Thanks Puzzler - only one typo (that I know of! LMAO) - I am getting better! LOL  The one I sent him had 3 - but I caught two before I sent it to my esteemed monkeys! 

Please, no nanners, but I just wanted to comment on something that's been in my head since listening to AD's and other people's interviews.  So many of Casey friends and the Grunds have said that something changed in Casey after she had Caylee.  Maybe Casey was 'nuts' before Caylee, but her friends saw a huge change in her after the baby was born.  But, and I know Casey has to be held accountable for what she did, of course, but just listening to the tapes of everyone now and hearing them say that Cindy was the leader in the home; she de-manned George, she would call Casey up when she was out with Annie, demanding to know where she was and when she's coming home and just seeing how Cindy is on tv...I can't help but hold Cindy accountable for a lot of this situation.  You see teenagers kill their abusive parent on some of these crime shows...them saying they just couldn't take the abuse anymore, well, it sounds to me like Cindy is a mental abuser and she took George's self-esteem from him and maybe did something mentally to Casey (no nanners!)....and Lee, man, when he talks he sounds exactly like Cindy.  He goes on and on and says nothing.  I am just seeing the mental abuse Cindy has put on her family.  And I can't help to think that she would have done the same thing to Caylee and didn't somebody say Casey didn't want Caylee growing up in that environment?  I thought I heard that.  But anyway, I just wanted to say, yes, Casey has to be held accountable for what she did, that's for sure and my opinion of her doesn't change, but Cindy, in my opinion, I think Cindy pushed so much that Casey learned how to lie  as to try not to get her mom mad when she was younger and then as she got older, she just continued lying.  I see that Cindy did not teach Casey how to be a young mother.  Instead, Cindy wanted Caylee for herself.  That was Cindy's first mistake.  And to tell Casey she was an unfit mother all the time and 'making' Casey be a  mom when she wanted to give the baby up for adoption...she set Casey up to fail from the get go.  Why didn't Cindy just adopt Caylee from the beginning, that way it would have freed Casey up to go do whatever she wanted to do and it would have given Cindy the child she wanted.  I really hope Cindy knows she had a huge part in Caylee's death.  Because I truly believes she does and I blame George too for not being a man and putting Cindy in her place.  By that I mean, override her decisions if need be, etc.  Okay, that's enough...I hope you all understand what I'm saying.

 I don't see a change in KC's behavior after Caylee's birth as much as I see an escalation of bad behavior. We know from her family and friends that she has always lied. Lee mentions that she has always lied without reason about even small things.We know that she lied to the Grund family about paternity before Caylee was born. She allowed Jessie and his family to bond with Caylee until the paternity test proved she was lying. Many people have suffered more abuse than KC did while growing up and they decide to live a different kind of life. This is where free will comes in. KC had every opportunity to make the changes for a productive life. Instead she chose the broad road that leads to destruction. Caylee paid for KC's choices with her life.

I also dabbled in the "Blues theory" and thought THAT is what the defence would be going for but it has holes..Many many holes...Monkeys had a field day with me!! HeHe

ALSO remember these friends are just going on what Casey has told them and we know it was all lies. I also suspect Caylee felt more comfortable with JOJO and Nan then with jerkwad who did nothing but play loud music all day and follow her around with a camera filming her every move. SILENTLY!!  CREEPY!!  Sometimes you can see that saying cheese is the LAST thing she wants to do.  Look at all the pictures!! I only had one child and yes we have bunches but what they did to Caylee is ridiculous.  It is obvious that Casey did not play much with her and was waiting for 5 PM to turn Caylee over to CINDY!!

Cindy I am no fan of and also believe she is in this up to her eyeballs but at least she offered Caylee some real LOVE as well as JoJo and for that I applaud them.
Remember Cindy is in her 50's and worked 5 days a week. I bet some days even though she LOVES Caylee that was the last thing she wanted to do is come home and tend to a baby BUT, she did it.
And George...HE should be responsible for his own manhood. While Cin was working he was doing what?? Who knows. At one point I thought maybe it was he who was looking up chloroform and neck breaking.

Blu..How are you??  Yes I also see it as established bad behavior escalating into out-of-control behavior and Cindy was right there demanding Casey get a job, take care of her baby, and be a productive member of society.  Keep a clean home and car and take care of family.
Is this abuse??   BTW..No one ever heard Cindy tell Caylee to call her mom. She did not!!   THAT was in Casey's other world.      JMO

Bar checks complaints about Casey Anthony's attorney

The Florida Bar is looking into Casey Anthony's attorney José Baez again. A Bar spokeswoman confirmed Tuesday that the inquiry involves private investigator Dominic Casey, who has worked for Baez and the Anthony family. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie. A month before Caylee's remains were found near her home, Dominic Casey searched for her body in the same area. In November, he told another private investigator that he got a tip Caylee was dead. The pair went to a wooded area on Suburban Drive but found nothing. Marti Mackenzie, a Baez spokeswoman, said in a statement that he "has done nothing unethical."

 Audio Interviews Accidentally Leaked In Casey Case

Meanwhile, veteran trial lawyer Cheney Mason said Judge Stan Strickland may decide the interviews can't be used in the prosecution’s case.

“Prohibit them from using any of that testimony or description of her reactions in trial in any capacity whatsoever. Suppress it to prohibit it from ever seeing the light of day in the courtroom for any purpose,” Mason said.
   
Mason can't predict what Strickland will do, but he can't imagine a mistake of this magnitude will sit well.

Strickland has already shown he is frustrated to both the prosecution and the defense in this case.

The judge was expected to rule on the audio files May 7.

A second recording, with Sgt. Billy Richardson, was also released by accident.

The defense has not commented on the release of the two audio recordings.
George, Cindy Anthony To Be Deposed Thursday

Casey Anthony's parent, George and Cindy Anthony, will be deposed in the civil case against their daughter by lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez Thursday.

The depositions will take place in the morning.

That fact that Casey knew the remains were Caylee's because she killed her and dumped her there like trash. Really, Casey, you're the trash, hun. Thank you, he has a cellulitis elbow
which can get bad and need surgery but thank god i am a over prot. mother and notice all marks on him, ever since hehad the samethig on knee and i didnt catch it in time and it got in his joint (at age 4) and teh had to do surgery, which it was a septic (sp ? ) knee. So saw the signs on elbow, and started asking him what happen and him snd his skateboard  ::MonkeyNoNo:: had a accident, last monday and wecleaned the little scratch well that doest always work, then it turned in to a hot red tumor looking thing and went from elbow to all up forearm and so even normal treatment on this little scratch i mean little ended up being cellulitis staph infection, then in ER my son passes out on the bsthroom floor, out of all places the bathroom floor, with IV in him... poor thing but that was just due to they wouldnt let him eat in case they had to do surgery so he hadnt ate at leaset 10 hours. so by the time they got us in a room @ 230 am(9 hours after first going to ER) i couldnt sleep!

I have invested my time into the Caylee Anthony case since she first went missing.  I was fooled, just as many others where, by this family and sympathized with them as well as did thousands of others.  Watching all of the coverage and seeing first hand the actions taken by this family is appalling, and I sit back and wonder "Where is Caylee in all of this charade?"  It is sad, but I believe not just Casey has threw her out as trash, but also her family has done so for the cash.
I watch other news programs now as I do not think that Channel 6 has enough sense to take you off of this case and put another investigative reporter on it since you seem to feel a connection to Casey.  I have watched you get hammered by media heads such as Nancy Grace, and while I do not always agree with her approach, she has been spot on with you.
I believe that you want to run an unbiased story and not pass judgement either way, but you have and you do each time you report with this case.  I speak with many people on a regular basis, solely about this case, and your name has come up, but as someone who is laughed at and made fun of.  It is unfortunate you have aloud your career to suffer based on a bad decision to side with this family, however do not worry as it seems you are not the only person they have brought down to their level.
I hope that Channel 6 pulls you from this story, you have absolutely no credibility.

Baez faces another Florida Bar investigation

The attorney for Casey Anthony is the subject of yet another Florida Bar investigation stemming from comments made by a private investigator who used to work for the defense team.

PI Dominic Casey, who worked for defense attorney Jose Baez until October of 2008, told investigators that during the search for Caylee someone told him not to call 911 if he found her remains.

The part of the interview where Dominic Casey explains who told him that has been redacted by the judge.

Now, someone has filed a Florida Bar complaint asking them to look into whether Baez was the one who gave Dominic Casey those instructions.

Baez's spokeswoman responded:

"Mr. Baez has done nothing unethical throughout the investigation and as Casey Anthony's defense lawyer. He and his counsel will respond at the appropriate time to refute any and all of untrue allegations."

The bar previously launched an investigation into whether Baez was unethically brokering a deal to sell her story.  He was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Media zap right to fair trial: To wit, Casey Anthony et al.

As one who represented Casey Anthony during negotiations on whether Florida would seek the death penalty, I think it's time that we evaluate the American media coverage of this hitherto unknown twentysomething single mother. Anthony is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie.

Why look at media coverage? Because she has the same rights under the U.S. Constitution as you and I do. And those rights are being disrespected and trampled in what may well be a permanent loss of not only her right to a fair trial, but yours and mine as well.

This case has become a witch hunt — a trial by media — and it has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. Casey Anthony is a moneymaker. Her case has become the subject of daily — sometimes hourly — national media coverage. The most minute details of the Anthony case can be discovered every night on cable TV and anytime, day or night, on any one of a growing number of Web sites. The fact that advertising dollars accompany most of this coverage cannot be ignored.

Our rights are being compromised because the same people who read the tabloids and follow the coverage for the latest tidbits on the investigation and prosecution of Casey Anthony will make up a part of the jury pool for her trial. And the more exposure on the Web and in the media, the less likely that jurors unacquainted with the case will be found.

Add to this the media suggestion, even invitation, to form judgments of the defendant's guilt or innocence, and the blatant disrespect of our constitutional right to a fair trial — and the presumption of innocence we should all hold dear — goes out the window.

When I voice this concern, people like Nancy Grace point to O.J. Simpson. He got coverage like no other criminal defendant in this country, much of it presuming his guilt, and he was found innocent. The trial by media didn't hurt him, they say.

However, no one mentions Richard Jewell. No one talks about Sam Sheppard or John and Patsy Ramsey. And they should.

Richard Jewell was an Atlanta security guard working during the 1996 Summer Olympics when he discovered a pipe bomb, cleared the area and called police. Initially hailed as a hero, Jewell was quickly vilified as a terrorist. He was ultimately exonerated and successfully sued several media companies. Eleven years later, Jewell died of heart disease at 44.

Sam Sheppard was a physician convicted in 1954 of the second-degree murder of his pregnant wife; his story became the basis of the television series The Fugitive. The media bombarded the case from the moment the murder was discovered. Sheppard spent 10 years behind bars before his conviction was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, based upon his trial by media and the denial of his due process.

John and Patsy Ramsey were exonerated just last summer by Colorado authorities after their trial by media. In 1996, their daughter, JonBenét, 6, was found beaten and strangled in the family's basement in Boulder. The Ramseys blamed an intruder for her death; the media targeted the parents. No one was ever charged in the case, and Patsy Ramsey died of ovarian cancer in 2006 at age 49.

Even before Google, cable news or blogs, the possible juror prejudice resulting from overzealous media was serious enough that the Supreme Court heard the Florida case. In Murphy v. Florida, Thurgood Marshall wrote: "If the 'general atmosphere in the community
or courtroom is sufficiently inflammatory,' the community can be so influenced against the defendant 'as to impeach the indifference of jurors who displayed no animus of their own.'"

This is exactly what we must consider in high-profile cases: Has the community been so influenced by media coverage that there can be no possibility of separating the merely informed juror from the juror who has already decided guilt or innocence from public "facts"?

This is not an issue of adjudicating guilt or innocence. Our constitutional right to due process — our right to a fair trial — is being weakened by the commercial incentives of media witch hunts exemplified by the Casey Anthony case. We need to recognize and stop this attack upon us all.

A Miami lawyer hired by Casey Anthony's defense team gave prosecutors a report Wednesday outlining arguments on why the single mother accused of killing her child should not face the death penalty.

The 30-page packet highlights problems with some of the evidence and describes how aspects of Anthony's case do not fit the state criteria for the death penalty -- a sentence reserved for the worst of the worst homicides.

It touches on Anthony's erratic behavior after her daughter's birth that suggests signs of emotional or mental distress. The report ended with pictures of Anthony during happier times, as a child surrounded by her parents and her brother.

"Casey Anthony is a unique individual. A close inspection of her case clearly supports not filing a notice seeking death," attorney Terence Lenamon wrote in a report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel

If you live in Florida and are under the laws of the Sunshine Law most definantly!  Just because the media has exercised their rights to this information and published it does not mean they could not have with other cases as well. 
For a person who claims that the media is using this as their cash cow, you sure jumped on the band wagon to cash in yourself by signing on to this case, writing about this case, and involving yourself now just as the media has done.  If you want to talk about the media cashing in you sure as hell better mention Baez cashing in and his need to bring in headlining attorneys to do his work for him since Judge Strickland no longer is allowing him to leach off the prosecution.

One thing I will say on this, the Sunshine Law, though interesting because one gets to see and read all these docs, but you can bet on it that there will be changes coming on this law. I have never seen anything quite like this before, and I suppose one might question about receiving a fair trial.

Cindy and George Anthony are scheduled to give depositions on Thursday in the civil suit case filed by Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.

George and Cindy's daughter, Casey, claimed that a woman sharing the same name as Gonzalez took her daughter, Caylee Marie, last June. After months of searching for the missing toddler, her body was recovered in a wooded area near her grandparent's home in East Orange County in December.

They will be deposed separately at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the Morgan & Morgan Law Office. The depositions are not open to the public, but transcripts of their interviews are expected to be released afterward.

Lee Anthony, Casey's brother, already gave his deposition in the case. His taped deposition lasted approximately three hours.

The reactions (or lack thereof in some instances) has really hit home for me.  I was furious from the George story about "she is good" and backed away from the internet until I calmed yesterday. 

Late yesterday there was an amber alert issued close to me.

This was a shock as we are in what was assumed a very safe rural area where I have never locked my house or my vehicles let alone even worried about crimes that happen further south and in more populated areas.

The amber alert was issued for a 6 month old.  This baby's mother had driven to the the elementary school to pick up her other children, left the baby in the car seat while she stood outside of her vehicle waiting for school to be let out.  A young male jumped in her vehicle and stole it with baby inside.  Within a very short time an amber alert was issued.  Though we are a good two hours from where this took place it was still far to close for us. 

Other parents from the school grabbed their kids and started driving around looking for the vehicle.  A description was given via media of the vehicle and people left work early to go check their farms and the rural roads up here.  My own family took drives out to our fields, dug outs and remote roads to see if by chance he had driven up here.

The mother was distraught as well as other parents from the school yet they also helped search and acted appropriately.  Some three hours later the vehicle was found in a nearby city as it had been abandoned in an alley with child unharmed.

The media tried to interview the mother and her only response was that she was going to see her child and to get the hell out of her way.

Though everyone reacts differently and the magnitude of the reactions will vary, the reactions by this mother was what I would expect from any caring mother who's child has truly gone missing.  This too close to home incident has me in a different place now with the whole Anthony case.  Justice for Caylee is what I will be focusing on instead of the despicable sideshow that I am sure God is focusing on.

Has anyone every noticed that in Caylee Pics, the ones before March she smiles laughs and has a twinkle in her eye innocence but starting in march the pics of her her face changes the twinkle is gone she seems so sad and her eyes have dark circles under them and she seems like she had started being abused or drugged locked in the trunk so I feel that Casey had been doing something drugging her since march and locking her in the trunk or car for hours its just not right. Has anyone else noticed the way the baby looked??

From the videos and various pictures of Caylee I noticed a lack of joy on her face and in her eyes as she got older. Towards the end, she appeared very wistful to me. So sad. Somebody was stealing her childlike joy.

Caylee Anthony:Will You Ever Get The Justice You Deserve?

Caylee Anthony disappeared from the face of the earth sometime in mid June 2008. The last person to see her alive is her mother, Casey Anthony who claims she dropped her daughter off on her way to work one morning at the Nanny’s and when she returned to get her that evening there was no one there. Now that alone could be believable but once facts and stories started to unfold in the case it was quite apparent that Casey Anthony’s stories were impossible to believe. She lied about working at Universal Studios and kept lying until she was cornered and forced to tell the truth.

Casey didn’t do what a normal mother of a two year old child would do when her daughter went missing. Instead of calling the police or 911 or anyone for that matter, to report Caylee being gone, she went on about her life as though everything was normal according to her friends. She told the cops 31 days later when asked what was she doing all that time that she was doing her own investigating. That appears to be a lie also since dozens of photos came out showing Casey Anthony before and after the time little Caylee disappeared in places like a nightclub dancing on poles and doing things like rubbing up against another woman and giving a lap dance to someone. She was also caught on camera during a shopping spree at target using a check that she allegedly stole from her ex-best friend, Amy. When she went to the check out there was nothing in that basket for her daughter. I think about it and I don’t ever remember going on a shopping spree without coming out of the store with a stack of things for my kids.

Eventually after evidence built up against Casey Anthony she was arrested for the murder of her daughter. A grand jury handed down an indictment for first degree murder for Casey which means she would no longer be eligible for bail. Casey insists that she is innocent and someone she called the Nanny, Zenaida Gonzalez is the one that has her daughter.

BNN has been reporting on this case from the beginning and I have yet to see Casey Anthony shed one tear for her daughter. I saw her crying twice on TV and the first time for that was when she found out the bail was set so high that she wouldn’t be able to get out of jail and the second time was when they were about to arrest her again after the indictment against her was handed down. I have cried more tears over this case than she seems to have. She lives in luxury in jail eating her choice desserts and she gets to buy toiletries to make her smell all good, which I assume is for Jose Baez since she certainly isn’t able to mingle around in jail with the other inmates.

When Casey was arrested for the first degree murder, Kathie Belich from WFTV-Channel 9, said that Casey was cool as a cucumber as she sat and joked around with the detectives from the FBI and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Belich claimed that Casey was more interested in the media coverage that her missing daughter.

Leonard Padilla was having divers dive to try to find Caylee and once they found a bag and everyone panicked wondering if they had actually found Caylee’s body. When Casey heard about it in jail she didn’t react at all. Why? Because she knew that baby wasn’t in that river. She knew they were searching in the wrong place.

In December a meter reader with Orange County, Roy Kronk, discovered a bag on an empty lot that had been flooded during the search in August for Caylee. The amazing part was that the bag was discovered not far, I believe it was like less than ¼ of a mile from the Anthony home. When Casey heard the news and where the suspected remains of her daughter were found she started hyperventilating and asked for medication. She reacted this way before anyone even positively identified the remains as that of Caylee Marie Anthony. As luck would have it, her reaction was caught on camera so it isn’t her word against a jail guards.

Now it is the beginning of April and Casey Anthony is still claiming she is innocent and her sleazebag attorney is still claiming to believe she is too. I guess he is hoping that the public will eventually believe his line that Casey is waiting for her day in court to tell her story. He claims that once it comes out we will all sit back and say “Ahh, now we understand” I say “YEAH RIGHT”.

Yesterday videos, and taped interviews were released by the state to the public. One video that was released showed Casey in the room where they were questioning her. While waiting we see where she fiddled with her hair, she pulled her shirt down as if she was trying to make some cleavage show for the detectives, she played with her fingernails. The main idea is that she just wasn’t the typical mother that had just been arrested for killing her own child.

Also in the evidence released was a videotaped conversation between Casey Anthony’s brother, Lee Anthony and her ex-boyfriend, Tony Lazzarro. The investigators asked Lazzarro to get Lee talking. We can hear in the video where Lee wonders why his sister has lied so much since she was in middle school. “If she’s deceitful, she’s doing it for… you know I can’t even say that,” Lee said. “I’m trying to think. Does she really only do it to better herself? Or does she even say white lies just to do it… Sometimes she lies to lie.”

I also heard today that the attorney’s hired by Zenaida Gonzalez for her defamation case are asking the judge in the civil case against Casey Anthony to hold the private investigator, Dominic Casey, in contempt of court. Dominic at one time worked for both Casey Anthony’s defense team and for George and Cindy Anthony. He was scheduled to give a deposition for the deposition case on March 25 but instead Dominic Casey hired himself a lawyer and didn’t show up for the deposition.

According to another private investigator, Jim Hoover that also worked for the Anthony family, Dominic Casey knew that Caylee had been dead a month before her remains had actually been found. He videotaped Dominic while he was investigating a house that was owned by someone with the last name of Gonzalez.

What is going to happen next in this case? What shocking news will come out next? Will Casey turn against everyone including her family and try pinning this on one of them? If so which one? And better yet would one of them be willing to take the fall for her? I suppose we will just have to wait until this case goes to court hopefully in October to find out. I am sure that we are all sitting around waiting for this so called shocking news that sleazebag Baez has been trying to tell us that we will find out when Casey gets her day in court.

I don't think I can totally agree with you on this except that Cindy is manipulative, conniving and controlling, she also lied to police and everyone to save her daughters a$$. Cindy spent her whole life covering for her skank of a daughter and when slore finally started her shenanigans with non-family members it was only a matter of time before she was caught and she would show her true colors to the world.
Cindy was the glue that kept this dysfunctional family whole, from non-working Georgie to her mentally deficient son and on to her sociopath daughter. Admittedly, to hold this all together would take a very strong personality with some rather unfortunate negative traits, which she has in SPADES.
However, I believe Casey was bad from the beginning and nothing her mother did or didn't do was going to make it better, the beotch IS what she IS.
Her mother failed to get KC the help she needed, she allowed her to rule the home in tandem with her and never let her real world actions have any logical consequences. I don't believe she wouldn't adopt Caylee, I think KC couldn't let her under any circumstances be the mother to her child, she was too jealous. Yes she is underhanded, domineering, untruthful, she also likes obfuscating facts and money grubbing too but Cindy also had a $hit load of problems and she was forced to shoulder them alone.
I don't defend her actions I think they are reprehensible, but Cindy is just doing what Cindy has been doing from the beginning, trying to save her pathetic family from everyone and everything, no matter what the cost.
I think Cindy should be held responsible for anything she has done but not for what happened to Caylee, as bad as her daughter is she could never have expected this outcome.  I blame KC 100% for that.
I also wonder how many time KC didn't come home and her mother had to call her, lets face it if Cindy was the main breadwinner and KC didn't come home who was going to pay the bills if Cindy couldn't work?.  If George worked only sometimes and KC never, then Cindy was only thinking ahead, doesn't seem like anyone else cared. I have invested my time into the Caylee Anthony case since she first went missing.  I was fooled, just as many others where, by this family and sympathized with them as well as did thousands of others.  Watching all of the coverage and seeing first hand the actions taken by this family is appalling, and I sit back and wonder "Where is Caylee in all of this charade?"  It is sad, but I believe not just Casey has threw her out as trash, but also her family has done so for the cash.
I watch other news programs now as I do not think that Channel 6 has enough sense to take you off of this case and put another investigative reporter on it since you seem to feel a connection to Casey.  I have watched you get hammered by media heads such as Nancy Grace, and while I do not always agree with her approach, she has been spot on with you.
I believe that you want to run an unbiased story and not pass judgement either way, but you have and you do each time you report with this case.  I speak with many people on a regular basis, solely about this case, and your name has come up, but as someone who is laughed at and made fun of.  It is unfortunate you have aloud your career to suffer based on a bad decision to side with this family, however do not worry as it seems you are not the only person they have brought down to their level.
I hope that Channel 6 pulls you from this story, you have absolutely no credibility.

If you watch that clip Casey gets a dismissed look on her face when Caylee playfully bites back.   You can see by Casey's display here that she is trying too hard to get attention from her parents thru Caylee but once again it was all about Caylee to them.  It kills me that those may be the shorts Caylee's remains were found with.  Casey's hair is still short there so resentment & spite was building at this point, I do not believe she killed Caylee spontaneously or accidentally. albeit I do believe her fight with her mother was the last straw.   If Casey did what most of us suspect, I  happen to agree with the law regarding drugging or forcing a toxic substance on a child for any reason whatsoever is an aggravating assault upon a minor.   The act inandofitself is a crime & purposeful knowing the risk of serious bodily injury or death can occur - if death occurs it is indeed murder.

I wonder how many times BC will instruct them not to answer a question or they will invoke the 5th.................or just out and out lie!!

If you really want their attention you write to their sponsors and CC in the editor.  Nothing hurts like losing sponsorship ($$$$$$$) because viewers are leaving.  Some sponsors may not wish to be associated with the an image which is not reflective of the product they are pushing.

I would anticipate quite a few & it will be frustrating.  Those questions will be certified & it will be ruled upon by the civil judge as to whether they will be compelled to answer all or any of the questions they refuse/decline to answer at the time of the deposition.

Yes Sunny, and we will be hearing a ruling in the near future as to whether Dominic Casey will be held in contempt and/or when he will be compelled with or without counsel present to take his deposition in the civil case.  Morgan's office filed both motions.

In a newly released transcript and recording of a law enforcement interview with Anthony's ex-fiance Jesse Grund, Grund claims Anthony told him that her brother Lee had made sexual advances towards her.

"Uhm, Casey uh, and Lee were at the house alone together and Casey, and Lee attempted to have sex with her," Grund said to investigators on Sept. 8, 2008. "My impression was that somehow he was trying to pressure her into it somehow."

Grund said the incident took place in September 2005 before Anthony's daughter Caylee was born.

Rumors have long been rampant on the Internet that Lee Anthony was Caylee's biological father. There even has been speculation that the name "Cay-Lee" was a combination of Casey and Lee's names.

Evidence documents released earlier this year reveal Lee Anthony was ordered by the FBI to undergo a paternity test, which came back as negative, showing Lee was not Caylee's father.

But now, Grund's statements might add to the rumors that there was more than a brother-sister relationship between Casey and Lee Anthony.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter Caylee, who was reported missing last summer. Caylee's body was found in December 2008 not far from the Anthony family home in Orange County.

Also in his interview, Grund is says Lee Anthony said his sister and their mother, Cindy Anthony, had a violent fight that led Casey Anthony to leave the home just before Caylee was reported missing. Grund, however, said Casey Anthony never mentioned the fight to him.

Gonzalez, whose name Anthony used for the babysitter she said had taken Caylee, is suing Casey Anthony for defamation. She says that Anthony's false claims damaged her reputation and ability to get a job.

I realize your desire 'go after' a story in this very high profile, disturbing, multifaceted case. However, a story that is true and factual would be a better representation of your reporting skills, than the one-sided stories that you have been responsible for feeding the public. One sided being that of the Anthony family.

The boat! Oh yes...the boat!  A perfect opportunity to ask George Anthony if he knows of one search KidFinders has been involved in? I can answer that for you....NONE!   Or ask George how many times he or any of his family....extended family included, joined in any of the searches for Caylee. All they did was stand in the shade selling tee-shirts and bracelets, or George drove around with a billboard. Neither of these actions contributed to a search for Caylee...alive or deceased. Why are they aligning themselves with a questionable organization, run by a felon?

It is time for you to get tough or get off the case and allow someone who is tough to get the REAL news out to the public. I will no longer be using Channel 6 as my 'go to' station for news on the Caylee Anthony case, until/unless you decide to stop being a supporter of the Anthony's and become a supporter of  Caylee and the TRUTH.  This little child rotted in a swamp while her mother was out partying and her grandparents were out collecting money for searches that never happened.....not from their court.  It is time, no past time for you to stand up and be a voice for Caylee!!  Stop the fluff reporting or turn it over to someone who can and will seek out TRUTH and Justice for Caylee.

But Jose Baez isn't alone. Eyewitness News also confirmed Wednesday that another lawyer wrapped up in the case is under investigation by the Florida Bar.

Brad Conway is the lawyer representing George and Cindy Anthony. Eyewitness News has learned Brad Conway was with Dominic Casey when Dominic Casey gave investigators information that Judge Strickland later determined was privileged to the defense. Eyewitness News is still working to find out the exact complaint in Conway's investigation.

I agree with you...although...while reading and agreeing, I did have another thought....

what if - Cindy just wanted a grandchild and she didn't want KC to abort or give away her grandchild (how would most people feel if they knew in advance that their grandchild was going to be done away with?)

and...so, Cindy tried to make KC do the right thing and bring her child into the world and the grandparents would help.

along the way...Cindy realized KC didn't want a kid and, since it was her grandchild, Cindy became very protective over the child even before it was born.

I can understand wanting your grandchild.  BUT when the child was here....from day one...it was a fight.  What do you do then?  Just saying....maybe there's more to this book than the cover.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Jose Baez has been investigated by the Florida Bar before, but now sources tell Eyewitness News it's the judge in the case against Casey that's filed a complaint against Casey Anthony's own attorney.

Eyewitness News has learned Circuit Judge Stan Strickland is one of two people who have filed new complaints against Jose Baez. The Florida Bar says both investigations involve Baez's former private eye, Dominic Casey. He's the guy who was at the remains scene a month before detectives found Caylee.

LEGAL ANALYST: Bill Sheaffer On Judge Complaint

It's very rare for a judge to file a complaint like this, but all judges are obligated as attorneys to report possible violations.

There's speculation the complaints involve the private eye's claim he was told not to call 911 if he found Caylee's body. But, shocking as it might be, WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says calling 911 could've gotten Casey Anthony's defense team in trouble.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland would not talk to Eyewitness News about his Bar complaint against defense attorney Jose Baez. Sheaffer, who served on a Bar grievance committee, told Eyewitness News the complaint would not automatically disqualify Strickland from the case.   It absolutely wont

Casey Anthony would have to make a strong claim that it jeopardizes her right to a fair trial, but Sheaffer wouldn't advise it.

"Casey Anthony should think long and hard before she files a motion to recuse Judge Strickland from this case because there are a lot of other judges out there that are less tolerant and patient with her attorney than Judge Strickland has been," Sheaffer said.    Amen to that, nor will he be recused

Dominic Casey told detectives he would've called 911 if he had found Caylee in November, but also that he was told not to call 911 by someone he apparently identified during an interview, which Judge Strickland sealed because it divulged defense secrets.

Sheaffer says no one is legally obligated to call 911 after finding a body and Casey's defense team would be legally obligated not to if it would incriminate her.

"He is prohibited by the rules of ethics from ever divulging that information," Sheaffer said.

Sheaffer leaves off something important here, if an attorney becomes aware of evidence that is directly linked to his client, he should retain counsel for themselves & have a third party represent what was discovered

Sheaffer said it would cost Baez his license and, for the justice system to work, it has to be that way.

"A client must know that there is one person that they can tell the truth to," Sheaffer explained.

Sheaffer believes the judge's complaint involves more than a defense instruction to Dominic Casey not to call 911. He says judges usually handle trivial issues with attorneys by holding contempt of court hearings in their own courtrooms.

But Jose Baez isn't alone. Eyewitness News also confirmed Wednesday that another lawyer wrapped up in the case is under investigation by the Florida Bar.    This would be Macaluso "Mac the Knife"

Brad Conway is the lawyer representing George and Cindy Anthony. Eyewitness News has learned Brad Conway was with Dominic Casey when Dominic Casey gave investigators information that Judge Strickland later determined was privileged to the defense. Eyewitness News is still working to find out the exact complaint in Conway's investigation.

This is not new news, listening to the LE interview you hear that Brad Conway was not only present but representing DC (I questioned the conflict of interest) as well as Thomas Luka, Lee's attorney - they share office space.

Just when you think the Casey Anthony case can't get more sordid, it does.

"Sexual allegations in the case against Casey -- a former boyfriend now claiming that Casey's brother, Lee, was pressuring his sister for sex," WESH-Channel 2 anchor Scott Walker said in opening the 4 p.m. newscast.

Yes, it was a sensational way to start the news.

WESH reporter Amanda Ober turned to a newly released recording of a law-enforcement interview with  Jesse Grund, Casey's former fiance.

Grund told detectives that Casey told him that she didn't feel comfortable with Lee being around her daughter, Caylee. Grund cited her reason: Lee attempted to have sex with her when they were alone at the house.

"I didn't have anything else concrete on it," Grund told detectives. "It was so vile and disgusting to me that I really didn't want to go any further into it."


Casey is accused of murdering her daughter, Caylee.

Ober put Grund's statements in context: He had called Casey a pathological liar, and she was the source of the allegations.

There's been rampant speculation that Lee might be the father of Caylee, but Ober reminded viewers that an FBI paternity test showed that wasn't true. Casey Anthony has said she had a one-night stand with Caylee's father, who later died in a car accident.

Her mother, Cindy Anthony, and father, George Anthony, are scheduled to be questioned under oath by attorneys representing Zenaida Gonzalez.

Keith Mitnik, one of Gonzalez's attorneys, said Cindy Anthony is a central person involved in the case. She spoke publicly about the nanny when Casey Anthony couldn't, he said.
The questioning will take place at the Morgan & Morgan law firm in Orlando.

O wait it could be a complaint against him too.   He is the Anthonys attorney & represented DC, thats a conflict.    OK here is something else that just crossed my mind talking to a non-monkey girlfriend on the phone to tell her about Judge Strickland bringing the bar complaint  (she's in the hospital & Ive been updating her).

Remember when Bozo went in court with an emergency hearing to have the defense team allowed on the crime scene BEFORE Caylee was identified?    Well, it occurred to me that Judge Strickland has to be now wondering why Bozo was so adamant about that & now hearing whatever evidence was brought to him about what Baez may or may not have said in the way of instruction to Dominic Casey back in November regarding knowledge of Caylee being dead & not reporting it to LE right away if they found her.  There has to be more than just hearsay that moved the presiding judge to file this complaint to the bar.    It is an ethical obligation, not a sign of prejudice I might add - its not cause to have him recused from the case.

Casey Anthony has another court date -- May 7.

Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland will hear arguments from her attorney, Jose Baez, on why the state should not release a video of Casey Anthony's reaction the day she learned a child's remains were found near her home.

Baez also wants the judge to stop the state from releasing any videos, audiotapes and interviews with corrections officers who may have heard any conversations between Baez and Casey Anthony.

Earlier this week, the State Attorney's Office mistakenly released two taped interviews of two corrections officers who described Casey Anthony's reaction on Dec. 11.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland -- the judge in the Casey Anthony case -- has filed a complaint against Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, WFTV-Channel 9 reported tonight.
It's very rare for a judge to file such a complaint with the Florida Bar, WFTV reporter Kathi Belich said in breaking the story at 5 p.m.

WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said the complaint wouldn't disqualify Strickland from the case and that Anthony would have to object. But Sheaffer advised against that move because other judges wouldn't be "as tolerant and as patient" as Strickland has been with Baez.

WKMG's Jessica D'Onofrio explored the audio interrogation of Amy Downing, Casey Anthony's former friend. Downing described Anthony as an overprotective mother who lied all the time -- "but no one ever called her on it," D'Onofrio said. Downing also recalled that Anthony has several breakdowns.

It does not mean Judge "Stan the man" Strickland would be recused from the case.   He is legally obligated to report any violations.  Its an ethical obligation to file this complaint, not a sign of prejudice.

I agree its for Brad "Conman" Conway, I made a new post on 15 to clarify.  There just happens to be one filed against Macaluso as well in California.

I knew it would get more and more convoluted as it gets closer and closer to the October trial date; however, it's still six months away!

Yes, unless it gets so bad that KC must get a new attorney.  I don't want that to happen, though, because the trial would be put off until 2010.

Cindy didn't know KC was pregnant until she was 7 months along. There is no way she could have aborted that baby that far along. So I don't think that would have been an issue, KC was pregnant and was having the baby. So abortion was not even an option.

Cindy tried to make KC do the right thing, keeping the baby and letting grandparents help? Cindy wanted control over KC and the baby. If Cindy wanted to do right for the BABY, she could have let KC give the baby up for adoption.

It was a fight from day one, and Cindy knew and KC knew from day one it would be a fight. But instead of doing the right thing for Caylee, they let Caylee be the pawn in their crazy hatred of each other. JMO JSM

 

i have always believed that just like in the oj case baez will be replaced with someone with far more trial experience before this comes to trial. in ojs case robert shapiro was pushed to the side as first chair by johnny cochran.

IMO, Cindy does have the problems you've express; however, I think that KC, too, had her own problems.  Once Caylee was born, she became the innocent between the two beasts.
Neither one, both Cindy and KC, just couldn't stop the fight.

I can see where KC would rebel against an over-bearing parent; I can also see where KC's actions, especially with the child, would cause an over-bearing parent to become more over-bearing.   

I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's understandable how both KC and Cindy could feel...anyone would...however, both of them seem to go way beyond what normal people do - now we can see the end result...it is what it is.

i have to respectfully disagree...cindy is the drama queen. casey is a stone cold sociopath and the blame rests squarely on her shoulders imo. no matter how odious i may find cindy i think trying to blame her or anyone else in hindsight does a grave disservice to caylee and lessens the severe gravity of what casey did.

Cindy is odious; however, IMO Caylee is dead because she was murdered by her mother, Casey.  Casey knew what she was doing. IMO it was a pre-mediated murder.  Casey took time and thought about it, she had no remorse that day or the day after or the next day or even 31 days later.  Grandmother is the one who called the police.  Casey wasn't even remorseful in the car when Cindy found her...Casey asked for what?  Another day!! She wanted to put off everything for another day!!!

I agree--more than a month.  More like sometime in 2010, unfortunately.  Now that Baez has this add'l. complaint against him, from Strickland himself, he might be off the case soon.  If so, I guess they'll get a new one from Florida.  I doubt LBK would want to contribute all her valuable time (*sarcasm*) to this case.  And that Todd Macaluso is under investigation too, so a new lawyer coming on board might delay things further.  Maybe, I don't know, just guessing here.

I agree with all of this, but I do blame Cindy for MAKING KC keep the baby. I'm sure KC thought about an abortion at first, but how could she pay for it? With mommy's credit card? You are right both sociopaths with one man in the house without the cajones to take care of the situation. Sad, so sad for poor Caylee. Had KC and Cindy not been sociopaths, then I truly believe they could have come to an agreement to give Caylee up for adoption.

Its a fair thing to contemplate when also considering how she was talking to Mark Hawkins so much out in California & even told his mother when she ran into her July 10th at Target (yes one of the days she wrote a check from Amy's checkbook) that she had told her mother she was planning a visit to see him (I dont think Casey told her mother this at all).   Casey's messages indicate that she was in significant contact with him from mid June thru July, including one that said "I have something to tell you that are not going to like."  (that might have had to do with something regarding Lee & I think it was Mark's sister that he previously dated).

OK heres another aspect of these new allegations against Bozo to the bar.   It could be an issue of contract.    Dominic Casey was originally under contract as a PI for the Baez law firm, there was a dispute & Baez reportedly let him go.  Dominic Casey then went under contract with both the Anthonys & Casey herself.   Bozo is NOT the Anthonys attorney, Dominic Casey is not under his employee in November.  There was a big brewhaha over "work product" & when who worked for who after Hoover exposed these visits to the Suburban woods, a month later to be a few feet away from where Caylee was actually found with items directly linked to the Anthony house and/or Casey herself.  Earlier I mentioned that Judge Strickland sees something hinky, I brought up that Bozo filing an emergency motion for the defense to be allowed at the recovery crime scene BEFORE Caylee was identified may be why "Stan the man" is questioning Bozo's conduct.    There has to be something more than a hearsay comment that Judge Strickland found it within his legal & ethical obligation to file the complaint.

I paused the JVM show when she was reading the presser from Baez new mouth:

"Mr. Baez has done nothing unethical throughout the investigation and as Casey Anthony's defense lawyer....

... he and his counsel will respond at the appropriate time to refute any and all of the untrue allegations"


SOOOOOO this means he has already hired a lawyer...ROFL  .There so has to be a lawyer shortage in Florida now.

Casey Anthony's former best friend spoke to investigators about time she spent with the Anthony family immediately after Anthony was released on bond the first time.
Annie Downing stayed at the Anthony family home on Hope Spring Drive in east Orlando for one night in the summer of 2008.

Downing told investigators that Anthony did not give her a good idea of what happened to Caylee Anthony, but Downing said if Anthony did kill her daughter, she would not have acted alone.
