That's what I don't understand...How can an attorney who is not representing the defendant release evidence in the case?  This seems to me to be setting a dangerous precedent if not in this case, perhaps another.  However, I have been surprised several times already at the differences that exist in Florida's discovery law vs. other state's.

 An FBI forensics lab identified a blood stain outline of a child in the fetal position in the trunk liner of accused child killer Casey Anthony’s truck, according to newly released documents.

The new information came in an e-mail from FBI Intelligence Analyst Karen B. Cowan to another agency employee in an email dated Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008.

The 23-year-old Orlando woman is charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, hiding the child's remains and lying to investigators about a baby sitter kidnapping her.

“If you look closely at this photo, there appears to be the outline or silhouette of a child in the fetal position," Cowan wrote.

The e-mail was included among thousands more pages of information pertaining to the Anthony case that were released by the Florida state attorney's office on Tuesday.
"You can make out what may be the back, bottom, and legs most clearly," Cowan said in the message. "The image is best viewed on a computer screen, rather than a printout, but several of us can see this image and agree there is good chance we are seeing something significant."

Included in the newly released documents was information that duct tape found on the mouth of slain toddler Caylee Anthony was contaminated by an FBI document examiner.

The contamination was discovered after FBI lab workers noticed female DNA on the duct tape which neither matched Caylee Anthony, Casey Anthony or the toddler's grandmother, Cindy Anthony. Samples were taken of FBI workers who had handled the duct tape and a match was found with a forensics document examiner.

The forensics lab that identified the blood stain also confirmed Caylee's identity when her remains were found in December 2008, six months after she disappeared. Her mother didn't report her missing for a month.
Anthony has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges and remains behind bars in Orlando. Her trial was pushed back from October 2009 to January 2010, but could be delayed even further.

I found long ago, we didn't get all the docs all the time. Sometimes later, we have found docs or videos on some site almost no one had seen. I can remember on tape in particular we didn't see for a long time, but it was in the archives of a media outlet.

I don't know what conman has, but you can be sure that Spindy is behind this. This is not the usual way docs are released, especially by a lawyer that doesn't even represent the accused. Brad drank the Kool aid a long time ago. He is throwing his whole reputation and credibility on the line for these crazed people. I don't think anything he can do now, will remove the bad taste in the mouth the documents yesterday gave most everyone who read them.

I am just waiting for George to come out swinging again. He is being uncharacteristically  quiet. He is just as evil as Spindy. She is just more "out there" and public about the things she does. I think he is in the background pulling string, pushing Spindy's buttons, and looking over her shoulder and advising as she does the dirty work.

I think there is an assumption when we post here that unless we are posting links to the words we put here, that it is an opinion. So therefore, I am going to quit post JMO, IMO, unless it is required. If KLAAS thinks we should do so, I will go back to doing it.

Monkeys is it possible Sin Sin really did have a nervous break down.  Looking for a live Caylee what could be her motive in that.  Is she really in denial- I could forgive her for everything she has done-except for trying to put the blame on Innocent people.  that is unforgivable.  She has ruined Jessie life-and countless others.  So we alll know SIN SIN is NUTS--but now do we think she is mentially Ill for real.

So I'm wondering... IF it doesn't match any tape found in the home, and that's a big if imo, then still...it was Henkel found at the crime scene and henkel is used in the home. That still seems pretty hefty evidence to me.

Whether she truly is or not, I don't think there's any excuse for her, George, or Lee's behavior. I think she's beyond help and it's gonna get even crazier. I believe we're going to see even more shocking things come out of that woman.

I may get near the edge myself today. I hadn't thought they may show their faces today. I don't think I could watch it.

Just a thought, Conway cannot release anything that is not available to everyone anyway, he has nothing that the state hasn't made freely available to the media except his own or his discredited clients take on the case. Their collaborative efforts to taint evidence and misdirect everyone, including LE being taken into account makes them look...well desperate.

It's not the state prosecutors fault if the media outlets don't make public every document released by them. Conway needs to step away from the kool-aid cooler at the Anthony Asylum.  ::MonkeyConfused::

As I understand it, there are different levels one can be. At first I wondered about George, but after reading some things, I don't think he has NPD. Things like him telling LE that he didn't like how going to Baez's house for dinner and all that crap affected things about Caylee...signs of a conscience. Which at times makes me angrier at him because he's shown a conscience and still goes on with the stupid crap. He keeps sitting on the wrong side of the courtroom.  ::MonkeyMad::

It is annoying to me to have the media pick and choose and not just publish all the documents when they are released. I don't want to be spoon fed. I want to see what is there. I want to decide for myself what is important and what is not.

I really do find the statement the tape doesn't match questionable. I think the news would be snatched up and would be plastered everywhere. Nancy Grace would be lobbing BOMBSHELLS  all over the studio! I am wondering if this was some kind of tests his "experts" did.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony told Local 6 News that he will release dozens of documents on Wednesday in connection with the Casey Anthony case.
Brad Conway is expected to hold a news conference at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

The development comes a day after the state attorney's office released thousands of pages of documents in the case and Local 6 News investigative reporter Tony Pipitone uncovered new evidence that a mystery source of DNA is on the duct tape that was found wrapped around Caylee Anthony's skull.

The findings could cast doubts about the state's case against Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were discovered in December.

Casey Anthony, 23, has pleaded not guilty and claims she left her daughter with a baby sitter and that the pair were gone when she returned to pick up Caylee, who was 2 years old at the time.

Two pieces of DNA were found on the duct tape attached to Caylee's skull, the same brand and type as that one found on a gas can in the Anthony family's east Orange County home, Pipitone reported.

But neither piece shows traces of Casey Anthony, according to documents released by the state attorney's office on Tuesday.

One DNA sample was traced to an FBI lab analyst who accidentally contaminated the outside of the duct tape during testing, the documents stated. But an FBI lab report showing a fragment of DNA represented by the number 17 was found on the underside, the adhesive side.

Local 6 showed it and other test results to John Jay College Professor Henrietta Nunno, who said it could be a big break for Casey Anthony's defense team.

"So it's not Casey. It's not Caylee. It's not Cindy. It's not George. And it's not the FBI analyst?" Pipitone asked.
"I would agree with that, yes," Nunno said. "Someone who is not one of those people did leave DNA on the tape. Whether it was the perpetrator of the crime or another person who examined it, I guess we don't know."

The amount of DNA is so small that it can't be used to identify whether it is from another FBI analyst.

Meanwhile, FBI documents show that a stain found in Casey Anthony's car trunk was possibly in the shape of a child in a fetal position, but Local 6 News has learned that the FBI will not testify about the shape of the stain, calling it speculation.

Also, fibers in the duct tape found with Caylee's remains don't match a roll from the Anthonys' home, documents show.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An attorney for the parents of Casey Anthony, who is accused of killing her daughter Caylee, said on Wednesday that evidence being used by prosecutors has some problems.
Attorney Brad Conway said a forensics report shows that duct tape found on Caylee's mouth doesn't match duct tape found at the Anthony home.

The attorney also said that no hairs showing signs of decomposition were found in the car used by Casey Anthony.

The development comes a day after the state attorney's office released thousands of pages of documents in the case and Local 6 News investigative reporter Tony Pipitone uncovered new evidence that a mystery source of DNA is on the duct tape that was found wrapped around Caylee's skull.

The findings could cast doubts about the state's case against Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were discovered in December.

Casey Anthony, 23, has pleaded not guilty and claims she left her daughter with a baby sitter and that the pair were gone when she returned to pick up Caylee, who was 2 years old at the time.

Two pieces of DNA were found on the duct tape attached to Caylee's skull, the same brand and type as that one found on a gas can in the Anthony family's east Orange County home, Pipitone reported.

But neither piece shows traces of Casey Anthony, according to documents released by the state attorney's office on Tuesday.
One DNA sample was traced to an FBI lab analyst who accidentally contaminated the outside of the duct tape during testing, the documents stated. But an FBI lab report showing a fragment of DNA represented by the number 17 was found on the underside, the adhesive side.

Local 6 showed it and other test results to John Jay College Professor Henrietta Nunno, who said it could be a big break for Casey Anthony's defense team.

"So it's not Casey. It's not Caylee. It's not Cindy. It's not George. And it's not the FBI analyst?" Pipitone asked.

"I would agree with that, yes," Nunno said. "Someone who is not one of those people did leave DNA on the tape. Whether it was the perpetrator of the crime or another person who examined it, I guess we don't know."

The amount of DNA is so small that it can't be used to identify whether it is from another FBI analyst.

Meanwhile, FBI documents show that a stain found in Casey Anthony's car trunk was possibly in the shape of a child in a fetal position, but Local 6 News has learned that the FBI will not testify about the shape of the stain, calling it speculation.

Also, fibers in the duct tape found with Caylee's remains don't match a roll from the Anthonys' home, documents show.

I don't understand how a lab tect's DNA could be on the tape.  Don't they wear gloves and face masks to test?  Also, if the DNA is too small to test, then how do they know anything about it at all? I'm going crazy with all the Conman stuff.  I think it's just throwing doubt out there to see if they can sway public opinion on the evidence.

Brad Conway Says Information Raises Questions

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney for Casey Anthony's parents released documents to the media Wednesday morning that he said raises serious questions about the state's scientific case.

Anthony is awaiting trial on charges of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. Her defense team filed a motion Wednesday to get that charge and death penalty dismissed because it says the prosecutors have not proven their case.

In a press conference, Brad Conway released more than 1,000 pages of documents, including the results of a FBI test that indicate that fibers taken from the duct tape across Caylee Anthony's mouth do not match similar fibers from tape that was across the Anthony family's gas can in their garage. This contradicts earlier reports that there was some sort of evidentiary match between tape found on Caylee's skull and tape found at the Anthony's home.

The Anthonys said they wanted to release this information because they say it supports what they have been saying all along – give their daughter the right to a fair trial, don't just assume she's guilty.

The information about the tape along with information released by the prosecution Tuesday about a lack of a DNA match between Casey Anthony and DNA on the tape raises questions about the state's scientific case, Anthony family attorney Brad Conway said.

"It was easy in the beginning to say well, you know, the duct tape on the gas can and the duct tape at the crime scene, they're similar, and people draw conclusions from that," Conway said. "Now we have an FBI report that says they're dissimilar, that they're not matched. Now I think the view of the land is a little bit more accurate than it was six months ago."

The report also said there was no match between fibers found at the crime scene and fibers found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car or the Anthony family home.

Test results released by the state on Tuesday indicated DNA tests conducted in February on duct tape found across the toddler's skull produced some intriguing results.

A female DNA profile was discovered, but it did not belong to Caylee, Casey Anthony or Cindy Anthony.

That prompted the FBI to scour its own personnel to determine who handled the tape, and tests indicated the DNA belonged to one of their own female technicians. When that information is coupled with revelations from last week about testing obliterating residue of a heart-shaped sticker on the duct tape, it could leave the lab's methods open to criticism.

FBI correspondence also revealed a photograph of a stained area in the back of the trunk of the Pontiac Sunfire driven by Casey Anthony. The photo appeared to show the outline of a child's body laying in a fetal position. However, an FBI photographic supervisor said, "We do not report conclusions about what may or may not have left marks or impressions. It is too speculative."

Federal officials also reported to investigators that DNA testing excluded Lee Anthony and Jesse Grund as Caylee's biological father.

Other correspondence shed light on how involved Cindy Anthony and the family's private investigator Dominic Casey became in trying to dig up dirt on the man who discovered Caylee's remains, Roy Kronk, as well as Grund.

After receiving some of the information from Cindy Anthony, Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, replied, "Good work, Rosebud."

There was also a letter from Dominic Casey that detailed who not to allow inside a memorial service for Caylee Anthony and a transcript of an interview with Annie Downing, who said she was a best friend of Casey Anthony shortly after Caylee's birth. Detectives asked Downing about Casey Anthony's relationship with her mother and possible use of Xanax.

The documents also included a sworn statement from a Maitland man who said he saw Casey Anthony and Caylee together the day after Father's Day 2008, which is the day Caylee was last seen by the Anthony family.

Inexplicably, Thompson waited until July 22, 2009 to tell police.

James Thompson said he saw Casey Anthony walking ten feet in front of Caylee at a Casselberry Walmart.

"To think I was one of the last people to see Caylee alive," Thompson said in his statement. "It bothers me constantly."

Thompson, who is on the state witness list, would not comment on his statement.

ORLANDO -- Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, held a news conference Wednesday to release more documents in the case against Casey Anthony.

Conway said he can prove the duct tape at the crime scene does not match tape found at the Anthony home. This comes one day after the state turned over more than 1,000 pages of information.

The attorney said there is an overwhelmingly skewed public opinion about Casey Anthony. He said most people think she is guilty and he has even gotten e-mails from people who say Casey doesn't even deserve a trial. Conway said Casey's family to remind everyone that she is innocent until proven guilty.

The Anthony family is continuing to stand behind Casey and are asking the public to wait until the case goes to trial.

"The Anthonys want to get to the truth. We all want to get to the truth. It's going to be a slow process. But nobody should make judgments about what the truth is based on discovery and discovery alone," Conway said.
Conway handed out about a dozen pages of discovery that have not yet been released by the State Attorney's Office or the defense. He said the pages prove that duct tape found in the Anthony home and at the crime scene do not match. He also said there is some mystery DNA that could link someone else other than Casey to Caylee's murder.

Conway said it is not his job to defend Casey, but there has been so much speculation about what happened, and that the Anthony family has been so much stress that he wanted to address it head on and stop the speculation.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in Caylee's death. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

Am I missing something? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if memory serves me, LE never said the tape on Caylee and the tape on the gas can came from the exact same roll. What I understood, is that they were the same very rare type of fire proof duct tape that is no longer manufactured..........

Attorneys for Anthony, who is in the Orange County Jail accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony, had filed a prior sweeping motion to have the case dismissed.

Among the information in the newly-released documents is a report that says fabric fibers found on the duct tape that was on little Caylee Anthony's mouth was not consistent with duct tape found on a gas can that also had duct tape on it.

The gas can was once in the car but was recovered as evidence from the Anthonys' home, investigators said.

Caylee Anthony was reported missing last July. Her remains were recovered in December in a wooded area less than a mile from the Anthonys' home in east Orange County.

Anthonys' Family Attorney Releases "New Evidence"

Conway handed out about a dozen pages of discovery that have not yet been released by the State Attorney's Office or the defense. He said the pages prove that duct tape found in the Anthony home and at the crime scene do not match. He also said there is some mystery DNA that could link someone else other than Casey to Caylee's murder.

I haven't been on here a long time so be patient.  What is CA and GA trying to pull here?  They never looked for Caylee ever so now that thier daughter is getting closer to her trial they are out there trying to throw some doublt in the media.    This whole family needs to be behind bars!!!!!!!!  They all need to fry for there own parts in covering up the truth for thier precious grandbaby!  Sad when it seems the public loved her more than her own family!

3. Are they going to try this on science?YES

NickandNora-  I think you're onto something here.  I agree that Cindy staged the memorial because public outcry was so strong, they had to do something...people would not have stood for no service of some type.  It also gave Cindy a chance to be on stage and in control of something big that thousands of people would see (captive audience type thing).  IMO though, it was mainly intended as a pep rally for Casey, with Cindy & George trying to force feed the multitude of potential jurors her "innocence".  IMO, Cindy & George felt they could convince the public of Casey's "devotion" to Caylee and what a great mom she was.  It also intended to rehab Cindy & George's image from ranting, raving lunatics into grief-stricken grandparents, needing time to grieve privately (remember the calls from Conway to respect the A's privacy while they grieved), and an attempt to normalize and humanize them and more importantly, Casey.  Cindy & George are all to aware, as many of you have said, that they have no spin or defense that could possibly overcome the facts: Casey did not report Caylee missing for 31 days; Casey never voluntarily reported Caylee missing at all (Cindy did); and the Casey was caught partying while her child was dead.  The memorial was never about Caylee at all...just one big, empty show personally written, directed, and choreographed by Mrs. Manipulation to emotionally manipulate the public/future jurors.  All MYO

Exactly how far reaching is mental distress?  Could it override being called as a witness, albeit a hostile one?  Could it somehow absolve one from obstruction of justice?  I think it can cause one to be unable to stand trial if I'm not mistaken.

Methinks the craziness we're seeing is almost worthy of an Oscar for a supporting role...supporting in the sense of upholding the asinine theories.  From all outward appearances they could get a group discount and lock up the whole bunch under the Baker Act.  To publicly search for a child they had cremated after death is beyond reasonable sanity.  Seems like they are making an excellent case for insanity to me.

Unfortunately, my cynicism is shouting "staged, staged, staged" as I think they are setting the stage to save their own necks from prosecution for obstruction of justice.  They are laying the groundwork very convincingly for their loss of reality and inability to cope.

Orlando, Florida - An attorney for the parents of Casey Anthony, who is accused of killing her young daughter, says evidence being used by prosecutors has some problems.

Attorney Brad Conway said Wednesday a forensics report shows that duct tape found on 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's mouth doesn't match duct tape found at the Anthony home.

The attorney also says that no hairs showing signs of decomposition were found in the car used by Casey Anthony.

Casey Anthony, has been charged with killing her young daughter. The 23-year-old woman has pleaded not guilty and claimed that a baby sitter kidnapped Caylee.

Brad Conway, the attoney hired by the parents of Casey Anthony say people should not judge her based on the discovery that is being released by state attorneys under law.

"These are written documents, they are typed for courts. Human beings breathe life into these documents," he said.

He talked with reporters in his Orlando office Wednesday morning.

He shared what he called "key pages" documenting the evidence.

He pointed out that there is human hair in the samples collected from Casey's car that doesn't belong to either the accused mother or her murdered child.
"So the obvious question is, if there's an additional hair there, who does it belong to?"

Conway also pointed out that duct tape fibers discovered with the child's remains was not consistent with duct tape from the Anthony home.

As more discovery comes to light, he contends that "reasonable doubt" is growing about Casey's involvement in her child's death.

"There is an overwhelming opinion in the public that Casey Anthony is guilty. I get emails all the time talking about how she doesn't even deserve a trial. That, to me is one of the most ridiculous things that an American citizen can say."

Aren't both the Anthonys and Brad Conway being hypocritical with their sanctimonius "Wait for the trial.", when they're calling a press conference and releasing ethically-questionable documents in an attempt to sway jurors?  I call that hypocritical.  The Anthonys and Brad Conway should all just sit down and be quiet, but Cindy just has to run the show.  BTW, that control issue actually is rooted in self-pride.  It stems from the belief that she knows better and can do it better than anyone else.  I actually feel a small tinge of pity for Conway and it has nothing to do with the wheelchair.  If he doesn't man up and control his clients, manage their media appearances (or better yet, limit their media appearances), and stop letting Cindy run roughshod all over him, he can kiss his dreams of being judge someday goodbye.  No offense to him, but he cannot control and manage the Anthonys.  He's in over his head, allowing Cindy to call the shots and direct things.  If he continues in this vein, his credibility will be shot...just another person in the Anthony collateral damage pile.  There's a very good reason the excellent, well-known, widely-regarded, highly respected lawyer Nejames dropped the Anthonys as clients.  Brad Conway would do well to heed the writing on the wall.  If Nejames refused to work for them, why would Brad think he could?  If something seems to good to be true, it usually is.  JMO

After watching Brad again he continually says "Duct tape around Caylee's skull" and Caylee's remains.  So how can they claim she is in PR and alive?

Conway's little presser was based on the Anthony's emotions.....well I'm sick and tired of hearing from them. I say Stickland needs to put a gag order in place now! Casey Anthony's defense team wants the judge to stop the state from seeking the death penalty and drop the first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges against the 23-year-old mother, according to documents filed in court this morning.

This comes on the same day the attorney for Anthony's parents question some of the forensic evidence collected in the case.

When attorney Andrea Lyon joined the defense team, she promised motions that would challenge the state's decision to seek the death penalty.

Now, those motions have started to be filed. Lyon and defense attorney, Jose Baez, wrote that the death penalty is being used to "gain a strategic advantage."

And, there isn't enough evidence to establish aggravating circumstances needed to recommend the death penalty, according to their five-page motion.

Authorities say Anthony killed her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie, last summer. The toddler was reported missing on July 15, 2008 and her remains were found in December less than a mile from her family home.

On Oct. 14, 2008 -- two months before Caylee's remains were found -- a grand jury indicted Anthony on a slew of charges. In addition to the first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse, she was charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child and providing false information to a law enforcement officer.
In a second legal request, the defense teams claims there isn't enough evidence to support a first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges and wants them dismissed.

"There is no evidence showing that Miss Anthony ever harmed Caylee Anthony. In fact, the facts show that Miss Anthony was a good mother and provided Caylee Anthony with safe and secure living environment," in the 4-page motion signed by Lyon and Baez.

They pointed out that the state can't show whether Caylee's death "was accidental, natural or the result of an intentional or negligent homicide."

Her defense team requested hearings before Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland on the issues.

While the new motions were being filed in court, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, held a short press conference in his downtown Orlando office.

Brad Conway released several documents, which are not public yet, that the defense gave the Anthonys on Tuesday. An FBI report finds the fabric portion of the duct tape found across Caylee's mouth is "not consistant" with the duct tape found on the gas can seized from the Anthony home

However, the report does not explain how the outside exposure would have on the duct tape on Caylee's mouth. There questions that need to be asked , Conway said.

"It's a complicated and complex circumstantial evidence case. Circumstantial evidence cases are like a chain . . . Now we are getting to the point where those links are being questioned," he said.

Hello Monkeys , I lurk everyday... just dont sign in all the time ......... but today i decided i think enough is enough............ Some of my points are below

1. Does she deserve a fair trial ? Yes  everybody does
2. Did she kill her child IMO? YES
3. Are they going to try this on science?YES
4. Defense will say junk science? YES
5. Does the state have more than we know? YES , and we will not find out until trial .
6. Will the Anthony's be charged with perjury ?YES
7. Are they sick... NO , they are just holding out hope..... that their child couldn't have done this.... When she is convicted they   will write book proclaiming her innocence all the way to the needle . Unfortunatly , they will be able to spew their BS forever now.
8. There is a reason Lee doesn't speak. He nows the truth. CMA ..........definatley was not Casey IMO9. Conway ... just being a lawyer... the Anthony's Im sure r ringing his phone off the hook , hes just trying to be proactive.... just passifying them.
10. Im sure Bozo seen his documents.........before hand, irrelevant Bozo has seen more.

Bottom Line I agree with whomever posted , the not reporting for 30 days , the lies, and all the stuff in the beginning , will convict her.......

Attorney Shares “New Evidence” In Casey Case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- It's evidence in the case against Casey Anthony so small you need a microscope to see it, but Casey Anthony's parents are trying to use it to prove their daughter is not a killer.

The Anthonys’ attorneys shared that new evidence (read it) with Eyewitness News on Wednesday before it was released by the state. It involves the duct tape that was found around Caylee's mouth.


Casey's parents say it's a major breakthrough. They say they released the documents because they help Casey's defense and they want to change overwhelming public opinion that she's guilty, but WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says the documents don't accomplish either of the Anthonys' objectives.

The new documents that the Anthonys' attorney released Wednesday are focused on the duct tape found stretched across Caylee's mouth and the duct tape found on the gas can in the Anthonys' garage. The FBI has concluded that the adhesive on both was chemically the same and that it's possible both pieces came from the same roll.

Wednesday, the Anthonys' attorney released page number 9588 of the state's case file, which says the fabric portions of the two pieces of duct tape are microscopically dissimilar.

“There are links that have been made in the past that can't be made now,” Conway said Wednesday.

Sheaffer said the new document does nothing to rule out the link between the duct tape on Caylee and the Anthonys' home.

“You’re gonna have deterioration of the tape at the crime scene, because it's been sitting there for months under water,” he said.

The Anthonys' attorney also released a new document, which says the FBI found no fibers from Casey's trunk, where investigators believe Caylee's body had been placed, at the scene where her remains were found.

Previous documents show Caylee's shirt fibers had completely deteriorated at the scene and they used the polyester, which did not break down, to identify it as her shirt.

The Anthonys' attorney also told Eyewitness News that there was an unidentified hair found with the duct tape, but later backed off of that, saying he didn't have any documents supporting that and that he did not hear that from the defense.

Motion to preclude the death Penalty -

1. The judiciary has the authority to curb prosecutorial discretion where the Prosecution harbors bad faith motives and that infringe the defendant's constitutional rights -

WTH? They are seeking justice and that is in bad faith.  there is a child dead and her mother did not report it for 30 days, and lied to every police person who truly wanted nothing more than to help this beotch find her child.  Who else is looking after Caylee's rights but the prosecution ?  Not Rosebud and Mr Rosebud who have turned themselves into wanna be C classic reality show people,  not Lee who is so out there another planet may be looking for one of their missing species.  JMO but have we now moved into some strange reality in the last two days and Judge Ito Stan is gonna jump out of a cake and declare "Punked"???

My opinion, Miz Cindy has been called out by the doc dump yesterday.  Just look how we all have reacted to the email exchanges between her and DC.  How sick, sick, sick. Now the entire world knows the same thing as we do--Cindy is the reason KC is like she is and Cindy can take partial blame for the demise of her granddaughter at the hands of her own daughter.
This information helps Zinieda(?) a whole bunch.  Cindy LIED, LIED, LIED and she came off as one sick baby in those emails.  George is very quiet isn't he?  Guess he is afraid they are about to get him for lying to a grand jury or better yet to the judge (all of which is in conflict with each other).  Rosebuds true color shines right through those emails.  She is exposed (we already knew it) to the entire public what a evil evil evil person she is.  It really does her daughter no favors with all this woman is doing.  She is doing it for Jose and I hope he gets his before this is over. 
There is NO turning the clock back.  KC did not report her daughter missing-her mother did (although I really believe George and Cindy knew it almost from the beginning) for 30 days.  AND that smell.  Cindy and George just could not get rid of that odor and stain.  I wonder what they were thinking looking at that stain--they could not wash it away not matter how hard they tried. Dear Websleuth Members,

Last week a poster called Katie526 claimed she was e-mailing and talking with Cindy Anthony.

On Websleuths, when a poster makes a claim of this nature, I like to check it out. Websleuths is different that other sites in that we don't allow people to come in and tell whatever story they want. When we can, we verify.

Katie gave me Cindy A's number and permission to call. I did.

I left Cindy a message explaining that she had my word that I would not ask one question about the case. I just wanted to see if this poster was legit.

Cindy called me back. She was extremely gracious and surprisingly open.

She said she didn't remember Katie but that didn't mean anything since she talked and e-mailed so many people. I agreed to send her Katie's post via email and she would tell me if Katie was being truthful.

There was more to this conversation as you will soon learn.

When I emailed Cindy Katie's posts I told her I wanted to quote and post our conversation on Websleuths. If she had any objection to let me know.

A few days later I emailed her again asking about Katie.

She wrote back and said she had indeed spoken and e-mailed with Katie526. Cindy did not mention the rest of the email.

I have thought about whether to post the transcript of my notes or not. I came to the conclusion that since she did not object or say anything about objecting I was going to post.

Below comes from my notes of the conversation. It may not be exact but it is close.

Cindy calls and I explain why I am calling. Cindy tells me she is on Websleuths now and wants to know where Katie's posts are. I get on the forum and start to look.

There is a lull in the conversation. Keep in mind I never asked, never prompted, in any way the following conversation:

(lull) Then Cindy says, "We are going to be filing with our attorney any negative media webstuff, trying to get websites closed down. So I am just going to let you know. I have not investigated yours but we are trying to get a lot of websites closed down.


Cindy continues as I sit stunned; People can have their opinions but I mean it's the language and stuff that they are saying. You know, certain words you don't see put out there. So people are starting to look at a lot of these websites. Like I said as far as I know that no one has looked at yours yet. But I'm just letting you know....


TRICIA says, "That's fine. Website owners are protected by a Federal Law believe me I have been through this before

CINDY: 'K

TRICIA:So I am not worried about that.

At this point I try and change the subject back to Katie's posts. Trying to locate them. Cindy jumps in again...

CINDY: But you guys don't endorse or allow people to use certain inflammatory words and stuff do you?

TRICIA: Like what?

CINDY: Well I mean do you you know, allow people to go on there and use extreme foul language.

TRICIA (I'm shocked at the mere thought of this ) OH NO NO NO NO. Absolutely Not!!!

CINDY: OK OK That's what I am saying

TRICIA: In fact we're very strict about that.

CINDY: OK You guys do more....(didn't catch what she said here. Sorry)

CINDY: Like I said I haven't been on yours so...


TRICIA: If somebody uses the word "Skank" or "Slut" it's GONE. Now that doesn't mean we catch it all the time. We get thousands of posts a day.

CINDY: I'm talking worse than that .

TRICIA: No No No We absolutely do not..we try, I can't guarantee but we try and have people on the forum all of the time.

TRICIA: Unless somebody alerts us we don't know. Yes that is against our Terms of Service. Absolutely.


CINDY: OK Alright cuz that's the type of stuff that we want... people are allowed to talk about whatever they want to talk about you know you guys have some you know...

Then I went on to say rather than try and find Katie's post I would email them to her.

We exchanged "Goodbye" and that was it.

Again, I want to stress, Cindy started talking when there was a lull in the conversation while I was looking up posts.

So, her attorney and I guess his "people" are scouring the web looking for sites that allow bad language about the Anthony's. Really foul language it sounds like what they are looking for.

The Anthony's are taking on free speech on the Internet. Ok.

I do agree with Cindy. It is horrible. That's why we don't allow it. I can't imagine reading the stuff she has to read day in and day out but to take on Website? It is going to be one tough battle.
