Title: Recommendations for Internet Phone Providers? Post by: nonesuche on February 23, 2009, 01:53:50 PM I"m looking to move my tradition residential phone service to an internet phone provider. I know service levels differ among providers and was hopeful some of the posters here who do have good experiences could recommend one. I'd planned to do this for some time now, I use that number only for home office business and will have to host at times global conference calls. So I do need a dependable service. My unlisted number is getting hinky calls now, not having given that number out but to one person from the forums and my work colleagues. So I'm hoping to make the change immediately. Be careful who you give your number out to on forums, trust me, even if they say they are good people they aren't always ! I know several families who have switched to cable for the triple play, or whatever they call it. (phone, TV, internet), at one price and they are happy. I'm sure you'll find the best option for your needs. |
