgiving herself?

Sure she is.  She probably has rationalized anything and everything she did to the child.  It was all Cindy's fault or Caylee's fault or Life's fault, after all, "Life is not fair."

Actually Life may be very fair when she is convicted and Caylee gets justice.
As to why Cindy seems to try to push an interview with Dominick Casey, I can only assume that Cindy thinks he might be able to get some info from Casey that would help them know where Caylee really was.  I think Cindy knows full well that Casey knows and that Caylee is dead.

Well I finally got to watch it...Cindy was a mess.I couldn't help but to feel her desperation.Don't throw nanners at me please.George and all his analagies make me sick.He talks more nonsense then Elmer Fudd...No hard questions because they were so intimidated by her.It's been my opinion all along that they walked around on egg shells when Casey was around because they know the wrath of her anger and have probably dealt with it her whole life.The sad thing for me is imagining little Caylee with her the last moments of her life.I hope more than anything that Caylee was put to sleep and not terrorized by the person she called mom.There will be a special place for Caylee in Heaven and unless KC repents,there will be a special place in hell for her..God comforts no one that does not belong to Him so there you go.Hide your head under the covers and cry KC because no one here really cares.Finally I got mad because she called me ignorant and said I needed to get a life.I bet you she would trade hers for mine in a New York minute!! God it's all just sooooooooo sad...Rest in peace baby girl because justice is going to be served...

Well,, I watch the whole video with that selfish self-center monster...I had to take a muscle relaxer afterwards... ::MonkeyConfused::How long was this monster in control of this dysfunctioal family.. That visit tape was not really the first time we have heard Casey erupt in "frustration" at her parents.  Remember the first phone call from jail?  She lashed out at everybody for not understanding what she was going through and for the fact that she was in jail and said the call was a total waste of her precious time. 

Things I picked up on right away from that tape were :

  1.  Cindy seemed heartbroken and as others have said, "walking on eggshells" trying to get info from Casey but clueless as to how to handle her daughter.
  2.  Casey often congratulates herself on how "calm" she is being, even after erupting in anger.  In other words, she is saying, "I could be letting everyone have it, but instead, I am keeping the lid on."  Bet her lawyer told her not to show anger if she can help it.
  3.  Casey seems to trust Baez completely.  Cindy and George have mentioned several times that maybe he is not the best attorney, but Casey seems totally committed to staying with him.  They have bonded somehow.
  4.  Casey always expresses concern for herself, even when she tries to say her main concern is Caylee.  She talks about her own issue of being in jail, being out of the loop, being miserable, etc.  It really is all about her, and of course, she is a VICTIM.  She did not hesitate to use that word.
  5.  She clearly hates the media and says she will not give them sh*t.  Boy, that should really help with her image, huh?  LOL
  6.  I think it's funny that she says people who criticize her or suspect her are "ignorant."  Well, we aren't in jail, Casey, and you are.
  7.  Also funny...there was a time, she says, when she might have been able to help find Caylee, but now that she is locked up...no chance.
  8.  Cindy said that she and George did not have the means to get Casey out of jail.  I suppose that means they did not have enough money to make bail and they did not want to put up their homes and cars, etc., to try to raise it.  I think they probably thought if she stewed in jail long enough she would talk.
  9.  I will have to give Baez credit for one thing.  He convinced Casey not to run her motor mouth.  He must have put the fear of God in her to do that, cuz she always loved to talk.  She has said nothing at all to the media, even when she was out of jail.  She has a sense of self-preservation and self-protection that has kicked into gear, and she has not said a word to the media, when many in her position do.  Lawyers always tell their clients not to say a word, but lots of them do, Scott Peterson for example.
 10.  I am convinced more than ever that any tears she sheds are for herself and her predicament, not for Caylee or her parents.[/size]

I noticed that when they said they didn't have the means (see red quote), she mentions that they nearly did at one point. Maybe she's talking about the reward money that was put up (she had said "that's half my bail" when she first heard about it), or is she talking about money the A's received from ABC? Didn't they get $200,00 at one point?

Cindy's dad is in a nursing home. Her mother lives in her own home. They are not what I would call wealthy.

HI Monkeys...been lurking a long time, but figured it's time for me to join in...I really started getting sucked into this case when we were in Orlando...just being there (which happened to be mid August) gave me the chills...just knowing little Caylee was likely there in that town somewhere...anyway...I'm a SAHM to my two girls, where it is freezing cold right now! My avi show our two housebunny, Lily and Brownie...so I'll pass bunny snuggles around the cage as a welcome greeting.......

This video is the final nail in the coffin as far as I am concerned (as if there wasn't enough evidence already) Casey's true colors really come out, and she seems downright frightening. I think George and Cindy knew in their guts at that time that Caylee was gone, *and* that Casey was responsible...despite putting their "we support our daughter" faces out to the media. Probably afraid that if by some lark she goes free, she will hunt them down too if they ever waivered. As many have said already, you'd never know Casey was a mother in that video...much less the mother of a "missing" child...and yeah, HAVE to agree with the poster that said that Casey's saying "We forgive her" as a mesage to Zenaida forgiving herself for what she knows she did.

The other thing...and I have been thinking about this for awhile...she lost what attention she did have from her parents when Caylee came into the picture. Caylee was their "Do-over", and Casey saw what great parents they could have been, but likely weren't, to her. Maybe if she got rid of Caylee, all that would transfer back to the poor grieving "mother"...Casey. This jives with the aspect of her great need for attention from the men in her life....George was the one she wanted to speak with privately...George was the one she hadn't been close to in a while...it's with George that breaks down and cries to when talking...whether Father or boyfriends...something kicks in when she is communicating with men. George had said in one interview that he wasn't around a lot when Casey was growing up...he was working, etc...but that he had a special relationship with Caylee....can you say Jealousy???

All I can say is I hope and pray there are no questions when this thing goes to trial...

I am sure Casey is still in contact with the parents and getting letters to them via Jose, just like in the texts Lee and Cindy exchanged.  I really think that if that DP lawyer, Terrence L was the main lawyer, she would be accepting ( begging for ) a plea. Her attitude to them was so profoundly sickening to me.  Thats most likely how they have always been treated by her, so she has them totally brainwashed.  They need help in a serious way.  I know in their hearts they are so ashamed of her and know the truth.  I think at first they were just trying to pacify her to try and get information, but it didnt work.  If she were my child I would never look on that face again.  She has destroyed all their lives and could care less, but the worst is she killed a little Angel.

Well the Aug 14 video really tells alot. How Casey manipulates her parents, how self-centered the @*#ch is. I couldn't believe when she brought up she heard her mom made chilii adn they probably had alot of people over at the house for it. Wow...George really got on his knees on that one.

It seems her dad tried to make a point how important it was for her to tell what she could. He hinted around trying to help her and I think JB has told her to talk to no one because he wants to take this to the end for his own fame. He is using her as much as anyone and she really needs to get rid of him, make a deal of some kind and tell all.

Last night, we were discussing an air mattress that the Anthonys had and what they did with it. I know Cindy said that Casey slept on it in Cindy's and George's bedroom with them when she was home on bond.

Also, someone mentioned that they said it was used for Caylee at "the Nanny's."

Then the joke picture of Casey with an air mattress strapped to her back came about.

For those who have been as curious as me about Vicks on the bottom of the feet to prevent coughs, here are my unscientific tests results:

Since Monday I've had fits of coughing day and night with this cold.  Have been coughing so hard my ribs hurt now.  When I was awakened the second time last night because of coughing, I rubbed a generous amount of Vicks onto the bottom of each foot, and pulled on a pair of socks over that to protect my sheets.  Went back to sleep, slept for 7 hours straight, NO coughing! 

It works!!!   ::MonkeyEek::

Sooooo today I hopped online to find out WHY it works.   ::MonkeyHaHa::  Seems that the area under each foot is connected to all the other areas of our body.  You can see a diagram in this website about 'reflexology':  http://www.tcmadvisory.com/Reflexology.asp (http://www.tcmadvisory.com/Reflexology.asp)  In that diagram, there's an area near the mid upper part under our foot that pertains to the lungs.  Am betting that with Vicks on that corresponding area, that's how it stops the coughs.  Hmmmm..

Thanks for the advice Wycks.  You reminded me when I was a kid my mother put onions in our socks when we had a fever....yuk.   Don't know if it worked or not but I sure would have preferred vicks!!!

Yeah, the inviting a "stranger" over to their home on Caylee's birthday was strange.  For one thing, it could have been a reporter or even a policeman in disguise.  LOL  Surely they are not so dumb as to invite a total stranger over when people were sending them hate mail and sometimes protesting outside their home.  Maybe that was said just for the benefit of the listeners. 

If the prosecutor is smart, he will capitalize on Casey jealousy.  She was clearly jealous that they may have had a party on Caylee's birthday, complete with friends and drinks and chili.  I think it will really get her goat if she thinks Cindy and Lee are making money off this.

I am sure Casey is still in contact with the parents and getting letters to them via Jose, just like in the texts Lee and Cindy exchanged.  I really think that if that DP lawyer, Terrence L was the main lawyer, she would be accepting ( begging for ) a plea. That visit tape was not really the first time we have heard Casey erupt in "frustration" at her parents.  Remember the first phone call from jail?  She lashed out at everybody for not understanding what she was going through and for the fact that she was in jail and said the call was a total waste of her precious time. 

Things I picked up on right away from that tape were :

  1.  Cindy seemed heartbroken and as others have said, "walking on eggshells" trying to get info from Casey but clueless as to how to handle her daughter.
  2.  Casey often congratulates herself on how "calm" she is being, even after erupting in anger.  In other words, she is saying, "I could be letting everyone have it, but instead, I am keeping the lid on."  Bet her lawyer told her not to show anger if she can help it.
  3.  Casey seems to trust Baez completely.  Cindy and George have mentioned several times that maybe he is not the best attorney, but Casey seems totally committed to staying with him.  They have bonded somehow.
  4.  Casey always expresses concern for herself, even when she tries to say her main concern is Caylee.  She talks about her own issue of being in jail, being out of the loop, being miserable, etc.  It really is all about her, and of course, she is a VICTIM.  She did not hesitate to use that word.
  5.  She clearly hates the media and says she will not give them sh*t.  Boy, that should really help with her image, huh?  LOL
  6.  I think it's funny that she says people who criticize her or suspect her are "ignorant."  Well, we aren't in jail, Casey, and you are.
  7.  Also funny...there was a time, she says, when she might have been able to help find Caylee, but now that she is locked up...no chance.
  8.  Cindy said that she and George did not have the means to get Casey out of jail.  I suppose that means they did not have enough money to make bail and they did not want to put up their homes and cars, etc., to try to raise it.  I think they probably thought if she stewed in jail long enough she would talk.
  9.  I will have to give Baez credit for one thing.  He convinced Casey not to run her motor mouth.  He must have put the fear of God in her to do that, cuz she always loved to talk.  She has said nothing at all to the media, even when she was out of jail.  She has a sense of self-preservation and self-protection that has kicked into gear, and she has not said a word to the media, when many in her position do.  Lawyers always tell their clients not to say a word, but lots of them do, Scott Peterson for example.
 10.  I am convinced more than ever that any tears she sheds are for herself and her predicament, not for Caylee or her parents.

Somebody has something to do with Lake County-(FLA) I am sure did you notice how Filfth kind of stammered and got a funny look on her face. I wonder if it has something to do with the nasty pixs?
Mt Dora is also in Lake County. Thats where Sin-dy's mfather is.

I do believe I have undiagnosed ADD.  I can only give one case my undivided attention.  The Natalee Holloway case has my heart.  I attempted to wean myself from it and ... get involved in the Casey Marie case but ... something akin to an addiction ... I backslid.

Daughter, SIL and four grandkids are flying to Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida on Monday.  Hubby and I were invited but ... I would have loved to see Mickey and Minnie  again.  I met them years ago at Disneyland in California.  Also ...  I could have taken advantage of being in Orlando and ... driven by all the sites encompassing the Casey Anthony case in a rental vehicle.

HI Monkeys...been lurking a long time, but figured it's time for me to join in...I really started getting sucked into this case when we were in Orlando...just being there (which happened to be mid August) gave me the chills...just knowing little Caylee was likely there in that town somewhere...anyway...I'm a SAHM to my two girls, where it is freezing cold right now! My avi show our two housebunny, Lily and Brownie...so I'll pass bunny snuggles around the cage as a welcome greeting.......

This video is the final nail in the coffin as far as I am concerned (as if there wasn't enough evidence already) Casey's true colors really come out, and she seems downright frightening. I think George and Cindy knew in their guts at that time that Caylee was gone, *and* that Casey was responsible...despite putting their "we support our daughter" faces out to the media. Probably afraid that if by some lark she goes free, she will hunt them down too if they ever waivered. As many have said already, you'd never know Casey was a mother in that video...much less the mother of a "missing" child...and yeah, HAVE to agree with the poster that said that Casey's saying "We forgive her" as a mesage to Zenaida forgiving herself for what she knows she did.

The other thing...and I have been thinking about this for awhile...she lost what attention she did have from her parents when Caylee came into the picture. Caylee was their "Do-over", and Casey saw what great parents they could have been, but likely weren't, to her. Maybe if she got rid of Caylee, all that would transfer back to the poor grieving "mother"...Casey. This jives with the aspect of her great need for attention from the men in her life....George was the one she wanted to speak with privately...George was the one she hadn't been close to in a while...it's with George that breaks down and cries to when talking...whether Father or boyfriends...something kicks in when she is communicating with men. George had said in one interview that he wasn't around a lot when Casey was growing up...he was working, etc...but that he had a special relationship with Caylee....can you say Jealousy???

All I can say is I hope and pray there are no questions when this thing goes to trial...

I signed scaredmonkeys to the huge wooden sign, and to a picture and prayer. I left a  teddy bear with a red heart signed "scaredmonkeys". And my favorite was a beautiful
glass suncatcher that reads "You are My Sunshine".

I drove by the Anthony's after visiting Caylee's memorial site today.......Lee's car was parked "in" the front yard.....Mallory's Jeep Liberty was parked in the driveway.

Several cars of families stopped at Caylee's memorial site when I was there. One young couple asked if I knew where the A's house was located.......my mom (God love her)
said to the guy.....follow us, we'll show you..... ::MonkeyHaHa::

I took pix but I'm at my mom's and I don't have my camera cords to transfer them to her computer. I'll be headed back to PA on Sunday and will post them then.

Don't be nervous because of todays incident...that was a one in a million...those pilots did a he** of a good job to bring that plane down the way they did..I'm sure you'll be just fine.

Hi Gang.  I finally have finished all the chores and can talk to my Monkey friends.  You know, if I spend an hour (or more) reading back, no one will be here when I can finally talk with you, so I'm going to try to read back while currently talking.  Hope that's okay.  I didn't hear the whole jailhouse interview on NG tonight, but did catch all that NG aired.  Casey is so self-concerned it made me sick.  Her mother is weeping and grieving for her dead granddaughter and Casey wants them to remember that it's all about HER!  If she is writing her thoughts down while in jail, they will be a provocative look into the numb brain of a psychopath.

i thought it was interesting when casey talked about how she has been able to keep herself together... keep her emotions under wrap... but then she showed herself losing that control..

Hi you all. I have been on a last minute trip to Las Vegas.  (Had a blast and yes I did good, but it was weird seeing the dropoff in people during this economic crisis. I did tip well, but I feel so bad for the workers.) It would take me forever to catch up---but I do see you all talking about a video. Any suggestion as to how far I need to backtrack to see the video link?
