With the re-baptism just 13 days behind them, I expect to see some changes in the Anthony's demeanor on Friday in court. (cough, cough, choke)  We shall see....

This is the autopsy report. I have read it before....but this time I READ IT.  page 27 of this report starting with the line, 'Since the bones of the skeleton were found scattered......if you have the stomach start reading there.....you will feel angry and sad and pizzed....but it is important IMO to remember that not only did kc kill Caylee but what happened to her little body while kc was out partying.......I hope to God this is read out loud during the trial....Georgie got upset over an attorney saying remains....what in the hell will he do when this is testified to in court!! !!  This is going to be an emotionally charged trial, if it goes to trial.
  This is a file that I can't copy and paste and if I could I would be reluctant to do it .

What burns me up is this court appearance by Nejame..and possibly Tim..I just think Tim will be one to stand up for his rights and appear just to show the A's...
is this takes time and money away from Tim doing what he does best..find the missing..rather then having to hassle in court with Bozo and crew.  He went their to help..and now he has defend himself and his volunteers.

There is a very good reason Nejame left the A's..they didn't give him his walking papers...he couldn't tolerate their lies anymore.

Yes, I read this report the other night and it does give you the full understanding of what happened to Caylee's body. And this report will help to convict Casey of this crime. I hope the cameras are on her face when this is read, and questioned over and over so that everyone clearly understands what Casey allowed to happen to her own flesh and blood. Her reaction will be one of two things....total disregard or her tearless attempt at crying.

Remember when George and Cindy were at the May 28th hearing and LKB said something to Cindy and Cindy, who looked as if she had been on a crying jag, shook her head no? (at 8:13  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZpkY_7EyAgE&NR=1  )  I firmly believed it then and still do, they had just read the autopsy report themselves and discovered what their daughter did to Caylee and what she allowed to happen to her body. I just hope the tears at that time were for Caylee and not for themselves. I hope this re-baptism allows them finally want justice for Caylee.

I am so tired of Baez and his dream team of infamous lawyers and expert witnesses. 

I left an open comment to Cindy and George on Blink ON Crime, because I am sure they read there. I can understand loving a child no matter what they do..I can't understand lying for them..or not placing the memory of my granddhild first ..they sold out..due to Baez influence and their misplaced will to not lose Casey.  However, I don't think rather Lyons came onboard or not, Casey is most likely to get LWOP.  All the people involved in Casey's case have their own interest at heart..not Casey's..not that this part bothers me..but really what bothers me..they don't have an after thought for Caylee.

Cindy and George need to realize Caylee knows that people are responsible for their own actions....she paid with her life for her Mother's misdirected hate and anger.

The Prosecution needs to display three photos in court - any one of the cute pictures of this beautiful little girl that we have all seen - alongside a photo of the remains of bits of bone, hair, held together with duct tape, in a dirty swamp.
Then just one more photo, of her mother at any of her parties while Caylee was decaying...
They need not say much, the photos will speak volumes..

The posts about rereading the autopsy reports got me thinking about my feeling after reading them myself when they were first released: The cause of death was probably gruesomely simple.

If you read between the lines, in both the autopsy reports and trunk air sample analysis report released some time ago, a few things are emphasized over and over:

(1) the duct tape specifically covering the nose and the mouth (the openings through which one breathes)
(2) an anaerobic (ie, oxygen-deprived) decompositional event taking place in the trunk
(3) a hair mat forming on the base of the skull

These 3 key pieces of evidence are emphasized for a reason, I think. They point to a cause of death that perhaps went like this:

Casey purposely duct-taped Caylee's nostrils and mouth (to stop her from breathing) while Caylee was in a state in which she could not fight back (either asleep or chloroformed), stashed Caylee somewhere no one would find her (trunk?), and let her struggle there, alive, until she died (hence, the hair mat forming specifically on the BASE OF CAYLEE's SKULL, a sign to me that she was shaking her head from side to side, perhaps rubbing the back of it against a surface in vain attempts to free her head from the duct tape).

I think Caylee, in essence, was "buried alive," in that she was slowly suffocated to death by having duct tape thoroughly covering her mouth and nose -- simple as that. But because the skeleton lacked any soft tissue whatsoever, there is no way for Dr. G. to detect any signs of suffocation, so she has to state the cause of death as unknown, and the manner of death as homicide.

The entire Anthony case is such a tragedy on so many levels. In some ways the death of this innocent little girl has caused her to be forgotten with all off the surrounding drama and theatrics. On the other hand though, Caylee is kept alive in the public's mind by these same distractions. It's all such a tragedy.

I withdrew from the case because I felt it was the best and right thing to do. Although I have sympathy for George and Cindy for the loss of Caylee, I refused to be a part of anything that would assist Casey.

Like all of you I come here to seek justice for an innocent little girl!!we have adopted her in our hearts and have grown to love her very much we are consumed daily with her. Many of us  have grandchildren, children  of our own and could never imagine having to go through such a traumatic experience. I am both sad for caylee but also angered by the injustice and meaness that caylees grandparents have shown for those people  that did nothing  but try to find her. they have been vicious and evil and have lashed out at anyone that refused to see the situation their way. they know what their daughter did and yet they continue to make a public spectacle of  themselves with their phony foundations and money making schemes. I dont see any redeeming values in any of the anthonys !! they have all lost their credibility and respect of  everyone. they stand alone by their own choice.
I will be so glad when this trial is finaly over and justice is served. I think that the death penalty is the best thing for casey! The anthonys will never be the same! they will have to live with the ugly truth that their daughter killed her own child just to be the vindictive 'B' as she proudly calls herself!!
 Baez will fade off into the sunset to try other cases !! never becoming the johny cochran of today!!  while casey sits in death row year after year until the time comes for her to face her master and account for her actions.

Good morning, Monkeys.  Been lurking because I've been so busy taking care of my mom and family stuff, but I'm still tuned to the Justice for Caylee frequency on my Scared Monkeys radio.  Blink's 3D tour is amazing.  I can't wait for Friday and hopefully more info that will ultimately bring all those responsible for Caylee's death into the light.

It's hard to be patient, but I have ultimate faith in the rightness of this cause.  When you see the diligence of the people in these forums, the Blinks and Nuts and Klaas, everyone who painfully pores through the autopsy reports to try to figure out what really happened, I remain in awe.  Okay, my love letter is over, (for now.) 

Yes, I agree that the duct tape is the cause of death and it was placed so tightly, before decomposition set in, that it kept the mandible in place.
The dispersal of the bones show that animals did this during early decomposition. The length of the roots to the vegetation, which were growing through the vertebrae and the 2 black garbage bags prove how long the body was there and coincides with the last time Caylee was seen alive, with her mother. Now add the results from the trunk of the car......this all points to one person committing this crime and that is Casey. She intentionally took the life of her own daughter. Why? We will never know the answer to that but what is important to remember is a motive is not necessary to convict Casey. All of this and what the State has that we don't know about will bring justice for sweet Caylee.

Gypsy you are so right on all fronts - I feel the Anthony's lost Casey, so to speak, long ago and mind you with their help.  They are so misguided by not realizing the price poor Caylee paid because of it.  The pain of that in itself should be enough for them to rally around justice for Caylee rather than saving Casey - what is there to save?  Nothing in my opinion.

Now, back to the prosecutorial misconduct of the courts across the county - nation - world - even the universe including Cloud City just for lee anthony, well if that is the case - lets just change it to guilty until proven innocent.

ORLANDO -- The former attorney for the Anthony family is revealing more about what he knows in the Casey Anthony case.

Attorney Mark NeJame will hold a press conference at his office Thursday at 2 p.m.

In a motion filed earlier, Casey Anthony's defense team wants an Orange County judge to order Tim Miller, president of Texas EquuSearch, to turn over documents.

NeJame is now the attorney for Miller.

Both Miller and NeJame are expected in court at 9:30 a.m. Friday for the hearing.

First it was the Texas Court that forced Topix this past February to reveal the names of posters who were defaming and attacking someone.  Now it's Google being forced to reveal the name of a blogger who has written defamatory things about a Canadian born model.

Free speech is not a right to say anything you want about anyone!  Freedom of speech applied to the Constitutional right to speak against your government without fear of reprisals.  (Well, we know those days are numbered don't we?!)

It does not however mean you can attack and defame someone because you disagree with them or don't like them.  It especially means you cannot accuse them of a crime that they did not commit or try to implicate them in that crime for your selfish purposes.  And it means you can't hide behind screen names when you do. 

There has to be repercussions for such actions and now there are precedents being set.

And, for all the whiners and cry babies that will moan and groan about this - it isn't about censorship.  It's about accountability.  I believe we should have the right to say what's on our mind but when that "opinion" exceeds the boundaries of courtesy, commons sense and the law their should be recompense for those who have been wronged.  Until now all the rights were on the side of the trolls...I mean posters and bloggers.  Now the victims have rights too!

You know, I am so excited about this I may just go to McDonald's and get one of their new ANGUS burger burgers to celebrate!

Casey Anthony's defense has made another request for information from prosecutors.

In a 90-page motion and corresponding exhibits filed today, defense lawyers Linda Kenney Baden, Andrea D. Lyon and Jose Baez say they want law-enforcement communications with the FBI, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and various experts including a botanist and entomologist.

Defense attorneys requested information in the first-degree murder case against Anthony in March and they have not received the material, the motion said.

Anthony, 23, is accused of killing daughter Caylee Marie Anthony, who disappeared last summer.

Meanwhile, Mark NeJame, an attorney for a volunteer search group that looked for Caylee last year, will offer more details this afternoon on behalf his client, Texas Equusearch.

The land where Caylee's remains were found -- a vacant property a short walk from where she lived with her mother and grandparents -- was underwater last year, NeJame's office said in statement to the media and in a letter to the State Attorney's Office.
NeJame's office also released aerial photos showing the property in east Orange County was wet while searchers were looking for Caylee.

"This seems to clearly contradict any claims that the area was dry previous to Caylee's discovery and the likelihood that Caylee was later brought to that location,'' NeJame's office said in a statement.

ORLANDO -- New information will be revealed today in the Casey Anthony case, but it's not coming from prosecutors or the defense.

The founder and director of EquuSearch, Tim Miller, and his lawyer, Mark NeJame say they will release documents, computer disks of information, and photos about EquuSearch's search for Caylee Anthony last year. They will also release a letter to Casey Anthony's lawyers and a copy of a legal motion.

NeJame says aerial photos show that the area where Caylee's remains were found was submerged in water a month prior to the discovery of her remains.

The photos were made Nov. 7  from an Orange County Sheriff's Office helicopter.

NeJame says if you look at the foliage, someone could be within inches of an item and not see it.

Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, filed a number of motions. One motion tried to get EquuSearch to turn over maps, communications records and information on searchers and their involvement with investigators.

That motion was denied in January.

Now the defense has filed a motion to make Tim Miller a material witness. Judge Stan Strickland is expected to hear it tomorrow in court.

Miller and NeJame were together in Orlando Monday when they announced they will help in Search for Haleigh Cummings.

They will be in court together for the Casey Anthony Case Friday.

NeJame says he doesn't object to Miller as a material witness. But continues to say that EquuSearch was acting as a private company- and not hired by the sheriff's office.

And... tomorrow's hearing the case against Casey is set to get underway at 9-30 a-m.

The hearing will address motions filed by Casey's defense team.

The defense wants to delay Casey's criminal check fraud trial.

They also want a gag order preventing bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his associates from talking about their conversations with Casey Anthony.

George Anthony and his attorney, Brad Conway, are talking with attorney Mark NeJame behind closed doors.

NeJame, an attorney for a volunteer search group that looked for Anthony's granddaughter, Caylee, last year, was holding a news conference this afternoon when George Anthony interrupted.

The live feed of today's news conference was thru SKYPE....I think that's why it was difficult to understand some of what was being said.

Tim Miller's Attorney To Hold Conference Friday Afternoon

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Tim Miller, director of Texas Equusearch, has turned over several photographs of the area where Caylee Anthony's remains were found to the state prosecutor's office and Casey Anthony's defense team.

Anthony is currently being held in the Orange County jail. She is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home.

Miller's attorney, Mark NeJame, held a press conference on Friday afternoon regarding the photos. NeJame's office said the photographs establish that the area where Caylee's remains were found was submerged in water a month prior to the discovery. He said the wet conditions and dense foliage kept Equusearch from searching that area.

NeJame said they came forward with the information because of some media speculation that the area was dry and was searched by Equusearch. He said the photographs contradict those statements and make it seem unlikely that Caylee's remains were later brought to that location.

NeJame also filed court documents saying that Miller does not object to being certified as a material witnerss, as Anthony's defense has requested.

ORLANDO -- New information will be revealed today in the Casey Anthony case, but it's not coming from prosecutors or the defense.

The founder and director of EquuSearch, Tim Miller, and his lawyer, Mark NeJame say they will release documents, computer disks of information, and photos about EquuSearch's search for Caylee Anthony last year. They will also release a letter to Casey Anthony's lawyers and a copy of a legal motion.

NeJame says aerial photos show that the area where Caylee's remains were found was submerged in water a month prior to the discovery of her remains.
 
The photos were made Nov. 7  from an Orange County Sheriff's Office helicopter.

NeJame says if you look at the foliage, someone could be within inches of an item and not see it.
Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, filed a number of motions. One motion tried to get EquuSearch to turn over maps, communications records and information on searchers and their involvement with investigators.

That motion was denied in January.

Now the defense has filed a motion to make Tim Miller a material witness. Judge Stan Strickland is expected to hear it tomorrow in court.

Miller and NeJame were together in Orlando Monday when they announced they will help in Search for Haleigh Cummings.

They will be in court together for the Casey Anthony Case Friday.

NeJame says he doesn't object to Miller as a material witness. But continues to say that EquuSearch was acting as a private company- and not hired by the sheriff's office.

And... tomorrow's hearing the case against Casey is set to get underway at 9-30 a-m.
The hearing will address motions filed by Casey's defense team.

The defense wants to delay Casey's criminal check fraud trial.

They also want a gag order preventing bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his associates from talking about their conversations with Casey Anthony.

News 13 will broadcast Friday's hearing live.

So I just talked to Leonard Padilla. Yes, IT IS TRUE that George rushed the office, (more like stormed in and demanded to be seen) and NO, Brad Conway was nowhere to be found....The reason George stormed in? According to Padilla, the Anthonys will not let anything negative be said about Caylee or Casey. Can you say DYSFUNCTION? Cindy, she was at home, and according to Padilla, Lee was granted immunity because he knew far more than he has ever told.

I asked about Lee's nervous laughter, and Padilla said there was a a ceratin amount of that coming from Lee when they spoke to him. Padilla's take was that Lee knew where the body was, and LP told me that if Casey confided in anyone, it was Lee.

So......as I write this George is still inthe office with the atty. I'm sure they are trying to soothe him, LP told me there was some talk of calling law-enforcement, but the attys nixed it. Oh, those poor grieving Grandparents. They want to control every aspect of this case and they can't. Would someone PLEASE put them in jail for lying and obstructing justice? For heaven's sake....they are as freaking criminal as their daughter.....

Casey Anthony's father barged into a news conference today and demanded to speak with an attorney who represents a volunteer search group that looked for his granddaughter last year..

George Anthony spoke to attorney Mark NeJame behind closed doors for several minutes until Anthony's attorney, Brad Conway, showed up and joined them.
George Anthony's daughter, Casey, is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie, last year. The toddler's remains were found in a woods less than a mile from her family home.

About 30 minutes later, the three emerged, appearing calm.George Anthony said he received a call from his daughter's defense attorney, Jose Baez, about the press conference and photos of the wooded area back in November - a month before the remains were found.

There was a misunderstanding and everything had been resolved, Anthony said.

Neither Anthony nor NeJame would say would the misunderstanding was about.

Jose Baez’s spokeswoman, Marti Mackenzie, said the defense team did contact George Anthony and his attorney about the press conference.

"He and the defense team felt the press conference and the release of the photos were improper," she said. Anthonys may want to let their opinion be known, she said.

NeJame, an attorney for a volunteer search group that looked for Anthony's granddaughter, Caylee, last year, was holding a news conference this afternoon at his Orlando law office.

NeJame was offering more details on behalf his client, Texas Equusearch.

The land where Caylee's remains were found -- a vacant property a short walk from where she lived with her mother and grandparents -- was underwater last year, NeJame's office said in statement to the media and in a letter to the State Attorney's Office before the news conference started.

NeJame's office also released aerial photos showing the property in east Orange County was wet while searchers were looking for Caylee.

"This seems to clearly contradict any claims that the area was dry previous to Caylee's discovery and the likelihood that Caylee was later brought to that location,'' NeJame's office said in a statement.
