Hundreds of pages of jail house letters written by Casey Anthony detail her friendship with convicted drug dealer Robyn Adams.

Adams became close with Casey while the two were housed together in protective custody at the Orange County Jail.

Friday, the jail released hours of phone calls Adams made during the time she and Casey became friends.

"Is she a basket case?" questions a friend who Adams identifies as Mel.  "Pretty much," Adams replies.

In the conversation, Adams seems to admit that Casey is likely guilty.

"It's not my place to judge," Adams said.

An FDLE investigation found breaks in jail protocol that allowed Casey and Adams to communicate.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Orange County Sheriff's Office both conducted investigations into the jailhouse friendship between Casey Anthony and then-Orange County Jail inmate Robyn Adams.

The transcripts, along with other documents, were released this week by the State Attorney's Office in Orlando.  Anthony told Adams that Caylee sometimes had trouble sleeping and that Anthony would use medicine to put her to sleep, according to the documents. Robyn Adams said that Anthony used antihistamines on her daughter. However, a police summary of Adams' exchange with investigators says that Anthony used chloroform.
Anthony has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and has said a baby sitter kidnapped her daughter, Caylee. The toddler's remains were found in December 2008, six months after she was reported missing.

Phone Calls Show Adams Wants Out Of Jail

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Local 6 has been digging through hours of phone calls made by Robyn Adams, a confidant who traded hundreds of pages of letters with Casey Anthony.

"Daddy, I'll do anything," Adams said in one call. "I'm so scared."

In the audio, Adams sounds terrified and states that she is willing to do anything to get out of jail -- but does that include using Casey Anthony for her own benefit?

Local 6's investigative reporter Tony Pepitone has listened to hundreds of calls made by Adams from the Orange County Jail, and the prosecution in the Anthony case said they believe there may be evidence contained in them.

Despite that claim, Pepitone said the calls do not show any attempt to make up evidence against Casey Anthony to help secure Adams' freedom.

Two months after she was sentenced to 10 years in prison, Adams called Tracy Neally, a friend she's forwarded hundreds of pages of Casey Anthony's letters to.

"I'm doing the right thing by holding onto the letters, I think," Adams said in another call. "I've got them all."

Now, prosecutors do too. The letters were released earlier in the week, and showed Casey Anthony opening up to a friend in jail; however, they do not include some of the more damaging things Adams claims Anthony told her verbally.
Some of the things Adams claims Anthony told her include knowing that Caylee's body was found in a black garbage bag with a blanket days before that information was made public.

In listening to the calls, however, it became clear that in March 2009, Anthony let something "slip" to Adams.

"It was kind of a fluke -- like it slipped," Adams said. "You know what I mean?"

Though the call does not reveal what the slip may have been, Adams did say she's considered telling others.

"I mean, if it would help me, you know," she said.

In a letter to Neally from April 2009, Adams said she hopes something she learned from Anthony could help reduce her sentence.

"This may be my only way out of prison sooner than my expected term," she wrote while sending along another batch of letters from Anthony.

Yet, in calls to her father, Adams also shows acts of friendship toward Anthony.

"Will you please send me a blank birthday card? It's Casey's birthday next Thursday," she asked.

The jail supposedly does not allow inmates to pass notes amongst themselves, but the volume of letters show that wasn't the case with Anthony and Adams.

However, many of Adams' claims -- including that Anthony admitted to medicating Caylee to "knock her out," or knew details of Caylee's remains -- are not contained in the letters written by Anthony. Adams claims Anthony told her those details face to face.

Figured after this intense day, we all need a little whimsy.

I have been re-reading some of the old media stories and CA's responses where she was obviously lying. When KC talked to CA about the Zanny in the hospital BS the story was before the accident, Casey, Zanny, Caylee and various members of Zanny's extended family had all spent a wonderful time at Busch Gardens.

Then after the supposed car accident where KC was following behind and Caylee was in the car with zanny - Casey tells Cindy that she drove all the way to Zanny's house to get her insurance ID and then rushed back to the hospital, because she had to have it.

According to CA and KC's dates - this all supposedly happened AFTER ZANNY HAD KIDNAPPED CAYLEE on JUNE 16th!

I am sure LE has good records of all of this but that is just another nail in her defense's coffin which CA & KC put there themselves.

Typical. The whole point of WS is to make the owner famous for their "special" investigative skills. Anytime there is any controversy, it either gets locked, or sent to the basement. Wouldn't want the public to see anything less than flattering, now would we?

Trimm, tks as usual for posting this.   While it is clear that Adams & her father had a motive for keeping the letters, it is also very clear to me that she was told things by Casey & did indeed observe enough thru letters, voices thru vents & yes maybe in person.  This comment about a slip gives her some credibility as to what she was told by Casey regardless of her motive.   Apparently, several media sources got the 800 calls, not just Hornsby as he made it appear.

Oh Brandi--I love it.  It should be posted outside every courtroom in the US.  I love it almost as much as the thought of Baez going to the slammer.

from what I can gather so far it appears that both Tim M. and Kathi B. did report the "black plastic trash bag" on Dec. 11, 2008, the day that Caylee was found.

In media reports there was also mention of the duct tape in and around the bag.

I am still trying to find out when exactly the "blanket" was mentioned 1st, no luck so far.

With Casey being in jail, I am not so sure if they can really use what Robyn is claiming verbally, this could spin in so many directions with this info. RE: only the killer could know this info...NOT TRUE!!

Can you imagine how hard it was for the detectives too keep a straight face the day Cindy was taking over their calendar & trying to give them this bunk & bull story....they already knew by Casey's cell pings that she never left the Orlando area.   The time period for this cover up was June 16th thru June 30th.   Casey began the story that she & Caylee were staying with "Zanny" beginning on June 16th, then the Hard Rock & then a convention at Busch Gardens in Tampa, blah blah blah     Now, in addition to this, if this story was to be believed they made another big boo boo because if Casey was in Tampa during this time period then George lied about her coming to the house & finding the stolen gas can because according to Cindy Casey called her to say Zanny was supposed to get out of the hospital but she had complications.   I do remember that Cindy told LE that Casey came back to get Zanny's insurance card but I do not think she pinpointed around the 24th as that transpiring but closer to when "the accident" happened.  Why would Cindy or any of them think that LE would not check with the Tampa area hospitals & the hotels to see if Casey was there or if Zanny was admitted to the hospital, they most certainly did & NADDA!  BUSTED!

It has taken me hours to catch up and i just flat out got scared on the last thread....I skipped the last 10 pages because i thought I was on webslueths....geeshhhhhhhhhhh. I read about 30 pages of the letters and decided I didn't need to know what was in them bad enough to listen to that crap. I came to the conclusion that if anyone had better information than the owner did they were in danger of being banned. There was a LOT of inside information posted by a very good poster over there and every time you turned around they were in time out and their info was posted by one of the mods like they "knew" it. Anyone who questioned that was banned too. Some of the best posters were banned who brought up the mod over there who was arrested for child abuse. It was denied until it could be no longer denied, but I noticed that everyone of the ones who posted links to the story were banned for some BS reason within days.

Before I turn in, this time for the night the above ^^ second link ^^ runs from OCSO spokeperson and then goes straight to George & Cindy's LKL interview & then Sheriff Beary giving a presser at the crime scene in the rain.   It should be noted that he pointedly said that no evidence would be discussed at that time.    He was asked about a plastic bag and he stopped himself, asked about no clothes and all he said was no clothes but we cant talk about the evidence at this time.   From my memory, I watched him walking up the street & I think that was after the first presser with the OSCO spokesperson Carlos Padilla.

I don't have proof, but my recollection is that the "blanket" was some time later....after it became news that the LE had gone back to the A's house "more than once" to collect more evidence.  We were watching them carry out bags and bags of stuff.

I don't mean to be a pain, so many players in this case really makes one very suspicious of things that comes out. There is something that I can't put my finger on about this Robyn person....in all reality so far I can't see where anything is "new" just a twist from all that has been out there , some even before Caylee was found...it don't add up to me is all and that bugs me...

That is my recollection too. It was after they searched the Anthony's house.

What I have found recently is by reading back things become much more clear with all the information we have been given now. Many things which did not add up at first are very clear now. Like the wild stories that KC told CA and CA told LE about the Tampa trip - now the dates don't work because we now know Caylee was already dead then. The next few days I am going to try to re-read all of the info and see how it compares with the date of death.

I agree, what I am finding is things being brought back up now is like bits of "fragments of memory" (as I call it) and triggers them but not fully, you said what I could not articulate well enough....I have periodically gone back in the archives of this forum on this case to verify certain things to make more sense , believe it or not I have read everything on here, perhaps thats why I get jumbled brained...lol

Okay, I have gone back through those dates of news reports and I could not find anywhere about the duct tape. The bag was described by Konk on the 12th but nothing about duct tape or the blanket. He also did not say what color the bag was. Could you give me a link to what you found?

The skeletal remains of a small child were found Thursday near the home of missing Orlando toddler Caylee Anthony's family.

There was no immediate word on whether the bones, reportedly discovered wrapped in a plastic bag and bound with duct tape, were those of a boy or a girl.

After news of the search aired, George and Cindy Anthony arrived at the scene. The parents of Casey Anthony told Local 6 they wanted to go talk to Bloom's parents, and then planned to leave.

Good morning, Monkeys!  Just had an "Aha"  moment...Nowhere in the infamous Muffin missives do we see any concern about WHO killed Caylee, do we?  Casey never says a word about searching for the murderer, or even any mild musing on who did the deed.  Isn't that odd?  She is careful to try to exonerate Zanny the Nanny, though.  This is the biggest Bombshell for me, the casual mentions of Caylee, (or Cays, which is jarring for me--it sounds like she is shortening her own name, more self absorbed behavior of course,) and the disreguarding of who, if Casey is truly innocent, is responsible for putting her behind bars. 
It makes my head hurt.

For someone like CA to believe any of her stories is incredible. She is an RN- my comeback would be that the Hospital only has to check with her Insurance Co as to her eligibilty, they don't need the card itself.  CA seems to swallow her BS whole.

IMO,They will do anything to get in the spotlight and figure out how to scam so more money from unsuspecting persons. Re-reading the letters where the written words talked about fondling by Lee, but in this supplemental doc it classifies it as "sexual intercourse" "until she was 15" also on typed page 8 (page 6 of 268 on the pdf file).

I noticed the chloroform was listed in this supplemental report too. Do we know how many interviews LE did of this Robyn and if there are any written transcripts rather than the summation by LE?

WTH is with these people!   My God these people failed Caylee both before her murder and after, why would even they in their twisted minds think that anyone would want their assistance or support!  Any reasonable person would not see this as a kind act but a selfishly designed agenda that has nothing to do with actually finding a missing child.   They are beyond shameless!

You know how we suspect Lee is a high functioning autistic? I propose that the whole darn family is. (now I have to research autism and see if that's the condition that prevents people from "reading" other's facial expressions...the kind of people who need to have things stated clearly and factually in order to understand them. I don't recall this little snippet being discussed here since the "letters" were released, please forgive if it has.  I found her comment in re: To when she was telling Robyn about the "supposed" abuse by Lee:

The two things I find interesting is  7  being the Party Girl that she was, and the use of the word PEOPLE, not men or boys!

That's what I was talking about the other day.  Reading that letter closely, it reads to me she doesn't even know it was Lee, in fact doesn't even know she was fondled.  She thought she was because if she had on a sports bra at night it would be up over her chest when she woke up.  Or if she had on a bra that hooked, it would be unhooked when she woke up.  So she just assumed.

But the way she worded it, she placed the blame on Lee for fondling her - she used the words "while I slept".  To which I asked, how would she know who messed with her while she slept.   Hate to be repetitive, but those are key words to me.  She didn't wake up to find him fondling her.  She just assumed it was him because her bra got messed up during the night.  See what I mean?  And then the press ran with it -- from Lee fondled her to had intercourse with her.  I know Jesse has said she told him Lee messed with her, and Robyn gave an interview along the same lines.  But when she wrote it out on paper, it came out different. 

Maybe I'm wrong; maybe her handwriting made me crosseyed.

Honestly, I think their intent is to undermine LE...it is so clear to me that they would tell families not to trust everything LE tells them & that generally they do not do enough to find a missing child so that their "services" would be vital to them to aid them in finding their child.   I strongly believe that is what George did with his A$$HAT friend in Satsuma with the Haleigh case & a good part as to why he was asked to leave.

Not only did the Anthonys probably tell Nadia's family not to trust LE they probably told them not to contact TES also. I really have no idea why they even went to the family's house, surely they were just in the way.

The Sunshine Law serves a good purpose and is very useful in bringing important issues to the attention of those that would normally be kept in the dark about miscarriages of justice. However, in the Caylee case I see this very law being used against its own purpose. I see it in document dump after dump until the pile has reached a ridiculous height. I’m seeing contrived dramas that are designed to impart diversion, media attention, and doubt.  LE had to investigate this latest fiasco and because of that the Sunshine Law demanded it be revealed. I could continue to rant and point fingers, but I think most reading this know what is happening yet again.

I wrote this last night a few pages back from memory: 

Can you imagine how hard it was for the detectives too keep a straight face the day Cindy was taking over their calendar & trying to give them this bunk & bull story....they already knew by Casey's cell pings that she never left the Orlando area.   The time period for this cover up was June 16th thru June 30th.   Casey began the story that she & Caylee were staying with "Zanny" beginning on June 16th, then the Hard Rock & then a convention at Busch Gardens in Tampa, blah blah blah     Now, in addition to this, if this story was to be believed they made another big boo boo because if Casey was in Tampa during this time period then George lied about her coming to the house & finding the stolen gas can because according to Cindy Casey called her to say Zanny was supposed to get out of the hospital but she had complications.   I do remember that Cindy told LE that Casey came back to get Zanny's insurance card but I do not think she pinpointed around the 24th as that transpiring but closer to when "the accident" happened.  Why would Cindy or any of them think that LE would not check with the Tampa area hospitals & the hotels to see if Casey was there or if Zanny was admitted to the hospital, they most certainly did & NADDA!  BUSTED!

I am doing a quick review of Cindy's FBI interview right now.   Something else popped out right away in the process, Cindy states that Casey was always an excellent mom, "she's always been, just perfect" & she hopes that the "apple doesnt fall from the tree" because Cindy always felt that she was "an excellent mom with the kids," I kid you not she said it!   Cindy then goes on and on about "I know because they lived with us..."   But then she goes into "if it was an accident Casey would have cracked by now" and that she doubts Casey would be putting her family thru this if it was an accident.     I have not gotten to the part that reflects the part where she begins to go thru Zanny, Casey & others going to Busch Gardens/Tampa yet.

I don't see the purpose of the Sunshine Law, and I have questioned it myself, how does one get a fair trial when all this stuff is out there for the world to see?

I think transparency is usually a good thing. Most cases don’t end up like this one because the people involved are not trying to benefit from becoming notorious. In this instance the law is being intentionally used to keep the Caylee case in the headlines and you now who I blame for that.

Trimm just posted in Nadia' thread, Extreme Search and Rescue have offered their services with their sonar equipment. I am at a loss for words, I guess George's boat that he was showing off is actually going to do some good.

I re-read the entire postings from the archive here for the day Caylee was found (12-11-08) I think what had me confused with the timeline of things is the JC Penney receipt and all the speculations of the winnie the pooh blanket prior to the finding of Caylee and all the theories that all you smart monkeys were coming up with as well but I did recall the mentioning of the "black plastic trash bag, duct tape" on the day she was found and then when the letters were released from Casey to Robyn and all the talk on the news etc, well suffice it to say sent me on a tail spin of wanting to play connect the dots so to speak...LOL

But I agree with you on the media issue and keeping things hush that were pertinent to this case. I am just not sure how much I beleive what Robyn is saying ....

The 7 PEOPLE kind a hits between the eyes. Why not just 7 times or boys. With what we know of Casey it's hard to tell. I am no one to being throwing stones because I mix up my words all the time. But it seems odd to me while she is supposedly confusing about how many times she's had sex it strikes me odd with her wording. As I see it, if they are innocent the evidence will lead to that as much as it would lead to their guilt if they committed the crime.   Our society in large part has put great emphasis on the defendant's constitutional rights & their right to a fair trial but what we also have to encourage & witness is that justice will be done beyond a reasonable doubt by the evidence.   It is a tough balance but in the end I personally am a supporter of the public's right to know considering we taxpayers foot the bill for much of not only high crime trials but a defendant's incarceration after conviction.  When it comes to trial when allegations of police misconduct, soddy crime investigation, tainted evidence OR at the opposite side of the legal concern a defendant is being wrongly accused, the discovery of evidence (be it circumstantial or physical) in advance of trial allows no defense or prosecuting attorney to pull the wool over our eyes as easily.   In other words, it is what it is & the muck is easier to dispute when not only the litigating counsel have this information at their disposal.  There are certain things that are protected by being sealed rightfully so, examples being psy evaluations, medical records of an inmate, protecting minors or witnesses that are high risk of being harmed or greatly intimidated.

Maybe he and his buddy should have supported Tim with his sonar equipment regarding Caylee, ey?   These people just disgust me beyond words.

I am shocked at the audacity of the Ants showing up to help find Nadia. With everything that has been released in the news this last week... about Casey/ants/ TES. They the Ants are using this case of this missing child for what?? reputation repair? found her in the news and grabbed it other as they chomped their gum... Look a Missing Child right near here, we wont have to drive far. Omgosh and she is autistic all the better... We will look like two saints coming out of the ashes Casey tried to create.........That is all that has been said on the news about the Ants. If they are able  to reconstruct their reputations that is last thing they will be able to do. ( telling the truth would be nice) Now there after this family ? If I was part of that family I would get the biggest can of Raid and start spraying ...

Last night I was trying to find the video of the court session of Monday April 5th.  I can only find little snips of it. That were taken and put online from the news channels. Does anyone have the link where you can watch the entire session from start to end?
Was 3 videos * I watched on WESH website after court was over. I can't find it now. Maybe it is buried in their vid library.

The one thing that I noticed in the beginning. I can't recall if Casey was brought in yet. Or it was just after. The cameras were panning the room.
The camera kept panning on CA/GA. I swear it was after JS entered and court was in session.
I can't say for sure but it was I believe when the State side was speaking to the Judge.
Because Cindy caught my eye ( I can't say 100%) I think she was texting. Both her arms were direct position down towards her lap. You could see movement from her arms hands as if she was texting her little heart out. She would take a look down and then look up. I swear she was texting. This was a bigger court room than the others so it looked like there were not many ppl sitting on the Dufense side. So the camera was able to get in a close up of CA/GA. I swear though the way she was sitting, her arms/hands were moving/ and her quick glances up and down to her lap .. George even kept glancing at her lap. Quick up and down glances.
If she was texting. I wonder to who? Lee? .......... Everyone was able to watch it live stream lined. Maybe it was Lee and he was at work. Just thoughts.

I bring this up because of what was being said about the Cell phones being in the court room.
I wish I could find that video....

Its one thing what this family may or may not accept as assistance but I cannot imagine the local LE would be encouraging them to search, the FBI definitely not.   My guess they are going to plant that boat in a body of water that is close but not where the actual grid is so it "appears" that they are searching, if they werent asked to leave already.

Norose, I do not think they should be involved in ANY missing child case or anything else involving minor children, while I doubt Casey's allegations still my side of precaution has to be for the protection of minors & while it may be very embarrassing/uncomfortable/damaging to a person that is innocent of such an allegation I dont think that should override where the priority of concern should be in every case when it comes to protecting children.

It seems to me that if they had pure motive, they would (secretly) go to the authorities and offer the services of the boat for an 'extreme search'.  Why put this distressed family under the 'microscope', George?  The way they do things is just so self-serving.  True charity doesn't care about publicity or whether or not anyone knows.  The Anthonys well know that negativity follows wherever they go... (and so they complain and complain...)  If that is true... then stay home and leave the poor folks alone.

Its on this part 2 of the hearing from Monday Aug 5th. When LB is speaking for the State- you can see GA/CA in the back ground. Now that I watch again .. GA's facial expressions are so George. You can see that CA is dedicating her attention to her lap.

I am wondering too the very beginning of this hearing where they show Bobo/Casey at the table ( Prior to the Judge entering) Was Cindy texting Bobo from 10feet away. He was clearing texting someone. Everyone in his office would know he was in court and not to contact during this time. Cindy is above the law so wouldn't it be reasonable she would text him before the Judge came in. And even continue to text Bobo ...during the hearing. He would be able to read them after he left the building.  hmmph. 

Casey has said through her letters that Bobo has been contacting CA/GA and sending letters, having phone conversations, etc..all this time. They all deserve each other.

Wooo Hooooo!!! A friend who works with the SAO texted me earlier with some wonderful news. CINDY ANTHONY IS (AND HAS BEEN) THE FOCUS OF A SEPARATE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION!!! Who knows what may become of this, but IT IS ON. She and her merry band of THUGS are being looked regarding lying to authorities, manufacturing false evidence, falsifying documents, tampering/destroying of evidence, witness tampering, misleading investigators
, abuse of LE time/resources and overall obstruction of justice!! WOW—I never realized she was such a diabolical ringleader (not to mention a truly mean-spiritied and nasty woman). Actually I think it is a great law. One reason I like it is where there are others who are interested may find discrepancies in the stories that LE has missed. I honestly believe bloggers have been very helpful in this case because I do know that LE reads here and if they were not interested they wouldn't bother. Many monkeys have found some very valuable information which might have escaped LE because this case is SO convoluted.

I've been wondering the same thing. I think they'll keep showing up.
As far as the correspondence is concerned, I'm not clear if they are actually still exchanging letters. It seemed to me that Casey has been through with her family for quite awhile.
I never heard/saw their denial of these allegations, however it struck me that it hasn't ben repeated or reported much , as if they're trying somehow to keep it low key.
Re-watching the A's on LKL and knowing now about the fight that transpired between Casey and George in Tim Miller's presence, makes this interview all the more despicable.
They A's must be gearing up for more television exposure by showing up at the Bloom's. The coffer must need to be replenished.

Here's hoping and Im smack in the middle of putting myself thru torture again with some very glaring examples  ::MonkeyEek::   I have a massive headache.

Im in part III of the WFTV links to Cindy's FBI interview (links previously posted in SM) which hasnt gotten to what I originally was looking for yet but Ill give ya a review of what is glaring to me a second go around with this lying witch, my words bolded:

In Part I Cindy states that she doesnt hink Casey would cover for someone else, that she wouldnt put her family thru that.  This is a direct contradiction to her stating that Casey was "protecting" her family.

Cindy tells FBI agents that LE was misleading regarding an address she reportedly provided for "Zanny."  Then she states that she had a contact written on a post-it note she found in her address book & turned it over.  Cindy tells LE that it was put in there months prior to Caylee's disappearance.   Sorry Cindy, anyone can write a post-it note at any time and stick it onto something.   Note:   This is right before Cindy begins to implicate Ricardo Morales as possibly being "Zanny."

Cindy goes into this whole story about Caylee loving drums & how well she can keep a beat blah blah blah and then states "so I asked Casey about this picture, where it was taken a couple of months ago."  Casey said that Zanny was teaching Caylee how to play the drums.  Cindy reiterates Casey told her at that time it was Zanny's apt!   She goes further to say that someone watching Caylee could be "Zanny."YEA OKAY!   & that what she was about to tell them was very compelling, FBI agent N Savage interjects that they knew what she was trying to do & what they were going thru (IMHO a clever hidden message by him).   Cindy tells FBI that Caylee's dress was probably new from about March-May of that year. NOTE:  Casey during a jail visit with her parents stated it was Ricardo's apt but "Zanny's" looked like it  FOILED AGAIN!

Cindy states that Casey & Ricardo broke up the week before Caylee "went missing" NOT TRUE it was earlier but they did see each other thereafter, R Morales told LE that Caylee & Casey were at his apt 6/9-10, remember those dates.

Cindy indicated that Sgt Allen & Melich told her thee was a Zeneida looking into those apts so Cindy didnt know if Casey know that and "used it as a reference" - You follow me here!    Cindy then states that Casey & Ricardo had a "falling out" that weekend.   NO, Casey was already seeing Tony late May, in fact Caylee was at his apt, if memory serves 6/1.

Does everyone see that Casey's stories to her family (7/15 and during that month prior) is why they ALL bounced off this 6/8-6/10 weekend originally - IMHO the cover up began 7/15.  Is it any wonder why Cindy went ballastic when detectives uncovered the video/pictures that put Caylee with Cindy at the nursing home for Father's Day LYING SACK OF MANURE!

Next Cindy begins telling the tale that Zeneida was a seasonal employee of Universal, as in her roommate "Jennifer."    Cindy actually states that this is what she was being told by Casey during the time that she was "supposedly looking for Caylee."   NOTE:   Cindy actually used the word "supposedly."

Cindy makes a very big deal that a lanyard  with Casey's ID went missing the night of 7/15 or morning of 7/16 & states adamantly that Casey could not have gotten to it because Cindy had her blocked off (my words).   My thought on the lanyard missing story - From Cindy's twisted head what is the point to this 1) police soddy work or tampering 2) the beginning of trying to pin this on someone else.

Cindy then begins to implicate Amy because she has a Ft Lauderdale # & Casey told her "Zanny" had a Ft Lauderdale #.  Cindy speaks of the package that came with Amy's name on it to her house with a notice of change of address.  Cindy states that Casey told her some ridiculous story that didnt make sense.    NOTE: As we recall Casey told Amy she was getting her parent's house & they were getting divorced.   BIG LIE & A BIG ONE.  Originally this had me thinking Casey may have been planning to kill her parents, it still wouldnt shock me if that is the case.   Cindy told FBI that Amy told her she lent Casey her car during her PR trip because she was told Casey's car "was in the shop." LIE, ANOTHER WHOPPER  because Casey's car was already towed from Amscot 6/30 - If memory serves Amy left for PR 7/1.

CIndy then goes to Casey was staying with Tony because she was helping him promote his business (after the fact bull Casey told her) and that she had proof she worked for him (whatever) but they were "just beginning to connect" but "Ricardo still thought them as b/f - g/f."  IS THIS WOMAN NOT BAT SNIT CRAZY OR WHAT!  She interjects that she felt Casey was staying at Tony's because she wouldnt be able to come home without Caylee.   Keep this in the back of your mind

On 7/15 after smelling that car & attempting to clean it Cindy then meets up with Amy at the mall & goes to Tony's.  Cindy said that Amy suggested that Cindy hide behind the door because if Casey saw her she might not answer the door.    She goes thru this veiled attempt as to why her focus was not rifling thru Tony's apartment looking for Caylee because it was...get this "filled with smoke."   Well alrighty then  Cindy plays stupid here stating that she didnt know what was going on...O YES you did your daughter was defying you & you knew that from 6/15.

Part III FBI interview....to be continued later & hopefully I will get to Cindy's running them around circles with the Tampa/Busch Gardens story of which I was originally looking for.

Personally, I'd love seeing CA and GA brought in to Casey's case as witnesses in shackles ;-)

I think juries may see their testimonies in their true light if that were the case.

It takes me back to the videos. This is a news video that aired on Dec 11, 2008 - This is all on Dec 11th - on local Florida news. It sounds like it was aired during mid day or even 6pm. Because Kronks call came in early within the morning. Media was a frenzy all day on this - 
Lots of talk about plastic bag - NO  mention of the color Black within ref of plastic garbage or bag. Within the letters of Robyn and Casey - one letter I recall that Robyn wrote to Tracey/ her Father ..can't recall to who.   BUT Robyn wrote of her mundane schedule of her life - in time increments. She wrote that watching TV came after 11pm. 11:15pm If I recall was TV time.

I listened again to the media's commentary on the video What's in the black bag. Who ever titled the video " what's in the black bag??" there is no mention of the color black within the video.

It is said within the commentary that the Anthony's were due to arrive in Orlando from California " after this discovery today and will back by 5 pm Today"  So this was mid day that this was aired.

In the letters that I did bring myself to read that were not all talk about Superstardom and pucky. Casey ( I so want to use again the name Slore) wrote about TV. She wrote that " she was bored with the limited stations she was able to watch" She mentioned Soap Shows. I swear she wrote about Days of our lives - which would be a NBC affiliated local station. What station is NBC ? WESH. If I am wrong about the Soap show she mentions please correct me. I do not want to go back and read her letters.

I think that Casey was using " Her Dope/drug/Snuf Card" way before Caylee was being drugged so Casey could go out and play.  Meaning she prob did drug Jesse at one time to steal from him, possibly even her Mother ..since Casey has always been so thoughtful to want to COOK for everyone.  She possibly " I think she did" did Dope up Amy -to steal from her.
Any young girl that goes to sleep with one pair of pants and wakes up with another on .. with Casey spending the night.. Makes you wonder what else she did to Amy that night.
During the Month of June -
I think she was plotting to Off her Parents. Her text messages to Amy " Planting Seeds" My Dad had a Stroke.. I have to go to the Hospital. Planting the seed that GA was in Ill health. My Mother is falling off the deep end - she is Nuts. My Mom is insane. My Parents are divorcing - The house will soon be ours.  My Mom is this, My Dad is that ..all pointing to Casey plotting the demise of GA/CA and Caylee. " Caylee is never seen by Casey's friends  " She is with Someone Else having the time of her Life" ... The majority of mid June and after.

She had her Radio in her cell. He Baez needs to be on the Stand and not remain her atty. He needs to be called on the floor for being corrupt. He I swear in all his Antics with his communications ...with CA/GA and all the rest of them .. He is pushing for a Mistrial.  He wins either way. He knows so much more than any of anyone can conceive at this point. He is so Dirty. He I believe has been copying records and taking notes etc.. all along for his own benefit - handing them off to another party. Nothing to do with Justice. But for his belief that he is going to be a Millionaire + before this is over. This is turning into a Watergate. No joke. * Within KFN/ATTYs/Robyn/PI's/Holloways. He could have someone currently penning a book .. with his concealed records/his paperwork his taped convo's with the Ant's with Slore. ( Yes I said it). ITA Deenie and here is my last installment of Cindy's FBI interview which begins with what I was originally looking for (keep in mind she repeats this Tampa/Busch story to OCSO as well with the calendar, who can forget this woman taking over that poor detectives calendar & breathing down his neck) anyways here it is...

According to Cindy, the weekend of June 14th Casey told Cindy they were crashing at "Zanny's" apt that night.   Cindy then backtracks and catches herself stating that she has yet not found out from Ricardo or Amy if Caylee & "those guys" were at that apt (Ricardo's).   She then states "Im still not sure what day Tony took Casey in, Im still not sure."  Cindy thinks Caylee was there maybe not Casey...COLOR HER STUPID  Cindy explains that she is trying to discuss what Casey told her during this month that Caylee was "missing" where they were at....This is IMPOSSIBLE (Turbo & I on same page) because Caylee was with CINDY JUNE 15th, Casey was at the house that night!   To compound that further, Casey's cell pings indicate that she never EVER left the Orlando area.

Cindy goes on, Casey on the 14th told her mother she had a lot of work to do so it was better for her to stay at Zanny's.-HELLO CINDY, when did Casey drop off Caylee to you so you could go see your father the next day...hmmm??

Casey told her the next night (this would be 6/15) they stayed at Zanny's and then went to the Hard Rock (6/16).   Cindy states she isnt sure wahat that has to do with anything - NO SURPRISE THERE!

FBI agent interjects here and asked Cindy if Casey ever told her how she was paying for a nanny...Cindy replies that she never asked because Casey didnt have to pay rent, her car was paid for, insurance was rolled with theirs so there wasnt any issue with that.   Then for the first time Cindy gets honest for a rare moment & admits that Casey occassionally stole money and get this she "confronted her a little bit."   She then states if she looks Casey in the eyes she can tell if she is lying - YOU SURE CAN WITCH, THAT'S WH YOU ARE COVERING FOR HER NOW!

Cindy suggests that the FBI look into the Hard Rock, duh AMAZING!   Now she is Cindy Magnum PI...give me a break!   Anyways, Cindy reports that Casey told her she and Juliette were supposed to be in meetings all day, that the convention was moved to Tampa Busch Gardens, Zanny & her roommate were going to go to the parks with the kids with Casey & Juliette checking in periodically - Embellish much?  Conventions dont get relocated in a day like that fool!    Casey told Cindy that they were working on event planning for Universal, Busch & Disney - Disney does not co-op with Universal fool!

Now Cindy talks about Zanny getting into the accident stating she doesnt even know what date that is now.  Zanny's car got "totalled."   Cindy then tries to implicate Amy again here because of being told that Amy's father got her a new car after hers got totalled and Casey was supposed to help her go pick it up (jacksonville).  Beeotch, please listen to yourself!  Cindy Claims "and that is the Jacksonville connection" CINDY your daughter NEVER EVER left the Orlando area!

Cindy flat out calls Amy "suspect" but stumbles on her tongue a bit.   FBI agent interjects here (giggling am I) "In the end are you going to say Amy is Zanny?"  Im sorry but this is hysterical, they have her so pegged already.   Notice how easily this woman blames everyone but her monster, its shameless!

Cindy then states that Casey's description of Zanny might be Amy because she is tall - blond, not dark haired but tall...give me strength   She then tries to cast suscipion on Amy because she didnt volunteer to come to the house to help search, pass out flyers, whatever...her and Ricardo didnt according to her.  Cindy claimed that all of Casey's friends even ones that she had a falling out with (interesting) came out to help but they didnt.   HELLO EARTH TO CINDY your daughter stole from Amy & you are naming her as a suspect, why would see assist your daughter or be anywhere near your fudged up family?   Incidentally, this smacks of vendetta to me

OK my last nerve got hit rehearing Cindy claim that Ricardo could be Jeff Hopkins (the boyfriend) and Amy could be Zanny.  OK IM DONE! UNCLE!   Ive had enough - no really the whole point was to verify what Cindy was saying that Casey told her about the Tampa/Busch story which is IMPOSSIBLE because it never explains how Caylee was with Cindy on the 15th & Casey was at the house that night.

When this story was reported ( Casey mentioning the blanket before anyone else could know) I went straight to newspaper reports, local and National TV station reports and read every one I could find for the day the remains were found. All of them mentioned a skull and a bag or a garbage bag, or a black plastic bag. None mentioned a blanket, because that information was not even reported on at that stage. Dr Garavaglia describes the blanket in her post mortem report, and until that was released, I don't believe there had been any published mention of it.
I will happily be corrected if wrong.. 

Capp-  I have got to the point now that when I see CA's name I get irate, without ever reading the article.  I just can't read or listen to anything about her...   I have to reply on others to keep me up to date.   I hope the post that states she is being investigated, I really want that to be true. No one deserves to get slapped down more than her. I can sympathize with Casey for a brief instant, when I think she had to live with that creature! 

Western this is why I posted what I posted. There is no mention of the blanket. There is no mention within this video from the local news " of the bag being black" .. I guess it is a bit Quid Pro Quo to those who are saying Robyn is lying.

WO & Deenie, I agree with both of you & Espresso.   Yesterday, I looked at every report I had the patience to find & none mentioned a blanket, laundry bag, t shirt etc etc,  NOPE NO BLANKET!

There isn't anyway to prove what Robyn is saying because it's not written down or dated.  She says Casey relayed those details to her verbally, but how can they prove she did when it's something that could have been learned later on from the news reports?
She had this information and never went to the cops, they came to her.
Robyn and Casey are the only 2 who know for sure what was divulged in these conversations.

My thoughts. If Robyn was busted for Murder, for intent of bodily harm whatever the other " Named" Gang Girl was incarcerated for - that has been mentioned within the letters between KC and inmates. I would have doubts in Robyn. 

But Robyn was busted for Pot. Her Husband's Pot - Their Pot. A Police Officer himself. If anyone knows the history of " Profit" within the correctional facility's across America -  This is a business. And small time -big time Pot growers/sellers/users have been the largest group, targeted group of citizens to FUND the correctional facilities For decades. Most Prisons/Jails benefit for those who are arrested for Marijuana. They are not offenders in the sense that they killed anyone etc. What was in their possession put them behind bars. There are more long term sentences offered out to those who had MJ in their possession - than to SEX offenders have ever been given  "proven with out a doubt" that they have raped, molested children - slapped and sent back to the streets. This all goes back to Profit. Drug use in America is pure Profit. Long story Short. I don't believe that Robyn is in Jail for being a deceitful person by her conviction.
She was/is like the millions WHO are today-currently living and surviving in the good ol' USA ( Who have not been Caught Yet into the System) who make money of off Supply and Demand.  I am not saying its right. But I will say that our " Jails / Prisons filled with Pot Growers/users are  overflowing " While convicted SO's Roam free ... is one of the biggest debacles of our Nation's Justice system. Our Govt "city/state/nation profits" by the people who are arrested/incarcerated-The longer the sentence the further the profit - We the tax payors pay that bill though for them to remain in the Jails/Prisons. It is an easy equation to figure out.
I am ranting but its true. I don't smoke pot. It's not my gig. But for those who do " you are a money pit " for the Govt. Once they find you, charge you - You are $$ in their pocket. Guaranteed. Ten years sentence ?? Robyn. Come on. Do I advocate Drugs no. No I do not.

For all those who are SO's and have been given their Walking papers from a Judge- after the fact proven they should not be in society.  It all comes out with what " the Atty's waged between themselves and for their Paychecks" Most of the Scum who are SO's have a court appointed attys ( Paid by the Tax Payor)... It's a promise that  " this Scum bag will yet Offend again in a short time" more money to be made. Who cares if another child is the next victim, or tortured for life.

It all boils down to one thing. Money. Money in the Pockets of those who have full control of who walks and who does not - and for how long.

If you go back to my old, old posts, I thought from the first time it was disclosed that KC was planning on living in that house that she had in her mind to "off" her parents. The shovel, the $15,000 (which I thought was insurance money) and other things made me believe she had all intentions to do away with at least one and maybe both her parents if she could not get GA to get out of the house. I think the plan was to get CA to throw GA out and then off CA.  I thought she would figure out some way maybe to blame them for Caylee's death too.

Thanks a lot.........I finally found that little booger. I think he is way off in his thinking that KC could not have carried that bag there. All the witch did was stand at the edge there and THROW the bag. ANYONE can throw a 30 lb weight. I can even do that and she is much younger and in better shape than I am.

Geeshhh  how fit would you have to be?  A 24 pack of cokes weighs 21 lbs and I throw two of those around all the time. By the time Caylee was put there she most likely weighed less than 10 lbs because all the flesh and fluids of the body was gone. I don't know why these "so called experts" don't use some common sense when they evaluate what is possible.

Good evening Monkey friends......Lots of great posts today.  I sincerely hope that Cindy will face justice for her actions but up 'til now, she and the others have been coated with a thick layer of Teflon and every misdeed rolls off them.  I remember Lois saying that the officer to whom she complained about being chased by Milstead and Cindy and George said, "Haven't the Anthonys been through enough?"  I feel that that is the prevailing attitude of Orlando LE, but OMG I hope I'm wrong.

They would have been arrested and then sued if they had done me that way. There is no way I would have allowed that to have happened without filing charges. I think part of that was because that woman had been in the middle of it all along, but that was not right she was entitled to police and court protection as much as any other citizen.

I remember there was some blog debate about the color of the trash bag initially----but, I do not remember any mention of the blanket at all in any of the early media reports that I read or heard.

I, too, am enjoying Capp's posts.  I know it gave you a headache...but..THANK YOU.  I is VERY interesting to re-visit old stuff now that we have so much more to add to it.  And it does make more sens now as well.   Thanks!

I agree.  I would have been at my attorney's office the next morning and he would  have filed criminal charges and a civil lawsuit.  Also, when George pushed that old lady he should have been charged with assault and battery.  She could have sued him too. And there's Lee and the vandalism.  Why these Anthonys have been allowed to trample people's civil rights and persons and to lie, tamper, cover-up, etc. with absolutely no consequences, I will never understand. If I were one of the people they harmed, I would have demanded that LE do their duty. And I would still be demanding it.

I have asked that over and over and no one seems to know and I haven't found it in any of the documents.

That SH allowed this to go on for countless months ... I don't think she allowed anything .. I think Baez paid her. My guess is she is a lesbian and allowed set ups like that for other lesbians. It is not that uncommon in jails from what I have been told. The allowing of the hair cutting and the "staying" in the cell together makes me think that might be the case. Unless she was paid off that would be the only explanation I can think of.

My feeble mind keeps going back to some jail visitor logs and my memory is that Bozo made an inordinate amount of late night jail visits.  Since this all came to light, it might make sense that he went at those times to make his arrangements and/or payoffs to SH.  I need to find some time to track down those logs and make certain I am remembering them correctly.

My first clue that something wasn't right with his visits was the computer and his overreaction to them telling him not to bring it back. I thought then he was passing info between the Anthonys and KC. My next one was for the "memorial" when he was there the whole time with is trusty computer. I think he let her see the whole thing and that was the purpose of the Anthonys having the computer set up in the church with a web cam.

That jail has been very unprofessional with the things they have allowed and if I were the sheriff over that jail a LOT of heads would roll over all of this. Someone lost control over their jail. Many jails have banned computers and cell phones entirely because of this type of misuse by a few attorneys. The ones that don't usually have a guard watching what is on the screen - not close enough to read anything but to see that nothing is done which breaks the rules. Others have installed "blockers" to stop any cell phones or G3 connections through a computers for the rule breakers.

Did he go late at night to pay her off? Good question. My guess is it was something else, but it could have included a payoff before, if you know what I mean.  He sure did go through a lot of money to have not even done any depositions yet.

Another thing is the jail personnel are the low man on the totem pole in a police force. They are usually new recruits who need the jail experience or ones who do not make it on patrol or out in the field. They can also be ones who couldn't pass the FBI school but want to stay in LE.  Many times they are ones who are being punished by a sheriff. LOL  They make almost no money so the temptation for bribes might be huge.

I do believe her about the contraband because she was stating it as more of a side note and not to tell on him. I do see him as someone who would do that because I have felt something was not right with the jail procedures. I am just hoping it is just that one guard and not others involved too.

They thought people would believe it because they are so immune to the emotions of how other people feel. They had always told their lies and people either believed them or acted like they did, so they saw no reason to stop with this. You can tell by their family emails that everyone there had their number.

If they had told the truth in the beginning they may have been able to have passed this off as just another unfortunate accident with a young mother who was scared. but instead they made up their "script" and honestly thought they could get by with it. The kidnapping was the most stupid thing they did because that brought in the FBI and all their analysts and experts. I would bet money that their profilers had this case solved within days and just needed it to play out to get the evidence they needed to convict KC.

Evening, all!  Been catching up and found this part of Cindy's interview with LE  http://www.cfnews13.com/uploadedFiles/cynthia%20anthony.pdf (http://www.cfnews13.com/uploadedFiles/cynthia%20anthony.pdf) (Pages 20-23).  Cindy is relaying the stories Casey supposedly told her when she would call asking to see or speak to Caylee.  One of which was all the things she & Caylee were busy doing the week of July 10th-14th (or around that time frame, Cindy says all the weeks kind of ran together) was shopping at Target...Casey's little piece of truth!   ::MonkeyShocked::

I also found it odd that Cindy launches into an explanation of how they found the tow yard notice on the door on July 14th and she mentions it was put there July 11th.  In case you've forgotten, she says they had killed the grass in the front yard on both sides (yet she never says how or why) and George was putting in plugs, while she weeded.  Who kills the grass in the front yard, first of all?  Secondly, why would you kill the grass the front yard intentionally or how if accidentally?  Why would she go to all the trouble to mention they'd killed the grass and shift gears mid-stream?  IMO, she's thinking on her feet, so to speak.  Finally, we've all seen the Anthony's house on webcams numerous times.  Judging by the angle with which they pull into their driveway, how could they miss any sort of notice attached to the front door (particularly if their mailbox is at the front door)?  Are they saying they didn't get the mail for 3-4 days?  I find that somewhat surprising since mid month is when most utilities come due, as well as car payments.  For people that seem to pay attention to the most minute details surrounding their home's appearance, this seems a little off.

OFFICERS ALLEGEDLY ADMIT TO SEX WITH CASEY

Casey Anthony is reportedly causing a stir inside the Orlando Police Department. An inside source told Eyewitness News at least two officers have stepped forward claiming to have had sexual relationships with her.

In august, Anthony Rusciano was fired from his position as an Orange County deputy for lying about his relationship with Casey.

A police spokesperson refused to comment on any aspect of the Caylee Anthony case.

Thinking about the OSCO guard...wonder what hook Casey used with her?  What did she mirror and project back to Ms. Hernandez?  Wonder if Baez used his "First Hispanic lawyer to try such a prominent case" bunk to sway Ms. Hernandez?  I really hope not.  I hate it when people rely on their race to advance themselves.  As far as I'm concerned, it's a sure sign they already know they lack the talent/ability to make it on their own.  They're just riding the coat tails of the people.  The really sad part is there are a certain number of people who will support them, just because they're the same race...talk about manipulation.  That's how many a maniac has come to power (Adolf Hitler, Stalin, Castro, Saddam Husein, etc.).

I, for one, am glad the Anthonys like to talk.  The more they talked, the deeper hole they dug.  I'm fully confident that there's more than enough evidence in the profusion of media interviews, LE interviews, and court depos to snag the Anthonys.  In weaving their twisted web, their own words have ensnared them.  IMO, we'll see the family implode before this is all over.  Not gloating here...in all honesty, I would far rather them have made good choices long, long ago and all this maybe could have been avoided, for everyone's sake (most of all Caylee).  What a waste that all their lives have been ruined (Caylee most of all of course) because of Cindy & George's issues, Cindy's issues, George's issues, and Casey's issues (don't know the full extent of Lee's issues)!  Having said that, a unique (never existed before, irreplaceable, one of a kind) human being named Caylee Marie Anthony was killed and justice is coming.

I've wondered what the hook may have been also. Sounds like the wee early morning hours in the jail are pretty active but in a low key way. Not many outsiders and probably not much higher ranking oversight by officials.  If it was the practice of KC's atty's  to visit with her then it would more than likely be easy to chat up bored guards, once some bond was forged, they could have visits without very much oversight which would explain the assist with letters or skype between KC and her parents, it would also be easy for Baez to persuade the guard that his poor client really needed some human contact and would she just help out a little so that KC (who the State wants to kill, gag)could write her new penpal BFF.
There's also the possibility that the guard wasn't so enamoured with KC or Baez but that she was friendly with any one of the other players Robyn,Maya or Cecelia.
the thought that KC might write secrets or pertinent info that somehow would benefit them, whether it was sentence reduction or even the lure of yet another book being published with KC's own written thoughts might have been the reason.
It never ceases to amaze me the number of people who are willing to jump on board the crazy train but somehow, some way I think maybe the scheme team was involved, even if it was indirect encouragement to KC to strike up a friendship with another inmate knowing that human nature would prevail sooner or later and the word would get out that KC was "abused". I have flip flopped back and forth on this , who knows, tomorrow I might not think they had a hand in it!

Okay I have an insight and of course I always bring it to the "Cage".  Okay I'm up late tonight thanks to a much needed nap but now on to what's going on let's see I'm going over the audio calls and I'm on the Robyn Adams one so far and I'm on Disc 1 and up to audio number 31 or maybe 32 but I'll go back and count later here's the Observation while Robyn is talking to her Mother In Law you can hear a very LOUD BEEPING the mother in law ask what's that beeping noise then you hear Robyn a little hesitate states "It's that Casey Anthony girl, Every time her door opens up it beeps." So now on to the Question..SOMEONE had to "cover up" more then just one person/guard.  Who turned off the beeping electronic when Casey was allowed to have these conversations with Robyn?

Psychologists: Jailhouse letters offer insight into Casey Anthony’s life behind bars

The letters Casey Anthony penned in jail show an immature woman who needs attention and adoration from others.

That's what three psychologists gleaned from reviewing dozens of Anthony's hand-written notes and letters to a fellow inmate at the Orange County Jail. The doctors agreed to read and give insight from the letters at the request of the Orlando Sentinel.

"She is spending most of her time in isolation with no audience. She has no outlet for the stuff that goes through her mind," said Dr. Daniel Tressler, a forensic psychologist based in Altamonte Springs.

Anthony, 24, found an audience in fellow inmate Robyn Adams, a convicted drug dealer who is now in federal prison. The two exchanged notes — sometimes every other day — through a hardback book, "Do Away with August."

Since Anthony's arrest in October 2008, the only public view of her has come during her court appearances, at which she has said little and rarely displayed emotion. Letters released last week offer the first limited snapshot of what she has experienced while locked up.

"My nerves get the best of me when I'm just sitting around," Anthony wrote to Adams. "I hate that! It makes me self-conscious and I'm not, by any means."

Anthony called Adams "Cookie" and signed many of her letters "Muffin." She wrote about various topics, including accusations that her brother molested her when she was younger; plans for an RV trip with Adams; fears she may develop cancer; and how she has a crush on one of her attorneys. Through an attorney the Anthonys denied any sexual impropriety.

Altamonte Springs psychologist Dr. Barbara Mara described Anthony as someone with a great need to vent her conflicting emotions, including her fears, anxiety and unresolved anger toward her family.

"She portrays immature unrealistic kinds of thoughts," Mara said, adding some of it could be Anthony coping with her situation.

Good morning Monkeys--a couple of thoughts before I'm off to church. 

Surely the beeper which sounds when a cell door is opened is turned off at night, particularly since some attorneys apparently make late night visits.  It would disturb the sleep of everyone else there.  Also, since Baez is not SH's attorney, I don't see how he would be able to see any client but his own, Casey, unless everybody in that jail is corrupt.  All of his visits are logged.  As to his bribing anyone, I'd be really careful about posting that. There's no evidence to even suggest that as far as I know.  While IMO Baez has not served Casey well, and I am not impressed with his performance in a courtroom, those are the things we've seen and have a reasonable basis on which to form an opinion. There has been discussion as to whether or not Baez or his agent or Cindy and the others read here. I don't know if they do or not, but chances are, IMO, that they do to see what's being said about them. 

I used to be on a forum with a man called "Bob."  He would often say, "When you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras."  Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.  Sometimes things are exactly as they appear to be unless there is evidence otherwise.

IMO Hernandez made friends with Casey, which is certainly against the rules.  We've heard that Casey can be extremely charming when she wants to be.  Maybe Hernandez often allowed certain prisoners to have privileges which are against the rules to keep order.  I think she might have just felt sorry for Casey and the others.  We know nothing of the sexual orientation of anyone other than Casey who described herself as "Bi" and I would hesitate to even speculate about the others without some reason to feel otherwise.

Of course we are all free to say what we wish so long as it's within the rules of the forum.  But the rules of the forum do not apply to real life.       

I am thinking back to Friday when Hornsby said that Yuri was making up what Robyn said and of course that is false. 

If I am correct, there will be video as well as audio recording of this meeting because it took place in a prison.  Think about..they have family visits on video, audio from phone calls.  I would think the rooms LE meet with prisoners in are also wired for video and audio.  It makes sense because if they weren't a prisoner could charge LE interviewing them with inappropriate behavior from fondling to physical abuse. 

So if they put Robyn on the stand they can also play the video to back up what she says.

They will not put Casey on the stand ..Mason won't stand for that for a minute.

Cindy and George may be witnesses ..but they are hostile witnesses and will only be used to show their own lies and that they can't be trusted.

There are still missing interviews that I want to see and read..Lee, Mallory, etc.

I think Ms. Hernadez identified with the prisoners more than with her fellow guards or the organization she worked for. It does happen, but it is usually a male / female relationship.
There are always persons employed in these positions who are not good candidates for this type of work due to their identification with the " underdog ".

The inside of most jails are full of cameras and usually have a bank of security screens at a single desk that are montiored by someone sitting there 24/7. I don't know how all of this was going on without someone noticing.

Hey, Trimm!  The pic with this article- I always thought Casey looked to me like she was hiding a smile.  I spent lots of time blowing this pick up, studying it from different angles, examining facial muscles used here.  IMO, she's thrilled with the attention she's getting/scene she's causing and trying (but failing miserably) to appear grieved/frightened.  Par for the course for a sociopath-trying to project the appropriate emotion, but the delivery is slightly off b/c her body isn't acting in response to the corresponding emotion.  It's that slight hiccup that we perceive in all of her interactions.  JMO

I am hopeful Mason can convince KC to plea.  Say the State lots of money if he did.

If she plead and got LWOP ..in Florida is the judge able to also attach that there can be no further appeals?

In some States the judge can add that..and in this case I think that it is very needed, because I see KC living for her time in court and in the spotlight.  She would continue to plea just for her spotlight time.   And obviously if she went to trial we could be looking at appeals for years to come..also costly to the State. JMO

I've never worked in a prison, so maybe Teyve can shed a bit of light on this, but I'd be surprised if the electronic alarms on the cell doors are disabled at night.  The inherent purpose is to know when someone is entering or exiting that cell to ensure everyone's safety, guards as well as prisoners.  I would think (again, I'm no expert) that it's like staying overnight in a hospital.  There are certain noises that are par for the course and you just get used to them.  My relative worked in a correctional facility and quickly grew weary of being beeped in and out constantly.  MOO

ITA on the guard's/Casey's/Robyn's sexual orientation thing.  The fact is, we have allegations of a solitary prisoner receiving visits from another prisoner.  I'm hard pressed to think of a single good reason for a late night attorney visit though, except in the case of a death row inmate just prior to execution or an emergency situation (assault by other inmates, prisoner suicide attempt, etc.).  Given the lack of depos taken, the size of the Defense team, and Andrea Lyon's students researching this case for course credit, why would Baez need to come late night?  Of course, I'm not an attorney, so maybe I'm missing something.  Any attorneys in the house?  All MOO

As Jesse said, Casey does indeed mirror other's lives, there actually is quite a few examples of this.   She takes a little bit of everyone that has crossed her path, and leaves behind a ton of damage.   I think she was actually setting up her new BFF as the murderer, when originally I think she was planning on offing her mother but when that got foiled somehow she may have decided to kill Caylee & attempt to pin it on "Mommie Dearest."   The whole thing about her computer searches months before Caylee was killed & the story she told Amy about getting her parent's house, her mom moving out, parents getting divorced led me to that conclusion very early on.   Cindy's otherwise unexplainable support for her daughter reeks to me that she feels some level of guilt deep down that she is aware she pushed Casey over the edge before safeguarding Caylee.  Casey's parents never did anything constructive to get their monster professional help or making her truly accountable for her bad acts, largely because I think Cindy didnt want to admit to the world that her fantasized princess was actually a monster.

Just thinking out loud here...obviously if Casey is alleging she wrote letters to her parents, the next logical step is to find out if the A's (any of them) received those letters (or any form of communication).  Generally speaking, Casey is a proven liar (the "I work at Universal-No, I don't").  However, in this instance, we have the A's making a Federal case (so to speak) to the media about not receiving letters from Casey, how Baez is keeping them from her. Obviously, there must have been a reason the A's felt entitled to letters from an inmate, judging by Cindy's strident tirades.  In other words, there must have been a precedence already established of them receiving letters from Casey that was abruptly halted.  Cindy, being Cindy, went to the media to state her case...hoping to pressure Baez into allowing/making Casey write them, IMO. Nothing like alienating your daughter even more so.  All MOO

Hey, Capp!  ITA that Cindy probably shares a stake responsibility-wise.  I vacillate on whether the A's were just overwhelmed by Casey and retreated into denial or just didn't want to admit their "perfect" family was less than perfect.  There are no perfect families 'cause there are no perfect people.  Like you though, I tend to think Cindy comes out swinging because she recognized the truth about Casey long ago and the reality of what Casey actually did threatens her self-image and self-worth.  People with a need to be in control work hard to maintain the facade of having it all together.  It's really sad, actually that they usually waste most of their life desperately grasping at an illusion that slips through their fingers like smoke.

So Casey said in her letters that her real friend Zenaida she has known for four years, of course nobody has seen her real friend of four years. Casey doesn't think Zenaida had anything to do with Caylee's death. She doesn't blame Zenaida, even though she gave Zenaida, Caylee to watch for a few days, and then wouldn't give Caylee back to her. WTH the only thing that I can come up with here is Casey is Zenaida, and she forgives her, meaning she forgives herself.  ::MonkeyEek:: This is just crazy. I'm done analyzing these letters.

My DD worked as a corrections officer long time ago. I would go there on her " breaks" and have a visit with her sometimes in the front public waiting area. Even that was monitored and logged.
There are usually living units where several prisoners are housed together, so there is contact on those units, but Casey is in isolation. She is out for what ? Court appearances, lawyer visits, other visitors ( none ) and isn't she allowed to be in the common area for TV and the library. I just can't see this contact going on or Casey being let out of her cell for other purposes without someone noticing. SH wasn't the only one working these shifts.

I have only visited a prison once for a job interview for an admin job. where I actually was " inside ". I declined to be interviewed any further as the entire set up there made me queasy and sweaty. Even getting to the office where I was going to work involved the loss of my freedom too. The smell bothered me. Closed spaces, old socks, dirt, pee, disinfectant, bars on windows. Plus some of the trustees would be outside cleaning the floors. It was a fed prison and there were lifers, etc in there.
No decor either, where do they get that color paint ?

KC is right about one thing, she is (in)famous and will go down in history as a cold calculated sociopath who murdered her child and with the documented party life afterward. It's sad but true that her story is a movie makers dream.

This tells us that nothing will stop any of the massively dysfunctional A's, their circus will continue regardless of circumstances. As much as I'd love to see LP get a smack down right now, I hope Tim does what he does best instead. Giving hope to a family that's desperate and giving the world a real selfless hero. After the low down money grubbers that have latched onto Caylee's saga, all of this constant rush to have the latest dog fight turns me off.   I just don't get LP anymore, I don't get NG anymore, I don't get the justice system anymore, geez what happened to integrity?

The really crazy thing is, all the changing identities that Cindy did in her interrogations. Amy= Zanny Ricardo= Nanny, Jesse= ZG , Tony= Jeff  or whoever is whoever...is it any wonder that after a lifetime of always having mom clean up and rewrite history for any drama by making the blame be on any one else, even if it's a fantasy person, that it would come naturally to step outside of the guilty box and let a pretend person be the culprit. To me the crazy part comes in when, she seems to have blurred the lines that she made the person up on purpose.  I'm pretty sure that CinCin knew exactly who and why she was throwing to the wolves and in the past I'm pretty sure KC knew exactly when she was concocting some imaginary co-worker or boss, but now it sounds like KC is slipping into bonafide insanity ( not meaning she was insane when she killed Caylee) just off her rocker

Spot on, she is totally self-absorbed & in her writings she talks in the first, second, third person...the only world Casey knows is herself & the rest just live in it for her purpose.   That is not to say she is insane, she's legally or medically not but she is very typical of a narcissistic sociopath.   She is way to calculating, manipulative & aware of her surroundings.

Casey reminds me of Verbal Kint/Keyser Soze from the movie The Usual Suspects, making up things that he sees in the interrogation room. Wonder if Casey liked that movie? I know that a lot of kids have little fantasy worlds, don't think that is strange, but I wonder what would cause a grown up to be in a fantasy world is it because she is a narcissistic sociopath, or could she have experienced some trauma that caused that?

I can't find it now but at one time there was something about a $15,000 insurance policy. I don't know if it was on Caylee , CA or GA but one of the "insiders" told about hearing about it. That is when I suspected that KC had plans to "off" her parents if it was not on Caylee.  That would fit with the amount of money usually on a company insurance policy.

It gives me a tiny thrill to think that Mr. Charmy Mason may have given her a small dose of reality, she didn't have her almost ready to giggle look going on at the hearing and I loved it that her sista entourage was awol. No hand holding, arm rubbing, nada, zip. It will be very interesting in the future as things finally get past the inane school yard antics that Baez only knows how to do. Up til now seems like all time has been spent on framing someone else. Soon, somebody is going to have to start drilling it into princess nutcake, what the defense is going to be and for her to retain one version and STHU.  She's not going to get to be the CEO anymore.

Years of lying about everything could maybe do it. Ya know, while you're smoothing nonexistant wrinkles, adjusting your socks, picking lint off your shirt, your eye catches an ashtray in your peripherial vision and whoila, the next fantasy person also smoked, then to make it more believable, the brand and maybe some funny story about smoking........they never waste an opportunity

It's quite possible, IMO, that CinCin found that having a daughter was too much competition for the attention of the men in her men in her immediate family---George & Lee.  Wasn't she the youngest in her own family and the only girl?  That would kind of like be fun---Maybe she secretly resented Casey from the very beginning.  I say this, because, IMO, there is a deep-seated resentment there which has nothing to do with competing for control of Caylee, but was there long before Caylee.   I have known women who were the mother of only boys and when a daughter-in-law comes into the picture, for instance, the daughter-in-law has hell to pay and never does anything right.   There's a primative territoral type jealousy on behalf of the mother who, up till then, has been the Queen Bee in the hive.   Their family miseries began long before Caylee, IMO.  Maybe this accounts for Casey's seemingly hungry need for approval?   I just don't think Casey & CinCin ever hit it off

I have always assumed that an inmate's jail cell was subjected to random searches, without any notice, and that nothing was off-limits to the searchers.  Is there such a thing as an official "law drawer" in a cell that searchers aren't allowed to access?

This is true. Inmates (and morons like me) are visible at all times from the CCTV system in control central. Even in the shower, they are visible. And there is ALWAYS an officer watching those screens...the other officers can be off doing things, but someone is always watching. I won't even go into the visibility factors for the drunk/detox/juvie cells.

While I do believe the note passing (we have proof of that) I do not buy the inmate-inmate visits. Especially with such a high profile slore!

I don't think there are little cubbyholes that they can have that are off limits to the corrections officers.

Sorry ISpy, but my jail doors do not open unless control central buzzes them open. You have to push a button, they respond, you tell them where or what you want. Even the commander of the jail has to be buzzed thru. This, of course, sets off my hinky meter. Am I to seriously believe that inmates can leave their cell, with the only warning to the staff being the sound of a buzzer? I don't think so...maybe in Keystone Kop land, but I don't think OCSO works like that.

Thanks, Sunny.  I always try to figure out the most reasonable answer with the evidence at hand.   Not trying to tell anyone else what to do, but I know I try to be careful.  I sure wouldn't want to be sued for something I said on an internet forum.  Actually, I wouldn't want to be sued at all.

I have pics, but because I had confidentiality agreements  signed, I can't show them. I'm such a good girl, I deleted them from my camera and computer after I used them for the sole purpose that they were taken. What I can tell you is that all this jazz about visits just blows my mind. The officer should be fired...she was not only putting herself and the rest of the staff at risk, she was putting the inmates at risk. Believe it or not, one of the prime directives of a jail is to keep the inmates safe.

There are no bars in my jail...just glass. It's one-way, so the inmates can't see what's going on in the hall, but we all can see in. This is in addition to the CCTV that is always running. And, there is NO PRIVACY in jail...that we (staff, volunteers and inmates) all know. We all know we are being observed. Sometimes I'm sure they listen to us, others not. But, we all comport ourselves under the assumption that our conversations are being listened to.

(Dude, lemme tell ya, there is no better feeling than being buzzed out that last door!!!)

Rose and Sunny, this theory sounds plausible to me, knowing what we know about Casey and her propensity to lie.  So if she forgives her alter-ego, she is forgiving herself.  Yep.  Makes sense.

In a word, no. There is no expectation of privacy in a jail. Cells are regularily "tossed"...stuff is thrown away, the cell is a mess, then the inmates have to clean up. As usual Crzy is lying her ever-expanded rear off.

Casey is always picking at stuff.  I remember in one of the videos of Cand G visiting Casey.  George did the same thing to Cindy.  He picked things off of her back and shoulders and then when Cindy got up to walk around or whatever she did, he picked things off of the chair she had sat in.  I thought maybe she had fleas, but that picking could be just a family habit.

I did notice in the vid of the last hearing, the camera was briefly on GigaloGeorge and he was adjusting his shirt just like his spawn does. Can't they sit still? I'm all fired about them today. Is it possible that their jail does not have all the videos or the videos are taped over after so many days?  I know some use the tapes and some are stored as DVDs and/or on mainframes, but I was under the impression that the cameras were watched but not recorded unless there was a reason to need to record it in some of the older type jails.

Yes, it's like they're constantly preening.  I think that if Cindy cared anything at all about Casey she'd send some better looking and fitting clothes for Casey to wear in court.  IMO she should be wearing jail clothes in court as other defendants do except when a jury is present, but since she does wear regular clothes, Cindy should take some care in what she sends.  Maybe it's a subtle way for Cindy to get back at Casey.  Casey is uncomfortable and self-concious in those ill fitting and wrinkled blouses, but it's kind of entertaining to watch her squirm.

In the past few years, we've had inmates at local jails commit suicide (not my jail). As a result, I highly doubt that the tapes are taped over. Everything is treated as tho it may become evidence some day. That's why it may seem as if the staff is more concerned with the inmates safety than their own. Lawsuits are costly!

And IF the visits did occur, then yes, more than one person had to know, and there should be tape of it.

I hear ya about how it 'feels' and 'smells' on the 'inside'.  Two of my darling innocent  :roll: sons got on the wrong side of the law once and landed their lil butts on the 'inside' for 18 months each.  During our visits it felt like I couldn't breathe.  Dunno how they even managed!  One thing I never got used to was the 'bone jarring' slam of the doors.  Every door, continuously, day n night, from what I heard from them.  Aggggggghhhh that would drive me nuts!!  And... lmao!  on your comment re the paint!!  tis a mystery!!  ::MonkeyHaHa::

Bolded by me---if Cindy is picking out Casey clothes (as said in one of Casey's letters) then Cindy must want Casey to look ugly and like a man because some of those clothes I though were men's shirts and pants.  Why isn't Jose wanting Casey to look 'good', like a young lady so it would be hard for the jury to think such a young person could do what she's accused of doing (and did!).  If I was him, I'd want her looking her best like a 20 something no like an old maid.  There sure is a difference between the way she looked when she first got arrested to how she looks today.

Yes, it's true.  She looks terrible.  Surely Jose notices how unkempt she looks.  While there is no jury there, there are TV cameras focused on her often during these hearings. I don't know, maybe it's one of Baez' strategies to make her look like that, but IMO a jury would be more inclined to consider her innocence if she looked like a young lady.

Not that I'm on Casey's side in this AT ALL, just trying to understand her.  It seems likely that Casey felt the need to BE someone else at any given time, while growing up and then afterward, just in order to please Cindy.  Casey may have felt that she never was 'good enough' for her parents, being who she was, as she was.  And may have turned to making things up (lying thru her teeth) just in order to keep things rolling along smoothly.  It's not unheard of.  And folks who have done this aren't 'insane', it's one form of coping with their life the only way they may know of at the time.  When someone spends a whole childhood like this, it continues on into adulthood, they are used to it.  In adulthood tho, this type of thing, when it continues, doesn't work so very well out in the real world.  Am thinking most folks who do this may not even know anymore 'how' to turn it off.  So in that respect, if this is true for Casey, IMO, it's sad, very sad, but doesn't justify her doing what she did to Caylee.  Just points even more (in my opinion) to how Cindy/George seems to have brought on much in how Casey turned out, and as a result, in what happened to Caylee as well.  JMO.
