I just now saw the Christsmas Tree KLASS is working on...it's beautiful!

I lost my Christmas avatar when my puter was stolen last summer.  If possible, KLAAS, could you look to see if you still have it?  And if so, may I be on the Christmas tree also?   Pretty Please?

Just wanted to share an observation:

normally my firewall reports to me 60 - 95 attempts to penetrate,

tonight before I came in here about 1/2 hour ago, there had been 294 attempts.

Me thinks that is quite an increase, anybody else have any similiar observations to their connections?

Watching Prime Time with Diane Sawyer on Korea.  Just one segment was of a 10 year old that works 10 hours a day 6 days a week for what is $20 a month.  The 10 year old told Sawyer that she chooses to work towards helping her country establish self reliance.  So sad.

Even though there is much to be improved in our great country of USA, we are blessed.

LOL!! Sorry you all! :lol: Right now my days are all running together, my mother was on a bus a few weeks ago going on a trip to the Beautiful Pocono Mts. here in PA, for a few nights. She went on a bus trip with a seniors group she belongs to. When they were about 5 miles away from their destination, she hadda go to the bathroom on the bus. As she was walking back to her seat, the busdriver slammed on his brakes. The thrust of it lifted my Mom offa her feet and threw her across the floor of the bus. She broke her hip. I have been going back and forth to her home to help her, and I swear, one day runs into the next lately!! By the way though, she IS doing a lot better now, it is almost 4 weeks since it happened. I have been trying to help her!!

Mishy has to go to the mall with Angie and me!!!

The meetings may not have been secret but they happened.  Joe you really should read the statements from Deepak.  He clearly says that Joran's dad spoke to them.  That sounds like a meeting to me.. :roll:

DH had a friend once whose wife was a pathologist.  She was absolutely gorgeous but a little quirky.  She did not wear deodorant because she believed it caused cancer.  I think she had been smoking something that could cause her to think that way.  She dressed impeccably and was always well groomed except in the summer you could smell her on arrival.

Why is it that ALE can figure out that Joran's "I'm home" text message to Deepak refutes his story that Deepak took him to the VDS home after the beach (hence their confronting him with that message in his June 14 interview), but can't figure out it also refutes the theory that Deepak took Joran and Natalee to the VDS home instead of the beach?    

For the love of God, it could hardly be more obvious that the VDS home was not the crime scene.  The evidence and logic against it is overwhelming.  Not even a 1% chance.  They never went to the VDS home, that was just a diversion created by Joran in his second version, which for some reason not just ALE but also virtually everyone on the pro-family boards has completely fallen for. I found out that 70.84.227.226 and e2.e3.5446.static.theplanet.com  are from "theplanet.com" ISP out of Dallas, TX. Knowing the ISP number and the name of the provider attached to it, doesn't mean that I or they would know who is sending it. To achieve that you'd have to complain to them. http://ws.arin.net/whois usually provided an address, owner and an email for abuse.

I am concerned about the one that says static... for a to get a static site you have to pay more for a static site is used by businesses, those into playing games online and gambling.

Since a few hundred hits came from them in those 2 minutes I will email them via the abuse email and giving the times, and then what site I was own (Scared Monkeys) for they might have someone using their ISP Internet Network for ill gain.
      abuse@theplanet.com  IPS service out of Dallas, TX.  Plus I think it is an Darnn  thing someone is attempting to find out/ or get into my computer.. if the computer is live at this end.

These hits usually,  have nothing to do with being on the SM site when they come in. Happens at all sites. Of course, the world isn't perfect so many one could wish ill things to Monkeys, but that is why we have firewalls and watch out for each other/

I feel extra safe here for Red, Tom require us to be members and our posts are monitored.. so I feel safer when I am logged on. But you can gets hits anywhere... it's just the way the Internet is.

I needed to go online immediately so figured I'd see if an Earthlink # in Indiana was up and running. It was, for that particular tele. # access didn't use a level3 portal to get into the Internet. (it was long distance so an expensive 10 minutes online)

These hundreds of hits concern me as I believe AKAMAI is a info mining company that helps generate revenue among sites.

I know I have a lot of cookies from them when I visit sites. Their link (for lack of a better term) comes in when I go onto SM.

That kind is OK.... for that is the way I know that companies like Akamai keep track of say for example: when we link from the SM page to amazon.com..... each time we use an advertizing link from SM pages SM gets revenue to help SM stay in business.

But when the Akamai company is sending hits out randomly see if it can find a live computer at the other end,  then this isn't right. It has nothing to do with the particular site I am on. It's Akamai out there, so I will write them and ask why.

If I don't like their response, then there's always the FCC site and FBI site to complain to about online invasions.

Monkeys... always have a firerwall working, one for your dail-up, cable et al and another if you use wi-fi. The Macs with OS X vs. from about OS 10.3++ have them build it , but you have to activate it, I think. I know mine is on, but I don't know if it came that way or an Apple rep. did it when I got my new hard disk a few weeks ago and he told me it was on.

Now my backup external Hard Disk drive has gone down. UGH and it was only 3 mos. old.

PS....It's also a good idea to clean out your browser's cache files (look under preferences) and clear out all cookies that you don't want ie: keep the ones your recognize like sites where your passwords are stored online where you shop. I do this cleaning after each session on line and sometimes when online if I don't what the next site I go to, if they have cookies, I don't what them to know where I have been.     Guess I just don't like nosey people.

Now I ask WHY would this place still have never been searched?  I think even some dumbass automotive engineer with no law experience like myself could convince a judge to give me a warrant.  Why cant they go get a warrant, right now, right this friggen minute and get a search warrant?  What are they waiting for?  There is no reason they cannot do this.  Cant someone from Holland demand that friggen property be searched?

If my memory serves me right, it was about the time that the cement was poured or just before that Tim from Equaasearch wanted to go in and search the place and he did search the neighbors but Paulus denied a search of his place and (I might be wrong about this, but seem to recall) that Paulus called ALE to Tim to prevent the search.  I am sure Red & Klaas will probaby recall more of this than I do, but I do believe it was about the time the cement was poured or just before that he denied the search.

Van der Sloot Family Denies Hiring PI

Word came a week or two ago that the family of Joran Van der Sloot had engaged Chicago Private Investigator Ernie Rizzo. Rizzo said nothing to deny that report in a recent brief phone call and stated that he planned to travel to Aruba sometime around September 4.

Word passed along from the Van der Sloot family today states that Rizzo did approach the family to offer his services, however it was said he was not engaged. Additionally it was stated that the family plans no public statement to or through the media until Joran is released.

It's unclear whether any knowledge they may have of the investigation suggests that will be the outcome on September 4th - the date of the next hearing to end or extend his detention as a suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

Tito Lacle stated that he met with Paulus Van der Sloot today at the offices of the Van der Sloot attorney. No public comment was offered and Lacle reported on Fox News that Paulus Van der Sloot appeared to be relaxed and was not "sweating."

I think a simple text message is way too thin to just dismiss the sloot family compoud as a possible crime scene or possible crime after the crime scene.

ORANJESTAD(AAN) In the investigation as to the disapperance of the American girl, Natalee Holloway, there are matters that anyone with two cents of brains can tell that those who werer interrogated know more than they have said so far, and the investigation itself is one filled with controversy.

Today, the investigative team of DIARIO is reproducing some parts of a police report that was made and in which the peoples of Aruba and the United States and Holland, where there is the greatest interest for the solution of this case, we can see quite clearly how the suspects themselves contradict each other, point fingers at each other, and raise the suspicions on themselves when they give all indications that something bad happened to Natalee.

A police report made up with regards to the conversation secretly recorded in the back of a police car when the three suspects, Joran van der Sloot, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe were being transported to KIA, amongst other things, the following stnds out:

Deepak says to Joran; “ You can fix everything at once, you know."

Joran tells Deepak: "Like what?"

Joran tells Deepak: "You too can fix everything."

Joran to Deepak: "What do you meen make thing well, how make things well?"

Deepak to Joran; “You have to just tell the truth.:

DIARIO: Here again the same three suspects trhow the ball into each other's laps, and everyone who has followed this case closely, can deduct that the suspects are giving all indications, or at least create the affirmative impression, that they know very well what happened to Natalee Holloway.

DIARIO: Further on in the conversation, Joran, who in different other declarations, tells the police that he believes that Deepak raped and murdered and then buried the victim by the Fisherman's hut, on other occasions defends Deepak, like when he said that Deepak could never do such a thing, but in this taped conversation he says that he would laugh if they find the girl alive.

Joran to Deepak; “I will laugh if they find the girl alive, f*** you!"
Joran tells the Kalpoe brothers: I know very well that you two are scared.�
Joran tells the brothers Kalpoe; “That is, if you did something to the girl and if they find the girl, we'll see."

Satish tells Joran: "I am not afraid.�
Satish tells Joran: “Why should I be scared?�
Deepak tells Joran: “I want them to find the girl.�
Deepak tells Joran: “You went and said shit about me, that I buried the girl by the Fishermanshut�
Joran tells Deepak: "Who said anything about burying. I didn't say anything about burying."
Deepak tells Joran: "You declared that."

DIARIO: After a lot of accusations between the suspects, where each one accuses the other, Joran tells the Kalpoe brothers the following:

"If they find the girl, then they will see the shit."

DIARIO: What shit is he referring to here, if the police find Natalee?

Later, Joran tells the Kalpoe brothers: "You called via the telephone, to say that I have the jackpot. You said that on the phone, that I have the f***ing jackpot, did you forget that the phone was being tapped?"

DIARIO: What do they mean with the 'jackpot' and the 'shit' that the police will find if they locate Natalee?

Further on, Deepak tells Joran:

“You will get 15 years (in prison) if they find the girl."

DIARIO: Why would you tell your friend with whom you went out so frequently and everywhere, that when the police find the missing girl, they will give Joran 15 years in jail? It's only when someone does something very bad that he can get 15 years of imprisonment, and that is why Deepak says to Joran that he will get 15 years in jail! Anyone would say: under there, there is broken glass and it has sharp edges!

Stay with us, because there is a lot more in the police reports that describe in the minutest and very repugnant details of what was done to different girls by some of the suspects. The DIARIO investigation has now reached the point of NO RETURN!

ORANJESTAD, Aruba (4 July 2005) -- From the top of the Hooiberg hill you can see all of the tiny island of Aruba, which is little more than a sliver of white sand set in the sparkling blue of the Caribbean. But Jim Greene, perched half-way up, is not here as a sun-seeking tourist. He is looking for a body.

Greene, who has come all the way from Colorado, has joined dozens of American volunteers scouring Aruba for teenager Natalee Holloway. "This place would make a good dumping ground," said Greene grimly, looking down from the Hooiberg at Red Cross workers surveying two murky ponds below him.

The quest has become an American obsession. Holloway, a blonde Southern belle freshly graduated from high school, has been missing on the Dutch island for a month. Her presumed murder has terrified US parents, risked economic disaster for Aruba and thrown a spotlight on a seamy underside of crime, drugs and drinking on an island that markets itself as "paradise". Now this little slice of heaven has turned ugly.

In the run-up to President George Bush's speech on Iraq last week it was Holloway's face, not the President's, which ruled the US airwaves. Her story has all the classic ingredients: a beautiful victim, a playboy suspect, accusations of corruption in the highest places and an implacable amateur detective in Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty.

But behind the headlines lurks an unpleasant media tale. It is how a young woman's tragedy has been shamelessly used to boost the ratings in cable TV's never-ending battles. And the awful truth that Natalee's death would not have rocked America so much if she had been black. Or Asian. Or poor. Or a boy.

Natalee Holloway was embarked on an American rite of passage that mimics the annual trek by British teenagers to the beaches of Spain and Greece. By the planeload, fresh-faced Americans head to the Caribbean in search of sunny skies, the opposite sex and as much drink as they can handle. At Carlos'n Charlie's bar last week in Aruba's capital of Oranjestad, the rite was in full swing. Barely dressed young teens gyrated on the dance floor and beer was sold -- literally -- by the yard in long, fluted glasses.

A month ago this is where Holloway was last seen alive on the final day of her graduation holiday. It was 1.30am and she drunkenly climbed into a car with three young men: Dutch teen Joran van der Sloot and two Aruban brothers, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe.

That is all we know for sure. The boys, all now in jail, told police they drove to a lighthouse beauty spot in the north of the island. Van der Sloot and Holloway, who had been kissing in the backseat, were then let out at a nearby beach. Van der Sloot says he walked Holloway down the beach and then said goodbye. He headed home. Holloway was never seen again.

That is the simple version. But the three originally claimed to have let Holloway off at her hotel, the Holiday Inn. They said she stumbled into the arms of a hotel security guard. But another story emerged after two of the inn's guards were arrested. Now it seems the Kalpoe brothers did let van der Sloot and Holloway out of the car together.

What happened next is a mystery. Early in the investigation, Aruba's deputy police commissioner, Gerold Dompig, said one of the boys admitted "something bad" had happened to Holloway. Since then the three's stories have shifted as regularly as Aruba's sand dunes.

But the shocking fact is that the three were only identified as suspects due to the efforts of Beth Twitty, who descended on the island from Alabama like an avenging angel. She interviewed Holloway's holiday friends to find out her last movements. She claimed to have swiftly identified van der Sloot from video obtained in a local casino. She confronted the boy and told the authorities that the three had been the last people to see her daughter alive.

Only then, many days after Holloway had been reported missing, did the Aruban police arrest the boys. Such inaction has smacked of a mix of incompetence, Holloway's family says. Van der Sloot's father, Paul, is a respected judge on the island. The family is part of the island's social elite. Joran, despite being 17, was a regular in the casinos. He and the Kalpoe brothers are well known on the island's social scene, regulars at bars frequented by the young Americans.

I know Dan's sources. Both refer to the mother's misinterpretation of something her son said. That is, he has heard sexual allegations from two sources: The boy's mother, and another source discussing the boy's mother.
This sort of follows into the "hearsay" conversation we were all having, as well. Dan is reporting this as if it is a factual matter, qualifying it with two sources with "direct knowledge." The sources and I have the same qualifications on this: the mother and I each have a child who was on the trip; the other source has spoken with some of the kids, with the other mother and myself, and with Dan; the other mother and I have each spoken on the phone with each other and with Dan. In this regard, nothing except what the boy might post directly could be considered as more than hearsay. The fact is this: The boy made a remark which the mother misunderstood and repeated to Dan. Dan posted it. Dan was corrected by the boy. Dan deleted the post. Yet tonight Dan made similar, sexual allegations based on information he KNOWS is false. That is my point.

But I mean, Jossy is right. I got into -- not a real argument with Paul Van Der Sloot, but I let him know that we could help him clear his image and his name. And we really wanted to search the abandoned well in his backyard and also some new concrete supposedly poured around the swimming pool.

And we had all equipment to do that with without having to dig anything up. And we said, "Will you allow us to do that?" And he literally went crazy on us.

So, you know, on our searches, we always like to start the last place a person was seen. And I think evidence or, you know, statements are coming in that we feel as though Natalee probably was there last. And so, you know, allow us to clear it. Let`s just clear that and move on. But we`ve got other areas.

I want to express my sympathies to those citizens of Aruba who have had their feelings hurt. Apparently, an emotional outburst by the mother of a daughter who seemingly was kidnapped and ended up dead while visiting Aruba has hurt the feelings of many of Aruba's more sensitive citizens. My heart goes out to them. How cruel and insensitive of Natalie's mother.

At the risk of further hurting the feelings of already offended Arubans, permit me to at least mention a few reasons why Aruban law enforcement has been criticized by Natalie's mother along with sundry experts on crime investigation.

Natalie was seen being pulled into a car by a tall young man. A male friend of Natalie's intervened, and a shoving match ensued. Friends of Natalie's, who witnessed the scene, have pointed out that (1) Natalie was not drunk and absolutely never drank to excess; (2) Natalie was acting 'very weird', and was not acting 'like herself'. (3) The male friend of Natalie who got into a shoving match with a 6'5'' male quite understandably yielded to his much larger opponent.

Three men then drove off with Natalie, who seemed to be going reluctantly, and who was acting 'weird' according to two female friends of Natalie.

When Natalie disappeared, the three men were quickly identified and rounded up. They told the police they had dropped Natalie off at her hotel. This led to their release and sent the police on a wild goose chase. This is where the Aruban police failed miserably by universal standards of law enforcement.

While they had the young men in custody, they should have: (1) seized every item of clothing they were wearing; (2) taken DNA samples from each suspect; (3) scraped the fingernails of each suspect. And so on.

They also should have impounded the vehicle used to transport Natalie. They did none of these standard procedures. Cultural differences are irrelevant here. Certain procedures are universal.

Instead of following elementary investigative procedures, they released all three men with their clothes and their car. It was only ten days later that they were once again taken into custody. By then all forensic evidence on their clothes, their bodies, and the car would surely have been destroyed -- especially with the possible help of an Aruban judge who may have been instructing them on what to do with dead bodies and how to sanitize themselves, their clothes, and their vehicle.

When a body has been successfully destroyed or successfully hidden, a murder conviction has to rely on forensic evidence for a conviction. The Aruban police made sure that any such forensic evidence would never be found.

Consider that the police were familiar with the disposition toward violence that their current main suspect has exhibited in the past with his many unprovoked and violent public fights. We can assume that many, if not most, Arubans are also aware that the suspect has some serious psychosexual problems.

For one thing, he has sadistic sexual fantasies that he has openly advertised with photos on the Internet. One such photo shows him pulling a noose tightly around the neck of an apparently nude young boy. He is grinning with seeming sadistic pleasure as he tightens the noose around the boy's neck.

In short, it is a known fact that this young man is exceptionally violent and that he is probably psychosexually disturbed. Take note that he already is a suspect in the filming of sex films involving minors.

The fact that he was almost immediately released after being questioned about Natalie's disappearance is unpardonable. There was physical evidence to collect, and the suspect was absolutely a prime suspect. He should not have been allowed to go free for the next ten days.

The Aruban law enforcement made stunningly egregious forensic blunders from day one. If Natalie's mother is miffed by this and occasionally shows her anger, who can blame her? As for those Arubans who are directing anger at this suffering woman, they might do better to be angry with the grossly incompetent police investigation that took place following Natalie's disappearance.

As a final thought, if the lad they now have in custody gets away with what may have been a psychosexual manslaughter or homicide, it's entirely conceivable he will one day repeat his crime. Every such serial killer in history has said, 'It was only the first killing that was hard. After that, it got to be easy.' This is especially true when they have started out while quite young.

metrosexual is a young man with money to spend, living in or within easy reach of a metropolis — because that's where all the best shops, clubs, gyms and hairdressers are. He might be officially gay, straight or bisexual, but this is utterly immaterial because he has clearly taken himself as his own love object and pleasure as his sexual preference

Mylena, the reason the reason they do not have enough to bring this case to trial and get a judgement is because it is a cover-up from the get-go.

While we are on the topic of the non search of the Sloot compound.
How was it possible and when/how/why did Paulus obtain a "?" from the court to say that the property could never be searched ever again.
I've read it, but I am not sure of the source of that.
I can understand that they can't keep bringing in ppl for questioning  unless they have new eviidence, because that would be abusive if they could pick a person up any time thye wanted to.
I am speaking in general terms, not this case.
But I do not understand how property is exempt from another search ?
I do remember reading that this was done and Paulus went to court to do it.

In Joran's Greta interview, he said they went to his house, his intent was to have sex with Natalee. But they didn't go in. They went back out to the beach.

When Deepak was discussing his IM's to his friend, Croes in Florida with the police made the Sunday early Monday night and later in the week, he says something about them not having the ability to retrieve these IM's to Croes. Deepak says he went home and was talking to Croes that night, he says that Joran called for a ride home and he discusses the IM's he was having with Croes. Those IM's are not are the computer logs we have. So, if the Croes / Deepak IM's are not retrievable, then it follows that other IM's would have the same fate.
It has always seemed to me that there was some communication missing between the suspects at those crucial times.

Deepak's whole alibi of being home and Joran being home is the message he got saying Hey Swa...etc I'm home.  
Please correct me if I have not thought this one through 100 %.

Yes, I agree that the concrete was poured later, not before the arrest of the three main suspects.  Late July seems about right.  After the arrest and before Tim Miller went to Paulus and asked if they could conduct a search.

But I really thought at one time there was an invoice posted at RWV but maybe not.  And if that happened, Paulus friend probably deleted it.  Since concrete can be poured year around in Aruba, one has to wonder what was so urgent about getting that done at a time when it was sure to give the appearance of being connected with Natalee's disappearance.  And on top of that to take these extraordinary measures to prevent the property from being searched is just arrogant in the extreme.

Yet Paulus was allowed to get away with this and demonstrations were held against Beth.  So I don't feel very guilty about anything that happens to Aruba as they have not done much to help their own case.

I think Depp is a great actor. Another thing I like about him is that he does not feel the need to go political and come on all the shows and tell us what he as an actor thinks of the political systems of the world.
He does not go and adopt children from Africa and pay 3 million dollars to do so. That was 3 million dollars of publicity.

I always read the transcript whether I saw the show or not because sometimes I miss what was said anyway.

I saw Glen Beck last nite talking to Nancy Grace for an hour.  It was great.  They are both very interesting people.

Guys always claim that sexy actors are gay.  I don't know why they do that but it is yet another of those pecularities of the male of our species.  I have seen them do it even about sexy males in real life as well.

My comments on this were mostly because we have Johnny Depp presented as gay and Joran as not gay by a certain poster despite all the photos of Joran fondling males and the Gottenbros boy's statement about Joran grabbing them by the genitals (maling) and "manipulating" as a means of inflicting pain and to control, etc.  

At the least and based solely on the photos, I think it is safe to say that Joran has "issues" in this regard.

Part of the communication problem is the computer (IM) thing and then the "I'm home" was supposedly from the mobile phone.
In one of Joran's statements he discusses communications that night.  He goes on IM (and no friends were on), which if Deepak was IMing anyone (including J Croes) his buddy list would be open (for Joran to see).  Maybe it was strictly e mail.  Joran also says he didn't call nor receive phone calls (except maybe Flo texted him).  Then admits the Deepak call when confronted.  Since there had been a statement (somewhere) about dinking with the computer times and we have not seen a second analysis addressing that issue, I personally don't give much weight to any of the info.  For all I know, Val could have been manning the phone and computer.  Half use their sister's or mother's phone, etc.

I am not Kar Gram but there is a disclaimer at the end of the statement on the computer messages that pretty well renders it useless.  Says soemthing like certain things were deleted and apparently they couldn't be bothered to retrieve them or thought no one knew that could be donee easily enough.

Neither the phone nor computer records are complete.  We are only seeing bits and pieces of them and I am not at all convinced that what we are seeing even happened that night.  An FBI agent said the computers had been "dinked" with and who's to say they didn't just totally change the date by one day or two?

At one time KJ said she had enough to bring and prosecute based on the electronic records and then poof!  To what was she referring when she said that?  Certainly not anything we have seen so far!   :(

thank you very much for all of the information regarding the hits to my firewall that I had noted yesterday.  I have saved the information because LOL I will have to read it at least 3 times before any of it really sinks in.  I have AOL, so I do have access to the IP #'s but they really make it a pain in the *ss to note them as they can not be copied.  In order to trace them you have to sign up for a pay for service so that I will not be doing.

In the 10 years that I have had internet access only one time has my computer crashed & that was during my following of this case & we know that a number of these evil creatures have hacking as a talent in addition to murder &/or complicity in one & the hampering of a criminal investigation so I was just noting the large increase as pretty much daily I look at the # of attempts that the firewall blocks as it is noted to me.  For instance this morning about 2:30AM I got on just to read what had posted after I had retired & there were only 17 hits.

Another suspicion that has arisen lately in my mind is the money PVDS allegedly deposited the day after.  First we heard rumors of money withdrawn in the early hours, now, he was depositing Joran's winnings, but we were also told he was eliminated and went to play blackjack.  It would be interesting to have access to the statements from the other girls at the blackjack table about his story.  Was the deposited money a payoff from the Wevers?  Hush money?

Anna, we put another pump on our fountain yesterday and it did not get as low as the night before.  The fountain had frozen in midstream but as the sun came out the water starting coming out around the icicles and it was really beautiful.  Wish I could find my digital cameras so I could take a picture and share it.  Really pretty with the backdrop of roses frozen mid bloom.

Since seeing his photo, my email to Petey's website has increased about tenfold for some reason?

Even just now was saying that HE could find who poured that concrete when he is in Aruba and ask them a thing  or two.

I think what has happened in Aruba is nothing more than an illustration of how an "old boys' network" functions. You know the old saying, "it's not what you know, it's who you know"? The Dutch people in Aruba are pretty much all friends. These friends also have friends in high places in Holland. These people know exactly what happened and who they're covering for. They expected to maintain their cover until the search for Natalee died down, then continue to conduct business as usual. The life of one young American girl was not important in their scheme of things.

They do?  :lol: Honest, I didn't know that. I knew the animation had to be done in image ready, but the directions I was following had you create the snow layer in Photoshop. I got that part, even merged 2 layers so the flakes were different size. But once I got to I.R., I coludn't overlay them on the picture. I just had a checkerboard, and couldn't find the snow! I'm thinking it would be really hard to "background erase" around that perfectly round ornament, so I'm sorta stuck. I don't know if they were gif or not. I think it just came up .psd   but couldn't swear to it. Thanks Klaas!

Well you can do the different layers in photoshop, but they do need to be gif as far as I know.  Honestly I know very little about it.  I just do what I can do.  :wink:

I think the Wever family is footing the bill for Joran's lawyers, and the Kalpoe's to keep Guido's name out of the investigation.  Booshi Wever is an Aruban Minister.  Is he Guido's uncle?  If there is no witness that puts Guido at the crime scene, and all evidence is supressed/disappeared, then the investigation is at a standstill.

The first one, I think would be the easiest. They all have pictures and step by step instructions, and I went to a lot of sites before narrowing it to these. I'd get stuck and move on, but haven't really given the first link a fair chance. You go, Klaas!
