P.I. files latest complaint against Casey Anthony's attorney

The Florida Bar confirmed that private investigator Dominic Casey filed the latest bar complaint against attorney Jose Baez, the Orlando Sentinel has learned.

Dominic Casey accused Baez of advising him to do something other than call 911 if he discovered missing Caylee Marie Anthony. Dominic Casey had searched the area where the child's remains were found several weeks earlier.

A portion of Dominic Casey's interview with Orange County and FBI investigators that may have included information about this incident was not released to the public and was reviewed by Judge Stan Strickland. The judge ruled that it would not become public information.

The contents of that interview has not been released.

What really disturbs me is when Caylee is mentioned, Cindy gets aggravated but I have not seen a real tear & natural reaction to grief yet out of her...she's too wrapped up trying to save her murdering slore & herself, infuriating and heartbreaking to witness.

Sunday is Easter, children all around the world will be dressed in their finest and going to Church.  After Church, they might hunt for Easter Eggs and have a chocolate bunny.  NOt Caylee though.  Caylee will be dressed in her gown of white.  She doesnt have time for earthly games as she shares the knowledge of what has been and what is to come.  Casey, you did THIS!!!!  Happy Easter Casey!!!!

The over exaggerated fits of anger are just that, very over the top.  They are not angered, they are putting on a show.  This show is to help cover up their lies and story discrepancies, the camera to document for future use and rehearsal.  We all have seen the evil of Casey, now we are seeing just where it all has come from....... she gets it honestly!

Hello every one!

I sincerely hope that you took time this week and will do so over the weekend to consider the reality of Passover, the sacrificial Lamb and what the Lord did for each and everyone of us.  But, most of all, consider what He did for you!!!

Now, before the sparks out there start a brush fire let me talk about a good friend of mine name William Staubs, aka Cobra.  It seems that when I mentioned the other night on Nancy Grace that Cobra was working with me to expose the people who are actively working to implicate my son Jesse, myself AND my wife in little Caylee's murder for the sake of FABRICATING REASONABLE DOUBT to taint the jury pool it set tongues in motion.  So, I figured I would do what I always do and just tell the facts.

I met Cobra on Tuesday February 10th at the Suburban Drive memorial for Caylee.  He was invited by Leonard Padilla and Leonard introduced him to me.  We hit it off and the next morning we got together for breakfast.  It was during this time that I told him what was going on with me and this effort to destroy my son and my family.  He offered to help me in any way that he could and as time went on and he began to see the evidence pile up he jumped into it with both feet.  Of course my brother Cobra is a big guy and big guys make a splash when they jump into things.  I tried to warn him that affiliating himself with me might put a bulls-eye on his back both naturally and supernaturally.  And, it did.

Then sometime during the second week of March someone who knew me because of little Caylee and from here reached out to me for help.  She had become friends with Crystal Sheffield (Haleigh's mother) and Marie Griffths (Haleigh's grandmother).  She told me what was going on and was there any way I could help them.  I asked Cobra to go up and speak to them to see if there was anything he could do.  I was supposed to travel up with him on March 11th but could not so he went without me.  I HAVE NOT ever been to Satsuma, Florida.  I may have driven through Palatka one time about ten years ago but at no time since Haleigh Cummings went missing, or for that matter EVER, have I been up to Satsuma.  I HAVE NOT participated in any searches nor have I done any fund raising for anyone involved. Unlike SOME  MEMBER OF A PARTICULAR FAMILY & FAUX CHILD FINDING ORGANIZATION who drove up there and tried to insert themselves into it and were told by local town's people that they were NOT WELCOME and to go home and GET THEIR OWN D**N LIVES IN ORDER.  That's a direct quote from an eye witness who saw it happen.  So, to the people out there saying otherwise - get your story straight or just admit you are a member of TeamCaylee (and I really hate having to write her name in regards to you but it's the only way to keep the spotlight on you) and get it over with. 

Before I deal with the RUMOR that we (Cobra, Art Harris and myself) are doing this for some big movie deal we have going I want to clarify one more point that Cobra will expound upon in the days ahead when he speaks about this.

Cobra reached out to a lawyer he knew in South Florida named Kim Picazio to see if she could help Crystal Sheffield.  He brought her into the case.  Cobra then called a journalist that he knew named Art Harris (artharris.com) to see if Art wanted to report the story.  His intent was and is to find Haleigh Cummings and figured that getting the story out there would help.  Now, get ready...here comes the big one...HE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF HIS OWN MONEY DOING IT!  He was not at any time working for Kim Picazio as has been reported.  He was not working for Crystal Sheffiield.  He was not working for Ronald Cummings even though Ronald tried to hire him; most likely to stop Cobra's investigation into Misty.  Cobra will fill in the rest of the blanks during his upcoming interview but I wanted to get that out there.

Now, to the movie deal...WHAT MOVIE DEAL?!  If there is a movie deal please tell me where it is so that I can see what the terms are, points and who is in what position, whether it's a back end deal, producers gross, net gross, just gross (that's not a real term I just threw that in there to see if you were paying attention) or whatever!!!!  There is no deal, never was.  Cobra did what he did because he has a righteous passion for children and wants to find little Haleigh.  I've turned down the possibility of two PAID INTERVIEWS with two rag newspapers over the last 9-months.  I DID NOT and WOULD NOT.  Art Harris is a journalist with his own FREE website.  It's what he does as a profession and I am sure somewhere along the line he hopes to get paid for his work.  How he does that is up to him but at this exact moment there is nothing in place to do that.  Before anyone gets offended by that do you think that any of the shows or news agencies are doing what they do for free?  They get paid to do it and their stations get advertising revenue.  Let's stop all the posturing and complaining about "profiteering" by these people.  Until you donate your time and your show gets air time for free it's a for profit effort.  So, here is what I say to the "people" out there running from forum to forum to blogs claiming we have a deal - get a name, get some proof and show it.  Put up or shut up!

That's a bold and blunt as I can put it.  Let's get back to the task at hand - finding a little girl named Haleigh Cummings that has been missing for too many weeks now.  There is more I'd like to say but it is an ongoing investigation and I will let Cobra say what he can for himself.

In closing, to those wonderful people out there who felt it their duty to do what they are doing to my family.  I gave you a chance to come clean.  I gave you a chance to do the right thing before the train left the station.  You didn't.  In fact, you arrogantly stepped up your diabolical efforts.  As I promised when it was time I would out you on national television.  BUT, the other night was just a teaser trailer.  The real show is coming soon to a TV set near you. 

Thanks again to all my friends here on My Space and who read this from where ever its reposted, as I know it does.  I appreciate your support for me and my family.  And, do not get distressed or angry over what you are seeing and hearing again these days.  I serve a Risen Savior and He takes care of His own.  He promised that nothing hidden would not be revealed.  I said that from day one and it has been true, has it not?  Sit back and watch the show He is putting on for us!

That was my question last night.  This is a legal proceeding and even Conway near the end said "this is getting out of hand".  Between her telling Morgan that he slandered her, purged himself and then called him a  B*stard can there not be any sanctions against Conway for not controlling his client or contempt charges be laid against Cindy?

The truth is if Cindy were in Zenaida Gonzalez's shoes she would not have done any of this, nope she would have done worse.  She would have sued for millions, screamed bloody murder in front of the camera every chance she had, and of course totally played up the roll of victim....you know just as she has done so far in this case.
How she can fault someone for doing that which she does herself?  Zenaida may not be the "10" that Cindy and George are looking for, but judging on what they consider to be lovely and right....in their book I would pray to be a "0".

What................  I was gone for 10 minutes and you've had a pretty remarkable facelift? 

Yup constant attempts to obstruct the inevitable with utter contempt.  George & Cindy constantly threatening to walk out was planned before they even got there, they had their backs against the wall before it began.  They are in panic mode yet again because recently they must have gotten word that Dominic Casey made the bar complaint which implicates at least Cindy - Im glad I called Morgan's office to make sure they were aware what she said during that second search warrant, no its on record that they lied.

Even their attorney couldnt object under the rules & he's going to find himself getting a word from the judge.   While some of the questions themselves may teeter on grounds to be compelled to answer, the manner in which they were objected to was improper on several occasions.  Additionally, an attorney can make an objection but they are not supposed to answer for their client.   O how I wish I was a fly on the wall to observe the civil judge, Rodriquez, IIRC when he views these depositions!

Good afternoon, Monkeys!  I'm behind again but wanted to say that I totally agree that this was a pre-planned attack plan at yesterday's depos.  I'm thinking that C&G are trying to make up for their feelings of guilt and their thoughts that they threw KC under the bus.  I'm also thinking that C&G's plan is that they can raise some doubt and that KC, when found guilty, might be found guilty to a lesser degree that murder one and not have to spend her entire life in prison.

On another thought...I finally got to watch George's depo very late last night (haven't had a chance to see Cindy's yet) and I found it VERY interesting that George was such a jerk and that kept building and building until they finally took a break after the attorneys said they were tired of it and would just take this to a judge.  After the break, there was George, answering ALL the question and acting more like the George we've seen in the past.  WOW....what happened during that 15 minute break?!?!

I concur!  I was amused at how Mr. Morgan kept schooling Conway on what was apropriate behavior and what was not.  I had to laugh at how taken back Conway was too that someone would actually question him in such a manner.  This is another reason why I think he plays up his disability.  Having someone snap back at him was not something he was accustomed too, he cowered at one point and then took the break to regain his "client" who clearly had gone off the reigns of sanity by that point.
Listening to him and then hearing and reading the laws and guidelines to a deposition through research on the computer I have to wonder if Conway has ever done a deposition before.
Cindy is going to be SOL as well, you noticed they changed tape a few times...she didn't change her camera tape as far as I can tell.

Anthony Lawyer Thinks Civil Suit Is Frivolous

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The attorney for George and Cindy Anthony spoke out Friday morning after the two were deposed in the civil lawsuit against their daughter, Casey Anthony.
During their depositions Thursday, both George and Cindy were combative and refused to answer questions. The woman with the same name as the supposed babysitter, who Casey Anthony says took her daughter, is suing Casey for defamation.

Appearing on network TV Friday morning, Conway said the lawsuit is frivolous.

"Nobody believed from the beginning, nobody believed at any point that, this lady had anything to do with the disappearance of Caylee Marie Anthony. So for her to claim that she was the focus of the investigation is ridiculous," Conway said.

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez said they may ask a judge to force George and Cindy Anthony to come back to answer questions they refused to answer.

I loved it when the attorneys told George that it appeared that Conway had not advised and prepared George well for his depo because George did not seem to understand that he had to answer the questions or could be called before the judge!  Guess we can assume that Conway had not prepared Cindy well either and so the 15 minute break must had done for her what it did for George.   ::MonkeyTongue::

Now I wasnt there of course but judging by what Morgan & his associates were saying when facing a combative George & interjecting attorney Id venture to say they had a lil private convo about being compelled to come back to answer and/or if he walked out he could face contempt charges.   There may have also been a showing of material that they had regarding George's previous sworn statements like they did with Cindy, those previous statements give the very ground for the civil attorneys to be able to ask questions related to that.   As I witnessed it, the questions were posed to George as considerately as possible & there was no justification for his accusations - granted George had to be uncomfortable BUT George & Cindy's idea of revel ency is far different than Zeneida's attorneys or for that matter the rest of the world.   The point was made yesterday, Casey could have ended this long ago & her parents did not have to assist her in keeping the cloud over this Zeneida's head, Cindy especially helped slander this poor woman.  All Casey needed to do was sign off on this Zeneida's picture as not being "Zanny" and admitting that she lied about anything related to Sawgrass Apts, she not only refuses to do so but she counter sued this woman!

Im here but not, last night into this morning we had a very bad storm, this morning my SUV suffered hail damage while parked in a parking lot so I was dealing with that & needless to say from that outdoor plumbing problem the yard is swamped again ...it had just dried out enough to the point that the property that had to get dug up could get leveled out & resolved...everyone due to get bad weather...take care & be safe - Ill check in a bit laters

Deputy Refuses To Accept Termination Over Response To Call

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The deputy who investigated a call for service from the man who ended up finding Caylee Anthony's remains was fired by the Orange County Sheriff's Office, but he refused the termination and will keep his job until an appeal is heard.

An investigation of Deputy Richard Cain, regarding his response and investigation of a call for service from Roy Kronk on August 13, 2008, found his response to be "unsatisfactory" and "additional effort should have been expended by him to exhaust the findings of the call," the report released from revealed.

Deputy Cain testified on December 18, 2008 and again on January 14, 2009 and the investigation deemed his testimony to be "untruthful."

The resulting punishment for his actions is two-fold, according to the sheriff's office. Cain is to receive 160 hours suspension without pay for "Unsatisfactory Performance" and termination for being untruthful.

However, Cain didn't accept the termination and is fighting the recommendation. He gets two appeals. If he loses the first appeal, he'll be fired immediately. A second appeal would be heard after his termination.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office told Eyewitness News it could be weeks before a ruling on the first appeal in Cain asks for an extension. If he doesn't, it could be a week or two before a ruling.

Deputy Cain was assigned to the supply section by the sheriff's office pending the appeal he has requested and has no law enforcement powers during that time.

It also tells me that the neighbors account of a loud argument in addition to what others that had opportunity to be in that house after Casey was arrested have said regarding a very significant argument between Cindy & Casey.

Legal Analyst On Anthonys: "Like Mother, Like Daughter"

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- George Anthony may have to face questions under oath again. Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez say they may force him to answer questions he refused to answer Thursday in the civil case against Casey.

The Anthonys are accusing Gonzalez and her attorneys of jumping on the publicity bandwagon. They want to reduce the case to grandstanding to defend their daughter.

But Gonzalez say she's lost her job and her peace of mind after Casey gave her name to investigators and they questioned her. WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says Zenaida's attorneys were patient and polite, despite the Anthonys' belligerent behavior.

"It makes them look as though there's something to hide," WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said.

Sheaffer watched Cindy and George Anthony's videotaped depositions and told Eyewitness News the Anthonys' behavior is damaging to their daughter Casey's defense against charges she premeditatedly murdered her daughter Caylee two months before her third birthday.

"I'm not gonna answer that," George Anthony told attorneys during his deposition Thursday.

"Very arrogant, very combative," Sheaffer said about George's attitude during the deposition.

Sheaffer told Eyewitness News the Anthonys now appear to be less sympathetic and less believable; if the jury doesn't like them, the jury's not going to like their daughter.

"Can somebody… Uhhhhh! You're not letting me speak," Casey yelled during a video visitation with her parents months ago.

Some comparisons could be drawn to Cindy during her own deposition Thursday.

"I'm answering it and then he cuts me off. That's exactly what the sheriff's office did to my daughter. They never let her speak. You're doing the same thing to me," Cindy told attorneys during her deposition.

But, in fact, investigators let Casey talk for hours and Cindy's deposition was three hours long. They both talk in circles and they both change their stories.

"A jury's gonna look at that quite frankly and say, 'Like mother like daughter. Like father like daughter,'" Sheaffer said.

Sheaffer said it might actually help Casey during the sentencing phase if she's convicted. The jury might feel sorry for her and take her upbringing into consideration.


SHEAFFER ANALYSIS: "ACTS OF DESPERATION"

Casey Anthony said Caylee's mystery nanny, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who also goes by the name Zanny, disappeared with Caylee. Then, she insinuated Casey's ex-fiance might be involved. Then Casey's mother told investigators Zanny might be him or even one of Casey's friends. Thursday, Cindy didn't back off of that.

"I think Zanny could be Amy or Jesse at this point," Cindy Anthony said during Thursday's deposition.

Cindy Anthony repeated under oath Thursday what she said to investigators in August; she first believed Zanny the nanny was real, then that Zanny could be Casey's good friend Amy Huizenga or even her ex-fiance Jesse Grund and Thursday she let those accusations stand.

Sheaffer says, if she does it at Casey's murder trial, she will make her daughter look bad.

"This is where she gets her attitude and her ability to lie with impunity and to hurt anyone who is innocent in order to advance her own cause," Sheaffer said.

Thursday, Cindy said Jesse Grund was actually the first one to mention the name Zanny. George said under oath Thursday he believes Zanny the nanny took Caylee. Even last summer, he told investigators he asked Caylee about Zanny before all this happened and got no response.

"If you asked her how, did you have a good time with Zanny today, there was never any brightness or anything like that come through her," George previously told investigators.

"There was no recognition on her part?" FBI Special Agent Scott Bolin asked George.

"No, none whatsoever," he replied.

Sheaffer says the Anthonys' inconsistent statements make them look deceitful and desperate, which makes Casey look guilty.

"It looks like acts of desperation. These people will say and do and drag anybody down that they have to," Sheaffer said.

I would have loved to have seen Kathi stick a mic into Cindy's face after she left the depo and ask the timeless question " Cindy you have stated throughout the depo  that most of the questions were not relevant and you refused to answer,  WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR LAW DEGREE?"

When Cindy put that Myspace message out, she knew something was up. She knew Casey was unwilling and unable to care for Caylee on her own. KC probably bitched a fit every time she was made to watch her own child and Cindy was well aware of this. So KC takes off, hears of KC out clubbing and wondering to herself who the hell is watching Caylee?? She probably suspected the KC had been drugging Caylee. BUT she still didn't take action.

This tells me that Cindy was AFRAID of KC. Cindy knew what her own daughter was capable of, but still she didn't want to piss KC off too much, afraid KC would leave her forever. I'm sure she didn't suspect she would actually KILL her, I mean who really believes that their own daughter would do such a thing. But as the scene unfolded, Cindy knew deep in her black heart that KC did the unthinkable.

So cutting her losses, justifying that hanging KC out to dry won't bring Caylee back, Cindy goes into protection at any cost drive. Demanding her own family follow suit. Cindy is used to having the people around her bending and bowing to her lest they incur her wrath. KC has no such ties to her family. They are expendable. To be used for whatever they are worth, then tossed aside. I really don't think Cindy understands that KC is going to implicate her, use her sad excuse of a mother to justify killing Caylee.

As I read about these depos and C&G's actions, all I can picture is the ghost of little Caylee standing there, with her big brown eyes, watching her grandparents, who were suppose to love her, betray her and her memory. They KNEW slore killed her, her body wasting away out there somewhere and they did nothing to find and retrieve her body. How sad that Caylee now knows how much she mattered in that family. I'm glad God has his arms around her and can comfort her in a way she never received before.

If she was so sure that there was a nanny, so sure as she states in her depositions that she had phone numbers and addresses for this nanny.....why would she question in her statement on MySpace  "who is watching my little angel, I dont know"

She wouldnt Dolce, she would have made phone calls.   She also lied yesterday that she didnt talk to Casey's friends, ut uh  she called several including telling one or several of  them that Casey was a liar, theft & sociopath

George told the FBI himself about the stealing from Caylee's piggybank and some sort of account set up for Caylee that was drained not to mention Cindy's credit cards or the story about the deposit and robbed at gunpoint! None of THAT was mentioned at all and when asked about it he "had no recollection" or said no.

WHY would he lie now? He is nailing the nails in KC's jail cell.

And didn't he keep lying in the deposition and saying he "had no knowledge of that?" Either he lied to the FBI or he lied in the deposition.

I also found this interesting: They are going to the judge to make him answer the other questions. Notice what was said toward the end of the deposition. Conway may can use his wheelchair for sympathy with other lawyers but these guys know the law and they KNOW he is exerting privilege where there is none.

The belligerent performances of George and Cindy Anthony in Thursday depositions continued to draw local stations' scrutiny this evening.

WFTV-Channel 9's Kathi Belich drew comparisons between Cindy and her daughter, Casey, for the way they responded to questioning.  "They both talk in circles and they both change their stories," Belich said.

Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee. The parents were questioned by lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez, who is suing Casey for defamation for linking her to the child's disappearance.

WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said of Thursday's depositions: "A jury is going to look at that and say, quite frankly, 'Like mother like daughter; like father like daughter.' "

Her parents' behavior might could help Casey at sentencing if she's convicted,  Sheaffer told Belich. "The jury might feel sorry for her and take into consideration her upbringing," Belich explained.

WKMG-Channel 6's Mike DeForest highlighted how Cindy on Thursday contradicted what she previously said.

She admitted to a detective that she had sent people to the woods to look for Caylee. But on Thursday, Cindy said she hadn't and that such a statement would be a lie.

Cindy had written on MySpace on July 3 that "my Caylee is missing." On Thursday, she said she didn't think Caylee was missing until July 15.

How did Cindy reconcile that Casey said she was working late at night when she didn't actually have a job? "I don't," Cindy said.

WESH-Channel 2's Bob Kealing called Cindy's deposition "her three-hour battle royal with John Morgan." Morgan is representing Gonzalez in the civil suit.

WFTV and WKMG led their 5 p.m. newscasts that Deputy Sheriff Richard Cain was fired from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

"He has been fired for lying in the situation in the search for the remains of Caylee Anthony," WFTV's Jeff Deal reported. The internal investigation found that Cain didn't properly investigate a tip from meter reader Roy Kronk in August, Deal added.

WKMG's DeForest reported that Cain is still working a desk job, and that his supervisors plan to fire him, but he has requested an appeal.

I just heard her say that DKC still works for C&G.  We now know that with his high-powered attorney, DKC has filed a complaint against Baez.  We heard the other day that Cindy is trying to get Baez off the case.  I'm thinking that if Cindy believe DKC about Baez asking DKC not to report to 911 if he found Caylee, that Cindy will go after this or have DKC go after Baez like a dog with a bone!!

I've always thought that one of the reasons that Cindy posted this message to KC was that she knew KC was on the internet often and didn't we hear the Cindy was calling and leaving messages for KC but that KC, for the most part, wouldn't return Cindy's calls.  If KC wouldn't return the calls, and wouldn't come home (she couldn't come home at that time because there was no Caylee and I just heard Cindy say in her depo that KC wouldn't come home without Caylee because it would raise a red flag to Cindy) then the best way to try to contact KC was through the My Space page.  Also, the timing of this (I believe July 3)...wasn't that the same time that Cindy got Lee to go looking for KC?  So....at this point....Cindy is "concerned".

IIRC, there might have been talk of a settlement very early on, but then Casey choose to counter-sue.  From that point on, there was no calling off the dogs.  It's now personal with Morgan.

Good Friday Monkeys.  I seriously had to walk away from the computer today I spent the day with my wonderful daughter and counted my blessings that I have the ability to do that.  Spindy's depo had me so unnerved and angry, she is so clearly lying about most everything.  I found it interesting that she answers yes to the question about the Slore taking money out of her account without her permission and then goes on to say it caused no "conflict" - this really says alot - she is deathly afraid to admit that there was any tension or "conflict?" I mean think about it Spindy any parent would be hard pressed not to be outraged at their adult child for stealing money out of their bank account - her clear dismissal of KC's violation (which I don't believe) speaks volumes and makes it more and more clear that Cindy is deathly afraid of what KC may spill.  I can't wait for Cindy to have her day in court - she deserves to go straight to he!! her life is over and will never be the same thanks to herself!

I think I'm always gonna hate green sweaters too. Totally ruin it for me. I'm halluciating just trying to get through NG and I'm just drinking sprite. ::MonkeyWaa::

No report card, once Muffy told me to take it to the monkey lounge. She said it in a very nice way. And she has been my favorite Bumble Bee ever since. I love the muffy bee!

I'll bet if you go out there and look, the mama bird is probably back. That's what Mama's do. Unlike the slore. Had to add that so we would be O/T. (I see Muffy Bee here.)

Have you ever seen Skidboot the dog? (God rest her soul). She was an amazing dog just like this one in the video. Google Skidboot if you have never seen her. She is a smart blue heeler, unlike the evil one you and No Rose love (Josef).

I think you are right..in one of the LE or FBI questionings with GA he did admit seeing a laundry bag in the trunk the day she handed him the gas cans..I still believe that is the day she dumped Caylee..I did from the start.

I also believe GA lied to LE nad FBI when he said he saw Caylee and Slore on the 16th of June leaving the house..he gives the same description of what Caylee was wearing that day as Slore had already given..that was a no brainer..it also means they have been covering for Casey from the start.

I do have a grandaughter that age that lives with us..can not imagine covering for anyone if my little angel was missing.  If I thought for one minute someone in my family was responsible I would be on them like white on rice.  I might still love them ..but love is doing the right thing..I'd have to tell the truth.  I sometimes wonder if the A family had told the truth, the way Cindy's Mom did, (she admitted she thought it was possible that Casey killed Caylee), AND NOT HAVE BACKED cASEY UP..INSTEAD HAVE SAID TO HER..WE BELIEVE YOU DID THIS..ALL OF THEM..AND SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN ON HER OWN ..NO WHERE TO TURN..AND THEY WOULD HAVE SHUNNED HER..WELL THIS MIGHT BE DIFFERENT.  They have always let her have the upper hand..and look where it has brought this lot..to death's door and for them Hell's door.

I don't know much about bird activity, but I am guessing that she felt the beer can was a threat to her nest.  So, if you removed it, just hope for the best.

Thanks Muffy, I have two of those things hanging down and I heard her pecking and went to see what the noisy was. She flew off, then when I realized what she was doing, I removed the can and found the eggs. I keep looking, but it is dark now and haven't seen her since. She is really small and reddish. I hope she comes back to them. JSM would never do anything to hurt any living creature. Not even Cindy Anthony.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

Well, maybe I would like to squash her like a toad, but I would never do it.  ::MonkeyWink::

Thanks Mission, missed all of you. I had to take a break especially last night. George did me in. You have a blessed Easter too. I hope the mommy bird comes back, it broke my heart seeing her try and peck the can out of this lantern. I just didn't look far enough to see if there were any eggs.

Do you have a flashlight. I know she'll come back. You are going to worry all night. Birds are good mamas. I had a nest in one of my ferns on the porch and we watched the eggs multiply and hatch and her coming to feed them.

She hasn't been back that I know of since I took the can away. Maybe because it is dark. That's what I thought of when I saw the bird going for the can. She wants her babies, safe and at least able to be with her or in a safe place that she can make sure they are okay. Unlike KC did with Caylee. That's why I feel so bad.
