Hi Monks. I hope everyone one has had a blessed Easter. Ours was spent with family and friends.....lots of good company and goods food. It was so much fun watching the little ones scurrying around to find the brightly dyed eggs....and we were blessed with glorious weather.

I hate to be the one to change the mood of the posts above. I have been working on some things or I should say people.. People of the newly released doc dumps. 

I went back and re-read the Linda Tinelli transcripts/interview.
I had to read certain parts 2 or 3 times over because some of it did not make sense - most of it still does not. I don't know if it was LT's nerves or if she had huge lapses of memory.
I could not figure out how she became left in charge of the tables/volunteers/etc at the Publix. That Holly G * I am guessing she is the Holly mentioned from the very beginning of the interview with LE.
Linda makes it sound as if she happen to wander in to the Publix Tent and handed over her phone number " If you need help" and she was instantly passed the baton from Holly. (( Yet she LT is from KFN)) Holly being put in charge by GA/CA - and the way it is said in the interview that Holly called in Linda and basically hoofed it. Then LT was held responsible for the tent/taking names/donations/documenting etc. That the Ant's basically washed their hands of everything and GA only came around to collect money and act like he was mailing out t-shirts etc.
LT states they moved the Tent (Six) Times. I don't understand though how she can be so vague in some of her answers. Understandably moving 6 times would add to some confusion. But her answers to some of the questions asked are really empty. She is to be representing a missing child organization.  :shaking2: cough. Her lack there of skills pretty much sums up the experience she has had in this type of setting. She even admits she has no experience. Good Old GA/CA nothing but the best for Caylee.  She LT was in charge of documenting everyone's names etc who offered to help * directed by GA. She did to an extent. Who in a missing child case would use rubber bands and toothpicks " Scraps" of paper as she says what people wrote on - to volunteer. She then said she would take the scraps and type up the names at home. Then she gave all the documentation to GA.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

It all falls back to Testimonies of the searchers in question - goes without saying that GA had his fingers in everything but " Searching for Caylee" When she begins talking about the " table cloths" that they kept ripping and blowing away. She says that scotch tape did not work.  That later GA brought the tape from home. Yet she cannot remember the tape. But it stuck and it worked. I would think if I was stuck in the middle of parking lot - I would remember that tape that GA brought. Other than it was a few inches wide. She can't recall if it needed to be cut, it was easy to tear. If it needed scissors or ?? anything - Yet she says she put it on the tables to hold down the table cloths. And the table cloths kept ripping.  My brain says the tape was still stuck to the table and cloths being cheap weightless - continue to rip and fly.
** I guess it just boggles me to no end because I myself have been a volunteer for many out door fund raising events and the things that go wrong " You remember the Most" " because it was usually something that is unexpected You had to think quick and correct asap"  I cannot believe she can not remember the tape that GA brought from home. Arrr - That and it was used on the Sign as well. I am trying to stay in sequence of the interview. She LT then mentions Karen Groover who is also a board member of KFN - yet she speaks of her does not know her very well.  Moving on to the woman Roxie. Roxie Marshall aka Sally. Roxie does exist. She does live in Seminole County. She is 54 years old. I found her address and her relatives names. I am not though going to post it here. I feel that if she wants to "come back into light" she will on her own.  I wish she would come forward and speak but I have to believe that anything that was to be said has been said to LE. I am passing up the Dominic Casey portion - its too much for me to even attempt to figure out. Moving up to Dec 12th - The Milsted's flipping out and wanting everything removed from the parking lot " Tent KFN Setup".  Why ? Why was it so urgent on the 12th at 10 am. That it would be all taken down and put away "urgently". That the Milsted's believed " The civilians" of Orlando would tear it apart. (( Sure they would)) Or was it because it was released to the public on the news on Dec 11th that LE was going to issue a search warrant for the Anthony's house. Dec 11th, evening ( am Caylee was found) by Kronk. Milsted's basically destroyed evidence as far as I am concerned. What ever was there " What GA Did or had his hands in" or what was slinked together by GA/CA and the Milsteds - needed to be gone. $$$$$

Hi Deenie and loca and all you other Monks who are here tonight.  Hope you had a great Easter.

Deenie, your post was huge and full of insightful info.  I love these posts which are chock full of stuff I hadn't heard before as yours was.  I haven't had time to listen to all of these depos or even read them so it's helpful to me when someone who has more energy than I reads them and/or listens and comments. It was interesting to me that GA showed up basically just to collect the cash.  Wonder if he paid taxes on it?  I think that would have been prior to the Ants setting up their scam-sham foundation so it would have been taxable.  But then I wonder if anybody ever paid taxes on the $200,000 from ABC or the $20,000 that the Ants say they got for pics. Then there's the $70,000 from Macaluso.  Wonder if he paid gift tax on it and wonder if Casey or Baez reported it?  I think there's fertile ground here for the IRS, but I wouldn't sic the IRS on anybody, even the Ants.

I agree with you that LT must remember the tape because of the circumstances of Georgie-Porgie bringing it from home.  She probably just doesn't want to say it was odd looking duct tape.

ORLANDO -- The Casey Anthony case heads back into an Orange County courtroom Monday.

The hearing will focus on whether Casey Anthony's lawyers should get access to records of the people who volunteered to search for her daughter.

Anthony's lawyers want Texas EquuSearch to turn over all records relating to searches done near the woods where Caylee's remains were found.
   
But the group is fighting the request, saying it invades the privacy of many of the volunteers who joined in the search.
     
And the group's lawyers say Anthony's defense team is just wasting taxpayer money with the motions.

It's also possible the judge will talk about the release of more than 250 pages of secret letters Anthony exchanged with another inmate at the jail.

Those letters have led to one corrections officer being relieved of duty.

I think that Linda Tinelli's interview is filled with too many I don't knows and some make shift quick .. answers.

I have come to find out through out all involved within * Testimonies, Depo's and alike -
The answer all depends on how the question is worded. Meaning you can ask the same question 3 different ways and get  3 different responses. NO one is telling the truth.
Depending on who is doing the asking. Bobo has proved himself over and over with that.
Let the State prosecutors ask him the 4th time and all of a sudden " OH I forget to mention the Truth". Then he finally coughs up something that is probably sitting on paper " on record" within the prosecutors laps. He is such a Bobo.

Going back to Tinelli.  She is I believe a resident of Orlando. She does have record of residence in PA. She also has many names.  She has had many houses " as addresses" not necessarily owner but her name came up with many addresses attached to her now Husband Tinelli. But they are very very nice houses in Florida. New and Beautiful. Rentals? I guess. Her real name is Olive Linda Wilson. Wilson her maiden name. She also has the last name of LaMarch - from her ex Leo. Olive Lamarch. She is 60 yrs of age. Her first name is Olive middle Linda she married Tinelli in 99

Her documents are all mixed between the name of Tinelli and LaMarch - after she married Tinelli. Her name is still back and forth depending on the address of the house - she is either O Linda Lamarch or Linda Lamarch or Linda Tinelli.  All I can gather is the use of multiple names is related to credit. I don't know. I guess its right for some to finagle names around for many years and not think twice. I just thought it was interesting that she had so many names.
The only employment I could come up with was within the name of Linda Lamarch and that was of a woman who held or holds the position of  Catering Director at the Raddison Orlando next to the Airport.

Deenie Cindy and George flew home the morning of 12/11, their appearance on LKL was the vening before...they lied their faces off & then worse yet upon hearing this news they immediately made a deal with their paid media source to go to the Ritz including a full course dinner instead of home or to surround themselves with family...odd behavior to say the least.   I dont buy getting away from the media for one sec, especially with these scum.  Most people would be absolutely devastated and extremely distraught, in deep mourning.

Thank you I could not remember when they arrived home. I agree with you 100 percent. Well it goes to show you that they already knew. Remember back when Cindy was on Tv and she looked like she had been hit by a freight train. She looked like she was for real for once. She was Gone. I think that is when she figured it out. And that was early in the investigation. She was wiped out.  I wish I could remember what media station she was on or who was interviewing her. Can you remember?
That in itself was another time that Cindy could have come clean. But nope not so, could not do it. George and Cindy are like comic book villains "characters" at this point. I don't believe their human. Or have one once of compassion between the two of them. If you squeezed them I don't think a tear would come out.

If it is Melissa E she sure had herself deep in, she still does. I think she may be sorry at one point when this all comes out.  Being Cindy's Eye Spy just might bite her back.  Who would want to be that close to Cindy within this case. Playing traitor I mean. I don't believe she/ME was in it to find Caylee. Playing Hawaii 5-0 with Cindy was her game.
This as I have said numerous times here - Caylee's case is going to go down in history within the legal system. Why would anyone want to " Play with Cindy" and then go back and pull punches and BLOG about it- Without thinking at one point they too will find themselves in the fire.

Didn't Hoover tell LE Cindy and Dom Casey were taking strolls around the golf course at the Ritz. Hoover spent the early morning of Dec. 12th having coffee and possibly a danish with Georgie girl, who talked about the probable divorce of he and Cindy. (when this is all over) What the he!! does that even mean? when this is all over?.....
Is this behavior of shocked, distraught people just notified not 24 hours before, that remains of their grand daughter were found reduced to bones?

Casey Anthony gets to leave the Orange County Jail for another court appearance this morning.

This time, lawyers will be arguing over access to more records for the volunteer group that helped looked for Casey Anthony's daughter, Caylee Marie, in 2008. The hearing is at 10 a.m.

Casey Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the death Caylee. The 2-year-old's remains were found in December 2008 — five months after the toddler was reported missing by her family.

While she was missing, thousands of volunteers with Texas EquuSearch scoured acres throughout Orange County on two separate occasions. The group claims 32 people searched the woods around the location where the remains were later found but did not go to the exact spot. Flooding at the time kept the volunteers out, the group said.

Last year, Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland ordered EquuSearch to allow the defense team to review its records of those 32 people.

Casey Anthony's defense team says they have found other volunteers who were not on the list but did search the area where the remains were found and didn't see anything unusual. These witnesses may be key for defense attorneys who may argue at trial that someone other than Casey Anthony left the toddler's body in the woods.

The defense is asking Strickland to allow its team to review all of EquuSearch's records.

Equusearch Says No Volunteers Searched Location Where Caylee's Body Was Found

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony will appear in court this morning as her attorneys fight for records they said can help prove her innocence.
Anthony's defense team said it believes there are records that prove that the body of Anthony's daughter, Caylee Anthony, was not in the swampy area she was later found in until after Anthony was already arrested.

In a hearing at 10 a.m., Anthony's attorneys are expected to ask Judge Stan Strickland for more information about the approximately 4,000 volunteers who worked with Texas Equusearch to help search for Caylee's body.
The group searched for Caylee in the months leading up to the discovery of her body by a meter reader in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008.

Last year, Equusearch turned over information about the 32 volunteers who helped search near the area where Caylee's remains were later found, but Anthony's defense team said it believes more people also searched the area.

The defense said it believes some of the volunteers would be able to testify that Caylee's remains were not in the woods in September 2008, the final time Anthony was arrested.

Even if records are turned over, the search group said no one was ever in the exact location where Caylee's body was found.

Anthony, 24, is being held at the Orange County Jail on no bond. She is charged with first-degree murder in her daughter's death.

 Lawyers Seek Volunteer Information In Casey Case

ORLANDO -- The Casey Anthony case is back in court.

Today's hearing focuses on whether Anthony's lawyers should receive access to records of the people who volunteered to search for her daughter.

Anthony's lawyers want Texas EquuSearch to turn over all records relating to searches done near the woods where Caylee's remains were found.

But the group is fighting the request, saying it invades the privacy of many of the volunteers who joined in the search.

The group's lawyers said Anthony's defense team is just wasting taxpayer money with the motions.

It's also possible the judge will talk about the release of more than 250 pages of secret letters Anthony exchanged with another inmate at the jail.

Those letters have led to one corrections officer being relieved of duty.

10:06 a.m. -- Attorney Andrea Lyon is not present in court. Only Jose Baez and Cheney Mason are there for Casey's defense.

10:29 a.m. -- Baez argues someone else put Caylee's body in the woods. Texas EquuSearch has let Brad Conway, George and Cindy Anthony's attorney, and media access to imporant documents, but defense wants to talk with anyone and everone who might have been present and search area.

10:33 a.m. -- Defense said e-mail from searcher saying he thought body was moved to the area after searching is a bombshell and they need to go through everything to find more bombshells.

10:34 a.m. -- Mark NeJame, attorney for Texas EquuSearch, said the defense never bothered to depose EquuSearch founder Tim Miller. NeJame is baffled they could say Miller wasn't available. No one has contacted Miller since August.

10:53 a.m. -- NeJame says the door is open to the defense to review and inspect documents, but because of laziness and sloppiness, the defense hasn't shown up.

10:54 a.m. -- Baez says NeJame is injecting himself in this case.

11:22 a.m. -- Attorneys are talking privately. NeJame blasted Baez again, calling him lazy, and the fact they dont' come by is "bothersome." NeJame said his sanctions will come from attorneys, not indegency funds, should the judge approve it.

Judge Stan Strickland withholded a ruling on the release of search records in the Casey Anthony investigation on Monday.

Anthony's defense team hopes to receive records from Texas EquuSearch, but Tim Miller, who is president of the group, opposes the motion. Miller called it an invasion of privacy for volunteers who searched for Caylee.

Anthony's attorneys want to know the names of the volunteers who searched the area around Suburban Drive and Hidden Oaks Elementary.

Lead defense attorney Jose Baez argued the records provided to him by EquuSearch are incomplete and difficult to read. He said EquuSearch claimed 32 volunteers searched the area where the remains of Caylee Anthony were found, but Baez said they've discovered more volunteers were there.

The defense has also claimed they've interviewed several volunteers who searched the area where the remains were found and did not find a body.

Attorney Mark NeJame represented Miller at the hearing. He said that Miller and the records have been available for months, and no request was made by the defense to speak with him or visit his office to review the documents.

NeJame also argued that the volunteers asked themselves not to have their identities revealed because of the intense media scrutiny of the case.

Judge Stan Strickland presided over the hearing at the Orange County courthouse and said he would issue a ruling later.

Casey Anthony is being held on no bond on the Orange County Jail. She is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found in December 2008 by a meter reader. Anthony, 24, maintains that a nanny by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee.

Texas EquuSearch conducted searches for Caylee for months. Thousands of people from all over volunteered their time to search for the missing little girl.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team was be back in an Orange County courtroom Monday morning. Her lawyers arrived just before the 10:00am hearing where they will fight to see records from Texas EquuSearch.
Casey walked into the court room just ahead of 10:00am (raw video | images), wearing a striped button-down long sleeve collar shirt and dark pants.

Casey's attorneys want to know more about the volunteer search teams that looked for Caylee. Eyewitness News reported last week how the search group accused Casey's attorneys of wasting taxpayer money, with what they called "frivolous defense motions." Taxpayers are paying for Casey's defense.

Judge Stan Strickland did not immediately rule on the defense request for the EquuSearch records, saying he'd rule later Monday or Tuesday.

Meanwhile, we're waiting to hear whether Casey's attorneys filed a motion to keep her jail letters private. Eyewitness News also reported last week on 50 letters Casey had written to another Orange County inmate.

Investigators say the letters are incriminating. The judge has said he will probably release them.

thanks brandi......I find it very telling that the A's have no family support....from either of the A's side.....the Coxes are sitting next to them.....NEW friends.... no family or long time friends.....very telling IMO

TruTV has got it all wrong on two points...no searcher should have to have their privacy invaded & expectation that they might become a suspect in a murder case, for one.   Secondly, about the burden of going thru 4000 records by TES or if the defense team should go out there to plow thru their extensive records...its not that simple - the defense does not have card blanche to rifle thru an organizations records or invade private citizens privacy.

I do suspect that the Cox's are attempting to assist the Anthonys to get out of their mortgage woes, more likely not above board - no one with half a brain or level of morality would befriend these evil people without being of question themselves.... enough said.

What about Mallory in all this???  Why has she remained so quiet???  Remember she was at the Ant home when Caylee's remains were found.  IIRC there was a length of time before she answered LE's knock at the door.  I just would love to know what she might have been doing, what she might have to say about what she overheard the Ant family saying, saw them doing, etc.  Have we even read ANYthing from her?  No depo that I can recall.   Why not?? 

And the other weird thing I can remember from that time was after LE was finished with one search warrant, there were pics of Baez leaving the Ant home with bags of stuff.  Would love to know what he, as Casey's attorney, felt was so important that HE needed to remove.  ???

Casey Anthony's lead attorney came under fire this morning as her defense team tried again to obtain records about volunteer searchers with a group called Texas EquuSearch.

Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez complained that Texas EquuSearch has not turned over all of the names of people who searched the area near the Anthony home in east Orange County where Caylee Marie Anthony's remains were ultimately found.

Texas EquuSearch attorney Mark NeJame said Baez hasn't taken time to come to his office to look at the documents and it's incredulous to suggest there's a bombshell hidden in them.

NeJame said Baez's lack of reviewing the records is "either laziness or sloppiness."

Later, Baez proclaimed: "Why is everyone so afraid of uncovering the truth in this case?"

Casey Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Caylee. The 2-year-old's remains were found in December 2008 — five months after the toddler was reported missing by her family.

The state is seeking the death penalty.

Cindy was chewing gum, why doesn't the judge tell her to stop? Makes no sense, and it is disrespectful. I can't imagine that the judge would even give this motion another thought, the defense was ridiculous. I'm sure the judge is having a good laugh over Baez's expense and can't wait for Happy Hour  ::monkeywine2::

I used to think he was naturally inept---now I think he's inept and enjoys being obstinate and thinks that is good lawyering, imo.   He really should make a career change. 

My impression also.  As far as Baez taking the "the body was placed there after KC was in jail" route, he will never be able to explain away the forensics that indicate according to the plant growth coming up through the remains, the body was placed there in the June/July time period.  The forensics will do the talking at trial.  And to use Baez' favorite phrase "Quite frankly", Baez, you are an idiot.

Did others also notice that Cindy is still chewing gum in complete defiance of court decorum?   The above pictures captivate the contempt the Anthonys always exhibit when they are not getting their way or right before their plotting ways gets foiled...throughout we have witnessed this from each and every one of them...with one exception, that sweet beautiful babygirl that was unfortunately born & killed by her family in infancy, by Casey's hands & her grandparents generational evil passed down.

As usual I found Baez unprepared and unorganized in his argument.  I did not get the fireworks which I expected from NeJame.  Baez did get the point across that he wanted carte blanche to rifle through Equusearch's records and IMO he might get it.  The entire thing was lacklustre IMO.  Boring, actually.

Sadly, If Judge Strickland grants Baez' motion, it will have a dampening affect on anyone volunteering for such a search in the future.  Once names are made public, these volunteers who did nothing except with good intentions, will be torn apart on the internet.

Mason just said that the in camera with the Judge at the end today had nothing to do with what was heard in court today, was very confidential and may come out later.  I am betting it has to do with Lyon leaving and him stepping in as the DP qualified lawyer on the case.

BREAKING NEWS!    Bozo just said that he is not filing a motion to seal Casey's letters.   That they will be scrutinized as in everything in the case but they will deal with it, but its not a confession.   Bozo called Casey "an incredibly bright woman" and then went on to say how misjudged she is... :puker: and wants to "clear her name"

I cannot  believe  I missed it this morning.  Catching up on In Sessions.  I further cannot believe we are still talking about Joseph Jordan and Laura Buchanan.  Seems to me that a few monkeys with a few clicks of their fingers have found enough to make both of them irrelevant.  JJ could be googled quite easily and is shown to have violated TES  guidelines here on this very forum, which to me shows that he is not a good defense witness.  He further refutes what he said to JB and company later when he talks to LE.  JB has to be the WORST attorney ever. 

Cheney Mason is a LIAR.  He states that his opinion on Casey and the case has always been the same and he stated that publicly.  HHHmmm, that is not what I read before.

Judge Strickland looked like he was not having the best day when he first came in. I think he has a really hard time not laughing at Bozo. When MN would object, the judge would kind of smile and say let him finish. I think he lets Bozo make as big of fool of himself as he can. You know like let's just indulge him.

I would have said Lyons law students under her thumb of threat not to give them a decent grade...Id love to know what gives her the right to use her students as mules in an active DP murder case with such heavy consequence upon them if they dont serve her purpose...to me it just seems so wrong to go beyond its educational value.

I find it truly sad and a dictionary definition of lawyer incompetence if you have been sitting behind bars for 2 years and are innocent but that is JMO on Bobo and the band of book pimping retirement making clan of counsel.  He should choose his words more carefully on his effectiveness.

More fireworks this morning in the Casey Anthony case.

A battle over Texas EquuSearch records was the top story on noon newscasts of WFTV-Channel 9, WESH-Channel 2 and WKMG-Channel 6.

“It got extremely heated,” WFTV’s Jeff Deal said. “Attorneys on both sides almost yelled at each other in the middle of the courtroom during this hearing. Casey’s defense was trying to ask for documents related to the search for Caylee’s remains that were done by the group Texas EquuSearch.”

Deal described Casey Anthony as “very stoic” during the hearing this morning. She is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

Mark NeJame, attorney for Texas EquuSearch, lashed out at the Anthony defense team and said the records were available at his office for the defense’s review.

“They should have the time to come to my office and review the 4,000 documents that they’re jumping up and down they haven’t had access to because they haven’t made time to come over,” NeJame said in an oft-repeated clip.

NeJame said he was “incredulous” at the defense team’s suggestion there was “a bombshell” in the documents.

In a noon interview on truTV’s “In Session,” defense attorney Jose Baez dismissed NeJame’s complaints. ”I don’t think that that point is a valid one,” Baez said. “We shouldn’t have to review evidence in front of a … third party who decides to hold press conferences to argue points of the state. I don’t see that as beneficial to the defense in any way.”

Baez complained that the defense can’t photocopy the documents or write from them. He also hinted that more volunteers could be of interest to the defense beyond 32 listed by Texas EquuSearch. 

“What is wrong with full discolsure?” Baez asked.
NeJame has argued that making the volunteers’ names available to the public could open those people to public harassment. NeJame has argued that making the names public could hurt Texas EquuSearch’s efforts to attract volunteers.

Also on “In Session,”  defense attorney Cheney Mason said a private conference with the judge had nothing to do with today’s proceedings. Mason said the discussed top was “an extremely confidential matter” and “may come out later.”

Mason took a swipe at NeJame, saying the contentious hearing was expected “given the personality of the little player there for Texas.”

Cheney added: “We are not going to lightly be relegated to having to rely on the judgments and expertise of Mr. NeJame or anybody else as to what’s relevant or is not. Even the state can’t determine that. They have to give it all to us.”

Mason repeated his contention — which he made long before he joined the defense team — that there is no forensic evidence to link Casey Anthony to her child’s murder.

And what about those 50 letters that Anthony wrote to a fellow inmate at Orange County Jail? Baez told “In Session” that they contain his client’s communications about food and what she’d like to do when released.

I do not, but I'm assuming that an unidentified hair found on the remains could very well have gotten there while Caylee laid there decomposing. There was debris and filth all around.

As sickening as it is I wonder if this is a win win strategy for the defense? If they are denied access not only could it be used after to demand a retrial but it could also infer to a jury that there must be reasonable doubt because they weren't given total access. Added to this is the fact that if they are allowed to go through all 4000 searchers they could use the opportunity to point fingers a awhole new slew of people and you know there is going to be a least one or two more nut jobs among them....

If this goes to trial, I'm afraid all this info with the searchers will cause reasonable doubt, imo this is the best the defense has to cause confusion with the jury.

Exactly Rose....that unidentified hair could have been at the site before Caylee and just ended up with her. Where was this hair found...on what piece of scattered remains?  Could it be from one of the many sex partners Casey had? Has anyone tested hair from Dom Casey?  Give me a break on the ONE unidentified hair!

That hair was found under the Disney bag and the Gatorade bottle, but this whole area was a dump site, so it could have been anyone's.

I've never thought she was pretty, but she looks SO plain and frumpy now- do you suppose they are trying to portray her as the opposite of a party-girl ? It hasn't worked, she just looks like a troll!

Not only are they trying to make her look sweet and innocent, Mason must have had a conversation with her and how to behave in the courtroom, and look serious, no laughing and being a complete fool. Her demeanor was different today.

No, you are incorrect about this. Baez et al. said it was not from any FBI agent, but they were wrong. There was only a tiny fragment of DNA found on the tape and it was consistent with one of the FBI agents as well as probably 20% of the rest of the world because it was such a tiny fragment.

The Q107 collection paper on which the unknown hair was found was placed under the World of Disney bag and the Gatorade bottle with the syringe in it, so most likely fell off of one of those items.   (read this just now on WS, this poster is a lawyer in Arizona) One other thing, am I confused, was the defense suppose to have a witness there today, Joseph Jordan?

That is not true!

Both the fragment and hair were attributed to FBI and a lab tech; they were both accounted for! There is no "mystery" DNA anything and this nonsense should be put to rest once and for all. (another post from WS, hope this helps, because I don't remember this)

It'll take the defense at least 5 years to find and interview all those people. :roll:

Yes, he does.   Im just curious who he is because right in the middle of the proceedings Mason went to speak to him.   I noticed him at the end during the hearing but on a playback of the hearing on Insessions I noticed Mason going to the back of the courtroom to speak to him.

Tempers flared Monday morning as Casey Anthony headed back to the Orange County Courthouse. Her lawyers accused the state of withholding crucial evidence in the murder case.

Defense attorney Jose Baez says the state failed to hand over a letter from a volunteer searcher who told detectives that he searched the crime scene months before the body of Caylee Anthony was discovered and found nothing.

"Why are they so afraid to tell us the truth and get to the bottom of this?" Baez said outside the courtroom.

Baez said the letter furthers defense theory that Caylee's remains were placed at the crime scene after Casey was already in jail.

"I think that's a serious discovery violation," Baez said of the state not immediately providing the letter to the defense.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick stood up in court and said that Baez "is just plain wrong" to accuse them of breaking disclosure rules.  It was also  pointed out that the alleged witness has never been questioned under oath.
Judge Stan Strickland said he'll rule Monday afternoon on the defense motion to gain broader access to Texas Equusearch records.

Defense won't fight release of jail letters

Jose Baez said Monday that the defense will not object to the public release of jailhouse letters Casey wrote to another inmate. 

"There's no admissions," he said.

The 250-plus pages of letters could become public record as soon as this week.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orlando judge withheld ruling on a motion Monday on whether records should be released in the case against Casey Anthony, who is accused of killing her daughter.

Those records, according to Anthony's defense team, will prove the woman's innocence.

Anthony appeared in the courtroom Monday morning for the hearing. She remains in the Orange County jail held without bond.

Anthony's defense team said it believes there are records that prove the body of Anthony's daughter, Caylee, was not in the swampy where she was later found until after Anthony was arrested.

The records request contact information from nearly 4,000 volunteers who worked with Texas EquuSearch to help search for Caylee's body.

Caylee was last seen in June of 2008, but she was not reported missing until a month later. The toddler's body was found in a wooded area near the Anthony home on Dec. 11, 2008.

With her horde of lawyers shouting "innocent" while she rots to death in jail.

Mr. Mason said "If we can prove with evidence at least a reasonable doubt that somebody else had to put that body there when she could not have, then logic 101 controls. That means that somebody else was involved. I thought all along TES and the State have said that they could have access to the rest of the records..they just needed to get down there to Mark's office and go through them at the office..just as the State did.  So what is the big deal with the defense..are they saying they want all the TES worksheets from the searches for Caylee faxed and delivered to them?  That is stupid and a waste of everyone's time and money.  They simply send someone over..they spend two days going through and taking notes..figuring which pages they want and need..which one's they don't..and request copies of those.  It should not be up to the State to do their work for them.

I feel they do not have a right to copies of all the sheets..just ones they request because most of the TES volunteers did not search in that area.  Most of the searchers would not want that public scrutiny, nor should they be put through that all because Baez is a lazy arse dingbat .

ORLANDO -- The hearing has concluded, but lawyers for Casey Anthony were in court Monday to get more records from Texas EquuSearch.

Anthony's lawyers wanted Judge Stan Strickland to grant them access to the names of every volunteer and all documents the group has relating to the search of Caylee Anthony.

Mark NeJame, the lawyer for Texas EquuSearch, told Strickland Anthony's lawyers have never bothered to depose the group's founder Tim Miller and is baffled that Anthony's lawyers said Miller isn't available.

He added the documents they want to see are at his office.

Anthony’s lawyer Jose Baez began the hearing by saying the volunteer group has allowed access to other lawyers and the media.

He wants to talk to everyone who may have searched the area where Caylee's remains were found.
The group did search the area, but did not go to the exact spot.

The group said flooding at the time kept the volunteers from searching that area.

Meanwhile, Anthony's alleged pen pal letters will soon be made public.

An FDLE investigation reveals Anthony wrote dozens of letters to another inmate in the Orange County Jail.

The judge allowed the defense 15 days to review the letters.

Anthony's defense says they have nothing to hide.

 "We're not concerned with anything in there,” Baez said. “There's no admissions. If we move to keep them private, you guys are going to speculate all over the place as to what's in there. You're going to find if you look at them in the context there of a person who’s locked up 23 hours a day."

There's no word on when the letters will be released.

Against...MOTION DENIED.    He will stick to his original ruling on the actual 32 official TES searchers that were in the area & tell the defense that they need to do their own legwork regarding anything further.

I think that NeJamie is willing to let them have a look see at his office or in chambers...Just like LDB did.  I think the judge would go for that..but I don't think he is going to go for all 4000 copied and delivered to them.

I think NeJamie made the point today, and very well I might add, that he has bent over backwards to accommodate the defense...but this is where he draws the line.  I truly hope that Judge Stan remembers the rights of the searchers to privacy.

Strickland today denied a request by the defense for all records from Texas EquuSearch, a volunteer group whose members looked for missing Caylee Marie Anthony in 2008.

However, Strickland ordered the defense go through records of 32 searchers, records that have been available since late August in a local attorney's office.

If the defense needs access to more records, it is free to request those, Strickland said in a three-page ruling.

Defense attorney Jose Baez has complained that the search group did not turn over all of the names and records related to those who combed an east Orange County neighborhood in 2008 in a search for Anthony's 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

Thousands of people volunteered in the summer and fall of 2008 to look for Caylee, whose remains eventually were found in December of that year by Orange County meter reader Roy Kronk.

EquuSearch claims 32 people searched the woods around the location where the remains were found but that they did not go to the exact spot because the area was flooded at the time.

Texas EquuSearch attorney Mark NeJame fired back at Baez's claims, saying Baez has had plenty of time and access to view all the volunteer records. He called Baez's lack of doing so "either laziness or sloppiness."

My mind keeps going back to that one phone just after Casey had been arrested, the one from jail where she needs Tony's phone number so bad, and is talking to her friend Kristina, Lee, and Cindy.  This part where Casey says 'Mom.... You don't know what my involvement is....?'  Sure sounded back then like there was some kind of plan afoot between them.  Makes even more sense now, looking back.  IMO.

Casey appeared stoic in court as her attorney asked the court to force Texas EquuSearch to hand over documents related to the search for Caylee Anthony. Casey's defense wants information about the thousands of volunteers who searched for the toddler.
But the non-profit group doesn't want all of the volunteers' personal information made public and NeJame pointed out he already released information on 32 people who worked near the place Caylee's remains were found and offered Baez a chance to look at the rest of the documents, just not make copies.
“Judge, these documents are critical, we need them,” Baez argued.
Baez said the defense found a bombshell, an EquuSearch volunteer who claims to have searched the remains area months prior to the discovery, but wasn't on the list of 32. That man, Joe Jordan, doesn't believe Caylee's remains were in that area when he searched, but NeJame said Jordan's information was in the documents he handed over and he questioned, if the rest of documents are so critical, why Casey's attorneys haven't stopped by to look at them.
“It is beyond me, it is incredulous to suggest that there is this bombshell, that things have been hidden from them when they’re just still sitting in my office. Come by after court, pay a visit,” NeJame argued.
Baez did most of the speaking Monday; Casey's new high-profile attorney, J. Cheney Mason, didn't play a big role.
Late Monday afternoon, Judge Strickland denied the defense request, but said Casey's attorneys can still go and look at the documents and, if they flag something that could be important, they can go back to the judge and try to get that released. The judge, though, isn't going to blanket release all the documents.

WHAT'S NEXT IN CASEY CASE?
Here's what's next in the case against Casey. Later this month, more discovery documents are expected to be released. In May, the civil case brought against Casey by Zenaida Gonzalez will have a pre-trial hearing.
Meanwhile, no one objected to the release of 50 jail house letters written by Casey so they could be made public as early as Tuesday afternoon.

Judge Strickland not only denied the motion, he slammed the door!   I read the motion & it is quite clear that Bozo was instructed to stop the fishing expedition.   It seems also quite clear that JS thinks nothing of Ms. Buchanan & realizes she was a plant all along by the Anthony camp without saying so.  Thank God JS preserved all of us so that if we chose to assist in a missing child/person case we will not be invaded upon as the defend defense would have liked & more likely dug up any dirt on any citizen to muddy the waters & ruin lives in the process.   NO CAN DO!

I think it was reported by a media rep that claims to have seen some of the letters that Caylee was never mentioned.  Bozo said on Insessions that some of what Casey said will be scrutinized but there is no confession.

Orange County Investigators say a corrections officer helped Casey pass more than 250 pages of letters to Robyn Adams, the wife of a former Altamonte Springs police officer, who was in jail for helping her husband sell grow and pot

Jose Baez, lead attorney for Anthony, accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, complained Texas EquuSearch had not turned over the names of all those who searched the area near Anthony's home where her daughter's remains were discovered in December 2008, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

"Why is everyone so afraid of uncovering the truth in this case?" Baez asked at one point.

Texas EquuSearch attorney Mark NeJame, however, put the onus on Baez, saying he hadn't come to his office to look at the documents. NeJame called that "either laziness or sloppiness."

Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder and could be put to death if convicted.

Before the little girl's remains were found, thousands of Texas EquuSearch volunteers twice combed parts of Orange County. The group says 32 people were in the vicinity of where the girl's remains were later found but had not been at the exact spot because it was flooded at the time.

The defense says there were other volunteers who also were in the area, and could raise the possibility someone other than Anthony put the girl's remains there.

In other developments Monday, attorneys on both sides discussed privately an illegal recording made by EquuSearch volunteer Joe Jordan, the Sentinel said. The recording was of a conversation between an investigator with Anthony's defense team, himself and his attorney.

In Florida, it's illegal to record someone without their knowledge.

First came the shouting in the morning. Then came the ruling in the afternoon.

Judge Stan Strickland has denied the Casey Anthony defense team’s move to seek all documents on Texas EquuSearch volunteers who looked for Caylee Anthony.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter. WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Martie Salt said Anthony this morning “sat expressionless, never cracking a smile and hardly saying a word to her lawyers.”

WFTV and WESH-Channel 2 replayed dramatic scenes from the morning hearing over the EquuSearch records. Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez had wanted photocopies of 4,000 documents on the volunteers. EquuSearch attorney Mark NeJame countered that the defense team could come to his office and review the records. 

The TV reports this evening showed Baez and NeJame  shouting. “They’re trying to kill Miss Anthony,” Baez said.

“They’ve got time to do TV interviews and drive to TV stations,” NeJame said. ”I think they should have time to come to my office and review the 4,000 documents.”

The news of Strickland’s ruling, which came late this afternoon, was slipped into the reports on the 5 p.m. newscasts.

Baez is not objecting to the release of Anthony’s letters to another jail inmate, WESH’s Amanda Ober also reported.

I think Lee already threw GA, CA and Casey under the bus when he requested immunity.  However ..Lee is a bit simple minded..so I think "he knows a lot about a lot of things"..but I don't think he knows to what extent GA and CA have lied to cover aide and abet their daughter's murderest acts.  I think Lee retreated long ago into a safe place in his mind...personally who can blame him.

I think her letters are going to tell a tale that she has been coached on by Baez.  They should be interesting.  I think he always planned that GA & CA would be outed.. Lee not so much.  It should be interesting to read about her lack of love life, her food preferences, her hate for MA and Pa ...and anyone else she felt inclined to include in her correspondence with her jailhouse penpal.

The public will soon see Casey Anthony’s letters to another inmate at the Orange County Jail.

“Investigative sources called the letters significant, but that’s not what Casey’s defense team told Channel 9’s Jeff Deal,” WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Martie Salt said.

Deal explained: “The time period to try to stop the release of those letters has passed, and so now Casey Anthony’s attorney told me today there was nothing incriminating in those letters, nothing that could link Casey to Caylee’s remains.”

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter.

“Jail letters could be released tomorrow,” WKMG-Channel 6 said tonight. The release could come tomorrow afternoon, WKMG anchor Jacqueline London added.

“Jose Baez tells me he will not object to the release of  letters Casey wrote to another inmate in jail,” WESH-Channel 2’s Amanda Ober reported. “We may get a look at them as soon as tomorrow.”

Capps and others...do you think that the gentleman who was dressed nicely, sitting in the back of the courtroom that Mason went to speak with during the proceedings could have been the "mystery" witness' lawyer?? he looks like an attorney type of guy....
Others had asked who this guy could be and Brandi had done a good screen caption of him...he resembles Mason in a way...know the one that I am speaking of? maybe his "secret witness" that they are saying they have didn't show??? his attorney did, but he didn't ? changed his mind?

The Snookie wannabe is going to be pissed that her blabberings are going global, or is she?   There is no doubt in my mind that Casey has been relishing in all this attention, she couldnt get it being a morally sound decent human being and to her it doesnt matter how she gets it.... after all folks shes a Superstar!   NOT!  I think her personality will come shining thru no matter the content.

My theory has always been that KC was going to say that she left Caylee with GA on the day she left (or the night before with both of them) and she didn't know what happened after that. GA has already by his lies about seeing them that day, given her the opportunity to prove he was the last one to see her "if she didn't".............She could say she was out partying (which would make sense) because she had given Caylee to them and had no idea she was really missing. She refused to answer her phone when they called because she did not want to stop partying and have to come back and take care of Caylee.  When Cindy found her at Tony's that was the first she knew that Caylee was not with them. Then they told her they were going to have her prosecuted so she went along  with their "story" that she was kidnapped by the babysitter. During this they told her that she would not be prosecuted if the babysitter took Caylee and she believed them because they had always been able to get her out of trouble before.

That was why they made all the calls to LE in the beginning because they would have to hang up and get her quietened down to get the info out there they wanted LE to have. The threat about the car was to keep KC from telling the truth. Their "story" had to match so they told her not to tell anything. (remember she said she had not told LE anything when talking to the Anthony's) They told her to keep quiet and they would get her out of it and that is why they kept going on with all the "fake sightings" to cast doubt.

She could say that GA molested Caylee like he did her and during that accidentally killed her and she had no idea until 30 days later because she had given Caylee to them. GA has set himself up for all of this by the lies and the cover-ups (gas cans in trunk, etc.)

One lil glitch with that, Casey was driving around with her car not George, her cell phone backs that up.

Prosecutors want transcripts of an August hearing where one of Casey Anthony's defense attorneys announced her innocence in court.

Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick wants the transcripts for the two-hour hearing on Aug. 21, 2009. She doesn't explain in her one-page request filed Monday why the state seeks the information.

Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. The 2-year-old's remains were found in woods less than a mile from her family home in December 2008.

At the August hearing, attorney Todd Macaluso, who is no longer a member of the defense team, announced in court: "The body or remains of Caylee Anthony were placed there after Anthony was locked up in the Orange County facility."

The defense at the time wouldn't go into details about what evidence they had. Macaluso's statement was part of the defense's request to obtain records from Texas EquuSearch, the volunteer group that helped search for Caylee.

The group claims there was too much flooding in the area and they could not search the exact location where Caylee was later found.

When Bobo told Judge Strickland that Joe Joseph was to be in the court room ... on the fly right before everything got underway ..it struck me funny. I wonder if Bobo did talk to JJ's attorney and discussed with him that he may mention JJ in court today. That it was more or less a invitation for JJ to appear/yet was not necessary that he comply. Since he was not on the docket for today (( I am guessing)) something just did not set right with me on Bobo's comments. He said to J.Strickland well since we changed court rooms... as if that was the reason why JJ was not present. Strange.

Laura Buchanan I found this just a few moments ago. I don't know if someone has posted it here. Apparently she and JW have some thing in common. They have a thing for presidents of our country.

Try this out..............But do we know if she was driving her car with Caylee in it knowingly? Remember her saying that GA "told" her she had hit a squirrel which was causing the smell?

GA and CA  both told that GA had the other set of keys and the body could have been put in the car when KC didn't know it. She opened the trunk when she smelled something and went into shock. She took the baby and put the heart sticker over the duct tape and buried her where she had buried her beloved pets.

Another option to that may be that GA didn't want to put the body in his new vehicle and put it in there to get rid of and KC unexpectedly came home and got the car. Evidently this had happened before because when they got the car for Amscot he took the battery out so she could not take it. Maybe the dates and the decomp rates are so confusing because the baby was put in a garbage bag and put in the freezer for a while until he could get a hold of KC's car.

I personally don't think any of this happened, but GA has set himself and maybe CA up for this because of their lies. A normal parent/grandparent would NEVER lie if they were truly searching for their child.

In the back of their mind, they have to know that KC will do anything to get out of this, but I think they will totally be blindsided as to the full extent of what she is capable of doing. I think that is why she will not look at them in court procedings and of course they are so stupid they think it is because of Baez, when in reality it is part of a plan to make them look guilty and she is trying to look like the innocent who has lost her child because of them and then them letting her be charged to cover it up.

The entire scenario of CA trying to take over Caylee from KC will come into play. Her trying to take the spotlight, her lies, etc. KC may say that CA didn't know that KC didn't have Caylee because GA hid it from her too and that will fall right in line with all the other things he has hid from CA over the years. The affairs, the money, the gambling, etc.

I have honestly expected this from the beginning. The decomp the dogs hit on at the house would lead to the theory that "he" had to hide the body fast from CA at first until he could find somewhere to put her.  I think all the things are explainable by the defense through the lens of GA did it. I said in the beginning after GA told that story about seeing them that if I were the defense that would be what I would work toward because he put himself in the loop by that one lie.

It is the ONLY plausible reason KC could say she was out partying and never once was concerned about Caylee because she thought they had her. What is scary is it would all fall right in line with the big "fight" theory the night before which really never did mesh with her staying the night there and then getting up the next morning and all cheery with GA. At first he said he that he fed Caylee breakfast that morning he last saw her so  KC could say she went to Lee's after the fight with Cindy, was texting all night with Tony and had no idea what happened to Caylee after that fight with CA and never went back. Which as best I can tell she didn't if what GA told about seeing her was a lie as has been proved.

CA had no idea, so she "thought" she was covering for KC. Or, they could use that CA and GA both knew. Who knows what that psychotic bunch might use?

The upcoming trial with Zenaida & Mr. Morgan will somewhat re-arrange the chessmen on the board to an interesting degree.   That is the beauty of Mr. Morgan's litigation---it has deftly left all of the wicked liars' sails  limply flapping in the wind so far.   And they've grown nervous having to wait at water's edge to see just what the winds will dictate from that trial.  I think it's going to be really interesting.

In the beginning while watching the early court hearings KC’s fidgeting seemed like a bad case of nerves or the like to me. But today I believe I finally saw through her constant grooming and her picking at the invisible lint and examining of the hands and nails, the gleeful rubbing of the hands together like she is starved and getting ready to eat with great hunger. No, now I do not see nerves, what I see is almost too horrible to comprehend. She is reveling at being the center of attention. The fake acts of grooming and such are to draw even more attention to her. She wants all eyes on her and draws us in with her contortions. She is preening for the audience and putting on a show for us.
It appears quite obvious to me that KC is actually enjoying being the star in her own reality show. The whole nation is watching and is centered on her. An army of attorneys fit for a queen at her beck and call. She is receiving the attention she has always so richly deserved. She has found the fame she always coveted, the special notice she has searched for her entire life. In her tiny warped mind she sees herself as famous rather than infamous, as anything negative could never apply to her. She is playing the part of a lifetime, a brave woman wrongly accused. She has played one part or another all her life, an actress, a chameleon, she has never been a genuine person. She isn’t capable of it because she has no sense of her own identity. She waits for the next act just to see who she will be this time. She thinks she hit the big time with this role but it is destined to be her swan song and it didn’t come soon enough.

N I could not have said that better myself. When she was reading the paperwork in front of her. She looked as if she was reading " about someone else" not of her. I saw her pandering to the camera as well today. I even said it out loud. " Its all about You Casey- Just You" Your dream finally came true. Tomorrow if the letters are released. It will be more than telling I think. The one thing that sticks out the most is Baez not saying a word. He has had the time to attempt to stop the release of them. He did not bat an eye. Nor create any motions out of thin air. He obviously read them. I would love to know if Bobo was aware at the time Casey was writing them. That he would or could have planted seeds in her mind ... " not literally telling her what to write" that would be illegal cough.. but if he gave her enough so that she had options, to way over, while writing. Something is not right, Casey seems overtly confident, she is losing weight, she doesn't appear to have worry in the world these last two court sessions.
I think that this Jail guard was punked not only by Casey but by Bobo too. I wonder if this jail guard gave Bobo special privileges during the times he was alone with Casey. ** I am not speaking of sex or anything. But that this guard could have let anything slide. She obviously was not to be trusted. What else does Casey know this guard allowed Casey to get away with. Casey does relish this too tomorrow " She can't wait for the World to read her letters". Everyone will want to read my letters...  I can hear the mouse wheel turning in her head...as she penned her papers.   

I saw the bracelet on George Marie's arm. It was white with lettering. Hospital bands are usually transparent so I personally don't think it was a hospital bracelet.

My hard drive crashed on my Mac and it has to be replaced.
When I got home from work, I turned on my window's laptop to watch the hearing. I lost the speaker drivers and was on the phone with Toshiba for an hour so I just go finished watching it.

I can't understand why Strickland didn't make the ruling in court. I mean, he was practically rolling his eyes. I guess he couldn't bear to hear nay more whining from Bozo. I can barely understand anything Mason is saying. At least he didn't do his old man shtick today.
