Tell me how you know LaPalma.  It is a street.

But I speak English and hardly any Dutch, Janet.  I always thought Jossy has a sort of island accent, Papiamentu more than Dutch.  Not easy to understand.  If I had to pick, to my English speaking ears, I'd go with Giron as I didn't hear the strong "man" at the end.

On Saturday, one does yard work and washes the car.  Never heard of window washing on Saturday.  Ask DIL.  She will understand.  I seldom encounter people who do understand, however.  There are certain days for certain chores.  No exceptions.

But then I can't even get my friends to play Scrabble so what do I know?  I am beginning to think they have some sort of fear of spelling.

I do not know what she named it.  I cannot remember if La Palma was an establishment or a street.  I thought maybe you would know.  Anyways ... DIL follows her mother's cleaning routine and does not divert.

When DIL was not well for a few days a while back ... her mother drove from the just the other side of the border and ... did the daily chores so her daughter would not have to "catch up" when she was well.

There is an advantage to a structured routine.  If unexpected company is about to arrive DIL is not rushing around in a panic like me attempting to clean up while delegating jobs to hubby.

Is it likely that the prosecutor will do that? Because, frankly, if it turns out that is his voice, his father under what he said is up to his eyeballs in something.

Jossy is of Lebanese decent and was born in Lebanon. At some point as a young man moved with his family to Venezuela. I think Maricibo. In Venezuela he became and author and wrote numerous books on varying degrees of literature.

I think he has fourteen or more books in publication. But I may the the actual number wrong.

At some point he joined the staff of a newspaper in Venezuela and eventually became the editor (IIRC). In his mid 20 or early thirties moved to Aruba and started Diario.

This is all if I remember it correctly from when Easy told me. Jossy had sent Mike a few of his books and he displays them proudly.

Again, if I remember this all correctly. It's been years.

Also, I always thought the name he said was Geerman. That's how it sounded to me after listening to him for years. I was probably incorrect.

When I heard Jossy same the name of the witness it sounded like Hier-mann like with a German tongue or slant. When Germans sometimes say G's they sound like H's.

It's not really all that important anyway ... that witness was full of it.

Are There Any Witnesses In This Case That Could Be Called Reliable .....

If Joran wasn't in the muddy pond, what accounts for him being all wet like the witness said he was?

And, precisely where was the witness' physical location when he allegedly saw Joran? I don't mean where is his house located, necessarily, but exactly where was he when he saw Joran that night?

And I probably missed it being posted here, but what was this witness' reason for not coming forward the moment Joran's name was publically connected to this case? If he says his reason is he's afraid of all of Joran's criminal relatives and/or connections, then that sure must be widely-gossipped-about widely known public knowledge before any of this ever happened to Natalee, right? I mean, if the witness was so terrified and all that it means he already knew to be afraid of Joran and his Daddy, right?

So... if the van der sloots are so infamous on Aruba that witnesses to their crimes are too afraid to come forward right away and the whole island knows about it, then why have no other witnesses been found to verify the "criminality" of the van der sloots? Surely, even scared, someone would have found a way to leak some info to some media outlet. 

Plus, there are any number of anonymous tip lines that can be called. Oh, wait, maybe not. Aruba or some Aruban business entity is trying to become a major force in telecommunications (cell phones, etc.). But, still... that witness and any number of witnesses that could testify to van der sloot garbage should be spilling what they know. I just can't understand how those that know what happened haven't broken their code of silence and those that know the major players have also remained silent. How do they sleep at night?

My youngest son's inlaws are Dutch and daughter's inlaws are German.  Jossy's accent more closely sounds Dutch.  IMO.

When you use the SM search engine Werleman ... Keepthefaith and others reveal that Weleman is a common name in Aruba.

I think the clue to the witness' identity would come if the name of street leading from the pond  and related residents can be identified.  Have a boo at the map I just submitted ... the map marked by Glenda.

Magnolia ... this type of research is not my thing.  However ... you along with other Monkeys have an amazing ability to dig into available internet records.

I really want to learn what this witness' relationship to Jossy is and ... what if there is any connection to the AHATA.

I do not have good research skills, but I have looked at map upon map and can get right to the
house, the pond, the soccer field, but have been unable to find a street name.

The house is on a little loop just north of the street that has the INDO restaurant.

Werleman and Geerman are both fairly common names on Aruba.

What was Patrick the Range Rover guy's name.  I just remembered Renho saying that
one of his relatives lived on that street.  Van Em?

Magnolia, I think Van der Eem.  IIRC his brothers name is Perry, but I don't know if that's actually his given name or just what he's called.

Julia said a year ago that the Van der Eems lived in that house that she showed the driveway of.

I agree.  IF this witness turns out to be legit ... I contend that following the gardener's observation of Joran, Deepak and Satish parked near the Racquet Ball club ...

1.  Deepak and Satish were sent home to to wash the vehicle.

2.  Joran calls his father to pick him up at McDonald's.

3.  Joran cleans himself off in the pond.

4.  Joran heads to MacDonald's on foot when he was observed by the witness.

5.  Paulus and Joran connects at McDonald's.

6.  The witness observes Paulus and Joran in the red Jeep driving home.

7.  Joran is dropped off at home.

8.  Paulus returned to the area.

9.  Arrangements are made to move Natalee from the bech to the east side of the Island. (ATM withdrawls/6:00 AM Cell call)

10. Burial at sea does not take place at a later date.

The witness was afraid of the consequences of his statement, since he was well aware that Paulus van der Sloot has powerful connections in the Prosecutors Office. Paulus is a lawyer, and he was studying to become a judge.

Knowing that the justice system in Aruba is totally in Dutch hands, he felt compelled to keep his mouth shut. This went on for more than 2 years, and in the end of 2007, he felt the need to reveal what he saw that day from his house.

The witness hired a lawyer to defend him, because in such a complicated case, even the witness has to be prepared for any eventuality, and also for guidance.

US investigator will continue search for Holloway

ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) — An Aruban official says a private investigator will continue scouring a pond for signs of missing U.S. teen Natalee Holloway, even though he has not found any clues into her 2005 disappearance.

Ruben Croes, president of the Aruba Search and Rescue Foundation, said investigator Fred Golba told him Tuesday that he "hasn't found anything of interest" in the drained pond and plans to search for another week.

Aruban volunteers are aiding the investigator as he searches the pond that witnesses previously identified as a possible location for her remains.

Golba was hired by Holloway's father to search the pond even though it has been scoured before.

Holloway, from Mountain Brook, Alabama, vanished here in May 2005.

My questions/comments, just trying to hash out specifics:
(1) What would everyone one be washing off of them? A violent, bodily harming murder, a sexual exploitation, vomit, foaming at mouth bodily fluids? Washing off, especially wading through a pond, definitley implies lots of physical evidence and not just a simple expiration. The mssing shoe (from early on) does make you examine the mucky pond at some point, though.
(2) Was the (original) crime scene at the house or away from the house? Although an after hours pool party (at the Anta-less Sloot home) would be convenient, it seems that the crime scene was away from the house. Probably inside of car or very near to the parked car(in a secluded non-tourist area). They could have hit a party while cruising around. WHo knows..Nonetheless, a deceased Natalee is likely to have been in the Kalpoe vehicle at some point.
(3) What level of involvement did Satish and Deepak Kalpoe play in this? If violence were used, I suppose they are right there in the middle of it. Otherwise, is it for providing drugs to the situation? Their eyes definitely witnessed "something bad," if not participants in the "something bad." They have definitely kept their noses cleaner than Joran after the fact, invisible Satish more than Deepak.  Not to mention the fact that certain Arubans would like to see a big pay day from CBS/DrPhil in California.  How long would they have stuck around after NH expiration in their presence? As they collectively shit their pants and talked it over, their sighting at the raquetball club was probably true. I, too, agree that witnesses are intimidated and retaliated against if they step forward. Mind you, there were not as many witnesses to the crime as we may think, and there is no reason for anyone to come forward. There is no consequence for obstructing justice and nothing to fear. I feel certain they washed their car out that night but exactly and precisely why (meaning: how much evidence was in their car and of what nature) I am not sure. Regardless of their level of involvement, their silence and loyalty was needed and expected. They knew if they simply joined the "program" that all would be handled for them. Paulus seemed very quick to make sure of this. It would not surprise me one bit of Aruba ensured the Kalpoes did not need for anything during the troubling times to follow.
(4) When did the sea burial take place and on what side of the island? East side? Not to sound stupid.. but where did Persistence crew spot trap? Thought it was in close proximity to the hotels (on the west side of the island). Please corrct me if wrong. I don't want to confuse. About time wise of disposal..I am not sure if it was that night/early morning or not. If it was that night (assuming east vs west doesn't matter), and assuming NH contents were in the trap, LOGIC DICTATES that a trap was needed. Therefore, the FHs probably were broken into as reported.
(5) If Paulus "had contact with NH twice" that evening, the first time was probably at the casino and the second time had to be: at his house - the crime scene (a J2K after hours Anita-less pool party) or with her deceased body ready to dispose (thus the "we know what ya did" court ruling for denial of compensation). Just out of curiosity, has Aruba ever named his two contact points with NH? Wonder how they knew he had two contact points with NH? There is no doubt that Paulus was going to do anything necessary to "protect his son." Abeting in the disposal of a dead body is pushing it a bit but he certainly masterminded the plan. This is a certainly like the sun rising everyday, a bear shitting in the woods - Paulus was absolutely the mastermind in the aftermath of the crime.  Once he received the call, or visit to his home, by Joran, he responded immediately. How could he forget if his cell phone was used between 12-7am? Pretty simple question. Paulus, failed judge or whatever, was a lengthy resident of the island, with Dutch ancestory that placed him in the elite club, and had connections. Judge friends, regardless of HIS status as judge, and a supposed godparent to his child(Joran) and known,admitted super-duper close friend, Jan VanderStraaten, who happens to be police chief at the time, surely came in handy for Paulas.  A judge (staying at Sloot house) blocks/narrows, on the spot, a search warrant signed by another judge. JanVDS, chief of police, removed himself from the case a week or so into it (based on recollection) - how convenient - then later returned back on the scene. Paulus' helper system grew as their precious tourism dollar became threatened internationally. The police and tourism board are in bed with one another. They are literally one in the same. The only difference between the two are their uniforms. This case grew into an us(holloway/twitty) vs them(Aruba and its citizens) game.

Spiked drink/alcohol/drugs take effect.
Driving around, secluded spot(s). Sexual contact? Natalee dies.
Sighting at racquet club = Boys talking it over. PVDS is called.
Paulus immediately begins helping out. Picks up Joran.

Safe haven forms. Governement and whole country vows to protect tourism.

Do you still have your horses?  I have 2 old girls; a 29 year old QH, and a 23 year old appy, and a blind older than dirt appy pony, and finally a nice Trakehner/QH mare that is actually rideable (well not completely, we are still rehabbing a bowed tendon.  It's been a long 7 months.)

I was on SM earlier tonight searching the missing children thread.  There is a women who used my home address to enroll her child in the school district I live in.  I have filled out a police report, but they didn't do anything.  She has a state ID in my address, a car registered in my address, her insurance policy, a bank account and I keep getting addtional mail and accumulating more information about her.  I just received a bill from her day care center today, and I found out her child's name.  I did an internet search, and I found out that there was an Amber Alert on this child in 2007!  Obviously he was found, since they are using my address now.  I didn't find him in the missing person's thread on SM.

No, sadly, I don't have horses any longer. I had to give up the animals, including my sheep, goats, etc due to medical issues. Just can't keep up with it all. However, there is a lovely QH mare that belongs to my neighbor that uses my pasture now. I just love her.  Of all , I do believe that Quarter Horses are my fav. I think at this point in time, the only horse  I could handle would be an old "school horse" . Old and slow, just like me!  ::MonkeyHaHa::

Private Investigator Continues Search for Natalee Holloway

 Aruban official says a private investigator will continue scouring a pond for signs of missing U.S. teen Natalee Holloway, even though he has not found any clues into her 2005 disappearance.

Ruben Croes, president of the Aruba Search and Rescue Foundation, said investigator Fred Golba told him Tuesday that he "hasn't found anything of interest" in the drained pond and plans to search for another week.

The agenda was to plant the remains in the pond and ... thereby only implicating Joran in the disposal and ... Paulus after the fact.

Yanno, if you all look at the "official time" line in this case, there is nothing - nothing to say anyone was near that pond. Not ever.

To me it's still the same - left CnC at 1:08 am - went up the street (mostly to Choose A Name) and to the Sloot house. Arrival at 1:40am - from there - well, thats where "something bad happened". Predators ALWAYS take their prey to a locale THEY KNOW.

I have an idea - release the Dutch interrogation tapes if Joran is soooooo innocent. I bet THAT says it ALL. You and I won't need anymore. Neither would anyone else.

I hope that the Persistence has not done all of this work and gone to all of this expense only to have gotten itself into an arrangement whereby Aruban divers are the ones who actually verify the targets and are the first ones to physically retrieve evidence, with no American divers physically with them. If so, all I can say is I just can't believe this has happened. But surely I am wrong.

Either something grand has happened or something mighty dirty just happened. You don't spend that much money to identify targets that you are not going to search. Why get Beth and Dave's hopes up, find probable targets allegedly, and then go, with very little warning, oops, we cannot afford to search afterall? Why does Chaney fly in at midnight the day before the Persistence pulls out? Coincidental? Silveti and Chaney are both active in the Houston area. Bush and Silveti the same plus the same business interests. Why Ocean EX would interject himself in the cage as he did last night? Why is Joran suddenly in a mental hospital?

And now that they have identified the locations of the targets, with the Aruban police force on board, they are retiring from the search, with guess who now in the know. And what is funny, is it was Oceans Ex fear that we might give some secrets away. Hell, the coverup people already have the secrets, first hand from the horse themselves.

Something grand had to have happened. If not, then this was the cruelest hoax of yet.

What kills this investigation is people having to come into it, wanting to apply basic investigatory protocols into place, and then having those channels sabotage the new evidence that the new players discover. Of course, as is happened everytime in this case, the new people eventually come to a point where the manipulation of the evidence is undeniable, but by then the fruits of their work are gone, and there is simply another member of the believers of the cover up group. I don't believe that Kyle or anyone else is allowed to review the case documents, according to the policy of the prosecutors office. I thought the beauty of the Persistence is that they were to do a true grid seach mission which depends not on psychics or even tips from the authorities, and as such their work would be independent of the investigation. They were there simply to attempt to search a predefined area for Natalee's remains. So I am not sure why they have been lured into defending the work of the Aruban authorities or a discussion of the validity of the investigation as they are not knowledgeable as to the investigation, other than what they have been told by these Arubans. There are an awful lot of highly educated people who have been chumped by people of far less formal education. A well trained police force is not thwarted by a grieving mother and the media.

And Kyle, I by no means am being disrespectful, I think you are brilliant, sincerely. But I don't think your education or work experience has prepared you for a cover up by these types of people. And I think you may be severely underestimating the education, experience, and wisdom of the monkeys and other coverup believers. Don't let them make a fool of you.

If I understood Kyle correctly, and that would be that the Arubans retrieved and possessed all finds, not sharing anything with the crew, then that effort was a waste of time and effort. The only thing it could have accomplished was to locate additional evidence for the Arubans to destroy. I am not sure if that was the protocol out of Aruba's waters though. The effort was superb, but the game was fixed.

Where they have the red dot and searched?  That is not the pond that was searched, or is being searched. It is much too large, and there is no soccer field.  totally different layout. 

I have said this all along.

There are only two logical possibilities in the murder/complete disappearance of an intelligent young woman like Natalee:

1. A group effort that involves at least Joran and Paulus and likely more people and after that, massive incompetence by law enforcement and a massive cover-up for that as well as a massive cover-up for the involvement of more unsavory aspects of the way things work in Aruba in general.

That the house of cards has not yet fallen because one of the principal players or one with most intimate knowledge of the true facts has not yet come forward is unexplainable to me because even "fear" and "self-interest" and "greed" do not quite account for all these years of absolute stonewalling of Beth Holloway.

And the other logical possibility:

2. Joran never met Natalee, never knew her, never spoke to her, had no idea whatsoever who she is and thus, had no hand at all in her disappearance. This would explain years of digging and no convicting and no connecting Joran by anything other than his own words.

We already know that Number Two up there couldn't possibly be true. So what remains is that house of cards that will fall. Who on Aruba has the cajones to make justice happen? That's all that we are waiting for. I know and many people now know that Truth and Justice will not come from CAPS or his crew. So... who's next?

I forget number two a fast as the sun shines on my jewboy butt every mornin'. These cowards hide behind sovereignty like that third world scum they are. And they have the gall to say that are ENTITLED TO our hard earned vacation dollars that are getting harder to earn.

They will claim that the world economy is down and they always have a built-in excuse for the masses. What a sorry group of idiolectuals. (and yes I just did coin that word, one of many) ....

Kyle Kingman: I get done in the survey room backing up the ROV dive and head to the back deck to talk to the Polis divers and see what they sampled and see the Polis boat way in the distance heading away fast. John doesn't seem concerned at all, but I am very dissapointed, concerned, and burning inside because I have a feeling that I/we will never know what they took from the trap. That evening I talked to John asking when we plan on recovering the trap. Previously this was part of the talks and plan, but this time he doesn't seem concerned about ever looking into the trap further. After John verbally BASHED me about the trap for what I said to Tim Miller about the sand body-form and that I believed her skirt was under the sand, John pretty much committed himself to the belief the trap wasn't what we were after. This shocked me because it was exactly what we were looking for- a fish trap lost at sea with human remains.
 
Kyle Kingman:  I was told to move forward and to forget about the trap. I was told not to show anyone the images.

Kyle Kingman:  I personally do not feel we should disregard the trap or it's contents until we know how that trap got there and what the nature of its contents were IMO.

ARUBA – The Netherlands was sentenced to pay Alex Mathew 10.000 euro. Mathew is the man that beat up KIA-governor Ben Vocking in 2001. The
European Court for Human Rights considered Mathew’s complaint legitimate. Mathew said that he had spent the biggest part of his sentence in isolation under inadmissible detention circumstances.

Mathew had battered the then prison governor to such extent that he had to spend a long time in the hospital and he could not return to his job. After the incident, Mathew was put in isolation for seven months. The Common Court of Appeals had already taken these aggravating circumstances into account and lowered the 5-year punishment to 3.5.

The European Court is of the opinion that the isolation period was too long. Besides, the cell he was in didn’t have adequate protection against weather conditions. He couldn’t reach the recreation- and airing place without hurting himself physically. As Mathew was in a wheelchair, the Court indicated that he could have been transferred to a more adequate prison in another part of the Realm.

The sentence has raised many questions in the Lower House. Was there an investigation done on the circumstances in the KIA? The ministers in question indicated that the KIA will be adjusted so that the isolation cells do no longer have to be used as such. The Netherlands has contributed with 25 million Aruban florins to the renovation of the KIA.

EDWARDO "ALEX" MATHEW is a U.S. permanent resident and Dutch national who has been unjustly detained and threatened with deportation by the Department of Homeland Security. But his family and friends in Providence, R.I., are fighting back, forming the Committee to Stop Deportations and Detentions.

Alex's wife, ARIANNA IANNUCCILLI-MATHEW talked to SHAUN JOSEPH and BRIAN CHIDESTER about the couple's experience. Shortly after this interview, Alex was moved from the Suffolk County, Mass., jail to the Buffalo Federal Detention Center.

WHO IS Alex Mathew?
HE WAS born in Aruba and lived there for a while, and in the Netherlands. We've been married for 11 years.

In Aruba, he was involved in politics. He owned a few businesses, including a security guard company and a nightclub. He also had a telecommunications license from the government to open a phone company in Aruba in 2001. This was rare because there were few such licenses awarded by the government.

Following the takeover by a new government, Alex was politically and racially targeted, and unjustly and inhumanely incarcerated.

While he was in jail, he was abused and tortured. We submitted all the evidence to the European Court of Human Rights, the most influential human rights court in Europe. His case was accepted by the court, and he won. The court decided that the Aruban authorities had violated Article 3 of the Convention on Human Rights.

It was a landmark case, because no one from the Netherlands had won a case in that court. Because he won that case, the cases in Aruba could be reopened on appeal. They are still pending.

So in 2004, once he was released from the Aruban jail, he came here to the United States, legally on his visa waiver. We had a baby, and he opened a granite company. He was making a life here in the United States.

He was still involved in some things in Aruba. He helped with the elections last August, and he tried to run his own campaign for the depressed town of San Nicolas, in an oil refining area in Aruba, and against the oil refinery.

My husband's the type of person who will stand up for his rights and for other peoples' rights as well. For this reason, he rubs people the wrong way. They feel he's Black, so he shouldn't have a voice. He is a caring person who would give you the shirt off his back.

He has his business here, we own a home and an office building, he has his friends here, his son and me. We were making our life here.

MOST AMERICANS think that immigrants who marry citizens automatically become citizens themselves. What was the process like of applying for Alex's permanent residency?

BECAUSE WE didn't know how to do it, we went to a service that supposedly knew what paperwork to fill out. We explained my husband's situation to the woman who ran the service, and gave her all the appropriate documents.

We explained that he had been in jail in Aruba, and that the U.S. government knew this because they had sent several letters on my behalf, inquiring about my husband to the government of Aruba. She explained that the U.S. government was not concerned if he had been in jail outside the U.S. She filled out the paperwork and typed everything, and we went one day to sign the paperwork.

My husband got different letters in the mail to go for fingerprints, then his work permit, and then we went for the interview. The interview went well. The interviewer asked us some questions about our marriage and about my husband. But interviewer said in court that she did not ask all the questions on the I-485 form, nor did she ask them verbatim--she paraphrased the questions. She asked my husband if he had ever been arrested, but didn't specify inside or outside the U.S.

We were under the impression that the question only applied to inside the U.S, and she didn't clarify it. Finally, she stamped his passport, and we got his green card.

DESCRIBE THE incidents that led to Alex's problems with Immigration and his detention.

ON NOVEMBER 5, 2005, he was returning from a trip to Holland, and he was pulled aside at Logan Airport in Boston by Customs. He was asked if he had ever been in jail in Aruba. He told them yes. They came back with some paperwork and said there was a discrepancy, and that he was being paroled back into the U.S.

U.S. Customs took his green card and passport, and gave him a notice to report to the customs office in Providence to explain the situation, so he could get back his green card and passport. We went to the CBP [Customs and Border Patrol] office on several occasions, and each time we went, they said they didn't have the documents. They kept postponing the appointment.

Then we got another letter to go to the immigration office on May 9 to complete "the deferred inspection," and we thought he was going to get his green card back. They took him in a room and shackled him and arrested him. We never got a chance to explain the situation.

When he was paroled back in the U.S., every time we went to the customs office, we asked if we could bring an attorney, and they told us he was not entitled to an attorney, because of his parole status.

He's been in jail since May 9,2006. They've beat him up, violated his rights, denied him due process and tortured him at each of the prisons immigration has placed him in.

My husband is a civil/administrative detainee, not a criminal detainee. He is being accused of lying on his application, because the incarceration in Aruba can't be used against him to deport him or even to detain him. So they have him in jail because they have accused him of lying.

WHAT HAPPENED after Alex was detained?

HE'S BEEN moved by immigration to four different facilities. At the Wyatt, they jumped on his back and re-injured a preexisting back condition. He has been denied medical treatment in one form or another at all four prisons. At the other three prisons, he has been called racial slurs, tormented and threatened by the guards. He's been denied access to his family via visits or phone calls.

He is currently at the Suffolk County jail, where he's been in segregation for over a month without just cause. My attorneys and I have written several letters inquiring about his strict detention, and they have not responded.

He is allowed out of his cell one hour a day in hand and foot cuffs. He hasn't been able to take a shower, because they let him out in full restraint, in a wheelchair. He hasn't gotten any fresh air because they don't take him out to get fresh air.

On his one-hour recreation, he usually calls me to let me know how he is doing. Some days, he is not allowed out of his cell at all. And they take him out at 8 in the morning, so even if he wanted to call the lawyer, he couldn't. By law, he should be able to at least call his lawyer every day, no matter what status they have him in.

It's been mentally, physically, emotionally, financially draining. My son hasn't seen his father in over two months. It's been horrible.

It's frustrating because we've written several letters to the government, the attorney general, congressional leaders and senators, President Bush, Immigration, and no one's responded. We've written most recently several letters the Suffolk County jail to find out why he's being tortured like this, and we still haven't gotten a response.

Immigration says they know nothing about his treatment--it's the county jails' decision to keep him in any status they feel necessary. We call the county jail to ask about his treatment, and they tell us they cannot give us any information, and we have to call Immigration to get information.

The Suffolk jail has severely mistreated my husband. They have violated his civil and human rights and denied him due process--they refuse to give us a reason for his segregation in writing. Now, instead of dealing with the problem, the superintendent of Suffolk jail, Mr. Horgan, has requested of ICE that my husband be moved to a new prison.

We feel my husband's inhumane and criminalizing treatment is an attempt by Immigration to put pressure on my husband, so he will not fight his case, and give up and go back to Aruba.

Immigration consistently claims that they don't know why he is in segregation, yet in court on the record, the Immigration prosecutor Richard Neville says he's in segregation because he was a kick boxer and assaulted a warden in Aruba. The jail can't tell us why he's in segregation, but the prosecutor can?

Obviously, there is communication between Immigration and the jail. We feel that Immigration told them he was a kick boxer. My husband has not kick boxed in over 13 years. It's Immigration that's doing this to him.

WHY IS the government trying to deport Alex?

THEY'RE ACCUSING him of lying on his permanent resident application. They're saying he lied on his application; if he didn't lie, they're saying they would not have let him in anyway.

They're really trying to deport him because he's Black, because he stands up for his rights, and because he had a good life here--they're trying to make an example. He has a business, he has an American wife and an American-born son. They're treating him like he's a terrorist.

I definitely think the way he's been treated and the reason this process has been like it has is because he's Black. If he were white, they would not take him into court with eight guards around him. And then at the next court date, they only took him in with one guard. My husband says he can't make sense of this whole thing.

WHAT'S NEXT in Alex's case?

THE JUDGE had given the prosecution several deadlines to meet in order to produce certified documents proving the accusations against Alex. They did not meet any of those deadlines, and the judge has still accepted the documents. I still don't think they're properly certified--the certificate that's supposed to be attached had the name of the person who's supposed to sign, but did not have their title--but he still accepted them.

The next court hearing is just to see if the judge will allow Alex to subpoena the witnesses that he wants in his defense. They are witnesses who work for Homeland Security. My husband doesn't think the judge is going to allow them to be witnesses.

I want to help my husband to get out of jail and prevent his deportation. I also want to bring awareness to Americans to show them what's happening to the immigrants and bring awareness to immigrants to show them they have to join together to stop the government from abusing them.

The government tries to make immigrants feel as if they are "lucky" to be here, so they take the abuse. We want to get an organization going to get more people involved--to help bring light to the situation so hopefully Americans will understand, because when I tell them the story, they can't believe it.

My husband is not the only one this is happening to. It's happening to a majority of immigrants, they're putting them in jail without cause. If we don't stop the unjust deportation and detention of immigrants now, it will eventually affect all immigrant families and American families.

HOW HAS this experience changed your view of the world?

IT'S MADE me realize that America is corrupt, selfish, and unfair--I thought Aruba was corrupt, but after this ordeal with my husband, I think America's worse.

I feel that there's so many injustices and that America thinks they can rule the world and interfere with every country, and with people's lives and families. America feels they can destroy lives and families, and there's no repercussion, yet they complain everybody hates them. I feel there is so much hatred toward America because of the way they treat human beings.

A witness coming forward after almost three years after the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and ... in February, 2008 ... Caps implies that a muddy Joran disposed of the 18 year old American in the pond.

Could it be that that in November, 2008 (see above) ... Caps realized that logic dictates that activity around the "dried" pond in May, 2008 would have revealed anything Natalee Holloway case related.

KYLE KINGMAN - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Kyle Kingman:  The bags were deliberately placed there after the divers sampled the contents. The bags were removed just after the ROV got out of the way when the divers took the samples to their boat.... and took off.

Kyle Kingman:  For Jan 7th, Eduardo wasn't on the boat, neither were any media, Tim Miller, or Tim Trahan.

Kyle Kingman: The Persistence had no divers on the 7th. Tim Trahan was our diver on the 30th-Dec, but he was out of the country at the time. The Aruban divers were on the police boat, dove from their boat, and returned to their boat.

Kyle Kingman: They were immediately whisked away by the Aruban police and not seen of again by us on the 7th. (March 11, 2008)

Kyle Kingman:  Remember, working in Aruban waters you are subject to their invitation. We did not have any of our people in the water. It was our ROV though recording the ops. I didn't agree to how it was but didn't have an option, nor was it my decision to be made. And yes, these photos should boggle your mind

Kyle Kingman: I get done in the survey room backing up the ROV dive and head to the back deck to talk to the Polis divers and see what they sampled and see the Polis boat way in the distance heading away fast. John doesn't seem concerned at all, but I am very dissapointed, concerned, and burning inside because I have a feeling that I/we will never know what they took from the trap. That evening I talked to John asking when we plan on recovering the trap. Previously this was part of the talks and plan, but this time he doesn't seem concerned about ever looking into the trap further. After John verbally BASHED me about the trap for what I said to Tim Miller about the sand body-form and that I believed her skirt was under the sand, John pretty much committed himself to the belief the trap wasn't what we were after. This shocked me because it was exactly what we were looking for- a fish trap lost at sea with human remains.

Kyle Kingman:  John is not a believer in the trap. He took ALE's word as gospel that it wasn't case related, yet never studied the videos or bothered to inquire further. He had plans on doing business with Aruba and in S. America and he didn't want to hurt any feelings by talks hinting at lack of complete trust and friendship. I did not feel the same and we had a major difference in opinion. He was the one who never pressed ALE to be completely open with us with the trap evidence. I would have forced them to. However, John was the one paying my invoices so I was forced to sit back and hope for the best.

Well, I am still seeing it today so don't think it is eye strain.

I don't actually get to use my computer very much.  All the time I have for it is spent updating, updating, patch, patch, patch and scan scan scan.

Then there is no time left.

Me personally.I will word it a bit stronger!Any forum that continues to entertain CapsLockGizard without calling him on his bullSh_T is not for JUSTICE FOR NATALEE HOLLOWAY..That is my opinion!You can not continue to listen to someone so full of Sh_T and not have it all over yourself...Posters have been provided with enough information in regards to CapsLockGizzard and what he entails..DISINFORMATION!!!
