Even though it was extremely painfull, I managed to listen to the latest Slore video again, and here is what I was able to get from it...

Casey said the word "I" a total of 315 times.

To your question, GG. I own a Rural Health Clinic that offers Medical Services primarily, but when I opened it, I brought the Psych Nurse Practitioner, and therapist with me that were on staff at the Community Mental Health Center where we all worked. The Psychiatrist came as well, but isn't here everyday. We happened to luck out today.

(BTW...... she's followed the case in the news, and has this big theory about why Casey killed Caylee. She would fit right in here and believes Casey should not ever be in society again, and that she'll actually do quite well in jail.)

Gonna go watch the ignaugaration (sp?)  later guys.

I am not a doctor, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I will be darned if you monkeys continue to get sick on my watch!

I have very mixed feelings about Cindy Anthony. On the one hand, my heart breaks for her loss and desperate search for an alive Caylee. On the other hand, I feel I have to condemn her willingness to paint Casey in a holy light when she so painfully and obviously does not deserve it. I mean really, was she going to storm the gates of Heaven and demand entrance for Casey? I absolutely cannot understand how anyone can deny an obvious pregnancy. I would really like to understand it, though. How can you look but not see?

Since we are all sitting here waiting patiently on some new information, I was wondering if anyone wants to delve into the computer searches.  I looked at them briefly and it looked like Chinese to me (and not Chinese food, I know all about that).  Does anyone have some insite on this particular topic?  NO1ZLADIE, you seem to be into this area?

Ok, I wasn't going to go here but I hid my pregnancy from my parents for 6months (long story) I however did not live with them at this time.  I think you only see what you want to see.

I hope your husband is doing better, I know allergic reactions can be awful.

The last jail visit that was just released, I could not help but feel sorry for Cindy, her expressions alone were awful to look at.

Oh I don't know...first off how do they get all that infomation out of those reports? To me it just looks like a bunch of "code"?  Why don't you explain to me for example if I go to a search engine and type in "chlorofom" I assume it shows that, then does it show what website you choose from the search results and the date, time etc?   Is there anything that you found interesting that hasn't been reported in the news?

That is when the State's attny office releases documents requested by the defense to the public, it is part of the "Sunshine Law".  This is probably like the 4 th explaination because I'm the slowest typer.

Any monies sent go into " The Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation". The monies are then spread between non-profit organizations for other children. You can check Caylee's web site and it explains this..

Maybe Cindy and Casey just figured it wasn't anyone's business if she was pregnant, so flat out denied it. I could have hid my first pregnancy pretty well up until 6 months or so, but after that, not so much. It was too obvious by then.

Entertainment Deals Could Be Paying For Casey's Defense

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News uncovered bold new allegations that secret entertainment deals could be helping to pay for Casey Anthony's defense. Sources tell Eyewitness News that someone complained to the State Attorney's Office about the funding Jose Baez is using toward Casey's defense.

Those sources told WFTV reporter Mary Nguyen the funding could be considered a major conflict of interest. Eyewitness News sources said the judge knows there's a concern about Baez's defense fund. He could decide it's baseless, but if he determines Baez did something wrong he could remove him from the case.

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, has repeatedly avoided all questions about who is paying for his services, but sources told Eyewitness News the State Attorney's Office received at least one complaint, a complaint that Baez may have made a contingent deal with entertainment interests that means he gets paid based on the outcome of the case, which is banned by the Florida Bar.

Eyewitness News does know the defense has already received around $200,000, but the terms were unclear.

"Because of the nature of this case and, creatively, the abundance of the rumors of the source of the attorney fees," WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer told Eyewitness News (watch full interview). "This court will probably make an inquiry that they'll err on the side of caution."

It's not clear how the judge will handle it. Sheaffer said the judge will likely look into Baez's funding source to make sure there is no conflict of interest and to prevent an appeal.

"It is to make sure the lawyer is representing the client's best interest and not considering the interest of who's paying the attorney's fee," Sheaffer said.

A spokesperson for the State Attorney's Office said the state is aware of the allegations. Prosecutors want to know who is paying his fees and how much money has been spent. The State Attorney's Office spokesperson also said the court is aware of the complaints and it will be up to judge to decide how to handle it.

Jose Baez's spokesperson said Baez has not made any contingent deals. He said Baez is involved with coordinating licensing fees and deals with various production companies, but does not profit on those matters.

I am sooo happy to hear this. I've had my suspicions for some time, now, that Baez is attempting to pervert the course of justice for the sake of his own ego and pocketbook. In my view, this case is attracting vultures. i.e., Henry Lee, etc.

Yep! I think the entire "dream team" may be in for a rude awakening this time around because I think two things the public have grown sick of are converging as this trial approaches: the killing of children and show trials. I think the American people are absolutely fed up.

Let's hope Baez is stupid enough to believe he could get away with breaking the law. I hope he's removed from the case and even if it takes more time (Casey will still be cooling her heels in a jail cell,) he's replaced by some nice court appointed lawyer who is overwhelmed with all sorts of criminal cases and isn't romantically or financially interested in doing anything except giving Casey adequate representation.

Hey Monkey kids! I'm doing fine, even feeling better too. Yesterday I spent from 7am to 10pm writing the employee manual for the new dog business and I have a 2 day seminar on dog behavior today and tomorrow. Very interesting! But I do miss being in the cage with you guys!!  ::cartwheel::

It would have been better for Baez to convince his client to tell the truth in exchange for a lighter sentence rather than putting the good people of the state of Florida to incredible expense and the entire country through emotional hell. I've never heard of a defense attorney announcing a tip line in order to scrounge for any "defense" possible of their client. He's making a mockery of this baby's death.

OK, real quick like, my new job is manager of a high end boarding/grooming/training/daycare business. This is just being built, no other like it. It has a warm water therapy pool and a milkbone shaped pool outside with a spitting fountain for the dogs to play in. We will have a puppy program to train your puppy while you are at work and a geriatric program for the elderly pets. Yes, all kinds of training. So if you have any questions, put them in the four-legged section of SM and I have a behaviorist who can email you suggestions for your fur babies!! I'm am so excited and I have monkey prayers to thank for my good fortune!!   ::MonkeyWink::

CBB, I think I would have loved to know your Dad. 
I also learned many great things from my own Dad.  One that sticks with me is... The best way to play a xylophone is by ear.  Mind you I was at the kitchen table around the age of 8 when he came up from the basement to give me this little gem of knowledge; while his head was perched and bobbing about an inch from the xylophone.  Thank you for bringing this Precious memory to mind.  I lost him less than a year ago.

I agree a group hug is needed. I couldn't post very much today because I was at work. I just want the monkeys that have been through this horrible pain, I pray for you and hope you find peace. I couldn't say anything to Fuzzball about her post, but supposedly she responded in a way that made others feel better. I did not feel better about her explanation. But that is my opinion. Wendi, I'm not watching that but yes, I truly believe if they had done something a long time ago, Caylee would be alive today. They knew KC lied about a babysitter, George even knew she had no job. IDK, I have been on the side of having a crazy brother/gf, thank God they have no children. But I will say one thing about them, they took care of their dog while they were living in their truck. He got fed before they would eat. Luckily they have both turned their crazy butts around and are productive citizens. I thank God every night for that!

1. None of them show Empathy for Caylee nor each other
2. None of them show fear, pain, emotions of tears, being upset ever * unless they can point a finger at LE or someone
3. They are all Martyrs * they claim to be the Number 1 Victim within this case
4. Everything that comes out of their mouths is double talk, stated, retracted and twisted
5. MOST Important is .......... Caylee is found. Caylee is in a BOX and she is not being respected at all ... Not by One of the ANTS ..........

I was watching a video the other day that I could only stomach um about 30 seconds. It was a compilation of Cindy the day, her with, the No Trespassing Sign and the Hammer 
and it Dawned on me - She was Excited " Truly " excited. Not because she didnt want Media and Protesters in her yard ... But because she was actually getting off on the Attention .......  ::MonkeyNoNo::
Just like her Daughter ..they are attention Mongers and they feed off of it - because they never have had Identities and All of a sudden They DO.

Had the A's done that, I know I'd feel more sympathy and empathy for them.  They have, by their own actions and words, driven away the majority of supporters who very likely would have stood behind them.  If nothing else in understanding of what it's like to be a parent and watching their whole world come crashing down.   

Hugs back at you, Wendi.  It is surprising sometimes, isn't it, how many of us had had similar sad or unhappy circumstances.  We go through life feeling isolated by our experiences and then we find out we are not alone.  Sharing really does halve the burden.

(even though I am not a violent person - honest!)  Nancy has moved up higher and higher on that list, mostly due to her rudeness to guests and the condescending cutoffs of everyone on the show, including her own producer. 

The endless BOMBSHELL claims have bumped her up on the list even further in recent days.  When it's one of the first words out of her mouth, I think it warrants a one-two punch, not just a right hook. 

Earth to Nancy!!  I have yet to hear ONE SINGLE BOMBSHELL on your show!  By the time your show airs, we've all known it for hours, at least - often, we've known it for days.

I feel the same way with my beloved grandpa and a song that plays from time to time.  I do believe it's their way of reaching out to us and bringing us some measure of comfort.

I was reading here this afternoon and I know that we all have had losses on our lives.

I think that is what draws us here. Some off the cuff posts did sound not quite right.
I have done so myself, forgetting about some of the tradgedies in my own family.
We had what I would call a suicide of a cousin. We all saw it coming. Or we saw something bad happening to her. There had been a series of losses for her beginning with her soon to be ex hubby going on a vacation with his soon to be new wife. A divorce and a new beginning. The new beginning turned sour when she over extended herself physically and money wise. She started to go downhill, sleeping alot, ignoring the business. Went on for a couple of years. Denied she was in trouble. Stated taking OTC to sleep, pain meds. She would rally for a while, then relapse. My Dad was getting her the meds. Going and picking them up. I saw the shopping list one day and told him he was just helping her avoid the problem. We all begged her to go somewhere and get help.
I rounded up a mental heath place that was going to make a house call, but she wouldn't answer the door. Everyone did everything they could think of. We did look into a committment order, but her mother didn't think it had gone that far.
One day, she just didn't wake up. She was taken to the hospital in a coma and my Dad made the decision to pull the plug after consulting everyone. By this time, her mum was a basket case and was just concerned about getting her next drink. The cause of death was listed as a toxic level of drugs, not a suicide, just a toxic level that had shut her kidneys down. She was a beautiful person, she was only 39.
We fought in our family and did the coulda woulda shoulda and the blame thing.
It left us all feeling like we failed her, yet we really did everything we could think of, each and almost every one of us. We were never the same afterwards. I could not speak to her mother for years. In fact, I did not speak to her and she passed with me still feeling that SHE could have done something. It still haunts me when someone's name is the same or when I hear family members struggling with the same types of issues in their family.
When I hear people say well, you should do this, or you should have done that, or making a diagnosis on line, well, it brings it all back. We did everything we could and there was no shortage of money, people or resources to help her, but she didn't want the meddling in her life and would not even discuss it.
We did fail, but we did everything we could think of, yet the feeling that we failed this wonderful person lingers. And why wouldn't she listen to us, we only wanted the best for her. 
Sometimes we can do nothing to help the people close to us, no matter how much we want to or love them.
I am sorry for being O/T.
But maybe George and Cindy were in the same place, between that rock and a hard place after Caylee was born and before it came to the awful end.

Aww!  I feel the love!  Growing up we used to have 5 of us in my hose.  We would all get in a group hug and call it a "fivesies"  then we would just hug tight and send kisses all around until we all got sick of my dads hairy beard!  It was great!  Funny things you remember as a kid.

I own a Rural Health Clinic that offers Medical Services primarily, but when I opened it, I brought the Psych Nurse Practitioner, and therapist with me that were on staff at the Community Mental Health Center where we all worked. The Psychiatrist came as well, but isn't here everyday. We happened to luck out today.

(BTW...... she's followed the case in the news, and has this big theory about why Casey killed Caylee. She would fit right in here and believes Casey should not ever be in society again, and that she'll actually do quite well in jail.)

I wanted to add to all - that posted in the End of the Last Cage that I recognize that WE have all found " Family Here" at Scared Monkeys and ... We can fall off of Caylee and state things that are really important and needed to be said. Things of our Personal lives are emotionally triggered by this Case, by other Monkeys postings etc ...

I think though for Some Monkeys who cannot express their own personals so openly become painfully afflicted by reading others personal happenings .. Its not expected in the Caylee Cage ..

I feel that if a Monkey/Monkey's wants to Express such personal things that they should go off into another forum and have a group talk and embrace each other. Some people are not strong enough to face things that are of their past and or lives period, and it goes without saying that it can trigger huge emotions ..that otherwise would not have been ... if it were taken out of the room... I am just sharing my thoughts. My deepest respect for those who are willing to share ..but its unexpected to read such things..if your only here for Caylee..

(http://i439.photobucket.com/albums/qq117/Wyks_/Smilies/hug.gif)   I hear you, KatGram.  This struggling is what happens most often in situations like this, loved ones questioning themselves and each other.  Just as G&C could be doing, out of the range of the cameras and microphones.  It's important for everyone in this situation to tell themselves what you just said, "Sometimes we can do nothing to help the people close to us, no matter how much we want to or love them."  Sometimes there is nothing that can be done or said, by anyone.  And the helpless feeling we are left with as a result is part of the struggling that goes on.  It's said that time heals all wounds, but I dunno.  Some things take a great deal more time in doing that.  My heart goes out to you, to others going thru this stuggle.  I can relate and do know how very awful it feels. 
 

don't feel alone....some of us were having dinner.  I understand what you are saying.....perhaps...but, they came out fighting so quickly and were so nasty from the get go.... I have at times felt some sympathy for them....early on...but the more I saw and heard and read the less sympathy I was able to muster up for them.  I did feel sympathy for cin-cin in the beginning of the last video release....fortunately it left me quickly.

I met a woman today while I was out shopping and we got into a conversation about the Anthony case. Well I gave her the website info for the forum and also told her to read some of the interviews and documents to be informed fully. Well she made a comment to me that just has been bugging me. She only seemed to have general knowledge of the case but she mentioned that the mother had started a company called Identa or something like that and it was totally paying the defense fund. I just glided over it and later regretted not questioning where the info came from.
I come home and see the news article about Baez and money paying him coming into question and just thought that was weird.
I have looked in FL corp website but nothing else on there. Just thought I would mention it. Just probably a rumor or something.

I have no issues with anyone sharing at all - but if its personal and about personal life outside of Caylee that is about suicide and such (within your family and family members) ... It should be taken to another room

I dislike the ANT family just as much as anyone here, but the time to get help for Casey would have been before she was 18, when they had some legal control. After that, they should have made a move ( lock her out, whatever )  to protect Caylee. 
I am sorry for the rant, been saving it up. I do feel like yelling at them still sometimes, but none of them are here any more. I just try to not be a know it all when it comes to what other ppl at my work / around here in real life or whatever should do in their own families. I just have to remember what we went through and what it did to us. 
Sometimes, there is no right thing that can be done.

Yes when Cindy was crying I thought of when I have made my mom sad. (which was a lot), but if she cries I break down. I hate to say it but growing up we would make fun of her for crying. She cries at the drop of a hat. She would cry watching Miss America pagents back in the day. We thought it was funny then, but now I realize my Mom could've had it much better if she hadn't gotten pregnant at 16, had me at 17 and my sister 11 months later.

It makes total sense to me, and I agree.  Thank you for posting that.  Then it gets even more difficult when some get slammed for posting their feelings or viewpoints on their own life and experiences, not meaning to hurt anyone else.  Everyone has been through stuff - some a lot more than others.  Some feel comfortable sharing, some don't.  So I agree that moving it to another area would be best.

That is really true, sometimes there is no right thing that can be done. And it is very hard to not obsess and drive yourself crazy wondering if I only would have done this differently, it slowly kills you.

My husband and I sought custody of his 2 children.  After a very long emotionally and financially drawn out battle, we finally prevailed!  Florida and in most states - want bio moms and children to remain united.  IMO, from our experience, the Anthony's had very little chance of getting custody.

i probably shouldn't write this & will have to think before i click post. i really feel like KC did have a choice in what kind of person she was. maybe she does have a personality issue or whatever, BUT unless you are mentally ill (& i don't think she is) you know right from wrong, also there is such a thing a compassion. my family is so much like the A's, not completely, but alot. my mom thrives on attention. i promise you that,  for instance, if i were to fall & break an arm or leg ect, right now, all i would hear is how that would affect her. she would say "do you know how i felt when you were in the hosp.? do you know how i felt when i got the phone call? do you know what it is like to have a daughter with/have this! she is always the victim. so much so, anytime i am sick, i always think "how will this affect my mother?" i hate to say my mother, but only refer to her as mom when she around. i was married for a short time in college, dated him for 6 years. i think i was more in love with his mother. she was very kind & thought of me as her own daughter. my mom insisted i have a huge wedding. (yes, i went along with it, i was 21) she wanted to impress her friends. anyway it was pure hell. i literally begged to run away & get married. anyway, i was married, a year (he was very abusive, controlling & yes he was all along, but got worse-i wanted out of my house also) & filed for divorce. to this day she still throws that it my face. i have been married over 9 years to my second husband & she still brings it up. "i wasted her money, embarrassed her, wouldn't try to work it out) that was 16 years ago. she even brings my wedding pics to show my husband & to "prove it"

my dad, (they are divorced now) he was very beat down. not taking up for George in any way, but if he defended me in any way, she would throw things, scream at him, then if that didn't work cry. that always worked. no child ever wants to see your mom cry. he tried his best to take up for me, but he sure did pay.

my sister is a lot like my mom. very cold & controlling. i think that's why i have never raised my voice to my niece. i tell her everyday how perfect & special she is. my sister is totally different as a mother but does put alot of pressure on my niece not to fail at anything. the only reason i am writing any of this is because i think i could have turned out completely different. i cannot stand to see anyone's feelings hurt or to be sad. maybe that is the reason i am so involved in this case. KC could've chosen to be a different KIND of person. i believe my mom must have been really hurt or ignored growing up. maybe not, but i choose to believe that she really does want to be different but can't or maybe that's my "sucker" part. since my mom says i am the biggest "sucker" (as in easy to fool) in the world, i want to rescue everyone. anyway, hope i don't get the big red button, but i just wanted to say, i feel like KC had choices & she chose to choose herself over evryone & everything. sorry everyone, will probably go do some packing or something now cause i don't want anyone to think i am a sad or pitiful person. i just see alot of my family in this one.

Many, many suicides go uncounted because it often isn't listed as COD, especially with no note.  It will go down as accidental overdose.  Suicide also negates a lot of insurance policies leaving families up the creek with funeral expenses.

I totally agree.  I actually have two songs that play at the most opportune times.  ANd they are not new songs anymore and I hardly ever listen to the radio anymore.  MOstly just when in the car.

IIRC there was something like that on Kid Finder's network web site. I didn't screen print it, but maybe someone else did.  It was some kind of ID like that and you know about the criminal records of those people, so it would not surprise me in the least to read this.

I found Casey quite arrogant in the latest released tapes.

You'd have to know her............she can really spin a yarn, but in a nutshell, she's summed Cindy up as passive agressive and Casey as historically borderline with recent movement into anti-social, and high level IQ. She said it's pretty common to see movement along the continuim after childbirth. Antisocial behavior has no real emotion (but can fake it very convincingly), and borderlines are all emotion, all the time. Anyway, she thinks Casey and Cindy were a toxic mix and can site a gazillion examples of how she figures Cindy pushed Casey's buttons, and vice versus. However, Cindy was in control because it was her house, her money, her food, and when Caylee came along, she claimed her too (according to Casey's perception, and my doc thinks Cindy probably pushed the buttons as well.) She thinks Casey had fantasized about killing Caylee for some time because Casey saw Caylee as making her life more miserable than ever and also saw her as an avenue that Cindy used to gain more control over her. Casey felt "entitled" to whatever she wanted (typical sociopath) and that heightened the conflict with anyone excercising control over her. Doc doesn't think Casey felt love for Caylee ever. She thinks that a prospect of a guy on the scene added to the fantasy of independence from Cindy and Caylee, and when that came along, she acted on her fantasy for purely selfish reasons and also to hit back at Cindy. The partying, etc. is just evidence that she had accomplished what she wanted. Oh, the doc can talk forever and include lots of details, but that's it in a nutshell.

She wants Casey to go to jail forever, and feels that Casey will adjust there and find other inmates to set up similar dynamics to what she had at home, and ultimately adjust far better than a lot of other inmates. Society does not need Casey Anthony in it!

Shhh...dont tell Casey...I'll send her some to freshen up her horseteeth...!

I don't think they would have been granted custody either. But if they had just locked Casey out of the house and made Casey do something legally ( and she didn't even have gas money ), they could have protected the baby and made Casey smarten up or go away until she did smarten up. They locked up the shed and the damn gas cans. Frankly, I would have forced the issue and packed Casey's bags, stuck my fingers in my ears and gone la la la la and done the right thing for the baby. I know I would have done that. 
Anyway, tomorrow a doc dump.

JR: And so she was like well, she was going to pick us up. She said, "NO, well we're just going to hang out in Orlando." And then later when I called that night to see what she was doing and uhm, or, no, not that night. The next morning I called her to see how she was and she said that she was uhm, she had just gotten really drunk and I guess she got really sick and that was pretty much it. So that,  that's probably the only time that I actually remember her drinking.

Now, this could just be Casey using a ticket as an excuse because she found something better to do...but Jamie states Casey was with a friend and got a ticket.  Made me think of Blink's post.  When asked by Yuri what is the timeframe this happened, she can't be specific, but thinks its in June.
