Klaas, I wanted to answer you about the Florida Nasa question.

First consideration was the closer to the equator the launch is, the less energy it takes. Florida was the closest place in US to equator. Also, the launch over water would safer if an accident occurred, it would not be over a populated area. If something happens and they don't have enough thrust, there is a landing strip in Africa where they can land. I hope this helps.   ::MonkeyCool::

Ok, since it's quiet in here, I'll show you some pictures! The other day was Bernadette's very first birthday!! She is a lovely basset hound that comes to daycare quite a bit. So her Mommy brought in a doggie cake for her to share!
It was also Fiona the English Bulldog's first birthday and Yumi, the Japanese Chin's first birthday. So we had a big party and all the dogs were invited to share in the cake. We asked each one coming in for the day if they were allergic to anything (can't be too careful)! The main party was in the Puppy room, but all the dogs that day got a piece of cake!

Thanks everyone! It was truly adorable! They all came out of their cages once Bernadette got her pic taken. We put the birthday hat on Yumi and it encased his head, it was way too big so we held it on for a pic. Then we put it on Fiona and she LOVED it. She just sat there as everyone snapped a bunch of pics, she was smiling. We cut the cake and each got their own plate. But dogs being dogs, they shared each others, then some went off to play while a few jumped on the table to lick the frosting and have an extra bite!!!  ::MonkeyHaHa::  It was a good day, makes me glad to work where I do! I am truly blessed!  ::MonkeyAngel::

Boo, those pictures are priceless.  I can tell you do really love your job.  I would venture to say it would be no different than if it were a daycare center for young children.

I know a lot of monkeys needs some healing and this is a good way to start. It is the Omagh Youth Chour of Northern Ireland and it is just beautiful. Wish I could embed it, but try as I might I can't. If any monkey wants to embed it, I would appreciate it.

CBB I have a first cousin once removed who lives in Kingsport.  In a condo on Ft. McHenry Drive.  Right across from that building, I forget the name, where they have conventions. I grew up in Knoxville. I went there to a meeting of Melungeons once.  I discovered that I am not a Melungeon and don't want to be.

I love Jonesboro.  It's the oldest town in TN. I love Mauk's drugstore and that restaurant, Cornbread, I think, that serves deep fried dill pickle chips.  I don't know if the Parson's Table is still there, the last I heard they were only open on weekends.  It's in an old church.  The food was good, but I haven't eaten there for several years.  Dandridge is named for Martha Dandridge Washington. There's a really good seafood restaurant there.  Sometimes people are lined up for a block waiting to get in.

When it's time to change my Avi, someone tell me, please.  LOL

I dropped in to see if any monkeys had new insights on the Caylee case, and I stumbled across all of these posts about Dolce. The most I can make out of them is that she was lied about being pregnant and having twins; is that right? Know what's weird? I had a feeling. She seemed to be pregnant for far too long, in my opinion.

In 1996, a couple of years after my husband passed away, my doctor told me that in order to take my mind off my aches and pains, I should either get a new husband or a computer.
You can see which one I chose. JonBenet Ramsey was murdered on Christmas that year and in the early part of 1997 I joined my first forum, the Boulder News, to discuss the murder.  Forums were new to me.  In fact, I didn't even need to register for that one.  It was wild. After a couple of years, it became Justice Watch and then I think Forums for Justice. I did't become a member of that.  I don't like cliques. It's owned by the same person who owns Websleuths, which was originally owned by a person who goes by Jameson and another person whose name I don't recall at the moment. I think they split and Jameson's forum became Webbsleuths.  I don't know if she is still in the forum business. At the beginning, he said his wife was killed in an auto crash on the Autobahn in Germany, but it seems he is a she. Oh, the stories she told. The reason I have gone through all this is to say that I have never before seen what Dolce did in all of my forum experience, although there was a person who died, came back to life as "Beanie."  Everyone knew who he was and forgave him.
I have rarely emailed with other forum members because I know that not everyone can be trusted and I was slightly, only slightly burned once. That was enough.  I had to change my internet account and a lot of other things.  I have emailed I think two or three times with a member here, but it wasn't personal, it concerned something about Caylee. No, that isn't strictly true.  There was one personal thing on my part. Innocuous. And my Yahoo account vanished and vanishes everytime I open a new one, so I gave up on it. I don't know why I'm posting all of this except to caution everyone against letting many people on the internet know very much about your real life.  You never know what might happen. And sometimes people turn out to not be who you thought they were.  Just be careful.
I have had a computer all those years and I really don't know how to put up an Avi and I have never been a computer analyst.  I couldn't post a picture if my life depended on it.  I know as much as I want to to just get on the internet and pull up whatever I want and do whatever I want to do and most of the time it's eBay. So when I say I can't do something, it's really true. Most of the time it's true if I say I can. LOL.  See?  I told you.

OK, I have a stupid confession to make..... I was talking to a monkey tonight and I told her... OMG I'm so embarrassed to admit this.....  I was wondering why you guys were making all a fuss about Dolce's chocolate diamond for Valentines day. I thought it was REAL chocolate!!!  ::MonkeyConfused::  The monkey said did the word TIFFANY's give it away?? Nope, not for me!!!  ::MonkeyHaHa:: Shows you where my mind is at!!

I told my daughter that if I should die, go carefully through my jewelry, the good stuff is mixed right in along with the old macaroni necklaces she made me back in 2nd grade. Today is her birthday, she is 23 years old. Yeah I hang on to everything.

I'm sorry!!  My son and John have been here, and I really couldn't get my computer time in. They went with me to pick Kubear up, and stayed to keep an eye on her.

No metastisis showed up in the chest X-ray so they went on with the surgery. She's cut from mid tummy down to her knee joint in her rear leg. They went down to, but not in, her muscle layer. The cancer is a bad one. The Vet likened it to melanoma in humans. If it's caught and totally removed before it spreads, then the prognosis is good. If not, it can't get much worse. Time will tell if any cells have spread. The lab report said the remaining cells around the first excised tissue were "fairly well differentiated" which is not as good as "well differentiated" but better than "loosely differentiated". Now we wait up to another 10 days for this lab report and hope there were no cells at the edge of what they took today.

She's sleeping, but couldn't get in the car or up the steps. With the first surgery she could. They warned me this one would be harder on her and gave me pain pills for her. Still, it was done on an outpatient basis. I went through and got her a McDonald's cheeseburger (no pickle) on the way home and she ate it eagerly, They said not to give her the medicine on an empty stomach, but not to give her a whole lot to eat. I put a milkbone on the bed with her and she ate it too. If I pet her, she opens her eyes, but hasn't moved since I brought her home (around 6:00pm). It's just the two of us now, as it usually is, and she's on the bed and I'm on the computer, which is also usual.

There's a reasonable chance this will be OK, and the Vet said if it were his dog, this is the course of action he would take. He didn't mince words about the seriousness of it, and if it comes back or shows up elsewhere, we're basically done with treatment, but I wouldn't have put her through this unless I was able to determine there was a chance. So, for now, I just want to provide her the best environment I can to heal.

Her original post has not been deleted as far as I know.  She cannot delete her own and if she had something in photobucket and deleted it, the file name would still show up. 

If there is a backup copy of a snap shot of the forum at that time then it would still be there.  Like I said, if she posted it it's likely still here.  I do remember seeing that photo before it was posted a couple days ago, I just don't remember when I saw it or who posted it.

I probably saw it the next morning....I was just looking but came back to see if someone located it.  It seems not too long ago, but the time goes quickly in here....

Photos that you upload from your harddrive to post instead of using photobucket are harder to find by looking at posts. You almost have to know what the conversation was around it.

Amen! I love going through that stuff and remembering how proud she was when she handed it to me. I even wore it to a restaurant! Tonight we go see the latest Harry Potter movie, at midnight. LEE COUNTY: A Fort Myers woman told authorities $20,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from her home.

Marcy Turner reported she kept a Tiffany's 1.9 carat diamond ring and a gold cocktail ring hidden inside a cup holder in her kitchen cabinet.

Turner told deputies she left for Orlando on July 1st at 1 p.m. with her two daughters.

When she returned on July 10th, the rings were missing.

According to reports the rings are uninsured.


Whoever did this must have known she was going to be out of town for a few days.  Maybe they are employed by her (housecleaning service, pool service, gardener, etc?)  Hopefully LE will look into anyone like that in their investigation.

Monken, please post more photos!  I love how use bright colors with black/white.  I have been combing the internet for black and white interior design for months.  It can be a little tricky to pull of successfully and I'm realizing there's a bit of a formula for plugging in the color to keep your eye moving around the room.  ::MonkeyCool::

Monken - I remember the monkey bus well; I'm there somewhere, but I think my avatar was different then. (I felt "honored" to be included!) We also had a banana boat, and a Christmas tree ... klaas is so good, and of course we're all so easily amused at times.

That is Bendex with the Big Yellow Hair (I think that's the way he spelled it.) Dutch guy living on the Argentine pampas.

Yes there certainly is a special place for them! The Sherriff thinks up to 8 people are involved and yesterday the getaway driver was in court, the prosecution asked for a 250m bond and stated he was cooperating (no murders charges for him yet), the judge laughed and smacked him with a 500m bond........now I LOVE that judge!

Early this morning, Okaloosa deputies arrested Frederick Lee Thorton Jr., 19,of Fort Walton Beach, and charged him with two counts of murder.

Okaloosa Sheriff spokeswoman Michele Nicholson said a 16-year-old was also arrested and charged in connection with a murder, but she referred further questions to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, which is holding a press conference at noon.

The new arrests, both in Okaloosa County, bring the total to six.

So how many times have you called a companies service phone line and found that the rep. can barely speak English? Once with a major mortgage company it was so bad I demanded to speak with someone who spoke English. Right at that moment I broke the code, the secret password for customer service.

Come to find out that every American company using overseas operators must transfer you to an American rep. by saying.......

"I WANT TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE IN AMERICA" (Don't take no for an answer on this)

This was confirmed by the American rep. that they must transfer you after

I found out a lot of my problem right now is a case of the "what ifs".  I really didn't have the money to take extraordinary measures with him . . . it was hard.  Grief mixed with guilt is not a good thing.  Prayers and family and friends have really helped me, as well as understanding those are not unusual feelings.

I can tell you there was a period of time when if I had not had my dog, I don't know if I would have gotten out of bed in the morning.  So, I feel your pain more than you know.  Luckily, my angel is still with me but I fear the day she is not.
But, what I wanted to tell you is you said right now you are stuck on the "what if" -- yes, IF is important.  IF you having the money would have made a difference, THEN you would have been given it.  IF you could have changed something THEN that too would have happened.  I guess my point is........ faith.  IF God or the universe or your higher power needed you to have done anything different, it would have happened.  Not sure if that helps, but for me knowing I don't really run the show helps me drop the doubt and turn back to faith.

I am not in Musings much but saw and read all the info on Dolce.  I thought for a long time her tales were a little unbelievable.  I also wondered when I first came to SM if she was the same Dolce from the board that Stacy Peterson's family had started, and was later closed by them.  That individual was also pregnant with twins and posted as Dolce.  When I saw Dolce posting when I first came here about the twins and nursery I thought shouldn't of that lady had those babies by now..that was back in Dec or January.  But then I thought perhaps this is a different Dolce.  I now wonder if she was the same one on the other board or if she just got the idea from that board.  Who knows..at any rate I am glad she has been outed.  She is probably already established on another board running another fantasy life by those people.  So sad for everyone involved.

 ::MonkeyNoNo::       HELLO ,   well after being awol from SM trying very hard to get my website up and running, I'm almost speechless from all the insanity that's been happening!     I said almost speechless!   My question is not only WHY Dolce manufactured the identity but also HOW?  Geez, that's so much time spent on elaborating the ruse, but just like the crazy Anthonys, keeping up with all the lies.    It takes all I've got to keep my own loser life straight without rambling on about some alter ego!!!!

I gotta say that if anyone doubts the sleuthing prowess here, forgettaboutit.  It is such a weird feeling to think you kinda "know" someone online and then find out it was all a sham.  For all of you who thought you had a special connection with her,  hugs,  I never felt very close and did internally question a lot of small details but figured that her world was in a different tax bracket than mine so maybe that's just the average day for the young, rich and idle.

My daughter ( and business partner) has practically slapped my hand when I've started to slip over to the monkeys to see what's up because she knows once I'm reading here whole afternoons are not spent ugh, working.  Whatever, ....  this really kept me busier trying to go back cage after cage trying to figure it all out than if I'd just been pacing myself. I think I'm going to take my executive privledge as head honcho and let myself log on whenever I want!

Well, after getting a new computer and not exactly knowing how to get my avi back, I've got to go whine and cry to CBB. It does't feel the same without my dancing gorillas.

the highlighted part has got to be the "best" ....I have read in a longtime!!! My grandfather(92) passed away In Dec. and I moved my grandmother (89) into our home to live....he had broke his hip for second time in less than 6 mths. I stayed w/ them the first time 6 weeks so he could live at home but 2nd time knew we couldn't care for him thus nursing home was only other choice...he passed away before that happened (thank god)....long story kinda shorter...I HAVE been RACKING MY peapickin" brain trying to find something to say to her when she goes on about what if's.....I WILL be using your phrase tonight and many more times I am sure ((((monkey huggs)))) ::MonkeyDance::

Hi everyone!

Been away for a bit (son is out of school) but I have been catching up.  I am saddened to read the events that have happened.  I always felt something was off regarding Dolce and Always1, and I don't know why people make up such outrageous lies about themselves. ::MonkeyNoNo::  My heart goes out IslandMonkey and her family, and to everyone here who has an ailing family member and fur baby.  It is sad to read that more fur babies have passed to the rainbow bridge.  I know my Abby girl is in good company.  And ANJM, you are so right, everything does happen for a reason.

I found SM looking for information on the Natalee Holloway case.  I joined in the first few weeks after she disappeared.

I didn't have an avatar, barely had the courage to even post...I think when I finally did get an avatar, one of the crashes happened right after.  I don't think I made it on the bus.

Hello monkeys, I just got home from a wonderful Oregon coast vacation, my daughter and son in law and grandchildren were able to stay for 5 days.  My hubby and I stayed until yesterday.  Hooray for retirement.

I first tried to get caught up in my regular thread, Caylee's thread but the first thing I saw was clues that something had gone on with Dolce, so I went to musings.  I finally found the post that started it all and I was sooooo relieved to find out that it was out in the open.

As soon as Dolce gave the length of the twins on the forum, I read them to my daughter who is TRULY pregnant.  She is due the end of August.  My daughter immediately informed her own stupid mother, that the babies could not be that length at full term and that twin births don't usually go full term.  She is pregnant with her third baby and is so well informed on pregnancy that she could write her own book.  I started to look up what size the twins should be and even if they were very premature they could never be 12 or 13 inches in length.

I was so upset that I emailed Klaas, I didn't know what to do.  Klaas had already heard from other monkeys that their was something very wrong with Dolce's story.  Klaas, was put in a very, very hard position.  Dolce, seemed to be a very informed and caring monkey and seemed very dedicated to our cause.  I had my doubts about Dolce's stories of drivers and diamond rings and nannies but I had learned from Klaas to only believe what I choose to believe on the internet.  Any of us could be lying for no reason, the only difference is that we have no reason to be lying.  Obviously, Dolce is very sick, my hubby and my daughter feel sorry for her, atm I can't feel sorry for her.  I am too sad for all of the people that she truly hurt.  To all the people that had personal contact with her, I am so sorry that you trusted your heart with someone so undeserving.  Please, please, don't let that harden you too much.  I know it will make you think twice before you give personal information to anyone but maybe that is a good thing.  We have all been given a personal life lesson here that you can't believe everything that is written on a forum.  That doesn't mean that we can't care about each other, that is a good thing, we just need to be cautious and take everything with a grain of salt.  The Great Salt Lake wouldn't have enough to cover what Dolce has done.  She is the loser, she lost a family, yes, we are strangers but the love here is amazing.  I had to stop reading to post this in time to talk with anyone, I am in the West and you all go to bed so early, lol.  So, I have one question, has Dolce been banned?  If, so can anyone send me the link of when it happened?

I hope someone is here, I really need to talk.

 Pet Airways will fly a pet between five major cities—New York, Washington, Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles. The $250 one-way fare is comparable to pet fees at the largest U.S. airlines.

For owners the big difference is service. Dogs and cats will fly in the main cabin of a Suburban Air Freight plane, retooled and lined with carriers in place of seats. Pets (about 50 on each flight) will be escorted to the plane by attendants that will check on the animals every 15 minutes during flight. The pets are also given pre-boarding walks and bathroom breaks. And at each of the five airports it serves, the company has created a "Pet Lounge" for future fliers to wait and sniff before flights.

The company will operate out of smaller, regional airports in the five launch cities, which will mean an extra trip for most owners dropping off their pets if they are flying too. Stops in cities along the way means the pets will take longer to reach a destination than their owners.

A trip from New York to Los Angeles, for example, will take about 24 hours. On that route, pets will stop in Chicago, have a bathroom break, play time, dinner, and bunk for the night before finishing the trip the next day.

I knew something was up when I saw that the lengths were 12 and 13 inches.  My son was born 3 weeks early and was 19 inches long.  I think babies are 12-13 inches around the beginning of the 3rd trimester.  I used to belong to a Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Parenting board (Conceptionstore.com) and this same stuff was happening over there!  Except one woman lied about giving birth and her baby dying!  And other members had sent her baby clothes!  Absolutely despicable! ::MonkeyNoNo::

Hi Boo, I am so glad you happen to be here.  I am so sorry for the hurt that Dolce caused you.  You are so sweet and you didn't deserve to be lied to, none of us did.  I am so glad to come back from vacation and find out that it is at last out in the open.  I didn't know what to do when my daughter told me that the babies couldn't be that length.  I don't think Klaas knew what to do either.  I was afraid to post anything but I did see a lot of other people doubting her under their breath in musings from time to time.  I was relieved when Klaas told me that I wasn't the only one that had emailed her about the length of the twins.  My daughter had to see more so I showed her the pictures and she said no way could those be newborn babies. 

I am so amazed at the lengths she went to, how hard it must of been to lie not only here but in real life.  Where was her husband during all of her time on the phone and the forum?  He never looked over her shoulder?  He never heard her speak on the phone?  It is so crazy and yes. I think that when other people compare her to Casey, it is not a far reach.  Not to say that I think that she could commit murder but her lying is better than Casey's any day of the week.  If she would of gotten the lengths right, I think she might of gotten away with it.  Just think, we would of all been there for their first smile, words, steps, NOT.  EPIC FAIL DOLCE AND I KNOW YOU ARE READING HERE, YOU ARE TOO CRAZY NOT TO BE.

Karen, I'm so sorry for your loss :(  It's hard to lose a loved pet. I lost my Golden Sandy on Apr 22nd... she was 12 years old and I had her since she was 8 weeks old. She was with me all the time.  She was having problems walking and getting up..we had her treated for hip dysplasia, but her front legs were giving out so the vet said she had a brain tumor...nothing could be done so we had her put down. I cried for days, still cry off and on about her.  The last thing I'd ever want was another pet so soon. But the day we had her put down, my husband called the beagle breeder we had our first beagle from and happens she was putting an ad in the paper the next day for baby beagles. We went to look and got one...I can say it helped me with the grief.. nothing could ever replace her, but it helped keeping busy with a new puppy and housebreaking her. I was going thru pics in my computer tonight and saw Sandy's.. had me crying again.. so I know how you're feeling missing your pup.

CBB, you're such a good mom to get Kubear a burger!  I hope that the tests come back with good news.

My Time, I can't believe you are being treated this way.  I am still trying to catch up on everything, I have been gone since July 2nd on vacation.  Is Always 1 involved with the Dolce mess, or is she an innocent victim too?  I need to read back but I am upset that you are being subjected to this.  Is it something that you need to inform law enforcement about?  I am so worried about you.  I know you don't know me very well but I am a avid reader of musings and love your honesty and sense of humor.  Just when I thought that the Anthony's had the lock on lying and deceiving, I come back to find that we have to be careful everywhere.  I hope these people take heed of your warning or you find out what can be done legally.

She left after we finished with her that night and didn't post anymore about it, at least not on the Caylee thread. I have thought of you when I first heard about this. maybe she doesn't really have a husband either.....who knows and who can believe anything about her after what she did?
dolce has some issues it seems...she seemed really nice and she did do some good things on here...like getting us all going on the emailing to Larry King and stuff like that...she was a good motivator...she could have been so well liked without the baby farce..I wasn't so into the baby thing (as I suspected that all was not right,)  as much as the other stuff that she had to say...her passion for Adji and other missing  kids...that part of her seemed genuine  and real to me...such a shame that she let herself get so warped as to do what she did on here...I don't understand that kind of need I guess...

I know exactly what you mean by your post, MYTIME. I went through something very similar in a different situation. I know just where you and BOO are coming from. I think in my case it is not over, but I can be patient. Very patient. I am much, much wiser now. The biddy committee just THINK they know what they are doing.   ::MonkeyWink::

When I was young we moved across the United States. We thought we were going to stay at our new house forever. Did not work out. My Mom adopted a puppy and we found we were to move back to Michigan. She was not yet a year old and " Why" my parents thought it was best at time... I have no clue. We " the people" drove back and our Puppy was put on a plane.  I guess my Mom thought it would be better for our dog to go home within 6 hours ...than to be in a car for 5 days ..or however long.

Well she did arrive to my Grandpa and She was a mess. They at that time, 1973, they put the pets in with the luggage- near the engines. And she was so tiny and she was just destroyed mentally.  Every time from that plane trip ..when ever she heard a vacuum, a lawn mower any machine ...she would collapse and make weezin noises and basically fall to pieces. We all had to earn her trust over again it was that bad.  My Mom never ever forgave herself for putting her on that plane.  Gasp.
So I thank you for that info. Some people wont ever travel/Move out of state due to they won't leave their pets (Or fear their Pets health/welfare on a Plane). You just enlightened me - I had no idea such services were available.

Hi Fanny, high five right back girl.  Ohhhh do I remember that night, just thinking about it makes my blood boil.  We were all so worn out that day from the Anthony media blitz and we didn't get to see the memorial live and then we get bit by one of our own family.  I put my heart into those posts. I don't even really remember exactly what I said, I am normally so shy and timid but that really got me mad.  I should go back and see just how much guts I do have when push comes to shove.  Guess, I pushed back that night and believe me, it felt GOOD.  I was not suprised to see the truth finally brought out about Dolce, I had known since she posted the lengths.  She is some kinda crazy, this world gets scarier and scarier every day.  I just have to tell myself that we are ALL not liars and frauds.  We are decent loving people that want a place to come and share.  I still love SM and I will not let a few rotten people to ruin it for me.  We need to keep our personal info, just that, personal.  Klaas and other mods have warned us time after time, I feel lucky to have taken their advice.  All you need to know about me is what I have told you so far.  I am a 54yr old grandma of 2, almost 3 and I have been happily married to a wonderful man for over 34 years.  That is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  I don't even think I would want to lie about any of that, I love it all, just the way it is.  I am glad you reminded me that I can push back when I need to.  ::MonkeyDevil::

Fanny, I just have to ask, did you use to post on Topix?  Is that where you were mistreated?  There are a few of us here from there that I know of.  I was posting there before I found this wondeful place.  No mods, make for a very scary place.  I can remember the troll situation was hideous and people had us moving from thread to thread, did you go through that too?  I left when it just became impossible and lurked here for awhile before I finally was brave enough to register and post.  Don't let anyone push you around, you PUSH back.

Yes I was. I went through a horrendous experience. I also was a victim of some pretty nasty e-mails and some other things. One of the main one is registered here and comes in from time to time. Very seldom, but just to intimidate, especially if we are talking about topix. There are a few more that I am pretty sure who they are.

I know there are other refugees from there and are very nice. Some go back and forth. There is another really vicious one that I think is here biding her time. Several of the worst ones claimed they were registered here, one I know of was asking to be registered. The vicious one I recognized on the Jackazz forum last weekend. I can tell her writing a mile off.

Come with me to a third grade classroom......  There is a nine year old kid sitting at his desk and all of a sudden, there is a puddle between his feet and the front of his pants are wet.  He thinks his heart is going to stop because he cannot possibly imagine how this happened.  It's never happened before and he knows that when the boys find out he will never hear the end of it.  When the girls find out they will never speak to him again as long as he lives.

The boy believes his heart is going to stop; he puts his head down and prays, "Dear God, this is an emergency!  I need help now.  He lifts his head up and sees the teacher coming with a look in her eyes that says he has been discovered.  As the teacher is walking toward him, a classmate named Susie is carrying a goldfish bowl that is filled with water.  Susie trips in front of the teacher and inexplicably dumps the bowl of water in the boy's lap.  The boy pretends to be angry, but all the while is saying to himself, "Thank you Lord, Thank you!"  Now instead of being the object of ridicule he is the object of sympathy.  The teacher rushes him downstairs and gives him gym shorts to put on while his pants dry out.  All of the other children are on their hands and knees cleaning up the water around his desk.  The sympathy is wonderful, but as life would have it, the ridicule that should have been the boys is now place on Susie.  She tries to help but the other kids tell her to get out." You've done enough, you klutz!" 

Finally at the end of the school day as they are waiting for the bus, the boy walks over to Susie and whispers, "You did that on purpose didn't you"?  Susie whispers back, "I wet my pants once too."

CBB something is wrong on SM ...because all the Monkey faces that we can plunk in our posts are coming up as White Boxes .. saying " Image Hotlinked from Scared Monkeys Dot Com" ... has been this way now for awhile...  and I have been blown out twice from the server in the last hour.......

The SM server was down for a while.  Maybe if you try closing out of SM (not logging out) and then coming back in you won't have that "hotlink" problem.

Yes I have a passion for White Boxers .. I think they are amazing and wonderful.
I was able to have one last year. Just for two days. I was helping my cousin out. He was in a really tough spot. ( Long Story) ... well me house was in full renovation and torn to bits inside ..and I took in his Baby for 2 days.

She was a year old, White Box and she was Deaf ... and she only responded to Daddy " my Cousin" ...was the longest 2 days of my life. I had to take her to the store with me to get her Food .. got into the pet supply store hmm. She took ME through the isles. She dragged me literally my feet skidding along being dragged... She would not respond to me pulling on her " Nufhin".. harness .. me trying to make Eye contact with her was Fruitless. I had to call him and have her picked up ... I was sad. She slept with me the first night. My Cats were terrified of her due to her size. She and I slept on the couch. OMG she stretched out and she was longer than me ...Her arms above her head Straight UP ...and her flat on her back with her legs stretched out ... Her face turned directly to mine.. She snored like a trouper.
I had no alternative but to stare at the ceiling ..lol. If I turned left I would smother in the couch .. If I turned right ... I had Boxer in my face.  Oh well what is one lost night of sleep .. for a dog to feel that at peace to snore its little heart out.

Northern - I found out within that week ... He gave her to a Unknown Woman.

He had lost everything, his house etc..Due to lack of Work. He came up " back to Michigan" from where he was living down south. He had no money and little or no resources. His Wife and Kids had to come first. Omg it heart breaking. I so wanted to keep her. But I could not keep her. She was so Huge and my Deenie was and is so Tiny ... and I kept thinking  " One Good Paw" even in play could knock my Deenie out ... She " the Boxer" was 80lbs. Deenie at the time was 5lbs.
My Cats are both 9 and 10 and they looked at her like she was a Grizzly Bear .. Terrified. My One cat got one good swipe in and cut the poor Baby Box .. deep in the face within 20 mins of her being in my house. It was a no Mix. I tried though. I even offered him Money so he could keep her. Him being in such dire straights .. He said I would use it to keep my family first. Uggh. I am happy to say though he and his family are doing Good now. They have a place to call home and they are making it .. Once again. They have been married for 18 yrs. You can't give up on that. Good Family with great Kids.

I am happy that they are making it.  There are so many struggling right now and I fear it is going to get worse before it gets better.  I hope I am wrong.

With all the talk of fur babies I thought I'd show off the newest addition to our family, Jericho.  We don't know what kind of dog he is, he's a mutt of some sort.  We have 2 min pins also, well make that 1 min pin and 1 pin-o-potamus (she's been a diet for 4 years) LOL   We think Jericho must have some type of herding breed in him because he herds the minpins around all the time.  I think they're tired of being his little black sheep already.
