Our dear Williams is said to be the grounds keeper for the church. He was the one which told the media the suitcase was stolen from the church that was set to be for a yard sale that never happened. I think it is assumed he left the note under the tree which said sandra forgives her killer. He drives a truck that is close to the truck seen by the police cadet on whitehall.

I never followed through as to how I came up with the other address or if anyone here ever came up with it either, so I need to go find that other address I have and see why I had it. Like I said, this was right off in the beginning of the case so my address might be wrong. It was the one for the mobile home he is at when the newspeople were chasing him down and he was yelling at them. does anyone remember that? I think it is a lathrop address..

Johnny Williams is a man from Oakland who says he thought he saw Sandra in a boat with Fred Williams. He said the girl in the boat waved at him. He said the man in the boat was acting suspicious. He told the police what he saw but he says they did not follow up on it. He still says they did not. He says if they prove she died before April 2, 2009 then he guesses he is wrong. However, he seems very sure of this. He said when he saw Fred Williams on the news he recognized him as the man in the boat with the girl who looked like Sandra. also Fred Williams he telling the news reporters to get off his property at his home in Lathrop. so it must have been in this video that I saw where fred was being chased down through the mobile home park in lathrop and he was telling them to get off his property. It showed him going up the porch of the mobile home. I think I even had a pic of him and the umber of the mobil, I have to try to find it. if someone can locate the video it is problably on the one listed at the top of this post. That is what I am seeing.. And I found that by people search in seeing they had married. Stephen L Williams to Anita Gibson...I noticed that because I couldn't find Fred anywhere, so i searched and searched and that is what I found. That is what I am seeing.. And I found that by people search in seeing they had married. Stephen L Williams to Anita Gibson...I noticed that because I couldn't find Fred anywhere, so i searched and searched and that is what I found.
