Who were the detective and his brother who led the Persistence directly to the location of the trap ... the trap according to Kyle Kingman's own words may have contained Natalee Holloway’s remains?

In his posts ... Kyle provides clues to the identification of the detective and his bother who obviously had a prior foundational knowledge regarding the happenings encompassing the cage.  When the archives are considered ... an image appears to emerge.

In my opinion ... the participation of the Detective and his brother in the Persistence endeavor is a further indication that Natalee Holloway's remains were indeed inside the trap and ... those remains were recovered by Aruban divers on January 7, 2008.

Kyle Kingman – In His Own Words

Kyle Kingman:  Just before Christmas they are contacted by a detective and his brother who gave them information that turned out to be the correct latitude.

Kyle Kingman:  While we were searching shortly before Christmas, we were contacted by an Aruban detective who was involved in the Holloway case.  He claimed that his brother had a vision about Natalee¢s body offshore and had coordinates. He and his brother agreed to meet on the Persistence. The detective¢s brother gave what he thought were coordinates, but turned out to be a line of latitude. This latitude aligned with Arashi beach and came within a half mile of the fish trap.

Kyle Kingman:  IF a key detective's brother knew the latitude the trap was disposed at or very near, then it's probable the detective knew the same.

Kyle Kingman:  The detective and his brother were both brown-skinned, but not black.

Kyle Kingman:  the detective was very internet and computer savy, which was unusual for the bulk of the Polis.

Kyle Kingman:  It seemed he knew who I was when we were introduced, and said something indicating he had been reading the blog.

Kyle Kingman:   The brother of the detective came to us and was very persistent over the information. He was almost in tears and just had to "clear his conscience" about it.  His brother, the detective came with him to 'validate him'.

Kyle Kingman:  I think he used his brother and gave us only the amount of information he felt we needed to come across the trap.  Basically, by using his brother and claiming the information he shared was only based on a vision, it distances the detective from responsibility and makes it hard to point back to him should it be a problem later.

Kyle Kingman:  However, this man was intelligent enough, cared about the case, yet was self implicated to a high enough level to want his knowledge to be kept a secret. He spoke well enough english and knew everything in my opinion.

Kyle Kingman:  The implications of this are tremendous. If true, it means that the early investigators knew where and how Natalee was disposed and it was kept secret and covered up.

Kyle Kingman:  Since the trap was only in 90ft of water and the detective knew about the latitude, did the Polis already know if it's location prior to the search?

Kyle Kingman:   The tip Dave got said the trap was 2-3 miles offshore. I found this one 2-3 miles offshore. 2.1-2.2 miles if memory serves.

Kyle Kingman:  The detective originally wouldn't meet with us and only wanted us to meet with his brother. We convinced him to meet along with his brother and made him feel as comfortable as possible. He reluctantly agreed but wouldn't talk.

Kyle Kingman:  After a while the detective started asking some questions and loosened up a bit. With the pointed questions he asked he proved he knew a lot, but we didn't press him.

Page 167-168:  We had recently gotten another tip that the boys did do something to Natalee and that they either left her at the boat launch or the lighthouse.  From there, they supposedly went to a field area where the gardener saw them while they planned their next move.  According to the tip, after that, they went home and returned the next day to the fishermen's huts to get a steel cage to put Natalee into; they then used a boat to carry her about two to three miles out into the ocean and drop her there.   The tip was sent in an e-mail, and we forwarded it to Dompig.   He claimed that was one of the reasons to search at sea now instead of at the landfill ...

TIM MILLER: Gerold Dompig actually told us when Dave and I was over there; that he felt that Natalee was out in the water, that the night the fishermen's hut was broken into, a knife was stolen, a rope was stolen and a large crab trap was stolen.

Gerold Dompig's words were "Natalee was put in that crab trap, they put rocks in it and they took her out 3 to 5 miles and she's 800 to 1,000 feet deep" and we always thought about the water anyhow.

I'll be checking the next few days for documents posted in the case.  I doubt they will have anything ready by tomorrow but I'll check anyway.  There were some docs earlier this month that really didn't amount to any new information. 

I agree!I would like to see BlueMoon,LifeSong,HotPing,Robots(from time to time if possible)as well as many others...I do believe it is about one thing and,one person Natalee Holloway...She deserves all of our energy...She deserves to have her voice heard through others to let people know what happened,continues to happen,and won't stop happening on that hell of a rock if we let our own egos get in the way.God knows we all have one.I don't think any of us would be here if we didn't.WE ALL CONTRIBUTE IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!!!!!!!!!!! ::MonkeyAngel::

Don't worry, I am here EVERY day.  IF I have something to say I log in and post it.  Have to admit I feel ignored but that's o.k. If the recording of the Skeeters' interview was not deceptively manipulated ... why would the Kalpoes attorney think for one minute that Phil McGraw would settle out of court.  When compared to the Skeeters' original/hard drive ... Phil McGraw's recording should speak for itself.

Because large corporations tend to settle(even when they are in the right) rather than have long involved legal battles.  The Kalpoes and their attorneys were betting on this IMO.

Klaas ... I hear what you are saying but ... in the defamation lawsuit filed by the Kalpoes' attorneys ... I cannot comprehend why it needs to be such a drawn out procedure.

A simple comparison of the Phil McGraw recording and Jamie Skeeters' hard drive by experts in the field should provide the answer to whether or not the Phil McGraw recording was deceptively manipulated to imply Deepak admitted to having sex with Natalee Holloway?

I'm guessing that McGraw's attorneys are requesting case documents knowing full well they won't provide them.  The hope of course is that the case will be thrown out and the Kalpoes will have to pay McGraw's legal costs. 

If the Kalpoes DO provide the documents requested, it could very well help JQK and Beth.

Don't feel like your are ignored because that's not the case.  Most of the time I see people post but I feel like I don't have much to contribute so I just read.

I agree.  Our hearts are in seeking justice for Natalee.  If she doesn't get the justice she deserves I at least want her body returned to her family if possible.  I don't want her final resting place to be on the POS island.

It appears that John Silvetti, Hans Mos and Dolphi Richardson were all on the same page in regards to all aspects of the December 30, 2008 visual dive.  However ... Kyle Kingman recognized that something was not right with the picture.

Kyle ... the ball is in your court.  Please do what is right.  I would not ask for less from my own son.  If revealed to the FBI ... to Beth Holloway ... your observations while on board the Persistence along with the ROV footage ... has the potential of putting pressure on Aruba ... has the potentia of bringing Natalee Holloway home to rest on American soil and affording a measure of closure to those who love her.

I showed them all the 29th dive video and they agreed that it was very suspicion and looked promising. Later that day 30-Dec we conducted the dive with the Aruban divers along with our own Tim Trahan.

Kyle Kingman:  We had an American diver with us on the Dec 30th dive.  I requested all samples to be brought on board the Persistence for visual and top-side photographs. It was ignored by the project lead (John S.) who felt the Arubans would follow whatever they needed to do as far as proper protocol.

Kyle Kingman:  Later that day 30-Dec we conducted the dive with the Aruban divers along with our own Tim Trahan.  He couldn't tell by his own admission.

Kyle Kingman:  Aruban divers deemed the cage to be not case related, and therefore Aruba had no interest in it.  At that point, I made the statement to all on board that we do have an interest and that we would recover the cage ourselves.  That is when Mos said they would dive on it but it would take 1 -2 weeks for a forensics team to arrive and that he would let Persistence know.

Kyle Kingman:  John definitely believed the Arubans at their every word when they said on Dec 30th that it was nothing case relevant.

Kyle Kingman:  After the Dec 30th dive John [Silvetti] didn't want Tim Miller on board the Persistence because he said Tim wasn't necessary any more and was a liability. I don't know what that exactly means, but Tim wasn't hurting anything except releasing the statements to the press and Holloways that we found Natalee.

Kyle Kingman:   Richardson was very quick to dismiss the trap as case-relevant. Richardson was insisting that we keep looking FAR out to sea in very deep water.

Kyle Kingman:  I hadn't slept in 48 hours. I crashed for a few hours rest and by the time I got up Dateline and Tim Miller had left the boat. That is when John [Silvetti] assumed full control over the remainder of the project and had us searching in the deepest portions of our search area which coincided with Richardson's remarks.

Kyle Kingman: We're being fed misinformation to keep us searching and out of their way while they cover their asses, destroy evidence, cover their tracks, and keep us out at sea and away from the trap.

There is the purported order from the court in Aruba affirming the trial judge's decision to reject a request by the prosecutor to detain Plaintiffs. Even assuming this translation is admissible, it is not proof that Plaintiffs did not have sex with Holloway.....

If there is an NFI document, where is it?  Why would they not attach it?  Probably because the suit is actually backed by The Strategic Task Force wanting money for the "boycott" revenge.  Their goal was to bring the big bad American to his knees with a big payout.



Even if the tape is proved false, that is not enough for a payout.  You must prove injury.  How does K2 seek damages (show injury) if Deepak is recorded saying "My life is over".  That obviously was his feeling BEFORE the tape aired (not caused by the airing).  That is also the reason they want the documents.  It is important for Dr. Phil to establish K2s reputation was BAD before the tape aired....The show did not do it.

At what point does this become a "frivolous" lawsuit and  the judge put them out of their misery?  It just doesn't make sense to allow them to continue on without some kind of sanctions against them for not complying with the orders of the court.

Good question.  Might be more progress if the judge sanctions the Chicago law firm.

IF the Phil McGraw recording was not manipulated and ... that is proven when professionally compared with the Skeeters' hard drive ... why would any case documents be required?  Deepak defamed himself in the interview.  Case Closed?

However ... the request of case documents from Aruba does makes sense IF the Phil McGraw recording was deceptively manipulated to imply that Deepak stated he had sex with Natalee.  McGraw's attorney would then have to prove that Deepak had not been defamed by the manipulation.

I don't believe so.  The case is not just about the authenticity of the tape.  It is also about Deepak not giving permission to air it.  If it is established that Deepak was ALREADY a public figure BEFORE the airing then Dr. Phil didn't need permission. That is part of the anti slap rulings. IIRC  Private persons have more protections than "public" persons.  If you want to prove someone is a public figure, you need to show the prevailing opinion BEFORE the airing.

You have it exactly right. By merely GIVING the recorded interview to Skeeters -- he implicitly became a "public person". However, that interview was jus an ADDITIONAL factor. The Kalpoes had already been ARRESTED for this crime -- that alone made them "public figures". They already had a "public persona" waaaaay before Dr. Phil came along.

I've wondered the same.  I hope very soon but I have to admit I'd much rather see a jury trial and those to dimwits on the stand.  ::MonkeyCool::

Totally agree Klaas.  I have to admit though that I would just love to have there case files turned over to the court so Beth and Dave could get their hands on them.  Having them on the stand would be a plus also but I don't EVER see that happening.  They are being supported in this lawsuit by Aruba (probably AHATA?, tourism) and they would never want these nitwits to take the stand.  Their boat would be sunk then.  You are right though, the Kalpoes and Aruba thought Dr. Phil would settle out of court before now and their backs are against the wall.

Could it be that the reason that judge has not dismissed the case is that there are legalities which the Kalpoes' attorneys claim justify not conforming to McGraw's attorneys request for case documents.

1.  The Kalpoes are no longer suspects in the Natalee Holloway case and/or ...
2.  The Natalee Holloway case is still an open investigation.

Just speculating.

KELLY: I believe David Koch (ph), one of the attorneys for the Kalpoes actually signed a declaration at the court indicating that even if the court ordered the documents be turned over, they were not going to turn them over, which was sort of, for lack of a better word, arrogant on his part. The court did not necessarily like that.

But I can't see them both using the courts as a sword and then a shield. They can't bring this action, they can't seek damages and not obey the orders of the court and expect their case to go forward.

The way I understand it -- the judge in this "pre-trial" stage cannot make a judgement about the "merits" of this suit -- he can only rule on whether one side or the other is following the law and information requests. He cannot simply say that the "Kalpoes" are public figures -- that is for the trial.

I attended a private chrisian high school.  There were students of other faiths attending.  Seems many in Aruba are drawn to or have ties with Miami.  Maybe the step-father had connections or was raised with a christian background.

My question is this..

WHY has she not stepped forward ?

A few of the FBI 302s have been posted.  Some are dated June 2 2005. They seemed to be honest regarding their activity. I believe there was not more internet posts because there was no MB conspiracy. 

Ruth McVeigh was the one trying to win money back. I seriously doubt that Joran would have agrred to give gambling advice for trade of a fellow student. Joran, the fellow visitor, was appearing to be helpful to win trust.

I think Natalee was targeted because she was blond and naive and believed she was getting a ride back to her hotel from a fellow visitor.

I have no reason to believe the MB people were not forthcoming.  We would not know about the drinking if they had not stated that to the FBI.

In pictures, Joran would have looked like an MB student or fellow visitor.  There is nothing about him that stands out as local.

The kids might not have been overly attentive or concerned about danger.  That is a far cry from conspiracy and involvement.

(with this the suspect is talking about May 29th 2005). I went with my father named "Paul van der SLOOT" to the casino. I went to play "Texas Hold'm Poker" with my father. It is a poker game in which you get 7 cards and you have to make a card combination with your best (5) cards. You get 500 U.S. $ of fake money and with this money you play. I was done sooner than my father and I went and hung around in the casino. When it was half time of the game my father wanted to go home to go and babysit my ten year old brother. At my father's request I sat in for him and played "Texas Hold'm poker. I am not sure as to when half time was but I think it was between 19.00 and 20.00 hours. I kept on gambling until I lost too. This was according to me until 21.30 to 22.00 hours. I went to walk around in the casino and after that went to the "Blackjack" table to play blackjack. While I was sitting at the table the girl "Natalee" that is missing now to the blackjack table together with her friends. When the English speaking girls came to the blackjack table they introduced themselves. I do not remember the names of the girls anymore but they were from the same group of students that Natalee belonged to. According to me the friends of Natalee played blackjack but Natalee didn't. A girl that was sitting at my left side on the table asked me in English if I could help her play blackjack because she had lost U.S. $ 360,= of her father's money. The girl bet U.S. $ 20,= in the game and I helped her win U.S. $ 100,= with it. After the girl had won U.S. $ 100,= I advised her to call it quits but she wanted to continue. I told her again that she should stop and her friends also said that she should stop. Probably the girl after that went to cash in her chips for money. The girlfriends of the girl asked me if I was going to "Carlos & Charlies" that night. I told them that I couldn't do that because I had school tomorrow. The girls kept insisting that I should meet them at "Carlos & Charlies" because it was their last night on Aruba. After they kept insisting I agreed to meet with at "Carlos & Charlies". I don't know that name of the girl but I remember her from a photo in the newspaper on which Natalee was printed on the left side of her friends and the other girl was on the right side of the friends. This girl is the same girl that sat at my left side at the blackjack table. After this I told the girl that it was OK and that I would do my best to go to "Carlos & Charlies". After that the group of girls walked to the Sportsbar. In the Sportsbar I also saw to two acquaintances who were watching baseball. I greeted my two acquaintances and told them that I was doing fine too and that I would be going to "Carlos & Charlies" that night. My two acquaintances are named "Luis" and "Joshua". I regularly meet them at Carlos & Charlies. The last name of Luis is "BETANCOURT". I do not know the last name of Joshua. Luis BETANCOURT is a Venezuelan and according to me Joshua is Colombian but I don't know that for sure. After that I walked next to the group of girls and they said to me that I should not forget to go to Carlos & Charlies. I told that that I would do my best. The girl who stood printed on the right side in the newspaper told me that she was going to take a shower and that she would then go to Carlos & Charlies. I did not make an agreement with the girl as to how late I would meet them at Carlos & Charlies. After that I walked outside through the casino ...

In the Sportsbar I also saw to two acquaintances who were watching baseball. I greeted my two acquaintances and told them that I was doing fine too and that I would be going to "Carlos & Charlies" that night. My two acquaintances are named "Luis" and "Joshua". I regularly meet them at Carlos & Charlies. The last name of Luis is "BETANCOURT". I do not know the last name of Joshua. Luis BETANCOURT is a Venezuelan and according to me Joshua is Colombian but I don't know that for sure. (JVDS 6/9/05)

Note: it appears that this is a different group of girls from MB, from those with whom Joran had been with at the Bar by the Pool, and that Joran had now walked up to this group of MB girls who were gathered inside the hotel at the Sports bar, following his exit from the Pool bar, where Natalee was with her friends. Again, Joran gives this group of girls, the same type of impression that he had given earlier at the casino, and to Natalee by the Pool, - that being, that he may or may not go to Carlos and Charlies, yet - clearly, his intentions to go to C and C were being very clearly communicated - in his own words - when speaking to his male "friends" with whom Joran "meets" regularly at C and C's.

Again… only moments after telling Natalee that “nobody really goes to C and C’s on a Sunday night”, and telling other students that he would “do his best”, Joran then indicates for a second time, that his intention is to go to C and C’s.

Just a quick question.  Did I dream it that very early on Deepak had to leave Suriname because of some trouble he got into there?  I have always thought if you dig deep enough you will find out some interesting things on Deepak and Satish. 

Maybe Deepak did come to the U.S. and went to school.  If so what kind of trouble did he have here in the U.S.?  I mean let's be honest here.  How many people file a lawsuit against a Giant in TV and then refuses to come into the U.S. to appear in court for THEIR own lawsuit? 

Klaas, it is not from lack of trying on your part.  I would hate to see it shut down.  Like you said it will get very interesting if and when the Kalpoes go on trial here in the good all USA.

I think the reason for the Dade county court documents is because John Charles Croes was
deposed in Miami about his phone calls with Deepak.  Satish was not involved.

Janet - on your own Myspace account you could put Margaritaville or anything.  Deepak was in Aruba in 2007 or at least most of 2007.   You don't have to be honest about your location or birthdate or anything.  Most people don't think about it and put their usual information/location/birthdate.

Deepak said that he knew John Charles Croes at the MOVA. 
MOVA is a Dutch curriculum that is used in Aruba and not in the US.
MOVA is basic High School;  HOVA is College prep and VHO is vocational training.
I think John Charles Croes lived in Aruba before moving to Miami.

I'm inclined to agree with you on both John Charles Croes and Deepak's education.

Whether Deepak lied about what he did to Natalee or not doesn't matter.  The problem for Deepak is he defamed himself long before Skeeters or Dr. Phil or anyone else did.  You cannot defame someone by saying he did something when that person himself said he did it.

And it is Dr Phil and Skeeters first amendment right to use the tapes...no matter how the tapes were
obtained.   There is more to prove than just what is on the tapes, because the Kalpoes have claimed
defamation of character.  the documents requested help to establish that they were of poor reputation
before Natalee's incident occurred.

The ONLY thing we the public have ever seen/heard is an editorial that the NFI found the IMAGES to have been altered.

Remember also that Jamie Skeeters gave his hard drive directly to the FBI.  And the FBI analyzed it.  Can't wait for Paramount, CBS, Dr Phil etc, etc to pull that Whammy out of their pockets!!

And then if you'll remember......there was info put together by a deer friend of mine when Aruba (Arlene Schippers) tried to publicly denounce this whole Skeeters/Deepak recording.

On a Dan Abrams show - they compared 3 copies of that recording.

1 - Jamie Skeeter's hard drive

2 - Dr Phil Show snippet

3 - Aruba's copy

The only copy that deviated from "She did.  You'd be surprised how simple it was", was the copy ARUBA gave to Dan Abrams that Arlene was screeching about.

Meaning?  Aruba themselves manipulated the sound to try and paint the picture that Jamie and Dr Phil were lying for ratings purposes.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

Regarding Sharon's question quoted above, my interpretation was that both Deepak and Satish had filed for a Visa but each time had inconsistencies or omissions.  In other words, Deepak filed and omitted the Miami school, then later may have included it and a red flag came up. 

From personal experience in filing government forms for my Dad or our personal use, all info has to be filled in and documentation attached.  If not, denial will be forthcoming.  (my experience does not include Visas, but I would think Homeland Security would be strict on this). 

It seemed obvious to me that all schools attended were to be listed.  I have lost touch with a co-worker who was sponsored by our employer to get her working Visa when she married and came to the states from India.  When she sought her green card later, she and her husband had to travel to Canada (don't recall why), rather than NYC (as before) and it took a couple of days there before all of the necessary paperwork and further requirements were attained.  I remember there were many papers to be submitted and the night she stood by the copy machine trying to make the deadline.

With the level of WORLDWIDE interest and news coverage of Natalee's story, I can't see any way that Deepak or Satish wouldn't be considered Public Figures by a legal definition.

You know, one look at Natalee's archives here on SM should nail them as Public Figures as defined by the law. How much more public can you get than that? We literally document in writing the level of great public interest, and we have the threads to prove it!

When the judge dismissed the case against Skeeters estate, he stated that the Kalpoes were Newsworthy
or of public interest because of their involvement in the Natalee Holloway case.
I would think if they were persons of public interest in the Skeeters case the same would be true in the
Dr. Phil case.   All of that was filed in the California court around the first week of September 2009.

I've been thinking a lot about Klaas's post about giving up. I understand the logic. When you really look back, this case was solved a few days after Natalee's disappearance. We all knew down deep that Natalee was no longer alive and we all knew who was accountable. For a long time, it was about bringing them to justice and, for me, that was primarily wrapped up around Beth and my own sense of right and wrong. I also wanted the perps to be kept from repeating harm to anyone else. I beleive that Beth finally reached a stage of closure with the DeVries tapes. She and all with ears, heard Joran admit to being with Natalee when she died and unlift the ridiculous curtain of denial he had presented to the world. I have reached an uncomfortable acceptance that Deepak, Satish, and Joran will never be held legally responsible for what they've done.  BUT..........

They are paying a price that will only be determined by the days of their lives. Joran cannot go home and his future is very different than what he had imagined prior to Natalee. I also think that before all is said and done the actual events that are truthful will come out. Too many people know what happened for it to always remain hidden, IMO. I'd like to be able to run right here, with all of you when it does. I would love for Natalee's remains to be placed at home and away from that Hellhole. That looks impossible to me, but I somehow still have a sliver of hope.

This much I do know: I'm so grateful to have all of you. To me, this thread is the heart of SM. We may have outlived hope of a trial for the murder of Natalee, but we also have outlived other things that we miss, and attest to by our continuation. Peaches comes to mind. I want to be around when Robots stops by every blue moon or so, and all those who come running whenever there's any news. Klaas? We love you and so appreciate all the effort and wisdom that you've poured into Natalee's cause. You too, are part of the reason I want the thread to stay.   ::MonkeyKiss::

However ... two issues keep me keeping on.

1.  If Kyle Kingman's own words regarding the happenings on board the Persistence encompassing the trap/cage along with the exposure of the ROV footage from the Persistence can bring pressure on a Aruba to reveal the truth in regards to what was recovered from that trap ... the family of Natalee Holloway could received ... at the very least ... a measure of closure.  At the very most ...  my prayer is that Natalee could come home to rest on American soil.

2.  If the outcome of the defamation lawsuit against Phil McGraw reveals beyond a doubt through comparative professional analysis that Deepak Kalpoe utter the disputed words in his interview with Skeeters ... the implicatons are huge.  Think about it.  Deepak is no longer a suspect in the Natalee Holloway case.

Throughout these years I have seen a plethora of posts regarding the other MB students who were in Aruba with Natalee - and the "critical thinking" as you term it, in avoidance of an argument.  ::MonkeyWink::

For me it comes down to this.

The FBI spoke with those students who were close to Natalee on that trip, as early as June 6, 2005.  The FBI knew, and Beth knew what those students had to say, and what really went on.

However - both Beth and the FBI also knew one thing more.

They knew immediately (first 72 hours, according to Beth) the shennanigans Aruba was putting forth.  They knew the attempts at besmirching Natalee's character, and that of her family.  They knew that Aruba immediately covered up the first lie Joran et al told to authorities.

We also learned of these things - but not until later.

I can fully understand Beth, the FBI, and those students parents cautioning those kids to stay out of the limelight - in order to avoid becoming yet more targets for Aruba's mis/disinformation campaign that we can all bear witness to.

Think of all the bullsh*t stories we've heard out of Aruba about Natalee and her family:

1 - she's a runaway
2 - she was molested by Jug
3 - she's a crack head
4 - they did it as an insurance scam

Could you just imagine what Aruba's mouthpieces would have done to her fellow students if given half the chance?

I shudder at the thought!

Not a single one of those kids would have had the knowledge, means or access on that foreign rock to so thoroughly dispose of their friends body.  Not one of them.

I certainly don't mean to start a brew ha-ha here about this.  But it just angers me to no end to see speculation without any basis in fact about those kids.

Were they the best of friends in allowing Natalee to go off with people she didn't know?  No.

Was excellent judgement used by everyone on that trip at all times?  No.

Those are the only faults I can find in the behaviour of any of the MB students - Natalee included........and that is being very fair minded, as I firmly believe she was given some drug that affected her thought processing ability.

Those faults out in the open - none of that ever warrants or excuses the fate that befell Natalee.

Nothing ANY of those students did gave anyone an invitation to kidnap, rape and murder their friend.

Teenagers are notorious in their delusioned invinceability.  None ever thinks anything bad can happen if they let their guard down for even a second.

But this time it did.

The only ones responsible for the totality of what happened to Natalee are the ones who lured her to their car, and the father of one.

They did discus Joran and Ruth Mc Veigh and the money in their FBI 302.  They saw him around for a couple days.  They only got in on Thursday.  Their FBI statements seem pretty honest to me.

I agree with Jenn with one exception....I think Anita was in on it from the get go.  Paulus talked to her in Holland and told her Joran was the last one with Natalee (supposedly when everyone believed the HI lie).

I am encouraged when I read the Abrams Report but ... then I read the statement from the Superior Court of California.  Does this court document which exonerates Jamie Skeeters' of wrongdoing imply that the disputed segment of the Phil McGraw recording may differ from  words on the hard drive?

I believe Paulus was instrumental in the initial crimes committed against Natalee - the casino video footage helps me in that belief.

In my post above I wasn't referring to the immediate ensuing cover up of those initial crimes.

I fully believe Anita was a part of that also.

I believe those two enabled and covered up for that worthless son of theirs for many years prior to what happened to Natalee.  I believe by that time it was second nature to them.

What I'm still unsure of, is whether or not Anita was aware of her own husband's involvement in what they did to Natalee.

Janet - all I believe the Court was saying in that particular sentence was that it has proven that Jamie Skeeter had no part of, or control over the production of the Dr Phil Show.

therefore - IF wrongdoing has occurred on that show, Jamie could in no way have been invovled.

However, what that entire ruling taken as a whole also tells me is.......  Jamie Skeeter's hard drive said EXACTLY what he said it did.  On many cable news shows.

He claims Deepak and Satish are Ignorant.. YET Paulus Jorans own father is Behind Deepaks lawsuit.. He is and always should have been considered a suspect in this case.
Joran saying he was the last one to see Natalee only backs up Paulus and Deepak for them to Profit on the lawsuit.

This is all by design. In Other Words..Paulus has the edge on us..

I would love to hear from ALL of them that were party to the partying group of MB students.

The other group of MB students were religious and appeared to stay away from both drinking and gambling.. Natalee appeared to roam from one group to the other.

Then Boughton went to another location to try to find her.
When she did not see Natalee at that next location, Broughton returned to the hotel.

BROUGHTON had tried to find her friend Natalee upon closing..
BROUGHTON was staying with Natalee at her hotel.

*THIS SUGGEST TO ME: NATALEE DID HAVE A BUDDY PLAN.
She did have a plan to return with her friends, her room mate at her hotel.

ONLY NATALEE WAS INCAPABLE OF IMPLEMENTING THAT PLAN because she had been drugged
and given some very strong liquor admitted by Joran to giving that to her.

Natalee intended to go back to the hotel with her friends.

My daughter ACTUALLY WITNESSED Natalee right outside the entrance to Carlos & Charlie's at around 1:00 a.m. Monday morning. (The paper says she left at 1:30.) My daughter was leaving the bar with two friends, and they were right behind another group. She called to Natalee and asked if she wanted to walk with them (I forget now if my daughter was headed to the hotel or the bar across the street; I think the latter). Natalee cheerfully said no, she would catch up to the group right ahead and walk with them (implying she would be along in a few moments). My daughter had no idea she would not see Natalee again.

When Beth Holloway's words are considered ... could it be that images of the major characters in the Natalee Holloway case began appearing in the media circuit and ... Madison recognized Paulus van der Sloot as the "older man" who was already sitting at the Black Jack table when Natalee and her arrived ... Paulus van der Sloot who was suppose to have left the casino during the Poker game sometime earlier.

Lies are meant to cover the truth.  What truth was Paulus van der Sloot covering?

I remember when Arbeejay arrived at the "forum" "VisitAruba" ..
 Sandrak was there at that Forum. So was I.

I remember it well..

Later on her daughter said Natalee was quiet.. Not talking much and she was not touching Joran at all. Then she lost sight of Natalee when she went around a corner.
Nobody had seen where Natalee gets into the car.
Joran and Natalee walking with Deepak could have reentered Carlos and Charles from a rear entrance.

The other fellow that thought he had seen Natalee get into the car may have may not have..

The only thing that put Natalee in that car was the Bus Stop Witness.. IF that was true.



 

I still am having a difficult time regarding many aspects of this defamation case.  It is so hard for me to comprehend that the Kalpoes (Aruba) would have file this defamation lawsuit knowing that the outcome would reveal ... beyond all speculation that is out there ... that Deepak claimed that the "we" had sex with Natalee Holloway.

Anyways ... when all is said and done ... I am hoping my suspicions are wrong and ... the Abram's Report recording of Skeeters' hard drive is correct and ... the Kalpoes/Aurba are going to loose big time ... in more ways than one.

I move cruise line crew from every country around the world to every country around the world. I've heard of every type of Visa with every letter in the alphabet followed by numbers.

I have never heard of needing to apply for a Visa because you are taking an online course in another country.

I thought the pleading was trying to point out that he's managed to go thru the visa application process before -- why can't he apply correctly now?

I think it's a frivolous lawsuit. But if you think about it - the Kalpoes are the ones at risk and have been. The lawsuit gets thrown out because they won't comply to the Judges orders then who pays their attorneys bills? Kalpoes? That is when the devil is going to leave them and they'll be on their own with their hands in their pockets one night with a suicide note that makes it look as though they were despondent over their debt.
