After kissing up, now to business.

I was reading today on associatedcontent.com about videotape turned in by the Fred Meyer store and the Albertson's store way back then.

They said they turned in footage from June 4th. There has been no word that anything was found.

My thought is... what if she did some of her "errands" before then. Not just June 3rd, but maybe a week before. The crime seemed like it was well thought out. I hope the store security checked their tapes thoroughly before and after June 4th.

I think footage from at least one of the places she claimed she went to didn't pan out, because of Desiree saying (and I'm assuming she got this from LE) that Terri has 3 hrs unaccounted for on the 4th.

I am still on the track of a connection between the bondage community and TH.  There is Sandi L who is posting on THSP and Neal Mulligan with his sex stuff.

And I am convinced that it is Terri's ebay where she bought some sex stuff. 

I think that there may be something there as TH certainly wasn't shy about showing what she's got.

Early on , there was a couple of things that I don't know if any other Monkeys caught.  Someone said that there was a pic of TH in a thong with her hands on some guy's privates.  Then there was some woman that worked with TH and she said that TH wouldn't say where they worked together.

Foes any monkey know about any of these things?

I can see her planning the crime some weeks before.

She knew the science fair would be chaotic and the perfect occasion to carry on her plan among the confusion.

She had to have pre-selected a place to dispose of the body.

She had to have bought tools used to carry on her crime and dispose of the body beforehand, like plastic bags, duck tape, etc...

(I hate to talk about this, but can't get the message across without spelling it out, sorry.)

IF she had help, they had to have met more than once... so where did they meet? The only place she seems to have visited mostly is the gym.

Then again, she discussed it with the landscaper somewhere at home.

I doubt she would discuss crime with someone on a casual encounter at the grocery store.

She somehow disposed of evidence, as her CSI driven mind dictated her. Evidence that is still to be found, though if she threw it away in the trash it most possibly will never be found.

But one thing is clear to me - most of the stuff we are getting is coming from people "saying" stuff. I agree that we get some valuable info from some of these people's statements, but each bit of supposed evidence coming from them should be taken lightly.

Some local Libraries have scanners, Patrons can access their e-mail from the Library:)  I could scan a photo at the library,
then link it to my e-mail on the library computer, I guess you could post it on FB, too. Carol may have used the local library
computer, IDK, but since Roseburg, Library does have computers, I believe it could be done. I don't know if R.L. has scanners.

But, if you have a memory card, gizmo, you can plug into the Library computer, so today you don't need a computer at home.

Who knows maybe SM is visiting the Library and posting?  IDK, it is possible if she does not have a computer at home,
betcha, she will find access to one through James or somewhere.

I checked out Terri's ebay myself and I think it is her.  The big pants bought for 99 cents were probably a gift for her MIL.

Early on , someone said that there was a pic of Terri with th thong and the hand on the privates. I never saw it. I did see the pic of Kaine with his hand on her boob in what looked to be a public place.

That's the photo I saw, but I don't remember it being blurry. IIRC it is an older picture before she got beefy arms. The unobscured face appeared to be the same as her earlier photos when she was thinner. Is that photo directly form MyLife, or did you find it posted elsewhere?

It was the thumbnail photo from I believe a Mylife when enlarged it gets blurry.  I still doubt it's her but even if it is, looks like any old bikini to me

I don't think anyone owns a cyber cafe currently. Yesterday when we were looking into one of the THSP posters, someone found  an article linking the same name to a cyber cafe opening in Eugene; however, the date on the article is 1996 and I can't find any evidence that the business currently exists. I think we abandoned sleuthing that person because there was nothing to indicate direct involvement with TH (just blustery posting).

I noticed on the THS***P that there was a picture of Terri with the baby that really was nice.  It was after the baby was born in the hospital and she has a tear running down her eyes. 

The picture was removed and the poster has been deleted.  I wonder what that's all about?

re: the cyber cafe. It seems like it was located in Portland and it was possibly a coffee house type of thing also?

PORTLAND, Ore. – There are a number events over the next few weeks focused on Skyline School students. As such, we have compiled the following list for those who are interested:

Wednesday, Sept. 1: Godfather's Pizza Fundraiser for Kyron's search effort (see the flier)
Organizers say deliveries are part of the fundraiser, but they cannot accept cash. Each location will have a table where the public can purchase a Kyron wristband or buy raffle tickets. The fundraiser takes 25 percent of all Wednesday sales from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and donates proceeds to Kyorn's search fund. Raffle winners will be contacted Wednesday night.

Organizers of the Godfather's Pizza Fundraiser also have set up a P.O. Box to send letters (no donations) to the Horman family. Letters sent here will be given to them every two-weeks:

Thursday, Sept. 2: Skyline School parent meeting.
The principal of Skyline School will talk with parents about what to expect this coming fall. See the “Principal’s Message” at http://www.pps.k12.or.us/schools/skyline/.

Sometime this coming week: The Wall of Hope goes back up at its new spot
The new “Wall of Hope” will go up at the Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue station on Skyline Boulevard. Date tbd.

Replacement fencing will  go up at Skyline School. School district officials say they have extra fencing on hand and have donation offers to cover costs involved in putting it up.

Tuesday, Sept. 7: First day back for students at Skyline School

Thursday, Sept. 9: Kyron’s eighth birthday
There is a celebration at West Main Church of Christ in Medford at 7 p.m. They will be playing music that he loves. The church is at 1701 W. Main St. Call (541) 772-9640.

Sunday, Sept. 12: Wilsonville fundraiser for Kyron's search
Volunteers are putting together an event and fundraiser at the Wilsonville Family Fun Center and Bullwinkle’s Restaurant in Wilsonville. Does anyone have details on the Horman property search conducted by LE. What type of search dogs did they use, if any? Did they use cadaver dogs on property? What date did this happen?

Dogs deployed

Canine units, including tracking dogs trained to search for one particular person, have worked every day looking for Kyron, officials said.

Air scent dogs also have been deployed, said Russ Gubele, president of Mountain Wave, an emergency communications and search and rescue group based in Gresham. They're trained to find a human being -- anyone -- in a particular site.

Searchers also have access to cadaver dogs, but Gubele wouldn't say whether any have checked the fields or the school. He also wouldn't say whether dogs have searched the school, but Gates said search teams have checked Skyline extensively several times.
It's not unusual to search the same areas twice or more, Gubele said. "It's good practice to check and recheck," he said, "just in case something was missed, especially in the bad weather and darkness."

Leo Stubenrauch, also from the Jackson County crew, said he became a trained searcher three years ago after he retired. He's looking for anything that might help find Kyron.

"We're looking for any clues -- if he might of dropped his hat or something of that nature," Stubenrauch said. "But mainly we're looking for a live 7-year-old boy

klaas - if you watch the video on above link they show a photo of sandi lessman - its the same photo that "was" on the sandi lessman on FB's THSP - I remember the photo well - now she has a small child with grouch marx glasses on

From what I can gather LE searched for a live Kyron for the most part. I cannot find any verification that they used cadaver dogs on the horman property. Also the dates from what it seems LE searched prior to Kaine moving out, Harry searched while Terri was living there and everyone was hoping that when Kaine moved back he would give an article to him. There have been comments about Le saying to not do it, but nothing verified.

So may question is, if LE searched for Kyron on the property before Kaine moved out but hit on nothing and HO searched and found a death scent on the edge of the property after Kaine moved out, maybe Kyron was brought back to the property during the time Kaine didn't live there? Has LE conducted a search with cadaver dogs since Kaine moved back in? That I cannot find at all. I found a few articles about searching the school, but not the property. If anyone comes across this please post.

I couldn't find any direct connection to Terri (I read 1 1/2 years of wall posts yesterday before she made her FB wall private). Her FB friends were public yesterday and I couldn't find any cross over with Terri's friends either. I suppose if she had connection with Terri in the BDSM community, she may not show a FB connection. I also looked at cached MySpace blogs, and although she had plenty of references to that news guy, there were no references linking her to Terri. I stopped sleuthing her, because I researched long enough to realize she has led a very rough and, at times, tragic life. I didn't want to go any further without a good reason. If you want any of my references for continued research I'll email them. Like I said yesterday, I believe her connection to this case is emotionally related to her 6 yo nephew that died as a result of the school putting him on the wrong school bus (happened in 1978, but I couldn't find any verification of her story). I"m done researching her.

I am prudish.  I don't want to watch people doing things that should be private even in a movie.  I feel like a voyeur.  It's personal, to me, and something I don't want to share with anyone but my hubby.

That being said, I think Terri is very liberal with sharing her body.

If that is her pic on My Life, why she would put something like that on there is a mystery to me.  Same with the pic of Kaine with her booby.

It makes me wonder what kind of things she was up to and who she would be involved with. 

That is my vantage point and others may not see anything unusual in it at all.

I do not believe that Terri does things on her own.  It seems so hard to believe that she could find another person to help her, but I honestly believe in the MFH plan.

Please let me explain why I brought this up…

I ran across the Tony Phipps thing following up on some of the comments on Oregon Live.   I was researching in other media to see if there was verification of Harry Oakes claims of involvement in SAR cases when I found the Tennessee case and was struck by the likeness to the guy in Oregon. 

My only interest in learning the background of Tony Phipps was the possibility he might be Serial rapist/killer living in the general area of Kyron’s school,  especially if he moved around a lot so that LE couldn't connect the dots. I am 99.9% sure that Terri Horman is responsible for the disappearance of Kyron, but I do believe she had help.  LE was looking for witnesses who may have seen someone in or around Terri’s truck the day Kyron disappeared.  Since she had no money to pay her “helpers”, then you can’t rule out that she might have just offered up Kyron to somebody like Tony Phipps.   Considering Terri’s overactive libido, she may have stumbled upon a few “hinkey” people somewhere along the line, and considering her cold demeanor when it comes to Kyron, I would not put anything past her.
 
I’m sorry that I did not first explain in my original post how I thought all of this could possibly be related to Kyron’s case. I have no other interest in the Tennessee case,   (thanks anyway Patricia Mocha Latte), Kyron’s case already takes up most of my emotional energy. 

Important—I do not think we need to follow up on this anymore at this time….just something to keep in the back of our minds if something related pops up.,

PORTLAND, Ore. -- The classmates of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman will return to school at Skyline Elementary School next week with a new surveillance video system in place, but some Portland parents wonder if children at other schools will be getting the same protection.

Kyron vanished from Skyline Elementary School on June 4. One of the mysteries in his disappearance is whether he left the school with someone or if he walked away on his own. Some parents said Tuesday that they believe the case could be solved if surveillance cameras were in place.

Portland Public Schools spokesman Matt Shelby said the cameras recently installed at Skyline were donated by Chown Hardware and the district does not have the money to place them in every school.

"When you start talking about district resources, we don't have the capacity to go in and install those systems everywhere," Shelby said.

Mick (Michael) Moulton is the teacher referred to in the article. It is a big story in Washington State. He has complaints of inappropriate touching (female victims) since 1997. He was officially reprimanded in 2008 and had an Alford plea on that case. After his conviction the school district fired him. Via the union he challenged the termination and the court ruled in his favor and returned him to his teaching job in Morton. Needless to say the parents there are very upset. I can't find any connection with the Moultons with whom we are familiar. Perhaps some expert sleuthers can see if there is a Moulton connection. Here are some links to stories:

Claycat, was that my conservative nature leaking?  I did/do not equate liberalism to perversion, more of a "live and let live" type attitude. 

I wouldn't be a bit surprised it TH was into phone sex, and if she got paid for it, all the better for her I guess.  She sexted for free, so who knows if she would have some type of way to get paid for it.  I think that when it's all said and done, there will be a lot of things that were going on in that home that would turn heads.  I can't believe that Kaine was totally in the dark as to her nature, he was married to her, and dating her while living with a pregnant Desiree.  She didn't have boundaries, and without starting WWIII, Kaine's are questionable, IMO.  I don't think Kaine had anything at all to do with this, but I think he knows things about TH that he may or may not have chosen to share with LE since it may reflect poorly on him.  Doesn't really matter, anyway, at this point.

I do wish they would give HO a scent to work with.  It's been too long not to try anything at this point.  The uncertainty has got to be killing them.

When I heard the story last week I looked for a connection to "our" Moultons and didn't find any. Birds/Squirrels etc? unless they were right next to your house and they were causing issues..that would be a lot of blackberries still. Why not take them to back of the Horman house property? Not like they would not be eaten by animals.  I have a huge giant wild red raspberry tree/shrub ?? its not growing inside my yard. But it hangs over my fence. Seems the birds and squirrels take care of it for me.  Its over 9feet tall / its huge.

That's what I am doing on my vacation. Eradicating Blackberries. This has been a great year for them to take over. They grow up in trees that are close by. They spread out and repopulate majorly.  If you dump them you will end up with them starting anew.  It takes about 3yrs to remove the blackberries completely from a piece of property. Every spring you have to spray them when you see them.  This is the first year I purchased the required killer for Blackberries.  I don't know of anything that will ever eat the stalks which are totally covered with huge thorns.  I have the scars to prove it. 

Now back to Kyron

The berries are great and yummy its just the plants that can take over a whole piece of property in no time.  I hope to be done eradicating mine when I return to work after Labor Day.

Yah, I guess that is why I am scratching my head on that one.  Maybe, they were not sprayed with bug killer? ( natural or other) ..that she felt they were not edible?  just seems like a lot of berries to dispose of. My berries and from my past ( my grandparents property) they fall to ground " ripe" and they are eaten/the majority of them are/ by wildlife. If they are still stuck on the branches etc ..that means they are not ripe for picking. The ones that stay, after season, usually dry up and fall away.
The ones that fall, that are not eaten, are destroyed by the lawn mower.

The other thing though too, How many Women " clean their own gutters" .. I am not a wimp, but you will never find me " cleaning out my Gutters" .. I am afraid of falling. You would never find me on a ladder braced against my house - unless it was a emergency.
That's why I ask with her list of " Check" things done? Was that hired work and it was finally " Off her list of things that needed to be done" that she had someone come in ? Terri professes she is " working effortlessly killing blackberries/ie and going to the Dump twice in one day.  To remove " and dump" and that she cleaned the gutters etc..cleaning the yard, made me think she had help. Was it the Landscaper that Kaine didn't know about? Or Or ? bang my head.
Because she states at the end.. Kaine did not help. He better get his axx home. I am tired. I guess that is the other thing that grabbed my attention. Landscapers and Kaine .. do not seem to go together.

Looking into the story she posts all over online about her nephew Ronnie Smith having gotten on the wrong bus at school in Eugene, Oregon - found weeks later in some kind of train car "belly" in Washington state - I cannot find a "legit" news story on it?  Anyone here that's local to Oregon... have you heard of this story actually happening?  She says it happened in 1978 - I've googled about 100 diff variations of the info - "nada" info on it except her story/comments on blogs/etc?

I went to the SS death index and looked up Ronald Smith " deaths recorded via Social Security Administration"  I used the name Ronald Smith and the state of Oregon.

No children come up within the search. 31 recorded deaths came up. All are Men who lived many years.  I know the site is reliable, I found my Dad on it. I did not, nor did anyone in my family register his info. All is registered through the Social Security - Govt. 
Children have to have a SS # issued in the United States in order to show proof of Birth Cert.

I tired to find verification yesterday as well including Social Security administration death records. Since it occurred in 1978, children were not yet required to have social security numbers to be claimed as dependents. That requirement started in 1986 (1989 for newborns). Still, it would seem like there would have been some news. It's difficult because digital archives were non-existent in 1978, so searches are more limited as well. I cannot find anything to substantiate the story.

Yep, kinda makes me wonder if " Ronnie is not his real name" That he was given the name Ronnie to protect him? This ugly world of " child trafficking, ick, ugh, puke" she could have made the name Ronnie up?  Smith?  That she is telling her accounts of an actual child - who is given a pseudo name? possibly even a pseudo city and state? so she cannot be traced to the child. My cousin who is in her 30's. She left home and went poof when she was in her mid-20s. She looks very young for her age. She is very small in stature. She was an artist
( accomplished/earning money here/home) never though graduated from High School. She went to the best of private schools. She was given everything you can imagine hand over fist - And she ran away.  She found herself in WA. She joined a street Society Cult. She was brainwashed. She was doing every drug you can imagine. Eating out of dumpsters, whatever it took. She was shuffled around like a used brown paper bag. She shaved her head bald. She was emaciated. This was not a religious group. This was a group of ?? Escape? Buck the System? Sex related, pimping ones bodies on the street ? she won't talk about it. She was " in it for 3 years " All I know is that her Dad found her, and he dragged her home. He traced the few calls she made. He found her and .. she is now in her 30's. To this day, I think whatever happened to her, she will never be the same. I don't think she can remember most of it. I think she has blocked it from her memory. I have known her and had her in my life since she was an infant. I was her first babysitter, and I was with her for her first 10 years every summer. She has changed so much. She when she was a little girl, " She lit up a room with her presence, she was Awe to all "  Now she enters the room and she is not the same. She lost her " Glow".  She is Loved though, Very much.

I believe the point TH was trying to make about sitting in her car to talk/text on her cell, is because of the new law that was passed here in Oregon.   No talking/texting on the cell while driving. 

If we are to believe her, she only does it while sitting in the drive so she can get on with her bad self......

I had to go look quick because I thought you meant Kaine was wearing Terri's wedding outfits.

I cannot stand to look at another picture of Desiree, my heart feels like it has been ripped from my chest just looking at her.  I cannot imagine being in her skin.  

This whole thing is sickening.  I hope no child goes missing ever again, but I realize that is impossible in the climate we live in.  We need to advocate for more laws to slow it down.  It is much too prevalent.

When so many of us on here can pull stories from our memories just like you did, there is way too much of this occurring.  It either happened to a monkey or a friend/relative of a monkey.  This country is infested with this barbaric behavior. 

They get caught, get a slap on the wrist (if even that) and are returned to the home/community where they took stole innocence.  This victim will never get the time back that was taken from them, and some will be robbed of making friends and having relationships, without a nagging fear of it happening again. 

The very thing each of us needs to be happy and make it through is relationships.  These perps should rot in jail forever, not three strikes, not even one strike if that is possible, but just the thought of harming a child or anyone else in a way that robs them of their life's breath, should get them banished forever.

LOL. Seems that everyone has that issue and I've seen all kinds of variations. No problem. I will start signing my posts.

 My post and reason for posting, is of what I have learned ( about the area of Missing/exploited in Oregon/Washington States)
What can happen to " kids" who chase the dragon - whatever it is to find " In Oregon / Washington" that is so to be found as " escape" .. My cousin ran from Mich to Oregon, to find herself in Washington.  She was groomed here in Michigan - by someone she met. 

Otherwise she never would have left Mi, not across the US. She would have possibly yes Ran from home local. Someone convinced her though to go to Oregon, then to WA.  Just saying there is a " clutch" of characters underground " unknown" that pulls like a magnet " Kids " to Oregon and Washington ..  she again won't talk about it. I have asked her. She say's its too hard to talk about. Her own Father won't talk about it.  He was the one that went on the search for her, and found her.  All I know is she has told me that she was not allowed to have anything. She told me that she was wearing " old moldy potato sacks as clothing" that is what she deserved to wear, by her Owner. Her words not mine. Now, HOW does a girl from " Michigan" wind up in a cult ( of that power over her)  in Washington - that she is brainwashed that her body/mind/soul is meaningless?   
And all this talk of child trafficking within Kyron and the people who hide behind Charity, Churches etc .. Reminding me of Lindsay Baum, Sandra Cantu. Families associated with these girls with history of Washington with " child trade/underground " and add Canada as a border ~ for those to escape to. Terri and her questionable behaviors? it seems all so surreal.  Yet it is believable. There is too much documentation to not believe " Wash/Oregon" have underground societies in depth. It's sick to think about. jmo.

LE is keeping things close to the vest.  Desiree and Kaine are having news conferences to say what LE can't (?)  There are crazies coming out of the woodwork connected to people who may be involved in the case.  Crazies are coming to defend Terri.

There is no POI or suspect and no arrest.  Most people think it is Terri and some feel there is an accomplice or two.

Bottom line, Kyron is still missing, and this case is over the top.  Kaine is dropping pounds and Desiree is just about holding on, as would be expected.  His parents believe he is alive.  Others are not so sure.

I hope LE is honing in on the place this baby is being held as we speak.  He needs to come home now.

I keep going back to the school.

Kyron disappeared from there.  It was busy and chaotic, any evidence would have been easily destroyed or swept up and disposed of.  (Think New Years Eve at Times Square)

If Kyron was taken from there, and brought somewhere else, and someone did harm to him, there would be another crime scene.

If Kyron was disposed of, yet another crime scene.  That's 3 crime scenes and no physical clues, as far as we know.

I am just becoming familiar with this (Kyron's) case-I needed a break from heartbreak. Just today I saw a chain link fence and a horrible sadness washed over me of Amber DuBois and that child having to meet the eyes of a monster (J. Gardner)

Legislation named for slain Poway High School senior Chelsea King, calling for mandatory life sentences for violent sex crimes against children, was passed by the state Assembly on a 72-0 vote Monday.
Assembly Bill 1844, also known as Chelsea's Law, will now be sent to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has pledged to sign it.

"Chelsea's Law,'' introduced by Assemblyman Nathan Fletcher, R-San Diego, was named for 17-year-old Chelsea King, who was raped and killed by registered sex offender John Albert Gardner III on Feb. 25 near Rancho Bernardo Community Park.

"When we introduced Chelsea's law, I can't tell you how many people said you're never going to get this through," said Fletcher. "They said It won't make it through the committee process, you're going to have to do an initiative," he added.

But that wasn't the case. Several versions were introduced and the one that was finally approved will increase prison time, prohibit se offenders from entering parks frequented by children, and will lead to more of them being tracked by GPS devices.

"The biggest change is a one strike through life without the possibility of parole charge which doesn't currently exist in California," said Fletcher "And so somebody who violently sexually assaults a young child will go to prison until they die," he said.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said he looks forward to signing AB 1844, which calls for mandatory life sentences for forcible violent sex crimes against children. It will also tighten sex offense parole guidelines and require lifelong tracking of certain sex offenders.

Gardner pleaded guilty to Chelsea's murder and also that of 14-year-old Amber Dubois in 2009. Authorities said that before the killings, they missed many opportunities to return Gardner to prison for parole violations.

Gardner was convicted in 2000 of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old neighbor girl and sentenced to six years in prison. After his release, he split his time between Escondido and his mother's house in Rancho Bernardo, and listed a Lake Elsinore address for his sex offender registration form.
He had a number of contacts with law enforcement while he was free but was never returned to prison.
Amber disappeared in February 2009 as she walked to Escondido High School.
Gardner said he raped and stabbed the teen and led authorities to her grave in Pala.

Just over a year later, he accosted Chelsea as she ran along a jogging trail. He conceded that he raped and strangled her, and buried her in a shallow grave beside Lake Hodges.
He was sentenced to two consecutive life terms in prison without the possibility of parole, plus 25 years for attacking a woman last December.

Yes, I keep going back to the school, too...over and over.  Kyron disappeared from the school.  No one has given LE definitive information to this point IMO or else LE would have hauled that person in and it would be news.  After all this time and all the pleas from Kaine/Desiree...nothing.  Because of that, I keep getting stuck on the idea that Kyron left the school area hidden somehow; i.e., in a large gym bag, a trash container, I saw a large blue recycle container by one of the doors.  Hidden...somehow.  No one saw Kyron walking "away" from the school.  Supposedly someone saw Kyron at the truck...but...could that have been Kyron getting ready to go "into" the school?  I didn't see any reported "time" that Kyron was seen at the truck.  Did anyone else see mention of a specific time?

I think that Jonesr and Jason Name Redacted2 are one in the same. Funny, after GLP shut his thread down he hopped on over here. He just cannot stay out of the limelight! Why is that? I guess I took his remark "you know, Sugar and Spice and everything Nice" to be condescending but in a different way.  To me, it was the same as saying "it's all cool, I'm not mad" but he really was.  Sort of a passive-aggressive play.  He wanted us to think he was a nice Christian man, but then he lied and was busted.  So, in parting, he still had to be the kind (sugar and spice) guy he professed to be.  He had to continue playing that part so that it would appear we were being mean to him, the nice sugar sweet guy that he is.  I am tired, probably not making sense.

Best way for me to describe is that Jason came here with an agenda, put on a mask of a sugary sweet caring loving man who advocates for children.  He posted all his accolades, his accomplishments, he was/is the youngest male for that many appointments, blah blah blah.

I have so much I could offer from my own experience. I wish I could offer here. Would be such a post, it may knock others off their rockers. Was a man that I met ( myself being at the weakest point of my life) and he took over my life - we were to be married after 18mos of knowing each other. His family to be a lot like Jasons. Huge wealth, high achievers, into many charities, always first, always committing. Him though not of huge wealth, wanted to be " hands on" " laborer" not a suit. Did not own a suit for that matter. His family though always into his daily life and doings. He was monitored.
 I always had this " snag" in the back of my thoughts though.  ( within him, his family, his relationship with his family) they were very huge into charity, church and presenting to the public " branding" their name/money> as if they didn't show up or offer - the world would collapse... again I can only offer so much - maybe Jason reminded me too much of what I found out.  I found " pink flags" along the way .. which turned a little purple .. then to become flaming RED .. within his " I am not like them, I need though to show the world - I am Hands on - In my ART and etc.. just as much an advocate" All my works/money is for charity/children.  Always the funding/charity for children.  I would go on, but I might just blow some monkey brains.  I know when I finally met the big RED truck in my face - after the flags.  I was in total disbelief. I told him to Eff off. I grabbed my purse and keys. The CAT meant more to me than He ever did. I went into the backyard, bawling my eyes out. This cat was in pure psycho mode of dehydration and despair - I was scared to death to touch this poor animal. But I reached in and opened the trap, to set him free.  While he/Groom Boy stood screamed at me, I hope he attacks you, I hope he bites you from his bedroom doorwall. That was the End. My hinky was running from the moment I met his family " their Power within community" not what they offered by Why they felt they had to carry on ..  ?
The most crazy thing too, was he bought his Grandparents house of 50+yrs. They moved into a condo. Sold the house to their precious Grandson.  The backyard of his house ended at the fence. Beyond the fence was a " Govt owned shelter for unwanted/displaced Girls"  and you could watch them playing etc.. from his fence. :(     
I would stand and watch them at times and just stare.  Again disbelief. Thinking hmm.
 ( a lot more I could share) Jason to me is not much different than Groom boy. My Groom boy used a cartoon character for his email addy too - strange enough. Was not though Slaphappypappy.

The worst of it was " He had a Cat himself" and he said he bought the TRAP for " Rusty" that was the cat's name he did eventually trap. Because Rusty was making his own cat " meow at night" while he was trying to sleep.  For the love of god.  He tortured this male cat for 3 days - who was 10+yrs old. Because He interrupted his sleep - Now imagine that mentality towards a child. That is the messed up part that I cannot and never will understand. He made his art, he volunteered his time, he would do everything for charity for children.
He got a vasectomy, before I met him. When I was dating him/ engaged to him - his parents kept saying after your married " We can't wait for a Grandchild" he never told them he was snipped. He did it for himself yrs prior. He told me one night, and he even cried. He said " I can't be a father, and I do not want children period".  38 yrs old. And I agree he had no fatherly instincts what so ever. His poor Cat, I would try to love on him, and hold him, from being a kitten, .. till he was almost 2. His kitty did like me. But it had that blank stare all the time. I think it was out of confusion. The cat didn't know if it was coming or going. Where my Cats, we have a language, we have " eye contact" that no words need to be spoken etc..
And for him to trap a cat, keep it for almost 3 days " without food /water " in heat - that just put me over. OUT I was, never looked back. He though is on YT for his Charity of the Month .. makes me gag...  when I look at him. I can't help though think of Jason and him at the same time. Always trying to impress the Family - not really understanding the charity.
Have to keep that Legacy going now .. WE are Charitable Figures in Society... Yah whatever. True Hero's just do ..they are not known.

Ya know what though? My cousin's husband is an Assistant DA and I often bounce things off him. So when I read this yesterday, I gave him a call. Well, a couple phone calls later, he shocked my socks off! Apparently, some social networks do indeed have a few high tech security options, especially when it involves high profile type, legal issues.  ::MonkeyEek:: <~Me, only with BOTH eyeballs popping out! He's still not completely clear on just how it works, as in what and how much information is processed through these networking systems. PORTAND, Ore. -- Local Godfather's pizza restaurants will donate a quarter of their profits Wednesday to help pay for the Kyron Horman investigation. Volunteers will also be selling Kyron bracelets and buttons.

Seven-year-old Kyron disappeared from Skyline Elementary on June 4.

Earlier this week, administrators announced they had installed surveillance cameras at skyline.

Meanwhile, the "Wall of Hope" was moved to a nearby fire station.

It is not unusual for Facebook and the likes to give information to LE, but every time I have heard of it, a court order has been in place. LE and lawyers have been involved. If this holds true, the people running the THSP will have LE looking at their every move, even posts that have been deleted. I cannot believe they want that kind of attention.

I think it is pretty clear who the police are watching, ready to arrest and feel is responsible for Kyron's absence, the boy with the toothy grin. Nancy Grace says, "will somebody please hand me the handcuffs already!" I say get the orange suit ready as well.

I would bet that Terri was wearing a bullet proof vest with all this media attention she is getting when she appeared for court the other day. Bodyguards? What was that? Guilty conscious that she puts out a hit on her husband, but now is afraid that someone is going to kill her? This is Terri's consequence of bad behavior. Haven't we all learned right from wrong?

Count me in as another that keeps going back to the school.  How did Kyron get out of the school without anybody seeing him leave??  Was he coming or going when he was "seen" at the truck?

How thoroughly did they search the school?  Is there ANY chance that Kyron is still in the building?  As I said, I hate to bring it up, because I want to believe he is alive, but it's something that has been going through my head.  Please prove this theory wrong!

They searched again recently, but if there were a body hidden in the school, they would have known within a week.

You're right, of course.  I thought for a minute that maybe there were old, unused portions of the building that he could have been hidden (since it was built in '39), but if any such spaces existed they would have certainly been kept under lock and key anyway to keep the students out. 
So that takes me back to the theory that he was carried out of the building concealed in something. 
The answers have to be out there somewhere.  Kyron has to be out there somewhere.  He didn't just vanish! 
 ~ Sigh ~  I wish I would hear on the radio, see on the news, or read on the internet that Kyron has been found safe and returned to his parents.

Reading on this case I have seen that people fall into two categories regarding the Kyron Horman case:  1) people that believe anything that point towards Terri Horman's guilt and 2) people who think for themselves.

Two of the most popular crime with the "Terri Horman is guilty of all things in spite of the facts" people are blink on crime and the hinky meter.  I cannot believe the fairy tales they publish as fact on these two blogs.  Both claim to have law enforcement sources and had multiple contacts with attorneys (who, conveniently, none wanted to be named) but post the most bizarre and idiotic opinions / theories that would make a thinking person blush in embarrasment that a fellow human being could come up with such idiotic garbage and claim to be credible..

blinky posted the reason why Terri Horman had sheriff deputies escorting her to family court was because Terri was likely "under civil commitment" or was in a mental hospital and had to have a police escort.  Where did this screw ball come up with such a hair brained idea as that?    Never mind Kaine Horman has also had police escort when he appeared in court and sheriff escort is common in high profile cases when there have been threats against the party and the attorney requests protection for their client (in spite of what their mythical attorney sources allegedly claim)

People who follow a narcissist (Kaine Horman in this case) will believe anything that defames the narcissist's scapegoat (Terri Horman) even if it is illogical, not factually based, and makes their malignant narcissist "god" appear virtuous.  They even use phony "law enforcement sources" and make claims of having consulted attorneys and psychologists to make themselves appear to be credible sources and "in the know" where Terri Horman is concerned..  The bible even states people prefer lies and smooth talkers to those who speak the truth.  The Kyron Horman case certainly proves this.

Oh, yes, blinky even threatened to sue anyone who posted their "proprietary conclusion" about why they claimed Terri had a law enforcement escort at the court house.  I guess they think the threat of a lawsuit makes their idiotic theories appear more credible --- of maybe they are afraid Jay Leno is going to steal it for a comedy skit.

Well, I took a time out. First I would like to apologize for my outburst regarding both the THSP and the moronic Nancy blog. With that said, I don't feel any different about them, but I guess I could have expressed my opinions in a more diplomatic way. Then we have the other side. The narcissist people looking for attention with their blogs and the Kooks that support an obvious POI who's actions put her in that position. They consistently criticize the people  working day in and day out, trying to find Kyron. Well this Monkey isn't going to listen to their poop any longer! I am above that and refuse to feed into their drama any longer!

I really don't believe it to be so but I want so badly that someone else did this. I just can not imagine someone doing this to their child. Yes I know she is the "step" mother, but so am I and I have 5 kids not this of mine and that of his. I can see what seems to be love in many of those pictures and I can not begin to think how sick this woman must be to make Kyron disappear.

How sad for them that they feel they have to be so hurtful to someone who is already buried under so much pain.   

Lenie, sometimes even bio moms get rid of their kids. Photos and words can create an illusion; they show what the subject wants them to show. Also, I feel that if it isn't a stranger abduction, there may be a chance of getting Kyron back. Could just be wishful thinking.

I know Scatty, it is just breaking my heart like so many of the other cases. It makes me worry something fierce about the state of our world. I just can not understand and maybe that is for the best.
 Unfortunately I don't think Kyron is coming home. I think she finished whatever she started. I always have hope but think that it will be like one of the posters said a few cages back. That a hunter will find him by accident.

Gray brought up a good point earlier- that after a week it would basically start to smell.  School was only in session for another week and the people who would have access to the sections which were locked up would be maintenance people.

I also considered someone carried him out.  All they needed to do was get Kyron distracted and away from the group- isolated.  Dave Stensen said he saw children outside the building looking at planters- he didnt mention supervision.  I questioned his ability to see how he could possibly see children running out the back doors when he was cutting the grass at the soccor field.  This suggests kids were running around rampant.  We've heard it was chaotic.  Seems like an understatement if kids are running outside unsupervised.

Being a larger city, Portland would perhaps expect the big city problems. But how about a little city like Roseburg? You would rarely see anything in the Roseburg paper about prostitution. So does it not exist here? Think again. In Roseburg, everyone knows everyone and people keep their mouths shut. You get out of line and you get blacklisted or stalked. Awhile back I heard a story of girls getting roughed up. When they called the police, they were driven to a county or state shrink, medicated and told that it didnt happen. Thats a story I heard. I wasnt there.But It follows a patern I have become familiar with. I have been harassed and had my car tampered with.There is a rumor that an old friend of mine could put a contract on me because I have talked about some things.The police ticket prostitution as "tresspassing" this keeps it out of the papers.There are rumors that doctors are involved. Its widespread, yet, so well hidden.

Follow up: There are several recent stories of people getting charged with prostitution in Douglas County. Perhaps the new sherrif is doing a good job. Yet, I still sense a mobster vibe in this area. And I believe there is an organized ring.

I think it would be interesting if some people from the Oregonian went to Roseburg and started asking a few questions around town about prostitution and human trafficking. Mabe share some information with the local police and the local newspaper.(actually I'm afraid this could be dangerious.) Because, what I see in this town is two seperate realities. There is what the media projects and there is what a person experiences living here. You would have to persist to get at the truth, because many will try to cover it up. Terri's facebook "support" page is doing her more harm than good. I cannot believe that Houze is not trying to get it shut done. These people are childish and classless. They call people names (like private parts of the womens anatomy) for crying out loud! It reminds me of DeDe, smug and snarky in front of the camera. These nuts talk about how "fabulous Terri is", "how beautiful Terri is", and one nut even wants to date her. There is an INNOCENT little boy missing! When reading their page, I start to wonder if I am in a really bad episode of The Twilight Zone. I truly have never seen anything like this group of oddballs!

I don't mind the page at all. It lets everyone see what kinds of friends are supporting Terri; ones who support Terri and ignore Kyron. Everyone who has their post deleted is bound to tell all their friends what happened, especially on internet forums. It gives LE a list of people to check out. It puts all the nuts in one basket.

If Houze tries to shut it down, these nuts will start another page, and there will be press about its shutting down. He may have decided it is best to leave it be. His interest is legal, not social.

Just be happy none of these people are your friends. I would want a better class of people supporting me.

Community works to raise funds for Kyron search

BETHANY, Washington County, Ore. - People came out en mass Wednesday to raise money for the search fund in the case of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman.

Kyron’s parents, Desiree Young and Kaine Horman were both at the Godfather’s Pizza in Bethany to thank volunteers and to lend their support.

Volunteers were also at 12 Godfather’s Pizza locations in the metro area, selling wristbands and raffle tickets.

“It’s a great thing to know that everybody cares,” said Desiree. “I think any mother who has children wants to go out there and be pounding the pavement and get involved in the investigation. I think that’s natural, so of course I want to do that, but I know that I can’t: They wouldn’t let me. But what I can do is things like this and that makes me feel more active and engaged.”

She was one of the first people to sign the banner at the Godfather’s Pizza that features her son’s photo, writing, “Ky, I love you sweetie. I hope you come home to me soon. Be brave. We will be together soon. Love Momma.”

Kaine joined her at the restaurant later in the afternoon.

Also stopping by was Matt Roloff from the TLC show, “The Little People.”

“The little guy disappeared really, really close to our farm,” Roloff said. “In fact, we’ve heard he was down at the farm in the months leading up to his disappearance. I think when we heard that we were just, you know, made it feel close to us.”

In fact, Roloff said he wants to help more by offering his farm to Kaine and Desiree for another fundraising event.

Among the group of volunteers at the restaurant was 9-year-old Kelsey Wallace who was selling raffle tickets and bracelets.

“I was sad because I don’t like it when kids go missing,” she said.

Even for a 9-year-old, Wallace had no trouble comprehending the emotions of the situation.

“I think that she’s probably sad and a little bit scared because she wants him to be home again,” she said.

Twenty-five percent of all sales on Wednesday, including pizza deliveries, will go toward the search fund for Kyron Horman. The bracelets are two dollars apiece.

The fundraiser will continue until 10 p.m. Wednesday.

The THSP is interesting .  It would be great to analyze what malfunctions her supporters have.  A couple have been invesitigated by the monkeys and have been identified as sad cases.

Putting the Spock picture in where Desi's older son is in the Birthday picture is unconscionable.

I use the thought that TH's supporters have suffered tremendous pain in their lives to cause them to be so dysfunctional in life.  It shows loudly and I recommend some kind of healing therapy so that they can move forward instead of staying stuck in stratagies in life that are not helpful for growth and healing.

The posters' pain on THSP is palpable   I hope they go deal wth their own hurts of life.

You can compare the pictures. Remember the mugshots are 9 years apart but these two are the same age. If you cut off the top part of the head (from the eyebrows up) of the NY mug shot the pics really look a like.

I don't think so.  There are too many differences in the facial features.  The man on Blink's site has flaring nostrils and ears that lie closer to the head.  The crimestoppers Anselmo has eyebrows that come up in the middle.  His eyes are narrower; the other's eyes are more of a rectangular shape.

I actually dreamed about Kyron before I woke up this morning.  I was an odd dream that had nothing to do with him.  I walked into a bedroom, and there he was, propped up against pillows.  He had a big smile on his face.  I said, "You're back!", and I went over and hugged him.

I am hoping against hope that this is a good sign, but I had a vision of Caylee asleep once.  However, Kyron was awake in this dream.  I don't know...

In honor of Kyron's Birthday coming up here is an opportunity for those who want to give but can't give directly to Kyron.  This is just an idea I have. Well not really I did a collection for the prior two years in my community and it was a huge hit. I hope this is alright Klaas.
 

There are a group of children in every community who can use your help. At this time of year they are returning to school with very few nice clothes and new shoes. They deserve to look as good and feel as good as all the other children. They are our Foster Kids. Feel free to take new clothes in all different sizes. Or clothes your children have they can't wear any longer and shoes, new under clothes and such to your local ADFS office and donate them.

Just imagine not only being separated from your whole family but also starting school without the same opportunity to dress as the other kids you will spend your days with. For Babies they need clothing and disposable diapers. These kids come into the program with the clothes on their backs. They can also use overnight type bags to carry their possessions in from home to home. They also need personal care items like hair brushes, tooth brushes, tooth paste, baby wipes.

Problem is this is an on going program so these kids need year round.

All of this can be donated to help these children in your community.
