Wow it is quiet in here tonight. I am going to pray like crazy that no one shows up for the Cindy premier Tuesday morning.

Red is right...LP hasn't made any money (yet) on this whole ordeal, but he sure has spent a small fortune of his own money.  Yet, he is dis-invited.

Another thing I was wondering is HOW MANY MEN WILL CINDY GROPE AT THE MEMORIAL?

Is Vegas making odds on that?

Well, LP has made plenty of $'s in free publicity on this case actually. And do not think it's not from a lack of trying that he has not. Let's make one thing perfectly clear, I am not an LP fan. I would never associate myself with a MP case that involved him.

LP is an opportunist and nothing more.

My point is that if one deems something open to the public, then its open to the public.

I agree with you Red. Not a big fan of LP either. And a Memorial open to the public should be just that with no stipulations.

Regarding the "memorial", last night someone stated on SM that TM wasn't invited ::MonkeyEek:: then went on to state that he was at the little econ memorial~WOW, I must have been drunk that day and forgot because I was sure that was after the entire river search BS about the skull etc?? I am imaging things or was LP's memorial with Grund before that?

I haven't seen one at the river, but LP was at one that had Rev. Grund and Joy there

Trust me, if I had anything else I'd have left it, but I usually only carry checks and debit cards and I don't think he'd believe the TF left the debit card, but it  WAS painful......but, I shouldn't complain~his b-day was last week and he agreed that he needed nothing, so it was no gifts and donations for TES party, so I guess the TF was being extra nice, you know that Karma thing came around ::MonkeyTongue::

OMG  OMG    I'm scared now, being that it's raining here, I've been skipping around and just posted on topix.
         Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't anybody give you-know-who ( CA) any ideas,  but come on, when somebody says the A's are still following tips for a live Caylee,  I just could NOT keep my yap shut,  but really, who would think seriously they should check out a sighting in Iraq????? Anyone would know I was just teasing.   

Well, first they would have to prove what you said was untrue I believe.  The couple were exonerated in court, first off...and the blogging bashing continued?  That's how I read it anyway.  Also, you would have to "prove" how the blogging damaged you...not an easy feat IMO.  Cindy, George & Lee were their own worst enemy.

 oh good, that kind of big giagantic lawsuit stuff can be a nightmare, I want NO part of it. There's just so much out there in internet land about the A's that they could close their eyes and press the keyboard and find people slammin them, so hopefully my 4 comments on topix will not come back to haunt me.

Heykim your post got me thinking about the ZFG that KC says "took Caylee". If there really were a Nanny why didn't JB just hire a sketch artist to draw up a composite to show to the media & everyone else? If there really were a Nanny who had taken her, why wouldn't they want to get it out there themselves? Is LE the only ones allowed to do this, or can lawyers or even private citizens hire a sketch artist? It might be a moot point now anyway, or maybe not, but if they had done that way back then it might have made KC's story seem a little bit more "believable" (for lack of a better word). Seriously though, does any monkey know, could JB have done that himself without LE? If LE couldn't do a sketch & neither could JB or anyone else for that matter, does that not say alot about the Nanny story?

I wonder if the law allows a convicted felon to be connected with a project like this? Have any of these people had any training to help these unfortunate young girls or is it just play it by ear?  Somehow I feel very leery of this "House of Purpose."

This is the thing which really puzzles me.  If Baez has proof that Casey is innocent, shouldn't he just take it to LE and get Casey out of jail?  Nobody wants to keep an innocent person incarcerated, so all he has to do is present his evidence and LE can then start searching for the real culprit.  We all know the answer to this, don't we?

Security Will Be Tight, Attorney Says

ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony plan to be at a public memorial service for their granddaughter, Caylee, their attorney said Friday afternoon.

Attorney Brad Conway said security will be tight so that no one disrupts the service, which is planned for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Orlando on John Young Parkway.

The service will be a 5,000-seat worship at the church, which is located at 3000 S. John Young Parkway.

Hundreds if not thousands of people are expected to gather to pay their respects to the toddler.

The family finalized plans Thursday for a memorial service for Caylee and everyone is welcome.

People attending Tuesday morning will have to pass through a metal detector before they go inside.

Pastors at the First Baptist Church of Orlando said they want this service to reflect the dignity and respect Caylee deserves.

All bags of any kind will be prohibited along with back packs, cell phones and recording devices. With as many as 5,000 people attending, church officials said they want to make sure everyone is there for the right reason.

The public memorial for Caylee is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. Doors open two hours before the service.

Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, is in the Orange County Jail charged with her daughter's murder.

Casey Anthony will be able to watch the televised memorial service.

Meanwhile, WESH 2 learned Thursday that Orange County taxpayers have picked up $10,000 in expenses for the attorney representing the former meter reader who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains.

That's according to David Evans, the attorney who has fielded media offers and accompanied Roy Kronk to interviews with detectives working the case.

Kronk is a county employee who this week started a new inventory specialist job.

From here on out Evans said it will be up to the county to decide if they want to continue with the arrangement or have Kronk pick up the legal bill.

Good find there!  Now we know why he didn't do it.  At least somebody with some "legal smarts" advised him not to fall into that "trap".  Didn't realize it myself that that could be an Obstruction of Justice.  Baez has admitted many times that she is guilty if you listen to what he says.  

In the very beginning when LE wanted to talk to her and find out where Caylee was...Baez kept saying..I am doing what is in the best interest of my client...and that is not letting her talk to them.  Only an attorney who knew the child was already DEAD would say something like that IMO.

So I guess it does say alot about the Zanny the Nanny story! If there really were a ZFG there would have been absolutely NO reason for the defense to NOT put out a sketch! Trying to avoid a large quote stack here.

No, she doesn't have a TV in her cell. I understand that she can at least hear one from her cell that is usually on.

But saying that she WILL be able to watch it makes me think they are making an exception for them, which they said they would not do.

She would have to have access to the "TV" room at the time of the broadcast and I believe she would have access by herself, since she is kept isolated from the other prisoners.

Sounds like she is being given special treatment to me.

Just sayin.

It really bugs me that they would exclude certain people from a church as large as that one is, and it's supposed to be a public memorial. I think it only makes them look bad, and it certainly makes it look like this memorial is not about Caylee, even though they stated it was. If LP (I know he said he isn't going) were there a mile away from them on the other side of the church, how on earth could that bother them? They wouldn't even see his face, same with all the many others that I am sure are not welcome there by the A's. I'm certain that they will be seated in the very front row of the church, so they would not even see 95% of the people who were there. Why can't they put differences aside for the sake of Caylee and her memory? I hope all those NOT WELCOME go to suburban dr. like LP and hold a service there for her, where she "laid to rest" for six months, all alone.

IMO...if they let her/give her special treatment in order to watch this "event"...it will cause a riot in the jail.  Everyone can probably hear the TV ..and when they realize she is watching it....all the inmates are going to start yelling stuff at her I bet.

North Carolina IIRC~That is what threw me, I knew about the falling out and thought that this was after that, but it has been ages so I was wondering if I recalled properly or not. Now, I know what I remembered was correct. I have no idea about him coming to the memorial, I thought he was on a search recently, but I could be wrong.

for the record.. i am TOTALLY diggin the fact that casey might get to WATCH it on TV.. cuz if she DOES, that means the fricken circus will  only be ON for ONE hour, otherwise she couldnt WATCH it all...

According to Allen Moore, a rep for the jail, many news outlets are getting the answer wrong. Everywhere it's being reported Casey will be able to watch on it television. Moore simply says it's just, "inaccurate reporting. "Yes, she can make a request to watch television," he explains, "but that does not mean it will granted." The fact is she has made no such request but, explains Moore, "Even if she did there are many variables as to whether she'd be given permission."

There is a television in the unit where Anthony is housed, "but it is rarely on," says Moore. The reason it's off is a matter of jail operations. Anthony is also housed with psychological observation inmates, who are too easily disrupted by television and discipline inmates who are not allowed to watch TV. Also, Anthony's status as a "protective custody" inmate makes it difficult to schedule TV time. "When she's out of her cell, everyone else has to be in theirs," says Moore. Then there's the question of if the memorial will be broadcast at a time that coincides with Anthony's time out of her cell.

Police arrested the 27-year-old brothers in August 2003 after they found large amounts of opium and marijuana in a house to which one of the twins had the key, the New Straits Times and national news agency Bernama reported.

Both men were charged, but Kuala Lumpur High Court Judge Zaharah Ibrahim ruled Friday that only the twin with the key could be proven to be the owner of the drugs.

Because the brothers' identical features made it impossible for officers testifying to point out which one had been found with the key, she had no choice but to acquit both men.

She called the ruling "a very unique case." Court officials familiar with the case could not immediately be reached.

The twins wept and hugged each other after the judge read her verdict, the reports added.

Malaysia has a mandatory penalty of death by hanging for drug trafficking. More than 200 people have been executed since capital punishment was implemented for the offense in 1975.

Is it possible that George was told all of that nonsense by a PI they had hired?  I don't know if it was D. Casey, or not, but I do know that sometimes PIs string you along. "We have people watching the people who are watching her," and "She's been moved a total of nine times. We're getting close."  Sounds like something a crooked PI would say.  My sister hired a PI in her divorce case and the things he was telling her were just incredible and turned out to be a bunch of lies.  I think sometimes they tell you what they think you want to hear.  But if this is what happened George should have known it was not true.  It sounds silly.  I know they were clutching at straws but this is beyond ridiculous. George knew when he smelled the trunk but somehow his mind couldn't accept it.  When he saw that Caylee's body wasn't in the trunk, he was relieved, but he knew what the smell was.  And  in his heart, he knew who it was. LP says that Cindy ordered George to say he saw Casey and Caylee on the 16th and I think that is probably true.  But George always knew and was going along with Cindy and clutching at straws. Cindy was the mastermind of denial.

Not on his own, but to help Casey from taking the wrath of Cindy or to just save himself from having to hear Cindy's mouth, I certainly think he would>>>.     Remember whatever Lee did Casey knows about it to!

I read this online today and I found it here to on SM. It was posted in Dec 08 on SM Forums in regards to Memorial for Caylee.

No One has ever replied yet it has been read over 400 times. This Guy who I believe is on another site ..that we all know. Has created a petition to have Suburban Drive and or the School near ... renamed in Memory  "Caylee Marie Anthony"

I understand his wants to create a permanent memorial for Caylee. Just my thoughts I think its a Bad idea to rename a street after a child who was murdered and placed alive and or dead " we do not know" ... in the woods on that street.

When I was in 10th grade, there a girl who I did know, she was younger than I. She was in 8th grade. She lived across the lake from me, and lived right across the street from my best friend. She had been a witness to a breaking entering in the neighborhood by one of the Boys who lived in her neighborhood. I had known him since grade school and everyone thought he had " Issues" - he made it quite known over the years he was just not normal. He found out or heard hearsay about this young girl had said she witnessed him ... in this B&E.
He killed her. He tortured her, beat her, raped her and left her dead in her own yard two weeks later - on Devils night.

Took less than a few days and he was arrested and he is now a Lifer.

It would never take Her Street to be renamed after her - To Remember her. Just had to drive down the street and that was enough .. or to even look at her house was enough.
I still think of her all the time ..and I wonder what she would have become. She was the Sweetest Girl ever.

I think its sorta twisted to want to rename Suburban Drive - Caylee Marie Anthony Drive.
I do not see it as a positive. Esp when its right next to the Elementary School.

I agree Deenie...that street will be permantly marked in people's memory for a long time.  It is especially sad that the children have to pass that "area" on their way to and from school every day.  Maybe having that little "memorial" there is a little more "cheerful" for the children to look at..I don't know...but hope so.

Deenie, thank you for finding and posting those videos.  On the first one it actually shows Joy giving a report to John Allen that she was searching with TES and she was ACTUALLY in that area where Caylee's remains were found.  She said nothing was there when she searched and it said she had pictures. 

Now, why isn't SHE charged with giving a false report?  Does she get a free pass on everything she does because she has a mental problem?  Is this why George thinks he can get a free pass now that he has an attempted suicide?

And about her being welcomed at the "Cindyfest"...lately she has said that she talks to LP....wonder if Sindy heard that and now Joy will be dis-invited?

Caylee Marie Anthony has captivated the hearts of so many people over the course of the last several months. Many feel a great loss for a beautiful child that they never had the opportunity to meet. They quickly fell in love with her beauty and her charming ways, as she read a story to her ailing great-grandfather, whom she loved very much.

For those who fell in love with Caylee Marie on national TV, their grief is only temporary, their hearts will soon mend, and their memory of her may eventually fade. But for those who actually had the honor to meet Caylee Marie, it will be much more difficult for them to say goodbye, and their hearts may never heal.

On Aug.9, 2005, God blessed this Earth with one of his most beautiful children. Caylee Marie was born at 7:14a.m. in an Orlando hospital. From the moment she was born she forever stole the hearts of her family. Caylee was not only a beautiful baby, but she had a beautiful spirit that will live on in those that truly knew her and loved her.
She is survived by her mother, Casey Marie Anthony; her grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony; her uncle Lee Anthony; and her great-grandparents, Alex and Shirley Plesea and Ruth and Lee Anthony.

Caylee’s life will be honored in a memorial service open to the public Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Orlando beginning at 10a.m.

The family is requesting that those with only the purest of hearts and truly honorable intentions attend the service for their beloved child. This service will be a tribute to her life and a time for her family and friends to finally be together to openly express and share their love for her.
The family is requesting, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Eastside Baptist Church, 1900 Conway Gardens Road in Orlando; Orlando Rescue Mission; or Kid Finders Network.

Because of Caylee, so many other children have been the recipient of the kindness and generosity from those who have donated on her behalf. Donations have been made to numerous organizations such as Toys for Tots, Shriners, St. Jude’s Hospital, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Orlando Rescue Mission and Kid Finders Network. Another child will receive a new smile after receiving multiple reconstructive surgeries to repair a cleft palate.

Because of this outpouring of compassion, the family will continue to honor Caylee’s memory by establishing the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation. The foundation’s purpose will be to continue to generate awareness for missing children and to establish programs to assist in the well-being of those children in need of comfort and support during difficult and stressful times.

Caylee’s life may have been short-lived on this earth, but her life will not have ended without a purpose. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Caylee Marie Anthony now has her angel wings and will be watching over so many other children.

Wow..OMG is right.  How she fits in I don't know.  Did you see the "Trial Status" sheet about her wreckless driving and "running from the police"?  It was dismissed because of some mental status.  And her husband, was arrested for child abuse a while back.  I don't know...but it is a shame she has children in that household.  Seems like they are "at some type of risk".

     I'll be glad when Tuesday's circus is over but the circus will go on, I am afraid.  Do the Anthony's still have the "looking for Caylee" signs on their house?  So, Tim Miller isn't invited?  What a slap in the face to a man who has helped so many, including the Anthony's!  Just stay here at home Tim Miller, where we all know what an awesome man you are and where you are respected!  Just look at the TES webpage.  Tim is getting an award in March and has helped find so many. Oh, and as far as Cindy's comments about us slowly forgetting Caylee and being able to heal........ sorry, we don't live in denial.......... we won't forget baby Caylee NOR what "someone" did to her, I won't.
     I have had a question all along that maybe someone can help me with.  When Casey made all the frantic calls to mom, then dad, then back and forth............. why didn't one of them see all the missed calls and call her back?  If they were already worried about Casey and Caylee being gone so long, wouldn't missed calls be a huge red flag?  What was their explanation about all the missed calls?  Also, the random guy that visited her in jail the first day is bizarre.  I've also been thinking about the great grandparents in the nursing home.  I wonder who is paying their expenses now.... since we know Casey stole from their Nursing Home account?  What a gem that Casey is.  I hope she enjoys her laptop memorial for her baby girl.  Hugs everyone, have a great Sunday!

How did this case get so out of hand? I have never seen anything like it. This is more than a murdered child story. We have many of those to be told. This is a twisted tale of murder, greed...Lawyers who border on evil by using claims of zealously defending their client to excuse lies,questionable ethics and absurd pr stunts to win their case? A family that while they shouldn't have to say they believe their daughter is guilty, intentionally thwarted LE and insulted everyone who tried to help. An unbelievable cast of characters, conspiracy theories, heroes,villains...But what exactly started it all in that direction? The media? The sunshine laws? The absurd family? The nauseating mother?

Yes Lucinda I am praying for them and I am so saddened by the stories on the news. And I find it incredible that not far from here in Qld. we have floods galore. I can't believe how many people have been affected and how much suffering and loss has occurred, they are in my prayers and thoughts.

Who is going to wake up the others? I realize it's Sunday but isn't sloth one of the seven deadly sins? I am pretty sure I did the other six last night!!!

I don't want to be the unpopular monkey ::MonkeyWaa:: but I really feel like this bashing Cindy thing is going a bit too far. I don't think anyone can be absolutely certain that Cindy was the horrible person she is being made out to be. Sure she could have been all that and more but we really don't know for sure. What we do know is that her spiteful daughter took Cindy's grandchild's precious life and threw it on the roadside like garbage and I think any actions by this family that must be heartbroken whether rational or not can be overlooked. Many families in similar positions have started foundations in honor of the children they have lost and many feel indebted to the organizations that helped them during their time of need. Sure we think KF is a blemish on the good reputation of these types of organizations but I do understand why Cindy and George don't see them like that. With Cindy's need to live in denial (which I don't like but won't condemn her for) she must have felt very alone during these really tough times in her life. She has been as hated and as vilified as her daughter but she never did any harm to Caylee only cared and provided for her. I think people forget that Cindy wasn't rich and that this care came from Cindy working damn hard with little to no help from anyone else in the family. Certainly not from her evil daughter. If she wants to continue with charitable works then I don't see the prob with that. I don't have to like th woman to feel empathy for her. Sorry if I seem to be ranting but I think somewhere along the way when Caysee was taken out of the firing line (out of sight and all that) people decided to turn on the next best thing and I wonder if we ever stopped to think about the fact we are united here to honour Caylee and she would not like to see her gran being vilified imo. it would make her little heart cry.

Earlier I listened to the beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace played on the sax for Caylee and I wanted to share my favourite youtube clip. It is a beautiful song written and sung for Caylee by Rachael Kitchens. It is so beautiful it expresses all of my feelings about this and the emotions I feel and I know others do too. hey sharlock, you can say what you like in here, and dont get bashed for having an opinion.  That is the beauty of SM.  I say what I think, and noone attacks me.  I agree, partly with you, that caylee did love her nanna and papa, (cindy and george)  I just disagree with you that they are not part of the cover up, and I think they are making blood money.  My opinion may be totally wrong, but noone bashes you in here for having an opinion.  The best thing about SM is you can have a civilised debate. 

The family is requesting that those with only the purest of hearts and truly honorable intentions attend the service for their beloved child.

Having a hard time with that line because this public memorial has turned into a circus and if they are financially benefiting from this memorial then shame on them.

If people want to send flowers let them. There are plenty of lonely people in nursing homes and sick children in hospitals who would love them to have some nice to look at and they don't have to know where they came from.

OK, been thinking about Caylees memorial and all the rules.  I wouldnt go.  Instead, when casey gets done for murder, then I think some smart monkey could organize a world wide candle light vigal.  Id not go to this one next week.  Or, however, someone organise a seperate one that is public, and is just for the public world wide that loves caylee.  Thats a good idea, a seperate one for next week.  maybe we can organise this, red and mods, florida peeps, can we make a big memorial for caylee that does not involve the public circus that will (MOO) be happening next week.   We could make it an online donation, or if in florida, donate five bucks, we could make our own collection for caylee, and donate the entire proceeds to tim at ES.

At times I have felt like you Sharlock...but at other times like now I wonder.  If Tim Miller is an unwelcome guest at the memorial wouldn't that indicate that Cindy has not yet conceeded that searching for Caylee was a good idea.  Would she have preferred leaving Caylee in the woods forever?  If she believed Caylee was being held captive by a roaming babysitter than why wouldn't she want Tim and TES to search for her?   Seems all those people out searching in plain sight would have hindered the kidnappers ability to kill and depose of Caylee, certainly not enable it.    I can't help but think that Cindy's denial was geared more towards protecting Casey than towards protecting or finding Caylee.  JMO

Well, what i reckon, is boycott Caylees memorial service. I agree with you on that. Finding the body has rendered more evidence that can be linked to the A's house. It has ended the "Caylee is alive" which could go on for years. I personally would want closure if I didn't know what had happened to my grandchild...unless I was protecting my daughter.

Hey Lucinda...Did you ever hear of Laci Peterson? They has a smashing memorial for her and her son Conner. It was really nice. They had a choir and positive messages and the family spoke and It seems there was healing for all involved. You see, these memorials can be good source of acceptance if done right.

I might add that Scott Peterson's family did not attend but I don't think they were asked not to. Scott DID ask to go but security was too risky.

I agree with you also in a way. I am not defending all of Cindy's actions though. Only asking that people consider what Caylee would think of the things being said about her grandma and remember that for all of her failings Cindy worked really hard to give Caylee everything she could. I believe that no matter what she does in her crazed grief stricken state she loved Caylee and should be given a break from the really nasty public beating she has gotten since her grandchild went missing. Yes Cindy stirred the hornets nest and I don't blame people for being angry with her but in the end she did not hurt Caylee only loved her and now she has lost her.

As far as Laci/Conner Peterson case, that was another case like KC's that seemed to grip everyone.  I really think that because of all the media coverage he got the death penalty rather than Life.  The memorial for Laci and Conner was beautiful. 

I personally believe that Funerals are for the living and sweet Caylee is in God's arms unconcerned what is happening here on earth.  I pray for His intervention and that whatever truth needs to come out it will in His time.

Sharlock -- I pray that on Tuesday all those attending the memorial can do so respectfully and honor Caylee -- leave the case at the door, so to speak, with all the anger and hurt towards the family.  Regardless of all that has happened, Caylee does deserve to be honored.  Once that is over, pick back up your cause and move on.

Sharlock I understand what you are saying. I do have some empathy for C&G, as I think many do, but you can only let that empathy go so far before anger & especially frustration come into play. I don't doubt for one second the G&C loved Caylee with all their heart & they did take very good care of her for her very short life. I could see CA's heartbreak in that lost jail tape. I know they tried to get the "truth" from KC, GA tried to be "truthful" when he spoke w/LE. But it seemed everytime that they got in front of the media, they were not the same people we see "behind the scenes". It seemed, to me atleast, in front of a news camera it was all about saving KC & that Caylee was still alive and out there to be found. I am sure, atleast deep down, they knew Caylee was no longer alive, but they seemed to put that aside to save KC instead. It seemed to be more important to let the public believe Caylee were alive and that KC didn't & wouldn't harm her. They had the opportunity, IMO, to look for Caylee even in a way they didn't want to, but they threw that opportunity away and went on the alive/KC is a wonderful mom campaign. That is where I believe many's anger & frustration towards CA comes from. G&C knew there was a decomposing body in KC's trunk & they knew their granddaughter was missing for over a month, yet they refused to look for a dead child. I can understand some denial, because who wants to believe their grandchild is dead? But, that denial should not have stopped them from looking for Caylee and the most likely possibility she would not be found alive. I don't think anyone would tell the A's to not stand by KC (regardless of what she's done) or that they shouldn't still love her. But, I hope they are not going to go on a new campaign stating KC is innocent and wouldn't have done that to Caylee. We know the evidence (and probably not even all of it) & it all leads back to KC & to their home. So if they do start a new campaign, it will only further people's frustration about them. If they had tons of evidence that showed otherwise, that would be different, but we know they don't because if they did we'd have heard about it long ago. I do still have some empathy/sympathy for C&G, but as I said it only goes so far. I know they didn't ask for what happened to Caylee/them, but it's everything that has happened after all they knew that makes this so hard to have alot of sympathy. I just wish, for their sake, they could do right by Caylee. Put their differences with others aside, & surround themselves with good people who truly want to help them. I wish them all the luck in the world with their endevours. I just wish they'd do things for the right reasons, that's all.

The Caylee Anthony memorial will receive national attention on HLN -- formerly known as Headline News.

The channel, which is owned by CNN, will offer coverage from 10 a.m. to noon. The plan is for Nancy Grace to follow with a half-hour at noon, a channel spokeswoman said Saturday night.

I agree with you completely Lucinda...this is not a memorial for Caylee, it's a money making scam for the A's and others (maybe even the church itself)..I'm also thinking that it's going to be an LE nightmare with possibly, violent protests outside. I'm hoping for a big doc dump right after so the case will get refocused in the publics minds. The church hosting this circus should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing anyone to be "banned" from entering...if there are disruptions, then they can be dealt with at the time but to automatically assume anyone is there to start trouble, is wrong

When we were searching for Caylee, I had considered carving Tim, a Journey Stick. I call them Journey sticks, as I carve things pertentant to the persons journey/travels. I noticed them asking for everyone to bring a "walking stick " with them to search.  I instead, carved the three white horses on my "Caylee's Babysitter" carving to honor him . 

I too have already decided not to attend this service.  Wasnt it Johnny Paycheck that told the story of how he could not enter a church as he was dressed in tattered clothing, and had long hair.  Well, so did Jesus.  I think the "A"'s  have a lot of nerve, to even speak of keeping someone OUTSIDE of a public church.  Yet, that will be their cross to bear, when it comes to judgement time.   AND, I  think, little Caylee could care less as to what happens on this Earth now, as I believe  in the spirit world  there are more important things to attend to.    jmo    mio

If I was in walking distance of the church that is holding the memorial for Caylee,I wouldn't attend.  I will not watch any coverage of it on TV.  I don't even want to read about it.  I'm appalled at the Anthony family.  I hope they all burn in hell for what they are doing.  None of this is about Caylee anymore.  It's all about how much money they can make.
On Tuesday I will say prayers and honor Caylee in my own way.

   You know, besides every other crazy thing about this memorial....I've watched memorials and funerals on TV.  Famous people, 911, etc.  I cannot think of any that were 2 hours long.  What in the world will be said and done that would possibly take that long??  Minor thing, I know in all of this, but I cannot even imagine.

Cindy's eulogy reminds me a lot of what happened in England when Princess Diana was killed.  Elizabeth, of course, despised Diana and was very happy to be rid of her, could not understand the worldwide outpouring of grief for someone who had been nothing but a thorn in her side. After about 4 days of silence from the palace, she was just about forced to go on the radio and say something and that was essentially what she had to say -- that most of the people who were grieving had never even met Diana.  You could tell she was just completely floored by it.
Which brings me to a question:
Do you think the Anthonys are really aware of the number of people who are following this story and how much we want this child's killer punished and put away?  I'm not sure they are or if they think it will diminish between the memorial and the trial.

Actually the memorial may have a little competition for the media as President Obama will be in Ft Meyers on Tues.

That might be answered at the memorial, if there is no mention of Casey, then they are aware, if there is mention and pics of Casey with Caylee then they are just plain stupid. I'm hoping Cindy is fully medicated and that will hopefully make her behave at the memorial.

FWIW, I was a member of a Southern Baptist Church Council.   I'm sure this issue was put before the council for the members to vote on - and I'm pretty sure there were some that were opposed to this circus.   Majority rules on a church council.

I was very sad to hear of a death of any child, but it is the behaviour of the FAMILY that has caught on with the public. I read around and the hate level is staggering. Can't see this being a " healing " type of service which is what it seems the Pastor or CEO/CFO  of that church wanted it to be when he started this process. A healing service for Orlando with Cindy's list of people who have been unkind to her and they are going along with it. Padilla isn't a troublemaker and I can't imagine him behaving in less than a respectful fashion at any service.

There is no such thing as anonymity if someone is going to cyberstalk or cyberharass another. These people think hiding behind a proxy server does anything.. Wrong as you pointed out in the article. hello monkeys I have a question that has anything to do with the case so i apologyze to everybody for that but you guys are the only ones to help me with this...
I have a co worker that is from china and i always see her working a lot and last friday my boss told her "get you ass downstairs an complete your work ::MonkeyEek:: all of us heard that and personally i did not like that it sound very unrespectfull, well in the afternnon i saw my co worker crying for that problem and I did not what to do. I do not know if it is a normal comunication between employees and bosses. I would like to know because if she tells me something like that i will not be quiet::MonkeyEek::

I'd suggest  (as I have done this myself for other reasons) that your co-worker go to radio shack and by a tiny recording device. They are so small you could hide it in your clothes, and anytime she has any interaction with the biatchy boss she needs to record it. Then she has absolute proof of the words and the context, I've done this and it sure as h@ll puts the fear of God in those you've taped.......and provides clear and absolute proof of a hostile work environment. ::MonkeyRoll::

I agree with Katy.  Cecilita, I believe you were born in another country and you said this co worker is Chinese.  You have every right that I, having been born here, have and there might be federal  civil rights violations because you and your co workers are minorities. There are attorneys who will not charge for a first visit and I would get that tape recorder and get some proof.  Even though others have heard this kind of harrassment, sometimes people are afraid to go against their employer so that is a good idea.  At the very least an attorney can guide your co worker to the proper action to take, as well as the rest of you who are in this hostile environment.  You DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THIS.

They are asking for donations to KidFinders which is IMO a DISGRACE!  cin-cin has LIED , destroyed evidence. hindered both police investigations and searches, as well as  and private searches for Caylee, remember this is the same woman who did not give Caylee's brush to the FBI and joked that she should have given them the dog's toothbrush instead of Caylee's......and now writes this so called eulogy ...it's a shame that this child was not given respect by her own family while she was laying out in the swamp rotting while her so called loving grandmother was impeding the searches, sending the LE on wild goose chases and then has the audacity to want IMMUNITY to stop telling LIES!  OHMYGAWD!! I DO NOT think telling the TRUTH about her actions is BASHING HER! Unlawful harassment is a form of discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other federal authority.

Unwelcome verbal or physical conduct based on race, color, religion, sex (whether or not of a sexual nature and including same-gender harassment and gender identity harassment), national origin, age (40 and over), disability (mental or physical), sexual orientation, or retaliation (sometimes collectively referred to as “legally protected characteristics”) constitutes harassment when:

Hostile work environment harassment occurs when unwelcome comments or conduct based on sex, race or other legally protected characteristics unreasonably interferes with an employee’s work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment. Anyone in the workplace might commit this type of harassment – a management official, co-worker, or non-employee, such as a contractor, vendor or guest. The victim can be anyone affected by the conduct, not just the individual at whom the offensive conduct is directed.

Examples of actions that may create sexual hostile environment harassment include:

Leering, i.e., staring in a sexually suggestive manner

Making offensive remarks about looks, clothing, body parts

Touching in a way that may make an employee feel uncomfortable, such as patting, pinching or intentional brushing against another’s body

Telling sexual or lewd jokes, hanging sexual posters, making sexual gestures, etc.

Sending, forwarding or soliciting sexually suggestive letters, notes, emails, or images

Other actions which may result in hostile environment harassment, but are non-sexual in nature, include:

Use of racially derogatory words, phrases, epithets

Demonstrations of a racial or ethnic nature such as a use of gestures, pictures or drawings which would offend a particular racial or ethnic group

Comments about an individual’s skin color or other racial/ethnic characteristics

Making disparaging remarks about an individual’s gender that are not sexual in nature

Negative comments about an employee’s religious beliefs (or lack of religious beliefs)

Expressing negative stereotypes regarding an employee’s birthplace or ancestry

Negative comments regarding an employee’s age when referring to employees 40 and over

Derogatory or intimidating references to an employee’s mental or physical impairment

Harassment that results in a tangible employment action occurs when a management official’s harassing conduct results in some significant change in an employee’s employment status (e.g., hiring, firing, promotion, failure to promote, demotion, formal discipline, such as suspension, undesirable reassignment, or a significant change in benefits, a compensation decision, or a work assignment). Only individuals with supervisory or managerial responsibility can commit this type of harassment.

A claim of harassment generally requires several elements, including:

The complaining party must be a member of a statutorily protected class;

S/he was subjected to unwelcome verbal or physical conduct related to his or her membership in that protected class;

The unwelcome conduct complained of was based on his or her membership in that protected class;

The unwelcome conduct affected a term or condition of employment and/or had the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with his or her work performance and/or creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.


What is Not Harassment? 

The anti-discrimination statutes are not a general civility code. Thus, federal law does not prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not extremely serious. Rather, the conduct must be so objectively offensive as to alter the conditions of the individual’s employment. The conditions of employment are altered only if the harassment culminates in a tangible employment action or is sufficiently severe or pervasive to create a hostile work environment.

Report any incident of harassment immediately to your supervisor, any member of management and/or to the Director of the Office of Workplace Diversity.


Note 

Any employee wishing to initiate an EEO complaint arising out of the alleged incident of harassment must contact an FCC EEO Counselor or other EEO official within 45 calendar days of the date of the incident. it's so sickening
to see how this memorial has turned into a three ring  circus.. orchestrated by Cindy and Jose Baez..
they glow in the media attention they get. If you look at Jose's advertisment for his firm.. it does not appear he has a whole lot of real professionalism.. he is a new attorney.. inexperienced and in dire need to compare himself to big shot high powered attorney..
he doesnt even come close..
cindy loves to be hated.. she thinks she will be  famous.. that kind of fame.. no decent mother grandmother would seek.. its just not normal.. Rick plasea said it best.. they are all nuts.. they arent the least embarassed.. its annoying to see her chewing gum like a mad cow.. and being rude to media.. when in reality she is loving every minute of fame she thinks is for her  not for the crime committted against little caylee.. this is a very very sick family.. It wouldnt suprrise me to hear that lee fathered caylee.. they would do something that bazaar.. if so is the case.. caylee should have been adopted out.. who knows the rage casey has for her mom... what lays beneath it all.. we have gotten tidbits of insight... not enough to   do much speculating with, other than her cold cold heart and her actions when shes on camera.. she too loves the media attention..
this family  needs a rude awakening..............and they will get it...
casey per jose baez is being portrayed as the likes of the fugitive.. give me a break.. it only makes baez look stupid... he is not  experienced nor does he know how  to act.. he thinks being hispanic makes him.. something unique and special.. Johny Cochran was black and not once did I hear him say anything  that would indicate his race  made him unique as a lawyer.. It would be nice to see baez disbarred ... he has  crossed the lines of professionalism  so many times....

This entire fiasco in my opinion is appalling to a real human. What has been done here in my opinion is sub-human and even drug addicts on the street have more respect for others. 

I watched Pasty Ramsey do some things I thought were horrible but this one has even that woman pale in comparison. We all know what happened to her, and I am a firm believer that people cannot do such things without real destruction being brought upon them.  I believe we will see Cindy destruct and it won't be mentally as she is as evil as KC in my opinion.

If I lived in Orlando, I would go to where they found the baby's body at the same time as that distasteful media ho job Cindy is putting on.

Will the Caylee Anthony memorial Tuesday morning offer a respite from the media circus surrounding the murder case?

Possibly not, if this weekend's reporting is an indication. Hard feelings bubbled up Saturday night in a report on WKMG-Channel 6. Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said that grandmother Cindy Anthony wants him to stay away, WKMG's Ramin Khalili reported.

Padilla said he hasn't spoken with the family, but that Cindy Anthony told his nephew that he was not supposed to be present at the First Baptist Church of Orlando.

Padilla has never been shy about sharing his views in the case, and he remained true to form in the WMKG report. Padilla predicted the memorial will be "a Cindy show," and he said the defense team is looking for a patsy to blame instead of Casey Anthony, who is charged with daughter Caylee's murder.

"I don't believe that any of this stuff is real," Padilla told WKMG. "What's real is Caylee is dead and somebody has to pay for it."

Khalili noted that the Anthonys might not want Padilla, but attorneys for Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez do. Padilla met with them last week about her defamation suit against Casey Anthony.

What really gets me is Cindy is taking credit for the donations which were made in Caylee's name at St. Judes Children's Hospital.  I know personally that those were made by people who DESPISE that woman, as I have a list of the donors because I started the donation drive.  She has read that here or on another web site where it was posted, and is now taking all credit for those.   They did not send her a list, so she either had to get the info here or one of the web sites, and then added it to her press release.

That REALLY hacks me off and I have written to get them to verify that CINDY had NOTHING to do with ANY of those donations.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The grandmother of slain Orlando toddler Caylee Anthony says the child's life didn't end "without a purpose."

In a eulogy published in the Orlando Sentinel on Sunday, Cindy Anthony says her granddaughter "now has her angel wings and will be watching over so many other children."

Cindy Anthony notes that because of Caylee, donations have been made to organizations such as Toys for Tots, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Kind Finders Network and elsewhere that will help other children.

A memorial service is being held Tuesday for Caylee. She was 2 when she went missing last summer and her remains were found on Dec. 11.

Her mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with the girl's murder.

I wondered about that - all of those fine upstanding charities are lumped in with KF'ers in her eulogy.  And what about the cleft lip/palate reference?  Who/ what charity does she mean -  Operation Smile [  which is a wonderful charity, by the way  ] ? 

Did anyone see the post on LP's webpage indicating he "has developed an unfortunate lead in the case and is currently working to verify the truth of witness statements made in the media?"

Changing subject for a moment:

In my opinion, it is dishonest to pretend that Ms. Zenaida Gonzalez's good name  has not been severely damaged in this case by false accusations.  Her connection, albeit a brief one, to Sawgrass and just the fact that LE tracked her down for questioning, proves she was right to seek an attorney's help. All of us, including Casey's civil attorney, Mr. Kasen, would do the same, if our reputations were questioned & impugned thusly.  To be accused of a kidnapping is a serious offense!

Zenaida has a right to recover her good name and seek damages from the author/s of her misery. 

Nobody now would ever forget her name ---  It isn't as though her name was Mary Jones, etc.

Yup, we're all gonna find out that LP was right  about a connection as to how or why Kronk found Caylee - Lee is up to his eyeballs in it no thanks to his demented mother & Ill bet the above or Lee were on the phone with DC when he was digging & probing in the woods - I think Kronk caught wind of what they were doing and said No, I have to find her.    The fact is Lee brings Fred Robinson up to Casey about being support & using the bible, Scott is a neighbor & known to Lee, that property is probably a consideration for this House for Hope that CANNOT and WILL NOT go forward -- it all stinks like a sewer and there are quite a few rats!   I just pray everyone will do everything in their power to expose their dirty deeds & justice be done for Caylee in regard to Casey & all involved trying to cover it up or make a buck off of her.

There's more national exposure for the Caylee Anthony memorial service.

MSNBC says it plans to cover the event at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The service is expected to last two hours.

HLN -- formerly Headline News -- says it will cover the memorial at First Baptist Church of Orlando.

The service will be covered by WESH-Channel 2, WKMG-Channel 6, WFTV-Channel 9 and WOFL-Channel 35 and their Web sites. Bright House Networks' Central Florida News 13 will cover the public memorial, too.

I'm betting it has something to do with Kronk and finding Caylee's body which at this point it doesn't matter to me who found Caylee or how......I'm glad she was found.
