BTW-- Speaking of lies, today was the 1-year anniversary of Nicole Ganguzza's body being found.  Yesterday was the 1-year anniversary of the bogus "Caylee was kidnapped" day in the A's original reports to LE, until the Fathers' Day video forced them to change it to June 15.  (Apologies if this was mentioned earlier... I may have missed it.)

I don't know what the holdup is for the documents.  I thought the press said some were released a few days ago to the defense, but no one is saying why we haven't received anything.  Did the judge say something in a sidebar or in his chambers something that is not allowing anything to be released to the press yet?  Does it have to do with the video holding everything else up?  I don't know, but I am really frustrated.  What good are the sunshine laws if we can't get anything???!!!

There is a tornado on the ground up in Flower Mound which is north of her.

In the last thread, we looked at an old clubbing picture of Sean, Samantha and Casey (taken presumably by Annie who was there that night), in which Casey was holding a hand lettered sign addressed to "Sara."  Someone asked if we've seen pics of Sara.  I don't recall.

But looking through my collection of Casey party pics, I did see three girls that I don't have names for.  I will post the pics in case someone here knows who these girls are.

I know for sure that they are NOT Brittany S., Melina, or Stephanie.  They are not Val or Breanna or KioMarie or Vicky.  Not Mallory or Michelle or Jenna.  (Pretty sure not ZENAIDA either.) 

Can anyone ID these girls?  I think the girl with Amy and Casey in July might be somebody's roommate's girlfriend who was visiting at Tony's apartment, saw Caylee out on the balcony, and I think was the girl who got her nails done with Casey and told LE she didn't think Casey was the "Mother of the Year" They are photographed at a club, probably either M.K. (forgot what that stands for) or Voyage.

The other two: I have no idea.  Anybody?

Hiya Monkeys, it is thundering like crazy. When the sirens went off I was on the balcony. Josef is my weather beetle like Granny Clampett had. When he runs his behind into the bathroom the purse, skates and Josef goes into the bathtub. I still think a tree may come through my window. But I think it is over here. Most of it was just about 3 miles north. Thanks for all your prayers. Now I am going back to look at what was posted while I was away. Thanks for these links, Sunny.  In the Orlando Sentinel article, Scotti is quoted as raising the $125 for renting a pavilion.  That is not much money.  I could raise that money for Caylee's memorial in about 20 minutes at $5 per person.

Yes, Sunny, the Solomon's Porch site does have a PayPal button and does solicit donations, but like you I wasn't able to see right offhand on that site where Rev. Grund is talking about Caylee or a memorial, or asking for money for a pavilion...

Agreed, he would do justice to Caylee's memory as a friend-practically-family-member who knew and loved her.  The A's have long ago caused more trouble than I care to recall.  Maybe RG needs to take a hint from a certain horrific family themselves and come up with his own "dis-invite" list.

Rodent saved.  Back in cage and daughter is happy again.  I have many strange pet stories as well.  One involves finding a budgie in my freezer that was rock solid.

Yup found a budgie in freezer, neighbour was babysitting pets while on vacation, budgie died, she replaced it with new bird so kids would not be upset but did not know if we observed pet funerals so frozen him till we got back.  Problem is she forgot to tell us and with the replacement bird in the cage did not know till I was looking for burgers.  Nothing wakes you up quite like a fully frozen budgie next to your hagen daz

Greyhound guy petty much ate the face off of the person he killed.  That was a very tragic incident and there is a group of people who want the bus the murder took place on taken out of service.  It is still be using for passenger runs.

OMG what a nightmare afternoon I just had!   My puter literally fried, literally popped & started smoking!  I was actually traumatized  (http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b152/mslaitte/EMO-SMILIES/PHONE-PUTER/PUTERoutWindow.gif)  Luckily I had an external drive for my graphics, music & most of my documents but I lost a very expansive ridiculously massive bookmark/favorites link library UGH!  As you can see I got a new puter immediately hehe, getting it set up & familiar with Vista vs XP, then I have to slow but sure build that library link all over again, UGH.

I did manage to read the defense motion to strike regarding DC's phone records, with a waiver signed by George & Cindy Anthony.   O boy, considering Baez has a Florida Bar complaint reportedly by DC alleging that he told DC not to call 911 if he found the body, something is definitely up with this.  Cindy even admitted to investigators that she "sent someone" to the Suburban woods in November - I'm assuming they think it would end with the fact that DC was on the phone with a psychic, nope it goes deeper than that.  Hoover also reported that he was at a meeting at the Anthony home which included Baez & Baden, DC & of course the Anthonys, Conway showing up later.  Hoover said in his sworn statement that he asked DC if the Anthonys were aware that DC & him went to the woods & they acknowledged yes.  I have not had a chance to read back nor contemplate too much but by tomorrow I'll be in better shape to put what I read in context.

Dana update (for those who want to know and can't listen):  Robin Sax was on, her new book It Happens Every Day is now available for preorder through Amazon.  She said one of her goals is to have a federal standard for registering and identifying sex offenders; says the state-by-state efforts are all over the board and not very effective.  Discussed sickos hiding behind freedom of speech, vs. our personal and societal safety.

Blink was not up next.  "Chip" from My Three Sons is now on, talking about what it's like for child stars.  Things have improved since back then, but now we have kids on Reality TV... Jon & Kate, etc.

Wonder if Blink will be on...

A Facebook group formed in memory of slain toddler Caylee Marie Anthony is organizing a vigil to commemorate the one-year anniversary of her disappearance, an organizer said.

The vigil, run by In Memory of Caylee Marie Anthony, will take place 6 p.m. June 16 at Jay Blanchard Park, said Scotti Simpson, the group's organizer.

They hope to meet at a pavilion there, but are still raising money for the $125 rental, Simpson said.

Caylee Marie was reported missing July 2008, but had not been seen at her Hopespring Drive home for more than a month. The girl's remains were found in December, and her mother Casey Anthony faces a murder charge in her death

Richard Grund, who at one time thought he might be the grandfather of Caylee, is speaking at the event.

This video is very, very hard to watch.  The difference between this memorial and Caylee's is heartbreaking.  I now more than ever feel that people that had never met Caylee before, mourned for her more than her own family.  So sad..........

ORLANDO -- A vigil is being set up by a Facebook group to honor Caylee Anthony.

In the Above motion faxed at 3:25pm 6/9/09, so not showing as filed until yesterday, Baez claims The Anthony's via Brad Conway are waiving privlege for this time period stipulated July 2008 to present.

WHAT? He is allegedly still employed by the Anthony's. You can't pick some of the fruit of the "poisonous" tree so to speak.
Not to mention his own dang Client from September 12- Why wouldn't he object to that very issue on Casey's behalf.

I'll tell you why, it proves both Dom Casey and Casey had prepaid phones, otherwise, he would be exposing his Client.

Baez Demands P.I.'s Phone Records
New Motion Calls For Dominic Casey's Personal Phone Records

ORLANDO, Fla. -- In a new motion, Casey Anthony's defense team is demanding that a private investigator hand over his phone records.
The motion does not specifically accuse private investigator Dominic Casey of wrongdoing, but it does raise questions about his honesty and his repeated visits to the woods where Caylee Anthony's remains were later found, Local 6 reporter Mike DeForest said.

Caylee was reported missing in July and Casey, who was working for Anthony's defense team at the time, visited the woods off Suburban Drive on at least three different occasions in the month before Caylee's body was found nearby. Casey now works for the Anthony family.

Defense attorney Jose Baez filed the new motion Wednesday, which is demanding Casey's private cell phone records. Baez said Casey gave inconsistent statements about who is seen speaking on the phone with in a video recording of one of his searches.

Casey originally told Local 6 he was speaking to his daughter, but the private eye later told detectives he was on the phone with a psychic who allegedly told him where to find Caylee's body.

Another private investigator who worked with Casey, Jim Hoover, claimed Casey knew where Caylee's remains were hidden. Hoover shot the video of Casey on his phone while searching the woods.

Casey's attorney said the motion is a simple dispute over phone records and she hopes Anthony's defense team is not trying to implicate her client in a crime. She said she has worked out an agreement with Baez to turn over phone records.

The Florida Bar is investigating complaints filed against Baez by Casey. Casey said Baez told him not to call 911 if he found Caylee's body. Baez has disputed that claim.

Casey Anthony is being held at the Orange County Jail on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's death.

I'd like to see the document that the Anthony's signed yesterday. If it says for their regular cell phone #'s and home phone #, that would be one thing. If it says any and all cell phone records, that would mean another.

It has been well documented that NSA has been routinely listening to cell phone conversations and tracking them since 911. They have sophistocated equiptment that they will not reveal or talk about. The FBI has admitted to this practice also. This INCLUDES pre-paid cell phones, as the terrorist were thought to use them. Since the FBI is IS involved already in the Caylee murder, (The Anthony's were questioned and lied to the FBI in their interviews, as we have seen in the released audio, video, and transcripts), it follows that the COULD use this technology themselves. Whether or not they could use it in court may be an issue. They may have to have a warrant for the tracking. Maybe they did. It could certainly make them follow a certain line of investigation...If the IRS is involved in any investigation, that is another federal agency that may or may not have access to some of the information. Big brother is definitely out there, and has been for several years. JMO

As far why Bozo is not asking for Lee's, it may be that he already knows that it was Spindy on the phone, whether pre-paid or not, and not Lee. Again, JMO

A spokeswoman at the state attorney's office confirmed to WESH 2 that Caylee's autopsy report is part of 1,000 pages of new evidence it plans to make public Friday.

In a motion filed by their attorney, George and Cindy Anthony argue that "the information contained within in the report will cause great anguish to the Anthony family."

A spokeswoman for state attorney Lawson Lamar said that as of Thursday at noon, they are planning to release the report as part of the normal discovery disclosures required by state law.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Another document release is expected in the case against Casey Anthony and the Anthony family is contesting the release of some information.

Local 6 reporter Mike Deforest said hundreds of pages of evidence are expected to be released on Friday; including Caylee Anthony's autopsy results.

The attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, Brad Conway, filed a motion on Thursday to block the release of the findings of the autopsy.

According to the motion, "As custodians to Caylee's remains and (as) her grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony are respectfully asking this court to restrict the release of the autopsy results."

Conway's motion said the release of the results would cause the family "great anguish."

The Anthonys acknowledge that the results will eventually be released during the trial, but object to them being released during discovery. They believe that releasing the results to the media will cause endless comments and speculation on TV and the Internet.

The prosecutor's office said it plans to proceed with the release unless a judge intervenes.

Medical Examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia said the results contain her "strong opinion" about what happened to Caylee. The toddler's death has already been publicly ruled a homicide, but Garavaglia said it would be impossible to determine how the toddler died.

The release is expected to include everything that has been released to the defense so far, but the exact contents have not been disclosed.

The toxicology results, which could reveal whether Caylee had been exposed to chloroform, could be included in the release. A previous discovery release included Internet searches for chloroform from Casey Anthony's computer.

The defense has also received raw video of private investigator Dominic Casey's search of the woods where Caylee's remains were later found and a 3D animation of the crime scene.

Caylee was 2 when she was reported missing in July. Her remains were found in December. Casey Anthony is being held at the Orange County Jail on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's death.

Trimm, tks about my puter - o man I was sitting here yesterday posting & smelt what seemed like rubber.  The night before I checked wires thinking one may be compromised but couldnt find anything so I shut the puter down.   As I was posting here the puter popped & then from the fan area in the back was smoking - you had to see my face!   I had to wonder if my puter got as fed up as I've been over these cases of heinous murders of our precious children!!

What is interesting is Bozo filed the defense motion to strike & stated that he wants to know why DC was in the woods & who he was talking to.   He knows this, he was in a meeting at the Anthony house where Hoover stated he asked DC right there if the Anthonys knew they were there in November.  DC reportedly filed a complaint to the Florida Bar against Bozo for allegedly telling him not to call 911 immediately if he found a body.  The way Bozo "put it out there" he has it as speculation as to why DC was in those woods, man that bus is getting heavy loaded!   I'm looking forward to this blowing up in his face!

Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Bones of the 2-year-old were found in woods Dec. 11 less than a mile from her family's east Orange County home.

TV reports are saying Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, are fighting the release of the toddler's autopsy report, which could be among the documents available Friday.

The State Attorney's Office is releasing the information in response to public records requests. Prosecutors are required by law to release the documents that they provided to the defense. Some information, such as autopsy photos, can be exempt from public record laws.

Caylee Autopsy Details Expected To Be Released

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- In the case against Casey Anthony, 1,000 documents are expected to be released Friday.

Eyewitness News learned that the documents could contain details gathered during an autopsy of Caylee Anthony's remains that were found on December 11 in a wooded area.

Transcripts of interviews are also expected to be included in the documents. WFTV.com will work to post the documents as they become available on Friday.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County jail facing first-degree murder charges. She is accused of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony.

George and Cindy Anthony want the autopsy of their granddaughter sealed until the murder trial of their daughter, WESH-Channel 2 reported at noon today.

But the toddler's autopsy will be made public tomorrow as part of normal discovery disclosures, the state attorney's office told WESH. Casey Anthony, George and Cindy's daughter, is charged with daughter Caylee's murder.

Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy, filed a motion that the autopsy will cause "great anguish" to the Anthony family, WESH's Bob Kealing reported.

"This request certainly begs the question: What's in that report that the medical examiner did not make public when she announced back on Dec. 19 that Caylee's death was as the result of a homicide and the decomposition was so advanced that they could not make a definitive determination on how she died," Kealing said.

"Quite a bit could come out tomorrow," WKMG-Channel 6's Mike DeForest said at noon. The state will release a thousand pages of new evidence on Friday.

"As soon as we get it, you'll get it tomorrow," WKMG anchor Erick Weber promised.

WFTV-Channel 9 said the released information could include autopsy details and transcripts of interviews. "We'll bring you that information just as soon as it is released," anchor Vanessa Echols said.

Finally, a doc dump on the horizon!  I feel the only reason G & C are claiming "anguish" over the autopsy report being released is because that would/could put a damper on their alibi tour and pity party. This case is not about them. Yes, they lost their granddaughter, but this case is about Caylee and Casey. They only had custodial rights after the autopsy as far as I can tell.  Dr.G's report will be very telling IMO.

I have a lot of faith in Dr G and her tenatious digging into the facts. I think she will be definitive and may be the LE's ace in the hole. You can be sure that the Ant's do not want this autopsy report to be made public because of this, and not because any anguish they might feel.

 If they withheld autopsy reports from every murder scene, there would be sometimes no convictions. It is routine that they come out, and I am sure other families have felt the same way. It is what is done in murder cases. I have heard family members scream out in anguish in the courtroom when the real facts come out about how their loved one died.

 The Ants are no better than these other families. It is a step in the case that always happens. Not all states have the Sunshine Laws that allows such reports come out beforehand. Florida just happens to be one of them. Sometimes they will withold the reports, even in Florida. That is why there was such a fight in the Dale Earnhart case. But his was not a criminal murder case. JMO

What makes her opinion different from any of the other professionals who have chimed in and given their expert advice and knowledge on this case based on the evidence? Why are the Anthonys so upset over her "junk science opinion"??  They will just go on another one of their campeigns for Casey, no biggie in their boat.....so why the need to rumble and roll on this?  Guilty conscience of their own maybe?

Well, I am not brilliant, but I have my own theories.  He is demanding all of these phone records probably in an attempt to try and make a connection that he could use in his defense.  We are not certain as to who led him to the area the remains were found back in November, maybe Baez is hoping to find it was Cindy, or even better try to pin the placement of Caylee's body on any random individual who might have called D. Just to make my position a little clearer, I don't think it is set in stone that Bozo is after Spindy. It could be anybody. He is poking at every weak spot he can find. He is trying for Jesse too, but things are not working out for him on that front. He is poking at every LE and investigator that he can, every report. They really haven't settled on a victim yet. They are just spraying the whole case and seeing what they can come up with. It could be George, maybe even Lee. We have heard Amy and Ricardo's name being bantered around. I think they have pretty much given up on Zaneida. This is a panicked man, doing panicked stupid things that panicked stupid guys do, when they don't know what they are doing. His highly acclaimed assistants are just there to pick up the pieces when he thoroughly flucks this case up. And go for a new trial or appeal. There is obviously not much imput from them at this time. JMO

Actually, we do have information that Cindy told investigators during a second search of their home after the remains were found that she "sent someone" to the Suburban woods in November & that they did not find anything.   Little did she know that Hoover videotaped DC digging & probing not having anything to do with the first excuse he gave, he fronted the reason was that after reading Kio Marie's statement in discovery he wanted to "check the teen hangout."     That excuse never made sense to begin, did they expect to find Caylee frolicking with the druggies in the woods a half a year later...see how ridiculous it becomes when people lie?  Add that to Bozo being at a meeting with Baden, the Anthonys, Hoover & DC where Hoover asked DC if the Anthonys knew they went to the woods....Bozo yet again is playing with fire here because his tactics are going to slap him & the rest of that self-interest group defending Casey HARD.

This defense team is going after any and everything they can throw at the wall or under the bus, none of it having an glue to stick or remove the dirt off their smutty tires (dig intended).   They will implicate Jesse, Amy, Tony, Ricardo, Cindy, George, Lee, Dominic, Kronk, Annie..the list goes on and on.  All I see coming out of that camp is "some other dude did it," and "evidence contamination," and "misconduct" AFTER the crime was committed to attempt to get their client a mistrial or acquittal.   Bozo is no Johnny Cochran & sorry but Lyons is just a massive blowhard out of her way liberal territory...funny she admits she has her students doing research & leg work for her, you'd think someone as boastfully self-labeled would be able to walk right in court TODAY and make her arguments but note she needs months to prepare a motion much less try this case...major clue right there.

That is a GREAT description, and may be exactly what he is looking for in those calls. I also wondered if he was looking toward George because he would have it so much easier to implicate George since he was admittedly the last one to see Caylee. I have always thought KC would say she left the night of the 15th and left Caylee with them. Of course that would make all the lies they have told make sense to a jury if one of them murdered Caylee.

All it would take would be for KC to say George had molested her for years, and BOOM the case is made that he did it with him having keys to her car to place the body.

Now I get it, kinda like the watch scene in Pulp Fiction.

Remember how upset Cindy looked at the last hearing? And it appeared as if LKB asked her if she was ok and Sindy shook her head no. I'm wondering if C & G had just learned the results of the autopsy report. If this is the case, and if this was her reaction to the info, it would be understandable why they don't want this released until the trial is in place.

Casey Anthony case: More documents, including autopsy report, expected to be released Friday
TV reports are saying Caylee Anthony's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, are fighting the release of the toddler's autopsy report.

Prosecutors are expected to release hundreds of pages of documents to the public Friday in the case against Casey Anthony, but not without a judge hearing a motion to suppress the autopsy of deceased toddler Caylee Anthony.

In a motion made public Thursday, Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, are asking that prosecutors be restricted from releasing the autopsy on the little girl, whose remains were discovered Dec. 11 in east Orange County. They were found less than a mile from the Anthony home.

Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Caylee.

"George and Cindy Anthony are respectfully asking . . . to restrict the release of the autopsy results," according to the motion. "The information contained within the report will cause great anguish to the Anthony family, still struggling with the loss of their only grandaughter. . .

"Releasing the autopsy report to the media at this point in time causes endless comment and speculation in the media and public forums, such as the Internet. The publication of these results has already been the topic of countless television programs despite the fact that the actual autopsy report has not been released."

The motion does say that the Anthonys realize the autopsy eventually will be released.

The State Attorney's Office is releasing the information in response to public records requests. Prosecutors are required by law to release the documents that they provided to the defense. Some information, such as autopsy photos, can be exempt from public record laws.

Unless the judge is notified or a hearing date is set, the information is considered public record, according to the State Attorney's Office.
