::dogwag:: Capp I read your words about your Mother In Law in Caylee's cage -

I offer your Husband and You Capp my condolences. She sounds like a Wonderful Woman.
I went and found a song not of sadness but of her era - Her time as a Thriving Young Woman - This song was made in 1961.
To embrace her for what she represented. I don't know if she was a fan of Doris Day
I found this song one song that hit me, That I felt would be right for her in memory  :smt049
It represents feelings of Love and positive  ~ And remember to Smile
God Bless~ Capp, Your Hubby and Family at this time.

Prayers of peace and love for your family Capp.
You may have already seen this --

I am standing upon the seashore.  A ship
at my side spreads her white sails to the
morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean.
She is a object of beauty and strength.  I stand
and watch her until at length she hangs like a
speck of white cloud just where the sea and
sky come to mingle with each other.
Then someone at my side says: “There,
she is gone!”
   “Gone where?”
Gone from my sight.  That is all.  She is
just as large in mast and hull and spar as she
was when she left my side and she is just as
able to bear her load of living freight to her
destined port.
Her diminished size is in me, not in
her.  And just at the moment when someone
at my side says: “There, she is gone!” there
are others eyes watching her coming, and
other voices ready to take up the glad shout:
“Here she comes!”
   And that is dying.

O my apologies for not knowing this thread was here sooner, thank you Can for letting me know.   I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for all of your kind words, prayers & most of all the support a friend's heart gives.   I think the beauty of being here at SM is not so much sharing our views on cases & news we follow but the relationships we have formed along the way.

My mother-in-law gave me her heart & filled a gap that my own was incapable of doing.   She was a sweet yet strong southern woman that lived her life selflessly.   She tickled me in so many ways, from her "O me" no matter how cross she might get to her introducing me to banana pudding & getting whipped cream in her eye.   She was a compassionate woman & cared a great deal about not only family but what was going on in the world which I enjoyed many conversations from politics to crafting, she hung on to her lucidness until her final days.   Often we had conversations about the cases we follow here & I can state she shared many of our views & observations, I know in heaven she will serve as a grandma angel to our children that senselessly are murdered by evil.

Monkey huggs,

Capp,
You're welcome.
I'm sorry I was remiss.
It's just so wonderful your Mother-in-law gave love and and got it back from you.  That is so very special.  Just as she was special too!
Caring is important, but love...love is the greatest gift of all! imo.
Bless your family in the coming days and may SHE rest in peace.
